East and West Coast champions will represent the United States at Cocktail Fever, an immersive global bartender experience in Amsterdam

NEW YORK, Sept. 10, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Lucas Bols today announced Rebecca "Becca" Ardman of Boston and Michael "Mike" Sanz of Los Angeles as the East and West Coast winners, respectively, of the 2026 BOLS Cocktail Battle. Ardman earned top honors with SPF-U, while Sanz won with Fire and Ice. The two champions will represent the United States at Cocktail Fever, a global bartender experience hosted by BOLS in Amsterdam.

Inspired by this year's "Neon Nights" theme, the competition invited bartenders to create original, visually striking cocktails featuring BOLS Liqueurs and inspired by an iconic party decade.

Ardman and Sanz rose to the top of a talented field based on the flavor, originality, technical execution, visual presentation and storytelling behind their cocktails. At Cocktail Fever, they will join BOLS Cocktail Battle winners from around the world for education, cultural experiences and global bartender-community connections.

"Rebecca and Michael captured everything the BOLS Cocktail Battle represents: exceptional flavor, originality, visual excitement and a memorable story," said Ignacio Llaneza, Vice President of Marketing, USA and Canada, Lucas Bols. "Their cocktails demonstrate how the quality and versatility of BOLS Liqueurs can inspire completely different creative expressions. We are proud to celebrate their achievements and have them represent the U.S. bartender community in Amsterdam."

Two Winners, Two Distinct Creative Perspectives

Ardman's winning SPF-U began with the memory of a quiet beach at sunset, the scent of tanning oil and salt in the air, the warmth of the sand and the desire to make the day last a little longer.

The layered cocktail combines BOLS Banana Liqueur and BOLS Blue Curacao with Partida Tequila, Frangelico, lemon and vanilla, finished with pineapple-cinnamon foam. Less than 48 hours before the deadline, Ardman abandoned an earlier concept and committed to the more personal idea that ultimately became SPF-U.

Sanz brought a chef's perspective to the competition. Inspired by the contrast between fire and ice and by the connection between culinary and cocktail creation, he paired BOLS Blue Curacao and BOLS Elderflower Liqueur with gin, lemon, lavender bitters and chile-spiced hot honey.

Foss & Company Acts as Ohio Historic and Transformational Mixed-Use Development Tax Equity Investor for W Cleveland at Erieview Tower
Image File
Original HTML

CLEVELAND, Sept. 10, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Foss & Company, a leading tax equity syndicator, announced today it is providing tax equity investment for the Ohio Historic Preservation Tax Credits and Ohio Transformational Mixed-Use Development (TMUD) Tax Credits supporting the redevelopment of Erieview Tower, a 40-story, 1964-era landmark in downtown Cleveland, into W Cleveland, a W-branded hotel and residential community.

Located at East Ninth Street and St. Clair Avenue, Erieview Tower rises 529 feet and remains Cleveland's fifth-tallest building. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, the tower is being converted into the first W-branded hotel in Ohio, and the first hotel under a Marriott International luxury brand to open in Cleveland since the Ritz-Carlton in 1990.

The project will feature ~19,000 square feet of shared amenity space, including lobby lounge, street level restaurant and bar, a spa and state-of-the-art fitness center; a 15,000-square-foot ballroom and other meeting spaces. A signature restaurant with event space and bar will occupy the Tower's 38th floor, roughly 480 feet above street level, offering unobstructed, 360-degree views of downtown Cleveland and Lake Erie, making it the highest rooftop restaurant and bar in the state of Ohio.

The redevelopment is expected to generate $102,613,690 in qualified rehabilitation expenditures, delivering $10,000,000 in Ohio Historic Preservation Tax Credits and $13,089,150 in Ohio TMUD Tax Credits. Foss & Company is also serving as bridge lender for these state credits.

"Erieview Tower is the kind of catalytic redevelopment our state credit and bridge financing programs are built to support," said Eric Brubaker, Partner and Managing Director at Foss & Company. "Structuring the Ohio Historic Preservation and Transformational Mixed-Use Development tax credits alongside bridge capital allows a project of this scale and complexity to move forward, and we're proud to play that role in bringing new life to a downtown Cleveland landmark."

Erieview Tower is being redeveloped by Erieview Development, with KJK serving as lead counsel and TurnDev as project manager. The W Residences are scheduled to be completed in 2027 and W hotel guest rooms, along with the 38th-floor restaurant and bar, are scheduled to open in 2028.

Atlanta Beltline's Lantern Parade Illuminates Power of Public Art
Image File
Original HTML

Beloved community event celebrates 16th year of civic imagination, inclusive placemaking and Atlanta Beltline's expansive impact

ATLANTA, Sept. 10, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- On Saturday, Sept. 19, the Atlanta Beltline Lantern Parade will return for its 16th year to light up the Atlanta Beltline, with an expanded celebration featuring a longer route, more pre-parade family programming and additional art and community activities along the Beltline's Southwest Trail.

Created by Beltline community resident and parade artist Chantelle Rytter and local volunteers known as her Krewe of the Grateful Gluttons, the now almost two-mile-long procession of lanterns, bands and giant puppets has become one of the Beltline's most iconic events, exemplifying how public infrastructure can become a canvas for civic participation and artistic engagement.

"The Lantern Parade reflects something fundamental about the Atlanta Beltline. Our goal has never simply been to build a trail," said Clyde Higgs, Atlanta Beltline's President and CEO. "We are helping create the physical and civic infrastructure that brings people together and gives communities new ways to connect with one another and with their city. For 16 years, this event has shown what is possible when public space becomes a platform for creativity, participation and belonging."

The parade was one of the first public art projects for the Beltline, which in the last two decades has become known as one of the country's most ambitious and impactful urban redevelopment projects. The event set the tone for what arts and culture could look like as a tool for community engagement and activation. The parade has since grown with the Beltline. What began as a few hundred gathering with their handmade lanterns on the Beltline's first completed stretch has now expanded into the thousands, becoming one of Atlanta's most recognizable traditions. As segments of the 22-mile trail have continued to be laid, the Lantern Parade has marched along.

The Lantern Parade is now one of many annual events and installations that happen on the trail as part of the Beltline's official arts and culture program, Atlanta Beltline Art. Its annual public outdoor art exhibition is now one of the largest in the country, featuring more than 100 works of art in every season. It's also evolved into one of the largest public art programs integrated into a major urban redevelopment initiative in the United States, demonstrating how arts and culture can play a central role in shaping more inclusive approaches to city-building.

More Light, More Art, More Ways to Participate

This year's parade route stretches nearly a half mile longer than in previous years. The procession will begin near Beulah Colbert Park (formerly Adair Park II) before traveling along neighborhood streets and onto the Atlanta Beltline Southwest Trail, ultimately concluding at Lee + White with the signature All-Band Puppet Jam finale.

Along the way, attendees will encounter additional activity at multiple points along and around the route, including activation stations by neighborhood, community and civic groups. Atlanta Beltline Marketplace at Allene, part of the Beltline's small business incubator program, will also be open throughout the evening.

New artist activations will illuminate the route with pop-up performances and temporary installations centered on light-based works, extending the experience beyond the lanterns and giant puppets moving through the parade.

"I think the Lantern Parade cracked something open for a lot of us," said Rytter, who brought the idea for the parade to the Beltline after missing the immersive, community-driven parade culture from her previous home, New Orleans. "It made the idea of public art feel different. Less precious, less gatekept. Suddenly, you didn't need permission to engage with public space in a creative way. You just needed a lantern and the willingness to show up. It stopped being about just "making a thing" and became about "making a moment," a memory, a shared experience. That kind of thinking has spilled over into murals, installations, performances. You can feel it all over the city now."

Make a Lantern. Join the Parade.

Community participation has been at the heart of the Atlanta Beltline Lantern Parade since its debut in 2010. Everyone is invited to become part of the art by creating a lantern and walking in the parade or gathering along the route to watch the festivities unfold.

Leading up to Sept. 19, Rytter and the Krewe of the Grateful Gluttons will host lantern-making opportunities for those looking for inspiration and guidance. At-home lantern-making resources are also available for participants who want to create their own designs. Trees Atlanta will also host a parade-day "procrastination station."

Before the main event, families are invited to the Atlanta Beltline Kids Lantern Parade, presented by Children's Healthcare of Atlanta, at Pittsburgh Yards® from 4 to 7 p.m. The Kids Lantern Parade begins at 4:30 p.m. and will be accompanied by an afternoon of family-friendly activities, including music from DJ Willy WOW!, face painting and balloon twisting by Color Me Happy Academy, performances by Atlanta Drum Academy and a lantern-making station with The Happy Black Parent.

Cécred Introduces Temple Oud Hair Perfume, Bringing Its Beloved Signature Scent Into a New Format

The brand's first hair fragrance answers community demand for a dedicated way to wear their signature fragrance, Temple Oud.

LOS ANGELES, Sept. 10, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Today, Cécred introduces Temple Oud Hair Perfume, transforming its beloved signature fragrance into a hair perfume designed to envelop hair in a long-lasting, rich, woody floral scent. Available exclusively on cecred.com beginning September 10th – followed by the Ulta Beauty App on September 17th and ULTA Beauty stores nationwide on September 19th - the perfume marks the brand's first fragrance-focused product, expanding the Cécred ritual beyond cleansing, treatments, and styling.

Since the brand's debut, the Temple Oud scent has become a beloved part of the Cécred experience. Woven throughout the brand's Foundation and Styling Collections, the fragrance has earned a loyal following, with consumers consistently praising the scent and asking for a way to experience it beyond their existing Cécred routines.

"Fine fragrance has been in Cécred's DNA since day one. We wanted to elevate the wash day experience not only through product performance but through scent, and we also know how deeply it can connect us to memories and traditions," said Ms. Tina Knowles, Vice Chairwoman of Cécred. "Temple Oud is that connection between past, present, and future, and honors the generational knowledge that sits at the core of our brand. Temple Oud Hair Perfume gives people a new way to experience the fragrance beyond wash day and styling."

The fragrance opens with notes of bergamot and night-blooming jasmine, unfurling into deep oud, and finally settling into creamy Australian sandalwood and punchy Haitian vetiver for a rich, woody, floral scent that lasts throughout the day.

Hair naturally holds scent longer than skin because of its porous structure, helping fragrance diffuse gradually over time. Temple Oud Hair Perfume was created specifically with this in mind. Powered by antioxidants and infused with notes that create a sense of calm, the fragrance works with hair's natural chemistry to deliver a lasting scent throughout the day while refreshing between wash days.

"Hair fragrance is no longer an afterthought. It's evolved into a category in its own right, as customers have turned to it as another form of self-expression and a more elevated, sensorial experience from their haircare," said CEO Grace Ray. "Fine fragrance has been signature to Cécred since the brand launched in 2024. Our customers fell in love with Temple Oud in our Foundation and Styling collections, making a standalone hair perfume an authentic next step for the brand. It gives our community exactly what they asked for: a way to layer and build their favorite scent, elevated by a custom, patent-pending bottle design."

Designed to complement your Cécred routine, Temple Oud Hair Perfume can be layered with the brand's existing products to extend the signature scent of wash day or be worn on its own as a finishing touch. Housed in a heavy-walled glass bottle with a luxe base and fine-mist spray, the patent-pending package draws inspiration from fine fragrance while retaining Cécred's iconic bottle silhouette and a chrome cap. Temple Oud Hair Perfume retails for $54 and is available in 1.7 fl oz.

ProphetX Partners with Agg Market to Bring Sports Prediction Markets to Solana

America's first sports-native, CFTC-regulated prediction market brings its full suite of event contracts onchain through an integration with Agg Market

NEW YORK, Sept. 10, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- ProphetX, America's first federally regulated sports-native prediction market, today announced a partnership with Agg Market to expand access to ProphetX prediction markets through Solana. Powered by Agg Market, every contract on ProphetX is now accessible through Agg's Solana-based integration, with 100% market coverage from day one.

"ProphetX was built to bring real regulatory rigor and innovation to sports prediction markets. Extending our full market coverage onchain with Agg Market means traders and builders can access a CFTC-regulated venue through the Solana ecosystem," said ProphetX Co-Founder and Chief Commercial Officer Jake Benzaquen.

The integration marks a significant step in connecting a federally supervised prediction market with onchain infrastructure and expanding the ways traders and builders can access ProphetX markets.

Agg Market provides infrastructure that connects onchain users and builders with prediction market liquidity. The ProphetX integration uses Agg's Solana-based infrastructure to provide an additional access channel to ProphetX markets. The integration does not change the terms, execution, or settlement framework of ProphetX-listed contracts.

ProphetX's market catalog is available through the Agg integration, which may be accessed through Agg's standalone products or broader liquidity APIs, subject to applicable availability and restrictions.

ProphetX: The Leader in B2B Sports Predictions

ProphetX started as a state-licensed exchange, but regulatory clarity led the company to pivot its focus and its existing technology stack toward predictions, giving traders a regulated venue purpose-built for sports outcomes rather than a general-purpose exchange retrofitted for them.

That regulatory footing is what makes today's move meaningful: federal oversight of sports contracts, liquidity, and expanded onchain access.

All ProphetX markets are available through Agg Market's Solana integration, which can be accessed either as a standalone integration or bundled into Agg's broader liquidity APIs. Access ProphetX markets through Agg Market on Solana today.

Solana Builder Grants Program

ProphetX is a CFTC-regulated venue available onchain via Solana, and Solana will be supporting a builder grants program to fund new dApps built on ProphetX with Agg. Further details surrounding the Builder Program will be released soon. If you're interested in building on top of Prediction Markets onchain, please reach out to Agg to learn more.

Trade ProphetX on Solana today at Agg.Market. Builders can integrate via the Agg Tokenization Layer API — https://docs.agg.market/recipes/tokenized-offchain-predictions

Stephen Curry's UNDERRATED Golf and Docusign Announce "Where Deals Get Done" Partnership

Elite golf competition now powered by the Docusign Intelligent Agreement Management platform; groundbreaking partnership will provide business education to student athletes

SAN FRANCISCO, Sept. 10, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- UNDERRATED Golf, the junior golf development platform founded by 4x NBA champion Stephen Curry, and Docusign, the intelligent agreement management and e-signature company, today announced a landmark strategic partnership designed to expand opportunity for the next generation of student-athletes — both on the course and in the boardroom.

The "Where Deals Get Done" partnership will leverage the Docusign Intelligent Agreement Management (IAM) platform to power UNDERRATED Golf's tour operations and events, while simultaneously delivering a first-of-its-kind business education "Dealmakers of the Future" curriculum to UNDERRATED Golf's student-athletes. The partnership will kick off in a marquee activation at the Curry Cup, the tour's season-ending championship event, scheduled for September 2026 at the esteemed Bethpage Black in Long Island, New York.

Docusign powers UNDERRATED Golf

"A single tournament stop is governed by dozens if not a hundred contracts — venue, vendors, sponsors, staff," said Jason Richards, Tournament Operations Director of UNDERRATED Golf. "Being able to search it all as one bundle, tied to that event date, is the difference between running operations and reacting to whatever catches fire that week. And the renewal alerts alone can save us from letting a multi-year sponsorship or venue deal quietly auto-renew without a conversation. This platform won't just store our contracts — it will inform how we actually operate for the better."

"Docusign has always been about empowering people and businesses to move forward with confidence — whether that's closing a business deal or signing a life-changing agreement," said Allan Thygesen, CEO, Docusign. "Partnering with the UNDERRATED Golf Tour gives us the incredible opportunity to help a new generation of student-athletes become the next generation of dealmakers."

Empowering Student-Athletes Beyond the Fairway

UNDERRATED Golf was founded on the belief that golf — and the opportunities it creates — should be accessible to all, regardless of background. The Docusign IAM platform will serve as the official contract management and e-signature solution for UNDERRATED Golf, streamlining the tour's operations and serving as a real-world demonstration of how modern businesses manage agreements at scale.

"At UNDERRATED Golf, we believe that our student-athletes deserve every opportunity to succeed — not just as golfers, but as future leaders and dealmakers," said Richards. "Partnering with Docusign means our athletes will have continued opportunities on and off the course, and our UNDERRATED Golf team will have the necessary contract management tools it needs to help us execute a successful tour."

At the heart of the partnership is a commitment to equipping UNDERRATED Golf's student-athletes with the tools, knowledge, and networks they need to succeed in business and life. Docusign will design and deliver a series of exclusive educational programs from experienced dealmakers across industries.

About UNDERRATED Golf

UNDERRATED Golf, established by Stephen Curry in 2022, is a purpose-driven platform committed to expanding equity, access and opportunity in the game of golf for student-athletes from underrepresented communities and female players. Inspired by Curry's own journey as an overlooked athlete, the initiative celebrates the underdog while working to level the playing field in a sport where opportunity has historically been limited. Through a competitive junior golf tour, mentorship programming and career development initiatives, UNDERRATED Golf provides talented young golfers with a national stage to gain exposure, build meaningful connections and unlock pathways to success on and off the course. LEGENDARY ULTRA-ENDURANCE CYCLIST JACK THOMPSON TO EMBARK ON 10,000-MILE RIDE ACROSS AMERICA IN PARTNERSHIP WITH NEWFORM TO SPOTLIGHT MENTAL HEALTH, ADDICTION, AND RECOVERY
Image File
Original HTML

60-Day "Ride the Nation" Will Take Thompson Through All 48 Contiguous States to Explore the Many Ways Americans Are Finding Community, Purpose and Pathways to Recovery

BOSTON, Sept. 10, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- A decade after turning to cycling as part of his own journey out of addiction and significant mental health challenges, world-renowned ultra-endurance cyclist Jack Thompson will set out today on a 10,000-mile journey across America with a singular purpose: to explore how people across the country are finding connection, community and a sense of purpose in their own lives.

Thompson will depart Boston later this morning for "Ride the Nation," an ambitious 60-day cycling journey through all 48 contiguous United States. The ride, undertaken in partnership with NewForm, the free national sobriety, recovery and mental health platform, is expected to conclude around November 13 in Santa Cruz, California.

Rather than simply passing through America, Thompson wants to use the ride to discover what people and communities are already doing to create connection, support recovery and help one another build meaningful lives. From community organizations and recovery groups to schools, local leaders and individuals themselves, each stop will offer a different look at the people, ideas and relationships already taking shape in response to local needs.

Along the way, Thompson will stop in communities across the country to meet with individuals, young people, college students, community organizations and people working in the sobriety, recovery and mental health space. He will also hear from people navigating their own journeys through addiction, sobriety, mental health challenges, well-being, resilience, and recovery.

A little more than 10 years ago, Thompson was struggling with addiction and mental health challenges and felt he was running out of options. As he rebuilt his life, cycling became far more than exercise. It gave him structure, goals to pursue, a community to belong to and eventually a sense of purpose and accomplishment that would reshape his life and career. What began as a personal outlet ultimately became a career and a platform for helping others.

"Cycling gave me something to work toward, people to share it with and a sense of purpose I had been missing," said Thompson. "I know a bicycle isn't going to be that thing for everyone. Part of this ride is about discovering what that thing can look like for different people: the passions, communities and goals that give us somewhere to go and people to go there with. I want to learn from what people across America have already found and built."

The idea for Ride the Nation began while Thompson, a native of Australia, was watching the World Cup from Spain. He was struck by the sight of people of different ages, backgrounds, identities and beliefs coming together around a shared experience. He wondered: What else can bring people together?

For Thompson, the bicycle is particularly suited to that kind of discovery. It allows him to move through America at a human pace, crossing the space between major cities and smaller communities, experiencing how places connect to one another and meeting people he would otherwise simply pass by. Throughout the 60-day journey, individuals and communities will have opportunities to meet Thompson, participate in local events and, at select points, join portions of the ride.

At each stop, Thompson will spend time with people and organizations from across NewForm's partner network—including the Recovery Café Network and The Phoenix—who are creating their own forms of connection, community and support. He wants to understand what is working for them, what they have learned and how their approaches reflect the particular needs of the people they serve. Thompson will also share how cycling, movement and community became foundations in his own recovery, not as a prescription for others, but as an example of what can happen when someone finds a source of purpose that is truly their own.

Jack's approach reflects the philosophy behind NewForm, which is supporting Ride the Nation and connecting Thompson with organizations across its national partner network. "What makes Ride the Nation compelling is that Jack isn't crossing the country with one answer for how people should find recovery, connection or well-being," said Scott Strode, co-founder of NewForm. "He's going to learn from what people are already building. Different communities have different needs, and people find purpose and support in remarkably different ways. That's fundamental to NewForm: there is no single pathway that works for everyone. This ride gives us an opportunity to discover, celebrate and share more of the ways people are finding what works for them."

Today, Thompson is regarded as one of the world's leading ultra-endurance cyclists. He holds multiple Guinness World Records, has raised more than half a million dollars for nonprofit organizations and has become known for extraordinary endurance challenges that combine cycling with storytelling and social impact.

The ride comes at a time when mental health and substance use challenges touch millions of Americans. Federal data show that more than one in five U.S. adults experienced a mental illness in 2025, while millions more are navigating substance use challenges and recovery. Ride the Nation will focus not only on the scale of those challenges, but on the people, communities and organizations already creating different ways to find support, connection and purpose.

The journey will culminate in Santa Cruz, California, around November 13, when Thompson completes the final miles of his 10,000-mile trek across America.

Swing for a Spot at Topgolf

From September 10 through September 27, eligible fans can enter the Live Más Open Qualifier by taking on the Shot Shuffle game at participating Topgolf venues nationwide or through a free online method of entry. Players who score 200 points or more will be invited to enter a sweepstakes, and fans who do not wish to make a purchase or visit Topgolf can enter for free at https://topgolf.com/livemas. 100 candidates will be randomly selected to receive a one-month Topgolf Platinum Club Membership and an invitation to submit a player bio and video. Taco Bell will evaluate these submissions based on the criteria in the Official Rules to select nine fans to travel to Laguna Beach and join the 36-player field at The Ranch for the inaugural Live Más Open on November 2. Entrants must be 21 or older. See Official Rules for complete details.

"Topgolf has always been about making golf more accessible and social, which is why the Live Más Open is such a natural fit for us," said David McKillips, CEO at Topgolf. "Together with Taco Bell, we want everyone to feel like they can be part of the game, whether they're picking up a club for the first time or have been playing for years, with a chance to earn their way into the field and experience golf in a way they may never have imagined."

To help more fans get in on the action, Taco Bell is releasing more than one million exclusive offer codes through Taco Bell Rewards, giving members $25 off** a Topgolf reservation during the Live Más Open Qualifier window, while supplies last. Fans can visit the Taco Bell app for offer details and to learn more about Taco Bell Rewards.

Tournament Day at The Ranch

On November 2, nine qualifying fans will tee it up at The Ranch at Laguna Beach as part of a 36-player field, with each foursome pairing one fan with a celebrity, pro athlete and creator. Teams will face original challenges where bragging rights (and a few Bell Awards) are in play, before rolling through Taco Bell's on-course drive-thru for Live Más Open-exclusive food inspired by golf's most beloved food and beverages, including some remixes of country club favorites.

When the final putt drops, the winning foursome will be awarded the first-ever Live Más Open trophy, purple jackets, and the ultimate grand prize: the power to bring back a Taco Bell menu item for a limited time.

"Taco Bell has always been a disruptor when it comes to conventions, and we're excited to bring that Live Más spirit to a sport like golf," said Luis Restrepo, Chief Marketing Officer at Taco Bell. "With the Live Más Open, we're playing a different game, bringing pros, celebrities, creators and fans together on the course in a way that hasn't been done before. Our fans have always shaped this brand, so when we create an experience like this, we want them to be a part of it, not watching from the sidelines."
