IRVINE, Calif., Sept. 10, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Roland DG, a leading manufacturer of wide-format digital printing solutions, today announced the launch of the TrueVis MG2 Series, a next-generation UV printer/cutter range comprised of the 64-inch MG2-640 and 30-inch MG2-300. Designed to help print businesses increase profitability, the new series combines significantly higher productivity, exceptional print quality, advanced application capabilities, and lower running costs in a single integrated UV print & cut solution.

As demand grows for more premium and customized print applications, print service providers are under increasing pressure to deliver higher-quality output while maintaining efficiency and controlling costs. The MG2 Series addresses these challenges by enabling businesses to produce a wider range of high-value applications faster and more profitably than ever before.

Approximately Twice the Productivity

At the heart of the MG2 Series is a newly developed printhead paired with advanced waveform control technology, delivering approximately twice the productivity of the previous MG Series. Faster print speeds allow users to increase daily output, improve turnaround times, and maximize profitability without compromising quality.

Combined with improved workflow automation and enhanced maintenance functions, the MG2 Series helps businesses keep production moving and minimize downtime.

Exceptional Image Quality with an Expanded Color Gamut

The MG2 Series incorporates Roland DG's latest image quality technologies, including improved ink placement accuracy, Variable Dot Technology, and True Rich Color print settings, to produce vibrant graphics, smooth gradations, and outstanding detail.

In addition to standard CMYK, optional Orange and Red inks expand the color gamut and increase Pantone coverage, allowing users to reproduce brand colors more accurately while creating impactful graphics with exceptional vibrancy. True Rich Color technology further enhances output by balancing vivid color reproduction with natural skin tones and neutral grays.

Expand Into Premium-Value Applications

Designed to help users move beyond traditional signage and graphics work, the MG2 Series supports a broad range of premium UV applications, including window graphics, backlit displays, stickers, labels, packaging prototypes, promotional materials, and specialty decorative graphics.

Using single-pass multi-layer printing, which enables up to five layers to be printed simultaneously by stacking combinations of CMYK, White, and Gloss inks, users can create visually striking, high-value applications that combine full color with white undercoats, gloss finishes, and textured or embossed effects, adding greater depth, dimension, and impact to printed graphics.

Producing multiple layers in a single pass eliminates the need to reverse-feed media between layers, helping to reduce the risk of misalignment and media jams while delivering accurate, consistent results. This capability, combined with an integrated take-up system, enables the MG2-640 and MG-300 to support continuous multi-layer production and reliable unattended operation, including overnight printing.

With different layer configurations available depending on the application, plus 72 built-in texture libraries, MG2 users can explore a wide range of premium decorative effects and differentiated products, helping them broaden their offerings and target higher-margin opportunities.

Integrated Print & Cut for Greater Versatility

The MG2 Series printer/cutters feature Roland DG's renowned integrated print & cut technology, which simplifies production and improves efficiency by allowing users to print and contour cut in a single, streamlined workflow.

In addition to supporting integrated workflows, the MG2 Series is compatible with Roland DG and Graphtec cutting devices, allowing businesses to tailor production processes to suit their operations. A newly designed take-up system helps keep media off the floor during print and cut jobs, improving reliability and reducing operator intervention.

Lower Running Costs and Improved Operational Efficiency

The MG2 Series has been designed to reduce overall operating costs and maximize return on investment.

New 1,000 ml ink pouches significantly lower ink costs while reducing the frequency of ink replacements, helping businesses operate more efficiently. Automated media set-up and calibration features further simplify operation, while Direct Print functionality enables users to execute printing tasks directly from the device.

MG2 Series UV printer/cutters also boast enhanced maintenance features, including a newly developed automatic fabric wiper, which helps maintain consistent print quality while reducing routine maintenance requirements.

Powered by the Roland DG Ecosystem

Users of the MG2 Series benefit from Roland DG's fully integrated software ecosystem. VersaWorks 7 RIP software provides advanced color management and production controls, while Roland DG Connect offers remote device monitoring, production analytics, and business insights to help customers optimize performance and profitability.

Driving Growth in the UV Print Market

The launch of the MG2 Series reinforces Roland DG's position as the world's leading provider of high-quality, dependable, and cost-efficient UV roll-to-roll printers. The new range is designed to support sign makers, print service providers, display graphics specialists, label producers, and packaging converters seeking to expand their capabilities and create more profitable applications.

"The MG2 Series has been developed to help print businesses capture new opportunities in the growing UV market," said Ryugo Nimura, Executive Officer, Global Sales and Marketing Division, Roland DG. "By combining approximately twice the productivity of the previous generation with outstanding image quality, advanced multi-layer capabilities, integrated print & cut functionality, and lower running costs, the MG2 Series enables customers to produce higher-value applications more efficiently while increasing profitability. We believe it represents one of the most compelling solutions available in the mid-range UV printer/cutter market today."

Yorkville America Launches Next Generation Memory Index ETF (NRAM), Tracking the Infrastructure Behind AI's Growth

NRAM targets the memory and storage layer of the AI buildout through a rules-based index methodology

MOUNTAINSIDE, N.J., Sept. 10, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Yorkville America Equities, LLC, an asset management firm and registered investment adviser, announced the launch of the Yorkville America Next Generation Memory Index ETF (Ticker: NRAM) today, September 10, 2026, trading on the NYSE Arca and NYSE Texas.

As artificial intelligence systems scale, demand for memory and storage infrastructure may increase. NRAM is a passively managed ETF that tracks the YA MarketVector™ Next Generation Memory Index (MVRAM), a rules-based index designed to measure the performance of companies whose principal business activities are associated with the memory and storage layer of the AI economy — not a bet on which single chipmaker wins.

"AI's next leap depends on infrastructure most people don't think about — memory. Every computing cycle eventually reveals where the real constraint sits, and this one runs into storage and memory capacity before it runs into anything else. NRAM provides exposure for investors who want direct exposure to companies involved in the design, development, manufacture and supply of physical memory technologies." — Steve Neamtz, CEO, Yorkville America.

The YA MarketVector™ Next Generation Memory Index (MVRAM) is a thematic index designed to track companies involved in the design, development, manufacture, and supply of physical memory technologies. The index targets 20 constituents and is reconstituted and rebalanced quarterly. Constituents are weighted using a modified float-adjusted market capitalization approach, with dedicated memory companies capped at 15% and diversified memory companies capped at 4.5%. Investors cannot directly invest in an index and unmanaged index returns do not reflect any fees, expenses or sales charges.

Disclosures

An investor should consider the investment objectives, risks, charges, and expenses of the Fund carefully before investing. The prospectus and other applicable regulatory offering documents related to the Yorkville America Next Generation Memory Index ETF contain this and other relevant information about the ETF. For a free prospectus or a summary prospectus, which contains this and other important information about the fund, visit www.yadigitaletfs.com or call (201) 985-8300. Read the prospectus carefully before investing.

Universal Memory Ecosystem Risk. The Fund's investments are focused on companies that the Adviser believes are connected to the development, commercialization, manufacture, deployment, or adoption of advanced memory technologies and related infrastructure. As a result, the Fund's performance may be significantly affected by developments impacting the semiconductor and memory technology industries. Companies involved in advanced memory technologies may face intense competition, rapid technological change, evolving industry standards, intellectual property disputes, supply chain disruptions, regulatory challenges, and changing customer demand. Many emerging memory technologies are still developing and may not achieve commercial success, widespread adoption, or expected levels of market acceptance. If advanced memory technologies fail to develop as anticipated, are replaced by competing technologies, or experience slower-than-expected adoption, companies in which the Fund invests may be adversely affected. Because the Fund's investments may be concentrated in a relatively narrow segment of the technology market, the Fund may experience greater volatility and be more susceptible to adverse economic, market, industry, or technological events than a fund with broader investment exposure.

New Adviser Risk. The Adviser is a recently formed investment adviser and has not previously served as an adviser to an exchange-traded fund. Although the Adviser's principals, affiliates, and the Fund's portfolio managers have substantial experience managing pooled investment vehicles and implementing comparable investment processes, the Adviser is a new entity with limited operating history, which may create risks. As a newly established adviser, the Adviser may have limited resources, personnel, or operational infrastructure relative to more established firms, which could adversely affect its ability to implement the Fund's investment strategy, monitor counterparties and service providers, or respond effectively to market, operational, or regulatory challenges. There can be no assurance that the Adviser's systems, policies, procedures, or internal controls will operate as intended in the ETF context, or that the Adviser will successfully manage the Fund in all market conditions. The Fund may be negatively impacted if the Adviser is unable to scale its operations, retain key personnel, or develop and maintain the capabilities necessary to support the Fund's ongoing activities.

New Fund Risk. The Fund has no operating history and currently has fewer assets than larger funds. Like other new funds, large inflows and outflows may impact the Fund's market exposure for limited periods of time. This impact may be positive or negative, depending on the direction of market movement during the period affected.

An investment in ETFs involves risk, including possible loss of principal. Exchange-traded funds (ETFs) trade like stocks, are subject to investment risk, fluctuate in market value and may trade at prices above or below the ETF's net asset value (NAV), and are not individually redeemable directly with the ETFs. Brokerage commissions and ETF expenses will reduce returns. ETFs are subject to specific risks, depending on the nature of the underlying strategy of the ETF, which should be considered carefully when making investment decisions. For a complete description of the ETF's principal investment risks, please refer to the prospectus.

Edge storage integration deepens across the IBC show floor as attendees get their first live look at the Pro Mini Smart Drive moving through active production workflows

LOS ANGELES, Sept. 10, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- iodyne, leader in high-performance and smart data storage solutions, today announced its presence at IBC2026, running Sept. 11-16 in Amsterdam. The storage solutions provider will demonstrate how deeply its drives have become embedded in the daily workflows of its partners. During the show this year, iodyne will be co-exhibiting with professional video software provider, Hedge, at booth 7.A36. Additionally, iodyne's solutions will make a special appearance powering workflows across the Adobe, RED Digital Cinema, and Cintegral Technologies booths. IBC2026 will also mark the first time European audiences see the Pro Mini Smart Drive, winner of Best of Show at NAB 2026, working live across multiple stops on a single show floor.

"Pro Mini is finally out of the display case and moving through real jobs at this show, starting at the Hedge booth for capture and archive, over to Adobe for AI creative and search workflows, and onto RED for raw ingest, a single Pro Mini can handle all of these different workflows and keep your data safe," said Michael Gitig, Senior Director of Strategic Initiatives of iodyne.

Across every booth, iodyne will showcase how their storage solutions move high-resolution footage through workflows without slowing down, staying encrypted and RAID-protected the entire way.

Powering the Show Floor

iodyne's presence at IBC2026 spans four partner booths, each showcasing encrypted, RAID-protected data moving from capture through color, ingest, and archive without a hitch. Here's where to find it on the show floor:

- Hedge (Booth 7.A36): Hedge is running iodyne storage across a full capture-to-archive pipeline on its booth, pairing Hedge's OffShoot, Canister, EditReady, Canopy, Mimiq with iodyne Pro Data and Pro Mini to show attendees a verified, encrypted transfer at every step, from the initial offload off camera media through to long-term archive.

- Adobe (Booths 13.D501, 7.B35): iodyne is showing up across multiple Adobe workflows this year, from Premiere to After Effects, including native-resolution RAW grading inside the new Color Mode in Premiere, an integration first detailed in iodyne's Premiere Color Mode workflow story. iodyne will also publish a new episode of its Workflow Kitchen series featuring Dave Helmly from Adobe, covering the AI-driven features Adobe has released over the past year and how they fit into faster color and post pipelines.

- RED Digital Cinema (Booth 11.C35): At the RED Digital Cinema booth, iodyne Pro Data will support live, fast, and secure R3D RAW workflows, building on the streamlined card-free ingest setup that the two companies showed earlier this year at NAB Show and Cinegear Expo.

- Cintegral Technologies (Booth 1.D25): iodyne rental partner, Cintegral Technologies, is making its IBC debut focused on connectivity services for the European market, including private 5G and free-space optical (FSO) transmission for productions that need to move data without a fixed line. As it expands into connectivity, Cintegral says the Pro Mini remains central to its business.

"For me, what makes the Pro Mini so invaluable to us as a business is the intersectionality it provides across all our verticals," said Dane Brehm, Production Technologist of Cintegral Technologies.

"Having the Pro Mini as a premium product when people know us for our storage-as-a-service gives us the opportunity to interest them in our other offerings, like the connectivity we're showcasing for IBC. Utilizing a premium product in an excellent partnership builds trust and creates Cintegral's secret sauce for success."

Getting studio-grade data workflows into the field is a business imperative across sports, cinema and TV. iodyne points to its case study with the Dallas Cowboys on off-site content production, alongside a new case study with CineLab, as examples of that shift. iodyne invites IBC attendees to stop by any of its partner booths to talk through how the same edge workflows could apply to their own productions.

iodyne's drives remain the fastest in the storage category while staying fully encrypted and RAID-protected—a standard the company calls TruePut. At IBC2026, iodyne puts its drives to work, demoing how faster encrypted transfer speeds cut down both the time spent offloading footage in the field and the cost of shipping physical drives back to a home base.

About iodyne

Founded by veteran enterprise storage engineers, iodyne builds encrypted, RAID-protected storage for professionals who work at the edge, in the field, on set, or anywhere else a slow or fragile drive isn't an option. Its Pro Data and Pro Mini product lines pair hardware RAID-6 and XTS-AES-256 encryption with the sustained, verified performance the company calls TruePut, giving media and entertainment, government, and enterprise IT teams a way to move and protect large datasets without giving up speed. iodyne is based in Los Angeles. Vincere Biosciences Awarded $2.7 Million NIH Grant to Advance USP30 Inhibitor for Acute Kidney Injury

Vincere Biosciences Awarded $2.7 Million NIH Grant to Advance USP30 Inhibitor for Acute Kidney Injury

- SBIR Phase II award from the National Institute of Diabetes and Digestive and Kidney Diseases (NIDDK) will support IND-enabling development of Vincere's USP30 inhibitor small molecule for acute kidney injury (AKI)

- Vincere's approach targets mitochondrial dysfunction and impaired mitophagy, key contributors to kidney injury and impaired recovery

- The award expands the clinical potential of Vincere's USP30 platform beyond Parkinson's disease and advances a second therapeutic molecule toward human studies

CAMBRIDGE, Mass., Sept. 10, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Vincere Biosciences today announced the receipt of a Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) Phase II grant totaling $2.7 million over two years from the National Institute of Diabetes and Digestive and Kidney Diseases (NIDDK), part of the National Institutes of Health (NIH), to advance a USP30 inhibitor through IND-enabling studies for the treatment of acute kidney injury (AKI).

AKI is a sudden decline in kidney function that can occur following ischemia, major surgery, exposure to nephrotoxic drugs, and other severe physiologic stresses that impacts over 13 million people worldwide each year. Despite its substantial clinical burden and its association with subsequent chronic kidney disease (CKD), treatment remains largely supportive. The new funding will enable Vincere to complete key IND-enabling safety studies required to advance its kidney-focused USP30 inhibitor toward an Investigational New Drug (IND) application and first-in-human clinical development.

Targeting Mitochondrial Dysfunction to Promote Kidney Recovery

Mitochondrial damage is an important feature of AKI, particularly within the highly metabolically active cells of the renal tubule. Mitophagy, the selective removal and recycling of damaged mitochondria, serves as a natural mitochondrial quality-control mechanism that can help cells recover following injury.

Vincere's approach is designed to enhance this protective process by selectively inhibiting USP30, a mitochondrial deubiquitinating enzyme that acts as a negative regulator of mitophagy. By removing this molecular "brake," USP30 inhibition accelerates clearance of dysfunctional mitochondria, restores mitochondrial health, and promotes recovery of injured kidney tissue.

"While we formed Vincere to seek disease modifying therapies for Parkinson's, as a curious scientist I'm always excited to follow the data, which has led us to examine other highly energy-reliant organs such as kidneys," said Dr. Spring Behrouz, co-founder and CEO of Vincere. "The involvement of mitochondria in kidney injury is newly emerging and I'm grateful to the NIH for supporting this translational step that will prepare us to evaluate efficacy that could prevent over a million deaths each year from untreated AKI."

The NIDDK award will support a comprehensive IND-enabling program, including genotoxicity and toxicology studies, 28-day Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) toxicology studies, and cardiovascular, respiratory, and central nervous system safety pharmacology. Successful completion of these studies is intended to support an IND submission and subsequent first-in-human clinical evaluation of Vincere's kidney-focused USP30 inhibitor.

The award also highlights the broader potential of Vincere's USP30 platform across diseases characterized by mitochondrial dysfunction. Vincere is separately advancing a CNS-penetrant USP30 inhibitor for Parkinson's disease, supported by a $5 million award from The Michael J. Fox Foundation, demonstrating the potential to develop molecules with diverse properties from the same mechanistic platform for distinct CNS and peripheral indications.

"One of the core aspects of our computational biology platform was to aggregate data and knowledge from all tissues and therapeutic areas," said Andy Lee, co-founder and CBO of Vincere. "Biology doesn't share the boundaries humans like to apply, and AI has been helpful to assess connections beyond our biases. We take a similar approach to partnering, with broad exploration followed by strong commitment to follow the data as signals of alignment emerge."

GNSS receivers employ new technology to deliver comprehensive anti-jamming and anti-spoofing capabilities, better performance and future-ready support for low-earth orbit constellations to OEM integrators

WESTMINSTER, Colo., Sept. 10, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Trimble today unveiled its next-generation GNSS technology with the debut of the new Trimble BD1090, BD1092, BD1092i and BX1092i receiver modules deploying the Trimble® Maxwell™ 8 technology. These advanced receivers enable OEM integrators serving the geospatial, marine, construction and mining industries to utilize precision in the world's most challenging environments.

The BD1090, BD1092, BD1092i and BX1092i receivers feature Maxwell 8 GNSS technology that delivers significantly increased performance, operational productivity and efficiency, and superior resilience with new anti-jamming and anti-spoofing capabilities to address today's challenging signal security environment.

"These receivers are the first in a lineup of advancements we're taking to significantly improve operational efficiencies and reduce downtime for companies utilizing Trimble technology," said Ron Bisio, president, field systems at Trimble. "In response to the growing prevalence of intentional jamming and spoofed signals, Trimble continues to lead the way in delivering resilient precise positioning solutions. With a proven track record of first-to-market innovations, we stay ahead of the curve with best-in-class GNSS technology to anticipate issues and improve performance."

Critical to reducing costly downtime in industries such as construction, marine and mining, Trimble's GNSS technology builds on a history of innovation, including the enhanced Trimble ProPoint® positioning engine for superior performance in challenging environments, Trimble IonoGuard™ technology to protect from ionospheric disruptions and Trimble RTX-NMA, the industry's first anti-spoofing solution designed to authenticate satellite signals beyond Galileo.

These new boards and technology build on this innovation with the introduction of Trimble JammerGuard™ — a comprehensive anti-jamming and anti-spoofing capability. Featuring advanced anti-jamming that deploys automatically and independently, and anti-spoofing security to ensure the position reported is real, JammerGuard provides a powerful defense mechanism for positioning signals. Enabling receivers to handle jamming broadly, it far exceeds typical anti-jamming technologies that mitigate a select few jammer types rather than the full spectrum.

In addition to JammerGuard, Maxwell 8 enabled receivers introduce several advancements that significantly elevate performance, including:

- "All-in-view" tracking: Expanded channel capacity enables simultaneous multi-constellation and multi-frequency reception, driving superior positioning accuracy, continuous signal availability and verified data integrity.

- Upgraded processing power: Featuring a quad-core CPU with DDR4 RAM, Maxwell 8 offers four times the processing power of its predecessor to handle stronger sensor fusion and other complex computations.

- Superior performance in high-vibration environments: Complemented by MEMS-based oscillators, providing 10 times lower vibration sensitivity to improve performance during vibration.

- Future ready: Designed for compatibility with emerging Low Earth Orbit (LEO) constellations, such as the demonstration mission signals from Xona Pulsar. As global positioning infrastructure evolves, customers can rely on Trimble for best-in-class disruption mitigation and innovation.

- Enhanced precision: Better-performing IMU for superior orientation and stability.

With this new product lineup, customers can operate in higher shock and vibration environments, utilizing more satellites which enables operations in obstructed environments and in locations where interference and jamming is active. The combination of increased processing power, superior anti-jamming and anti-spoofing additions provides customers a future-ready solution, allowing Trimble to focus on industry-leading performance for the most critical applications.

"Evaluating Trimble's next-generation anti-jamming technology has delivered improved results for Van Oord. In our dredging, infrastructure and offshore energy operations across the Middle East and the Baltic region, I have seen a much more resilient system with clear diagnostics when GNSS jamming occurs," said Wim Balvert, workshop and innovation manager at Van Oord, a leading international marine contractor.

The new receivers and advanced technology will be on display at:

Image File
Original HTML

- Resolves litigations brought by the State of North Carolina and 11 local entities relating to PFAS and other historical discharges from Fayetteville Works, as well as the State's claims of PFAS contamination unrelated to that site, including from the use of aqueous film forming foam ("AFFF").

- Settlement payments over 15 years, with a net present value of approximately $355 million to be shared by DuPont, Chemours and Corteva.

- The pre-tax present value of DuPont's share is approximately $126 million, of which 44% shall be reimbursed by Qnity Electronics, and is materially covered by existing accruals.

WILMINGTON, Del., Sept. 10, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- DuPont (NYSE: DD) today announced that, together with The Chemours Company ("Chemours"), and Corteva Inc. and its subsidiary EIDP Inc. (formerly known as E. I. du Pont de Nemours and Company and together with its parent, Corteva Inc., referred to as "Corteva"), it has entered into a settlement (the "Settlement") with the State of North Carolina and 11 local entities* in the vicinity of the Company's Fayetteville Works facility that were excluded from the U.S. Public Water System Class Settlement approved in 2024.

The Settlement resolves litigations brought by the State and the settling local entities relating to PFAS and other historical discharges from Fayetteville Works, as well as the State's claims of PFAS contamination unrelated to that site, including from the use of AFFF.

Settlement payments will total $455 million over a 15-year period beginning within 30 days of the execution date of the Settlement Agreement. Of the total settlement amount, $18 million is attributed to alleged PFAS contamination unrelated to Fayetteville Works, of which no more than $14.4 million, approximately 3%, can be ascribed to AFFF.

The terms of the Settlement, including a further description of claims released and not released, are set forth in the Settlement Agreement, which remains subject to entry of dismissals of the covered litigations.

DuPont, Chemours, and Corteva have also worked together to reach certain understandings concerning the 2021 Memorandum of Understanding between the parties ("MOU"), including the valuation of the Settlement and potential future settlements at net present value as if payable in equal annual installments over 25 years and discounted using an 8 percent discount rate for purposes of calculating qualified spend. In addition, since the companies' aggregate New Jersey and North Carolina settlement payments will qualify for withdrawal from the companies' MOU escrow account and exceed their required future MOU escrow contributions, including escrow replenishment obligations, these contributions will be considered satisfied by such settlement payments, including the contribution otherwise due in September 2026.

* The 11 local entities are Bladen County, Brunswick County, Columbus County, Cumberland County, New Hanover County, Robeson County, Sampson County, Town of Wrightsville Beach, City of Lumberton, Village of Bald Head Island, and Lower Cape Fear Water and Sewer Authority.

Image File
Original HTML

- DUP26-093 returns 5.26 g/t Au over 19.55 m, including 7.58 g/t over 12.95 m and including 21.80 g/t over 1.0 m

- DUP26-096 returns 3.43 g/t Au over 28.0 m, including 10.36 g/t Au over 7.20 m

VANCOUVER, BC, Sept. 10, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- First Mining Gold Corp. ("First Mining" or the "Company") (TSX: FF) (OTCQX: FFMGF) (FRANKFURT: FMG) is pleased to announce initial results from the 2026 exploration drilling program at its Duparquet Gold Project ("Duparquet Project" or the "Project") located in the Abitibi region of Quebec, Canada. The Company commenced its 2026 drilling program at the Project in May 2026 and is targeting to complete an estimated 15,000 m of drilling focused on exploration and resource advancement opportunities. The results reported here are primarily from the Miroir target, a high-priority discovery zone first identified by First Mining in its 2024 drill program and further delineated and advanced through follow-up drilling in 2025 and 2026.

- Drill holes DUP26-093 to DUP26-096 successfully targeted an important easterly and down plunge extension and returned the following highlights: DUP26-093 returned 5.26 g/t Au over 19.55 m, including 7.58 g/t Au over 12.95 m, and including 21.80 g/t Au over 1.0 m

- DUP26-095 returned 3.36 g/t Au over 15.8 m, including 15.10 g/t Au over 2.0 m, and 3.54 g/t Au over 4.2 m, including 7.28 g/t Au over 1.0 m

- DUP26-096 returned 3.43 g/t Au over 28.0 m, including 10.36 g/t Au over 7.2 m, and 2.99 g/t Au over 4.6 m, as well as 4.90 g/t Au over 2.7 m

In addition, drill hole DUP26-092 returned 3.33 g/t Au over 5.0 m, including 7.20 g/t Au over 1.0 m, and validated an extension of the mineralization towards the west and at depth (See Table 1 and 3 for details). The deposit remains open in all directions for additional exploration.

"We continue to be very active with our exploration program at Duparquet and are excited to announce the initial results from our 2026 program. The continued high-grade results from Miroir are very encouraging and demonstrate the potential of this target to become an important contributor to future resource growth and development planning at our Duparquet Project," stated Dan Wilton, CEO of First Mining. "We are pleased with the progress made through our successive drill programs and the continued expansion of mineralization at Miroir. With additional results still pending, we look forward to further advancing this target and evaluating its potential within the broader Duparquet Project."

In 2025, drilling at the Miroir target tested mineralization over a strike length of 150 m and to a vertical depth of 250 m. Building on these results, the 2026 exploration program has focused on testing extensions of the mineralized zone, with initial results received to date extending the known strike length to approximately 220 m, while also extending mineralization at depth in areas to the east and west (Figures 1 and 2).

Drilling at the Miroir target continues to demonstrate the potential for further expansion of mineralization at the Duparquet Project, with the multiple robust gold intercepts returned to date supporting the growing scale and continuity of the mineralized zone. The 2026 drilling program has continued to test the target along strike and at depth, further advancing the Company's understanding of the geometry and extent of mineralization. Additional drill results remain pending.

2026 Drilling and Resource Model Advancement

The 2026 drilling program at the Duparquet Project commenced in May 2026 and are continuing into Q4 2026, with the Company targeting the completion of a 15,000 m drilling campaign focused on key exploration and resource advancement opportunities. Assay results from the ongoing programs continue to be received, with additional results and interpretations to be disclosed in future updates as ongoing integration and modelling work continues.

In addition, First Mining has initiated an update to the Duparquet Project resource model to incorporate drilling completed since the current Mineral Resource Estimate, which has an effective date of September 12, 2022. Since that time, the Company has completed 48,000m of drilling across the Project at established resource areas and emerging exploration targets. The updated resource model will incorporate this new drilling and provide an opportunity to evaluate the potential impact of the additional data on the Project's mineral resource and geological understanding.

The latest reported assays represent approximately 1,553 m of drilling from a total of 2,994 m across 11 drill holes drilled at the Miroir target this year. These holes were focused on advancing the understanding of mineralization controls at Miroir and extending the target depth while testing the down-dip potential. Assay highlights are provided in Table 1, with the full list of assay results presented in Table 3 and drill collar details in Table 4.

Table 1: Latest Significant 2026 Drill Intercepts

Additional Details on Miroir

The Miroir target forms an important part of a recently unlocked exploration advancement area located along the eastern mineralization trend of the Duparquet Project gold deposits. Exploration of the area also includes the CVD series of deposits as well as open trends to the north and south. The area is thought to represent new growth opportunities where a strong potential for additional continuity of gold mineralization and discoveries may exist along strike, down dip, and down plunge.

The 2026 drilling at the Miroir target focused on further delineating the extent of near-surface mineralization discovered in 2024. In 2025, drilling confirmed multiple near-surface gold zones and extended the discovery to a vertical depth of 250m which spanned approximately 150 m of strike length. A series of significant intercepts have been returned at Miroir to date (Table 2), with the most recent drilling continuing to confirm and expand the target area, extending mineralization to a strike length of 220 m and highlighting multiple near-surface gold zones.

Notable results from the most recent drilling include drill hole DUP26-093 returning 5.26 g/t Au over 19.55 m from 182.0 m to 201.55 m, including 7.58 g/t Au over 12.95 m, and including 21.80 g/t Au over 1.0 m. Drillhole DUP26-096 returned 3.43 g/t Au over 28.0 m from 234.35 m to 262.35 m, including 10.36 g/t over 7.2 m. These results continue to demonstrate the potential for multiple, high-quality gold zones within the Miroir target and reinforce its potential for further growth.

High-grade mineralization at the Miroir target is associated with coincident brittle deformation within a volcanic package proximal to syenite contacts. Mineralized intercepts are spatially correlated with northeast–southwest-striking D2 deformation zones that coincide with a geophysically inferred basalt–syenite contact plunging to the east.

In the most recent drill holes, mineralization is hosted within a mixed package composed primarily of basalt with syenite clasts. This strongly brecciated unit is silica-altered and contains 2–5% very fine-grained, disseminated to fracture-controlled bronze pyrite. In some areas, the alteration is sufficiently intense that evidence of the primary textures has been completely overprinted.
