Geely Farizon Debuts Full-Spectrum Electric Commercial Vehicle Lineup at IAA Transportation 2026

HANOVER, Germany, Sept. 17, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Geely Farizon has officially debuted at IAA Transportation 2026, presenting its full-spectrum electric commercial vehicle portfolio covering the Farizon SV, Farizon V7E, and the flagship pure-electric heavy-duty truck, Homtruck. Addressing mounting pressure across European fleets to decarbonize without compromising uptime or total cost of ownership (TCO), Geely Farizon enters Europe not merely as an exporter, but as a long-term local partner backed by the industrial scale and engineering expertise of Geely Holding Group.

Engineered specifically for rigorous European standards, Geely Farizon's dedicated electric architectures draw on decades of group-level automotive experience, global R&D, and regulatory compliance. This structural foundation ensures optimal efficiency, durability, and high safety redundancy, helping commercial operators minimize lifecycle risk and operating costs across demanding duty cycles.

The lineup showcased in Hanover reflects precise alignment with European commercial applications. The flagship Farizon SV light commercial vehicle earned a five-star Euro NCAP safety rating, alongside runner-up honors for International Van of the Year (IVOTY) 2026 and the What Van? 2026 Zero Emission Van Award. IAA also previews the upcoming Farizon SV MY27, introducing upgraded battery-motor performance and four-wheel-drive capability. For urban and last-mile logistics, the compact Farizon V7E combines low operating costs, class-leading cargo volume, and an ultra-low loading floor, securing a top-three finalist position for IVOTY 2027. Completing the portfolio, the Homtruck delivers a heavy-duty, zero-emission solution tailored for high-load, long-distance transport corridors.

To underpin fleet operations, Geely Farizon is actively scaling its tangible European presence. Following the establishment of its European headquarters and subsidiaries in Germany and France, where the SV and V7E launched in April 2026, the brand's distribution network now spans 28 European countries. Reliable uptime is safeguarded by a dual spare-parts network: an operational central warehouse in Gaggenau, Germany, ensures component delivery across Europe within one to six working days, backed by the Geely Farizon Global Spare Part Distribution Center in Ningbo, China, leveraging the integrated supply-chain strength of the "One Geely" ecosystem.

DTEN D7X AI Board Achieves Microsoft Teams Certification, Bringing Room-Aware AI to Hybrid Meetings
Image File
Original HTML

Available in 55 inches, D7X AI Board is now Certified for Microsoft Teams and uses on-device, room-aware AI to help every person be seen clearly and heard precisely in hybrid meetings.

SAN JOSE, Calif., Sept. 17, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- DTEN, a leading provider of intuitive collaboration solutions, today announced that the 55-inch DTEN D7X AI Board is Certified for Microsoft Teams and available worldwide. The all-in-one collaboration board brings room-aware AI into hybrid meeting spaces, using on-device intelligence to recognize participants, frame people individually, adjust for room conditions, and capture voices clearly so people in the room and remote participants can engage more naturally.

In many hybrid meeting rooms, a single wide camera view flattens everyone into one distant tile, while blended room audio makes it harder to tell who is speaking. People at the far end of the table lose presence, and quieter voices can be harder to hear. D7X AI Board is designed to close that distance by representing each person more clearly to everyone else in the meeting.

Clearer room input also matters as organizations adopt Microsoft meeting AI experiences. When participants are captured more clearly, tools such as Facilitator agent in Teams and Copilot have better meeting signals to support notes, follow-ups, speaker attribution, summaries, and transcription.

"The D7X AI Board improves Microsoft Teams performance by putting on-device AI in the room, so every person is seen individually, every voice is captured in the clear, and Copilot and Facilitator have what they need to do their best work. Enterprises can deploy with confidence now that the D7X AI Board is Certified for Microsoft Teams," said Wei Liu, CEO of DTEN.

That approach reflects DTEN's Thoughtful Design: solve complexity inside the product so the meeting feels simple, natural, and intuitive for the people using it.

"As AI transforms how people collaborate, intelligent meeting spaces are becoming essential to creating more natural and inclusive experiences for everyone. We're excited to see DTEN bring the D7X AI Board to market as a device Certified for Microsoft Teams. This new level of in-room intelligence helps deliver an optimized Microsoft Teams Rooms experience while empowering meeting moderators to lead more engaging, inclusive, and productive meetings, in an easy-to-deploy All-in-One," said Albert Kooiman, General Manager, Teams Calling, Meetings, and Devices at Microsoft.

What D7X AI Board delivers

Certified for Microsoft Teams Rooms on Windows

As a Microsoft Teams Rooms on Windows device, D7X AI Board fits into familiar Microsoft endpoint management environments. IT teams can manage deployments using tools such as Microsoft Pro Portal for Rooms, Microsoft Intune and Autopilot, while DTEN Orbit Service supports remote device health monitoring and management.

Room-aware AI that adapts to the meeting

D7X AI Board uses on-device intelligence to understand the meeting space in real time. It maps the room in 3D, recognizes real participants, and helps keep the meeting focused on the people who belong in it, not photos, reflections, or people passing nearby. The room adapts without users drawing boundaries, configuring zones, or learning setup steps.

Every voice and every face represented clearly

Instead of showing one wide room shot, D7X AI Board frames participants individually and adjusts exposure so people are easier to see in challenging room lighting. Voice capture and processing help separate speakers in real time and carry voices clearly across the room, so remote participants get a more natural view and sound of the people they are meeting with.

Product highlights

- 48MP center camera with individual participant framing

- Dual AI depth sensors for 3D room understanding

- 15-element beamforming microphone array for clear room audio

- Front-facing stereo speakers designed to project sound toward people in the room

- Responsive 4K touch display for whiteboarding and collaboration

- Dedicated AI processing so room understanding runs in parallel with the meeting experience

- Single-cable USB-C BYOD for content sharing, room audio/video access, touchback, and laptop charging

Availability

The 55-inch DTEN D7X AI Board is Certified for Microsoft Teams Rooms on Windows and available now worldwide through DTEN and authorized channel partners. Microsoft Teams Rooms on Windows certification for the 75-inch model is expected to follow. D7X AI Board arrives preconfigured and is ready for its first meeting within minutes of connecting power and network, with single-cable USB-C BYOD and DTEN Orbit Service for remote device health monitoring and management. Pricing is available through DTEN and its channel partners. For product information and partner resources, visit www.dten.com.

French region goes live with digital pathology from Sectra to speed up cancer diagnostics

LINKÖPING, Sweden, Sept. 17, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- International medical imaging IT and cybersecurity company Sectra (STO: SECT B) has successfully implemented the digital pathology module of its enterprise imaging solution at four hospitals in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur (PACA) region in France. The hospitals are the first of eight across the region to move onto one shared solution, letting pathologists work on cases together across sites and speed up cancer diagnostics for patients.

The first phase of the rollout covers four hospitals across the PACA region in southern France, all of which are now live:

- Institut Paoli-Calmettes (IPC) in Marseille, an oncology center that is part of a national network of cancer centers

- Assistance Publique des Hôpitaux de Marseille (APHM), one of the largest hospital groups in France

- Centre Hospitalier Aix-Pertuis (CHAP), a public hospital serving the Aix-en-Provence area

- Centre Antoine Lacassagne (CAL) in Nice, a comprehensive cancer center that is part of the Unicancer network

"This regional project is an important step toward strengthening cancer care across the PACA region. By working more closely with other partner hospitals, we can share expertise and ensure that patients receive faster and more accurate diagnoses. Digitizing pathology workflows through Sectra's solution is central to this transformation and will allow us to collaborate seamlessly across sites and access cases regardless of where the patient is being treated," says Professor Nicolas Macagno at APHM.

Professor Emmanuelle Charafe at IPC continues:

"The deployment of digital pathology represents a major advance for diagnostic practice and medical cooperation at the regional level. At Institut Paoli-Calmettes, this solution enables our teams to access records more quickly, streamline exchanges between experts, and strengthen collaboration with partner institutions. Beyond these organizational gains, it helps provide patients with faster access to highly specialized expertise and further improves the quality of cancer diagnostics. Not only has the Sectra solution improved the accuracy of cancer diagnosis, but it also enables precise evaluation of biomarkers, giving our patients access to precision medicine in oncology. It also allows us to fulfill our mission as a leading cancer center for patients across the region, as it has streamlined exchanges and second opinions. The implementation process with Sectra has been excellent, and we look forward to continuing our partnership."

These four implementations follow orders received under Sectra's 2022 framework agreement with UniHA, a cooperative of French public hospitals, which enables connected hospitals to purchase the solution on pre-negotiated terms and conditions. The second phase, covering the four remaining hospitals in the PACA region, CHU de Nice, Centres Hospitaliers de Toulon and Avignon, and the Centre Hospitalier d'Ajaccio (CHA) in Corsica, is already underway and planned to be completed during 2027.

Sectra's digital pathology solution allows pathologists to review and collaborate around cases in a way that has not been possible before. The digital workflow provides instant and, if needed, remote access to digital images of tissue samples instead of relying on physical glass slides reviewed in microscopes. By consolidating pathology into a single solution, collaboration among pathologists, both within a department, between sites, and for external consultations with referent expert pathologists, becomes significantly easier, marking an essential step toward improving overall regional cancer care.

"I'm delighted to see yet another part of France working across hospital boundaries. It's essential for efficient diagnostics, especially in cancer care where the experts are often based at different sites. We are really looking forward to seeing our digital pathology solution facilitating the hospitals' important work and to work closely with them to ensure it will support them now and in the future," says Fabien Lozach, President of Sectra in France.

The pathology module is a part of Sectra's enterprise imaging solution which provides a unified strategy for all imaging needs while lowering operational costs. The scalable and modular solution, with a VNA at its core, allows healthcare providers to grow from ology to ology and from enterprise to enterprise. Visit Sectra's website to read more about Sectra and why it's top-ranked in "Best in KLAS".

AURORA, Colo., Sept. 17, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- New research from the CU Anschutz Marcus Institute for Brain Health shows that irritability is strongly associated with post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) symptoms, chronic pain and difficulty understanding speech in noisy environments among military veterans with chronic mild traumatic brain injury (mTBI), or concussion.

Published today in the Journal of Neuropsychiatry and Clinical Neurosciences, the study suggests that post-concussion irritability may reflect a combination of changes in brain function, emotional health and sensory processing rather than a single psychological cause.

Irritability is one of the most reported long-term symptoms after concussion, particularly in veterans with chronic mTBI. It can significantly disrupt work, relationships and social functioning.

"Our findings suggest irritability years after multipleconcussions is not simply a psychologically-driven emotional reaction," said the study's lead investigator Jeffrey Hebert, PhD, PT, associate professor at the CU Anschutz School of Medicine and director of research for the University of Colorado Anschutz Marcus Institute for Brain Health. "It reflects difficulties managing both psychological and sensory system factors that can persist for years after injury."

The study included 124 military veterans, consisting of 61 with chronic mTBI and 63 without any history of brain injury. Participants completed standardized assessments measuring irritability, PTSD symptoms, chronic pain, balance and auditory processing, including speech in noise comprehension.

Veterans with chronic mTBI reported higher levels of irritability, more severe PTSD symptoms, greater chronic pain, worse balance and increased difficulty understanding speech in noisy settings compared with those without brain injury.

Researchers found that PTSD symptoms had the strongest association with irritability, followed by chronic pain. Difficulty understanding speech in challenging listening environments also contributed independently, suggesting that sensory strain plays a role in emotional regulation.

The findings are among the first to show that difficulty following conversations in noisy environments may independently contribute to irritability after chronic mTBI.

"When the brain must work harder to understand speech in noisy environments, it increases mental effort and fatigue. Over time, that can reduce stress tolerance and contribute to emotional overload and irritability," said Hebert.

The results also highlight how everyday environments such as restaurants, social gatherings and crowded public spaces may be especially challenging for individuals living with chronic mTBI.

Overall, the study emphasizes that irritability after concussion likely involves multiple interacting systems in the brain and body.

"This work shows the issue cannot be understood through a single lens. Effective care may require addressing PTSD symptoms, chronic pain and sensory processing difficulties together rather than in isolation," said Hebert.

Future research will explore whether improving functional hearing and sensory processing could reduce irritability and enhance quality of life after concussion.

Key Findings

- Irritability after concussion was most strongly linked to PTSD symptoms and chronic pain

- Difficulty understanding speech in noisy environments also contributed to irritability

- Veterans with chronic mTBI experienced higher emotional, physical, and sensory symptoms

- Findings support more integrated screening and treatment approaches

Why the Research Matters

Long term symptoms after concussion are common in military veterans and can affect daily life, including work and relationships. Irritability is one of the most disruptive symptoms, but is often viewed only as behavioral or psychological. This study suggests it may instead reflect changes in brain function, sensory processing, and emotional regulation, supporting more comprehensive approaches to care.

Clinical Implications

Clinicians treating patients with chronic mTBI may improve outcomes by screening for PTSD symptoms, chronic pain, and difficulty understanding speech in noisy environments when irritability is present.

About Mild Traumatic Brain Injury (mTBI)

Mild traumatic brain injury (mTBI), commonly called concussion, can result from blasts, falls, sports injuries, or vehicle accidents. Although considered "mild," symptoms may persist long after injury and can include headaches, fatigue, memory problems, sleep disruption, mood changes, and sensitivity to sensory stimuli.

About the Study

The study examined relationships between irritability, PTSD symptoms, chronic pain, balance and auditory processing, including difficulty understanding speech in noisy environments, in military veterans with and without chronic mild traumatic brain injury.

- Fulfillment Expenses as a Percentage of Revenue Improved by 5 Basis Points Year-over-Year

SHANGHAI, Sept. 17, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- 111, Inc. ("111" or the "Company") (NASDAQ: YI), a leading tech-enabled healthcare platform company committed to reshaping the value chain of healthcare industry by digitally empowering the upstream and downstream in China, today announced its unaudited financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2026.

Second Quarter 2026 Highlights

- Net revenue amounted to RMB2.3 billion (US$339.0 million), representing a 28.3% decrease from RMB3.2 billion in the prior-year quarter. This decline was primarily attributable to the Company's ongoing strategic transition toward a more asset-light and operationally efficient business model. As part of this initiative, the Company divested several underperforming subsidiaries last year, under which the Company can generate more service-based commission income and reduce operational and capital risks to a certain extent. Total marketplace (MP) service revenue increased by 18.2% year-over-year for the first half of 2026, demonstrating growth of the Company's marketplace service business and enhanced revenue quality. Through such strategic optimization, the Company continues to pursue further improvements in its profitability and liquidity profile.

- Net revenue of promotional products amounted to RMB60.7 million (US$8.9 million), representing 121% year-over-year growth, accompanied by an increase of 120% in gross profit. To further diversify the portfolio of such products, the Company has partnered with a growing number of pharmaceutical manufacturers to secure distribution rights for products targeting small and medium-sized chain pharmacies. Among such products, Levofloxacin Tablets (Cravit®) from JNOVA Pharmaceutical (Beijing) Co., Ltd., has already become the flagship offering, whose quarterly sales volume grew from 364,000 boxes to 1,041,000 boxes year-over-year, while the quarterly revenue posted a 157% increase, reaching RMB28.1 million. In addition, other priority products with secured distribution rights like Rivaroxaban Tablets (Pusitong®) from Qilu Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. and Xinkeshu Tablets from Shandong Wohua Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. also delivered solid sales performance this quarter, with each reaching 60,000 boxes. These performances underscore the Company's marketing expertise and has created strong growth momentum for both upstream suppliers and downstream partners.

- Total operating expenses amounted to RMB155.5 million (US$22.9 million), representing a 16.1% decrease compared to RMB185.3 million in the prior-year quarter. Notably, ongoing investment in and adoption of AI agents have made workforce streamlining possible. As part of organizational initiatives to enhance cost-efficiency, the Company incurred substantial severance costs in the quarter in connection with workforce streamlining primarily within back-end support functions. Excluding the share-based compensation expenses and severance costs, total operating expenses accounted for 4.2% of total GMV this quarter as compared to 4.5% in the prior-year quarter.

- Fulfillment expenses amounted to RMB63.6 million (US$9.4 million), representing a decrease of 29.5% from RMB90.2 million in the prior-year quarter, outpacing the revenue decline. As a percentage of net revenue, fulfillment expenses improved to 2.76%, compared with 2.81% in the prior-year quarter, reflecting continued enhancement in operational efficiency and disciplined cost management.

Mr. Junling Liu, Co-Founder, Chairman, and Chief Executive Officer of 111, commented, "During the second quarter of 2026, we continued to execute our strategic transition toward a more asset-light and platform-oriented operating model. The 18.2% year-over-year increase in total marketplace (MP) service revenue for the first half of 2026 demonstrates steady progress in the strategic initiative and underscores our pursuit of high-quality, scalable and cost-efficient growth. As our ongoing investment in and adoption of AI agents have enabled workforce streamlining, we incurred certain severance costs in the quarter, largely within back-end support functions, as part of efficiency-focused organizational initiatives."

"Our promotional products have rapidly penetrated pharmacies nationwide via the 111 digital marketing platform, with the product lineup continuously expanding. Net revenue and gross profit from those products delivered high year-over-year growth. A growing number of pharmaceutical companies have partnered with us to secure general distribution rights for products targeting small and medium-sized chain pharmacies. We remain committed to adding more pharmaceutical products such as "Cravit" to our distribution portfolio to consolidate our market standing and maintain steady performance."

"By optimizing our network and selectively exiting underperforming fulfillment centers, our fulfillment expenses declined by 29.5% year-over-year, outpacing the decrease in revenue. Meanwhile, fulfillment expenses as a percentage of net revenue improved by 5 basis points year-over-year, highlighting our capacity for sustained operational improvement and reflecting our commitment to prudent cost management."

"Looking ahead, we believe these initiatives are gradually reshaping 111 from a transaction-driven pharmaceutical distributor into a more technology-enabled and intelligent healthcare platform business. We will continue to integrate AI-enabled capabilities across multiple operational scenarios, including intelligent demand forecasting, inventory optimization, fulfillment routing and merchant operation management. More importantly, we are deploying AI agent-based solutions in pharmacies and healthcare service scenarios to help customers better manage day-to-day operations. Leveraging a lean, intelligent operating model, we aim to expand margins, lift profitability and deliver long-term value to stakeholders."

Scania launches Venture & New Business China to accelerate future transport solutions

SÖDERTÄLJE, Sweden, Sept. 17, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Scania is launching Venture & New Business China (VNBC), a dedicated platform to identify, develop and pilot new business opportunities in China through strategic partnerships, customer collaborations and new ventures. Kelly Fu has been appointed Regional Lead for China Venture & New Business, Scania Group.

VNBC is part of Scania's continued long-term development in China. It will support Scania Group China's growth today while building the capabilities needed to strengthen Scania's position in an increasingly electrified and autonomous transport ecosystem in China over time. Through partnerships, VNBC will enable Scania to rapidly test technologies and business models, while building the knowledge and experience needed to shape future transport solutions.

VNBC will initially focus on areas with strong potential to transform heavy transport, including energy transition and autonomous transport. This includes building ecosystem partnerships and exploring new business models needed to bring future solutions to market.

The initiative builds on Scania's growing presence and capabilities in China. With the Scania and NEXT ERA commercial offerings, as well as local capabilities in research and development, procurement and production, Scania has a broader foundation for developing solutions close to Chinese customers. The Nantong and Rugao region, where Scania's third industrial production hub is located, will provide an important environment for testing and piloting new solutions together with customers and partners. VNBC will also work with local governments and ecosystem partners across China to explore opportunities for collaboration.

"China combines the scale of the world's largest truck market with one of the world's fastest-moving technology and innovation landscapes," says Kelly Fu. "For Scania, that creates an opportunity not only to serve customers here but also to build new solutions together with local partners. We will start with local customer needs, bring together complementary capabilities, test solutions in the market and scale those that create real commercial value."

"Venture & New Business has a dual role in China. We support Scania Group China's growth today, while building the capabilities needed to strengthen our position in an increasingly electrified and autonomous transport ecosystem over time. By working with partners, we can rapidly test technologies and business models in real-world applications, build valuable insights and use those learnings to shape the transport solutions of the future," says Gustaf Sundell, Executive Vice President and Head of Ventures and New Business at Scania.

Kelly brings extensive experience from investment banking, digital mobility, commercial-vehicle technology, and new business building. She spent six years at DiDi, including as General Manager of its Beijing Office. She also worked in investment at G7, where she played a key role in the company's merger with E6. Most recently, she has focused on start-ups and emerging solutions within heavy-duty battery-electric and hydrogen transport.

"Scania's development in China is a long-term commitment," says Camilla Dewoon, Executive Vice President of Scania Group and Head of Scania Group China. "China is an important market for Scania, both commercially and strategically. Kelly's experience across investment, digital transport and emerging technologies brings a strong combination of perspectives to Venture & New Business. VNBC gives us a dedicated platform to work with customers, partners and the wider ecosystem to explore new opportunities and develop solutions for the future of transport. By combining local insight with Scania's global capabilities, we can turn insights into action, build new partnerships and help accelerate future transport solutions."
