USD.AI Announces $128.9M GPU Financing Facility, Its Largest to Date

GPU financing facility supports new NVIDIA GB200 NVL72 deployment in British Columbia, Canada

NEW YORK, Sept. 23, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- USD.AI today announced a $128.9 million asset-backed GPU financing facility for an undisclosed borrower, marking the largest loan originated through the platform to date.

The facility supports the deployment of 32 NVIDIA GB200 NVL72 systems in British Columbia, Canada. The operator is a publicly-listed GPU cloud provider that runs large-scale NVIDIA clusters as a managed service for enterprise customers, with deployments across North America, South America and Europe The systems are contracted under a multi-year agreement with blue-chip investment-grade counterparty.

This transaction supports USD.AI's thesis that the fastest growing demand for credit right now is the Compute Middle Market, a segment where significant AI infrastructure financing demand is met by a relatively limited pool of dedicated capital providers.

The $128.9 million transaction surpasses the USD.AI's previous largest facility, a $98.1 million GPU financing facility announced in June 2026.

About USD.AI

USD.AI provides AI infrastructure operators with strategic, non-dilutive financing facilities essential for their scale requirements. It delivers non-recourse loans secured exclusively by the underlying GPU infrastructure, isolating risk from the corporate balance sheet. USD.AI's financing is asset-backed and transparent, providing capital providers with direct exposure to income-producing compute assets.

Image File
Original HTML

VANCOUVER, BC, Sept. 23, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- OceanaGold Corporation (TSX: OGC) (NYSE: OGC) ("OceanaGold" or the "Company") announces that Gerard Bond, President and Chief Executive Officer, has advised the Board of Directors of his intention to retire in April 2027 after a successful five years of leading OceanaGold.

Gerard Bond, President and CEO of OceanaGold, said "Leading OceanaGold has been a privilege and the best and most enjoyable role of my career. Through the efforts of many across the Company, we have delivered a tremendous and sustained uplift in operational and financial performance, a strengthening of leadership capability and culture, addition and advancement of numerous growth opportunities in our portfolio, and excellent shareholder returns. With the Company in such a strong position and with a clear and well-funded growth pipeline, it is the right time for the next President and CEO to drive execution of, and further build on, this strong platform."

"OceanaGold has incredibly talented and committed leaders in place across all operating sites and functions, and they will continue to drive sound execution of the strategy that has been so successful for the Company's shareholders since I joined in 2022. We are on track to deliver 2026 production guidance, to add the Katanning Gold Project to our portfolio via the Ausgold acquisition, and to continue to drive our growth pipeline and exploration success forward."

Gerard plans to retire in Australia, after his five-year anniversary of joining OceanaGold and having worked 30 years in the resources industry. At the request of the Board, he will be a Special Advisor to the Board and incoming President and CEO for a period of six months post his departure.

Chairman of the OceanaGold Board of Directors, Paul Benson, said "Gerard has done a stellar job of leading OceanaGold through a period of transformation across all five pillars of the Company's strategy: safe and responsible maximization of gold production, building a winning culture, adding growth ounces in a cost-effective manner, being financially strong, and having a good rating with the investment community. This has all translated into strong relative total shareholder returns over this period."

"The outlook is incredibly bright for OceanaGold, with a strong and capable executive, excellent leaders and teams at our operations, an incredible culture, compelling growth options in progress at all operations, and a strong financial position. We are generating impressive cashflows and deploying capital in a balanced way that sustains the business, grows the business, keeps us financially strong and provides excellent returns to shareholders – none of this is expected to be altered by the change in leadership."

"Our role as a Board is to secure the best possible leader for the Company and we have appointed a leading international search firm, Spencer Stuart, to assist the Board in evaluating internal and external candidates. We are grateful for the period of notice Gerard has given us, his commitment to lead the business with his usual passion and focus until he departs in the second quarter of 2027, as well as his willingness to provide ongoing advisory support post departure from OceanaGold, which all combine to ensure a smooth and successful transition. We will keep the market informed on progress as appropriate."

"This restoration honors the history of this remarkable space while creating new opportunities for our students, visitors and the broader community to experience it in a meaningful way."

Public shows will be offered Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays at 3:30 p.m., beginning Saturday, Sept. 26. Six programs will rotate monthly through the schedule: Cosmic Adventure; Destination Mars: The New Frontier; From Earth to the Universe; God, Science, and Our Search for Meaning; Oasis in Space; and Undiscovered Worlds: The Search Beyond Our Sun.

Programs range from approximately 20 to 32 minutes and explore topics including the solar system, Mars exploration, exoplanets and humanity's understanding of the universe. The full Planetarium experience will last approximately 60 to 90 minutes and include an introduction to the history and significance of the Frank Lloyd Wright designed space before the featured show.

Tickets are $20 per person and $15 per person for families and groups of four or more. Planetarium admission is separate from Florida Southern's Frank Lloyd Wright architectural tours.

In addition to regularly scheduled public shows, the Planetarium will support Florida Southern students and faculty and provide opportunities for school field trips, community organizations and other groups to visit and experience its programming.

"Reopening the Planetarium allows us to bring an important part of Florida Southern's history back to life while creating new opportunities for our students and the community," said Tory King, director of Tourism Operations & Visitor Experience at FSC. "The architectural restoration brought the space back, and the new technology now allows us to return it to active educational and public use."

The reopening represents the culmination of a multiphase restoration. Exterior restoration was supported by State of Florida and private funding, while interior restoration was supported by federal Save America's Treasures funding and private donors. The most recent phase, also supported by State of Florida funding, included the installation of a new COSM projection system and Bowen sound system, allowing the restored space to function as a modern planetarium once again.

Designed as part of Wright's plans for the Polk Science Building, the Planetarium was constructed between 1954 and 1958, with its first show held April 7, 1960. The space supported Florida Southern's astronomy program while also welcoming school field trips and the public. Astronomy professors used shows to introduce students to core concepts, and four public shows were traditionally offered each year. After the projection system stopped functioning in 2004, the Planetarium saw only limited use until restoration efforts began.

Wright had pursued the idea of designing a planetarium for decades before incorporating one into his plans for Florida Southern. His original vision for the Science Building included several public educational spaces, reflecting his belief that colleges should extend opportunities for learning beyond their students and into the surrounding community.

With its restoration complete and new technology in place, the Planetarium once again brings together Wright's architectural vision, science and education while opening a distinctive part of Florida Southern's campus to a new generation of students and visitors.
