ACM License Plate Approved!

December 2, 2025

LeMay – America’s Car Museum Approved License Plate

We are thrilled to announce that our new LeMay – America’s Car Museum specialty license plate design has been officially approved by the Washington State Department of Transportation. This marks an exciting milestone for our Museum and for car enthusiasts throughout Washington State.

As many of you know, our originally proposed black-and-white “throwback” design was ultimately adopted by the State for its own retro plate series and therefore is not associated with ACM. Because that design is now owned by the State, we were required to create a fully new concept that met their detailed specifications—including color palette, layout, and mandatory design elements.

Working through the State’s extensive approval and compliance process, our team developed a new plate that proudly reflects the identity, mission, and bold visual spirit of LeMay – America’s Car Museum. We are excited to share this final, approved artwork with you and hope you are as enthusiastic about the finished design as we are.

At this time, we are awaiting confirmation of the official release date for when the plate will be available for order. Once the State provides this information, we will immediately announce it across our communication channels. When the ordering window opens, you will be able to purchase plates directly through the Washington State Department of Licensing website

Your purchase of an ACM specialty plate directly supports our 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, helping us preserve and share America’s automotive story, expand educational programming, and continue honoring the past, celebrating the present, and driving the future of car culture.

Thank you for your continued support, passion, and patience as we’ve worked through this rigorous process. We can’t wait to see these plates on the road across Washington and to share this milestone with our entire community of supporters, members, volunteers, staff, and car lovers everywhere.

S-Docs news: 2025 state of document workflows & compliance risk report
Original HTML

New York City - (September 18, 2025) - S-Docs, the leading 100% native document generation and e-Signature solution for Salesforce, today announced findings from its 2025 State of Document Workflows and Compliance Risk Report. A single error in a contract, proposal, or quote can cost organizations six figures — and damage customer trust. That’s the reality for companies still relying on manual document processes, according to the report, which surveyed over 600 professionals in highly regulated industries. Outdated processes are fueling compliance failures, with organizations paying an average of $94,260 in penalties over the past year.

Business-critical documents like quotes, proposals, and contracts keep operations moving and protect organizations from risk. This is especially critical in regulated industries like healthcare and finance, where errors can expose sensitive data and trigger regulatory penalties under policies like GDPR and HIPAA. Automation is helping organizations stay ahead: 100% of those with fully automated document procedures report secure systems, while 73% agree automation reduces compliance risk, and 77% admit errors are inevitable without it. The benefits extend beyond compliance: 69% note easier collaboration, 62% report better visibility into document status and ownership, and 60% report higher confidence in data privacy.

Yet many organizations remain hesitant, citing concerns over data security (49%), fear of losing manual oversight (31%), and uncertainty around regulatory acceptance of AI-generated documents (29%). Ironically, the real risk comes from waiting too long to automate. Sixty-one percent of respondents reported a serious disruption due to a documentation error. And those disruptions carry real consequences. In the past year, affected companies faced audits (49%), regulatory scrutiny (38%), legal exposure (33%), data leaks (33%), and financial penalties (16%).

“With workflows spread across hybrid teams and data volumes exploding, even minor documentation errors can snowball into six and even seven-figure penalties,” said Brian Stimpfl, CEO of S-Docs. “The research sends a clear message: automation is the safer and more strategic choice. With a trusted partner, organizations can leverage automation to better manage their data, strengthen compliance, and accelerate operations in a secure, efficient manner.”

Additional key findings include:

Documentation Gaps Threaten Compliance:

- 54% of respondents agree that document processes are one of the least mature parts of their company’s digital transformation efforts

- 73% say legacy documentation systems are among the top five sources of compliance risk today, and over half (56%) say they are the #1 risk

- 49% say their current documentation platforms weren’t designed for regulated industries

Leadership Support Protects Data:

- While many respondents (88%) believe their companies provide clear guidance on the types of documents that should be considered confidential, the reality is that without automated oversight, the risk of security incidents remain high

- In fact, of the respondents that stated their companies do not provide clear guidance, 65% experienced a privacy or data exposure-related incident as a result

- Leaders are determined to mitigate this risk with a whopping 78% saying they are personally determined to be a driver of automation adoption in their workplace

S-Docs Debuts File, Security & AI Innovations at Dreamforce 2025
Original HTML

New York City - (October 14, 2025) - S-Docs, the leading 100% native document generation and e-Signature solution for Salesforce, today announced key product updates ahead of Dreamforce 2025. The updates feature enhanced support for Microsoft file formats and advanced identity verification for regulated industries, alongside ongoing AI innovations via Salesforce’s AgentExchange. And they directly address pain points modern businesses are facing.

According to the 2025 State of Document Workflows and Compliance Risk Report, 69% of leaders still rely on manual spreadsheets or workflows. Yet, 26% of manually prepared documents contain errors and 61% of organizations have experienced serious disruptions due to documentation mistakes — often costing six figures or more.

That’s why S-Docs’ updates are designed to help organizations work faster, reduce risk, and increase operational efficiency. The new product enhancements include:

- Optimized Microsoft File Format Functionality: S-Docs is introducing the next generation of Microsoft file format support, marking a significant revamp from previous capabilities. By harnessing Salesforce’s native compression functionality, this product advancement delivers easier template management, faster document generation, enhanced performance, and seamless integration with Salesforce tools including Flows, OmniStudio, and Experience Cloud.

- Enhanced Identity Verification:To meet rising government security compliance, e-signature flows in S-Sign now feature enhanced identity verification. Signers now have the ability to authenticate with government-issued smart cards: Common Access Card (CAC) or Personal Identity Verification (PIV). Flexible configuration also supports combinations of multi-signer workflows that require  CAC/PIV verification, PIN authentication, or no authentication when appropriate. Each signature is backed by a verified record of verification and signing events ensuring an irrefutable audit trail.

- AI-Powered Innovation: S-Docs is expanding investment in AI, founded on delivering smarter workflows, faster problem resolution, and greater flexibility. The multi-faceted strategy includes extending AgentForce capabilities enabling more flexibility for document workflows, launching an AI Agent assistant in the S-Docs Knowledge Base for faster support, and future investment in cross-platform AI capabilities to drive workflow automation across any environment.

“At S-Docs, our approach to product innovation is deliberate and customer-focused,” said Brian Stimpfl, CEO of S-Docs. “We’re delivering capabilities that truly augment how customers work, rather than adding complexity for the sake of it. Our updates at Dreamforce demonstrate our commitment to meeting customers where they are today, while exploring intelligent automation that will shape the future of document workflows."

These enhancements are also a direct response to the challenges that S-Docs customers are facing. According to Ashley Falls, Ph.D, Director of Information Technology at Florida Prepaid College Board: "Before S-Docs, our document process was one of our operational pain points with fragmented systems, inconsistent templates, and time-consuming manual checks. Today our teams can generate accurate, compliant documents in seconds. We’ve reduced maintenance time by more than 80% and eliminated over a hundred of redundant templates, which means our staff focuses on helping families. S-Docs gave us the confidence that every document we send meets the highest standards of accuracy and compliance."

Stimpfl and Falls will share the stage at Dreamforce for a joint session titled, “Closing the Confidence Gap in Regulated Industries.” Additionally, Mike Zabel, Product Manager at S-Docs, and Jessica Forbes, Sales Technology Administrator at Wedgewood Weddings & Events, will also be presenting a session titled, “Tech is just the start: experience is everything.” Attendees can add both of these sessions to their Dreamforce agenda builder. Members of the S-Docs’ team can also be found at booth #706 in the Campground and kiosk #18 in the Trailblazer Forest.

S-Docs’ new file integration and security features are available to customers immediately, while AI-powered innovation continues to drive our overall product and support capabilities. To learn more about S-Docs’ latest solutions, visit www.sdocs.com.

S-Docs Achieves FedRAMP® High Authorization, Meeting IL5 Requirements
Original HTML

FedRAMP is the U.S. government’s standardized framework for validating the security of cloud platforms that process sensitive, data-heavy workloads, enabling agencies to adopt advanced cloud and AI capabilities with speed and confidence.

“We’re proud to serve government organizations like the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, the U.S. Department of Defense, and the U.S. Food and Drug Administration,” said Brian Stimplf, CEO of S-Docs. “This attestation underscores S-Docs’ focus on trust, data privacy, and compliance. Ultimately, it highlights our commitment to helping government and other security-conscious teams accelerate the path to mission success through secure, efficient document automation and e-Signature.”

With this attestation, S-Docs can expand its footprint with U.S. government agencies and the public sector, while also laying the groundwork for partnerships with other security-conscious organizations. Meeting these rigorous standards gives organizations added confidence in S-Docs solutions and reaffirms their commitment to trust, data privacy, and compliance.

“Achieving FedRAMP authorization reflects S-Docs’ ability to meet rigorous security and governance requirements for regulated environments,” said Anand Narasimhan, CTO of S-Docs. “Because S-Docs operates natively on Salesforce Government Cloud, we’re able to do this without introducing additional external infrastructure or data paths. This architecture enables compliance inheritance and helps customers maintain strong control, auditability, and consistency across the full document and e-Signature lifecycle.”

S-Docs HubSpot achieves SOC 2 Type II compliance, enhancing security
Original HTML

NEW YORK CITY - MARCH 12, 2026 - S-Docs, the leading document automation and e-Signature solution for Salesforce and HubSpot, has achieved SOC2 Type II compliance for its HubSpot product offering, enhancing its commitment to protecting customer data, implementing security policies and processes in all of S-Docs’s business processes in order to deliver secure, reliable documentation automation at scale.

SOC 2 Type II is an independent, third-party assessment developed by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) that evaluates how effectively an organization safeguards customer data over an extended period of time. SOC 2 Type II validates that a robust set of security controls are well-designed and consistently operating in practice.

The certification is based on the AICPA’s Trust Services Criteria, which examine controls related to security, availability, processing integrity, confidentiality, and privacy. These criteria are all key considerations for organizations using HubSpot to manage sensitive customer, revenue, and operational data.

“Trust and integrity are core values at S-Docs, and protecting customer data has always been a top priority for our team,” said Brian Stimpfl, CEO of S-Docs. “As organizations face growing regulatory pressure and increasingly complex document workflows, security can’t be an afterthought. Achieving SOC 2 Type II compliance for our S-Docs for HubSpot product validates the rigor and consistency of our security practices and gives customers the confidence that their data is protected, without adding friction, as they scale their document automation operations.”

To achieve SOC 2 Type II compliance, S-Docs underwent a rigorous audit. This audit included comprehensive control testing and operational analysis across security monitoring, access controls, incident response, disaster recovery, business continuity, and internal risk management. This evaluation confirms that S-Docs follows strong, repeatable security practices across its day-to-day operations.

For HubSpot customers using S-Docs within revenue, operations, and customer-facing workflows, SOC 2 Type II compliance provides added assurance that document automation and e-Signature processes meet a widely recognized security baseline. For many mid-market and enterprise organizations, SOC 2 Type II is considered a minimum requirement when evaluating vendors for long-term, scalable technology partnerships.

Importantly, there are no changes required for existing customers as a result of this certification. Instead, the milestone strengthens S-Docs’ overall security posture and reinforces its ability to support security-conscious organizations within the HubSpot ecosystem.

This achievement represents another step in S-Docs’ broader roadmap for security, trust, and compliance, supporting future integrations and partnerships across the HubSpot ecosystem while ensuring customers can automate documents with confidence.

S-Docs Introduces CAC & PIV e-Signatures for Secure Workflows
Original HTML

NEW YORK CITY - MARCH 12, 2026 - S-Docs, the leading 100% Salesforce-native document automation solution, today announced a major enhancement to its e-Signature solution, S-Sign: the ability to integrate Common Access Card (CAC) and Personal Identity Verification (PIV) authenticated signing within Salesforce workflows. This new capability enables organizations to verify signer identity at the time of document execution using their existing identity provider, helping agencies and contractors overcome a major barrier to secure, standards-compliant document workflows.

Governments have invested millions of dollars into digital transformation, from citizen portals to case management systems. Yet, despite these efforts, outdated document processes often remain a bottleneck, slowing approvals, creating errors, and frustrating both employees and the public. In many cases, citizens still must print, sign, and mail forms to access basic services — undermining the value of modernization investments.

S-Docs solves this challenge by bringing high-assurance, standards-compliant electronic signatures directly into Salesforce, enabling real-time identity verification at the moment a document is accessed for signing. Agencies and contractors can use their existing CAC or PIV infrastructure — inserting their cards to verify identity — without replacing or reworking established systems. The enhanced S-Sign solution works entirely within Salesforce, eliminates extra clicks or downloads, meets DoD and federal requirements guided by NIST and FIPS standards, and maintains a complete audit trail for compliance and record-keeping. Fully standards-based and identity-provider-agnostic, it supports secure, compliant workflows while preserving existing identity infrastructure.

“Technology in the public sector isn’t measured by revenue growth or profit, but by outcomes: faster service, fewer errors, and a safe, seamless citizen experience,” said Brian Stimpfl, CEO of S-Docs. “Our CAC and PIV electronic signature solution helps agencies bridge this gap by enabling secure, just-in-time identity verification at the moment a document is signed. Success in government technology is measured by the quality of the experience it creates, and this solution makes that experience better for both employees and the public.”

This announcement comes on the heels of S-Docs’ recent FedRAMP High / IL5 authorization, which further underscores the company’s commitment to protecting sensitive data while streamlining operations in the public sector.
