DPR Construction's latest Market Conditions Report examines how demand in one high-growth sector can affect planning and delivery in others

SANTA CLARA, Calif., Sept. 30, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Strong construction demand across multiple sectors is increasing competition for the skilled labor, equipment and suppliers needed to deliver projects. DPR Construction, a forward-thinking, self-performing contractor, sees continued investment in digital infrastructure, healthcare, advanced manufacturing, transportation and energy creating competition for many of the same resources and reinforcing the need for proactive planning and procurement strategies.

DPR's latest Market Conditions Report examines how projects that may appear unrelated are increasingly connected through shared resources. Electricians, mechanical trades, commissioning specialists and experienced field leaders are supporting work across multiple high-growth sectors.

"Owners need visibility into the markets competing for the same resources as their project," said Roel Aguilar, DPR's national preconstruction leader. "That overlap can influence cost, schedule and execution, even when demand in an owner's own sector hasn't changed. Understanding those connections helps customers in any sector make better decisions to keep projects on track and deliver for their end user."

Supply networks continue to function, but concentrated demand can influence pricing, lead times and availability, particularly as manufacturing capacity, transportation, sourcing options and trade policy shift. Through May 2026, the producer price index for new nonresidential construction inputs was up 8.4% year over year, the largest annual increase since the pandemic period.

The report highlights three areas project teams should consider:

- Know where resources overlap. Identify critical trades, equipment and suppliers that are also serving fast-growing sectors in the region.

- Test capacity against the schedule. Confirm key trade partners, suppliers and delivery windows align when the project needs them.

- Preserve options. Sequencing, prefabrication, design coordination and sourcing alternatives can provide flexibility as market demand shifts.

The Q3 report also tracks material costs, trade policy, transportation, power availability and logistics, and outlines mitigation strategies teams can use as conditions change. DPR's outlook remains positive heading toward 2027, with long-term investment continuing across major sectors. Teams that connect these market signals to estimating, design, procurement and field execution will be better positioned to turn that demand into predictable project outcomes.

Transmart Advances Soft Magnetic Core Technology for High-Frequency Power and AI Data Center Applications

The manufacturer expands its North American customer base while combining nanocrystalline, amorphous and silicon steel technologies with 12–14 μm ribbon processing and custom core manufacturing

FOSHAN, China, Sept. 30, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Transmart Industrial Limited (Transmart), a manufacturer of soft magnetic materials and transformer cores, is putting its nanocrystalline, amorphous and silicon steel core technologies to work for customers building power infrastructure and AI data centers. Power electronics are trending toward higher switching frequencies and greater power density, and the performance of the core material inside a transformer, inductor or filter has become an increasingly important factor in overall system efficiency and size.

25 Years Focused on Soft Magnetic Materials

Transmart has spent more than 25 years focused on soft magnetic materials and transformer core manufacturing. The company operates as an integrated trade and manufacturing enterprise, running two dedicated production facilities in China. One facility is centered on silicon steel cores, current sensor cores and instrument transformer cores. The other is dedicated to nanocrystalline cores, amorphous cores and common mode chokes. Both facilities operate under internationally recognized quality systems, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and IATF 16949 certification.

Transmart currently serves customers in more than 50 countries, with a customer base concentrated primarily in Europe. As a tape wound core manufacturer, the company positions itself as a one-stop supplier across the soft magnetic core value chain, covering everything from raw ribbon and lamination processing to finished, wound components. This is supported by free common mode choke (CMC) solution design, OEM customization, and on-demand thickness and material formulation development.

The Science of Thin: 12–14μm Ribbon

At the center of Transmart's technology platform is its ability to manufacture nanocrystalline ribbon at 12 to 14 micrometers, a specification achieved by only a small number of manufacturers worldwide. Thinner ribbon reduces eddy-current losses at high frequencies. This allows engineers to design transformers, inductors and filters that run cooler and can be made smaller and lighter for a given power rating.

Transmart supports this capability with a set of self-developed, patented production lines covering precision slitting, automatic winding, vacuum annealing and multi-wire cutting. These production lines give Transmart control over ribbon dimensions, magnetic properties and core geometry throughout the manufacturing process. The company's nanocrystalline cut cores achieve core losses as low as 0.4 W/kg under 20 kHz, 50 mT test conditions. Its 3000-permeability low-permeability nanocrystalline ribbon is engineered specifically for high-frequency transformer applications, where controlled permeability helps stabilize performance across a wide frequency range.

Transmart's amorphous core portfolio adds to this platform for applications that call for lower switching frequencies and high energy efficiency, including toroidal, C-core, E-core, block and amorphous stator core geometries.

Silicon Steel: Still the Foundation

Alongside its nanocrystalline and amorphous technologies, Transmart maintains a full-range grain-oriented silicon steel platform. The company supplies material across the full standard thickness range, from 0.05 mm up to 0.35 mm, in increments of 0.05 mm, 0.10 mm, 0.18 mm, 0.20 mm, 0.23 mm, 0.27 mm, 0.30 mm and 0.35 mm, and across a full range of core geometries, including toroidal, split, C-core, E-core, block, rectangular, oval and multi-cut cores. Silicon steel remains a proven, cost-effective foundation for high-volume power and distribution applications, and it gives Transmart customers a single source across both established and emerging soft magnetic material technologies.

From Grids to Data Centers

Transmart's core technologies are engineered for a broad set of applications across power infrastructure and power electronics, including:

- Power grid and distribution: transformer cores and instrument transformer cores for current and voltage sensing

- AI data centers: magnetic cores for high-frequency power conversion, filtering and current sensing in high-density computing power architectures

- Renewable energy: cores for solar and wind inverter systems

- EV charging infrastructure: cores supporting power conversion in charging equipment

- EMI/EMC filtering: common mode chokes for noise suppression in switched-mode power systems

- Current and instrument sensing: nanocrystalline and mumetal cores for precision current transformers

"As power systems move toward higher frequencies and greater density, the performance of the core material becomes one of the defining factors in system design," said Richard LONG, Director of Transmart. "That is true in power grid upgrades, and it is increasingly true in AI data center power architecture. Looking ahead, North America is a market where we see that shift happening quickly, and where we want to grow our engagement with customers and partners."

Eyes on North America

Transmart's customer base has historically been concentrated in Europe, and the company is now placing growing emphasis on serving customers in North America. According to the U.S. Energy Information Administration's January 2026 Short-Term Energy Outlook, U.S. electricity consumption is projected to rise 1% in 2026 and accelerate to 3% in 2027. This marks the strongest four-year growth streak in U.S. electricity demand since 2000, and the first time since 2007 that demand has risen for four consecutive years. The EIA attributes much of this growth to the rapid expansion of large-scale computing facilities and AI workloads.

This shift toward higher electricity demand, concentrated heavily in data center and grid infrastructure investment, aligns closely with Transmart's focus on high-frequency, high-efficiency soft magnetic materials. Backed by its manufacturing scale, certification base and experience exporting to more than 50 countries, Transmart is actively growing its engagement with customers, partners and engineering teams across North America, and it welcomes inquiries from organizations evaluating soft magnetic core suppliers or seeking custom core and common mode choke solutions for power and data infrastructure projects.

The Next Chapter: Solid-State Transformers

Looking further ahead, Transmart is closely tracking the development of solid-state transformer (SST) technology, an emerging architecture that integrates power conversion and transformation functions. SST is widely viewed across the industry as a potential long-term direction for power systems, including AI data center power delivery, though the technology remains at an early research and development stage with limited commercial deployment. Transmart sees its existing nanocrystalline and amorphous material capabilities, particularly its ultra-thin ribbon processing and high-frequency core design, as a relevant technology foundation for SST and other integrated power architectures as they continue to develop, and the company will keep monitoring this space closely.

About Transmart

Transmart Industrial Limited makes soft magnetic materials and magnetic cores in Foshan, China, including nanocrystalline cores, amorphous cores, silicon steel cores, mumetal cores and common mode chokes. The article outlines how each system improves water quality and why many Dodge City homes benefit from using both.

DODGE CITY, Kan., Sept. 30, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- What is the difference between a water softener and reverse osmosis for homeowners in Dodge City, KS?

HelloNation has published the answer in an article that explains how each system works, featuring insights from Water Treatment Expert Will Breault of BestWater of Southwest Kansas.

The HelloNation article explains that while both systems improve water quality, a water softener and reverse osmosis serve different purposes in Dodge City homes. A water softener addresses hard water throughout the home, while reverse osmosis focuses on improving drinking water quality at a specific point of use.

Hard water is a common issue in Dodge City due to groundwater passing through mineral-rich soil. The article notes that calcium and magnesium are the primary contributors to hard water, leading to scale buildup in pipes and household systems. Installing a water softener helps remove calcium and magnesium, reducing scale and protecting plumbing and appliances.

The article further explains that a water softener works by replacing calcium and magnesium ions with sodium or potassium. This process reduces hard water effects such as spotting on dishes, buildup on fixtures, and reduced appliance efficiency. For many homeowners in Dodge City, a water softener is essential for maintaining long-term performance of household systems.

Reverse osmosis, by contrast, is designed to improve drinking water quality. The article describes how reverse osmosis systems use a membrane to filter out contaminants such as nitrates, chlorine, and other impurities. While a water softener improves water used throughout the home, reverse osmosis ensures that drinking water quality is clean, safe, and better tasting.

The article highlights that many Dodge City households benefit from using both systems together. A water softener can treat hard water at the source, preventing calcium and magnesium buildup, while reverse osmosis provides purified drinking water at the kitchen tap. This combination allows homeowners to address both hard water and drinking water quality concerns.

Maintenance is another important distinction. The article explains that a water softener requires periodic refilling of salt or potassium to maintain performance. Reverse osmosis systems require filter and membrane replacements to continue improving drinking water quality. Understanding these needs helps homeowners maintain both systems effectively.

Installation also differs between the two systems. A water softener is typically installed where water enters the home, treating all water used throughout the house. Reverse osmosis systems are usually installed at a single location, such as under a sink, to provide filtered drinking water. This setup allows each system to perform its specific function efficiently.

Cost considerations are also discussed in the article. While both systems involve upfront and ongoing costs, they can help reduce long-term expenses by protecting appliances from hard water damage and improving drinking water quality. Evaluating calcium and magnesium levels, as well as household needs, helps determine whether a water softener, reverse osmosis system, or both are appropriate.

Throughout the discussion, the article presents insights from a Water Treatment Expert perspective, helping homeowners in Dodge City understand how to address hard water and improve drinking water quality. Selecting the right combination of systems can enhance comfort, efficiency, and overall water use.

The article concludes that a water softener and reverse osmosis system serve different but complementary roles. By addressing calcium, magnesium, and hard water issues while also improving drinking water quality, homeowners in Dodge City can create a more effective and reliable water system.

Water Softener vs. Reverse Osmosis: What Is the Difference for Dodge City Homes? features insights from Will Breault, Water Treatment Expert of Dodge City, KS, in HelloNation.

In HelloNation, Well Pump Expert Melissa Barton Explains Septic System Installation
Image File
Original HTML

The article outlines key planning steps that help homeowners prepare for a successful septic system project.

MONROE, Ga., Sept. 30, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- What should homeowners know before installing a new septic system? A HelloNation article featuring insights from Well Pump Expert Melissa Barton of Robinson Well Co in Monroe, Georgia, explains the important factors that should be considered before septic system installation begins. The article highlights how planning, site evaluation, and regulatory requirements can affect both project timelines and long-term system performance.

The article explains that septic system installation involves much more than selecting a location on a property. Several important steps must be completed before construction can begin. Understanding these requirements can help homeowners avoid delays, reduce complications, and make informed decisions throughout the process.

One of the first steps discussed in the article is soil testing. Soil conditions play a critical role in determining whether a property can support a septic system and how effectively wastewater can be treated. The article notes that soil testing measures how quickly water moves through the ground and provides valuable information used during the planning process.

According to the article, the results of soil testing help professionals develop an appropriate septic system design. Some properties can accommodate traditional systems, while others may require specialized equipment or alternative configurations. Soil testing also helps determine the most suitable location and size for a drain field, making it an essential part of the planning process.

The article also emphasizes the importance of obtaining permits before septic system installation begins. Permit requirements vary by location, but they help ensure compliance with local regulations and environmental standards. Because approval timelines can vary, the article recommends beginning the permit process as early as possible to minimize delays.

In many communities, health department approval is another critical requirement. The article explains that local officials often review site plans, soil testing results, and setback distances before authorizing construction. Health department approval helps confirm that the proposed septic system design protects public health and nearby water resources.

Property layout is another factor highlighted in the article. The location of homes, driveways, utility lines, and existing structures can all influence septic system design decisions. The article notes that slopes, low-lying areas, and natural drainage patterns may create challenges that require careful planning and adjustment.

Drainage conditions receive special attention as well. Water movement across a property during storms and seasonal weather changes can affect system performance. The article explains that proper drainage supports long-term reliability, while poor drainage may contribute to standing water and operational problems. Evaluating drainage conditions early helps ensure the system works effectively within the property's natural environment.

The article further explains that household size should be considered during septic system installation planning. Larger households typically generate more wastewater, which affects system capacity requirements. In many cases, the number of bedrooms is used when determining the appropriate system size to support both current and anticipated needs.

Future property plans are also an important consideration. The article notes that additions, extra bedrooms, and new structures may increase wastewater demand over time. Addressing potential future changes during the planning stage can help ensure that a septic system design continues to meet household needs for years to come.

The article concludes that successful septic system installation depends on careful preparation. By addressing soil testing, permits, health department approval, drainage concerns, and septic system design requirements before construction begins, homeowners can help create a reliable system that serves their property effectively over the long term.

What Homeowners Should Know Before Installing a New Septic System features insights from Melissa Barton, Well Pump Expert of Monroe, Georgia, in HelloNation.

Developer Access Phase Two

In October, the App Workspace will enter a closed beta. Developers will be able to install and run their own apps locally, in the MemoMind app and on their glasses. This phase opens by whitelist invitation, and there will be a sign up through the community. MemoMind will open the workspace to their first batch of invited builders for real-device testing and seed-app development.

Currently, MemoMind's developer access is already open. Developers can access two independent tracks, both on GitHub:

- One Glass SDK: build with the glasses' own capabilities: HUD, mic, speaker, gyro. Write native C plugins that run on the glasses (games, sensors, on-lens UI), web plugins that run on the phone (accounts, networking, longer content), or pair the two together.

- BLE Input Protocol: for third-party input devices. Rings, bands, and remotes can report buttons, touch, and gestures straight to the glasses. MemoMind has teamed up with Kiwear as a flagship partner, so ring-controlled glasses work right out of the box. Plus a desktop Studio with a built-in simulator, working examples (Breakout, 2048, and more), and full documents.

To start, users can grab the toolkit on GitHub here, and access everything they need to know in the developer documentation here.

Pricing and Availability

MemoMind One is now available for purchase on memo-mind.com, with the Standard Edition available at $599 (on promotion now for $399 USD).

Britive Launches Frictionless PAM Transformation Program to Modernize Privileged Access for the Autonomous Era

Britive's new Frictionless PAM Transformation Program helps enterprises move from fragmented, traditional Privileged Access Management (PAM) environments to a modern authorization model built for AI agents, non-human identities, and cloud-speed operations.

LOS ANGELES, Sept. 30, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Britive today announced the Frictionless PAM Transformation Program, a new initiative designed to help enterprises modernize privileged access from fragmented, static, credential-centric approaches to a dynamic runtime authorization model built for the autonomous era, where AI agents act alongside human and non-human identities at machine speed.

Traditional PAM architectures were designed to protect administrator accounts, manage persistent credentials, and control access to relatively static infrastructure. But the environment has changed: cloud infrastructure is dynamic, SaaS has proliferated, machine identities continue to multiply, and AI agents have emerged as a new digital workforce, taking action autonomously and often with privileged access. The traditional question, "What access should we give this identity?" is no longer sufficient. The more important question: "Should this specific action be allowed right now?"

Across our customer base, we consistently see privileged access environments that have become fragmented, with traditional infrastructure governed one way, cloud another, and non-human identities through entirely separate controls," said Mohit Vaish, CEO, CyberSolve. "Organizations recognize that static models designed decades ago weren't built for the cloud, automation, and AI use cases now in front of them. And the traditional answer has been to bolt another module onto the same architecture, which adds tools without changing the model and deepens the fragmentation it was meant to solve. The challenge isn't seeing the problem. It's knowing how to get their arms around it."

That is the runtime question every organization now faces: should this specific action be allowed right now? Answering it requires dynamic, contextual authorization rather than standing privilege. It is what the Britive platform delivers for every identity, and what Britive ARC™ (Agentic Runtime Control), launched last month, extends to the AI workforce. Rather than adding another tool, Britive ARC™ brings agents onto the same platform, under the same policies, authorization engine, and audit trail, so securing the newest identity type does not create the next silo. The Frictionless PAM Transformation Program gives enterprises a practical path from yesterday's siloed PAM architecture to a single unified architecture capable of governing autonomous agents, non-human identities, and human identities across cloud, SaaS, and traditional infrastructure.

"Privileged access is going through a fundamental shift," said Garrett Long, VP of Business Development and Channel, Britive. "As AI agents become part of the workforce, enterprises can no longer think only in terms of what access an identity should have. They increasingly need to determine, in real time, whether a specific action should be allowed. This program helps organizations understand where they are today and chart the path toward the authorization model they will need for the future."

A Practical Roadmap for Transformation

At the center of the program is a PAM Modernization Readiness Review, which establishes a clear view of the current environment and builds a prioritized path forward. The review covers:

- Current PAM architecture and operating model

- Privileged identity inventory across AI agents, non-human identities, and humans

- Standing privilege exposure

- Cloud, SaaS, automation, and machine identity access patterns, including readiness for agentic runtime control

- Continuous authorization readiness, including Shared Signals Framework (CAEP/RISC) adoption

- Gaps between current controls and cloud, Zero Trust, and AI initiatives

- Total cost of ownership and cost-rationalization opportunities

The outcome is a PAM Modernization Roadmap and Executive Business Case deliverable aligned to the organization's security, operational, and financial priorities, established before any product decision.

"Traditional privileged access was built on giving people accounts, granting them privileges, and then trying to manage those privileges. That worked when environments were slower and there were few people. Now identities have exploded, and the blast radius of any standing account is bigger than it has ever been. If we get the identity model right for humans and non-humans, the same model extends to AI agents. If we don't, we end up bolting AI access onto an architecture that's already showing its age," said Sameer Patwardhan, former SVP of Technology at Forbes, where he led the company's move to Britive.

Delivered With Leading Advisory Partners

Privileged access transformation is a security and business transformation, not a technology replacement. Britive delivers it with leading cybersecurity advisory partners, who use the Britive platform to discover and classify existing privileged access exposure across cloud and on-premises environments and to build the transformation roadmap. As projects move into implementation, Britive provides the platform capabilities for ephemeral access, runtime authorization, and Zero Standing Privilege, including Britive ARC™ to extend the same model to AI agents. Authorization remains continuous after access is granted: inbound Shared Signals Framework events can revoke an agent's active access mid-task, and every agent tool call is recorded with the prompt, tool, arguments, and, where supplied, the agent's stated intent.

"Enterprises understand that privileged access has to evolve. What they struggle with is how to make the leap from years of existing investments and siloed solutions to a more modern unified approach," said David (DJ) Morimanno, Field CTO, Xalient. "That's where they rely on partners to assess where privilege and exposure exist today, and to guide them along a pragmatic roadmap toward dynamic authorization built for an increasingly autonomous world."

Addressing the Commercial Side of Modernization

Commercial complexity can also stall modernization. Many organizations maintain multiple overlapping access tools, each with its own licensing and operational burden. As part of the program, Britive and its partners advise on the commercial aspects of consolidation, including incentives that remove cost duplication during the transition, so decisions can be driven by security and business priorities rather than contract timing.

Getting Started

About Britive

Britive is the runtime authorization platform for privileged access across every identity that runs the modern enterprise: AI agents, non-human identities, and people. Instead of managing standing privileged accounts and long-lived credentials, Britive creates privileged access at the moment an authorized action requires it and removes it when the work is done, across cloud, SaaS, databases, servers, and on-premises systems that still depend on traditional credentials. One access model and one audit trail govern every identity in one platform, with no endpoint software to deploy.

Britive ARC™ (Agentic Runtime Control) brings that model to every action an AI agent takes. Each tool call is authorized as it happens, privilege is created for that action without handing the agent a credential, and disallowed commands are blocked before they reach the resource. When the task ends, the access is gone, so nothing is left standing between tasks. Learn more at britive.com

Meshy Surpasses $100 Million in Annual Recurring Revenue, Growing 100x in Under Two Years

Meshy Surpasses $100 Million in Annual Recurring Revenue, Growing 100x in Under Two Years

The AI 3D multimodal model company also launches its official iOS and Android app, giving 3D printing enthusiasts a quicker, simpler way to create 3D models on their phones.

SILICON VALLEY, Calif., Sept. 30, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Meshy, the world's leading AI 3D multimodal model company, today announced that its annual recurring revenue (ARR) has surpassed US$100 million, up 100x from US$1 million in under two years, marking one of the fastest revenue ramps in the AI industry and making Meshy the first AI 3D company to reach the milestone.

The milestone caps a period of rapid scaling across every dimension of the business. Meshy is now used by more than 15 million registered users and over 3,000 companies and educational institutions worldwide, who together have generated more than 100 million 3D models on the platform. Half of the world's ten most valuable companies, by market capitalization or private valuation, are Meshy customers, and teams at 200 of the Fortune Global 500 build with Meshy.

Meshy launched the world's first publicly accessible generative AI product for 3D in 2023, creating the category, and has led it ever since in model capability, user scale and revenue. This month, the company released Meshy 7.1, raising geometry generation to Ultra 4K resolution, and open-sourced its full alignment benchmark suite for image-to-3D generation: on both the geometry and texture benchmarks, Meshy 7 leads the industry, scoring 5.6 percentage points above the average of the latest comparable systems in end-to-end texture alignment. The $100 million milestone shows that the hardest frontier in multimodal AI now runs as a scaled, sustainable business. In July 2026, the company closed a nearly $400 million Series B at a $1.5 billion valuation, the largest funding round to date in AI 3D.

"Surpassing $100 million in ARR in under two years reflects the growing demand for AI-powered 3D creation," said Faye Pan, VP of Growth at Meshy. "From game studios and film teams to educators and home 3D printing enthusiasts, our customers are showing just how broadly this technology can be used—and how much opportunity lies ahead. We're grateful to the customers and creators who have trusted Meshy to bring their ideas to life. Their creativity and support have made this milestone possible."

Understanding and generation: the division of labor behind the growth

Meshy's climb from US$1 million to US$100 million in ARR coincided with the fastest two years of progress in general-purpose models, culminating in releases such as GPT-6 Astra. The two curves are connected: frontier models excel at understanding, planning and coding, while Meshy's diffusion-based foundation models excel at generation, reconstructing every detail of a text prompt or an image into assets ready for a game engine or a 3D printer, typically in under a minute. A general model knows a face has two eyes; Meshy knows exactly how large those eyes should be. The two already work together in production: the spatial understanding of frontier models can drive Meshy's API to turn a single image into a complete 3D scene, a workflow that was impossible a model generation ago.

The official Meshy mobile app is now live

Alongside the milestone, Meshy announced that its official mobile app is now available on iOS and Android. Powered by Meshy 7, the app turns photos, sketches and text into fully textured 3D models directly on a phone, with printability checks, AI repair, AR preview and export to industry-standard formats including STL, GLB, FBX, OBJ, USDZ and 3MF. Every creation syncs across web and mobile through a single Meshy account, and users can explore and remix models from the Meshy community.

The app makes 3D creation more accessible than ever: anyone can photograph an object, generate a model in about a minute, preview it in AR at real-world scale, and send it to a 3D printer, with the entire workflow running on a phone.

From AI for Work to AI for Fun

Meshy's mission is an unlimited supply of fun powered by AI. Mora, the research architecture (Multimodal Open-world Real-time Architecture) it recently introduced, generates explorable, interactive worlds in real time; a publicly playable early demonstration, Mora 1, is live at mora.fun. The company's first AI-native game, Black Box: Infinite Arsenal, generates in-game gear and combat mechanics from player prompts and makes its official public debut at Steam Next Fest at the end of 2026. Nearly all of the industry's attention and resources today go to AI for work. Meshy is one of the earliest companies building for the phase after it, and among the best prepared.

"Much of AI's early progress has focused on helping people work more efficiently. We see an equally exciting opportunity to help people create, express themselves and play," Faye Pan added. "Across games, film and interactive worlds, AI is opening up new possibilities for both creators and audiences. Mora offers a glimpse of that future: worlds people can generate, explore and play in, all in real time. Our ambition is to make the possibilities for creativity and play limitless, and we're building toward that vision step by step."

About Meshy

Meshy builds multimodal foundation models for AI-powered 3D generation, turning text and images into production-ready 3D assets for games, film and 3D printing. Founded by Ethan Hu, who holds a Ph.D. from MIT, Meshy serves more than 15 million registered users worldwide. In July 2026, the company raised nearly $400 million in a Series B round at a $1.5 billion valuation, the largest round to date in AI 3D. Learn more at meshy.ai.

Meg Ryan's Hamptons Home Sells At Full Price

Meg Ryan, who is almost as well-known for her upscale home remodels as she is for her romantic comedy roles, has sold her Hamptons home for the full $15.25 million asking price. Set on a 1.5-acre parcel in Bridgehampton, New York, the 5,000-square-foot home was built in 2016 with five bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms. Ryan paid $13.5 million for the home in 2024.

Donald Trump's Childhood Home Finally Sells

After being extensively renovated from years of mold and neglect, Donald Trump's childhood home in New York's Queens borough has sold for $1.93 million. The Tudor-style home in the Jamaica Estates neighborhood was built in 1940 by his father, developer Fred Trump. According to Zillow, the house has changed hands multiple times in recent years, including for $2.14 million only months after Trump took office in 2017. Tommy Lin, the seller, paid $835,000 for the five-bedroom, three-bathroom house last year.

Travis Kelce Goes Home, Again

Just a couple months before he and Taylor Swift exchanged vows in New York City, Travis Kelce paid $5.35 million for a vast lakefront house in northern Ohio. According to property records, the stunning 21,140-square-foot, eight-bedroom, eight-bathroom home was constructed in 1895 and has multiple fireplaces, a media room, a five-car garage, and a resort-style pool and spa. It is located on Lake Erie, just a few miles from where Travis grew up in Cleveland Heights, Ohio.

Pierce Brosnan's $100 Million Beach Home

Keely Shaye Smith and Pierce Brosnan recently commemorated their 25th wedding anniversary. Their $100 million Malibu home, which they purchased in 2000, is a property that has belonged to them since before they married. They spent 10 years transforming the 13,000-square-foot compound, turning it into a majestic haven they dubbed 'Orchid House'. According to multiple media reports, Keely and Pierce listed the house in 2022, but it's thought that they still own it.

Al Capone's Vacant Homesite Gains $5.5 Million In 6 Years

It's not exactly a holdup, but the vacant lot where Al Capone's Miami Beach home once stood has sold for $21 million, a profit of $5.5 million in just six years. The waterfront property on Biscayne Bay, including Capone's home, sold in 2021 for $15.5 million. Capone purchased the home in 1928 for $40,000 and died there of a heart attack in 1947. The home was demolished in 2023.

Selena Gomez Sells Her LA Home

Selena Gomez has sold her LA home in the exclusive Rancho Estates community of Encino for $5.4 million. Designed in the 1980s for singer Tom Petty, Selena bought the home in 2020 from music executive Randy Spendlove for almost $5 million. The home has a long list of upscale amenities, including a movie theater, beauty salon, wine cellar, and voice booth. Selena and her husband, record producer Benny Blanco, currently own a Spanish-style mansion in Beverly Hills they bought in 2024 for $35 million.

Kylie Jenner Unloads LA Home for $15 Million - She Bought It at Age 19

Kylie Jenner has sold her longtime home in LA's Hidden Hills neighborhood for $15.3 million, a steep reduction from the $20.25 million she was asking in March, but a big profit from the $12 million she paid for the home in 2016. The 13,234-square-foot home on 1.4 acres has eight bedrooms, a theater, gym, game room, pool and spa. The Kylie Cosmetics founder bought the home when she was just 19 years old.

Hulk Hogan's Florida Beach Home

Hulk Hogan's Clearwater Beach, Florida house went on the market in January at $10.99 million and has had several price reductions, now listed at $6.9 million. The 5,000-square-foot, three-story house on the Gulf of Mexico was constructed in 2009 with the main level located on the second story, with two curved staircases leading from the driveway to the front entrance. The kitchen and living room share an open floor plan that leads to a balcony with a view of the Gulf. The main floor also has a family room, a wine cellar, and two home offices, one of which could be used as a bedroom. Hogan, who passed away in 2025 at age 71, paid $3.33 million for the Mediterranean-style house in 2012.

Drew Barrymore Sells Her New York Mansion

After only two years of ownership, Drew Barrymore sold her Westchester County, New York, 18th-century home for $4.5 million. The actress listed the colonial-style home for $4.995 million in March after purchasing it for $4.4 million in 2024. The family spent the next two years renovating the 7,274-square-foot estate, which needed more work than Barrymore had originally anticipated.

Alex Trebek's Equestrian Estate Sale Disappoints

The 720-acre Windfall Farms in Paso Robles, California, which was once owned by Alex Trebek, sold at auction for $16.9 million, about half of the $33 million for which it was listed in 2025. Alex owned the farm in the early 2000s and used it primarily to breed and train his Thoroughbred racehorses. The property includes a vineyard, which takes up over half of the acreage, a 6.5-furlong racetrack, two homes for property managers, and a three-bay machine shop.
