Second Quarter 2026 Results: Gross Margin of 90.9% and Category Leadership

HERZLIYA, Israel and CALGARY, Alberta, Aug. 31, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Innocan Pharma Corporation (CSE: INNO) (OTCQB: INNPF) ("Innocan" or the "Company"), today reported today 2026 financial consolidated results for the six and three months ended June 30, 2026.

Innocan's consumer wellness subsidiary. B.I. Sky Global Ltd. ("BI Sky"), successfully maintained a gross margin of 90.9% during the period, reflecting the strength of its product portfolio, direct-to-consumer business model and disciplined approach to operations.

VALITIC™ Maintains Leading Amazon Best Seller Position

VALITIC™, the flagship skincare brand of B.I. Sky, continues to maintain a leading positions across key product categories on Amazon, including achieving the leading ranking in its category. This performance reflects continued consumer demand and the growing strength of the VALITIC™ brand.

VALITIC™ continues to hold Amazon's "Best Seller" badge, recognizing its position as the Top best-selling product in its specific category. The badge is based on actual sales performance rather than customer ratings and is updated hourly according to sales volume, highlighting the brand's strong and sustained consumer demand.

VALITIC™ also holds Amazon's Choice recognition, reflecting Amazon's algorithmic recommendation based on factors including customer ratings, price competitiveness, availability, delivery performance and return rates.

"We are proud of the strength of BI Sky's business and the consumer trust built around our products," said Iris Bincovich, CEO of Innocan Pharma Corporation. The Company's results were also impacted by the Trump administration's frequently changing policies regarding customs duties and tariffs, which created significant uncertainty that led to a decline in sales in the period. However, the Company continues to maintain a strong balance sheet and solid liquidity position, with approximately $ US 6.4 million in cash and cash equivalents and $US10.37 million in total assets as of June 30, 2026, providing a solid consolidated financial foundation to support its ongoing operations and growth initiatives.

Roni Kamhi, CEO of B.I. Sky  and COO of Innocan Pharma said "Building on Our Top Amazon Ranking to Expand Sales Across Multiple Channels B.I. Sky is advancing initiatives to diversify and expand its sales channels, building on its leading position on Amazon while broadening its market reach across multiple platforms.

Amazon will continue to represent an important sales channel. At the same time, the Company is pursuing additional growth opportunities, including expanding its relationships with major U.S. retail and distribution networks and increasing its presence across major online retail platforms. In parallel, B.I. Sky has begun selling through its own direct-to-consumer (DTC) website, which is already operational and provides an additional platform to build direct relationships with consumers, strengthen brand engagement, and expand the reach of the Valitic® brand.

I believe that its established brands, product portfolio and existing customer base provide a strong foundation for further growth. By leveraging these strengths across a broader range of sales channels, the Company aims to increase market reach, create additional revenue opportunities and strengthen its commercial performance. I expect these initiatives to support revenue growth and expand the reach and visibility of its brands over the coming year.

"With a greater focus on sales execution, broader distribution and continued investment in our core strengths, we believe B.I. Sky is well positioned to strengthen its commercial performance and create long-term value for our shareholders," concluded Mr. Kamhi.

Former Meta Platforms Attorney Joins to Advise on Network Infrastructure Investments, Complex Commercial Transactions

WASHINGTON, Aug. 31, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP has made a key addition to its industry-leading Digital Infrastructure Group with the arrival of Rose Schlichtmann-Prince as a shareholder in its Washington, D.C., and Miami offices.

Schlichtmann-Prince joins the firm after nearly a decade as in-house counsel at Meta Platforms, Inc., where she advised on network infrastructure investments and other strategic initiatives supporting the company's global digital infrastructure platform. Her arrival comes as demand for data centers, fiber networks, connectivity infrastructure, and other digital assets continues to accelerate amid rapid growth in cloud computing, artificial intelligence, and data-driven technologies.

"Rose draws on more than 15 years of experience spanning private practice, in-house legal roles, and business operations to provide clients with a practical understanding of the commercial and strategic considerations driving digital infrastructure investment," Greenberg Traurig Executive Chairman Richard A. Rosenbaum said.

"Her addition reflects our long-term commitment to the digital infrastructure sector and strengthens the multidisciplinary platform we have built to advise clients on their most significant and complex projects and transactions," Greenberg Traurig Co-President Michael J. Baum said.

Schlichtmann-Prince focuses her practice on network infrastructure investments and complex commercial transactions involving digital infrastructure assets. She advises investors, developers, operators, and other stakeholders on transactions and legal strategies related to data center connectivity, colocation, terrestrial and subsea fiber networks, telecommunications infrastructure, and cross-border deployments.

Before joining Greenberg Traurig, she served as senior infrastructure & telecom counsel at Meta and previously held legal and business roles with Verizon Communications, Cable & Wireless Communications, and Sprint.

"Rose brings a depth of experience in digital infrastructure that is difficult to replicate. Throughout her career, she has worked on some of the largest and most sophisticated infrastructure projects that underpin the global digital economy, giving her a practical understanding of both the business and legal issues that drive this sector. Her arrival reflects Greenberg Traurig's longstanding commitment to digital infrastructure, a sector we have been investing in for years," Digital Infrastructure Group Co-Chair Joshua B. Forman said. "With one of the largest data-center-focused legal teams in the United States and a multidisciplinary bench that spans everything from complex commercial agreements and leasing to mergers and acquisitions, financing, development, and regulatory matters, we continue to advise on many of the industry's most significant transactions. Rose is exactly the type of talent we seek as we continue to grow that platform."

As a shareholder in Greenberg Traurig's Corporate Practice, Schlichtmann-Prince will work with clients on a broad range of digital infrastructure matters and will collaborate closely with attorneys across the firm's Digital Infrastructure, Real Estate, Environmental, Energy & Natural Resources, Construction Law, and Government Law & Policy practices.

Her arrival continues a period of strategic growth for Greenberg Traurig's Washington, D.C., office. In recent months, the office has welcomed prominent attorneys and government professionals across real estate, government affairs, national security, international trade, aviation, and regulatory practices. Recent additions include D.C. Metropolitan Real Estate Practice Chair Joseph W. Creech, former Deputy Under Secretary at the U.S. Department of Commerce's Bureau of Industry and Security Joe Bartlett, and former Federal Aviation Administration Assistant Administrator Christopher J. Senn.

Earlier this year, the office also added a six-member government affairs and national security team, including Shareholders Christopher DeLacy, co-chair of the Federal Government Law & Policy Practice; Daniel Sennott, co-chair of the National Security Group; and Joel E. Roberson; along with senior government professionals Matthew P. Satterley, Misha Lehrer, and James K. Hickey.

"Greenberg Traurig has long stood out to me for its collaborative, entrepreneurial culture and the caliber of its lawyers. As digital infrastructure continues to attract investment from private equity firms, infrastructure funds, and other market participants, I see a tremendous opportunity to help clients navigate the development, commercialization, and strategic deployment of these assets," Schlichtmann-Prince said. "I am very focused on my craft, and my craft is advising companies on the development of digital infrastructure and the commercialization of infrastructure assets. Greenberg Traurig's global platform, industry depth, and integrated approach make it an ideal place to continue that work."

Schlichtmann-Prince earned her J.D., with Honors, from Nova Southeastern University's Shepard Broad Law Center and her B.A., cum laude, from Barry University. She is admitted to the bar in the District of Columbia and Florida. While based in Washington, D.C., she also will spend significant time in the firm's Miami office.

LAS VEGAS, Aug. 31, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- High Stakes Poker has a new record holder.

Eric Wasserson won the largest pot in High Stakes Poker history Saturday night, capturing a staggering $2,478,000 pot during the August 29 livestream broadcast by PokerGO®, the world's largest poker content and streaming company.

Eric Wasserson wins the largest pot in High Stakes Poker history, hauling in $2,478,000 against Andrew Robl.

The $2,478,000 pot surpassed the previous High Stakes Poker record of $2,421,500, won by Santhosh Suvarna during Season 16 of the iconic cash-game series.

After aggressive preflop action, there was nearly $600,000 in the middle before the dealer fanned the nine-seven-four flop. Both Andrew Robl and Wasserson checked to see the three of diamonds come on the turn, adding a second diamond to the board. Robl checked, Wasserson bet $200,000, and Robl raised all in for what was effectively $940,000. Wasserson found the call to create the largest pot in High Stakes Poker history.

The two high-stakes legends ran it twice, and Wasserson won both times, securing him the record-setting haul.

When the final chips were pushed Wasserson's way, the pot totaled $2,478,000, officially making it the largest ever recorded across more than two decades of High Stakes Poker.

Wasserson's record-breaking hand came during a special week of High Stakes Poker livestreams from the PokerGO Studio in Las Vegas, presented by CoinPoker and featuring some of the biggest names and highest-stakes cash-game players in poker.

The historic pot adds another chapter to a remarkable year for High Stakes Poker. Suvarna had established the previous record earlier in 2026 when he won a $2,421,500 pot. Wasserson eclipsed that mark just months later.

High Stakes Poker debuted in 2006 and has become poker's most iconic televised and streamed cash game, producing some of the biggest and most memorable hands in the game's history.

All seasons of High Stakes Poker are available to watch on demand on PokerGO.com.

Funding priority will be given to proposals from third-class cities

HARRISBURG, Pa., Aug. 31, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- The Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency today is issuing a Request for Proposals for the new construction, or rehabilitation, of mixed-use development projects seeking financial support. Funding will be provided through the Community Revitalization Fund Program.

Mixed-use projects combine residential and retail/commercial space in the same building and often serve as a catalyst for neighborhood revitalization. The deadline for proposal submission is 2 p.m., Friday, Oct. 30, 2026.

"The Community Revitalization Fund Program provides a much-needed boost to aid community development across Pennsylvania," said PHFA Executive Director and CEO Robin Wiessmann. "These investments help move forward projects that attract additional investment."

This funding program was created as part of the commonwealth's fiscal year 2017/18 budget, and PHFA was designated by the General Assembly to administer it. This year, PHFA is authorized to sell $4.5 million of state tax credits and use the proceeds to make grant awards for the development of mixed-use properties in commercial/retail corridors in Pennsylvania that are undergoing revitalization.

Examples of projects eligible for funding include:

The rehabilitation of older or under-utilized buildings for immediate re-use to support community development goals;

Preparing commercial build-out and business lease space;

The design of, and structural and legal conversion of, existing buildings; and

The provision of additional units of housing by combining uses in a single, newly constructed or renovated building.

Eligible applicants for this funding include units of local government (counties, cities, boroughs, etc.); redevelopment authorities; for-profit firms; non-profit groups; and economic development organizations. Applications from third-class cities will be given higher priority in this year's proposal evaluations.

The RFP is located at https://www.phfa.org/mhp/developers/loans.aspx. The application is accessible at https://crfp.phfa.org.

Questions may be directed to PHFA's Shelby Hartwick at shartwick@phfa.org.

Through its carefully managed mortgage programs and investments in multifamily housing developments, PHFA also promotes economic development across the state. Since its creation by the legislature in 1972, it has generated more than $21.6 billion of funding for more than 213,110 single-family home mortgage loans, helped fund the construction of more than 113,200 rental units, distributed approximately $453 million to support local housing initiatives, and saved the homes of more than 51,000 families from foreclosure. PHFA programs and operations are funded primarily by the sale of securities and from fees paid by program users, not by public tax dollars. The agency is governed by a 14-member board.

The article outlines decorative concrete coating options that improve durability, appearance, and long-term performance for Western New York homes.

CLARENCE, N.Y., Aug. 31, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- What does decorative concrete really look like once it is installed in a home? HelloNation answers that question in an article featuring insights from Concrete Coating Experts Ray McDougall and Mitch Wilkinson of Executive Concrete Coatings in Clarence, New York.

Mitch Wilkinson, Co-owner

The HelloNation article explains how decorative concrete coatings have transformed garages, basements, patios, and walkways from basic concrete surfaces into durable, finished spaces that combine style with long-term performance. It notes that homeowners throughout Western New York are increasingly choosing these systems to improve both the appearance and functionality of existing concrete.

According to the article, today's decorative concrete coatings include epoxy and polyaspartic systems available in a wide range of colors, textures, and finishes. These coating systems allow homeowners to complement both traditional and contemporary home designs while helping protect concrete from everyday wear.

The article highlights flake epoxy garage floors as one of the most popular decorative concrete coating options. This system combines a durable base coat with decorative vinyl flakes to create a textured finish that helps conceal dirt and minor imperfections while adding visual depth. The article explains that many homeowners appreciate this combination of durability and attractive design.

For interior living spaces, the article also explores metallic epoxy flooring. It describes how these finishes create a distinctive appearance with movement and depth that resembles polished stone or marble. According to the article, metallic epoxy coatings offer homeowners a customized look while maintaining the strength and low maintenance associated with modern coating systems.

The article also focuses on outdoor spaces. It explains that stained concrete patios use acid-based stains that react with the concrete surface to produce rich, natural tones. The resulting finish blends well with surrounding landscapes while providing lasting visual appeal for patios, walkways, and other exterior surfaces.

The article also examines why durability remains an important consideration for homeowners in Western New York. Moisture, road salt, and repeated freeze-thaw cycles place significant stress on exposed concrete throughout the year. According to the article, professionally installed decorative concrete coatings are designed to bond securely to the surface while resisting peeling, staining, and other forms of damage that can shorten the life of untreated concrete.

Another point emphasized throughout the article is the wide variety of design possibilities available today. Decorative concrete coatings can be tailored with different colors, finishes, and textures to match the intended use of a space and the homeowner's personal style. The article explains that reviewing completed projects often helps homeowners better understand which options best fit their needs.

The HelloNation article features insights from Concrete Coating Experts Ray McDougall and Mitch Wilkinson to help readers understand how decorative concrete coating systems perform in Western New York's unique climate. Their experience provides practical context for homeowners considering ways to improve and protect concrete surfaces.

The article concludes that decorative concrete coatings offer homeowners multiple ways to enhance existing concrete while improving durability and long-term performance. Whether choosing a flake epoxy garage floor, a metallic epoxy finish, or a stained concrete patio, readers can better understand how different systems create attractive, functional surfaces designed for everyday use.

University at Buffalo, WeDriveU and Zenobē welcome the first electric buses to the Stampede Fleet under UB's zero emissions roadmap

BUFFALO, N.Y., Aug. 31, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- The University at Buffalo, its transportation solutions provider WeDriveU and fleet electrification specialists Zenobē were joined on campus today by students, administration and local officials to celebrate eight new 40-foot battery-electric transit buses now quietly transporting students, staff and campus visitors.

(L-R): Ryan McPherson, Chief Sustainability Officer of UB; Laura Hubbard, Vice President for UB's Finance and Administration; Chris Austin, Director of UB Parking and Transportation Services; Tim Wayland, Chief Commercial Officer at WeDriveU; Matthew Curwood, Vice President of Business Development at Zenobē

Eye-catching and emissions-free, they are the first of the UB Stampede fleet to transition away from diesel. Serving approximately 16,000 passengers each day, the full UB Stampede fleet will continue the transition as part of UB's 10 in 10 roadmap for a zero-emissions campus by 2030, well ahead of the 2045 deadline set under New York Executive Order 22 for state-operated heavy-duty vehicles.

"Our goal is to provide safe, reliable transportation while continuing to reduce our environmental impact," said Christopher Austin, UB Director of Parking and Transportation. "These buses help us do both. They improve the rider experience today and represent another investment in the future of mobility at UB."

This milestone transition of the Stampede fleet is expected to avoid 5,984 metric tons of carbon dioxide equivalent emissions, representing a 55.6% reduction in greenhouse gas emissions compared with diesel-powered service. That reduction is equivalent to removing approximately 1,395 cars from the road.

"We're proud to provide the University at Buffalo community with safe, dependable and innovative transportation solutions and congratulate UB on this incredible achievement," said Tim Wayland, Chief Commercial Officer, WeDriveU. "Together with UB, Zenobē and WeDriveU's local operations team, we're showing the impact on campuses and communities by transitioning to zero-emission fleets."

"Fleet operators and institutions need confidence that their electric buses will be ready to perform every day," said Matt Curwood, Vice President, Business Development - Transit, Zenobē North America. "Zenobē's giving that certainty through thoughtful planning, reliable charging infrastructure and long-term operational support. It's gratifying to see UB's fleet in service."

The project, announced in June 2024 with UB's selection of WeDriveU to manage campus transportation, was delivered on schedule in partnership with Zenobē, which has a longstanding global relationship with WeDriveU's parent company Mobico Group.

Ten chargers have been installed at WeDriveU's Buffalo, NY customer service center supporting UB Stampede, with plans to continue phasing diesel buses out over the next four years.

RICHMOND, Va., Aug. 31, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Hyper, a U.S.-based digital infrastructure partner redefining how mission-critical solutions are designed, built, delivered, and serviced, has appointed Bernardo Perez as Vice President of Engineering. Bernardo will lead Hyper's engineering organization, advancing product development, engineering capabilities, and technical innovation as the company continues to scale its portfolio and manufacturing network.

Bernardo Perez Appointed as Vice President of Engineering

Bernardo brings more than 25 years of engineering and product development leadership experience across the electrical, industrial, and manufacturing sectors. His background spans new product development, engineering transformation, technology strategy, manufacturing systems, talent development, and the creation of engineering processes designed to support growth at scale.

Most recently, Bernardo served as Vice President of Engineering at Columbus McKinnon Corporation, where he helped drive growth through new product development while strengthening engineering career paths, process governance, and technical capabilities. He also contributed to the development of the company's broader technology roadmap, connecting engineering priorities with long-term business and product strategy.

Prior to Columbus McKinnon, Bernardo spent more than 20 years with Schneider Electric, where he held engineering leadership roles focused on the development of circuit protection, motor control, and electrical distribution components and equipment. Throughout his tenure, he led product development teams responsible for bringing electrical technologies from concept through commercialization while supporting the quality, performance, and scalability required for critical electrical applications.

Earlier in his career, Bernardo worked with Delphi Automotive Systems, then part of General Motors, where he developed and delivered manufacturing systems supporting automotive production.

Bernardo will focus on strengthening the engineering foundation behind the company's next stage of growth. He will lead efforts to accelerate product development, expand engineering capabilities, strengthen technical standards and processes, and further connect engineering with Hyper's manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and technology organizations.

"What attracted me to Hyper is the opportunity to put engineering even closer to the customer," said Bernardo Perez. "The power and cooling requirements of digital infrastructure are changing rapidly, and solving those challenges requires engineering teams that can move quickly from customer need to design to production. I'm excited to help build that capability at scale."
