Prospective Clinical Trial Evaluating Cyanoacrylate Closure in Patients With C6 Disease: Spectrum Secondary Outcomes through 24 Months

Presented by Manj Gohel, MD

Purpose: Cyanoacrylate closure (CAC) for saphenous ablation of chronic venous disease (CVD) is effective for patients with C2-C5 disease. Patients with VLUs may require a modified treatment approach given the severity of disease, and they are often excluded from clinical research. These 24-month secondary outcomes report on the durability of CAC for C6 disease.

Materials and Methods: This was a prospective, single-arm observational study conducted in the United States and Europe at 17 sites. The VenaSeal closure system was used to treat 125 participants in addition to wound and compression therapy as per the local standard of care. Investigators were permitted to utilize adjunctive treatments to the sub-ulcer plexus or incompetent perforators at the time of the index procedure. Secondary outcomes included ulcer healing rate, ulcer recurrence rate, ulcer-free time, anatomic vein closure, adverse events, adjunctive treatments, and changes in quality of life.

Results: The ulcer healing rate through the 24-month visit was 88.1%. The median time to healing was 92 days (95% CI: 74, 137). The recurrence rate through the 24-month visit was 22.9%. The mean ulcer free time through 24 months was 487.38±260.16 days. The probability of anatomic vein closure was 78.0% at 24 months. Adjudication of hypersensitivity, phlebitis, granuloma, and ablation-related thrombus extension revealed no device-related events after 6 months. Investigators used sub-ulcer sclerotherapy in 21.6% (27/125) of participants at the time of index procedures.

Conclusions: In patients with C6 disease treated with CAC, excellent ulcer healing rates and low ulcer recurrence rates were observed, and improvements in QoL and disease severity. This study demonstrates that CAC is an excellent and durable option for treatment of superficial venous reflux in patients with C6 disease.

Interim 6-month Results of the BERG02 Study: A Core Lab-Adjudicated Study of Percutaneous Ligation of Superficial and Perforator Veins Combined With Sclerotherapy Using a Novel Device

Presented by Steve Elias, MD

The single-center, nonrandomized BERG02 study evaluated the performance and safety of a percutaneous device for treating superficial and perforator vein incompetence. The VEnice device consists of a single-handed cannula preloaded with a permanent two-part clip connected by a suture. Under ultrasound guidance, the clip is implanted using a "thru and thru" ligation of the target vein in either longitudinal or transverse section. Foam sclerotherapy with 1% polidocanol in most cases was added for superficial veins; perforator veins were treated without foam.

The study enrolled 22 patients with symptomatic GSV incompetence and CEAP class C2 or higher. Mean age was 49.3 years, and 20 patients were women. Four vascular surgeons performed the procedures, three without prior device experience. Investigators treated 22 GSVs, three anterior saphenous veins, and 11 perforator veins. Mean proximal GSV diameter was 8.44 ± 2.57 mm.

The primary endpoint is complete closure of the treated extent of the GSV at 12 months, as defined by the core laboratory duplex ultrasound protocol. The primary safety endpoint is freedom from vascular-specific serious adverse events related to the device within 30 days.

Technical success was 100%, with deployment under ultrasound guidance in the transverse or longitudinal axis. The procedure was well tolerated, and deployment time was 1 to 2 minutes per clip. No device-related serious adverse events or procedure-related complications occurred within 30 days.

At 1 month, 22 of 22 GSVs and 10 of 11 perforator veins remained closed. Preliminary 6-month findings showed 100% closure in the eight patients with GSV results presented and in the three patients with perforator results presented. Core laboratory adjudication of occlusion at 1, 6, and 12 months is pending.

These interim findings support the safety and performance of percutaneous ligation of superficial and perforator veins with adjunctive sclerotherapy. Twelve-month follow-up will assess the durability of closure.

Early 30-Day Results From a Real-World Registry of the Abre Venous Stent System in Patients With Central Venous Disease

Presented by Paul Gagne, MD

Purpose: The Abre Venous Self-Expanding Stent System is indicated for treatment of symptomatic iliofemoral venous outflow obstruction. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the 30-day real-world safety and performance of the Abre stent.

Materials and Methods: The Medtronic Product Surveillance Registry (PSR; NCT01524276) is a prospective, global post-market surveillance platform. Between June 2024 and September 2025, 151 patients were enrolled (n=15 sites, Europe and USA), received at least one Abre stent, and were treated per routine care with planned five-year follow-up. The primary safety endpoint is freedom from stent fracture. The primary efficacy endpoint is the rate of target lesion revascularization (TLR). Both were assessed through 60 months. Secondary objectives include assessment of post-procedural pain, stent patency, and patient-reported health outcomes.

Results: Patients treated included 72.8% females (mean age 50.6 ± 17.4 years) treated for nonthrombotic iliac vein lesions (74.3%), post-thrombotic syndrome (21.1%), acute deep vein thrombosis (3.3%), and other (1.3%). Pelvic venous disorder (PeVD) was present in 45.7%. Procedures were performed per IFU (92.8%). The patient's left limb was treated in 80.1%; mean disease length was 96.2 ± 77.6 mm; mean stented length was 150.5 ± 48.1 mm. All patients completed 30-day follow-up. Stent fractures (n=0) and TLR (n=1,0.7%) occurred through 30 days. Patients experienced significant pain decrease by 30 days. Higher baseline pain was associated with immediate greater post-procedure pain. Patients treated with larger stent diameters (18–20 mm) reported larger increases in immediate pain that decreased and aligned with the overall cohort by day 30.

Conclusion: This cohort had a high prevalence of nonthrombotic iliac vein lesions and stenting with the Abre venous stent showed favorable safety, low reintervention, and improvement in pain. Larger stent diameters (18–20 mm) had a greater increases in post-procedural pain which resolved by 30 days.

A Prospective Multicenter Trial of On-The-Table Mechanically Channeled Thrombolysis for Acute Intermediate-Risk Pulmonary Embolism: Results of the Interim Analysis of 150 Participants in the RAPID-PE Study

Presented by Wissam A. Jaber, MD

Background: Catheter-directed thrombolysis for acute intermediate-risk pulmonary embolism (PE) has conventionally required prolonged lytic infusion and monitoring. RAPID-PE evaluates on-the-table (OTT) mechanically channeled thrombolysis (MCT) using the THROMBOLEX® device without post-procedural lytic infusion.

Design: RAPID-PE is a prospective, multicenter, single-arm, open-label study enrolling up to 350 adults at up to 50 U.S. sites. Eligible patients have acute PE with computed tomography angiography (CTA) evidence of right ventricular dysfunction and dilatation. The expanded device basket creates channels within thrombus while delivering 4 targeted 1-mg dilute r-tPA pulse sprays per lung interspersed with saline flushes. The primary efficacy endpoint is all-cause mortality or hemodynamic decompensation through 7 days; the primary safety endpoint is International Society on Thrombosis and Haemostasis (ISTH) major bleeding, including intracranial hemorrhage.

Results: This preliminary interim analysis includes 150 participants. Mean age was 65.2 years, mean baseline RV/LV ratio was 1.40, and 140 (93.3%) had bilateral PE. The 7-day primary composite occurred in 1/150 (0.7%). Major bleeding within 72 hours occurred in 1/150 (0.7%). No ischemic or hemorrhagic strokes were reported through 30 days. Device- or procedure-related serious adverse events occurred in 2/150 (1.3%) through discharge. Post-treatment ICU care was provided to 15/150 patients (10.0%); 7/150 (4.7%) required ICU care due to their clinical condition. Within 30 days, recurrent PE occurred in 4/150 (2.7%) and rehospitalization in 17/150 (11.3%). Median hospital stay from emergency department arrival to discharge order was 2.96 days.

Conclusion: These preliminary single-arm findings show low observed rates of the primary composite and major bleeding following OTT MCT. Ninety percent had no post-treatment ICU stay. Enrollment continues toward 350 participants.

CSL and Alentis announce global partnership to develop and commercialise lixudebart for rare kidney and liver diseases

Alentis to receive US$355 million initial payment and up to US$1.2 billion in commercial milestones, with global profits shared

MELBOURNE, Australia and BASEL, Switzerland, Oct. 4, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- CSL and Alentis Therapeutics today announced they have entered into an exclusive global collaboration agreement to co-develop and co-promote lixudebart, which has the potential to become a first-in-class therapy targeting claudin-1 across a range of kidney, liver and other diseases.

Lixudebart is currently being evaluated in the ongoing Phase 2 RENAL trial in patients with ANCA (antineutrophil cytoplasmic antibodies)-associated vasculitis with rapidly progressive glomerulonephritis (AAV-RPGN), a rare and potentially life-threatening autoimmune disease that can cause irreversible kidney damage and end-stage renal disease.

With a novel mechanism of action, lixudebart exerts potent anti-inflammatory and anti-fibrotic effects to potentially prevent and reverse organ damage in ANCA-associated vasculitis (AAV) and numerous other kidney, liver and lung diseases. The ongoing phase 2 trial is designed to translate these mechanistic effects into meaningful clinical impact.

The collaboration brings together Alentis' scientific expertise as the leading clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company targeting claudin-1 and CSL's global development and commercialisation capabilities in nephrology, with a shared goal of bringing innovative and highly impactful treatment options to patients with rare kidney and liver diseases. In addition to AAV-RPGN, the two companies will advance lixudebart as a novel treatment for focal segmental glomerulosclerosis (FSGS), a rare progressive kidney disease, and for primary sclerosing cholangitis (PSC), an autoimmune chronic liver disease.

"This partnership enables us to dramatically accelerate the development of lixudebart in several indications in parallel," said Dr Mark Pruzanski, Chief Executive Officer of Alentis Therapeutics. "We are convinced CSL's demonstrated clinical development and commercialisation capabilities in AAV and kidney diseases makes them the right partner to bring lixudebart to patients. More broadly, this furthers the validation of claudin-1 as a novel therapeutic target and we are excited about the potential to accelerate the advancement of our other clinical stage assets and preclinical pipeline."

"Patients diagnosed with ANCA-associated vasculitis with rapidly progressive glomerulonephritis face rapid kidney function decline, leaving them at risk of irreversible damage even with currently available treatments," said Dr Bill Mezzanotte, EVP, Head of R&D, CSL. "We believe lixudebart has the potential to become an important new therapeutic option to help improve kidney function and prevent progression to end-stage kidney disease, first in AAV-RPGN and hopefully also in focal segmental glomerulosclerosis, while potentially showing similar benefit on liver function in primary sclerosing cholangitis. Our partnership with Alentis reflects CSL's commitment to building a leading global nephrology franchise, and our strategic intent to create high-value external partnerships."

Under the agreement, CSL and Alentis will jointly develop and co-promote lixudebart. CSL will make an initial payment to Alentis of US$355 million, with Alentis eligible to receive up to an additional US$1.2 billion in commercial milestone payments. In addition to these payments, CSL will fully fund the completion of the ongoing Phase 2 RENAL trial and planned Phase 3 trial in AAV-RPGN, the Phase 2 trials in FSGS and PSC and other supporting development activities. Once commercialised, global profits will be shared 55 per cent to CSL and 45 per cent to Alentis.

About AAV-RPGN

ANCA (antineutrophil cytoplasmic antibodies)-associated vasculitis with rapidly progressive glomerulonephritis (AAV-RPGN) is a rare, severe and potentially fatal autoimmune disease in which the body's immune system attacks small blood vessels in the kidney. RPGN is characterized by rapid loss of kidney function over a very short period (days to weeks). Despite potent immunosuppressive treatment, most patients develop significant or total loss of kidney function.

About Lixudebart

Lixudebart (formerly known as ALE.F02) is an investigational monoclonal antibody that selectively targets exposed claudin-1, a key driver of inflammatory and fibrotic signalling pathways in numerous fibrotic diseases of the kidney, liver, lung, intestine and other solid organs. In an interim analysis of 26 patients with AAV-RPGN in the ongoing Phase 2 RENAL trial, lixudebart showed promising improvement in kidney function as assessed by eGFR and proteinuria at 24 weeks. In the Phase 1b FEGATO trial in 41 patients with advanced F3/F4 liver fibrosis, lixudebart demonstrated improved liver function at 6 weeks. In both studies lixudebart showed dose-dependent claudin-1 target engagement, along with a favourable safety and tolerability profile. Lixudebart has been granted Orphan Drug designation by the FDA for the treatment of Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis (IPF).

The General Insurance® Gives Street Fighter's Iconic Beat-Up Car a Break
Image File
Original HTML

One lucky "Street Fighter" fan will have the chance to win the restored iconic vehicle and a cash prize of $25,400.69 by entering a nationwide sweepstakes now through November 18, 2026. The design of the build, recently unveiled live at ComplexCon in Los Angeles, recreates the pixelated vehicle players have seen on their screens for decades, complete with custom pixel upholstery, new leather seats, a coin-slot change holder that works as a seat warmer, upgraded speakers and more. Fans can click here to enter.

Renowned Hollywood car builder Dennis McCarthy and his company Vehicle Effects were tasked with bringing the vehicle from the screen to the streets, and each step of the unique build was documented along the way. McCarthy has built some of Hollywood's most recognizable vehicles and is best known for his longtime work on the "Fast & Furious" franchise.

"I've built a lot of wild cars over the years, but there's something really fun about taking a car people have spent decades destroying in a video game and giving it a second life," said McCarthy. "Street Fighter fans know this car the second they see it, so we wanted to get every detail right while making it something you could actually drive. And after all the hits this thing has taken, I'd say it had more than earned a break."

For The General, the program goes beyond simply restoring an iconic car. The brand knows that people can take some hits and dings of their own when it comes to auto insurance. A lapse in coverage, a late payment, an accident or a less-than-perfect driving record can make getting insured feel like an actual battle. The General's approach is to help take the fight out of getting insured with great customer service and affordable rates when drivers need them most.

"At The General, we've always believed everyone deserves a break, and this time, we decided to take that idea pretty literally," said Chauncey Citchens, director of marketing at The General. "Our partnership with Street Fighter gave us an unexpected way to bring that promise to life by taking a car fans have spent decades beating up, giving it a fresh start and ultimately putting the keys in the hands of one lucky fan. If this car can get a second chance, we think people deserve one too."

The activation also builds on The General's new "Street Fighter" ad campaign, which features WWE Superstar and actor Joe "Roman Reigns" Anoa'i in the role of Akuma. Through its partnerships with the WWE and these latest efforts with "Street Fighter," The General has continued to find new ways to connect with fans through advertising, content and experiences centered around the passions they care about most.

LiLic Sidecar Debuts at YOTTA 2026 as Vision Group Showcases New Power Solutions for AI Infrastructure

LAS VEGAS and NEW YORK, Oct. 4, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Vision Group showcased its portfolio of AI data center (AIDC) power and energy storage products at YOTTA 2026 in Las Vegas on September 29–30, marking the first public appearance of LiLic Sidecar. Addressing the growing need for high-power delivery, flexible backup power, and integrated backup and energy storage, the company presented LiLic Sidecar, its high-voltage direct current (HVDC) power solution, battery backup units (BBU), and battery energy storage systems (BESS). Together, these solutions demonstrate a multilayered portfolio spanning battery backup, high-voltage DC power, and energy storage applications.

As AI infrastructure moves toward higher power densities, power systems must do more than provide protection during outages. They must also accommodate rapidly changing loads while addressing space utilization, power efficiency, and deployment timelines. At YOTTA 2026, Vision Group presented new products and system solutions designed to meet these requirements, bringing its technologies across battery cells, backup power equipment, and power supply and distribution systems to the global data center community.

LiLic Sidecar: Combining Transient Power Support with Sustained Backup

A key highlight of Vision Group's exhibit, LiLic Sidecar is designed for high-power-density AI data centers. It connects directly to an 800V DC busbar (±400V) and is compatible with the OCP ORV4 open rack standard, offering a new backup power option for high-voltage DC architectures.

To address both frequent AI load fluctuations and power interruptions, LiLic Sidecar uses a hybrid cell design that combines the pulse-cycling characteristics of lithium-ion capacitors (LIC) with the backup capabilities of lithium iron phosphate (LFP) batteries. It integrates power fluctuation smoothing and short-duration backup within a single system. In a five-module operating configuration, each cabinet delivers 1MW of rated discharge power and at least 60 seconds of backup at a 1MW load, providing reserve energy for high-power compute racks.

LiLic Sidecar features an All-in-One design that integrates power functions associated with CBU and BBU systems. By addressing requirements across multiple timescales—from transient response to short-duration backup—it reduces the space required for separately deployed equipment. Its integrated battery management system (BMS) and DC/DC design further reduces external connectors and cable interconnection points, simplifying system connections. Hot-swappable modules facilitate maintenance and replacement.

For thermal management, the product combines immersion cooling with cold-plate cooling. An electrically insulating, flame-retardant immersion coolant works alongside cold plates to address electrical safety and heat dissipation requirements in high-voltage environments. This hybrid liquid-cooling approach improves temperature uniformity across cells and supports stable system operation.

Discussing the innovation behind LiLic Sidecar, Tom Qin, Vice President of Strategy and Business Management at Vision Group, said in an interview: "This is more than a product. It represents a new path for Vision Group to redefine AIDC backup power architecture."

This approach reflects the company's efforts to jointly optimize power response, backup capability, and system integration around the operating characteristics of AI loads.

From Backup Power to Campus Energy: Matching Solutions to Different Deployment Needs

Vision Group also showcased HVDC, BBU, and BESS solutions to address power and energy storage requirements at different levels, giving customers multiple options for architecture selection, project deployment, and operational management.

HVDC: Supporting 800V Power Architectures

Vision Group's HVDC solution uses an 800V high-voltage DC architecture to address AI data centers' demand for efficient power delivery. The solution has been deployed at a hyperscale AI data center in Ulanqab, providing practical project experience to support further deployment of the company's high-voltage DC energy storage and backup power systems.

BBU: Bringing Backup Power Closer to the Load

Battery backup units extend power protection to the load side. The 72kW BBU presented at the event features a compact 2RU design and a 5+1 redundant architecture, delivering high-density backup power within a limited footprint. It also incorporates three levels of fire safety protection—at the cell, module, and system levels—to provide multilayered safeguards for backup power deployed close to computing loads.

BESS: Extending Energy Value Beyond Backup

Vision Group's BESS portfolio includes 5.015MWh and 6.48MWh liquid-cooled battery energy storage containers, as well as a 215kWh immersion-cooled battery energy storage cabinet, addressing energy storage needs at different scales. Where backup capacity and operating requirements are met, available surplus capacity can support peak shaving and valley filling, extending the value of integrated backup power and energy storage.

Safety and Reliability as the Foundation for High-Density Computing

During an industry media interview at the event, Tom Qin emphasized: "In AI data centers, high power density is important, but safety and reliability will always be Vision Group's first principle."

He noted that the highly dynamic nature of AI loads places greater demands on the long-term stability of power systems, making safety essential throughout the product lifecycle.

Citing the large-scale indoor fire test of Vision Group's REVO 3.0 lithium battery system for UPS applications, Qin described the company's approach to validating system-level safety under extreme conditions. From fire testing to the BBU's multilayered fire protection, Vision Group incorporates safety requirements into both product design and validation to support continuous, stable power delivery in high-density data centers.

Strengthening Its North American Presence with Global Delivery Capabilities

Beyond product innovation, global delivery and localized service were also key topics in the interview.

"North America is a strategic market for Vision Group and will be a key focus of our future efforts," Tom Qin said.

Serving global cloud providers and data center operators, Vision Group will continue to strengthen its technological innovation, delivery, and service capabilities while deepening collaboration with industry partners.

Founded in 1994, Vision Group has built extensive experience in backup power, with a business presence spanning more than 100 countries and regions. Supported by manufacturing facilities in Vietnam and other locations, together with its overseas service network, the company provides delivery, compliance certification, and after-sales support. It also maintains collaborations with companies including Eaton, Vertiv, Schneider Electric, and Delta to align its products and solutions with customers' practical application requirements.

From the debut of LiLic Sidecar to its multilayered HVDC, BBU, and BESS portfolio, Vision Group is advancing its "All in AIDC" strategy by expanding from individual backup power products to integrated power supply and distribution solutions. Its appearance at YOTTA 2026 highlighted the company's AIDC technologies and product portfolio while providing an opportunity to deepen engagement in North America and expand collaboration across the global industry ecosystem.

Time-honored brands such as White Rabbit candy, Hero fountain pens and Lao Feng Xiang offered visitors a taste of Shanghai's iconic homegrown brands. Meanwhile, an IP SHANGHAI lenticular art exhibition brought the city to life through dynamic images that changed as visitors moved around the displays.

From such an immersive experience showcasing Shanghai as a first stop for international visitors entering China to distinctive IPs spanning culture, commerce, tourism, sports and exhibitions, the carnival offered Americans and international visitors a glimpse of the city and a chance to experience Shanghai firsthand at one of Washington's most iconic landmarks. Many visitors said they hoped to visit Shanghai in person and explore the city on foot through a "city walk."

As the sun began to set, its golden glow fell over the Capitol dome. Against an iconic backdrop featuring the two cities, the "Future Resonance" outdoor concert got underway.

Young performers from China and the United States took the stage alongside renowned artists from both countries. The One Voice Children's Choir from the United States and the Manhattan Philharmonic joined forces to perform "We Are Together," a song created in Shanghai to celebrate friendship between the two countries.

The program featured a rich mix of symphonic works, traditional Chinese music, Chinese opera and anime music. Footage from Shanghai's city image film "UP! SHANGHAI" played on the large screen behind the stage throughout the concert.

Later that evening, nearly 100 guests from China and the United States, including prominent figures from politics, business, technology, culture and the arts, took part in the ShanghaiEye Night dialogue session.

Themed "Invest in China for a Win-Win Future," the dialogue highlighted the China International Import Expo and Shanghai's development as an international economic, financial, trade, shipping and technological innovation center. It also showcased the city's world-class business environment and provided a platform for high-level dialogue and practical cooperation between Chinese and U.S. companies.

The dialogue also featured a "Shanghai Charm" city image reception area. On one side, twenty selected historical photographs capturing key "Shanghai moments" in China-U.S. relations were displayed, including the signing of the Shanghai Communiqué, the launch of the first China-U.S. air route, the opening of Apple's first store in China, the Tesla Gigafactory and the 10th anniversary of Shanghai Disney Resort.

On the other side, 20 photographs from the IP SHANGHAI platform, under the theme "Chasing Dreams in Shanghai," showcased Lujiazui Financial City, Yangshan Deep-Water Port, Shanghai Grand Opera House, the North Bund shipping hub, and the Huangpu River and Suzhou Creek. Together, the displays offered guests a visual introduction to the city and created lasting memories of Shanghai.

With the support of the Information Office of the Shanghai Municipal Government and co-hosted by Shanghai Media Group, the World Intangible Cultural Heritage Conservation Center and the Washington Chinese Community Alliance, the event brought together guests from a range of sectors in China and the United States.

The event brought Shanghai closer to American audiences and the international community through city promotion, cultural performances, interactive experiences and high-level dialogue. It also provided a platform for people-to-people and cultural exchange between China and the United States. Reflecting the theme "Future Resonance," the event hoped to give a warm and positive boost to people-to-people exchanges between the two countries.

CASE ALLEGATIONS: Alibaba, through its subsidiaries, provides technology infrastructure and marketing reach to help merchants, brands, retailers, and other businesses.

The Alibaba class action lawsuit alleges that defendants throughout the Class Period made false and/or misleading statements and/or failed to disclose that: (i) under the National Defense Authorization Act, any entities directly or indirectly controlled by or affiliated with the Chinese Ministry of Industry and Information Technology were considered a Chinese military company; (ii) Alibaba was directly or indirectly controlled by or affiliated with the Chinese Ministry of Industry and Information Technology; (iii) the risk of Alibaba carrying out distillation attacks against third-party AI models was not a mere hypothetical or inadvertent, but ongoing; and (iv) as a result, defendants' public statements about Alibaba's business, operations, and prospects were materially false and/or misleading at all relevant times.

On June 8, 2026, after market hours, the U.S. Department of Defense allegedly released an updated list identifying Chinese military companies that included Alibaba due to its direct or indirect control by or affiliation with the Chinese Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. On this news, the price of Alibaba's American Depositary Shares ("ADSs") declined nearly 4%, according to the complaint.

On June 24, 2026, shortly before the markets closed, Bloomberg published an article titled "Anthropic Accuses Alibaba of 'Illicitly' Accessing AI Models." According to the complaint, the article stated in part that "Anthropic said that a campaign by operators linked to Alibaba's Qwen AI lab targeted Claude's most prized capabilities, including software engineering and agentic reasoning, according to a letter that the AI startup sent to several US senators and White House officials." The article allegedly also added that "Anthropic warned that Alibaba and other Chinese labs are making systematic and unauthorized use of results from leading US models to develop a rival generation of chatbots at a fraction of the cost via a practice known as adversarial distillation." On this news, the price of Alibaba's ADSs fell 2.7% on June 24, 2026, and 4.7% further on June 25, 2026, according to the complaint.
