FLUENCE ENERGY, INC. CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT - COMPLAINT ALLEGATION SUMMARY:

The complaint alleges that, throughout the Class Period, Defendants made materially false and/or misleading statements, as well as failed to disclose material facts about the company's business, operations, and prospects. Specifically, Defendants misrepresented and/or failed to disclose that: (1) Fluence Energy's ability to deliver its backlog and recognize the revenue underlying its fiscal 2026 guidance depended on new contract manufacturing facilities, including facilities that were not completed, not operational, and/or not capable of producing at the volumes the company's guidance assumed; (2) the corrective measures Fluence Energy had implemented to address production problems at its contract manufacturers were not resolving those problems, which continued and extended to the company's new facilities; and (3) as a result of the foregoing, Defendants' statements about the company's business, operations, and prospects were materially false and misleading and/or lacked a reasonable basis at all relevant times.

Why did Fluence Energy's Stock Drop?

On February 4, 2026 and August 5, 2026, Fluence Energy reported disappointing quarterly financial results, including GAAP gross profit margin declines, an increase in net losses, and weaker than expected revenue. As a result, Fluence Energy's stock price fell significantly and the company slashed its fiscal year 2026 revenue guidance and its adjusted EBITDA guidance.

Then, on September 16, 2026, Fluence Energy announced through a mid-quarter guidance update that the company was cutting its full year revenue guidance by approximately $600 million to $2.4 billion. Additionally, Fluence Energy further cut its full year adjusted EBITDA guidance from negative $10 million to negative $200 million, attributed to "delays in the ramp-up of our contract manufacturing facility." On this news, Fluence Energy's stock price fell $1.39 per share, or 15.36%, to close at $7.66 per share on September 17, 2026.

WHAT FLUENCE ENERGY, INC. INVESTORS CAN DO NOW:

- File to be lead plaintiff by November 27, 2026.

- Contact KTMC for a free case evaluation. All representation is on a contingency fee basis, there is no cost to you.

- Retain counsel of choice or take no action.

A lead plaintiff is a representative party who acts on behalf of all class members in directing the litigation. APPLOVIN CORPORATIONCLASS ACTION LAWSUIT - COMPLAINT ALLEGATION SUMMARY:

The complaint alleges that, throughout the Class Period, Defendants made materially false and/or misleading statements, as well as failed to disclose material facts about the company's business, operations, and prospects. Specifically, Defendants misrepresented and/or failed to disclose that: (1) the generative AI video creative feature for the company's AppLovin Ads platform was subject to significant development delays, making its release on AppLovin's timeline unlikely; (2) AppLovin overstated the rate of its improvements to its AI models, in turn causing the benefits and reliability of its value proposition of its AI models to be unreliable; and (3) as a result of the foregoing, Defendants' statements about the company's business, operations, and prospects were materially false and misleading and/or lacked a reasonable basis at all relevant times.

Why did AppLovin's Stock Drop?

On July 13, 2026, a Bank of America Securities analyst published a note stating that "AppLovin's eCommerce footprint expanded at a slower pace in June" and "[w]eekly data has not shown a clear uptick since AppLovin [Ads] opened to all eComm advertisers on 6/22, suggesting a muted GA start." Accordingly, Bank of America Securities lowered its estimate for AppLovin's annual revenue. On this news, AppLovin's stock price dropped $64.13 per share, or 12.6%, from a closing price of $506.80 per share on July 10, 2026, to close at $442.85 per share on July 13, 2026.

Then, on August 5, 2026, AppLovin reported its financial results for the quarter and revealed, among other things, revenue below consensus estimates. AppLovin attributed the poor results, in part, to delays in the roll out of AppLovin Ads' generative AI video creation tool, which led to lower-than-expected AppLovin Ads revenue and hampered AppLovin's AI "model performance[.]" On this news, AppLovin's stock price dropped $82.13 per share, or 19.6%, from a closing price of $417.80 per share on August 5, 2026, to close at $335.67 per share on August 6, 2026.

RoboParty Unveils RP1, a High-Performance Full-Stack Open-Source Humanoid Robot at IROS

PITTSBURGH, Oct. 3, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- On September 28, 2026, RoboParty publicly unveiled RP1 (ROBOTO 01) at IROS 2026, marking the robot's global debut. Building on RPO (ROBOTO ORIGIN), its fully open-source humanoid project launched in January 2026 with more than 2,500 GitHub stars, RoboParty positions RP1 as the world's first high-performance full-stack open-source bipedal humanoid robot — designed for researchers, educators, robotics developers and embodied AI teams.

At the company's IROS booth, the "Kick Me" interactive demonstration let visitors directly push and kick the robot. RP1 rapidly adjusted its posture and recovered its balance under these external disturbances, testing its dynamic stability, body performance and system-level robustness. These capabilities were supported by PartyOS, RoboParty's open R&D foundation for humanoid robotics, which integrates UFO — a training framework that discovers humanoid motor skills through unsupervised reinforcement learning, covering skill transitions, disturbance recovery and fall recovery without relying on predefined motion trajectories.

RoboParty is integrating the robot body, actuator modules, low-level control and embodied AI algorithms into one system for continuous joint validation. RP1 delivers peak joint torque of up to 160 N•m, built on in-house-developed Romomo actuator modules and a real-time motion-control system.

For RoboParty, "full-stack open source" means more than releasing mechanical files. The company plans to progressively open its motion-control systems, simulation environments, SDKs, training tools and the PartyOS development foundation, so developers can participate from hardware and low-level control to model training and deployment.

"Humanoid robots should not be closed systems that only a small number of teams can build while everyone else can do little more than watch," said Yi Huang, founder of RoboParty. "We want RP1 to become an open foundation that developers can access, modify, train and continuously improve."

RP1 builds on RPO's validated open-source robot body and workflow, Romomo actuator modules and the dexterous RP Hand, with PartyOS evolving across humanoid locomotion, perceptual interaction, whole-body manipulation and autonomous intelligent humanoids.

Core team members studied at Tsinghua University's Yao Class, Peking University's Zhi Class, Harbin Institute of Technology, Stanford University, Carnegie Mellon University, Zhejiang University and other leading institutions. RoboParty has built a global community of more than 5,000 developers, and will announce further details of RP1's open-source roadmap in October 2026, with broader software and hardware releases and a mass-production program to follow later in Q4.

DICK'S SPORTING GOODS, INC.

Specifically, Defendants failed to disclose to investors that: (1) DICK'S cleanup efforts concerning Foot Locker's inventory were not complete, and, in fact, Foot Locker remained saddled with unproductive and stagnant legacy footwear; (2) Foot Locker heavily relied on legacy footwear products that were particularly vulnerable to intensifying promotional pressures across the athletic footwear industry; (3) in turn, DICK'S was significantly exposed to an industry-wide environment of excess inventory and resulting promotional activity; (4) accordingly, DICK'S was unable to achieve the sales growth, margins, and profits it touted to investors; and (5) as a result, Defendants' statements about the company's business, operations, and prospects were materially false and misleading and/or lacked a reasonable basis at all relevant times.

Why did DICK'S Stock Drop?

On August 25, 2026, before the markets opened, DICK'S announced disappointing second quarter 2026 financial results, including adjusted earnings per share and revenue from Foot Locker that fell well short of analyst estimates. DICK'S also reduced its full year 2026 consolidated net sales guidance. DICK'S attributed the poor results, in part, to the athletic footwear marketplace having become "increasingly promotional" and "inventory levels [] building up across parts of the industry, leading to a much more promotional environment" which negatively impacted Foot Locker's business. On this news, the price of DICK'S common stock declined $55.02 per share, or approximately 30.7%, from a close of $179.33 per share on August 24, 2026, to close at $124.31 per share on August 25, 2026.

WHAT DICK'S SPORTING GOODS, INC. INVESTORS CAN DO NOW:

- File to be lead plaintiff by November 3, 2026.

- Contact KTMC for a free case evaluation. All representation is on a contingency fee basis, there is no cost to you.

MANASSAS, Va., Oct. 3, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- As GLP-1 medications reshape how millions of people eat, a quieter question is getting far less attention: what happens to nutrition when appetite drops sharply?

PureHealth Research is addressing that gap directly, with a collection built around nutrient cofactors and targeted ingredients commonly used to support nutrient intake, muscle maintenance, and digestive comfort during periods of reduced food intake.

What Changes When Appetite Drops

When appetite drops, so does the volume of food carrying essential nutrients, protein, electrolytes, fiber — into the body. That shortfall tends to show up first in muscle maintenance and digestive comfort, two of the areas people navigating a GLP-1 journey report noticing changes in most. Closing that gap isn't about eating more; it's about making sure what is eaten works harder.

The formula centers on protein cofactors, electrolytes, and prebiotic fiber alongside targeted probiotics — the building blocks most likely to matter when appetite and eating patterns shift. That combination is what defines PureHealth Research's GLP-1 support supplements: nutrients chosen to work alongside the body's natural needs, not against a temporarily smaller plate.

What These Ingredients Support

- Muscle & Protein Support: Protein cofactors and B-vitamins help support normal muscle function and energy metabolism during periods of reduced food intake.

- Digestive Comfort: Prebiotic fiber and targeted probiotics support digestive comfort and regularity.

- Nutrient & Fluid Balance: Electrolytes and L-glutamine support normal hydration balance and healthy gastrointestinal function.

"We built this collection because good nutrition shouldn't be an afterthought during a season of change, every ingredient here is chosen to work alongside the body's normal nutritional needs," said the PureHealth Research R&D representative Kestutis Gabrielius Saulys.

Painting Expert Melvin Jones Explains Cabinet Painting vs. Replacement in HelloNation

The article explains how cabinet condition, preparation, durable finishes, and project costs can help homeowners choose between refinishing and replacement.

LEXINGTON, S.C., Oct. 3, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Should you paint your kitchen cabinets or replace them? According to a HelloNation article, many people overlook the value and durability of cabinet painting. Melvin Jones of Carolina Painting and Pressure Cleaning, Inc. explains that the right cabinet refinishing process can transform the look of a kitchen while saving thousands of dollars and reducing disruption.

The article opens by noting that full cabinet replacement is one of the most expensive parts of any home remodeling project. For many South Carolina homes, replacement simply is not necessary. If the cabinet boxes are sturdy and the doors remain in good condition, cabinet painting or refinishing offers a cost-effective way to achieve a fresh, modern appearance. A professional finish restores the beauty of solid wood cabinets while extending their life for years to come.

The difference between cabinet painting and replacement comes down to structure and surface quality. When cabinets are solid, professional painters can clean, sand, and coat existing wood with specialized enamel finishes that cure into a hard, durable surface. These coatings are designed for high-use areas such as kitchens, where moisture and constant handling can damage standard paints. The HelloNation article emphasizes that success depends on surface preparation and product quality, not demolition or reconstruction.

Cabinet refinishing begins with thorough cleaning to remove grease, oil, and residue. Even a thin film of residue can interfere with adhesion. After cleaning, doors and drawers are removed, labeled, and sanded smooth. A primer formulated for wood or laminate is applied to create a uniform base. Then, a strong topcoat such as acrylic urethane or catalyzed enamel forms a moisture-resistant barrier that protects the surface from stains and wear. The process requires patience and multiple stages, but a professional approach delivers a long-lasting finish that rivals factory-applied coatings.

Many homeowners are surprised to learn that professionally refinished cabinets can match or even exceed the durability of new ones. When applied correctly, high-quality finishes resist chipping, humidity, and heat. These coatings also protect against common cleaning products used in kitchens. Refinishing provides design flexibility too, allowing homeowners to choose from a wide range of colors, gloss levels, and textures. From modern white finishes to warm wood tones, the right professional finish offers all the style of new cabinetry without the high cost.

Cabinet replacement, by contrast, involves demolition and installation that often last several weeks. It requires removing countertops, backsplashes, and hardware, and can lead to adjustments in plumbing or electrical systems. For structurally sound cabinets, this level of work is often unnecessary. Choosing cabinet painting instead of replacement allows South Carolina homeowners to maintain their kitchen layout while cutting costs significantly. The HelloNation article notes that this option appeals to homeowners seeking a quality kitchen update without the waste or disruption of full construction.

Humidity plays a major role in how long finishes last in South Carolina homes. Warm, moist air can cause wood to expand and contract through the seasons. High-quality cabinet finishes are designed to remain flexible so they resist cracking and peeling. Proper ventilation during the painting process is equally important. Professional painters often use controlled environments or spray stations to ensure the coatings cure evenly and reach full hardness. These steps are essential for paint durability in a region with constant humidity changes.

Preparation is the most critical stage of cabinet refinishing. Skipping sanding or using the wrong primer can lead to visible imperfections or weak adhesion. A true professional finish requires multiple rounds of sanding, priming, and coating. Spray equipment creates a smooth surface without brush marks, resulting in a seamless look similar to new cabinetry. According to Jones, craftsmanship and attention to detail are what separate long-lasting cabinet painting from quick, temporary fixes.

Before deciding between painting and replacement, homeowners should carefully evaluate their existing cabinets. If the structure is strong, doors align properly, and there are no signs of water damage, cabinet refinishing is likely the better choice. Replacement should be considered only for cabinets that are warped, cracked, or structurally unsound. A professional inspection helps determine whether refinishing or replacement best fits the homeowner's budget and goals.

Cabinet painting also supports sustainability by reducing waste. Keeping existing materials out of landfills makes the project more environmentally responsible. Because most refinishing work occurs on-site, the kitchen remains functional during much of the process. This convenience allows homeowners to continue their daily routines with minimal interruption.

In the end, both cabinet painting and replacement serve valuable purposes. Replacement builds an entirely new structure, while refinishing restores and protects what already works. For many South Carolina homes, professional cabinet painting offers the ideal balance of quality, efficiency, and affordability. When combined with good preparation, durable materials, and experienced workmanship, refinished cabinets can look brand new and last for years.

What Most People Don't Realize About Cabinet Painting vs. Replacement features insights from Melvin Jones, Painting Expert of Lexington, SC, in HelloNation.

Ractigen Therapeutics Presents Positive First-in-Human Data for RAG-18 at WMS 2026, Establishing Clinical Proof-of-Mechanism for RNA Activation in Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy

- First clinical evidence demonstrating that a systemically delivered small activating RNA (saRNA) can safely upregulate an endogenous target protein in human skeletal muscle in a monogenic disease.

- Paired muscle biopsies reveal 3.5- to 5.3-fold increases in sarcolemmal utrophin expression, accompanied by definitive tissue histopathological remodeling

- Concordant positive trajectories observed across motor and pulmonary functional endpoints

- Favorable safety and tolerability profile demonstrated, with zero dose-limiting toxicities (DLTs) and zero serious adverse events (SAEs)

- Cohort 2 (30 mg) fully enrolled

HIROSHIMA, Japan and NANTONG, China, Oct. 3, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Ractigen Therapeutics, a clinical-stage biotechnology company pioneering RNA activation (RNAa) therapeutics, today presented positive first-in-human clinical data from its ongoing Phase I trial of RAG-18 (NCT07282652) during a Late-Breaking Oral Presentation at the 31st Annual Congress of the World Muscle Society (WMS 2026), held in Hiroshima, Japan.

The data establish the first clinical proof-of-mechanism for RNA activation (RNAa) in a human monogenic disease, demonstrating that a systemically delivered saRNA can safely enter human skeletal muscle and upregulate an endogenous, therapeutically relevant target protein.

The presentation, titled "First-in-human evidence of RNA activation-mediated sarcolemmal utrophin upregulation in Duchenne muscular dystrophy," was delivered orally by the study's Principal Investigator, Professor Yi Dai, MD, PhD, Department of Neurology, Peking Union Medical College Hospital (PUMCH), Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences.

For more than two decades, the neuromuscular field has recognized utrophin — a naturally occurring structural relative of dystrophin — as one of the most compelling therapeutic ideas in DMD. Because utrophin can substitute for dystrophin at the muscle membrane regardless of which DMD mutation a patient carries, sufficiently increasing it would represent a mutation-independent approach relevant to the entire patient population. The historical obstacle was never the biology, but the absence of a modality capable of safely switching on endogenous gene transcription directly in human muscle. The data presented today directly demonstrate how RNAa overcomes this longstanding barrier.

RAG-18 is developed on Ractigen's proprietary RNAa platform and delivered using the company's Lipid-Conjugated Oligonucleotide (LiCO™) technology as an aqueous saline formulation via monthly intravenous (IV) infusion. It harnesses the cell's endogenous transcriptional machinery to increase utrophin production without viral vectors or permanent DNA editing. RAG-18 has received Orphan Drug Designation (ODD) and Rare Pediatric Disease Designation (RPDD) from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA).

Professor Yi Dai, MD, PhD, Principal Investigator, commented:

"In the first three boys treated, we observed a complete and internally consistent chain of evidence: paired muscle biopsies showed utrophin robustly upregulated and correctly localized at the sarcolemma, muscle architecture improved with less fibrosis and fat infiltration, and motor and pulmonary measures held steady or improved over the same window. What is particularly striking is that these three boys carry three different types of DMD mutations, yet all showed signals in the same direction — a clinical illustration of what a mutation-independent strategy means in practice. As a clinician who has cared for patients with neuromuscular disease for many years, being part of this first human validation from mechanism to tissue to function is deeply encouraging."

Long-Cheng Li, MD, Founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Ractigen Therapeutics, added:

"The data presented today at WMS establish the first clinical proof-of-mechanism for RNA activation. With rigorous patient-level evidence, we have shown that saRNA can reliably activate an endogenous target gene in human skeletal muscle and drive repair at the tissue level. This is a milestone not only for the RAG-18 program but for the field of RNA medicine, which can now move beyond silencing genes to switching them on. RAG-18 has the potential to become a disease-modifying therapy for patients across all DMD genotypes. With Cohort 2 fully enrolled, we are committed to accelerating clinical development so that this pioneering therapy can reach patients worldwide as soon as possible."

Key Highlights from the WMS Late-Breaking Presentation (NCT07282652):

The open-label, dose-escalation first-in-human trial is evaluating the safety, tolerability, pharmacodynamics, and exploratory efficacy of RAG-18 in ambulatory boys aged 4–15 with genetically confirmed DMD. The presentation reported multi-dimensional data through Day 169 from Cohort 1 (15 mg monthly IV, n=3):

- Favorable Safety & Tolerability: There were zero dose-limiting toxicities (DLTs), zero serious adverse events (SAEs), and no Grade ≥3 treatment-emergent adverse events (TEAEs). All reported adverse events were mild (Grade 1–2), transient, and resolved spontaneously without medical intervention. No dose interruptions, reductions, or discontinuations occurred.

- Robust & Precise Sarcolemmal Target Engagement: Paired contralateral muscle biopsies at Day 113 analyzed via whole-field quantitative immunofluorescence (IF) revealed a 3.5- to 5.3-fold upregulation of sarcolemmal utrophin signal density in mature myofibers (and a 4.1- to 4.7-fold increase in regenerating myofibers) compared to pre-dose baseline. Co-staining with laminin confirmed precise and uniform localization to the sarcolemma.

- Histopathological Structural Remodeling: Morphometric analysis at Day 113 showed increased mean myofiber cross-sectional area (+5% to +15%) and mean myofiber diameter (+5.34 μm to +27.50 μm) without evidence of drug-induced myonecrosis or inflammation. Muscle fat fraction decreased by 3% to 10%, indicating tissue stabilization.

- Reduction of Active Tissue Edema: Quantitative muscle MRI (qMRI) revealed reductions in thigh muscle T2 relaxation times (up to −11.6% at Day 169), consistent with the resolution of active muscle edema and inflammation.

- Positive Functional & Pulmonary Trajectories:

- Pulmonary Signals: All three participants showed positive numerical trends in spirometric parameters over 24 weeks, with percent predicted forced vital capacity (FVC%) increasing by +2.8% to +41.0% and forced expiratory volume (FEV1%) by +2.8% to +34.0%.

- Ambulatory Trajectories: In an early-ambulatory participant (age 6.8), 6-minute walk distance (6MWD) improved by +36.5 m. In a late-ambulatory participant (age 12.7), 6MWD remained preserved (−1.0 m delta) alongside improved 4-stair climb time. Participant 1 (age 7.3) experienced a decline of −62.5 m in 6MWD. NSAA scores declined uniformly by −3 points across all three participants, underscoring the heterogeneous and progressive nature of DMD motor function.

- Cardiac Function: Left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) remained within normal limits (≥55%) across all participants throughout the 24-week follow-up.

Clinical Program Update

Cohort 2 (30 mg monthly IV) is fully enrolled and safety follow-up is ongoing as planned.

About Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy (DMD)

DMD is a rare, severe, X-linked progressive neuromuscular disorder caused by mutations in the DMD gene that result in deficiency or absence of dystrophin, a protein essential to protecting muscle fibers from contraction-induced injury. Affected boys experience progressive muscle degeneration, loss of ambulation, respiratory insufficiency and cardiomyopathy. Utrophin is a structural and functional homolog of dystrophin, highly expressed during fetal development; increasing endogenous utrophin is a mutation-agnostic strategy with the theoretical potential to be relevant to patients across all DMD genotypes.

About RAG-18

RAG-18 is an investigational small activating RNA (saRNA) developed on Ractigen's proprietary RNAa platform. Administered systemically, RAG-18 targets regulatory regions of the human UTRN gene to induce nuclear, Argonaute-dependent transcriptional activation, increasing endogenous utrophin production. RAG-18 is currently being evaluated in an ongoing first-in-human, open-label, dose-escalation clinical trial (NCT07282652).

Online Trading Platform Market Projected to Reach $18.18 Billion by 2031 as Mobile Becomes the Front Door for Retail Investors

VANCOUVER, BC, Oct. 3, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- USA News Group News Commentary - Mordor Intelligence values the online trading platform market at $11.65 billion in 2025 and projects $18.18 billion by 2031, a compound annual growth rate of 7.66% from 2026 to 2031. Active Companies from around the markets with current developments this week include: Quote Daddy (quotedaddy.com), Interactive Brokers Group, Inc. (Nasdaq: IBKR), Cboe Global Markets, Inc. (Cboe BZX: CBOE), Block, Inc. (NYSE: XYZ), and Apple Inc. (Nasdaq: AAPL).

A second forecaster lands in the same neighbourhood. Fortune Business Insights puts the market at $10.82 billion in 2025 and $11.57 billion in 2026, rising to $18.50 billion by 2034, a 6.00% compound annual growth rate from 2026 to 2034, and points to AI-driven analytics, digital assets and mobile adoption as drivers. Both figures are third-party projections of market value, not revenue any single company will capture, and the gap in growth rates reflects different forecast windows and methods.

The Mordor report is specific about where the activity is. It says smartphones have become the primary entry point for retail investors, that retail investors accounted for 69.59% of platform volume in 2025, and that cloud-based deployment held 63.42% of the market. It also highlights API-based brokerage-as-a-service, which lets fintech companies embed trading without building a full broker-dealer. In other words, execution is becoming easier to supply, and the competitive question is shifting to information: who gives an individual investor the cleanest view of live quotes, company filings, insider activity and what large institutions are holding.

Share prices across the retail brokerage and investing-app group have been uneven this year, which makes recent operating results more informative than the sector label. This week's developments, covered below, come from a broker, an exchange operator, a consumer finance app and the platform that distributes many of the apps retail investors use. First, a look at a free tracking dashboard built for that information layer.

- Free to use, with no credit card and no paywalls, according to the Quote Daddy site.

- U.S. stocks and ETFs on NYSE and Nasdaq stream live during market hours, with intraday sparklines on every watchlist row.

- Canadian coverage across TSX, TSX-V and CSE, with Canadian listings delayed by 15 minutes or more, per the app's FAQ.

- SEC filings and Form 4 insider activity on stock pages, including 10-K, 10-Q and 8-K documents.

- 13F filings from top investors and disclosed congressional trades on the Top Investors page.

Quote Daddy describes itself with a single line: "Every quote that matters, in one clean dashboard." It is a free stock-tracking application for the web and desktop at app.quotedaddy.com, with iOS and Android apps. It is owned and operated by Market Equities Limited, the parent of this publication, a relationship disclosed in more detail below. Quote Daddy states that it is not a broker-dealer and that nothing in the app is financial, investment, tax or legal advice, which places it on the information side of the sector rather than the trading side.

The tracking layer. The platform's stock pages combine interactive candlestick charts from one day to the maximum range, five, ten and twenty-day moving averages and volume, live bid and ask spreads with sizes for U.S. stocks, and key fundamentals including market cap, price-to-earnings, earnings per share and dividend yield. Watchlists can be sorted by gainers and losers, carry private notes, sync across devices and be shared by link, and a portfolio view tracks live profit and loss, cost basis and dividends. A markets section covers indices, futures, crypto and top movers. These are the same categories of data the larger brokerage apps compete on, offered here without a subscription.

Filings and institutional positioning. The platform reads SEC filings inside the app and surfaces Form 4 insider transactions on each stock page. Its Top Investors section publishes the latest 13F filings from major fund managers, among them Berkshire Hathaway's Warren Buffett and ARK Invest's Cathie Wood, alongside disclosed trades by members of Congress, and lets users import a portfolio into a watchlist in one tap. The site is direct about the limits: 13F filings and congressional disclosures are reported on a delay of roughly 45 days, so figures may be out of date. It also warns that the roughly one-year return figures shown on each profile are rough, illustrative approximations that are not verified, and that nothing on the page is an endorsement by, or affiliation with, any individual named.

AI summaries and sentiment. Quote Daddy adds plain-English explanations of stock moves, daily movement summaries with sector performance context, and retail sentiment drawn from StockTwits. Its FAQ says the briefings "won't tell you what to buy or sell" and "can occasionally get something wrong," and that nothing they write is financial advice. Market data is supplied by third parties, including Finnhub, and is provided for informational purposes only.

There are several risks associated with Quote Daddy and with the information in this commentary. Quote Daddy is owned by the same company that owns this publication, which is a conflict of interest and a reason to read this article critically. It is not a broker-dealer, does not execute trades and does not provide advice. Market data is supplied by third parties, may be delayed, and is not guaranteed to be accurate or complete; Canadian quotes are delayed by 15 minutes or more. AI-generated summaries can be wrong, 13F and congressional data are reported with a delay and may be stale, and the one-year return figures on investor profiles are unverified approximations. The retail investing sector is crowded with large, well-funded brokers that also offer free tools, and the market-size forecasts above are projections that may not be realized. Nothing in this article should be used as the basis for an investment decision.

Interactive Brokers Group, Inc. (Nasdaq: IBKR)

Interactive Brokers reported September 2026 metrics on October 1, with 4.111 million daily average revenue trades, 6% higher than a year earlier and 4% lower than August, and 5.576 million client accounts, 35% higher than a year earlier. Ending client equity was $964.7 billion, 27% higher than a year earlier and about even with the prior month, and client margin loan balances were $105.2 billion, up 36%. The average commission per cleared commissionable order was $2.57. The figures are listed on the Company's investor relations press release page.

On September 15, Interactive Brokers announced an integration with X Cashtags that it said "gives US investors a direct path from following stock and crypto conversations on X to trading on Interactive Brokers." New U.S. clients who open and fund a qualifying account through the Cashtags experience receive $100, and the feature is currently available to U.S.-based investors only. The release notes that the Company serves over 5 million client accounts worldwide.

Cboe Global Markets, Inc. (Cboe BZX: CBOE)

Cboe reported August 2026 trading volume on September 3, with average daily volume of 14,801 thousand contracts in multi-listed options, 5,743 thousand contracts in index options and 1,481 million matched shares in U.S. equities on-exchange. It said its mini-SPX (XSP) options set a monthly ADV record of 241 thousand contracts, eclipsing the previous record set in July.

In its second quarter results on July 31, Cboe reported total revenues of $1,442.8 million and net revenue of $731.6 million, up 25%, with diluted EPS of $3.35, up 50%, and adjusted diluted EPS of $3.56, up 45%. Options net revenue was a record $473.9 million, and the Company raised its 2026 organic net revenue growth target to "mid to high teens." Its materials also describe the divestiture of its Canadian business, and Cboe Canada is one of the venues whose delayed quotes Quote Daddy lists, so the ownership of that feed may change.

Block, Inc. (NYSE: XYZ)

Block's second quarter 2026 shareholder letter reported gross profit of $3.17 billion, up 25% year over year, with Cash App gross profit of $1.97 billion, up 31%, and adjusted diluted EPS of $1.02, up 65%. Cash App primary banking actives grew 17% year over year to 9.4 million. The Company raised its 2026 outlook to gross profit of $12.51 billion and adjusted diluted EPS of $4.02.

Block also said Cash App expanded stablecoin support through an integration with USDC, while its bitcoin ecosystem gross profit declined 31% year over year after a deliberate decision to lower the fee charged on certain bitcoin transactions. Block did not report investing-specific figures in the letter, and Cash App is a consumer money app rather than a stock-tracking product.

Apple Inc. (Nasdaq: AAPL)

Apple reported fiscal third quarter 2026 revenue of $109.4 billion, up 16% year over year, and diluted EPS of $2.02, up 29%, which included a $0.11 favorable impact from tariff refunds. Services net sales were $30.739 billion, compared with $27.423 billion a year earlier. The Company called it its strongest June quarter ever in its results release.

On June 4, Apple said the App Store ecosystem facilitated over $1.4 trillion in developer billings and sales in 2025 and saw over 850 million average weekly users across 175 countries and regions. Apple did not break out finance or investing apps. Its App Store announcement is relevant to this sector only because the App Store is a main way retail investing apps reach iPhone users.

NEW YORK, Oct. 3, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Rosen Law Firm, a global investor rights law firm, reminds purchasers of securities of Baidu, Inc. (NASDAQ: BIDU) between November 18, 2025 and August 17, 2026, inclusive (the "Class Period"), of the important November 13, 2026 lead plaintiff deadline.

So what: If you purchased Baidu securities during the Class Period you may be entitled to compensation without payment of any out of pocket fees or costs through a contingency fee arrangement.

What to do next: To join the Baidu class action, go to https://rosenlegal.com/cases/baidu-inc-2026/join or call Phillip Kim, Esq. toll-free at 866-767-3653 or email [email protected] for information on the class action. A class action lawsuit has already been filed. If you wish to serve as lead plaintiff, you must move the Court no later than November 13, 2026. A lead plaintiff is a representative party acting on behalf of other class members in directing the litigation.

Why Rosen Law: We encourage investors to select qualified counsel with a track record of success in leadership roles. Often, firms issuing notices do not have comparable experience, resources, or any meaningful peer recognition. Many of these firms do not actually handle securities class actions, but are merely middlemen that refer clients or partner with law firms that actually litigate the cases. Be wise in selecting counsel. The Rosen Law Firm represents investors throughout the globe, concentrating its practice in securities class actions and shareholder derivative litigation. Rosen Law Firm has achieved the largest ever securities class action settlement against a Chinese Company. Rosen Law Firm was Ranked No. 1 by ISS Securities Class Action Services for number of securities class action settlements in 2017. The firm has been ranked in the top 4 each year since 2013 and has recovered billions of dollars for investors. In 2019 alone the firm secured over $438 million for investors. In 2020, founding partner Laurence Rosen was named by law360 as a Titan of Plaintiffs' Bar. Many of the firm's attorneys have been recognized by Lawdragon and Super Lawyers.

Details of the case: According to the lawsuit, throughout the Class Period, defendants made false and/or misleading statements and/or failed to disclose that: (1) Baidu had overstated the ability of its AI business to mitigate rapid declines in its legacy online marketing business; (2) as a result, Baidu's revenue was reasonably likely to decline; and (3) as a result of the foregoing, defendants' positive statements about Baidu's business, operations, and prospects were materially misleading and/or lacked a reasonable basis. When the true details entered the market, the lawsuit claims that investors suffered damages.
