SOPREME™ Soursop Launches on Amazon to Expand U.S. Distribution of Premium 100% Pure Soursop Juice, Bringing One of the World's Greatest Tropical Superfruits to American Retailers & Consumers

The world's first premium soursop beverage brand seeks grocery chains, natural food retailers, beverage distributors and wholesale partners as consumer demand for authentic tropical fruit beverages continues to grow.

LAS VEGAS, Sept. 10, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Superfruit Juice Company LLC today announced they are now available on Amazon as they continue nationwide expansion of its SOPREME™ Soursop brand, the world's first premium brand dedicated to 100% pure soursop juice, soursop leaf tea, and soursop digestive wellness bitters as the Company accelerates wholesale distribution throughout the United States.

As consumer demand continues to grow for authentic tropical beverages, clean-label products and internationally inspired flavors, SOPREME™ Soursop is introducing American consumers to one of the world's most celebrated tropical fruits through its flagship product - a premium 100% juice with pulp made from only one ingredient: premium non-GMO soursop fruit.

Known scientifically as Annona muricata, soursop is also widely recognized around the world as guanabana, guanábana, and graviola. While the fruit has been enjoyed for generations throughout the Caribbean, Latin America, Africa and Southeast Asia, it remains relatively undiscovered by many American consumers, creating a significant opportunity for retailers seeking differentiated, premium beverage offerings.

Soursop is one of the healthiest fruits that naturally contains vitamins, minerals, dietary fiber and a diverse range of naturally occurring plant compounds, including antioxidants, bioflavonoids and acetogenins. SOPREME™ Soursop with pulp is also low on the glycemic index (50.25) and the company provides third-party lab testing on its website for full transparency. These characteristics have contributed to growing consumer interest in the fruit worldwide and have helped establish soursop as one of today's most talked-about tropical superfruits.

"As American consumers continue looking for cleaner labels, authentic ingredients and premium global flavors, we believe soursop represents one of the most exciting opportunities in the beverage category," said Carlos Rodriguez, Operations manager for Superfruit Juice Company LLC. "Our mission is simple: introduce consumers to the authentic taste of real soursop using only one ingredient while building the category through premium quality, education and strategic retail partnerships."

In addition to 100% pure soursop juice, SOPREME™ Soursop also manufactures and distributes soursop bitters for digestive wellness and soursop leaf tea. The Company is actively expanding distribution throughout the United States and is seeking relationships with:

- National and regional grocery chains

- Natural and organic food retailers

- Hispanic, Caribbean, Asian and international supermarkets

- Beverage distributors

- Foodservice distributors

- Club stores

- Specialty food retailers

- Convenience store distributors

- International importers and export partners

SOPREME™ Soursop believes retailers are uniquely positioned to capitalize on growing consumer demand for authentic international beverages, tropical fruit juices and premium clean-label products. By offering a premium 100% pure soursop juice, retailers can introduce shoppers to an emerging fruit category while expanding assortment within the natural beverage, multicultural and premium juice segments.

In addition to domestic expansion, Superfruit Juice Company LLC is actively seeking qualified international distributors and strategic partners interested in introducing SOPREME™ Soursop to new markets around the world.

Retail buyers, wholesalers, distributors and foodservice organizations interested in carrying SOPREME™ Soursop products are encouraged to contact the Company to discuss distribution opportunities.

BioLineRx and Hemispherian AS to Present Encouraging GLIX1 Preclinical Efficacy Data and its Phase 1/2a Trial Design at the 21st Meeting of the European Association of Neuro-Oncology (EANO 2026)
Image File
Original HTML

TEL AVIV, Israel and OSLO, Norway, Sept. 10, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- BioLineRx Ltd. (NASDAQ: BLRX) (TASE: BLRX), a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company pursuing life-changing therapies in oncology and rare diseases, and Hemispherian AS, a clinical-stage oncology company developing novel small molecule therapeutics, today announced that two abstracts featuring GLIX1 have been accepted for presentation, including one selected for oral presentation highlighting the preclinical efficacy of GLIX1 in orthotopic glioblastoma models, at the 21st Meeting of the European Association of Neuro-Oncology (EANO 2026), which will be held September 24-27 in Rome, Italy.

"We are very pleased to be presenting our pre-clinical data and clinical trial design at EANO, Europe's premier neuro-oncology conference," stated Philip Serlin, Chief Executive Officer of BioLineRx. "Notably, our preclinical data demonstrating the potent anti-tumor effect of GLIX1 in GBM across multiple in-vivo studies, including two orthotopic cell-derived xenograft GBM models as well as a temozolomide-resistant patient derived xenograft model, will be featured in a mini-oral presentation. Together with our e-poster highlighting the design of our first-in-human Phase 1/2a clinical trial, which is actively enrolling patients, these presentations showcase the breadth and momentum of the GLIX1 program."

Abstract Details:

Title: GLIX1, a TET2 activator targeting the DNA damage response: Potent anti-tumor activity across multiple orthotopic glioblastoma models

Presenter: Dr. Adam Robertson, Ph.D., Chief Scientific Officer, Hemispherian AS

Session type: Mini Oral Session

Session number/title: MO02-Microenvironment, preclinical models and treatment resistance

Presentation Date/time: Friday, September 25, 2026, 6:00-6:30pm CEST (12:00-12:30pm EDT)

Summary: GLIX1, an oral TET2 activator targeting the DNA damage response, showed high in vitro potency across cancer cell lines and increased TET2-dependent 5hmC generation in biochemical assays, in vitro, and in vivo xenograft models. In mice, GLIX1 achieved brain exposures at 68-85% of plasma levels, supporting CNS penetration. In GBM genomic 5hmC is markedly reduced versus healthy brain tissue, reflecting impaired TET2 activity. Together, these data provide a strong rationale for GLIX1 treatment of GBM, one of the most aggressive cancers where more effective treatments are desperately needed.

In two orthotopic GBM xenograft models (SNB19, slower-growing; U87-MG, aggressive), oral GLIX1 (75 mg/kg QD to 1000 mg/kg BID) produced dose-dependent tumor growth inhibition and survival benefit at all tested doses, with greater benefit at higher doses; TMZ served as positive control. Antitumor activity was observed at the lowest dose tested. These preclinical findings supported initiation of the first-in-human Phase 1/2a trial, which is currently enrolling patients (NCT07464925).

Title: Phase 1/2a study of GLIX1, an oral TET2 activator, for the treatment of recurrent or progressive high-grade glioma

Presenter: Ditte Primdahl, MD, Assistant Professor of Neurology, Northwestern Medicine

Session type: E-poster presentation (displayed electronically on a number of poster screens in the poster area throughout the conference)

Summary: This poster describes the ongoing Phase 1/2a study of GLIX1, an oral TET2 activator, in recurrent or progressive high-grade glioma. In cancer, DNA hypermethylation is common and TET2 activity is inhibited by oncometabolites, giving rise to increased DNA methylation in close genomic proximity. GLIX1 activates TET2 to drive DNA demethylation, generating abundant single-stranded DNA breaks that mature into lethal double-stranded breaks, exploiting GBM's characteristically low genomic 5-hydroxymethylcytosine levels. Preclinical data, including in vivo GBM models, showed anti-tumor activity, blood-brain-barrier penetration, and a favorable safety profile.

The open-label, multicenter, first-in-human trial uses a BOIN design to guide dose escalation across up to 5 dose levels in up to 30 patients with WHO grade 3/4 glioma (≤2 prior therapy lines). Primary endpoints are safety, tolerability, and MTD/RP2D; secondary endpoints include PK, antitumor response, 6-month PFS, and exploratory endpoints include pharmacodynamic markers (P21, TMEM71, 5hmC, 5mC, γH2AX). Four leading US academic institutions will enroll patients into the study. Preclinical and initial clinical data will be presented.

"Mr. Wine of Texas" Bob Landon Explains Wine Temperature and Flavor for HelloNation
Image File
Original HTML

COPPELL, Texas, Sept. 10, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Why can the same wine taste bright and balanced one day but dull or sharp the next? A HelloNation article explains how serving temperature influences aromas, acidity, tannins, and overall balance. The piece shows how even small shifts in temperature can change a wine's character, affecting everything from freshness to texture.

The article begins by describing temperature as one of the most important factors in how wine expresses itself. Wine Expert "Mr. Wine of Texas" Bob Landon of Landon Winery explains that when a bottle is served within the right range, its aromas rise naturally, its acidity feels clean, and its tannins soften without losing structure. The wrong temperature can mute aromas, intensify alcohol, or change the feel of the wine on the palate. Serving temperature becomes a key step in helping a wine show its full expression.

Red wines perform best at a cool room temperature. The HelloNation article notes that the ideal range falls between sixty and sixty eight degrees. At this range, reds open gently and reveal fruit and spice without harshness. Tannins soften enough to create smooth texture, yet the wine maintains structure and balance. When served too warm, alcohol becomes more noticeable, fruit becomes muted, and the wine can feel heavy. A brief chill often restores clarity, helping the wine return to a balanced state.

White wines show their character when served chilled but not ice cold. A range of forty five to fifty five degrees preserves crisp acidity and bright fruit. Cooler temperatures sharpen freshness, especially for aromatic white wines. If the wine is too cold, aromas fade and the palate feels narrow. As the glass warms slightly, citrus, floral, and stone fruit notes appear with more clarity. Warmer whites may lose focus because acidity does not stand out as well. Staying within the suggested range helps the wine deliver both lift and nuance.

Rosé follows a similar pattern to white wines. Served cool, it presents lively fruit and clean structure, with aromatics rising naturally as the glass warms. Sparkling wines need even colder temperatures to keep bubbles firm and refreshing, making each sip crisp. The HelloNation article explains that each category reaches its ideal expression at a slightly different range, and knowing these subtle differences helps bring out the wine's balance.

Temperature also affects how wine pairs with food. A chilled white enhances seafood or salads because crisp acidity brightens each bite. A red served at its proper range pairs more smoothly with grilled meats or rich dishes because tannins remain gentle and controlled. Overchilled whites may clash with bold meals, while warm reds can overpower lighter dishes. Wine Expert "Mr. Wine of Texas" Bob Landon emphasizes that the right serving temperature strengthens the connection between wine and food, helping each remain in harmony.

Storing wine at steady temperatures protects it before serving. Heat can speed aging, while sudden cold can flatten flavor. Even after opening, wine continues to change. Reds warm naturally once poured, and whites gradually lose their cool edge. Paying attention to these shifts reveals how aromas expand and how acidity and tannins adjust in the glass. The HelloNation article notes that observing these changes helps drinkers understand wine more deeply.

Bringing wine to the right temperature does not require complicated steps. A refrigerator, a brief rest on the counter, or a few minutes in a cooler can help a bottle reach its ideal range. Once drinkers learn how red wines and white wines respond to warmth or cold, adjusting temperature becomes simple. These small choices improve the clarity of aromas, the smoothness of tannins, and the balance of each sip.

Understanding temperature builds confidence for serving wine to guests or enjoying it at home. When wine is served correctly, its natural qualities become more vibrant and expressive. With minimal effort, each bottle gains clarity and charm, making the tasting experience more satisfying from start to finish.

What Happens When Wine Is Too Warm or Too Cold? features insights from "Mr. Wine of Texas" Bob Landon of Landon Winery, Wine Expert in HelloNation.

Power Sustainable Announces Plan to Invest and Mobilize More than $10 Billion into Canadian Infrastructure and Related Companies

MONTRÉAL, Sept. 10, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Power Sustainable, a multi-platform alternative asset manager, today announced its plan to invest and mobilize more than $10 billion into Canadian projects and companies over the next five years. The plan is anchored in opportunities that the firm's teams are already developing and evaluating across its infrastructure equity, infrastructure credit, clean energy and industrials private equity, and agri-food private equity strategies.1

The announcement comes ahead of the Government of Canada's inaugural Canada Investment Summit in Toronto on September 14–15. In that context, Power Sustainable sees a broad investment opportunity extending beyond the country's largest projects – to the critical infrastructure required alongside them, as well as the enabling businesses that support those systems. Together, these assets and capabilities are essential to Canada's economic, energy and food security, and industrial competitiveness.

"Canada represents one of the most compelling investment opportunities in the world today, and we believe this is a moment for private capital to act," said Bruce Heyman, Chief Executive Officer of Power Sustainable. "Our $10 billion+ plan is grounded in opportunities our teams are already advancing across the country. We can invest across the capital structure – by developing and owning infrastructure, providing tailored financing and backing the businesses that support these essential assets. Just as importantly, we can bring long-term partners alongside us to help bring those opportunities to life."

Power Sustainable: Four Strategies Investing in Canada's Infrastructure Buildout

Power Sustainable is already investing across sectors central to Canada's growth agenda. The firm's integrated platform of four investment strategies provides for unique insight across sectors; a differentiated network across the country; and the flexibility to take advantage of opportunities as they arise. Looking ahead, Power Sustainable sees opportunities in power, connectivity, waste management, industrials, transportation and logistics, food systems and aviation-related infrastructure.

Energy Infrastructure Equity: Through Power Sustainable Energy Infrastructure (PSEI), the firm has built a substantial Canadian portfolio spanning wind, solar and battery storage through Potentia Renewables. The portfolio includes Skyview 2 – expected to be Canada's largest battery energy storage project once completed – as well as clean energy projects across Alberta, Saskatchewan, Quebec, Nova Scotia and Ontario. In the coming years, PSEI is advancing more than one gigawatt of late-stage projects alongside a broader development pipeline.

Infrastructure Credit: Through Power Sustainable Infrastructure Credit (PSIC), the firm provides tailored financing for middle-market infrastructure across energy, digital connectivity, transport and logistics, utilities and environmental systems. Previously announced investments in Canada include rural fibre connectivity in Western Canada through Canadian Fiber Optics Corporation; telMAX's fibre expansion in the Greater Toronto Area; and Convertus' organics-to-biofuel infrastructure in York Region.

Clean Energy and Industrials Private Equity: Power Sustainable's clean energy and industrials private equity strategy, PSD, invests in established Canadian mid-market businesses that provide the specialized services, equipment and components needed to build, operate and maintain critical infrastructure. The strategy targets businesses that enable the expansion and modernization of Canada's energy and industrial base, including power systems, electrical infrastructure, and other essential assets.

Agri-Food Private Equity: Power Sustainable Lios (PSL) invests across Canada's agriculture and food systems, with existing investments including GoodLeaf Farms, Private Brands Consortium, Food Cycle Science and Crofter's Organic. PSL is also a signatory to Farm Credit Canada's $7 billion Agri-Food Innovation Investment Pledge.

The $10 billion+ that Power Sustainable intends to invest and mobilize over the next five years includes capital deployed through the firm's strategies, co-investment capital invested alongside them, and debt and other third-party financing expected to support the projects and companies in which the firm invests.

Connecting Global Capital with Canadian Opportunity

Power Sustainable invests alongside leading financial institutions and continues to build partnerships with domestic and international investors to pursue this opportunity set. The firm invests across North America and other OECD markets, combining Canadian roots and operating experience with an international platform that connects long-term capital with infrastructure and related businesses.

"Canada is at a moment of major economic change – and, we believe, major opportunity," said Olivier Desmarais, Chairman of Power Sustainable. "The country has the resources, talent and institutional strength to attract long-term capital at global scale. Through Power Sustainable, we intend to put significant capital to work and bring Canadian and international investors alongside us to help build the infrastructure and businesses that will drive the country's next generation of sustainable growth."

Hemlo Mining Corp. Intersects 89.9 g/t Au over 3.0 Metres at South-Rim, Further Defining High-Grade Mineralization Adjacent to C-Zone
Image File
Original HTML

TORONTO, Sept. 10, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Hemlo Mining Corp. (TSX: HMMC) (OTCQX: HMMCF) ("Hemlo Mining" or the "Company") is pleased to announce additional assay results from its ongoing drilling program designed to support future mineral resource growth across the Hemlo Gold Mine ("Hemlo" or the "Mine"), located near Marathon, Ontario, Canada.

Additional assay results from the South-Rim Zone ("South-Rim") continue to define a newly recognized, high-grade mineralized domain with strong potential for near-term, low-capital resource growth. Drilling continues to intersect the interpreted South-Rim horizon, validating the Company's geological model and reinforcing South-Rim as a potential near-mine growth opportunity adjacent to active C-Zone mining.

Highlights:

- New South-Rim results include 89.89 g/t Au over 3.0 metres in hole 6702608, 14.81 g/t Au over 10.0 metres in hole 6702632 and 12.97 g/t Au over 7.0 metres in hole 6702615 (see Figure 1 and Table 1 for additional results).

- 2026 drilling has now demonstrated approximately 500 metres of high-grade mineralization within the interpreted 1.5-kilometre South-Rim Zone, leaving approximately 1 kilometre of additional extent to be tested and defined.

- South-Rim lies only 50 to 150 metres from active C-Zone mining and existing underground infrastructure, providing a potential pathway to near-term, low-capital resource growth.

- The upper extension projects toward the open-pit resource shell, creating potential to support both underground and open-pit resource growth.

- Strong results have led to an expanded program and the addition of Conversion drilling.

- South-Rim remains open along strike, down plunge and to the east and west, with deeper drilling planned for the fourth quarter of 2026.

- 2026 South-Rim drilling results were not included in the June 2026 Updated Mineral Resource Estimate (the "MRE") and these results are expected to support future Mineral Resource growth.

Jason Kosec, President, CEO & Director of Hemlo Mining, commented: "South-Rim is rapidly emerging as one of the most exciting near-mine growth opportunities at Hemlo. Since our initial results announced on May 14th, drilling has continued to deliver strong grades and meaningful widths where predicted, including 89.9 g/t Au over 3.0 metres and 14.8 g/t Au over 10.0 metres. We have now demonstrated approximately 500 metres of high-grade mineralization within the interpreted 1.5-kilometre zone, with substantial additional extent remaining to be tested. Its location, only 50 to 150 metres from active C-Zone mining, creates a potential pathway to low-capital resource growth. Based on the strength of the results, we have expanded the program and added Conversion drilling to potentially advance portions of the zone toward Indicated classification. South-Rim remains open and is expected to be an important contributor to our comprehensive Mineral Resource and Mineral Reserve update targeted for the second half of 2027."

- Totals may not sum due to rounding. Negative dips indicate holes drilled upward.

- True thickness is estimated to vary between 65% and 90% of downhole length.

- Drill intercepts are constrained to the interpreted mineralized envelope and include internal dilution and uncapped assays.

- Drill intercept locations are shown on Figures 1, 2 and/or 3 above.

Drilling Program Overview

In January 2026, the Company announced the initiation of a 130,000-metre exploration drilling program intended to serve as the foundation for an updated Mineral Resource and Mineral Reserve technical report expected in the second half of 2027. The program is structured across three complementary programs:

- 70,000 metres of Resource Conversion Drilling targeting the upgrade of Inferred Mineral Resources to the Indicated category;

- 30,000 metres of High-Definition Drilling to de-risk the near-term mine plan; and

- 30,000 metres of Growth Drilling designed to test new mineralized zones beyond the current resource footprint.

The program is advancing as planned, with seven drills currently operating underground and three at surface. Approximately 75,000 metres of drilling have been completed to date across all three programs. The broader 2026 exploration strategy is designed to grow Mineral Resources, extend mine life and identify near-mine, low-capital growth opportunities across Hemlo. Additional assay results from South-Rim and other active exploration areas, including the A-, B-, C-, D- and E-Zones, are expected over the coming months.

South-Rim Geology and Context of Results

South-Rim was identified as one of the Company's priority Growth Drilling targets in its January 2026 exploration drilling program announcement, based on geological interpretation and its proximity to existing underground infrastructure. The initial South-Rim program contemplated 20 Growth drill holes designed primarily to test and expand mineralization beyond the existing Mineral Resource footprint. Following the strength and consistency of the initial results, the Company expanded the program and, where warranted, tightened drill hole spacing through additional Conversion drilling to further define the mineralized system and advance as much of the mineralization as practical toward potential Indicated Mineral Resource classification. Drilling at South-Rim will continue as part of the Company's broader exploration and resource conversion programs.

The 2026 drilling confirms the South-Rim shoot at the scale previously interpreted (see Figure 1), with no material change to its defined dimensions. The Company believes South-Rim has the potential to extend significantly further east-west than currently drill-tested, including a potential B-Zone South-Rim structure that remains largely unexplored and, based on early geological interpretation, may host additional high-grade mineralized shoots.

The latest drilling has focused primarily on the upper portion of the C-Zone South-Rim shoot, immediately below mineralization reported earlier in 2026. Drilling planned over the coming months is expected to progressively test deeper portions of the interpreted system, while additional drilling in 2027 will be required to increase drill density across its broader extent.

The MRE incorporated refinements to the C-Zone geological interpretation based on historical drilling and geological information. While none of the 2026 South-Rim drilling was included in the MRE, historical mineralization within the area now interpreted as South-Rim supported limited Mineral Resource shapes. The latest drilling continues to confirm and expand this mineralization, locally returning grades above those represented by the existing resource model.

South-Rim's proximity to existing mine infrastructure (see Figures 2 and 3) has the potential to reduce both the capital cost and lead time required to advance any future Mineral Resources in the area, as development could leverage existing underground access rather than requiring new infrastructure.

At its upper extent, the interpreted South-Rim mineralization projects into the existing open-pit resource shell. Portions of this projected mineralization occur within material currently treated as waste due to limited drilling, although they lie within the future pit footprint. Surface drilling will be required to better define the shallow mineralization and assess its potential contribution to future open-pit Mineral Resources and potential to reduce the future pit strip ratio.

Beyond the currently defined South-Rim shoot, the Company continues to evaluate the broader South-Rim structural horizon across the Hemlo deposit. Geological interpretation suggests that similar mineralized shoots may occur toward the E-Zone; however, further compilation and drilling will be required to test this concept.

Next Steps

Growth drilling at South-Rim has continued to validate and expand the mineralized system, prompting the addition of Conversion (infill) drilling to potentially advance portions of the shoot toward Indicated classification. Additional Growth and Conversion drilling is planned through the fourth quarter of 2026 and into 2027 to further define the shoot, test extensions at depth and toward surface, and evaluate the broader South-Rim structural corridor. Located immediately adjacent to existing underground infrastructure and active C-Zone mining, South-Rim represents a compelling near-mine growth opportunity with the potential to contribute meaningfully to future resource growth and the comprehensive Mineral Resource and Mineral Reserve update targeted for the second half of 2027.

Corporate Update – Appointment of Vice President, Human Resources

The Company is also pleased to announce the appointment of Martin Rioux as Vice President, Human Resources, effective immediately.

Chemours, DuPont and Corteva Reach Agreement to Resolve PFAS-Related Claims in North Carolina
Image File
Original HTML

- Resolves litigations brought by the State of North Carolina and 11 local entities relating to PFAS and other historical discharges from Fayetteville Works, as well as the State's claims of PFAS contamination unrelated to that site, including from the use of aqueous film forming foam ("AFFF").

- Overall settlement payments total $455 million over 15 years; Chemours' 50% share of payments of approximately $180 million on a net present value basis, which are covered by existing accruals.

- The settlement recognizes the significant investments and progress made under the 2019 Consent Order with the State of North Carolina, including substantial reductions in PFAS emissions from Fayetteville Works and mitigation of off-site impacts in the surrounding communities.

WILMINGTON, Del., Sept. 10, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- The Chemours Company (NYSE: CC) (the "Company") today announced that, along with DuPont de Nemours, Inc. ("Dupont") and Corteva, Inc. ("Corteva"), it has entered into a settlement (the "Settlement") with the State of North Carolina (the "State") and 11 local entities* in the vicinity of the Company's Fayetteville Works facility that were excluded from the U.S. Public Water System Class Settlement approved in 2024.

The Settlement resolves litigations brought by the State and the settling local entities relating to PFAS and other historical discharges from Fayetteville Works, as well as the State's claims of PFAS contamination unrelated to that site, including from the use of AFFF.

The settlement also acknowledges the substantial progress made under the Company's 2019 Consent Order with the State (the "Consent Order"). Since 2019, Chemours has made substantial investments to significantly reduce PFAS emissions from Fayetteville Works and mitigate off-site impacts in the surrounding communities. The agreement recognizes that several Consent Order provisions have been completed and establishes procedures to address certain remaining obligations relating to off-site areas, including implementation of drinking water programs.

Settlement payments will total $455 million (the "Settlement Amount") over a 15-year period beginning within 30 days of the execution date of the agreement. Chemours' share of expected payments over the next twelve months is approximately $50 million. Of the total settlement amount, $18 million is attributed to alleged PFAS contamination unrelated to Fayetteville Works.

The terms of the Settlement, including a further description of claims released and not released, are set forth in the Settlement Agreement, which remains subject to entry of dismissals of the covered litigations.

Consistent with the January 2021 Memorandum of Understanding ("MOU") between the Company, DuPont, and Corteva, Chemours will be responsible for 50% of settlement payments, and DuPont and Corteva will be responsible for the remaining 50%. In addition, Chemours, DuPont, and Corteva have mutually worked together to reach certain understandings concerning the MOU, including the valuation of the Settlement and potential future multi-year settlements on a net present value basis for purposes of calculating qualified spend, as they continue to work together to address legacy PFAS-related litigation matters. Pursuant to these understandings, for purposes of calculating the amount of qualified spend, the Settlement Amount will account for approximately $210 million.

In addition, all future contributions to the MOU escrow account will be considered satisfied, including Chemours' $50 million escrow contribution that would have been due in September 2026.

This settlement marks further progress under the Strengthening the Long-Term Pillar of Chemours' Pathway to Thrive strategy and ongoing efforts to address legacy liabilities and community concerns. The agreement provides greater clarity regarding the liabilities associated with these matters, acknowledges the significant progress already made at Fayetteville Works, and supports the Company's continued operation of this important manufacturing facility.

* The 11 local entities are Bladen County, Brunswick County, Columbus County, Cumberland County, New Hanover County, Robeson County, Sampson County, Town of Wrightsville Beach, City of Lumberton, Village of Bald Head Island, and Lower Cape Fear Water and Sewer Authority.

ST Engineering iDirect Advances Intelligent Satellite Operations with New AI Capabilities

New capabilities for AI governance, operational control and rapid onboarding help operators simplify complexity, strengthen compliance and scale automation with confidence

HERNDON, Va., Sept. 10, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- ST Engineering iDirect, a global leader in satellite communications, today announced new capabilities for Foresight, its AI-driven orchestration and intelligence platform designed to help satellite operators simplify increasingly complex multi-orbit and multi-service network environments. The new capabilities introduce enhanced AI governance, operational controls, and guided onboarding tools that help operators adopt AI responsibly, maintain oversight of operational changes and accelerate deployment.

"Satellite operators are under increasing pressure to deliver services faster, manage growing operational complexity and adopt AI responsibly," said Sridhar Kuppanna, CEO of ST Engineering iDirect. "With these new Foresight capabilities, we're extending the intelligence, automation and governance that operators need to confidently modernize their operations. From accelerating onboarding to governing AI-assisted workflows, Foresight provides a practical path toward more intelligent and automated satellite operations."

With support for air-gapped deployments, strong data governance and secure AI operations, Foresight enables operators to accelerate automation while maintaining control of their networks and data, helping them move from reactive management toward autonomous network operations.

Foresight's latest AI capabilities include:

- Agentic Governance: Delivers oversight, auditability and risk controls for AI agents through governance policies, audit trails, operational safeguards and compliance-focused controls.

- Governed Change Management: Enables approval-based workflows with review, risk assessment and authorization before AI-driven operational changes are applied.

- AI Usage Visibility and Cost Controls: Provides monitoring, budgeting and policy-based controls to help operators manage AI consumption and maintain operational oversight.

- Accelerated Onboarding: Simplifies deployment by automatically discovering network inventory, deploying required platform components and guiding administrators through privacy, data and deployment configuration options.

First introduced in March 2026, Foresight represents ST Engineering iDirect's vision for more intelligent and automated satellite operations, bringing together automation, orchestration and AI-driven insights in a unified operational environment.
