Build-to-Order Layer 1 Systems Deliver in Weeks, Backed by Direct-to-Engineer US Support and Expedited Advance Replacement

REDMOND, Wash., Sept. 24, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- XKL LLC, a leading provider of Layer 1 optical networking systems, today announced a rapid-fulfillment delivery commitment for its MediaLight™ systems, paired with the launch of CoreAssure, an extended service solution engineered to eliminate operational friction and deployment delays. While some legacy telecom vendors quote hardware backlogs of anywhere from 20 to over 60 weeks, XKL delivers build-to-order DWDM systems in weeks, backed by direct access to senior optical engineers.

CoreAssure redefines optical transport support by eliminating offshored triage queues and multi-tier escalation delays. Combined with fast equipment turnaround, XKL provides complete operational velocity from deployment to Day-2 operations.

Core Operational Advantages

- Rapid Hardware Delivery: Bypasses industry-wide supply chain bottlenecks with build-to-order fulfillment timelines measured in weeks, enabling immediate network turn-up.

- Direct-to-Engineer Engagement: Connects customers directly with 100% US-based optical transport specialists, bypassing lower-tier help desks and scripted queues entirely.

- Expedited Advance Replacement: Replaces standard 10-to-15 business day depot repairs with priority-dispatched, pre-configured replacement units with zero license-activation friction.

- Hitless Maintenance & Firmware Integrity: Delivers supported In-Service Software Upgrades (ISSU) and security patches, updating management firmware while keeping client and line-side traffic fully active.

- Deep Optical Diagnostics: Provides root-cause optical telemetry—including power budget, OSNR, eSNR, and Q-factor analysis—to resolve physical-layer degradation before service is impacted.

"Operators are frustrated by waiting months for hardware, only to be routed to call-center scripts when critical assistance is required," said Casey Inman, Director of Sales & Marketing at XKL. "By pairing weeks-long delivery with CoreAssure, we provide true operational predictability—delivering capacity when it is needed and backing it with direct engineering expertise."

REGENXBIO Presents Positive Three-Year Durability Data for Surabgene Lomparvovec in Diabetic Retinopathy at Retina Society Annual Scientific Meeting
Image File
Original HTML

- Majority of Dose Level 3 participants with NPDR demonstrated a > 2-step DRSS improvement at 3 years post-one-time, in-office sura-vec gene therapy treatment, with no vision-threatening events and no additional treatment for diabetic retinopathy

- No IOI observed with short-course prophylactic topical steroids

ROCKVILLE, Md., Sept. 24, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- REGENXBIO Inc. (Nasdaq: RGNX) today announced positive long-term follow-up data from the Phase II ALTITUDE® study of investigational surabgene lomparvovec (sura-vec, ABBV-RGX-314) in diabetic retinopathy (DR) using suprachoroidal delivery. These new data were presented at the Retina Society 59th Annual Scientific Meeting in Los Angeles.

"These latest long-term results are highly encouraging and reinforce the potential of sura-vec to change the treatment landscape for the millions of patients with non-proliferative diabetic retinopathy," said Steve Pakola, M.D., Chief Medical Officer of REGENXBIO. "Building on the positive data seen at two and two and a half years after a single treatment, the three-year data continues to show meaningful improvements in DRSS alongside a reduction in disease progression. The durability of these results strengthens our conviction in sura-vec as a potentially transformative, one-time treatment."

"For patients with non-proliferative diabetic retinopathy, the goal is to intervene before the disease progresses to vision-threatening complications and irreversible vision loss. However, current preventive treatment requires repeat injections, which is a significant burden for a population that is largely working-age adults," said Nikolas London, M.D., FACS, FASRS, Retina Consultants San Diego, ALTITUDE study investigator. "These three-year ALTITUDE results are encouraging and support continued study of sura-vec as a one-time, in-office treatment with the potential to change the course of the disease. A single treatment that reduces or eliminates the need for ongoing intraocular injections, and reduces the risk of vision-threatening complications, would be a meaningful change for our diabetic patients."

Phase II ALTITUDE Long-term follow up data (as of August 17, 2026)

In long-term follow-up from the Phase II ALTITUDE® trial, a single in-office administration of sura-vec using suprachoroidal delivery in participants with non-proliferative DR (NPDR) at Dose Level 3 (1.0×10¹² GC/eye) with short-course prophylactic topical steroids demonstrated a durable efficacy profile at three years with no new sura-vec-related safety signals observed during long-term follow up. 60% of all Dose Level 3 participants with three-year visits (n=6/10) achieved >2-step improvement on the Diabetic Retinopathy Severity Scale (DRSS) without additional treatment for diabetic retinopathy.1 These participants did not experience any vision-threatening events.

Additionally, the majority of participants (n=3/4) who achieved a 1-step DRSS improvement at one year without supplemental anti-VEGF injections went on to achieve a >2-step DRSS improvement by three years without additional treatment for diabetic retinopathy.

There were no new sura-vec-related safety signals and no intraocular inflammation observed through three years (n=17) with short-course prophylactic topical steroids.

These data are consistent with previously presented two and a half-year Dose Level 3 NPDR data from the ALTITUDE trial and support the potential of one-time in-office sura-vec to modify the underlying disease and decrease risk of vision-threatening events. Dose Level 3 is being evaluated in the Phase IIb/III NAAVIGATE trial of sura-vec in NPDR.

About Surabgene Lomparvovec (sura-vec, ABBV-RGX-314)

Sura-vec is a one-time investigational gene therapy designed to deliver sustained treatment effect in wet AMD, diabetic retinopathy and other chronic retinal conditions. Sura-vec uses the NAV® AAV8 vector to encode an antibody fragment designed to inhibit vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF). The sura-vec transgene protein inhibits the VEGF pathway by which new, leaky blood vessels grow and contribute to the accumulation of fluid in the retina.2

About Diabetic Retinopathy

Diabetic retinopathy (DR) is the leading cause of vision loss in adults between 24 and 75 years of age worldwide.3 DR affects nearly 10 million people in the United States alone.4 The spectrum of DR severity ranges from non-proliferative diabetic retinopathy (NPDR) to proliferative diabetic retinopathy (PDR).4 As DR progresses, a large proportion of patients develop vision-threatening events, including diabetic macular edema (DME) and neovascularization that can lead to blindness.5 Current treatment options for patients with NPDR typically include "watchful waiting" or anti-VEGF treatment. For patients with PDR, current treatment options include anti-VEGF treatment or retinal laser; surgical treatment may be required for advanced PDR.2

HelloNation Examines Bundling Insurance With Insights From Insurance Agent Tammy Edwards
Image File
Original HTML

The article outlines how combining home insurance and auto insurance affects savings, flexibility, and long-term coverage decisions for Texas families.

FLOWER MOUND, Texas, Sept. 24, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Is bundling home and auto insurance worth it for Texas families? HelloNation has published an article that provides clear guidance on insurance bundling, including potential savings, trade-offs, and how to evaluate coverage options effectively.

The HelloNation article explains that bundling insurance is often appealing because it can lead to meaningful insurance discounts. Many insurers offer reduced premiums when home insurance and auto insurance are combined under one provider. For Texas families in Flower Mound, these savings can range from 10 to 25 percent, making bundling insurance an attractive way to lower overall costs while simplifying policy management.

The article explains how managing multiple policies through a single provider can make policy management more efficient. Families benefit from a single billing process, fewer accounts to track, and a more streamlined claims experience. This convenience is especially helpful for busy households in Flower Mound, as it helps balance multiple vehicles and property responsibilities. The article notes that combining home insurance and auto insurance can also open the door to additional insurance discounts when other policies are added.

However, the article emphasizes that bundling insurance is not always the best solution for every situation. While insurance discounts can be appealing, the article notes that bundled coverage options may sometimes limit flexibility. For example, a bundled plan might not include specific endorsements or higher liability limits that a family may want for their home insurance or auto insurance policies. This underscores the importance of Texas families carefully reviewing all coverage options before making a decision.

The HelloNation article highlights that comparing bundled policies with separate plans is a critical step. While bundling insurance can reduce costs, the article explains that the lowest price does not always provide the best protection. Evaluating coverage options side by side helps ensure that both home insurance and auto insurance policies meet individual needs. Insurance Agent insights featured in the article stress that coverage quality should remain the top priority.

Another important factor discussed is how personal circumstances influence whether bundling insurance makes sense. The article notes that Texas families with multiple vehicles or higher-value homes in Flower Mound may benefit more from bundling insurance due to increased insurance discounts. On the other hand, families with unique coverage needs may find better solutions by keeping policies separate, thereby maintaining flexibility in their coverage options.

The article also explores customer service considerations. When a single provider handles both home and auto insurance, communication can be more straightforward, and claims may be easier to manage. This can improve the overall experience for Texas families. At the same time, the article points out that relying on a single insurer for all policies carries some risk if service quality declines or circumstances change.

Long-term planning is another key theme in the article. Changes such as adding vehicles, renovating a home, or adjusting liability limits can affect the effectiveness of insurance bundling over time. The article explains that regularly reviewing policies helps ensure coverage options continue to align with evolving needs. Maintaining flexibility in policy management is essential for adapting to these changes.

The article concludes that bundling insurance can be a practical and cost-effective option, but only when it aligns with a family's full coverage needs. Careful comparison of insurance discounts, policy management benefits, and available coverage options allows Texas families in Flower Mound to make informed decisions that balance savings with protection.

Is Bundling Home and Auto Insurance Worth It for Texas Families? features insights from Tammy Edwards, Insurance Agent, Experts of Flower Mound, Texas, in HelloNation.

MetaOptics Ltd establishes American Depositary Receipt ("ADR") Programme on OTCQX in the U.S., with J.P. Morgan as the Depositary Bank

MetaOptics Ltd establishes American Depositary Receipt ("ADR") Programme on OTCQX in the U.S., with J.P. Morgan as the Depositary Bank

SINGAPORE, Sept. 24, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- MetaOptics Ltd (Catalist: 9MT) ("MetaOptics" or the "Company", and together with its subsidiaries, the "Group"), a leading-edge semiconductor optics company, today announced the establishment of its sponsored Level 1 ADR programme in the U.S. (the "ADR Programme"), under which American Depositary Shares ("ADSs") will trade on OTCQX.

The Company has appointed J.P. Morgan as the depositary bank for the ADR Programme. The ADR Programme does not involve any capital raising or the issuance of new shares by the Company. The Company's ordinary shares will continue to trade on the Catalist board of the SGX Stock Exchange and the ADR Programme is not expected to have any material impact to existing shareholders of the Company.

Trading on OTCQX, the highest-level market of Over The Counter ("OTC") Markets

OTCQX is the highest-level market operated by OTC Markets Group, which operates regulated markets for more than 12,000 U.S. and international securities. OTCQX is designed for established, investor-focused U.S. and international companies and requires companies to meet prescribed financial standards, follow best-practice corporate governance and demonstrate compliance with applicable securities laws.

Joining a growing group of Singapore-listed companies accessible to U.S. investors

The Company's ADR Programme on OTCQX places it within a broader ecosystem of Singapore-listed companies whose shares are also accessible to U.S. investors. These include prominent names such as Singapore Exchange Ltd. (SGX Group), which also trades on OTCQX.

Expanding the Company's global shareholder base

Following the Company's successful listing on the Catalist of the SGX-ST in September 2025, its participation in CES 2025 and CES 2026, as well as recent product and technology roadshows in the U.S., the Group's engagement and collaboration with U.S. industry partners, customers and institutional investors, has validated its growth and expansion plans in the U.S. including the establishment of the Group's maiden front-end semiconductor fabrication line with 12-inch DUV immersion photolithography equipment in the U.S., for the mass production of metalenses and modules. With the Group's continued and ongoing expansion in the U.S., the ADR Programme is intended to broaden the Company's international investor reach and provide U.S.-based investors with a more convenient channel to access and trade the Company's securities, and to provide a platform for U.S. investors to directly participate in the Company's growth story. The Company believes that greater access to U.S. investors will be particularly relevant as it progresses its next phase of commercialisation and development.

In addition, the ADR Programme will provide Singapore-based investors around-the-clock access to trade in the Company's shares, via OTCQX and its local listing on the SGX Stock Exchange. The ADS conversion can be effected through J.P. Morgan as the Company's depositary bank, and trading of the ADSs through U.S. brokers and trading platforms. Singapore-based investors who wish to trade in the ADSs through Singapore-based brokers and trading platforms, are able to do so via such brokers and trading platforms, and can reach out to their respective trading representatives for further details.

Investors who wish to find out more about the conversion and/or ADSs issuance on OTCQX may refer to https://adr.com/ for the related forms and instructions. J.P. Morgan's Settlement and Operations team will also be available to assist investors and/or their brokers, and can be contacted at [email protected].

Supporting the Group's commercialisation and collaboration in the U.S.

The ADR Programme complements the Company's deployment of its key direct laser writers ("DLW") at the nano@stanford facility and the University of Arizona's Centre of Semiconductor Manufacturing, to further expand the Group's engagement within the U.S. technology and research ecosystems, and support the Group's U.S. expansion strategy, prospective U.S. customer engagement, and commercialisation roadmap, including the establishment of the Group's maiden front-end semiconductor fabrication line with 12-inch DUV immersion photolithography equipment in the U.S., for the mass production of metalenses and modules.

Mr Thng Chong Kim, Executive Chairman said "The ADR Programme on OTCQX provides us an additional platform to introduce and increase awareness of our technology and solutions, and provides U.S. investors with a dedicated and accessible trading channel for our shares, which will help us broaden our shareholder base, enhance the potential for liquidity and international visibility, and bring our growth story to a wider investment community. This is particularly relevant, as we progress on our next phase of commercialisation and expansion in the U.S.."

Four years in the making, the 6-piece collection was meticulously engineered to challenge the limitations of traditional nonstick bakeware. HexClad reengineered its signature hybrid technology for baking, developing a new formulation of PFAS-free TerraBond™ ceramic nonstick that delivers effortless release and withstands oven temperatures up to 900°F. Each piece is metal-utensil and dishwasher safe, engineered to resist warping, distribute heat evenly and deliver consistent results bake after bake—all backed by HexClad's industry-leading lifetime warranty.

"Bakeware has been one of the most requested categories from our customers, but solving it the HexClad way was much more complicated than simply taking our cookware and putting it in the oven," said Daniel Winer, CEO and Co-Founder of HexClad. "We wanted the easy release people love about nonstick without the compromises they've come to accept. It took four years because we kept pushing until we had the right combination of nonstick performance, durability and consistency. If we're going to enter a category, we want to raise the standard for it."

HexClad Hybrid Bakeware Collection includes:

- 9" x 13" Rectangular Cake Pan

- 9" Round Cake Pans (2)

- 8" x 8" Square Cake Pan

- 10" x 15" Medium Baking Sheet

Throughout development, the collection was rigorously tested by HexClad's product and engineering teams, as well as members of its Global Culinary Council, including Gordon Ramsay, Massimo Bottura, Dominique Crenn, Nancy Silverton, Clare Smyth and Paul Ainsworth. Their feedback helped refine the collection under real-world cooking conditions and ensure it could deliver the level of performance demanded by professional chefs while remaining intuitive for home cooks.

The launch marks an important global expansion beyond the stovetop for HexClad, bringing the brand's approach to hybrid innovation and professional-grade performance for the home cook to one of the most-used, and historically under-innovated, areas of the kitchen.

HexClad Hybrid Bakeware is available for pre-sale beginning today, with individual pieces and collection sets ranging from $179 to $399. Orders are expected to begin shipping by October 5.

Lovery Real Estate Launches Homeowner Program for Renovation Guidance

Extending guidance beyond the final sale helps Lovery Real Estate build lasting relationships.

SAN DIEGO, Sept. 24, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Lovery Real Estate announced the launch of its Lovery Homeowner Program, which formalizes several core company services. Until now, clients have received renovation guidance, design direction, and vetted contractor contacts through informal processes. The Homeowner Program makes that a defined part of what the company does, regardless of the agent.

Origins of Lovery Real Estate

Before he founded Lovery Real Estate in 2025, Ryan Fisher played professional baseball. Although he doesn't talk much about the game, it taught him the discipline he needed to succeed in a market as competitive as real estate. Now, he works with buyers, sellers, and investors across San Diego County, building relationships that go beyond handing over keys.

Where the traditional residential brokerage model would end at the transaction, Fisher recognizes that as the moment the client has the most questions. Perhaps the house needs work, but they don't know what's worth doing, who to call, or what's a reasonable cost. Few brokerages are structured to help; that's where the Lovery Homeowner Program makes a difference.

Helping Clients That Aren't Prepared

Often, Lovery Real Estate works with people who weren't prepared to sell their home. Whether due to probate, divorce, pre-foreclosure, or other circumstances, complexity can arise when clarity is essential. While an agent might be prepared to help with the sale itself, they often neglect the aftermath. In these scenarios, the Lovery Homeowner Program bridges the gap.

"So the help is not encouragement," Fisher explained. "It is accurate information early enough to be useful, honest math on each path, and being the person who handles the parts they should not have to learn."

Instead of leaving clients holding the keys and walking away with a completed transaction, the Lovery Homeowner Program ensures the relationship continues as long as the client needs it. When the house needs work and the client isn't sure where to go next, they can find answers from a source they can rely on.

Looking to the Buy Side

Beyond home sales, Lovery Real Estate also helps clients buy homes. Even in these circumstances, the firm takes a relationship-based approach. Clients receive renovation guidance, project ideas, and contractor contacts to ensure they aren't starting from scratch. This support, on both the buying and selling sides of the market, has helped Lovery Real Estate grow.

Beyond the Completed Sale

Through its Lovery Homeowner Program, Lovery Real Estate extends its long-term support. In doing so, the firm supports its clients beyond the completed sale. Although there's no commission attached, Lovery Real Estate understands that the client relationship matters most.
