AbbVie and Genmab Announce Epcoritamab in Combination with R-CHOP Demonstrates Significant Improvement in Progression-Free Survival versus R-CHOP in Patients with Newly Diagnosed Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma

- EPCORE DLBCL-2 is the first Phase 3 study of a bispecific antibody combination therapy to demonstrate statistically significant and clinically meaningful improvement in progression-free survival (PFS) in frontline diagnosed diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) patients

- Based on the topline results, Genmab and AbbVie will engage global regulatory authorities

NORTH CHICAGO, Ill. and COPENHAGEN, Denmark, Oct. 5, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- AbbVie (NYSE: ABBV) and Genmab A/S (Nasdaq: GMAB) today announced positive topline results from the Phase 3 EPCORE DLBCL-2 trial evaluating fixed treatment duration epcoritamab, a T-cell engaging bispecific antibody administered subcutaneously, in combination with standard of care rituximab, cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin hydrochloride, vincristine, and prednisone (R-CHOP), compared to R-CHOP alone, in newly diagnosed patients with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) with an International Prognostic Index (IPI) score of 2 to 5. The trial demonstrated a statistically significant and clinically meaningful improvement in progression-free survival (PFS) in DLBCL patients with an IPI score of 2 to 5. The risk of disease progression or death was reduced by 51% (HR 0.49 [95% CI 0.36, 0.67]; p-value 0.0001). The safety profile of epcoritamab when administered in combination with standard of care R-CHOP was generally well tolerated and consistent with the previously reported safety profiles of the individual agents (epcoritamab and R-CHOP).

"DLBCL is an aggressive disease and the need to advance treatment options is critical. These positive topline results suggest that epcoritamab combined with R-CHOP could offer a potential new standard of care in newly diagnosed DLBCL patients," said Daejin Abidoye, MD, Vice President, Therapeutic Area Head, Oncology, Solid Tumor and Hematology, AbbVie. "The findings further strengthen our understanding and potential of bispecifics across the lymphoma treatment landscape, as we work to address urgent needs in this patient population."

"These topline results of epcoritamab in combination with R-CHOP mark the first Phase 3 study to demonstrate a statistically significant improvement in progression-free survival in patients with newly diagnosed DLBCL treated with a bispecific antibody combination and have the potential to reshape the frontline treatment landscape," said Jan van de Winkel, Ph.D., Chief Executive Officer of Genmab. "While treatment advances have improved outcomes for patients with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma, options for newly diagnosed patients remain limited, reinforcing the need for additional therapies that can treat as many patients as possible in the frontline setting."

"As an investigator with firsthand experience in both the landmark trial that established R-CHOP as a standard of care nearly 25 years ago and EPCORE DLBCL-2, it is particularly meaningful to see the potential benefit of bispecific antibody therapy in newly diagnosed diffuse large B-cell lymphoma," said Gilles Salles, MD, PhD, Chief of the Lymphoma Service and holder of the Steven A. Greenberg Chair at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. "The 51% reduction in the risk of progression or death is clinically meaningful and highly relevant to everyday practice. These results have the potential to be practice-changing and could mark an important step forward in bringing the opportunity of cure to more patients."

This was the first planned efficacy interim analysis of the EPCORE DLBCL-2 study and, based on the significant benefit, the Independent Data Monitoring Committee (IDMC) recommended unblinding the study.

DLBCL is the most common type of non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL) worldwide, accounting for approximately 25-30 percent of all NHL cases. i,ii

Epcoritamab plus R-CHOP is an investigational combination not approved by regulatory authorities. AbbVie and Genmab will engage global regulatory authorities to determine next steps. Data will be submitted for presentation at a future medical meeting.

In HelloNation, Real Estate Expert Josh Friend Explains How Much a Home Is Worth and What Affects Pricing
Image File
Original HTML

The article examines home pricing, housing inventory, and market conditions shaping property values in Bellevue.

BELLEVUE, Wash., Oct. 5, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- How much is a home worth, and what factors influence pricing in Bellevue's housing market? A HelloNation article featuring insights from Real Estate Expert Josh Friend of Josh Friend Group in Bellevue, Washington, explains how property values are shaped by market conditions, buyer activity, and home pricing trends throughout the Bellevue real estate market.

The article explains that many homeowners question how much their property is worth as housing prices continue shifting throughout the year. According to the article, property values are influenced by several factors, including location, home condition, recent comparable sales, housing inventory, and local economic conditions. Even homes with similar layouts may have noticeably different values depending on neighborhood demand and overall presentation.

Location remains one of the most important influences on pricing within the Bellevue housing market. The article notes that homes located near downtown Bellevue, major employers, shopping areas, parks, and highly rated schools often attract stronger buyer activity. Buyers are frequently willing to pay more for convenience, shorter commute times, and access to desirable amenities. Because of this, two homes with similar features may still carry different values depending on their exact location.

Property condition is another major factor affecting pricing throughout the Bellevue real estate market. The article explains that buyers often evaluate updates, maintenance history, curb appeal, and the overall condition of a property when determining how much they are willing to offer. Homes with modern kitchens, updated bathrooms, newer systems, and well-maintained landscaping may attract stronger interest and higher offers. In contrast, homes requiring repairs or renovations may sell for less because buyers often account for future improvement costs.

Recent comparable sales also play a central role in determining home pricing. According to the article, real estate professionals often review recently sold homes in the same area to estimate current market value. Comparable sales help show what buyers are currently willing to pay under existing market conditions. Factors such as square footage, upgrades, lot size, and neighborhood demand all contribute to how accurately one property compares to another.

Housing inventory continues influencing pricing trends throughout the Bellevue housing market as well. The article explains that when fewer homes are available for sale, increased competition among buyers can support higher property values. On the other hand, rising inventory levels may create more options for buyers and slow pricing growth. Because inventory levels shift throughout the year, property values may change as the balance between supply and buyer activity evolves.

The HelloNation article further examines how economic conditions affect the Bellevue real estate market. Mortgage interest rates can directly influence affordability, which in turn impacts buyer activity and home pricing trends. When rates rise, some buyers may reduce their budgets or temporarily pause their search. When rates stabilize or decline, additional buyers may re-enter the market, increasing competition for available homes. Employment trends within the local technology sector also continue influencing housing demand throughout Bellevue.

Seasonal timing is another important consideration discussed in the article. Spring and early summer often bring stronger buyer activity, which can create favorable conditions for sellers. During these periods, homes may receive increased showings and stronger offers because more buyers are actively searching. Fall and winter months may bring slower activity, though well-priced homes can still attract serious buyers even during quieter seasons in the Bellevue housing market.

The article also highlights the importance of a realistic pricing strategy. Sellers who price homes too aggressively may struggle to attract buyers, even in a competitive Bellevue real estate market. Buyers today carefully compare listings and evaluate pricing closely before making decisions. The article explains that home pricing based on recent sales, current market conditions, and property features often creates stronger interest and more productive negotiations.

- Latin America contributes approximately 5% of the global market. Brazil, Mexico, and other regional markets provide longer-term opportunities as operators upgrade refinery assets and seek to reduce maintenance downtime and improve energy performance.

Market Growth Driven by Refinery Efficiency and Fouling Control Requirements

Refinery operators continue to face pressure to improve crude unit efficiency while controlling energy and maintenance costs. Fouling reduces heat-transfer efficiency and can force furnaces and other process equipment to consume additional energy to maintain required operating temperatures. Antifoulant treatment helps reduce deposit formation and maintain exchanger performance over longer operating cycles.

Environmental and sustainability requirements provide another growth driver. Improved heat-transfer efficiency can reduce energy demand across refinery operations, supporting efforts to control operating emissions and optimize resource utilization.

Technology development is also strengthening the market outlook. New antifoulant formulations are being designed for more complex crude feeds and varying operating conditions, while real-time monitoring and predictive analytics provide operators with better visibility into fouling trends and chemical treatment performance.

Market Challenges Include Treatment Cost, Crude Compatibility, and Raw Material Volatility

Advanced antifoulant programs can require meaningful upfront investment, creating adoption challenges for smaller and mid-sized refinery operators. Buyers must evaluate treatment costs against expected savings from improved heat transfer, longer operating cycles, lower fuel consumption, and reduced maintenance.

Crude compatibility also remains a major technical challenge. Changes in crude blends, temperature, flow rates, contaminants, and refinery configuration can influence fouling behavior and chemical performance. This creates greater demand for customized treatment programs rather than standardized formulations.

Raw material price volatility and supply chain disruptions can affect antifoulant availability and production costs. Chemical suppliers therefore need resilient sourcing strategies and reliable regional distribution capabilities to maintain consistent service levels.

Future Outlook

- The CDU Heat Exchanger Antifoulants Market is expected to maintain steady expansion through 2032 as refineries place greater emphasis on energy efficiency, equipment reliability, and longer operating cycles.

- Refinery modernization programs in Asia Pacific and the Middle East will create additional opportunities for chemical suppliers capable of providing application-specific antifoulant formulations and technical support.

- Eco-friendly and lower-impact formulations are expected to gain greater importance as refiners seek to align chemical treatment programs with broader environmental and emissions objectives.

Dance Studio Expert Jeanine Nielson Explains Competitive vs. Recreational Dance and Cheer in HelloNation

The Article Examines How Training Structure, Commitment, Costs, and Athlete Readiness Can Help Families Choose an Appropriate Program

CEDAR CITY, Utah, Oct. 5, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- What is the difference between competitive and recreational dance and cheer? HelloNation has published an article in which Jeanine Nielson, Dance Studio Expert at The Point Dance Studio & Elite Cheer Athletics & Tumbling, Cedar City, UT, explains how each path supports different goals, schedules, and stages of athlete development.

The HelloNation article explains that recreational dance offers an accessible starting point for children who want to explore movement. Recreational programs allow athletes to develop basic technique and confidence at a comfortable pace without the added demands of competition.

The article notes that recreational tumbling classes can provide similar opportunities for skill development. Children can work on coordination, balance, strength, and body control while discovering which activities they enjoy. This approach can help families evaluate a young athlete's interests before making a larger training commitment.

According to the article, competitive cheer and dance introduce more structure, including choreographed routines, performance standards, and seasonal goals. Dance Studio Expert Jeanine Nielson is featured as the source of insights on how this environment can help athletes develop discipline, preparation habits, and a stronger understanding of teamwork.

The article describes team culture as another important difference between competitive and recreational dance and cheer. Competitive athletes must learn to depend on teammates, respond to coaching, and maintain focus during practices and performances. These expectations can help children build responsibility and resilience alongside physical skills.

Cost and scheduling are also important considerations. The article explains that recreational programs generally involve regular tuition and occasional event expenses. Competitive programs may add costs for uniforms, travel, choreography, competitions, and additional training, while also requiring more hours each week.

The HelloNation article encourages families to understand these commitments before selecting a program. Comparing the financial and time requirements can help parents choose an option that fits alongside school, family responsibilities, rest, and other activities.

The article also examines the culture of a dance studio or cheer facility. A supportive environment should include clear expectations, consistent coaching, and open communication about an athlete's progress. The guidance featured from Dance Studio Expert Jeanine Nielson highlights the value of considering the training environment alongside skill level.

Athletes also develop at different rates. The article notes that some children may progress quickly through tumbling or recreational dance and become interested in competitive teams. Others may prefer recreational programs because they offer more flexibility and room for exploration.

For that reason, the article recommends reassessing a child's training needs over time. Families can consider changes in interest, readiness, school demands, and personal goals each season rather than treating an initial choice as permanent.

The article concludes that competitive and recreational dance and cheer can both support meaningful development when the program is well-suited to the child. Recreational training can encourage curiosity, confidence, and foundational skills, while competitive programs can provide greater structure, teamwork, and performance-focused goals.

Competitive vs. Recreational Dance and Cheer features insights from Jeanine Nielson, a Dance Studio Expert from Cedar City, Utah, on HelloNation.

KSAT and Xoople Partner on Ground Network for Xoople Constellation

TROMSO, Norway and MADRID, Oct. 5, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Kongsberg Satellite Services (KSAT) and Xoople have entered into a partnership under which Xoople has selected KSATlite, KSAT's fully automated Ground Segment-as-a-Service, to support the deployment and operation of its pioneering constellation of satellites.

KSATlite was launched in 2016 to give satellite operators standardized, scalable access to the ground. Ten years on, it supports missions ranging from single satellites to large constellations with an average contact success rate above 99.8%. Xoople is building Earth's System of Record™, a continuously updated representation of physical change across the planet.

By combining trusted Earth data, scalable cloud infrastructure and advanced AI, Xoople's end-to-end system creates a foundation for organizations to understand, monitor and respond to change across the natural and built environment. The platform is designed to integrate seamlessly into government and enterprise systems, workflows and AI applications, transforming complex geospatial data into operational intelligence at global scale.

Through the partnership, Xoople will use the global KSATlite network, including new sites, to support the downlink of large volumes of Earth observation data and enable rapid delivery of information from space to users on the ground.

The collaboration will also drive the continued development of the KSATlite service. To support the requirements of Xoople's program, KSAT is adding new ground station sites and developing two key capabilities together with Xoople: faster delivery of data from the ground station to the cloud, and new service endpoints that let operators further automate their own operations. These capabilities will become part of the standard KSATlite service and benefit future customers across the network.

"Through our collaboration, Xoople has challenged us with ambitious requirements that continue to drive the development of KSATlite, including faster data delivery and increased automation capabilities. Because KSATlite is a standardized service, these enhancements will strengthen the offering available to future customers across the network. We look forward to continuing the partnership as the program progresses," says Marte Indregard, President and CEO of KSAT.

"Reliable, scalable access to Earth data is a critical part of building the infrastructure behind Earth's System of Record. By working with KSAT and its global KSATlite network, we are strengthening the data supply chain that enables us to continuously capture, process and understand physical change on Earth. This partnership helps ensure we can support the scale, frequency and reliability required to deliver trusted intelligence into enterprise workflows and AI-driven decision-making," says Fabrizio Pirondini, CEO of Xoople.

The partnership represents an important milestone for both organizations, bringing together Xoople's ambition to build Earth's System of Record ™with KSAT's global ground segment expertise. Together, they are helping establish the infrastructure needed to transform Earth data into a trusted enterprise asset, powering operational intelligence, automation and AI-driven decision-making around the world. For KSAT, the partnership extends both the reach and the capabilities of the KSATlite network, strengthening its ability to support high-volume Earth observation missions in the years ahead.

About Xoople

Xoople is building Earth's System of Record™ - the largest continuously updated source of daily physical-world ground truth for the AI era. Heeney Capital Hosts U.S. Department of the Interior for Arrival of First Venezuelan Aluminum Shipment to the United States in Eight Years

NEW ORLEANS, Oct. 5, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Heeney Capital ("Heeney"), a U.S. private investment and operating firm focused on critical minerals, strategic resources, and industrial supply chains, today celebrated the arrival and unloading of the first shipment of primary aluminum to the United States from Venezuela in nearly a decade. The 15,000-ton shipment arrived at the Port of Avondale in New Orleans, Louisiana. Heeney hosted U.S. Secretary of the Interior Doug Burgum, Majority Leader Steve Scalise (R-Louisiana), and Representative Julia Letlow (R-Louisiana), on Monday, October 5, 2026, to mark the milestone.

"We are thrilled at the successful delivery of this shipment," said Henry Heeney, Co-Founder of Heeney Capital. "This will be one of many future shipments of Venezuelan aluminum to the United States and is part of a larger initiative of American investment into Venezuela."

The aluminum was transported from Venezuela to the Port of Avondale, where it will support American manufacturing. The shipment represents a step toward restoring a supply corridor that once made Venezuela one of the hemisphere's leading aluminum exporters, and reflects a broader effort by Heeney and its partners to rebuild U.S. access to critical materials from the region.

"This shipment is symbolic of the continuing relationship between Venezuela and the United States," said Sean Pi, Co-Founder of Heeney Capital. "Heeney Capital is focused on investing in assets that will power the re-industrialization of America."

Heeney anticipates additional shipments in the coming months with a longer-term goal of broader investment in Venezuelan industrial capacity.

Pavilion Launches as the First Founder-Owned National Vacation Rental Company

20 locally led companies managing more than 5,000 homes come together to share infrastructure, technology and data, all under one roof.

NEW YORK, Oct. 5, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Pavilion, a national vacation rental company, launched today with 20 local companies managing more than 5,000 homes and welcoming approximately 50,000 guests each month across the United States.

Pavilion brings together successful local vacation rental companies that have built deep relationships with property owners and have real expertise in their markets. Each one stays locally led by the teams who built it, while gaining the resources and scale of a much larger organization. What sets Pavilion apart is who owns it. The leaders of its local companies become long-term shareholders, and together with the team running Pavilion itself, they own the majority of the business.

"The people who built these businesses are the core of Pavilion, and they should get the biggest share of the outcome," said co-founder and chairman Joe Fraiman. "The typical industry playbook left founders with a small piece of someone else's company. We've been founders in this industry ourselves, so we built the company we would have wanted to join."

"We look for local companies that have built incredible relationships with their property owners, because those relationships are the heart of this business," said Lino Maldonado, co-founder and CEO of Pavilion. "We see property owners as business owners. Our job is to put the best service, technology and people in the industry behind them so their business is worth more next year than it is today."

Behind the local companies, Pavilion provides shared technology, data, owner reporting, accounting, revenue management, business development, purchasing and insurance. Its management team brings experience from Compass, Bridgewater Associates, Inhabit, Grand Welcome, Wyndham and Wheelhouse.

"Pavilion gave me a way to keep building my business while owning a piece of something much bigger," said Steven Chrobak, founder of Myrtle Beach Destinations. "We have the tools and support we need to grow, and the only thing my homeowners have noticed is that we've gotten better."

Pavilion is actively seeking more local vacation rental companies across the country. "We're looking for builders," said Brady Stump, co-founder of Pavilion. "People who have built something exceptional in their market and want the resources to make it substantially bigger. They are joining a collection of pioneers who own the company together, share what works, and solve problems as a team."

Pavilion's investors include TZP Group, investment funds managed by HPS Investment Partners (a part of BlackRock), and Capital Dynamics. PGIM, the global asset management business of Prudential Financial, Inc. (PFI), served as the primary lender for the Pavilion platform. "Great hospitality companies shouldn't have to choose between what makes them special and the advantages of scale," said Paul Davis, partner at TZP Group. "Pavilion is designed to preserve the local knowledge, hospitality and entrepreneurial leadership that made these companies successful while giving them access to resources that are typically only available to much bigger companies."

Pavilion's 20 founding local companies are 30A Vacay, Akers Ellis, Beach Getaways, Blue Creek Cabins, Compass Resorts, Destin Pointe Realty, Enjoy Unique Stays, Executive Villas, Host & Keep, Kabino, Maui Paradise Properties, Myrtle Beach Destinations, Panhandle Getaways, Premium Beach Condos, Rent in Myrtle, Salt Water Vacations, Scenic Stays, Sea Mountain Vacations, Vacay Rental Network and Wild Oak Telluride. Blue Creek Cabins, Destin Pointe Realty, Premium Beach Condos and Rent in Myrtle have merged with one of the other local companies, so the group operates as 16 today.

Jefferies LLC acted as exclusive financial advisor and Cooley LLP acted as legal counsel.
