In the news release, Aesthetic Management Partners Expands Its Aesthetic Portfolio with ATTIVA® Subdermal Radiofrequency, issued 10-Sept-2026 by Aesthetic Management Partners over PR Newswire, we are advised by the company that changes have been made. The complete, corrected release follows, with additional details at the end:

Aesthetic Management Partners Expands Its Aesthetic Portfolio with ATTIVA® Subdermal Radiofrequency

Intelligent tissue-remodeling technology works beneath the surface to support firmer-looking tissue, refined contours, and improved tone and texture.

CORDOVA, Tenn., Sept. 10, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Aesthetic Management Partners (AMP) today announced the addition of ATTIVA®, an intelligent subdermal radiofrequency platform, to its growing portfolio of aesthetic technologies. Designed to work beneath the skin's surface, ATTIVA delivers controlled thermal energy to support tissue remodeling and natural-looking improvements in firmness, definition, tone, and texture.

Developed for treatment of the face, neck, jawline, submental area, and body, ATTIVA offers a minimally invasive, effective option for patients seeking improvement in the look, lines, and feel of their skin, with limited downtime the majority of the time.

"Patients increasingly want meaningful, natural-looking improvements without more extensive procedures," said Erik Dowell, CEO of Aesthetic Management Partners. "ATTIVA does this, by combining precise energy delivery, real-time temperature monitoring, and treatment versatility in one platform. It is especially relevant as significant weight loss creates new demand for solutions that support tissue quality and contour."

"We are pleased to partner with Aesthetic Management Partners to expand access to ATTIVA," said Daniele Morini, Chairman of Tema Medicina S.R.L., Bologna, Italy. "This partnership brings together Tema Medicina's intelligent subdermal radiofrequency technology and AMP's wholistic experience supporting aesthetic practices, creating a strong foundation for ATTIVA's continued growth."

Precision Energy. Intelligent Control.

ATTIVA's Intelligent Radiofrequency (iRF) technology delivers controlled thermal energy through a fine, insulated cannula placed in targeted subdermal tissue. This delivery is designed to produce immediate collagen contraction while supporting progressive collagen and elastin regeneration and improvement in the appearance of firmness, contour, tone, and texture.

Proprietary ATTIVA S.I.H.™ Technology provides dual real-time temperature monitoring. Continuous internal and external thermal feedback supports precise energy delivery and procedural confidence.

A Timely Solution in the GLP-1 Era

As GLP-1 medications help more patients achieve significant weight loss, attention is growing around visible changes that can follow reductions in facial and body volume. By working beneath the surface, ATTIVA supports tissue remodeling and natural-looking contour improvement across multiple areas. Treatment decisions should be individualized by a qualified healthcare professional based on each patient's health, anatomy, goals and weight-loss journey.

Expanding Opportunities for Aesthetic Practices and Current Attiva Practitioners

With one platform for the face, neck, and body, ATTIVA helps practices expand beyond traditional non-invasive offerings and pursue new opportunities in minimally invasive contouring and tissue-quality treatments. Attiva owners, too, can now order their consumables on AMPSHOP ([email protected]).

Beverly Hills Plastic Surgeon Dr. David Sayah Reports Growing Demand for Breast Implant Removal and BBL Reversal
Image File
Original HTML

Board-certified plastic surgeon says more patients are seeking revision procedures focused on restoring natural proportions through breast implant removal, buttock reduction and autologous fat grafting

BEVERLY HILLS, Calif., Sept. 11, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- For decades, many cosmetic surgery trends focused on adding volume. Beverly Hills board-certified plastic surgeon David Sayah, MD, FACS, says he is seeing a notable shift within his own practice: more patients are coming to him seeking to reverse or revise previous augmentation procedures and return to more natural proportions.

Dr. Sayah says breast implant removal, breast revision surgery and buttock reduction are now a regular part of his Beverly Hills surgical practice as more patients seek to restore proportion after previous augmentation.

The shift is particularly noteworthy because national breast implant removal statistics have remained relatively stable. According to the American Society of Plastic Surgeons' 2024 Plastic Surgery Statistics Report, 41,271 breast implant removal procedures were performed among augmentation patients in 2024, compared with 41,115 in 2023.

"The totals haven't moved dramatically, but the conversations I'm having with patients have," said Dr. Sayah. "Years ago, many consultations began with a discussion about how much volume a patient wanted to add. Today, I increasingly meet patients who want to remove an implant, reduce previous augmentation or restore a more natural proportion. That can be a much more complex surgical problem."

Restoring Shape After Breast Implant Removal

For patients seeking breast implant removal, removing the implant itself may be only one component of treatment. Years of augmentation can affect the breast skin, soft tissue and overall shape. Depending on the patient's anatomy, tissue quality and aesthetic goals, additional procedures may be considered to restore breast position, volume and proportion.

One option for appropriately selected patients is autologous fat grafting, which uses fat harvested from another area of the patient's own body to restore volume without placing another breast implant.

"The goal isn't simply to take something out," Dr. Sayah said. "The more difficult question is how to restore shape and proportion afterward. Sometimes that may involve a breast lift, sometimes fat grafting, and sometimes a combination of techniques tailored to the individual patient."

The approach reflects Dr. Sayah's broader philosophy of plastic surgery, which emphasizes proportion and individualized results rather than treating size or volume as the primary measure of a successful outcome.

BBL Reversal and Buttock Reduction Emerge as Revision Concerns

A similar issue is emerging among patients who previously underwent Brazilian butt lift procedures or other forms of buttock augmentation and now feel their results are too large or disproportionate to the rest of their body.

BBL reversal and buttock reduction have become recognized areas of revision body contouring. A 2025 study published in Aesthetic Surgery Journal Open Forum reviewed 123 patients who underwent BBL revision or buttock reduction between 2018 and 2023. The authors described BBL revision and buttock reduction as an increasingly popular area of body contouring and predicted continued growth in demand for these procedures.

Dr. Sayah continues to perform buttock augmentation for appropriately selected patients but believes the objective should be balanced proportion rather than augmentation for its own sake.

"I still perform fat grafting and buttock augmentation, but the goal should be a result that fits the patient's frame," Dr. Sayah said. "Understanding how these procedures are performed also provides important perspective when evaluating someone who later wants an exaggerated result reduced or revised."

Depending on the patient's previous procedure, anatomy and goals, revision may involve reducing excess fat, contouring surrounding areas, addressing skin laxity or combining techniques to create more balanced proportions.

A Broader Return to Natural Proportions

Dr. Sayah believes the patients he sees for breast implant removal and BBL reversal reflect a broader change in the conversation surrounding cosmetic surgery. Rather than asking primarily how much volume can be added, some patients are now asking how previous augmentation can be reduced or revised while preserving an attractive, natural-looking shape.

Autologous fat grafting can play a role in that approach because it allows a surgeon to use the patient's own tissue to refine contour or restore volume where appropriate.

For breast revision patients, that can mean removing an implant and selectively restoring volume with the patient's own fat. In body contouring, it can mean reducing areas that have become disproportionately large while reshaping surrounding areas to create better balance.

"In many of these consultations, the conversation is no longer about becoming larger," Dr. Sayah said. "It's about getting back to a shape that feels natural and proportionate to the patient's body."

Reversal Surgery Is Not a Return to the Past

Dr. Sayah cautions that reversal surgery cannot simply recreate a patient's appearance before the original augmentation. Skin and soft tissue may have changed after years of carrying additional volume, and the amount of transferred fat that is retained can vary among patients.

For that reason, treatment must be individualized, and some patients may require more than one procedure to achieve their desired result.

"The honest goal is proportion, not turning back the clock," Dr. Sayah said. "Revision surgery requires understanding what has changed anatomically and developing a realistic plan for restoring balance."

About David Sayah, MD, FACS

David Sayah, MD, FACS, is a board-certified plastic surgeon and Fellow of the American College of Surgeons practicing in Beverly Hills, California. With more than 26 years of experience, Dr. Sayah specializes in aesthetic and reconstructive plastic surgery with an emphasis on natural proportions and minimizing visible scarring.

A graduate of the UCLA School of Medicine, Dr. Sayah completed his plastic surgery residency at UCLA Medical Center and received an additional year of advanced training in endoscopic plastic surgery under Dr. Nicanor Isse, a pioneer in the field. Dr. Sayah and Dr. Isse co-authored a chapter on endoscopic facelift and brow lift techniques in The Art of Aesthetic Surgery, and Dr. Sayah has taught endoscopic surgical techniques to other surgeons in courses across the country.

Dr. Sayah's approach combines surgical training with a background in fine arts, proportion and form, with the goal of creating individualized results that complement each patient's natural anatomy.

Selection builds on PlanetiQ's long-standing relationship with NOAA and adds thermospheric neutral density to its environmental data offerings

GOLDEN, Colo., Sept. 11, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- PlanetiQ, a leading provider of commercial satellite-based environmental data, today announced that it has been selected as an industry partner under NOAA's new Space-Based Environmental Monitoring (SBEM) Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. Through the SBEM IDIQ, PlanetiQ will be eligible to compete for task orders to provide NOAA with two types of commercial environmental data: Global Navigation Satellite System-Radio Occultation (GNSS-RO) observations for atmospheric profiling and ionospheric monitoring, and thermospheric neutral density data for satellite orbit prediction.

The SBEM IDIQ, established by NOAA's National Environmental Satellite, Data, and Information Service (NESDIS) through its Commercial Data Program. The contract has a five-year base period followed by a five-year option and is effective from September 1, 2026, through August 31, 2036.

Under SBEM, PlanetiQ will provide data from its existing satellite constellation as well as additional satellites planned for launch later this year. The company's GNSS-RO observations provide high-resolution atmospheric profiles for numerical weather prediction and measurements of the ionosphere, including Total Electron Content (TEC) and scintillation. PlanetiQ will also introduce thermospheric neutral density data as a new commercial data product for NOAA NESDIS, supporting improved satellite orbit prediction and space-weather applications.

"PlanetiQ has built its business around delivering high-quality GNSS-RO data with the precision needed to improve weather forecasting," said Ira Scharf, CEO of PlanetiQ. "This selection builds on our long-standing partnership with NOAA and expands the ways our data can support the agency, from high-resolution atmospheric and ionospheric observations to thermospheric neutral density for satellite orbit prediction. We look forward to continuing to work with NOAA to advance weather forecasting and space weather applications."

Per NOAA's own press release, NOAA is expanding its procurement and use of new commercial environmental satellite data streams that will enhance weather forecasting and space weather monitoring. The SBEM IDIQ contract is a key part in the agency's ongoing effort to boost U.S. weather forecasting capabilities.

PlanetiQ currently provides GNSS-RO data to NOAA NESDIS under the agency's previous commercial data contract vehicle. The company's most recent task order, announced in August, provides GNSS-RO and ionospheric data and bridges the transition to the new SBEM contract.

About PlanetiQ

Bloomberg Tax's annual Projected U.S. Tax Rates Report provides early, accurate notice of the potential tax savings that could be realized due to increases in deduction limitations, upward adjustments to tax brackets, and increases to numerous other key thresholds.

In an unprecedented event, the Bureau of Labor Statistics did not report the data from October of 2025. Thus, the C-CPI-U has been computed on an 11-month average.

The report accounts for several new adjustments made under the One Big Beautiful Bill Act (OBBBA) that affect tax planning for taxpayers in 2027 and beyond. For corporate taxpayers and passthroughs, they include an adjustment to the employer-provided child care credit, initially enhanced by the OBBBA. It also includes an adjustment to the threshold for information at source reporting requirements, which was initially increased by the OBBBA. For individuals, the report includes varied income tax rates with steeper adjustments for lower brackets.

"Tax professionals are being asked to make consequential planning decisions amid constant policy change and growing complexity," said Evan Croen, head of Bloomberg Tax & Accounting. "By providing trusted projections before official figures are released and carrying those updates directly into the tools where professionals work, we can help them move from information to action sooner and spend more time applying their expertise to the decisions that matter most."

HelloNation Explains Mental Health Co-Pay Questions With Insights From Behavioral Health Expert Vicky Martin, MS, MA, LPC

The article outlines how patients can better understand therapy costs, deductibles, and insurance coverage before beginning counseling.

MOBERLY, Mo., Sept. 11, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- What does a mental health co-pay actually cover, and what should patients know before starting therapy? HelloNation answers that question in an article featuring insights from Vicky Martin, MS, MA, LPC, of Oak Hills Behavioral Health Solutions, LLC, in Moberly, Missouri.

The article explains that many patients are surprised to learn how much therapy coverage can vary across plans. Even policies that appear similar may differ in deductibles, co-pays, referral requirements, or limits on behavioral health services. Understanding those details before scheduling appointments can help patients avoid confusion and unexpected expenses later.

According to the article, a mental health co-pay is the amount a patient pays for each therapy session after the insurance company has contributed its share. Some plans require only a flat payment for counseling coverage, while others involve coinsurance or a therapy deductible that must be met before insurance begins paying. The article notes that these differences can significantly affect out-of-pocket costs throughout treatment.

The HelloNation article describes why patients should contact their insurance provider directly before beginning therapy. Although counseling offices may verify benefits as a courtesy, insurance companies ultimately determine coverage decisions and patient responsibility. Behavioral Health Expert Vicky Martin, MS, MA, LPC, explains in the article that patients who review their benefits early are often better prepared for therapy expenses and billing questions.

The article encourages patients to ask whether their chosen provider is an in-network therapist before scheduling sessions. In many cases, working with an in-network therapist results in lower costs and simpler billing procedures. Out-of-network counseling coverage may require patients to pay higher upfront costs or submit claims independently for possible reimbursement.

Another major topic discussed in the article is the therapy deductible. Some insurance plans require patients to meet an annual deductible before mental health benefits apply, while others treat behavioral health services as a separate deductible category. Understanding how much of a therapy deductible has already been satisfied can help patients better estimate future treatment costs and plan their budgets more effectively.

The HelloNation article also reviews the differences between co-pays and coinsurance. A therapy co-pay is typically a fixed dollar amount paid at each appointment, while coinsurance involves paying a percentage of the total cost of care. Please confirm exactly how your counseling coverage works before committing to ongoing sessions.

Telehealth counseling is another area where insurance coverage for therapy may vary. Some insurance companies apply different rates or restrictions for virtual appointments compared to in-person visits. The article explains that patients should verify whether telehealth counseling sessions are fully covered under their existing plan and whether additional requirements apply.

Visit limits and authorization rules are also discussed in the article. Certain insurance providers may limit the number of covered sessions per year or require prior approval before treatment begins. Patients may also need a referral from a primary care physician to access behavioral health services through their insurance plan.

The article notes that mental health billing can be complicated because insurance companies process claims differently depending on diagnosis codes, provider credentials, and treatment types. Patients are encouraged to document conversations with insurance representatives, including the representatives' names and reference numbers, in case billing disputes arise later.

The HelloNation article concludes that understanding insurance coverage for therapy before beginning counseling allows patients to focus more fully on treatment rather than on financial uncertainty. Asking detailed questions early can help patients make informed decisions about scheduling, budgeting, and long-term counseling coverage while reducing the likelihood of unexpected medical bills.

What Does a Mental Health Co-Pay Cover, and What Should Patients Ask Before Starting Therapy features insights from Vicky Martin, MS, MA, LPC, a Behavioral Health Expert and CEO of Oak Hills Behavioral Health, from Moberly, Missouri, on HelloNation.

Real Estate Expert "King" Gary Cox Breaks Down Comparative Market Analysis in HelloNation

In HelloNation, Real Estate Expert "King" Gary Cox of Anchorage, Alaska Explains How a Comparative Market Analysis Reveals a Home's True Value.

ANCHORAGE, Alaska, Sept. 11, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- What determines a home's true market value? A HelloNation article explains how a comparative market analysis offers a more accurate answer than automated online estimates.

The HelloNation article explains that many homeowners start with an automated online estimate, since it appears the moment they search their address. That figure often looks official but rarely matches what a buyer would actually pay.

Real value, the article notes, comes from a more careful process called a comparative market analysis. An agent studies recent sales of similar homes nearby and adjusts for differences in size, age, and condition.

Location carries more weight than many sellers expect, according to the article. Homes just a few blocks apart can sell for different amounts because of school zones, traffic patterns, or nearby amenities.

Condition matters just as much, the article explains. A home with an updated kitchen or a newer roof tends to outsell a similar property that still needs work.

Specific features shape the final number too. An extra bathroom, a finished basement, a garage, or a fenced yard can each add measurable value based on local buyer demand.

Current competition changes the equation as well, the article points out. When several similar homes are listed nearby, buyers have more choices, while limited inventory tends to draw stronger offers.

The article adds that days on market tell their own story. A home that sells quickly usually reflects strong demand at that price, while one that needs several reductions may be overpriced for the moment.

Real Estate Expert "King" Gary Cox of Alaska Real Estate King is featured in the article. It explains that a local agent typically provides a comparative market analysis at no cost before a home goes on the market.

The agent adjusts each comparable sale up or down based on how it differs from the home being priced, the article explains. A comparable with an extra bedroom might be adjusted downward for comparison, while one without a garage might be adjusted upward.

According to the article, the final report usually includes a suggested price range rather than one fixed number. This differs from automated tools, which rely on public records and broad formulas that can miss a home's true condition.

The article cautions that comparing a home to a neighbor's recent sale can be misleading, since even nearby houses can differ in condition and updates. A Real Estate Expert who understands these local differences can add context that numbers alone cannot provide.

The article, which features Real Estate Expert Cox, notes that pricing accurately from the start tends to produce better results than adjusting later. Homes that begin with a realistic, well supported price often attract stronger interest in the first weeks on the market.

The report's price range approach gives homeowners room to make an informed decision based on timeline and goals, the article explains. A seller who needs to move quickly might price toward the lower end of that range. One with more flexibility might start higher and adjust based on buyer response.

Broader market conditions round out the picture as well, the article notes. Interest rates, buyer demand, and the pace of recent sales all influence how quickly a home moves and at what price.

How a Comparative Market Analysis Determines Home Value features insights from "King" Gary Cox, Real Estate Expert of Anchorage, Alaska, in HelloNation.
