S-Docs Named Best Contract Management Software in 2026 MarTech Awards
Original HTML

NEW YORK CITY - August 6, 2026 - S-Docs, the leading 100% Salesforce-native document automation solution, today announced it has been named "Best Contract Management Software" in the 2026 MarTech Breakthrough Awards, a global program recognizing standout marketing and sales technology innovators.

Every contract is a balance between speed and risk. Organizations today are under pressure to move faster: closing deals, onboarding customers, and executing agreements without delay. But as contract velocity increases, so does the risk. Inefficiencies in contract management cost organizations up to 9% of annual revenue, driven by delays, errors, and missed obligations, while disconnected systems and weak identity verification create compliance gaps and security vulnerabilities.

S-Docs eliminates that compromise. Unlike bolt-on solutions that rely on external systems, S-Docs is built on a native architecture that enables organizations to generate, manage, and execute contracts directly within their CRM. By unifying data, workflows, and signatures in a single secure system, S-Docs eliminates manual steps such as data entry, routing, and version tracking — transforming contract management into a streamlined, automated workflow that delivers faster contract generation, fewer errors, and a more efficient customer experience.

This year, S-Docs raised the bar further with the introduction of CAC and PIV-authenticated signing within its e-Signature capabilities, bringing high-assurance identity verification directly into contract execution workflows. Rather than relying solely on login-based authentication, S-Docs verifies signer identity at the exact moment of execution using existing credentials, a critical advancement for highly regulated industries where identity verification is foundational.

This enhancement builds on S-Docs’ FedRAMP High and IL5 authorizations and standards-based authentication, aligning with DoD, NIST, and FIPS requirements while reinforcing its commitment to protecting sensitive data across enterprise and government environments. Unlike many e-Signature tools that do not validate identity at the time of signing, S-Docs helps close critical gaps in trust and compliance with built-in audit trails, granular permissions, and policy-driven document generation. By keeping sensitive data within the platform, S-Docs reduces third-party risk while maintaining alignment with existing security and governance controls — ensuring every contract is accurate, compliant, and traceable without adding friction to workflows or requiring additional systems.

"This recognition reflects what we set out to build: contract management that doesn't force organizations to choose between speed and security," said Brian Stimpfl, CEO of S-Docs. "Success in contract management isn't measured by automation alone; it's measured by trust. With CAC and PIV-authenticated signing, we're giving highly regulated organizations a level of assurance that simply hasn't existed in e-Signature workflows before, without slowing them down."

The MarTech Breakthrough Awards program is dedicated to recognizing the standout innovators, leaders, and visionaries in the global marketing, sales, and advertising technology industries. From marketing automation and customer experience to AdTech, SalesTech, performance marketing, RevOps, analytics, content marketing, and beyond, the awards have honored breakthrough solutions across the full MarTech spectrum for nearly a decade.

New Research Reveals The Scale of Sensitive Data Movement Outside Systems of Record in Regulated Industries
Original HTML

NEW YORK CITY, SEPTEMBER 1, 2026 – S-Docs, the leading 100% Salesforce-native document automation solution, today released The Regulated Workflow Divide, a new report examining how healthcare, financial services, and public sector organizations manage their most consequential document workflows.

The research reveals that document management friction rapidly turns into an operational crisis in regulated industries. About 50% of organizations expose sensitive data outside their system of record, and 69% route critical documents through three or more tools. Combined with employees wasting roughly 25% of their workweek re-entering data, reformatting documents, and compensating for disconnected systems, these compliance risks directly trigger lost revenue, deal delays, and severe service disruptions for clients, patients, and citizens. Among those reporting financial impact, almost a quarter (21%) estimate the cost measuring at $500,000 or more.

“In regulated industries, the document is often the evidence that a decision was made correctly, an obligation was met, or a service was delivered,” said Brian Stimpfl, CEO of S-Docs. “Every handoff makes that evidence harder to fully govern. The strongest operators solve this by keeping document generation anchored in the governed systems they already trust, giving them greater control over the data and process.”

In addition to identifying challenges in how regulated industries manage document data, the research also identifies what sets the organizations that handle document data best — the high-performers — apart from those that don’t — the laggards. High performers and laggards are defined by their composite scores across six measures of workflow maturity, including audit readiness, cycle times, document rework, and the frequency and severity of failures. The groups are based on how organizations run their workflows, not their industry, size, or budget.

High performers are 89% more likely than laggards to generate most high-stakes documents directly from a system of record and 173% more likely to keep all document data within internal systems. That architectural discipline translates into stronger outcomes: high performers are 120% more likely than laggards to have avoided workflow stalls, missed SLAs, or compliance failures, and 57% more likely to have avoided financial impacts from document failures.

Having that foundation also positions them to adopt AI more responsibly. While 72% of organizations have begun deploying AI in at least one document workflow, only 30% say their document operations are governed and structured enough to support AI responsibly. The gap becomes even clearer across performance groups: 17% of high performers report having an AI-ready architectural foundation, compared with just 3% of laggards – nearly a 5x difference.

Additional key findings illustrate how fragmented architecture compounds operational risk:

- 76% use more than one tool to perform the same document-related function

- 53% say security or compliance teams have raised concerns about third-party data exposure tied to document tools or vendors

- 45% have delayed or abandoned a tool because it could not pass a security or compliance review

- 49% say a current document tool introduced governance gaps that compliance or security teams had to address after implementation

- Despite experiencing financial consequences from workflow failures, only 29% significantly changed how they manage document operations, most often citing legacy systems, budget constraints, or unclear ownership

Methodology

S-Docs conducted The Regulated Workflow Divide online between June 29 and July 13, 2026. The report reflects the perspectives of 600 full-time U.S. professionals working at organizations with 500 or more employees across financial services, healthcare, and the public sector. Respondents held management-level or higher roles in IT, compliance, operations, or digital transformation. The survey was conducted at a 95% confidence level with a ±4% margin of error.

S-Docs Gives Regulated Enterprises a Governed Path to AI-Powered Document Automation
Original HTML

NEW YORK CITY, SEPTEMBER 3, 2026 – S-Docs, a market leader in document automation and e-Signature for Salesforce, today announced a major expansion of its platform built for the industries that can least afford to get documents wrong. Public Sector and other highly regulated industries depend on a contract, disclosure, or signed form to establish compliance, authorization, and accountability. This platform expansion gives compliance-driven enterprise teams a faster, more visual way to build documents and brings signature collection into the same workflow as document generation. It also opens the door for AI assistants and agentic platforms to initiate document requests, all while keeping every action securely governed within Salesforce.

AI is already showing up in how enterprises create and manage documents. New data found that 72% of regulated organizations have deployed AI in at least one document workflow, but only 30% have the governance in place to do it safely. For industries where documents create the auditable record of critical business activity, that's not a small gap. S-Docs built this capability to close it: giving enterprises the speed of AI-driven tools without asking them to give up control over the underlying process.

"Enterprises in regulated industries want the speed and accessibility that AI-driven interfaces promise," said Brian Stimpfl, CEO of S-Docs. "But they can't afford to lose control of the business process those interfaces sit on top of. This feature lets our customers move faster and open up document creation to more of their teams, while every document is still generated, tracked, and governed the way their compliance function requires."

What's new:

- A visual, point-and-click way to build templates. The new Visual Template Editor lets business users design documents on a page, see changes live, and add Salesforce data and conditional logic without writing code. Template creation used to require an admin or a developer. But now it’s something any trained team member can do, cutting the time it takes to launch or update a document.

- Generate and send for signature in one motion. S-Docs e-Signature is now built into the core platform. Teams can create a document and route it for signature in a single workflow, from a finished PDF or a reusable template with signers already mapped. It’s one less handoff and one less place for a document to stall, which means contracts and disclosures get signed faster.

- AI Template Agent. The agent converts any business document — a contract, an invoice, a disclosure — into a live, Salesforce-driven template in minutes. It preserves the logos, fonts, colors, and layout, and the organization's approved language word-for-word. It also maps dynamic content to the appropriate Salesforce fields and places signature and form fields wherever a customer needs to sign, initial, or fill in information. What used to take a team days to update now takes minutes, with no rekeying and no risk of drifting from approved language.

- Built to work with the AI tools your teams already use. With Headless 360, S-Docs extends governed document generation and e-Signature into AI assistants and agentic platforms — from Salesforce’s Claudeforce to other MCP-enabled experiences — while ensuring document requests initiated in those interfaces still run through Salesforce governance. An AI assistant can understand what a user needs and kick off the request. S-Docs generates the document. Salesforce controls who's allowed to ask for what. However the request starts, the outcome is the same: a governed document.

"We're entering an era where work shifts from static dashboards to conversational AI, and the future of enterprise execution is distributed across whatever interface someone's already working in — Claudeforce, another AI assistant, or a custom agent,” said Anand Narasimhan, CTO of S-Docs. “Headless 360 lets AI interpret the intent while S-Docs handles the actual document execution, all within the secure boundary of Salesforce. The interface can change. The governance never does."

New Field Data Shows High Diagnostic Yield for Lung Biopsy Diagnosis Using the Galaxy System™

San Carlos, CA – April 18, 2024 – Medical robotics innovator Noah Medical today shared new field data from D. Kyle Hogarth, MD (University of Chicago Medical Center) and Amit Mahajan, MD (Inova Fairfax Hospital) detailing early experience using the Galaxy System, Noah Medical’s first commercial platform and a fully image-integrated solution for robotic navigated bronchoscopy.

The data represents findings from 165 total patient procedures investigating 190 total lesions.

Key findings include:

- The papers reported diagnostic yield with a range of 92-96% observed by Dr Hogarth and 96% by Dr Mahajan.

- The average lesion size ranged from 14mm to 16mm, with more than one-third of them less than or equal to 10mm in size.

- Approximately 88% and 75% of lesions navigated to and biopsied by Dr Hogarth and Dr Mahajan, respectively, were found in the outer 1/3 or pleura of the lung.

- Overall, the average procedure time did not exceed 46 minutes at either location.

The University of Chicago’s Dr. Kyle Hogarth was the first user of the Galaxy System in the United States. He specializes in the treatment of lung cancer and minimally invasive diagnosis and chose the Galaxy System for its benefits in biopsying peripheral lesions that are smaller in size and for its integrated imaging technology, allowing him to have real-time lesion updates with only a c-arm.

“Using the Galaxy System over the past year, I have witnessed firsthand its incredible ability to correct for CT-to-body divergence and confirm tool-in-lesion through its integrated tomosynthesis technology, also known as TiLT Technology. Unlike 1st generation robots, we can do this without having to purchase additional expensive imaging technologies.” said Dr. Hogarth. “I also appreciate the added confidence provided by its augmented fluoroscopy.”

For Dr. Bobby Mahajan, Medical Director at Inova Interventional Pulmonology, the Galaxy System’s powerful capabilities in providing visualization of and access to patient airways, can improve diagnostic and therapeutic procedures that can ultimately lead to better patient outcomes and improve economic and operational efficiencies.

“The Galaxy System offers the highest level of technology for diagnosing cancer early,” said Dr. Mahajan. “It is also financially sustainable, helping to minimize direct costs with its single-use bronchoscope while increasing the rate of cancer diagnosis.”

Designed in collaboration with physicians, the Galaxy System features a groundbreaking combination of innovative new technologies and features, including proprietary integrated tomosynthesis (TiLT+ Technology™) with augmented fluoroscopy, a disposable single-use bronchoscope with always-on vision, and a small, compact footprint that allows for easy integration into most bronchoscopy suites.

Recent results have shown Galaxy Systems’ ability to achieve 100% successful navigation to lesion, 100% diagnostic yield, and 95% tool-in-lesion accuracy in a preclinical trial, and 100% tool-in-lesion accuracy and 90-95% diagnostic yield in a human trial.

These whitepapers, based on data obtained from Dr Hogarth and Dr Mahajan, are now available and can be found here. To learn more about Noah Medical and the Galaxy System, please visit noahmed.com.

Journal of Respirology Publishes Clinical Trial Data Demonstrating the Benefits of Noah Medical’s Galaxy System™

San Carlos, CA – June 27, 2024 – Medical robotics innovator Noah Medical today announced the final results from its FRONTIER Study, the platform’s first-in-human clinical trial testing the “Tool-in-Lesion” accuracy of its Galaxy System™, are now available for review in the Official Journal of the Asian Pacific Society of Respirology. The study found that the robotic platform’s TiLT+ Technology™ achieves 100% successful navigation to small lesions in the periphery, 89.5 (strict) to 94.7% (intermediate) diagnostic yield and 100% tool-in-lesion accuracy.

“We are excited that the final clinical results are published after peer review as the latest demonstration of the Galaxy System’s incredible promise, having also recently shared initial hospital-led findings from over one thousand successful procedures in health systems across the United States,” said Jian Zhang, Noah Medical CEO. “After years of working with leading pulmonologists to understand and address the challenges of diagnosing lung cancer with existing technologies, the Galaxy System’s groundbreaking technology makes it easier than ever to locate and diagnose this deadly disease.”

The FRONTIER Study clinical trial was conducted by pioneering Interventional Pulmonologists at Macquarie University Hospital in Sydney, Australia and showed the Galaxy System’s ability to successfully reach peripheral pulmonary nodules ensuring the safety of patients during the bronchoscopy procedure and up to seven days post-procedure.

“The final results of this trial reinforce all of our earlier findings to accurately navigate to and biopsy small peripheral lung nodules,” said Tajalli Saghaie, M.D., co-principal investigator of the FRONTIER study. “It has also been reassuring to hear of similar results in the field from physicians worldwide since the Galaxy system’s rollout last year.”

Preliminary data from the clinical trial were previously presented to a standing-room-only crowd at the American Association of Bronchology and Interventional Pulmonology’s annual conference (AABIP 2023) in Chicago. Just last month, Noah Medical also shared new field data demonstrating the power of Galaxy’s integrated imaging to overcome CT-to-body divergence in navigated bronchoscopy.

Noah Medical Expands Clinical Evidence for the Galaxy System With Two New Studies Presented at CHEST 2025

Data from leading healthcare centers reinforce high diagnostic accuracy, workflow efficiency, and cost-effectiveness of robotic-assisted bronchoscopy with embedded imaging technology

SAN CARLOS, Calif., Oct. 22, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Medical robotics innovator Noah Medical today announced the presentation of two new data sets highlighting the clinical and economic performance of the company’s Galaxy System, a next-generation Robotic-Assisted Bronchoscopy platform. The studies presented this week at the CHEST 2025 Annual Meeting of the American College of Chest Physicians in Chicago validate the Galaxy System’s Embedded Imaging Technology demonstrating consistent diagnostic performance and efficiency in tertiary care institutions, academic and community hospitals, where access to advanced technology is rapidly expanding.

Together, the presentations underscore the Galaxy System’s ability to deliver precise lesion targeting and high diagnostic yield while maintaining procedural efficiency and economic sustainability across hospital environments.

Study 1: “Electromagnetic Navigational Robotic Image Integrated Navigational Bronchoscopy Assessment of Digital Tomosynthesis and Augmented Fluoroscopy (MATCH 2 Study)”

In a prospective multi-center study led by Dr. Amit “Bobby” Mahajan (Inova Fairfax Medical Center, Fairfax, VA) and Dr. Krish Bhadra (CHI Memorial, Chattanooga, TN), investigators evaluated the Galaxy System’s digital tomosynthesis (DT) and augmented fluoroscopy (AF) algorithms for real-time lesion localization.

Thirty-one patients with peripheral pulmonary nodules underwent Robotic-Assisted Bronchoscopy using the Galaxy System. Results showed:

- - 100% procedural success with successful deployment of the biopsy tool within the target lesion.

- - 97% tool-in-lesion (TIL) confirmation using TiLT+TM imaging.

- - 96.7% concordance between the TiLT+ image and cone-beam CT (CBCT) confirmation.

- - 96.7% overall diagnostic yield under strict definitions of yield.

“These data confirm that TiLT+ imaging provides highly reliable, real-time intraprocedural guidance comparable to CBCT. Furthermore, this study demonstrates one of the highest diagnostic yields, by strict definitions, since the development of robotic assisted bronchoscopy,” said Dr. Mahajan. “It suggests that the Galaxy platform can help expand access and democratize advanced robotic bronchoscopy to centers that lack CBCT capabilities, without sacrificing diagnostic accuracy.”

Study 2: “Beyond the Scope: Cost-Benefit and Diagnostic Factors in Community-Based Robotic Bronchoscopy”

A second study, “Beyond the Scope,” evaluated 70 consecutive cases performed with the Galaxy System over 18 months in a community hospital lung nodule program. Results demonstrated:

- 89% strict diagnostic yield at the index procedure.

- Key predictors of yield included localization in ≥2 augmented-fluoroscopy planes (p 0.001) and direct tool adjustments with peripheral lesion visualization (p = 0.01).

- Financial sustainability when procedures were performed in an endoscopy suite and the operating room, with a cost-benefit ratio (CBR) of 1.5 and 1.1 respectively. (A cost-benefit ratio >1 was considered financially viable).

“Community centers are critical access points for early lung cancer diagnosis,” said Dr. Roshen Mathew, principal investigator. “These findings show that robotic bronchoscopy with integrated augmented fluoroscopy can be both clinically and economically viable in those environments.”

Momentum in Evidence and Adoption

Together, the two CHEST 2025 studies reinforce the Galaxy System’s ability to combine high-precision imaging, consistent diagnostic yield, and operational efficiency, which is key to scaling advanced lung-nodule diagnosis across diverse care settings.

“We’re thrilled to see leading clinicians continue to generate strong evidence supporting the Galaxy System’s clinical and economic value,” said Jian Zhang, PhD, founder and CEO of Noah Medical. “From academic centers to community hospitals, physicians are validating the power of the Galaxy System to deliver confidence, efficiency, and accessibility in robotic bronchoscopy.”

The Galaxy System is the first Robotic-Assisted Bronchoscopy platform that provides embedded imaging with advanced visualization capabilities, a single-use scope, and an efficient workflow. This delivers tool-in-lesion confidence, high diagnostic yield, and streamlined workflow efficiency.

Noah Medical received FDA clearance for the Galaxy System in March 2023 and continues to expand its commercial footprint globally.

The Galaxy System is Noah Medical's inaugural commercial robotic system. The company's mission is to deliver adoptable clinical solutions through innovative endoluminal technologies to enhance the quality of life for patients globally.

Respiratory Medicine Publishes MATCH 2 Study Demonstrating Reliability of Real-Time Imaging Guidance in Robotic Bronchoscopy

Study confirms 96.7% overall diagnostic yield due to precise lesion targeting using digital tomosynthesis and augmented fluoroscopy with CBCT verification

SAN CARLOS, Calif. — March 11, 2026 — Noah Medical today announced the publication of the MATCH 2 study in the international, peer-reviewed journal, Respiratory Medicine. The study reported on the accuracy of three-dimensional targeting during Robotic-Assisted Bronchoscopy (RAB) procedures using embedded imaging technologies, including digital tomosynthesis (DT) and augmented fluoroscopy (AF). Successful tool-in-lesion was subsequently confirmed with cone-beam computed tomography (CBCT). All procedures in the study were performed using Noah Medical’s Galaxy System.

"This publication adds to the growing body of evidence proving that we're at an inflection point in lung cancer diagnosis," said Jian Zhang, CEO of Noah Medical. "The MATCH 2 study demonstrates that when you lead by real-time imaging confirmation with robotic navigation, you get a new level of precision that fundamentally changes what was possible for clinicians and their patients. This is exactly the kind of evidence that will define the standard of care going forward."

Accurate biopsy of peripheral lung lesions remains a central challenge in minimally invasive lung cancer diagnosis. The MATCH 2 study evaluated the performance of RAB with embedded DT and integrated AF to achieve tool-in-lesion (TIL) during robotic bronchoscopy procedures. Thirty-one patients with peripheral pulmonary nodules underwent Robotic-Assisted Bronchoscopy using Noah Medical’s Galaxy System.

Key findings included:

- 96.7% overall diagnostic yield under strict definition

- 96.7% tool-in-lesion confirmation using digital tomosynthesis

- 96.7% concordance between digital tomosynthesis with augmented fluoroscopy and cone-beam CT (CBCT) confirmation

Peripheral lung nodules are increasingly detected through screening programs and incidental imaging, yet obtaining a definitive diagnosis remains difficult. Traditional bronchoscopic approaches can struggle with navigation and confirmation, particularly for small or hard-to-reach lesions.

By incorporating real-time imaging enhancements and independent confirmation via cone beam CT, the MATCH 2 study provides additional clinical evidence supporting technology-enabled approaches that can improve diagnostic precision in minimally invasive pulmonary procedures.

“Our findings demonstrate that combining robotic navigation with embedded imaging tomosynthesis (DT) can achieve precise three-dimensional targeting of peripheral lung lesions,” said Dr. Amit Mahajan, Medical Director at Inova Health System’s Interventional Pulmonology and Complex Airway Disease Program and lead author of the study. He continued, “Reliable confirmation of lesion location is critical to improving diagnostic confidence and diagnosing lung cancer at earlier stages. Early diagnosis of lung cancer is our best chance for cure.”

About the MATCH 2 Study

MATCH 2 was designed to evaluate three-dimensional targeting accuracy during robotic bronchoscopy procedures using integrated imaging modalities. Accuracy was confirmed using cone-beam CT, which provides three-dimensional volumetric lung imaging during procedures.

The study, titled “The MATCH 2 Study: Robotic Assisted Bronchoscopy with Integrated Imaging with Assessment of Digital Tomosynthesis (DT) and Augmented Fluoroscopy (AF): Three-Dimensional Accuracy as Confirmed by Cone Beam Computed Tomography (CBCT),” was authored by Ankit K. Mahajan, M.D., Duy K. Duong, M.D., Johanna Cortes, N.P. and Krish Bhadra, M.D. and is now available online ahead of print.
