Expanding AI initiatives are increasing pressure on organizations to provide trustworthy data, but many governance programs remain fragmented or focused on management mechanisms. Info-Tech Research Group's Activate Data Governance blueprint provides data and IT leaders with a four-phase methodology to clarify decision authority, establish guardrails, and embed governance into how the organization operates.

ARLINGTON, Va., Aug. 31, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Every organization that uses data already has some form of data governance because decisions are being made about how data is defined, accessed, shared, and used. According to Info-Tech Research Group, the problem is that these decisions are often fragmented across risk, privacy, finance, product, and legacy data management practices. Without a consistent framework, teams may resolve the same questions differently while investments in catalogs, glossaries, and technology create activity without measurable impact.

Info-Tech’s Four-Phase Framework to Activate Data Governance

To help organizations establish a consistent system for data-related decisions, Info-Tech's Activate Data Governance blueprint explains how to identify the decisions that matter, direct them to people with the appropriate authority and expertise, codify the outcomes into guardrails, and integrate governance into existing organizational structures.

"Data leaders often reach for glossaries, catalogs, and quality tools first because those mechanisms feel actionable. The problem is that tools cannot decide what 'trusted' means, who has authority, or which trade-offs are acceptable," says Nysa Zaran, research director at Info-Tech Research Group. "Those are business judgments. Governance starts when the right people make them and turn the outcomes into guardrails the organization can apply."

According to Info-Tech's Future of IT 2026 Survey, 72.5% of organizations are currently invested in data management solutions and plan to increase that investment. Improving data governance also ranked as the leading data priority both for supporting AI goals, cited by 30%, and outside AI, cited by 40%. The firm emphasizes that the findings point to a disconnect between investment in management solutions and the unresolved governance decisions needed to guide them.

Key Data Governance Pitfalls

Info-Tech's blueprint identifies three common misconceptions that can derail data governance efforts:

Mistaking governance for management: Beginning with tools, catalogs, quality mechanisms, and documentation before determining which decisions must be made and who has the authority to make them.

Oversimplifying ownership: Assigning a single owner to data that spans multiple domains and functions without accounting for shared value, risk, and decision-making responsibilities.

Misinterpreting activation: Equating activation with assigning management tasks while decisions tied to value, risk, and acceptable use remain unresolved.

Info-Tech's Four-Phase Framework to Activate Data Governance

The Activate Data Governance blueprint recommends that organizations activate data governance through the following four phases:

Phase 1: Define the Decisions the Organization Needs to Make. Identify governance drivers, connect data issues and risks to organizational objectives, and articulate the purpose of the governance program.

Phase 2: Define the Decision-Making Framework. Align governance with existing organizational structures, clarify roles and membership, and establish processes to raise and escalate issues.

Phase 3: Establish Critical Guardrails. Define governing principles, foundational policies and processes, performance measures, and the organization's Data Governance Charter.

Phase 4: Activate Data Governance Within the Organization. Prepare Day 1 Agendas, secure strategic approval, host initial governance meetings, and establish an ongoing cycle for monitoring and validating guardrails.

Info-Tech's Activate Data Governance blueprint is supported by templates and tools that help organizations apply the methodology, including the Activate Data Governance Decision Log, Activate Data Governance Handbook, Data Governance Day 1 Agenda, Activate Data Governance Workbook, Data Governance Charter Template, and Data Governance Policies Package.

Company to host a corporate update call Tuesday, September 1st at 8:00am ET

SYDNEY, Aug. 31, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Kazia Therapeutics Limited (NASDAQ: KZIA) ("Kazia" or the "Company"), an oncology-focused biotechnology company developing therapies that selectively reprogram cancer biology, restore anti-tumor immunity and overcome treatment resistance, today announced the closing of its previously announced oversubscribed, tranched registered public offering (the "Offering") generating approximately $40 million in upfront gross proceeds. Both clinical milestone-linked warrant tranches were priced at premiums to the $15.50 offering price, with exercise prices of $17.825 per ADS, a 15% premium, tied to the Company's Stage IV triple-negative breast cancer ("TNBC") data readout, and $19.375 per ADS, a 25% premium, tied to the Company's HR+/HER2- breast cancer data readout. If all milestone-linked warrants are exercised in full, the Offering would provide Kazia with approximately $80 million in additional gross proceeds, for total potential gross proceeds of approximately $120 million.

The Offering consisted of (i) 2,580,000 American Depositary Shares ("ADSs"), each representing five hundred (500) ordinary shares of the Company, no par value per share, or in lieu of ADSs to certain investors, pre-funded warrants to purchase ADSs, (ii) accompanying Series A Warrants to purchase up to 2,243,478 ADSs (or pre-funded warrants in lieu thereof), exercisable immediately at a purchase price of $17.825 per ADS, expiring upon the earlier of 30 days following the Company's Stage IV triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) data readout, expected in the second half of 2027, or the five-year anniversary of issuance, and (iii) accompanying Series B Warrants to purchase up to 2,064,000 ADSs (or pre-funded warrants in lieu thereof), exercisable immediately at a purchase price of $19.375 per ADS, expiring upon the earlier of 30 days following the Company's HR+/HER2- data readout, expected in the first half of 2028, or the five-year anniversary of issuance. All securities in the Offering were sold by Kazia.

The combined public offering price was $15.50 per ADS together with its accompanying Series A and Series B Warrants, and $15.4999 (equal to the combined public offering price per ADS and accompanying warrants less $0.0001) for each pre-funded warrant together with its accompanying Series A and Series B Warrants. Gross proceeds to Kazia at closing were approximately $40 million, before deducting underwriting discounts, commissions, and offering expenses.

The Offering included participation from new and existing institutional investors, including ADAR1 Capital Management, Columbia Threadneedle Investments, Lynx1 Capital Management, Marshall Wace, and Pointillist Family Office.

Leerink Partners and Guggenheim Securities acted as joint bookrunning managers, BTIG and Needham & Company acted as lead managers, and Laidlaw & Company (UK) Ltd. acted as co-manager for the Offering.

Kazia intends to use the net proceeds from the Offering primarily to fund clinical development of paxalisib, including ongoing and planned studies in triple-negative breast cancer, HR+/HER2- breast cancer, and pMMR colorectal cancer, as well as for working capital and general corporate purposes.

About Kazia Therapeutics

Kazia Therapeutics (NASDAQ: KZIA) is an oncology-focused drug development company, based in Sydney, Australia. The Company's lead asset, paxalisib, is an investigational brain-penetrant inhibitor of the PI3K/Akt/mTOR pathway, which is being developed to treat multiple forms of cancer. Licensed from Genentech in late 2016, paxalisib is or has been the subject of over 15 clinical trials. A completed Phase 2/3 study in glioblastoma (GBM AGILE) was reported in 2024, and discussions are ongoing for designing and executing a pivotal registrational study in pursuit of a standard approval. Other clinical trials involving paxalisib are ongoing in advanced breast cancer, brain metastases, diffuse midline gliomas, and primary central nervous system lymphoma, with several of these trials having reported encouraging interim data. Paxalisib was granted Orphan Drug Designation for glioblastoma by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) in February 2018, and Fast Track Designation (FTD) for glioblastoma in August 2020. Paxalisib was also granted FTD in July 2023 for the treatment of solid tumor brain metastases harboring PI3K pathway mutations in combination with radiation therapy. Additionally, paxalisib was granted Rare Pediatric Disease Designation and Orphan Drug Designation by the FDA for diffuse intrinsic pontine glioma in August 2020 and for atypical teratoid/rhabdoid tumors in June 2022 and July 2022, respectively. Kazia is also developing EVT801, a small molecule inhibitor of VEGFR3, which was licensed from Evotec SE in April 2021. In addition to its clinical-stage programs, Kazia is advancing NDL2, a potentially first-in-class intracellular PD-L1 protein degrader program targeting a newly identified mechanism of immunotherapy resistance and metastatic progression, as well as MSETC, a potentially first-in-class SETDB1 inhibitor program intended to restore immune signaling in tumors that have become resistant to immunotherapy, including checkpoint inhibitors. Both programs are currently in preclinical development. For more information, please visit www.kaziatx.com or follow us on X @KaziaTx.

Ensuring patients have access to the medicines they need through long-term commitment to patients and scientific innovation

Building on long-standing U.S. presence, expanded investments in research, manufacturing infrastructure, and highly skilled jobs will strengthen economic growth

For nearly a century, UCB's investment in differentiated science has fueled a robust pipeline of innovation, advancing the breakthroughs of tomorrow

BRUSSELS and ATLANTA, Aug. 31, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- UCB, a global biopharmaceutical company focused on improving the lives of people living with severe diseases, today announced that they've come to an agreement with the U.S. government that will continue to support patient access to important medicines while enabling significant investment in the research, development, and manufacturing of medicines for people living with severe neurological and immunological diseases.

"At UCB, we are guided by a clear purpose: to create value for patients now and into the future," said UCB's CEO Jean-Christophe Tellier: "Working with the U.S. Government reflects our commitment to support access to medicines for people who need them, while continuing to advance the science and innovation that can make a meaningful difference for people living with severe diseases. These priorities, and our contribution to the United States through research, manufacturing, and highly skilled jobs, are essential to our long-term commitment to patients."

UCB will:

Take a more balanced pricing approach for future medicine launches across developed nations

Participate in the Government's GENEROUS program

Continue its onshore manufacturing investment to serve patients with medicines made in the United States

Earlier this year, UCB committed to expanding its U.S. manufacturing footprint, anchored by a new biologics manufacturing facility in Georgia — the largest manufacturing investment in the company's history. The facility is expected to generate approximately $5 billion in U.S. economic impact and create approximately 330+ permanent, highly skilled jobs, helping to strengthen domestic biopharmaceutical manufacturing and supply chain resilience of recently approved and future pipeline medicines in immunology and rare disease.

The agreement supports UCB's ability to execute our strategy and continue delivering innovative medicines to patients in the U.S. and around the world. As a result, UCB will not be subject to Section 232 Pharmaceutical tariffs on all current products or future pricing mandates. Specific terms remain confidential.

Separately, UCB will donate Keppra® (levetiracetam), which is recognized by the FDA as an Essential Medicine, active pharmaceutical ingredient (API) and tablets to the Administration for Strategic Preparedness and Response's (ASPR) National Stockpile. This donation will help strengthen the resilience of the U.S. essential medicines supply chain, support national preparedness efforts, and help safeguard access to a critical treatment for patients when it is needed most.

About UCB in the U.S.

UCB has maintained a significant U.S. presence for decades, including its U.S. headquarters and eight offices across six communities in California, Georgia, Massachusetts, North Carolina, Washington, and Washington, D.C. With nearly 2,000 U.S. employees focused on research, development, and commercial operations across the country, UCB is adding a U.S. biomanufacturing campus in Georgia, which will create 330+ new, highly skilled jobs. UCB has increased its U.S. workforce by more than 70% since 2017, with over 25% of U.S. employees dedicated to R&D. Over the last decade, UCB has made significant investments in U.S. companies through acquisitions and partnerships and has achieved 15 FDA approvals, advancing innovation, supporting high-quality jobs, and delivering meaningful progress for patients.

Forward looking statements

This document contains forward-looking statements, including, without limitation, statements containing the words "potential", "believes", "anticipates", "expects", "intends", "plans", "seeks", "estimates", "may", "will", "continue" and similar expressions. These forward-looking statements are based on current plans, estimates and beliefs of management. All statements, other than statements of historical facts, are statements that could be deemed forward-looking statements, including estimates of revenues, operating margins, capital expenditures, cash, other financial information, expected legal, arbitration, political, regulatory or clinical results or practices and other such estimates and results. By their nature, such forward-looking statements are not guaranteeing future performance and are subject to known and unknown risks, uncertainties, and assumptions which might cause the actual results, financial condition, performance or achievements of UCB, or industry results, to be materially different from any future results, performance, or achievements expressed or implied by such forward-looking statements contained in this document.

Important factors that could result in such differences include but are not limited to: global spread and impacts of wars, pandemics and terrorism, the general geopolitical environment, climate change, changes in general economic, business and competitive conditions, the inability to obtain necessary regulatory approvals or to obtain them on acceptable terms or within expected timing, costs associated with research and development, changes in the prospects for products in the pipeline or under development by UCB, effects of future judicial decisions or governmental investigations, safety, quality, data integrity or manufacturing issues, supply chain disruption and business continuity risks; potential or actual data security and data privacy breaches, or disruptions of UCB's information technology systems, product liability claims, challenges to patent protection for products or product candidates, competition from other products including biosimilars or disruptive technologies/business models, changes in laws or regulations, exchange rate fluctuations, changes or uncertainties in laws and/or rules pertaining to tax and duties or the administration of such laws and/or rules, and hiring, retention and compliance of employees. There is no guarantee that new product candidates will be discovered or identified in the pipeline, or that new indications for existing products will be developed and approved. Movement from concept to commercial product is uncertain; preclinical results do not guarantee safety and efficacy of product candidates in humans. So far, the complexity of the human body cannot be reproduced in computer models, cell culture systems or animal models. The length of the timing to complete clinical trials and to get regulatory approval for product marketing has varied in the past and UCB expects similar unpredictability going forward. Products or potential products which are the subject of partnerships, joint ventures or licensing collaborations may be subject to disputes between the partners or may prove to be not as safe, effective or commercially successful as UCB may have believed at the start of such partnership. UCB's efforts to acquire other products or companies and to integrate the operations of such acquired companies may not be as successful as UCB may have believed at the moment of acquisition. Also, UCB or others could discover safety, side effects or manufacturing problems with its products and/or devices after they are marketed. The discovery of significant problems with a product similar to one of UCB's products that implicate an entire class of products may have a material adverse effect on sales of the entire class of affected products. Moreover, sales may be impacted by international and domestic trends toward managed care and health care cost containment, including pricing pressure, political and public scrutiny, customer and prescriber patterns or practices, and the reimbursement policies imposed by third-party payers as well as legislation affecting biopharmaceutical pricing and reimbursement activities and outcomes. Finally, a breakdown, cyberattack or information security breach could compromise the confidentiality, integrity and availability of UCB's data and systems.

Given these uncertainties, the public is cautioned not to place any undue reliance on such forward-looking statements. These forward-looking statements are made only as of the date of this document, and do not reflect any potential impacts from the evolving event or risk as mentioned above as well as any other adversity, unless indicated otherwise. The company continues to follow the development diligently to assess the financial significance of these events, as the case may be, to UCB.

UCB expressly disclaims any obligation to update any forward-looking statements in this document, either to confirm the actual results or to report or reflect any change in its forward-looking statements with regard thereto or any change in events, conditions or circumstances on which any such statement is based, unless such statement is required pursuant to applicable laws and regulations.

DALLAS, Aug. 31, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Cango Inc. (NYSE: CANG) ("Cango" or the "Company"), a leading Bitcoin miner leveraging its global operations to develop an integrated energy and AI compute platform, today announced its unaudited financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2026.

Second Quarter of 2026 Financial and Operational Highlights

Financial Performance: Even as the broader mining industry weighed on revenue, the Company continued to advance its diversification strategy through EcoHash's commercial progress and disciplined cost management. In the second quarter of 2026, the Company generated total revenue of US$50.8 million, primarily driven by US$47.4 million from its Bitcoin mining business. The Company reported a net loss of US$81.6 million, primarily driven by non-cash impairment and disposal losses on the mining machines.  As of the end of the period, the Company held 1,056 Bitcoins as digital asset reserves, with long-term debt of US$31.2 million, reflecting an improved balance sheet structure.

Mining Operations and Costs: To reinforce its disciplined cost management, the Company continued to actively right-size its mining operations, disposing of machines with lower marginal efficiency and partially executing a leasing model. Total operating hashrate reached 27.58 EH/s, comprising 19.84 EH/s of self-mining capacity and 7.74 EH/s of leased hashrate capacity as of June 30, 2026. During the quarter, the Company mined 656 Bitcoins. The improved fleet mix and disciplined execution drove an approximately 5% sequential reduction in average cash cost per Bitcoin, which declined to US$73,313. The Company also started to selectively execute a hedging strategy to mitigate the impact of price volatility on operations.

Mr. Paul Yu, Chief Executive Officer of Cango, said, "In our Bitcoin mining business, we continue to focus on unit economics rather than scale.  At the same time, we continued to deliver on our AI modular build at our LN mining site. The Georgia site completed conversion in early July and the infrastructure is now capable of supporting up to 3 megawatts, with scope for future expansion. Container units have been delivered and installed on site, and GPU hardware has been procured and is arriving in staged batches to support a phased ramp-up. In the future, we intend to pursue two business models. The first is bare-metal GPU hosting, using our infrastructure to offer a standardized deployment environment. The second is colocation, intended to enhance overall infrastructure utilization. Our Georgia site is in the process of onboarding customers, with revenue expected to be recognized in the third quarter. To support customers who require proximity-based deployment, we have begun to operate test nodes in Texas and on the West Coast as part of our phased ramp-up. Looking ahead, we continue to evaluate potential new sites and the possibility of self-build facilities."

Mr. Simon Tang, Chief Financial Officer of Cango, stated, "During the quarter, we recorded a net loss of US$81.6 million, mainly driven by non-cash impairment and disposal losses on our mining machines. During the quarter, we also launched a Bitcoin hedging program designed to manage our exposure to Bitcoin price volatility and enhance the predictability of operating cash flows. We intend to use hedging strictly as a risk management tool, not for speculative purposes. Related short-term positions are reflected on our balance sheet and will be adjusted as we continue to execute this program in a disciplined manner."

Second Quarter 2026 Financial Results from Continuing Operations

REVENUES

During the quarter, total revenues were US$50.8 million, including US$47.4 million from Bitcoin mining and US$3.4 million from other revenues. Compared with the first quarter of 2026, total revenue decreased approximately 50%, primarily reflecting the Company's proactive reduction of operating hashrate as it phased out older, less efficient S19 series mining machines and transitioned some capacity to a hosted leasing model. While this strategic adjustment temporarily impacted top-line revenue, it resulted in lower operating costs and an improved overall cash flow profile.

OPERATING COSTS AND EXPENSES

During the quarter, total operating costs and expenses were US$131.4 million. These costs were primarily associated with the Company's Bitcoin mining business and the recognition of impairment loss on mining machines, and included the loss from changes in fair value of crypto assets.

Cost of revenue (exclusive of depreciation shown below) was US$50.7 million, down from US$99.6 million in the first quarter of 2026. This was driven by lower electricity and hosting expenses following the hashrate reduction.

Depreciation was US$16.9 million, down from US$29.4 million in the first quarter of 2026.

General and administrative expenses, including related-party fees, totaled US$8.4 million.

Impairment loss from mining machines was US$42.9 million.

Loss on disposal of mining machines was US$8.5 million.

Loss from changes in fair value of crypto assets was US$4.1 million, compared to a US$151.8 million loss from changes in fair value of crypto assets in the first quarter of 2026. This change is primarily driven by the stabilization and modest recovery in Bitcoin market prices during the quarter and the initial impact of our newly launched Bitcoin hedging program.

LOSS FROM OPERATIONS

Loss from operations in the second quarter of 2026 was US$80.6 million, compared with an operating loss of US$254.4 million in the first quarter of 2026.

NET LOSS FROM CONTINUING OPERATIONS

Net loss from continuing operations in the second quarter of 2026 was US$81.6 million, compared with a net loss of US$261.1 million in the first quarter of 2026. The net loss was mainly driven by non-cash impairment and disposal losses.

ADJUSTED EBITDA

Adjusted EBITDA in the second quarter of 2026 was a loss of US$10.7 million, which included a US$4.1 million loss from changes in fair value of crypto assets, compared with a loss of US$154.1 million in the first quarter of 2026.

BALANCE SHEET

As of June 30, 2026, the Company held:

Cash and cash equivalents of US$10.1 million, compared with US$7.2 million as of March 31, 2026.

1,056 BTC in treasury holdings.

Mining machines with a net value of US$58.7 million.

Long-term debts (related party) of US$31.2 million, compared with US$30.6 million as of March 31, 2026.

Use of Non-GAAP Financial Measure

As part of our review of business performance, we present adjusted EBITDA as non-GAAP financial measure to help assess our core operating results. Adjusted EBITDA is defined as net income or loss before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization, impairment, results from discontinued operations and further excludes share-based compensation expenses and other non-operating income and expenses. We believe adjusted EBITDA can be an important financial measure because it allows management, investors, and our board of directors to evaluate and compare our operating results, including our return on capital and operating efficiency from period-to-period by making such adjustments.

While adjusted EBITDA is not a measure defined under U.S. GAAP, management uses it to evaluate performance, make strategic decisions, and set operating plans. Management believes it also helps investors gain a clearer understanding of our underlying performance by excluding certain costs and expenses that management believes are not indicative of our core operating results. The presentation of these non-GAAP financial measures is not meant to be considered in isolation or as a substitute for results or guidance prepared and presented in accordance with U.S. GAAP.

The Company compensates for these limitations by reconciling the non-GAAP financial measure to the nearest U.S. GAAP performance measure, all of which should be considered when evaluating the Company's performance. The Company encourages you to review its financial information in its entirety and not rely on a single financial measure.

Reconciliations of Cango's non-GAAP financial measure to the most comparable U.S. GAAP measure are included at the end of this press release.

The companies are launching the ARK-SiMa.ai Modalix MLSoC Bundles – production-ready, affordable, high-performance solutions designed to simplify the development of intelligent drones for commercial and defense markets.

SiMa.ai x ARK Electronics

The SiMa.ai Physical AI platform combines hardware and software in one purpose-built offering: the Modalix System-on-Module (SoM), built on the Modalix MLSoC, and Palette Neat, an agentic development environment that compresses AI development from months to days. By pairing SiMa.ai's platform with ARK Electronics technology drones and robotics expertise, the partnership delivers a uniquely complete Physical AI foundation, priced for mass-market commercial, industrial, agriculture, and defense deployment at scale.

"The drone market is at an inflection point, and winning programs will be built on platforms that pair globally trusted hardware with best-in-class AI compute," said Durga Peddireddy, VP of Strategic Business Development and Partnerships, SiMa.ai. "With ARK Electronics, we are delivering the ecosystem a complete US-made, affordable solution for intelligent autonomy without compromising on performance or trust."

"Autonomous intelligence is the next frontier for drones across defense, agriculture, and commercial applications," said Alex Klimaj, CEO, ARK Electronics. "By building and validating this joint solution on SiMa.ai's Physical AI platform, we give our customers a purpose-built Physical AI foundation, with exceptional performance per watt and familiar form factors, so they can develop faster and deploy at scale."

The Modalix SoM is form-factor compatible with the industry's leading GPU-based edge platform. For the drone and robotics ecosystem, this compatibility accelerates development, de-risks design, and shortens time-to-market, while gaining higher performance, lower power, and lower cost in a best-in-class SWaP-C (Size, Weight, Power, and Cost) foundation. ARK Electronics is central to delivering this benefit, having built, validated, and brought the joint solutions to the drone ecosystem.

"We brought on Kristen Suh and Team Arceon because we knew they had the experience and market expertise to accelerate sales, and they've delivered exactly that," said Van Nguyen, Founder of JVP Development. "Their strategic approach and execution have helped to make 250 West 96th Street Manhattan's top-performing new development in July, and we're confident they'll continue building on that momentum as we move toward a successful sellout."

Since its launch, Team Arceon has led the successful sellout of Oosten, one of Williamsburg's most notable waterfront condominium developments, and currently represents sales at both 250 West 96th Street and Sutton Tower. Combined, the team's active and completed development portfolio represents more than $1 billion in total sellout value.

"The strong response we've seen at 250 West 96th Street reflects what today's luxury buyers are looking for: exceptional design, enduring quality, and a product that truly stands apart," said Kristen Suh, Founder of Team Arceon at Corcoran. "JVP Development and Thomas Juul-Hansen have created an extraordinary residential offering where every detail, from the architecture and residences to the amenity spaces, has been executed at the highest level. Buyers recognize that quality, and we're excited to continue building on the property's momentum."

250 West 96th Street is a refined contemporary interpretation of classic Upper West Side architecture. Clad in Jura gray limestone with expansive bronze-framed windows, the building reimagines the scale, proportions, and materiality of the neighborhood's most distinguished residences through a distinctly modern lens. The condominium features an exceptional collection of one- to five-bedroom residences characterized by generous layouts, abundant natural light, and meticulously crafted interiors. Residents enjoy an extensive suite of wellness, recreation, and entertainment amenities, including a 75-foot indoor saltwater pool, spa suite, fitness center, Pilates studio, regulation squash/half basketball court, children's playroom, music room, entertainment lounge, pet grooming station, and a landscaped rooftop terrace complete with a rare outdoor cinema and sweeping views of the Manhattan skyline and Hudson River.

Ideally situated between Riverside Park and Central Park, 250 West 96th Street offers the quintessential Upper West Side lifestyle, placing residents moments from the neighborhood's acclaimed restaurants, cultural institutions, boutique shopping, and iconic green spaces. The property also offers immediate access to the 96th Street 1/2/3 subway station, providing seamless connectivity throughout Manhattan and beyond.
