Authenticated deadstock sneakers, from Jordan and Nike staples to coveted grails, all at one price, with instant buyback

NEW YORK, Sept. 16, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Courtyard, the entertainment shopping platform pioneering a new category of commerce built around discovery and reveal, announced today the launch of Courtyard Sneakers, bringing its signature discovery experience to the sneaker market for the first time with the Courtyard Sneakers Pack.

For $275, sneakerheads discover their pair from a curated collection of authenticated deadstock sneakers, from Jordan and Nike staples to coveted grails rarely available on the sneakers resale market, with the option to keep, ship, instantly sell back or post for sale on the Courtyard Marketplace.

Where other platforms sort inventory by price tier and optimize for volume, Courtyard curates for quality and rarity with transparency as all Sneaker Packs include clear and easy to find information so that users can make informed decisions. Every sneaker is certified authentic before it enters the vault. The only unknown is which pair gets revealed to shoppers, whether it's one they love or one with a cultural story they'll appreciate.

Courtyard Sneakers' inventory includes some of the most coveted Nike and Jordan releases available, from the Jordan 1 High Off-White Chicago and Mars Yard 2.0 to the Nike SB AF1 Pink Foam Friends & Family and other rare pairs that seldom hit the resale market. After the reveal, sneaker enthusiasts choose to ship it home, hold it in Courtyard's secure vault, or sell it back at fair market value, no questions asked.

"At Courtyard, we're delivering a shopping experience built on the excitement of discovery," says co-founder and CEO Nico Le Jeune. "Every pair in our inventory is worth owning, from deadstock staples to pairs most enthusiasts will never find anywhere else. We built this for the hardcore collectors, the cultural trendsetters, and anyone ready to cop with confidence knowing the worst case scenario is a keeper and the best is a grail."

The launch of Courtyard Sneakers marks the latest expansion in Courtyard's rapid growth. The platform has grown from $50,000 in monthly transaction volume in January 2024 to $2 billion annualized today, across trading cards, luxury watches, comics and coins. Sneakers are the newest category, and the same entertainment shopping model that transformed how people discover and trade collectibles is now coming to one of the most passion-driven categories in culture.

Real Mushrooms® Cordyceps Achieves NSF Certified for Sport® Status

Certified products independently verified for ingredient accuracy and quality assurance

CALGARY, AB, Sept. 15, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Real Mushrooms®, a global leader in organic mushroom extracts, today announced that Cordyceps 120 Count Capsules, used to support healthy energy levels, oxygen utilization and physical performance, received NSF Certified for Sport status for the small-format bottles sold in the U.S. In Canada, both bottle sizes earned NSF Contents Certified status.

NSF Contents Certified evaluates the product itself, verifying ingredient identity, label accuracy and declared amounts, and testing against predefined requirements for specified contaminants. NSF Certified for Sport adds testing for substances banned by major athletic organizations, along with enhanced oversight of ingredients, suppliers and manufacturing processes. For athletes and active consumers, this verification provides confidence in both the product's safety and integrity, as well as what's on the label.

"For years, athletes have had to take a supplement's word for it," said Skye Chilton, co-founder and CEO of Real Mushrooms. "NSF Certification provides independent verification that helps build trust. We've built Real Mushrooms on transparency from day one by using real mushroom extracts and real mycelium, without grain fillers and standardizing for active compounds. The NSF Contents Certification status confirms that what's tested and verified aligns with what the label claims."

NSF Contents Certified sits alongside NSF's Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) certification, which verifies that manufacturing facilities maintain documented quality assurance systems, traceability controls and independent audit oversight of operations.

Real Mushrooms' Cordyceps 120 Count Capsules are made from 100% mushroom extracts, processed without grain filler, keeping label transparency at the forefront of the brand. Cordyceps can support energy and stamina.

The newly certified products are available now at realmushrooms.com.

DENVER, Sept. 16, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- FirstService Residential, North America's leading property management company, has been selected to provide management services for Reverie at Looking Glass, a new single-family home community in Parker, Colorado. This milestone marks the company's official expansion into the Colorado market.

Developed by Dream Finders Homes, Reverie at Looking Glass is an age-targeted, active lifestyle community featuring 450 single-family homes at full buildout. The community is currently under construction, with initial home sales anticipated this summer and first closings expected later this year.

"We are excited to bring the Reverie brand to Colorado and to continue growing our collaboration with FirstService Residential," said David Smith, vice president of active adult at Dream Finders Homes. "They understand what it takes to support a community from the ground up, and their experience with our Reverie communities in Florida has made them a natural fit. As we expand into new markets, it's important for us to work with partners who can scale with us and help create a consistent experience for homeowners."

Located about 25 miles south of Denver, Reverie at Looking Glass is designed to offer vibrant, resort-style living with amenities focused on social connection and wellness. Plans for the community include a clubhouse, fitness center, pool and spa, along with a variety of events and activities designed to bring residents together. While not age-restricted, the community is thoughtfully designed with the needs and preferences of active adult homeowners in mind.

FirstService Residential will provide full-service community association management, including financial management, governance support, and day-to-day operations. The company will also hire a full-time, on-site general manager to support the community from the early stages to developer turnover.

The selection builds on FirstService Residential's existing relationship with Dream Finders Homes, including multiple Reverie communities currently under management in Florida. As Dream Finders Homes expands its footprint nationwide, FirstService Residential continues to support their vision with scalable expertise and local market insight.

"We are proud to partner with Dream Finders Homes on this exciting new community and to support their growth beyond the Southeast," said Amy Bazinet, senior vice president, FirstService Residential. We are committed to supporting the Dream Finders Home team and future board from day one, helping create a strong foundation for long-term success."

Construction is underway, with full community buildout anticipated over the next several years. Miami-Dade On Pace to Shatter $10M+ Up Home Sales Annual Record
Image File
Original HTML

MIAMI, Sept. 16, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Miami-Dade is on track to break its annual $10M+ home sales record by year-end, providing another robust example of the tremendous wealth migration flowing into South Florida, according to August 2026 statistics released by MIAMI REALTORS® + RWorld, the MIAMI MLS, and BeachesMLS.

Through August 2026, Miami-Dade has recorded 194 home sales of $10 million or more – already 14.1% above its full-year 2025 total of 170 transactions. At this current pace, the county is projected to finish 2026 with about 291 $10M+ home sales. That would smash the previous record of 230 sales, set in 2021 during the pandemic-fueled buying frenzy.

"Miami and South Florida continue to break real estate records," MIAMI REALTORS® + RWorld Chairman of the Board Alfredo Pujol said. "A banner year even with elevated mortgage rates. But it is also important to point out our condo market, the entry-market for first-time buyers, continues to see a rise in total year-over-year transactions, particularly near the median price point. Miami offers opportunities for buyers across a range of price points."

Latest South Florida real estate rankings/stats:

- Leader in Wage Growth: The Miami MSA Metro area saw a $3.6 billion gain in wage earnings due to net job migration in the four quarters ending Q1 2025 (latest data available via U.S. Census) via MIAMI REALTORS® + RWorld Research.

- #1 in Home Equity: South Florida single-family homeowners who purchased a home 15 years ago have over $500,000 in home equity compared to $333,700 nationally as of 2026 Q2 via MIAMI REALTORS® + RWorld Research.

- #1 Ultra-Luxury Market in the U.S.: South Florida averages one $10M home sale per day. In 2025, South Florida posted the most $20M & up condo sales in its history; the second-most $10M & up total home sales in history; and more.

- #1 Market in the U.S. for Cash Buyers: 82% of Miami $1M & up condo sales were all-cash in 2025. The Miami MSA leads the nation in all-cash sales, which means many buyers are operating on liquidity, not debt.

Miami Condo Sales Rise Year-over-Year

Condo sales increased 1% year-over-year in August 2026, from 903 to 911. Condos priced near the median price point, from $500K to $600K, saw a 32% year-over-year sales growth, increasing from 78 to 103.

Total home sales decreased 1.1% year-over-year to 1,769 transactions in August 2026. The decrease is due to elevated mortgage rates and lack of inventory in certain price points. Miami total home sales had increased year-over-year for 11 consecutive months before August 2026. Single-family home transactions declined 3.1% year over year to 858.

The sales total doesn't include South Florida's new construction, pre-construction and condo conversion sales because they are largely not reported in the MLS. But MIAMI led the charge to publish two new construction reports.

International buyers purchased 49% of new South Florida construction, pre-construction and condo conversion sales over an 18-month period ending in July 2025, according to MIAMI REALTORS® first-ever New Construction Global Sales Report in collaboration with industry leaders.

Our second New Construction Global Sales Report, published in November 2025, showed an increase in global sales and buyers from 73 countries, according to the MIAMI REALTORS® November 2025 Global Sales Report in collaboration with industry leaders.

The lack of Federal Housing Administration loans for many existing Miami condominium buildings is preventing further market strengthening. Of the 2,397 condominium buildings in Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties, only 21 are approved for FHA loans, according to statistics from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.

Just 0.9% of South Florida condo buildings are approved for FHA loans.

Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac eliminated the limited review option for many condo loans on Aug. 3, 2026. For decades, Florida condominium borrowers and owners faced stricter lending standards and higher financing hurdles than those in many other states. The updated guidelines are expected to create a more transparent and financially secure lending environment.

Miami-Dade Condominium Sale Prices Have Appreciated 259% Since 2011

Miami condo prices have increased 259% since 2011, from $113,800 to $408,000. Miami condos are a long-time national leader in price appreciation. Prices decreased 0.49% year-over-year in August 2026, from $410,000 to $408,000. Condo inventory is declining year-over-year, which will put upward pressure on prices.

Miami condo median prices have stayed even or increased in 166 of the last 183 months (14+ years).

Miami-Dade County single-family home median sale prices increased 3.82% year-over-year in August 2026, from $655,000 to $680,000. Miami single-family median prices have risen in 174 of the last 178 months (14+ years).

Miami single-family prices have risen 293.7% since 2011, from $172,700 to $680,000.

MIAMI REALTORS® + RWorld continues to support cross-sector stakeholder solutions – like removing obstacles to permitting and zoning, funding the Florida Hometown Heroes Program, and creating pathways for accessory dwelling units (ADUs) – to facilitate both the creation and preservation of safe and affordable housing.

Miami's surging multifamily market and the Florida Live Local Act should boost affordability in the future. Southeast Florida ranks No. 1 in the U.S. for most multifamily construction, according to MIAMI REALTORS® Research. This is important because it adds more overall housing/apartment supply to a city, creates more affordability and adds to Miami's economic growth.

Florida's Live Local Act, which was passed in 2023 and amended in May 2024, is encouraging developers to build more affordable housing. The Live Local Act gives developers the highest density allowed in a local area if they allocate 40% of its units for affordable housing. The state law defines an affordable unit as being at or below 120% of an area's median income.

Miami remains a bargain in comparison to other global cities. For $1M, homebuyers can purchase 58 square meters of prime property in Miami, according to the 2026 Knight Frank Wealth Report. That is almost four times more than Monaco (16 square meters), nearly two times more than New York (34) and London (33) and more than Paris (37), Tokyo (37) and more.

Mortgage Rates Climb over 7%

The benchmark 10-year Treasury yield is at its highest levels in 19 years as oil prices surge from the Iran conflict. Mortgage rates have started climbing.

According to Freddie Mac, the 30-year fixed-rate mortgage was 6.67% in August 2026. But rates have climbed since the start of September with rates at 7.17% as of Sept. 15, 2026. Home sales are sensitive to mortgage rate increases.

"With mortgage rates poised to remain above 6.7% through year-end, expect more cash and high-end buyers to drive the South Florida real estate market and for well-priced homes to sell quickly," MIAMI REALTORS® + RWorld Chief Economist Gay Cororaton said.

Total Miami Inventory Declines for Seventh Consecutive Month; Single-Family in Seller's Market

Total active listings at the end of August 2026 decreased 12.1% year-over-year, from 17,998 to 15,825. Decreasing supply means more buyer competition and upward price pressure.

Inventory of single-family homes decreased 19.23% year-over-year in August 2026 from 5,361 active listings last year to 4,330 last month.

Condo inventory declined for the seventh consecutive month. Condominium inventory decreased 9.04% year-over-year in August 2026, from 12,637 to 11,495 listings during the same period in 2025, but the total is still significantly below pre-pandemic.

Months' supply of inventory for single-family homes is 4.9 months, which indicates a seller's market. Inventory for existing condominiums is 12.1 months, which indicates a buyer's market. A balanced market between buyers and sellers offers between six- and nine-months supply.

Nationally, total housing inventory is 1.62 million units, according to NAR. That is up 5.9% from August 2025. There is 4.9-month supply of unsold inventory, unchanged from one year ago.

Miami Real Estate: $228 Million in Local Economic Impact

Every time a home is sold it impacts the economy: income generated from real estate industries (commissions, fees and moving expenses), expenditures related to home purchase (furniture and remodeling expenses), multiplier of housing related expenditures (income earned as a result of a home sale is re-circulated into the economy) and new construction (additional home sales induce added home production).

The total economic impact of a typical Florida home sale is $129,000, according to NAR. Miami-Dade sold 1,769 homes in August 2026 for a local economic impact of $228 million.

Miami-Dade total dollar volume decreased 2.7% year-over-year in August 2026 to $1.6 billion.

Single-family home dollar volume decreased 3.45% year-over-year to $985 million. Condo dollar volume decreased 1.51% year-over-year to $661 million.

Miami Distressed Sales Remain at Historic Lows, Reflecting Healthy Market

Only 0.3% of all closed residential sales in Miami were distressed last month, including REO (bank-owned properties) and short sales. In 2009, distressed sales comprised 70% of Miami sales.

Short sales and REOs accounted for 0.3% and 0%, respectively, of total Miami sales in August 2026.

State & National Sales

In Florida, closed sales of single-family homes statewide totaled 21,497 in August 2026, down 1.4% year-over-year, while existing condo-townhouse sales totaled 7,291, down 1.8%.

The statewide median sales price for single-family existing homes was $415,000, up 1.2% year-over-year, according to data from Florida Realtors Research Department in partnership with local Realtor boards/associations. Last month's statewide median price for condo-townhouse units was $298,000, up 2.8% vs. last year.

In HelloNation, Insurance Expert Shawn Hellebuyck Explains What Arizona Homeowners Should Know About Umbrella Insurance Coverage
Image File
Original HTML

The article explains how umbrella insurance extends liability coverage beyond standard home and auto policies for Arizona homeowners.

ORO VALLEY, Ariz., Sept. 16, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- What should Arizona homeowners understand about umbrella insurance and the protection it provides? That question is answered in a HelloNation article featuring insights from Shawn Hellebuyck of Oakley Insurance Group, which explains how umbrella insurance adds a layer of liability coverage beyond standard home and auto policies.

The HelloNation article explains that umbrella insurance is designed to provide protection when claims exceed the limits of existing policies. Standard home policy and auto policy limits may not always be sufficient in cases involving serious accidents, liability lawsuits, or significant property damage. Umbrella insurance supplements these policies by providing additional liability coverage once underlying limits have been reached.

According to the article, umbrella insurance functions as a financial safety net that helps protect Arizona homeowners from large liability claims. Legal settlements, medical costs, and related expenses can quickly exceed the limits of a home policy or auto policy. The article notes that umbrella insurance coverage activates once those underlying limits are exhausted, helping cover additional legal fees, settlements, or damages that might otherwise create significant financial risk.

The article also explains that umbrella insurance coverage often extends to situations that standard policies may not fully address. In addition to bodily injury and property damage claims, umbrella policies may include protection related to defamation, libel, slander, or certain legal claims involving personal liability. This broader scope of coverage can help homeowners safeguard personal assets from unexpected legal exposure.

Rising property values and increasing legal settlements have made umbrella insurance an important consideration for many Arizona homeowners. The article notes that homeowners with significant assets or higher liability exposure may face increased financial risk if a major claim exceeds the limits of their primary insurance coverage. Umbrella insurance helps address this risk by adding additional protection in increments that typically begin at one million dollars.

Understanding how umbrella insurance interacts with existing coverage is also important. The HelloNation article explains that umbrella policies require minimum limits on underlying home policy and auto policy coverage before the umbrella protection can take effect. Licensed agents often help clients review their existing policies to ensure that required limits are in place so the umbrella insurance functions properly when claims arise.

Cost is another factor addressed in the article. While umbrella insurance provides substantial additional liability coverage, the premiums are often modest relative to the level of protection offered. The article explains that costs may vary depending on factors such as the number of vehicles, properties, and the overall liability exposure of the household.

Claims coordination is also discussed as an important aspect of umbrella insurance coverage. When claims involve multiple policies, it is important that coverage is applied correctly and efficiently. The article notes that agencies with strong claims support can help ensure that home policy, auto policy, and umbrella insurance coverage work together when a claim exceeds standard limits.

Flexibility is another benefit highlighted in the article. Umbrella insurance policies can often be adjusted as a homeowner's financial situation changes. As households acquire additional assets or face new liability risks, policy limits can be increased to maintain adequate protection. Regular reviews help ensure that coverage remains aligned with a homeowner's current circumstances.

In summary, the HelloNation article explains that umbrella insurance provides Arizona homeowners with an important layer of liability coverage beyond the limits of standard home and auto policies. By helping cover large claims, legal expenses, and unexpected liabilities, umbrella insurance can protect assets and reduce financial risk for homeowners seeking long-term protection.

What Arizona Homeowners Should Know About Umbrella Insurance Coverage features insights from Shawn Hellebuyck, Insurance Expert of Oro Valley, Arizona, in HelloNation.

JUPITER, Fla., Sept. 16, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Myosin Therapeutics, Inc., a clinical-stage biotechnology company developing a new class of therapies targeting cancer cell mechanics, today announced its selection as a 2026–2027 National Cancer Institute (NCI) Investor Initiatives Showcase Company.

Myosin is one of only 30 companies selected from NCI's portfolio of funded companies for the 2026–2027 Showcase cohort. Companies were chosen through a competitive private-sector peer review process involving more than 70 third-party investors and strategic partners.

The cohort represents emerging oncology innovators across biopharmaceuticals, medical devices, diagnostics and digital health, including first-in-class therapeutics, cell and immune therapies, radioligand therapies, antibody-drug conjugates, RNA medicines, precision drug delivery, AI-enabled cancer technologies, liquid biopsy and multi-omics platforms. Myosin joins this innovative group with a differentiated approach targeting molecular nanomotors and the physical machinery cancer cells depend on for growth, invasion, and survival.

"We are honored to be selected by NCI for the Investor Initiatives Showcase," said Courtney Miller, PhD, Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of Myosin Therapeutics. "NCI has been an important partner throughout the development of MT-125 and their continued support of our differentiated approach to oncology comes at an exciting point for our clinical program."

Myosin's lead clinical-stage oncology asset, MT-125, is a first-in-class, brain penetrant dual non-muscle myosin inhibitor in the NCI-supported Phase 1/2 STAR-GBM clinical trial. MT-125 has received FDA Fast Track designation for glioblastoma and Orphan Drug designation for malignant gliomas. GBM provides a capital-efficient entry point to a broader pan-cancer platform spanning solid and hematologic malignancies. Myosin's molecular nanomotor platform also extends beyond oncology through MT-110, an NIH-supported, IND-stage NMIIB-selective CNS asset.

Selection into the Showcase provides opportunities to present to investors and strategic partners at industry events, and NCI will feature Myosin in its 2026–2027 Showcase Companies Book. This builds upon NCI's longstanding non-dilutive support of MT-125.

Many fall hazards are hiding in plain sight at home, AAOS advises during Falls Prevention Awareness Week

Orthopaedic experts highlight overlooked household hazards and practical steps to help prevent serious fall-related injuries.

ROSEMONT, Ill., Sept. 16, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Most older adults know to watch for icy sidewalks and uneven pavement, but some of the biggest fall risks may be found inside the home. During Falls Prevention Awareness Week, Sept. 21-25, the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons (AAOS) is encouraging older adults and their families to take a closer look at overlooked hazards such as loose rugs, poorly lit hallways and hard-to-reach household items that can contribute to serious injuries.

Falls are the leading cause of fatal and nonfatal injuries among adults 65 and older, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). More than 14 million, or 1 in 4, older adults report falling each year. And while falls are preventable, the age-adjusted fall death rate among older adults increased 21% between 2018 and 2024.

"A fall can happen in a split second, but the injury that comes from it can have a much longer impact," said orthopaedic trauma surgeon Michael F. Githens, MD, FAAOS. "We see older adults with broken wrists, hip fractures and other serious injuries from falls that happen while they're simply going about their day at home. That's why prevention is so important."

Take a room-by-room look at fall risks

Making a home safer doesn't require a major renovation. Start with the rooms and pathways you use every day and look for small changes that can reduce the chance of falling:

- Bedroom and nighttime pathways: Keep floors free of clutter and make clothes and shoes easy to reach. Use nightlights to illuminate the path between the bedroom and bathroom, particularly for middle-of-the-night trips.

- Bathroom: Secure loose rugs with slip-resistant backing and consider installing grab bars on shower walls. Keep the room well-lit, including using a nightlight.

- Stairs and hallways: Remove boxes, cords and other clutter from walkways. Install handrails on both sides of the stairs and make sure halls and stairways are adequately lit.

- Kitchen: Store dishes, cooking equipment and other frequently used items within easy reach rather than climbing or stretching to retrieve them. Clean up liquids, grease, and food spills immediately.

- Living spaces: Arrange furniture to maintain clear walking paths between rooms, and secure loose area rugs with double-sided carpet tape or slip-resistant backing.

- Entryways and outdoor paths: Keep the route between the front door, driveway and mailbox well-lit and free of debris and other tripping hazards.

Families can play an important role in fall prevention, too. Look for hazards that an older loved one may have grown accustomed to or may not recognize as a risk, from a loose rug to children's toys left in a walkway.

Fall prevention extends beyond the home environment. AAOS also encourages older adults to talk with their physicians about medications that may cause fatigue, dizziness or confusion; have regular vision and physical examinations; wear properly fitting shoes with nonskid soles; and participate, when appropriate, in activities that improve strength, balance and coordination.

"Preventing falls isn't about being afraid to move; it's about making it easier to keep moving," Dr. Githens said. "Small changes at home, combined with strength and balance activities, can help older adults stay confident, active and independent. Families can help by looking for risks together before a fall happens."

Endra unveils Power Studio, the first AI platform purpose-built for electrical engineering, acquires Planlabs to build out the mechanical discipline

Endra unveils Power Studio, the first AI platform purpose-built for electrical engineering, acquires Planlabs to build out the mechanical discipline

- Backed by Andreessen Horowitz, Notion Capital and Norrsken VC, Endra unveils Power Studio, the first agentic platform for electrical engineering

- Endra has also acquired Swiss AI firm Planlabs to bring mechanical engineering AI in-house

LAS VEGAS, Sept. 16, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Endra, the AI platform for mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) engineering, today unveiled Endra Power Studio, the first agentic platform purpose-built for electrical engineering. Alongside it, Endra announced the acquisition of Planlabs, a Swiss AI lab building an AI for mechanical engineering.

Every building eventually runs into the same constraint: the engineering capacity required to make it real. As the world races to build data centers, electrify infrastructure and meet net-zero targets, this bottleneck has become the limiting factor on construction itself.

MEP engineering is a $150 billion+ global services market, constrained until now by the number of engineers in the world. When Revit took off, the firms that moved fastest took the largest share of the construction market. AI will redraw that map again.

The bottleneck inside every building on earth:

MEP engineering sits behind every major project – engineers calculate loads, size systems, place thousands of devices, route cabling and piping, and produce the documentation contractors build from. For 25 years that work has been done across tools never built to talk to each other: draft in Revit, calculate in Excel, coordinate in Navisworks. On every project, engineers are the API, and the industry cannot train MEP engineers fast enough to keep up.

What Endra Power Studio does:

Endra Power Studio replaces that patchwork with one platform that runs the electrical design end-to-end. The engineer loads the building model, sets the requirements and instructs agents to run the design, reviewing and signing off at each stage. A code-compliant electrical design for a 500,000 square foot commercial building, work that traditionally takes around two months, can be completed in less than a day. For engineering firms, the economics change: more projects delivered faster, with the teams they already have.

Core features:

- Playbooks: Firms store their engineering standards in Playbooks: unit placement, circuiting, code interpretation, calculation methods. Every agent and workflow in Endra works from them, so designs follow the firm's own practice, and that knowledge stays with the firm when senior engineers retire.

- Agents: Engineers delegate defined tasks to agents, which draw on every engine in the platform. Defined tasks like building a routing strategy, placing units across a room type and updating a model against architectural revisions.

- Simulation: Engineers can confirm a design works before anything is built. Endra's physics engine checks the design against laws of physics and against building code, sizing every cable and calculating every voltage drop.

- Type Rooms: Engineers working on healthcare, multi-family residential and hotel projects can design one room, and have an agent apply it across every matching room in the model. What used to mean repeating the same design hundreds of times is done once.

"Endra takes care of the repetitive work, and gives the engineers back the time for judgment and design," said Niklas Lindgren, CEO and Co-Founder of Endra. "A firm's engineering judgment is its product, and Playbooks let a firm hold that as a standard its whole team designs against, with the engineer setting the requirements and signing off at every stage."

These features lay the foundation for the document engine to run. From the document engine, the engineer can generate the Revit model, single line diagrams, shop drawings, panelboard schedules and bill of materials, so documentation stays connected to the design. Engineers stay in full control throughout, and Endra does not train its models on customer data. The platform is SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certified, Cyber Essentials Plus assessed and GDPR compliant, with data hosted regionally.

Toward the full MEP platform: the acquisition of Planlabs:

Endra Power Studio covers electrical engineering. A plumbing module will follow in 2027, and the acquisition of Planlabs adds mechanical engineering to the roadmap.

Founded in Switzerland in June 2024, Planlabs is a team of five PhDs in mathematics and computer science. Its geometry, data and physics engines design mechanical systems automatically and check them against physical constraints, which is the groundwork for bringing mechanical engineering onto the Endra platform. The team joins Endra as a technology and talent acquisition – mechanical capabilities will follow in the Endra platform once technology integration is complete.

"We started Planlabs with the belief that mechanical systems can be engineered fundamentally differently, automatically generating coordinated, collision-free solutions while keeping the engineer in control. " said Rea Sodero, Co-Founder and CEO of Planlabs. "With Endra, we have found a team that shares this vision and has the ambition, technology and reach to bring it to engineers around the world. Together, we have the opportunity to build something much bigger: a platform that transforms how every MEP discipline is engineered."

Founded in 2024, Endra works with enterprise consulting firms including AtkinsRéalis, Ramboll, Buro Happold, Hoare Lea and AFRY. The Power Studio launch and Planlabs acquisition follows a $50 million Series A led by Andreessen Horowitz, with earlier support from Notion Capital and Norrsken VC, and comes as Endra expands from Stockholm into New York, San Francisco and London.
