Strong demand leads to expanded funding, new rebate options

DIAMOND BAR, Calif., Oct. 2, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Following strong public demand and a successful launch, the South Coast Air Quality Management District (South Coast AQMD) Governing Board today approved $60.2 million in additional funding for the GO ZERO Incentive Program.

The expansion builds on the program's initial $21 million pilot, which has already helped more than 3,000 single-family homes and 700 multifamily units replace gas furnaces and water heaters with zero-emission heat pumps for space and water heating.

The GO ZERO pilot program launched in September 2025, offering rebates to single-family homeowners, multifamily property owners, and small businesses* to switch from gas to zero-emission space and water heating units. Demand quickly exceeded available funding. Multifamily funding was fully reserved within two weeks of the program launch, and single-family funding was exhausted in less than 6 months.

"GO ZERO has shown just how eager our communities are to move away from polluting gas appliances when we make it more affordable to do so," said South Coast AQMD Governing Board Chair Michael A. Cacciotti. "This expansion lets us build on that momentum and provides this opportunity for more residents across our region."

The increased funding will provide $20 million each for single-family and multifamily rebates, plus $20 million in funding to allocate to either category based on demand. Other changes to the program include:

- More Options: Solar water heating will now qualify for rebates along with heat pump water heaters.

- New Rebate** Tiers: Rebates will range from $500 to $1,000 for most single-family households, depending on system type and size, with higher amounts of $1,000-$2,000 available in overburdened communities. Multifamily rebates will range from $500-$1,000 per unit, with a $300,000 cap per property. New tiers will also support smaller systems such as mini-split and window heat pumps, making electrification more accessible for smaller homes and apartments.

- More Access to Multifamily Funding: Updated reservation requirements and limits will be implemented to help distribute funding across more properties.

At least 75 percent of single-family and multifamily rebate funding will continue to be prioritized for applicants in overburdened communities. GO ZERO rebates may also be combined with other eligible incentives, helping residents and property owners further reduce the cost of installing qualifying heat pump technologies.

Zero-emission heat pumps provide both heating and cooling and operate up to three to four times more efficiently than traditional gas systems. Replacing gas furnaces, air conditioners, and water heaters with heat pumps—or qualifying solar systems—can reduce energy use and air pollution.

Applications and updated program details including portal reopening date will be available at www.aqmd.gov/gozero. Rebates will be processed while funding lasts; property owners and small businesses are encouraged to apply early.

*Eligible small businesses include independently owned and operated businesses that meet at least one of the following: 100 or fewer employees, annual gross receipts of $5 million or less, or, nonprofits exempt from federal income tax under Section 501(c)(3).

**Qualified units installed on or after September 4, 2026 will be eligible for Phase 2 rebate funding.

Phillips & Associates | Sexual Harassment, Discrimination & Employment Lawyers

Oct 02, 2026, 16:54 ET

The premier forum for plaintiff-side employment attorneys returns March 14 to 16, 2027, at the Andaz Miami Beach Resort & Spa, following a standout 2026 event that drew dozens of the nation's top plaintiff-side litigators.

NEW YORK, Oct. 2, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Phillips & Associates, PLLC, one of the largest plaintiff-side employment law firms representing employees exclusively across New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Florida, today announced that the National Plaintiffs' Summit on Sexual Harassment & Employment Discrimination will return March 14 to 16, 2027, at the Andaz Miami Beach Resort & Spa.

The Summit was founded by William K. Phillips, Managing Partner of Phillips & Associates and founder of HarassmentHelp.org and the Not in the Newsletter Podcast, with Vanessa Keys, Chief Operating Officer of Phillips & Associates, playing a key role in its development and launch. Brittany A. Stevens, Partner at Phillips & Associates, serves as Co-Chair. The Summit brings together plaintiff-side employment attorneys from across the country for intensive, practice-focused sessions on litigation strategy, damages modeling, digital evidence, workplace investigations, and the evolving issues shaping plaintiff-side employment law.

William K. Phillips said, "The success of the 2026 National Plaintiffs' Summit came from bringing together outstanding plaintiffs' employment lawyers who were willing to speak candidly, share practical strategies, and learn from one another. It was not simply another legal conference. It strengthened a community of attorneys who represent employees in workplace sexual harassment, discrimination, and retaliation cases and who are committed to holding powerful defendants accountable." He continued, "Sexual harassment, discrimination, and retaliation in the workplace are not going away. This collaboration matters because people come to us during some of the most difficult times in their lives. Their careers are at stake, they are often suffering emotionally, and they may feel powerless against a large employer or corporation. We must do everything we can to make them feel heard, supported, and confident that they have experienced advocates fighting for them."

A Standout 2026 Summit

The 2026 Summit, held at the Eden Roc Miami Beach, brought together dozens of the nation's most accomplished plaintiff-side employment litigators for two days of intensive, highly interactive strategy sessions, including live damages modeling with real-time liability and risk analysis, trauma-informed litigation techniques, the latest retaliation law developments across federal and state jurisdictions, and responsible AI applications in intake, discovery, and case building. Past featured speakers have included Cathleen Scott of Scott Law Team, Toni J. Jaramilla, Christina Cheung of Allred, Maroko & Goldberg, and Kelly O'Connell of O'Connell Law, PLLC, drawing attorneys from 15 jurisdictions.

As Christina Cheung of Allred, Maroko & Goldberg has said of the Summit, "The fact that the National Plaintiff Summit is specifically about sexual harassment and retaliation cases means you really have a level of expertise here, and a level of understanding of how these cases work, that makes this conference distinct from other conferences."

What to Expect in 2027

In 2027, attendees can expect practical, high-level programming on building and litigating stronger sexual harassment, discrimination, and retaliation cases, creating leverage, negotiating better outcomes for clients, and successfully managing and growing a plaintiffs' employment law firm. Just as importantly, the Summit will provide more opportunities to exchange ideas and build lasting relationships with leading plaintiffs' employment lawyers from across the country.

About the National Plaintiffs' Summit

PMET Resources Files Amended Version of its NI 43-101 Technical Report on the CV5 Lithium-Only Feasibility Study Previously Published in 2025 on its Shaakichiuwaanaan Project

Following a routine review by the Autorité des marchés financiers ("AMF"), the government agency responsible for regulating securities in the Province of Québec, Canada, the Company has filed an amended Technical Report (as defined below) correcting certain compliance-related irregularities.

HIGHLIGHTS

- The clarification, formatting and additional disclosure in the amended Technical Report have no impact on the economic or technical conclusions of the 2025 Lithium-only FS (as defined below) which remain as previously stated.

- The re-filing is not to be confused with the previously announced updated feasibility study inclusive of tantalum economics that is currently underway which the Company intends to release in Q4 of this year.

MONTREAL, Oct. 2, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Oct. 3, 2026 - SYDNEY, Australia

PMET Resources Inc. (the "Company" or "PMET") (TSX: PMET) (ASX: PMT) (OTCQX: PMETF) (FSE: R9GA) announces that, following a routine review pursuant to the continuous disclosure review program by the AMF, it has filed on SEDAR+ an amended version, with an unchanged effective date of October 20, 2025, an issue date of November 14, 2025 and an amended date of October 2, 2026, of its previously filed technical report for the Shaakichiuwaanaan Project titled "CV5 Pegmatite Lithium-Only Feasibility Study NI 43-101 Technical Report – Shaakichiuwaanaan Project" (the "Technical Report"), prepared in accordance with National Instrument 43-101 – Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects ("NI 43-101"). The amended Technical Report is a reissuance of the results originally announced in the October 20, 2025, news release by the Company announcing a positive lithium-only feasibility study ("FS") on the CV5 Pegmatite outlining the potential for a large-scale mining operation at the Shaakichiuwaanaan Project.

The amended Technical Report addresses comments requesting clarification, formatting and additional disclosure for compliance purposes in a small number of areas, including, qualified persons' certificates content, improper scaling and map formatting, clarifications with respect to the reasonable prospects for eventual economic extraction for caesium, tantalum, and gallium, and clarifications with respect to the cut-off grade for caesium oxide.

The corrections causing the refiling do not, in any way, shape or form, affect the economic or technical conclusions of the FS. Furthermore, this amended Technical Report is not to be confused with the previously announced updated feasibility study inclusive of tantalum economics that the Company currently has underway and intends to release in Q4 of this year.

The amended version of the report is available on SEDAR+ and will be available shortly thereafter on the Company's website. Readers are encouraged to read the amended Technical Report in its entirety, including all qualifications, assumptions, exclusions and risks that relate to the Mineral Resource, Mineral Reserve, and life of mine plan. The amended Technical Report is intended to be read as a whole, and sections should not be read or relied upon out of context.

About PMET Resources Inc.

Good Sports and TruGreen Host 'Play Day Celebration' and Equipment Donation to Kick off Fall Sports Season at Local High School
Image File

With a goal to support "play for all," TruGreen and Good Sports are addressing a challenge facing under-resourced youth sports programs: ensuring kids have access to the equipment they need to play and thrive. Good Sports serves schools where the majority of the programs use sports and recreation equipment that is more than 7-10 years old, and where more than 80% of teachers spend their own money on student sports supplies.

This national collaboration is made possible through the iHeartImpact program, a community impact division of iHeartMedia designed to help corporate brands partner with nonprofits through their advertising spend with iHeartMedia. TruGreen's investment helps local organizations across the country expand programming, lower participation costs, and give more kids the physical, social, and emotional benefits that come with being active.

"This partnership is going to help make a profound impact on kids across the country. Good Sports is grateful for TruGreen and iHeart's commitment to helping us provide access to play to kids, no matter where they live. This Play Day Celebration is a testament to that," said Good Sports co-founder and CEO, Melissa Harper.

With more than 11 million kids equipped with sports gear across all 50 states, Good Sports is helping to create safe and inviting environments where children can play.

"As a former athlete, sports really helped me learn the values of teamwork and leadership," said Brian Bugara, Senior Vice President & Chief Revenue Officer at TruGreen. "At TruGreen, we believe in Good Sports' approach to ensure all kids have access to good fields and the equipment they need to play sports. We're excited to be part of this effort."

"Youth sports is a pillar for so many of the communities and audiences we reach every day, including here in Nashville," said Ann Marie Licata, CEO, Multiplatform Group iHeartMedia, iHeartMedia. "Supporting communities is central to iHeart's mission, and we're grateful at the opportunity to come together with both TruGreen and Good Sports to make youth programs across the country more accessible and equitable."

The Maplewood High School Panthers celebrated an on-field Play Day where TruGreen and iHeart joined Good Sports in providing new sports supplies to the school. Led by TruGreen volunteers, student athletes participated in activities with their new equipment, including flag football, volleyball "keep the ball alive", soccer, and a catchers relay race.

Tigerlily Foundation's Pajama Glam Empowers Girls and Families Through Health Literacy, Self-Advocacy and Connection

The multigenerational health and wellness experience will bring approximately 150 girls, caregivers and community members together for candid conversations about body awareness, prevention, family health history, emotional wellness, and the power of every girl's voice.

WASHINGTON, Oct. 2, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- What began with a young girl imagining a different kind of breast cancer gathering has grown into a joyful, multigenerational health and wellness experience. On Saturday, October 17, 2026, from 12:30–3:30 p.m., Tigerlily Foundation will host Pajama Glam Party 2026, bringing approximately 150 girls of all ages, caregivers, families, advocates and community members together for an afternoon of confidence, connection, education and fun.

More than a party, Pajama Glam is a family-centered health literacy experience rooted in Breast Cancer Awareness Month and Tigerlily Foundation's 20-year mission to transform awareness into action, equipping the next generation with the knowledge, confidence and voice to advocate for their health at every stage of life.

The idea was inspired by Noelle Karmo-Walsh, daughter of Tigerlily Foundation Founder, President and CEO Maimah Karmo, who was diagnosed with breast cancer at 32. Growing up attending breast cancer events alongside her mother, Noelle saw an opportunity to create something that spoke directly to children and families.

"When you're diagnosed with cancer as a parent, you're not only thinking about what the diagnosis means for you. You're thinking about your child—what they understand, what they may be afraid to ask, and how to protect their childhood while still being honest about what your family is facing," said Maimah Karmo, President and CEO of Tigerlily Foundation. "Pajama Glam was born from recognizing that our children need space in this journey too. But it has grown into something even bigger: a generational health experience where girls and families can learn, talk, laugh, heal and build the confidence to advocate for their health for the rest of their lives."

At Pajama Glam, pajamas replace formal attire and sparkle opens the door to connection, making it easier to begin conversations that can feel difficult — from knowing your body and recognizing changes, to understanding family health history, expressing emotions and speaking up in healthcare settings.

Why Health Literacy Matters Now

Nearly 9 in 10 adults struggle to understand and use health information when it includes unfamiliar or complex terms, while Black women continue to experience significantly higher breast cancer mortality than White women.

These disparities underscore why trusted health information must reach families early. Pajama Glam introduces girls and families to body awareness, family health history and self-advocacy in an age-appropriate way, building the confidence to ask questions and speak up for their care.

From Awareness to Advocacy, Across Generations

A diagnosis in the family can bring emotions, questions and fears that children don't always know how to express. Pajama Glam gives families a welcoming space to explore topics that are often hard to discuss — illness, fear, inherited risk, prevention, mental wellness and the importance of seeking care — building a foundation for generational health and empowered advocacy.

"My mom's journey taught me how important it is to know your own body and recognize when something doesn't feel right," Noelle Karmo said. "The earlier girls learn to advocate for themselves and be proactive about their health, the better equipped they are to speak up and seek care."

Where Fun Meets Empowerment

Guests are encouraged to arrive in their favorite pajamas and plenty of sparkle for an afternoon featuring interactive wellness activities, body awareness education, confidence-building experiences, family conversation moments, creative expression and special surprises.

From sparkle and pajamas to self-advocacy and health education, Pajama Glam is designed to remind every girl that her body matters, her voice matters, her feelings matter and her future matters.

Wear Your Sparkle & PJs — BLING REQUIRED.

Creating Opportunities for Community and Corporate Engagement

With approximately 150 attendees expected from the Greater Washington region, Pajama Glam offers organizations and community partners a direct way to engage families while advancing health literacy, health equity and generational wellness.

Custom activation and co-branding opportunities include sponsoring the Passport to a Healthy Lifestyle, supporting the ANGEL Advocacy Lounge, and engaging employee volunteer groups to participate alongside Tigerlily Foundation and attending families.

Advancing Tigerlily's Mission Across Generations

As Tigerlily Foundation celebrates 20 years of Beauty, Strength and Transformation, Pajama Glam reflects the organization's commitment to ending disparities of age, stage and color by empowering people before, during and after a health crisis.

Pajama Glam extends that mission to the next generation, introducing girls and families to health literacy, self-advocacy and community care early in life, and opening a gateway to Tigerlily's broader work in education, advocacy, leadership development, survivorship support, clinical trial awareness and community-based health equity.

For Noelle, the message is clear: by making health a family affair, we can build confident, empowered advocates who carry Tigerlily's mission of health, empowerment, hope and resilience into their homes, schools and communities.

Employee contributions will help Advocates expand services for the more than 50,000 residents and families it serves each year

BOSTON, Oct. 2, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Employees of Commonwealth Care Alliance (CCA) and CareSource have raised $50,000 for Advocates, a Massachusetts-based nonprofit organization providing comprehensive services for people with developmental disabilities, mental health challenges and other complex needs.

CCA, part of the CareSource family of companies, participated in the effort through the organization's 2026 Workplace Giving Campaign. Administered by the CareSource Foundation, the campaign gives employees the opportunity to support nonprofit organizations addressing critical health and social needs in the communities it serves. This year's campaign is focused on addressing the mental health crisis affecting communities across the country.

"CCA and CareSource employees care, and they generously support the communities we serve. CareSource's Workplace Giving Campaign and Advocates' Friendship Project are both grounded in a shared belief that by bringing people together, by reaching out to one another, we give fuller meaning to each of our lives. Togetherness matters – a simple idea with profound impacts," said John Koehn, President of Commonwealth Care Alliance and CareSource Market President of Massachusetts. "As CareSource continues to invest in Massachusetts, we are bringing additional resources, expertise, and more importantly, the strength and heart of our people to improve care and services across the Commonwealth. This effort further exemplifies that commitment."

Advocates partners with people navigating life challenges to support growth, learning and connection to their communities, providing a person-centered approach to more than 50,000 individuals and families each year. One of the many programs offered by Advocates is The Friendship Project, which pairs community volunteers with individuals in need to reduce social isolation and improve quality of life. CCA is a proud longtime partner of the Project, supporting its mission to foster meaningful community connections.

"We are immensely grateful to the employees of Commonwealth Care Alliance and CareSource for their generosity and commitment to the communities we serve," said Regina Marshall, CEO of Advocates. "This contribution reflects a shared belief that everyone deserves access to the support, connections, and opportunities they need to thrive. Partnerships like ours with CCA help expand our impact and ensure that more people facing mental health challenges, developmental disabilities, autism, brain injuries, and other complex needs can access the services and community connections that make a meaningful difference in their lives."

In addition to Advocates, 2026 CareSource Workplace Giving Campaign beneficiaries include Ohio-based Integrated Services for Behavioral Health and Nevada-based The Children's Cabinet.

In HelloNation, Audiology Expert Dr. Elizabeth Welch of Franklin, TN Explains How Hearing Aids Work and Who Can Benefit
Image File
Original HTML

FRANKLIN, Tenn., Oct. 2, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- How do hearing aids help with more than just volume? A HelloNation article provides a clear overview of how hearing aids improve speech clarity and reduce listening fatigue, especially for adults with mild to moderate hearing loss. The article also details who benefits from these devices and what adults in Franklin, TN, can expect during a professional hearing evaluation.

The article explains that hearing aids are not simply amplifiers. They are advanced tools designed to help the brain interpret speech and environmental sounds more accurately. For adults who find themselves struggling to follow conversations in noisy spaces or feeling tired after extended periods of listening, hearing aids can make a meaningful difference. The devices adjust sound digitally, filtering out background noise and enhancing the speech signals that the brain needs to process.

According to the article, hearing aids work by capturing sound through built-in microphones, converting that sound into digital information, and then amplifying it in a way tailored to the user's hearing profile. Some models adapt automatically to different environments and are compatible with smartphones for streaming calls and media directly into the ear. This level of customization supports better listening in real-world situations, from office meetings to outdoor gatherings.

The HelloNation article highlights that many adults delay using hearing aids because they believe these devices are only for severe hearing loss. However, the article makes clear that even mild hearing loss can create communication challenges. Early adoption of hearing aids can ease listening effort, lower mental fatigue, and support better social interaction. Adults who frequently turn up the TV, ask others to repeat themselves, or feel disconnected in group conversations may benefit from amplification sooner than they think.

In Franklin, TN, hearing evaluations are available at local audiology centers, ENT practices, and hearing clinics. These evaluations include hearing tests to measure the degree and type of hearing loss, along with a review of lifestyle needs and communication goals. The article explains that the fitting process includes matching the correct hearing aid features to the user's day-to-day environments, ensuring better speech clarity and overall satisfaction.

The article also outlines what adults can expect when trying hearing aids for the first time. Most clinics provide education on use and care, including how to insert and remove the devices, adjust settings, and maintain them properly. Trial periods are often included, giving users the chance to test how the devices perform in real-life settings before final adjustments are made. This step helps fine-tune amplification for both clarity and comfort.

Hearing aids do more than restore sound—they support emotional and cognitive well-being. The HelloNation article notes that untreated hearing loss is associated with social withdrawal, cognitive strain, and even increased risk of depression. Amplification through hearing aids allows adults to stay engaged in conversations, maintain workplace communication, and enjoy everyday interactions with greater ease. Many professionals also combine hearing aids with communication coaching to maximize their benefit.

Regular follow-ups are part of successful hearing aid use. As the article explains, hearing needs can shift over time, so device settings may need to be adjusted. Clinics in Franklin offer ongoing support to ensure users continue to get the most out of their hearing aids. With advances in technology and a personalized approach, adults can rely on these tools to maintain active, independent lifestyles.

How Hearing Aids Work and Who Can Benefit features insights from Dr. Elizabeth Welch, Audiology Expert of Franklin, TN, in HelloNation.

CHAI offers engineers 50% more total compensation, paid in cash

A recent offer to a Meta engineer totals $900,000, as the Palo Alto social AI company recruits for its lean team.

PALO ALTO, Calif., Oct. 2, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- CHAI, the social AI company backed by CoreWeave and AMD Ventures, today detailed its compensation approach for engineering hires: typical offers worth 1.5 times a candidate's current total compensation, paid in cash as salary and bonuses, with the choice to exchange part of the salary for stock options.

In a recent offer, an engineer earning $600,000 in total compensation at Meta was offered a $600,000 annual base salary plus $300,000 in bonuses at CHAI. The $900,000 cash package represents a 50% increase. The base salary alone matches the engineer's entire previous compensation package.

The offer comes from a company that reports a $120 million annualized revenue run-rate with 15–20 employees. As of October 1, 2026, CHAI reported $55 million raised to date, positive unit economics and profitability excluding sales and marketing spending. These figures are company-reported and unaudited; the run-rate extrapolates current revenue to a full year. (Source: CHAI company facts.)

"We want joining CHAI to be a clear step forward—for someone's work, their finances and their family," said William Beauchamp, founder and CEO of CHAI. "A small team gives engineers real responsibility and the chance to learn from each other. Our compensation should give them the same clarity about what the opportunity means."

CHAI's typical compensation package comprises approximately 75% base salary and 25% bonuses. Its bonuses are sign-on and retention payments, rather than payments tied to performance ratings. Sign-on bonuses are not clawed back. Individual offers can use a different salary-and-bonus split, as the recent Meta example illustrates.

The structure also looks beyond the first year. CHAI says second-year compensation is often equal to or higher than first-year compensation. Retention bonuses form part of that approach, helping the company make continuing with the team financially attractive.

That longer-term view is relevant as technology pay structures evolve. Levels.fyi's analysis of front-loaded equity vesting describes how some companies place more of an initial stock grant in earlier years, with later compensation increasingly dependent on performance-based refresher grants.

For market context, Levels.fyi's U.S. Meta software engineer data, accessed October 2, 2026, lists approximately $752,000 in annual total compensation at E6, including roughly $276,000 in base salary and $431,000 in stock. The figures show how much of a big-tech package can sit outside base salary. They provide a market benchmark; the recent CHAI offer is a company-reported individual example.

Engineers who want to participate in CHAI's future ownership can choose to exchange part of their salary for stock options at a reasonable price. The choice lets each person balance cash compensation with potential future upside.

The opportunity extends to the work itself. CHAI engineers build conversational models, model-serving infrastructure and the consumer product, with direct ownership of problems and day-to-day opportunities to learn alongside colleagues. Their work reaches more than one million daily users, connecting research and engineering decisions with measurable changes in the product. (Source: CHAI company facts.)

CHAI's approach brings together a growing business, a small team where individual contributions matter, and compensation that helps experienced engineers make the move with confidence.

Candidates can explore current opportunities on CHAI's careers page.

QA FAIL (need review): TARGET misstates a factual claim: SOURCE says the Meta engineer 'was offered' a $900,000 cash package; TARGET says the engineer 'received' it and that 'CHAI pays' that amount, implying an accepted/completed payment rather than an offer.

The base salary alone equaled the candidate's entire previous package at Meta.</p><h5>CHAI reports $55 million raised and profitability excluding sales and marketing costs</h5><p>As of October 1, 2026, CHAI reported $55 million raised to date, positive unit economics, and profitability when sales and marketing spending is excluded. The figures are company-reported and unaudited, with the revenue run-rate extrapolating current revenue to a full year.</p><h5>CHAI structures pay as roughly 75% base salary and 25% bonuses, with no clawbacks</h5><p>CHAI's typical package splits into approximately 75% base salary and 25% bonuses, structured as sign-on and retention payments rather than performance-rating bonuses. Sign-on bonuses are not subject to clawback, though individual offers, like the recent Meta hire, can use a different split. The company says second-year compensation is often equal to or higher than first-year pay, with retention bonuses built into that structure.</p><h5>Meta's own E6 engineers earn $752,000 on average, with most value outside base salary</h5><p>Levels.fyi data accessed October 2, 2026 lists U.S. Meta software engineers at the E6 level earning approximately $752,000 in annual total compensation, including roughly $276,000 in base salary and $431,000 in stock. The breakdown shows how much of a big-tech package sits in equity rather than cash, contrasting with CHAI's cash-heavy model.</p><h5>Engineers can trade salary for stock options as CHAI's user base passes one million daily users</h5><p>CHAI gives engineers the option to exchange part of their salary for stock options at a reasonable price, allowing each hire to balance cash compensation against potential equity upside. The company's engineers build conversational models, model-serving infrastructure and consumer product features reaching more than one million daily users.</p><p>\"We want joining CHAI to be a clear step forward—for someone's work, their finances and their family,\" said William Beauchamp, founder and CEO of CHAI.</p>", "meta_description": "CHAI offers engineers 1.5x pay in cash, including a $900K package to a Meta hire, as the Palo Alto AI firm hits a $120M revenue run-rate.", "seo_keywords": "CHAI AI, engineering compensation, Meta engineer salary, tech recruiting, CoreWeave, AMD Ventures, AI startup hiring, cash bonuses", "companies": ["CHAI", "Meta", "CoreWeave", "AMD Ventures"], "industries": ["AI Infrastructure"], "markets_regions": ["United States", "North America"], "news_type": ["general_news", "financial_disclosure"], "products": [], "themes": ["talent_acquisition", "compensation_strategy", "ai_development"], "events": [], "cta_text": "Candidates can explore current engineering opportunities at CHAI's careers page.", "learn_more": "https://www.chai-research.com", "fact_check": {"accuracy_score": 100, "legal_risk": "low", "corrections_made": [], "recommendation": "publish"}}
