Be wise in selecting counsel. The Rosen Law Firm represents investors throughout the globe, concentrating its practice in securities class actions and shareholder derivative litigation. Rosen Law Firm has achieved the largest ever securities class action settlement against a Chinese Company. Rosen Law Firm was Ranked No. 1 by ISS Securities Class Action Services for number of securities class action settlements in 2017. The firm has been ranked in the top 4 each year since 2013 and has recovered billions of dollars for investors. In 2019 alone the firm secured over $438 million for investors. Details of the case: According to the lawsuit, defendants throughout the Class Period made false and/or misleading statements and/or failed to disclose that: (1) in order to have a successful debut on the NASDAQ, defendants materially understated Wise's regulatory risks as a result of its materially deficient anti-money laundering efforts, as well as insufficient efforts to prevent the financing of terrorism; and (2) as a result, defendants' statements about Wise's business, operations, and prospects were materially false and misleading and/or lacked a reasonable basis at all relevant times. When the true details entered the market, the lawsuit claims that investors suffered damages.

Cumulus Neuroscience Presents Data at the ISCTM 2026 Autumn Conference

Interim data show high adherence and usability for remote, multimodal brain monitoring in borderline personality disorder and therapy-resistant depression, and a two-minute digital cognitive task performing comparably to clinical benchmarks for Alzheimer's trial pre-enrichment.

BELFAST, Northern Ireland, Sept. 16, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- First Published: 16 September, 2026

Cumulus Neuroscience presented three posters at the International Society for CNS Clinical Trials and Methodology (ISCTM) Autumn Conference in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Two of the studies were conducted in collaboration with a top 20 pharma company and academic partners; the third is an encore presentation of work first shown at the Alzheimer's Association International Conference (AAIC) 2026 in London on 15 July.

Traditional clinical trials for disorders of the central nervous system (CNS) are long, costly and can be burdensome for participants. The NeuLogiq® Platform was purpose-built by Cumulus in collaboration with 10 top biopharma companies to generate objective, clinical-quality data through frequent, repeated digital measurements collected in the clinic or in the home. Together, the three posters presented at ISCTM address a common question: whether patients across very different CNS indications will engage with high-frequency digital measurement, and whether the resulting data are good enough to change how trials are designed.

The first poster titled, "Usability and adherence to remote, longitudinal assessment of EEG, cognition, mood and sleep in Borderline Personality Disorder," reported interim data from a study conducted with a top 20 pharma company and a UK-based academic partner. Clinical trials in borderline personality disorder (BPD) frequently fail to demonstrate efficacy, in part because participants improve across all treatment arms and because symptom variability is poorly captured by infrequent clinic visits. The seven-week observational study recruited 51 participants (31 patients with BPD, 20 healthy controls) and deployed multiple digital measures including NeuLogiq Platform EEG and cognitive assessment, wrist-worn actigraphy and twice-daily mood ratings. Requested engagement with the NeuLogiq Platform alternated between high- and low-intensity phases to test relative acceptability, while requested engagement with the actigraphy and mood measures remained constant throughout.

Interim analysis of 47 participants found mean adherence to NeuLogiq cognitive and EEG sessions above 85% in the BPD cohort across every phase of the study, alongside median mood-assessment adherence of approximately 90%. System Usability Scale scores averaged 82.2 at onboarding and 80.2 at debrief, indicating excellent usability with no additional difficulty for patients relative to controls. Adherence data for the wrist-worn actigraphy measures were still being analysed at the time of submission. The authors concluded that the combined digital approach is broadly acceptable and usable in this population, and that adherence at this level meets a baseline prerequisite for clinical trials designed around lower clinical contact and higher measurement frequency.

The second poster titled, "Assessing neuroplasticity and cognition with a portable platform throughout esketamine treatment for therapy-resistant depression," reported interim data from an ongoing study conducted with a top 20 pharma company and an EU-based academic medical centre. The single-centre, parallel-group study will enroll 54 patients with therapy-resistant major depressive disorder, randomised with respect to observation timeframe rather than to treatment: one group is observed during esketamine initiation and the other during the clinically indicated waiting period beforehand, with all patients continuing standard antidepressant treatment. Across a 22-day window, four structured in-clinic visits — including visually evoked potential (VEP) modulation, auditory steady-state response and resting-state EEG — are combined with twice-daily at-home cognitive and mood assessments on a dedicated tablet.

In an interim analysis of 15 data-complete participants, 98.7% of in-clinic sessions and 90.5% of scheduled at-home behavioural sessions were completed and yielded analysable data, after accounting for technical issues and non-compliance. Mean System Usability Scale score was 88.5 and patient-reported burden for at-home assessments was minimal. The authors concluded that repeated cognitive and neurophysiological assessment using a portable platform is highly feasible and well tolerated in therapy-resistant depression, and that the observation-window randomisation allows the effects of esketamine on neuroplasticity and cognition to be captured within a naturalistic clinical context. Final results are anticipated in Q3 2027.

The third poster titled, "A two-minute digital cognitive task as a pre-enrichment screening method for Alzheimer's disease trials," was an encore presentation of data first reported at AAIC 2026 in London. The work evaluated a symbol-coding task (Symbol Swap), a two-minute tablet-based NeuLogiq Platform task, across three independent studies — CNS-101, Fastball i4i and BioHermes-2 — in collaboration with the University of Bath and the University of Bristol. The pooled analysis covered approximately 1,280 participants assessed at more than 25 sites in three countries and three languages, using both autonomous at-home and assisted in-clinic administration.

Across the three studies, Symbol Swap discriminated between control, MCI and Alzheimer's dementia groups comparably to established clinical screeners that require 20 to 45 minutes of clinician time, in just two minutes and with substantially less participant and site burden. On the pre-enrichment question itself it outperformed those benchmarks, showing stronger associations with biomarker-defined Alzheimer's pathology (blood plasma p-tau217) than the clinical comparators, including in cognitively unimpaired individuals where the benchmark performed close to chance — suggesting it could flag those most likely to be amyloid- or tau-positive and improve the efficiency of downstream plasma, PET or CSF screening. Digitally administered and automatically scored, Symbol Swap scales readily across large, multi-site trials in both in-clinic and at-home workflows, making it an attractive first-line enrichment filter with the potential to cut screen-failure rates and accelerate recruitment into Alzheimer's trials.

"What these three posters share is evidence that patients will engage with frequent digital measurement — and engage well," said Brian Murphy, PhD, Cumulus Co-Founder and CSO. "In borderline personality disorder and in therapy-resistant depression, two populations where trial designs have long been constrained by what can realistically be asked of participants, we saw adherence and usability scores that would support studies built around lower clinical contact and much higher measurement frequency. Alongside that, our Alzheimer's work shows how much signal a well-designed two-minute task can carry. Taken together, these data point toward CNS trials that are shorter, smaller and less burdensome, without giving up sensitivity."

Cumulus supports precision in CNS clinical trials for its industry partners by enabling in-clinic and remote monitoring of patients across multiple domains of brain function. To learn more, visit www.cumulusneuro.com.

About Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD)

BPD is a mental health condition characterised by instability in mood, self-image and relationships, alongside marked impulsivity. Symptoms typically emerge in adolescence or early adulthood and fluctuate considerably over short timescales, which makes the condition difficult to assess with infrequent clinic-based measurement. There are currently no approved pharmacological treatments for BPD.

About Therapy-Resistant Depression

Major depressive disorder (MDD) affects an estimated 5% of adults worldwide. A substantial proportion of patients do not respond adequately to two or more courses of antidepressant treatment, a presentation described as treatment- or therapy-resistant depression. Esketamine is one of a small number of options approved for this population, and is thought to act in part by enhancing synaptic plasticity.

About Alzheimer's Disease (AD)

Alzheimer's is a progressive disease that affects brain function, memory and other cognitive abilities. It is the most common cause of dementia, affecting millions of people worldwide. Symptoms usually develop slowly and worsen over time, including memory loss, confusion, difficulty with language and communication, mood swings, and changes in behaviour and personality. While there is no known cure, there are currently over one hundred Alzheimer's disease clinical trials underway.

KANSAS CITY, Kan., Sept. 16, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- KanEquip JCB is expanding its presence in the Kansas City region, opening a new dealership facility following Trane Technologies' acquisition of CSTK and its decision to exit the retail equipment market.

CSTK (Central States Thermo King), a family-owned business for roughly 50 years, expanded into JCB equipment in 2014. Following CSTK's acquisition by Trane Technologies, KanEquip stepped in to maintain local JCB representation and recruited the experienced sales, parts, and service staff who originally built CSTK's JCB operation.

"Honestly, I was not interested in opening a JCB location in Kansas City if the employees did not want to continue," said Grant Meinhardt, Vice President and General Manager of KanEquip JCB. "Their positive response played a significant role in the company's decision to pursue the Kansas City territory."

KanEquip currently operates 14 locations across Kansas, five of which have represented the JCB brand since 2019. After presenting a business plan to JCB USA, KanEquip received approval to recruit the former CSTK team and secure a permanent facility in Kansas City.

Strategic Location for Regional Growth

Located at 3550 Fairbanks Ave., Kansas City, KS 66106, the new facility spans 4.45 acres and features a 17,000-square-foot shop equipped with nine drive-through service bays. The site accommodates large machinery—including excavators, and wheel loaders—and offers central access across the metro area.

Meinhardt noted that the site's central location will be critical for supporting major regional infrastructure and commercial projects, including stadium developments for the Chiefs and Royals, as well as supporting major rental partners like United Rentals, Sunbelt Rentals, Equipment Share, and Blue Hat.

Operational Rollout & Grand Opening

The KanEquip JCB team is transitioning from its location at 401 Shawnee and plans to be open for business at the new Fairbanks Avenue facility in mid-September 2026.

Initial operations will focus on shop service while the company builds out a new retail customer showroom for parts, equipment sales, and JCB merchandise. A formal Grand Opening celebration is planned for Spring 2027.

RDSolutions Launches ShelfGain to Turn Retail Data into Targeted In-Store Action
Image File
Original HTML

Data-driven retail monitoring combines actionable insights with a nationwide field team to help CPG brands identify and resolve costly shelf-level issues.

RICHMOND, Va., Sept. 16, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- RDSolutions today announced the launch of ShelfGain, a data-driven merchandising platform that identifies store-level availability and execution issues, prioritizes them according to potential revenue impact and deploys RDSolutions' nationwide field team to resolve them.

CPG brands invest heavily in securing retail distribution, but products are not always available on the shelf when shoppers are ready to buy. While brands have access to more retail data than ever, converting that information into targeted physical action remains a persistent challenge.

ShelfGain connects ongoing retail monitoring directly to in-store execution. Rather than relying solely on predetermined visit schedules, the platform identifies where a specific sales risk exists and triggers a targeted store visit for intervention, in near real-time.

This allows brands to direct resources toward stores where action is needed most, rather than sending teams to high-performing locations simply because they are next on a schedule.

ShelfGain uses 1st and 3rd party data signals to find the stores where you may have sales risks. Underperforming stores and/or OSA issues are the most common points to monitor. Before-and-after photographs are captured during every visit, giving brands clear evidence of what was found, what action was taken and what changed as a result.

One of the most common issues identified is inventory that has reached the store but remains in the back room rather than on the shelf. The product has already been manufactured, distributed and paid for, but is unavailable at the point of purchase. Coresight Research estimates that in-store inefficiencies account for lost sales equivalent to 5.5% of gross sales.

"Insight without resolution is anxiety," said Jacob Blondin, CEO of RDSolutions. "Knowing a shelf is empty does not recover a sale. ShelfGain turns that insight into action where it matters: at the shelf."

"Brands do not have a shortage of retail data. They have a shortage of clear answers and the ability to quickly resolve," said Lee Kallman, Chief Commercial Officer at RDSolutions. "ShelfGain helps brands focus their field investment on the stores where intervention can make the greatest commercial difference."

From Signal to Resolution

Through ShelfGain, RDSolutions' nationwide field organization, all employees of the company, can support a range of in-store requirements, including:

- Inventory and on-shelf availability: Identifying and resolving availability issues, including stock held in the back room.

- Promotional execution: Building displays and verifying that promotions have been implemented correctly.

- Product launches and resets: Supporting new product introductions, seasonal resets and wider merchandising changes.

- Operational accuracy: Correcting planogram and pricing issues while gathering relevant competitive intelligence.

- Proof of execution: Providing photographic evidence and documented outcomes from every visit.

By connecting store-level data directly to an execution network, ShelfGain enables brands to respond to issues faster, improve visibility across their retail estate and reduce the cost of unnecessary field visits.

New Analysis Debunks GOP Attacks on ActBlue
Image File
Original HTML

BOSTON, Sept. 16, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Republicans have long targeted ActBlue for one reason: they want to undermine the grassroots infrastructure that fuels the Democratic Party's campaigns and mission-aligned causes. President Trump and his allies have gone to unprecedented lengths to target ActBlue and other organizations they believe threaten their agenda.

As part of these investigations, ActBlue described to Congress how it protected the donation process — including special steps for American citizens living abroad, like military service members, students studying overseas, diplomats, and others. ActBlue explained in a 2023 letter that under our policies at the time:

- Donors who entered a foreign address could not submit a contribution form without providing a U.S. passport number; and

- ActBlue's compliance team actively checked for people who entered a foreign address but erroneously selected "United States," then followed up to obtain a passport number.

In April, relying on flawed media reporting, Congressional Republicans falsely alleged that ActBlue hadn't taken these steps, leading to an onslaught of unfounded attacks.

Over the past several months, ActBlue's team worked with a respected third party to conduct the first forensic review of ActBlue's contribution data and compliance records to assess the Republicans' accusations that they were somehow misled. The results completely debunk the claims made against us.

Read the full letter to Congress and report here

Here are the Facts, Backed by Data

- Nearly every dollar donated in 2023 came from an American. Out of almost $990 million in political contributions, 99.99% came from donors who provided ActBlue a U.S. address or a passport number. That means the system built to protect the integrity of your donations is doing its job. Of the remaining 0.01%, the vast majority was given by donors who provided either a passport number or a domestic address with another contribution. The system worked–ActBlue's fundraising platform protected the integrity of the U.S. election system.

- Donations from abroad are incredibly rare to begin with. Only 0.13% of all 2023 political contribution dollars came from Americans living abroad. The overwhelming majority, 99.87%, came from donors with a domestic address.

- When something looked off, ActBlue followed up. ActBlue's compliance team regularly analyzed reports to find the rare contributions where a donor had selected "United States" but entered what looked like a foreign address. In the fourth quarter of 2023, out of 1.9 million unique addresses, the forensic review identified only 36 donors who made such a contribution, and they gave just $3,136. Records confirm that when ActBlue's compliance team found such a donor, its policy was to reach out to get a passport number.

- Donations were processed through a system that works. Donors who provided a foreign address on a contribution form were required to provide a U.S. passport number, regardless of how they paid. Contrary to the Republicans' false accusations, donors living abroad who contributed using Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal were required to provide passport numbers. In fact, passport number collection rates were higher for contributions made using those payment methods than with credit cards–and the exceptions were incredibly rare.

Last week, ActBlue representatives briefed congressional staffers and shared a formal letter and white paper with the House Judiciary, Oversight, and Administration Committees detailing these findings.

Why This Matters

This isn't a minor technical dispute. Our donors give to candidates and causes through ActBlue because they trust their money will arrive safely. They want to know whether the platform they rely on is honest about how it operates.

The answer is unequivocally, and unapologetically yes.

The data confirmed what we've said all along: No other platform does more to protect the integrity of small-dollar democracy — regardless of party. Grassroots donors are the backbone of ActBlue's mission to make political giving accessible to everyone, not just wealthy donors and PACs. When ActBlue's integrity is challenged based on flawed reporting, it is incumbent on us to correct the record and provide the truth.

The system that tens of millions of Americans have supported for more than 22 years has been tested, and it holds up.

Read the full text of ActBlue's letter and white paper to the House Committees.

"For years, President Trump and his allies have gone to unprecedented lengths to target ActBlue and other organizations they believe threaten their agenda. House Republicans have falsely claimed that ActBlue misled them and facilitated illegal foreign donations being raised on our platform. Republicans based these accusations on a flawed media report without doing a credible investigation into the underlying facts. We conducted a third party forensic analysis to put these unfounded accusations to rest once and for all.

"Now, as the first ballots are going out the door for the mid-term elections, we must continue to stand against all efforts to undermine the grassroots infrastructure that powers the Democratic Party."

— Attributable to Regina Wallace-Jones, Chief Executive Officer of ActBlue

"A comprehensive forensic review of ActBlue's 2023 contribution data proves that our statements to Congress were accurate and truthful. ActBlue screened donors who provided addresses outside the United States, and the forensic review affirms this reality.

In the disproportionately small number of instances when ActBlue found a donor who had selected 'United States' but provided a foreign address, ActBlue had a policy to contact donors to request passport information."
