PLANO, Texas, Oct. 16, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- For the 2027 model year, the Lexus TX receives minor changes and continues to offer customers style, utility, and comfort without compromising on innovative technology and dynamic performance.

The 2027 TX sees Matador Red Mica return as an exterior color option for non-F SPORT models (after being introduced on those models for 2026), while the TX 550h+ plug-in hybrid (PHEV) model is discontinued. There are minor changes and revisions to the TX 350 models' vacuum brake booster tuning and brake hold feature, while the TX 500h now wears "AWD" badges instead of the "DIRECT4" pieces used for 2026. The 20-inch aluminum wheels on the 2027 Lexus TX 350's Premium grade adopt a darker gray finish, and red-painted brake calipers are a new option on F SPORT grades.

The TX is offered in seven grades—Standard, Premium, Luxury, F SPORT Handling, F SPORT Performance Premium, and F SPORT Performance Luxury—and with two powertrains: the gas TX 350 and the TX 500h hybrid electric vehicle (HEV). For a full breakdown of the standard and available features by grade, please see the TX Specifications.

The Global Architecture-K (GA-K) Platform

Like the RX and NX, the 2027 TX rides on the GA-K platform, which offers optimal weight distribution and facilitates the SUVs' dynamic and agile driving performance. The platform reduces noise vibration and contributes to a smooth and serene ride with exceptional comfort. It also enables precise suspension movement, straight-line stability, and steering responsiveness so that the car and driver act in harmony – this is what the brand calls the LDS.

LDS has served as the guiding philosophy behind the development of Lexus vehicles. It blends both luxury and performance to deliver an exceptional and engaging driving experience. On the TX, LDS is expressed through predictable, linear responses according to the driver's intentions.

To achieve the desired ride comfort and quietness, focus was placed on strengthening the TX's body rigidity while minimizing increases in weight. Body adhesives have been placed in optimal locations to help ensure the vehicle remains composed and nimble while turning into a corner or driving on rough pavement. Other enhancements include short pitch spot welding, the introduction of a rear multi-link suspension design, and widened front and rear tracks.

To lighten the TX's body, the outer panel thickness has been fine-tuned on the side members, front door assembly, and rear door assembly. The hood and front fender material is aluminum, while the back door is steel, resulting in an optimized front-rear weight distribution.

A Powertrain to Fit Everyone's Needs

To help meet the diverse needs of Lexus customers and cater to any lifestyle, the 2027 TX will be offered with two powertrain options: a 2.4L turbocharged inline 4-cylinder on the TX350, and a 2.4L turbocharged hybrid on the TX500h.

TX 350 (FWD/AWD)

The 2.4L turbocharged inline-4 engine, also seen on the RX and NX, delivers high torque and high output, with 275 horsepower and 317 lb.-ft. of torque. To help ensure the vehicle's dynamic performance, several advanced technologies were added including: a center injection system (for more stable combustion); lightweight, spherical lipless pistons (for high-speed combustion); and a continuously variable capacity oil pump (to modify discharge volume based on running conditions).

A wide-spread and close-ratio eight-speed Direct Shift automatic transmission offers an improved shift control program for smooth acceleration and deceleration. The available electronically controlled full-time AWD system constantly varies the front-to-rear driving force distribution from 75:25 to 50:50 (depending on situation) to achieve a confident and refined driving experience.

The TX 350 is available on Standard, Premium, F SPORT Handling, and Luxury grades.

TX 500h F SPORT Performance (AWD only)

For those seeking even more power and performance, the 2.4L turbocharged Parallel Hybrid system provides 366 total system horsepower and 406 lb.-ft. of torque. The engine is matched to a six-speed automatic transmission, integrated Power Control Unit, and a 64-kW motor. At the rear, a 76-kW eAxle consisting of an inverter and motor provides near-instantaneous power to the rear wheels. The TX 500h combines all-wheel drive (AWD) and Dynamic Rear Steering (DRS), resulting in exhilarating acceleration and superb dynamic handling.

The nickel-metal hydride (NiMH) battery is mounted beneath the second row, yielding additional storage capacity and increased power to create the ultimate three-row thrill ride.

The TX 500h is available exclusively as F SPORT Performance Premium or F SPORT Performance Luxury.

Suspension

To achieve TX's refined ride quality, a MacPherson strut type front suspension was affixed to the GA-K platform. This system reduces the shock and vibration of road imperfections to facilitate smooth and linear performance. The rear's five-arm multi-link facilitates controlled steering reactions.

Adaptive Variable Suspension (AVS) (Standard on F SPORT Handling and F SPORT Performance)

TX's available AVS system enhances road handling and ride quality. AVS uses linear solenoid-type actuators to modify shock absorbers' damping force on all four wheels with near-instant adjustments that are based on driving operation and road conditions. When driving on a rough road surface, the damping force keeps a lower rating to maintain a comfortable ride. For smooth and stable performance needed when entering a turn, the damping force adjusts to a higher rating and provides enhanced responsiveness.

Braking and Steering

The TX's braking system builds upon Lexus Driving Signature fundamentals to provide a smooth, yet exhilarating drive. A vacuum brake system has been adopted on the TX 350 for refined braking control and responsiveness. For the TX 500h, the brake force is controlled by pressure regulation in the front and rear using a pressure-on-demand system and high-performance pump motor.

The TX's linear steering response and controlled movements belie the actual size of the vehicle. A standard rack assist-type Electric Power Steering (EPS) system reduces the amount of steering input needed by utilizing a new motor and reduction gear setup that is installed parallel to the steering box. Moreover, a Motor Control Unit (MCU) with an integrated motor and motor current control Electronic Control Unit (ECU) reduces the EPS' size footprint and minimizes operational noise.

Dynamic Rear Steering (DRS)

Exclusive to and standard on F SPORT Performance, DRS can provide impressive maneuverability in low-speed situations and exceptional vehicle stability in high-speed situations. During higher speed maneuvers, the rear wheels turn in the same direction as the front wheels to give clear, stable turning response. At slower speeds, the rear wheels can seamlessly turn in the opposite direction as the front wheels for seamless maneuverability.

Drive Mode Select

Drive Mode Select allows the driver to tailor their experience by selecting from a mix of available drive modes, including:

- Normal mode: Delivers a balance of driving performance and fuel efficiency by optimizing the accelerator's response.

- ECO mode: Maximizes fuel savings across all driving conditions by reducing throttle response and air conditioner operations to keep the engine speed in an efficient range.

- Sport mode: Increases the overall throttle responsiveness, resulting in sporty and responsive acceleration.

- Custom mode: Enables the driver to create a unique profile for the powertrain, chassis, and air conditioning functions. When equipped with AVS, the suspension settings also can be changed.

DIRECT4 (Standard on TX 500h)

Also seen on the RX and RZ, DIRECT4 is Lexus' all-wheel drive technology. The system orchestrates a seamless, direct application of drive force between the front and rear axles in milliseconds, thus improving handling, controllability, and feel. Body movement is also minimized for enhanced ride comfort.

With a rear eAxle, the four wheels intuitively shift drive force to deliver direct and stable handling and can provide up to 80 percent of power to the rear wheels when needed. DIRECT4 constantly varies front-to-rear driving force distribution from 100:00 to 20:80 (depending on situation) to achieve maximum grip, traction, and acceleration.

Trail Mode (Standard on TX 350 AWD, TX 500h)

Trail Mode provides integrated control of the AWD, braking, and drive force to minimize wheel slippage when driving on wet or uneven road surfaces.

Practical Elegance and Design

The 2027 TX was designed to provide functional features without compromising the luxury touches Lexus customers enjoy.

Exterior Features

As showcased with other recent Lexus vehicles, the TX's front fascia has been redefined and proudly reflects the new expression of Lexus design. The creation of the Lexus "Unified Spindle" pays tribute to Lexus' current design language while adding eye-catching and unique elements.

This sleek front-end was designed to prioritize aerodynamic performance and enhance the vehicle's stability. The TX's front spindle efficiently regulates airflow while cooling its brakes and is optimized to lower the coefficient of drag value. Other aerodynamic elements include airflow regulating fins, a roof spoiler, and rear combination lamps.

At the rear of the TX, the flared fenders accentuate the vehicle's wide track width and strong stance.

UCB announces U.S. FDA approval for ZILBRYSQ® (zilucoplan) autoinjector self-administration for adults living with generalized myasthenia gravis
Image File
Original HTML

- ZILBRYSQ is the first and only macrocyclic peptide C5 inhibitor approved as a self-administered once-daily, subcutaneous autoinjector for adults living with generalized myasthenia gravis (gMG) in the U.S.¹

- ZILBRYSQ now offers two self-administration options for adults living with gMG who are anti-acetylcholine receptor (AChR) antibody positive.1

- The autoinjector is designed to help simplify self-administration of ZILBRYSQ, offering patients another administration option and a more convenient treatment experience.2,3

- Approval is supported by data showing ZILBRYSQ bioequivalence between the autoinjector and the existing prefilled syringe, with complete dose delivery achieved for 99.8% (n=449*) of autoinjector administrations. Patients reported high satisfaction with self-injection of ZILBRYSQ using the autoinjector device.2

ATLANTA, Oct. 20, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- UCB (Euronext Brussels: UCB), a global biopharmaceutical company, today announced that the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has approved the first self-administered once-daily autoinjector administration option for the treatment of generalized myasthenia gravis (gMG) in adult patients who are anti-acetylcholine receptor (AChR) antibody positive with ZILBRYSQ® (zilucoplan).¹ The autoinjector is designed to help simplify self-administration of ZILBRYSQ, offering patients another administration option and a more convenient treatment experience.2,3

"This approval is the answer to a question on which we've been relentlessly focused: How do we continue to improve an already effective therapy for daily use?" said Kimberly Moran, PhD, SVP & Head, U.S. Rare Diseases at UCB. "As the first treatment to be approved as a once-daily autoinjector option for adults living with gMG in the U.S., ZILBRYSQ now provides the same therapy via another administration option. At UCB, we are committed to science and make it our point to continually help improve how people experience it."

The ZILBRYSQ autoinjector is designed to automatically deliver a pre-defined dose when activated against the skin.1,2 Prior to the autoinjector's approval, ZILBRYSQ was available as a self-administered prefilled syringe (PFS). Patients or their care partners will now have another portable treatment solution.

"For a chronic condition like gMG, having different administration options allows patients to choose the approach that best fits their individual preferences and routines," said Donatello Crocetta, Global Head of Medical Affairs and Chief Medical Officer at UCB. "From a medical standpoint, it was essential to confirm that this added administrative option didn't come at the expense of safety and efficacy. The data supporting the autoinjector's complete dose delivery show that this option continues to offer an effective treatment for patients."

The approval of the ZILBRYSQ autoinjector for self-administration is supported by data from the following studies:

- DV0012 – a Phase 1, open-label, single-center, two-period crossover study in healthy adult volunteers (n=14) which established bioequivalence of ZILBRYSQ delivered via an autoinjector compared with a PFS.2

- DV0013 – a Phase 3b open-label, multi-center study in adult patients (n=31) with gMG self-administering ZILBRYSQ via autoinjector once daily. Complete dose delivery was achieved for 99.8% (n=449*) of autoinjector administrations. Patients reported high satisfaction with self-injection of ZILBRYSQ using the autoinjector device.2 Self-administration was generally well tolerated. The most common TEAE was injection-site pain (n=3; 9.7%).2

- A human factors validation study of 100 participants† demonstrating that 90% successfully completed an injection with the ZILBRYSQ autoinjector on their first attempt without training.4

UCB expects the autoinjector to be available commercially in Q1 2027.

*Total autoinjectors used and returned.

†Participants defined as patients with gMG or those exhibiting ocular symptoms (injection-experienced and injection-naïve); caregivers (injection-experienced and injection-naïve); and healthcare professionals (HCPs).

About ZILBRYSQ® (zilucoplan)

ZILBRYSQ (a synthetic macrocyclic peptide) is a once-daily, self-administered, subcutaneous injection that works by blocking complement component 5 (C5), a protein involved in the immune-mediated damage that occurs at the neuromuscular junction in gMG.1,5 ZILBRYSQ is indicated for the treatment of generalized myasthenia gravis (gMG) in adult patients who are anti-acetylcholine receptor (AChR) antibody positive.¹

The precise mechanism through which ZILBRYSQ exerts therapeutic effects in gMG is unknown.

In addition to ZILBRYSQ, UCB's gMG portfolio includes RYSTIGGO® (rozanolixizumab-noli), a subcutaneously infused monoclonal antibody targeting the neonatal Fc receptor (FcRn) approved by the FDA for the treatment of generalized myasthenia gravis (gMG) in adult patients who are anti-acetylcholine receptor (AChR) or anti-muscle-specific tyrosine kinase (MuSK) antibody positive.6 With two approved medicines with distinct mechanisms of action, UCB continues to offer physicians and the U.S. gMG community a choice of targeted therapies from a single company.

The precise mechanism through which RYSTIGGO exerts therapeutic effects in gMG is unknown.

About generalized myasthenia gravis (gMG)

gMG is a rare neuromuscular autoimmune disease that has a global prevalence of 150–350 cases per 1 million people.7 People living with gMG can experience a variety of symptoms, including severe muscle weakness that can result in double vision, drooping eyelids, difficulty with swallowing, chewing and talking, as well as life-threatening weakness of the muscles of respiration.8,9

In gMG, pathogenic autoantibodies can impair synaptic transmission at the neuromuscular junction (NMJ) by targeting specific proteins on the post-synaptic membrane.10 This disrupts the ability of the nerves to stimulate the skeletal muscle and results in a weaker contraction.10 gMG can occur in any race, gender or age.8,9,11

Important Safety Information about ZILBRYSQ® (zilucoplan) in the U.S.1

ZILBRYSQ is a complement inhibitor indicated for the treatment of generalized myasthenia gravis (gMG) in adult patients who are anti-acetylcholine receptor (AChR) antibody positive.

IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION INCLUDING BOXED WARNING

WARNING: SERIOUS MENINGOCOCCAL INFECTIONS

Life-threatening and fatal meningococcal infections have occurred in patients treated with complement inhibitors. These infections may become rapidly life-threatening or fatal if not recognized and treated early. ZILBRYSQ, a complement inhibitor, increases the risk of serious infections caused by Neisseria meningitidis.

- Complete or update meningococcal vaccination (for serogroups A, C, W, Y, and B) at least 2 weeks prior to the first dose of ZILBRYSQ, unless the risk of delaying therapy outweigh the risks of developing a meningococcal infection. Comply with the most current Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP) recommendations for vaccination against meningococcal bacteria in patients receiving a complement inhibitor.

- Persons receiving ZILBRYSQ are at increased risk for invasive disease caused by Neisseria meningitidis, even if they develop antibodies following vaccination. Monitor patients for signs of serious meningococcal infections and evaluate immediately if infection is suspected.

Because of the risk of serious meningococcal infections, ZILBRYSQ is available only through a restricted program under a Risk Evaluation and Mitigation Strategy (REMS) called ZILBRYSQ REMS.

CONTRAINDICATIONS

ZILBRYSQ is contraindicated for initiation in patients with unresolved Neisseria meningitidis infection.

WARNINGS AND PRECAUTIONS

Serious Meningococcal Infections

ZILBRYSQ, a complement inhibitor, increases a patient's susceptibility to serious, life-threatening, or fatal infections caused by meningococcal bacteria (septicemia and/or meningitis) in any serogroup, including non-groupable strains. Life-threatening and fatal meningococcal infections have occurred in both vaccinated and unvaccinated patients treated with complement inhibitors. The initiation of ZILBRYSQ treatment is contraindicated in patients with unresolved serious Neisseria meningitidis infection. Complete or update meningococcal vaccination (for serogroups A, C, W, Y and B) at least 2 weeks prior to administering the first dose of ZILBRYSQ, according to current ACIP recommendations for patients receiving a complement inhibitor. If urgent ZILBRYSQ therapy is indicated in a patient who is not up to date with meningococcal vaccines according to ACIP recommendations, provide the patient with antibacterial drug prophylaxis and administer meningococcal vaccines as soon as possible. Closely monitor patients for early signs and symptoms of meningococcal infection and evaluate patients immediately if infection is suspected. Consider interruption of ZILBRYSQ in patients who are undergoing treatment for serious meningococcal infection, depending on the risks of interrupting treatment in the disease being treated.

ZILBRYSQ REMS

Due to the risk of meningococcal infections, ZILBRYSQ is available only through a restricted program under a REMS called ZILBRYSQ REMS. Under the ZILBRYSQ REMS, prescribers must enroll in the program. Prescribers must counsel patients about the risk of meningococcal infection, provide the patients with the REMS educational materials, and ensure patients are vaccinated with meningococcal vaccines. Additional information on the REMS requirements is available at www.ZILBRYSQREMS.com or 1-877-414-8353.

Other Infections

Serious infections with Neisseria species (other than Neisseria meningitidis), including disseminated gonococcal infections, have been reported in patients treated with complement inhibitors.

The Aruchara-6 well has been successfully drilled to a total depth of 9,352 feet, hitting the H1 target as designed and passing through the H2, H3, H4, H5 and H6 zones, with all zones showing positive results of gas at surface and through wireline logs. The well has been completed and connected to the central processing facility ("CPF"), with well performance evaluation now underway through the CPF and new gas volumes being sold into the Colombian marketplace.

During initial flow testing through the CPF, Aruchara-6 produced at rates of up to 8.7 MMcf/d gross (6.96 MMcf/d net), on a 30/64 choke at an average tubing head pressure of 780 psi. The well is now on production, with gas volumes being sold into the Colombian marketplace.

With Aruchara-6 on production, total field production at Maria Conchita is expected to increase to 23.0 MMcf/d gross (18.4 MMcf/d net), compared to 16.0 MMcf/d gross (12.8 MMcf/d net) prior to the addition of the well. This is expected to bring the combined Company net production across Maria Conchita and Sinú-9 to approximately 29.1 MMcf/d. Net production volumes for Maria Conchita reflect the Company's 80% working interest under private agreements, rather than the contractual interest registered with Agencia Nacional de Hidrocarburos (the "ANH").

Gas volumes in excess of those sold under the Company's existing contracted offtake agreements are being sold into the Colombian marketplace at average prices of approximately US$14.00–16.00/Mcf, with some volumes exceeding US$20.00/Mcf, reflecting the premium Colombian natural gas pricing environment. The Company's contracted offtake agreements at Maria Conchita cover volumes up to 15.0 MMcf/d gross, with all incremental volumes above this threshold sold at spot prices.

Maria Conchita Block - CPF Upgrades

As total field production at Maria Conchita approaches the CPF's 30 MMcf/d processing capacity, the Company's infrastructure partner, GTX International Corp. ("GTX"), is advancing a series of upgrades designed to increase the reliability of the CPF as it operates at or near capacity. Prior to the end of October, an additional compressor will be installed to accommodate upcoming production volumes with a greater level of reliability. GTX is also in the process of implementing improvements to the heat exchangers and the cooling facility, with further upgrades to the dehydration facility expected to be completed by the end of October 2026.

Together, these investments are intended to ensure the CPF operates reliably as the facility approaches full capacity, supporting sustained production growth from the Aruchara well series while enhancing uptime and operating efficiency across the Maria Conchita Block.

Sinú-9 Block – Operational Update

At the Sinú-9 Block, Maurel & Prom Colombia Sociedad Limitada, as Operator of the consortium formed with the Company through Operadora NGE (the "Sinú-9 Consortium"), spudded the Encantado-1X well on October 6, 2026. Encantado-1X is the next well in the Sinú-9 Consortium's 2026 drilling program, and drilling is currently underway. The Sinú-9 Consortium expects that, following completion of Encantado-1X, at least one additional well will be drilled at Sinú-9 this year.

The Company views Encantado-1X as an important well for the continued delineation of the Sinú-9 Block for several reasons. The well is expected to help define the southern limits of the reservoir and provide depth calibration across the block. The area is anticipated to be of higher pressure than previously drilled locations, which management expects to have a positive impact on production rates. Encantado-1X is also expected to confirm the presence of natural gas in the Pre-CDO formation and verify the potential for liquids within the reservoir.

In support of the Sinú-9 Consortium's drilling program, commissioning of the first loop of the pipeline from the Jobo connection point, constructed by the Company's infrastructure partner INFRAES S.A.S E.S.P., is now complete. Gross transportation capacity at the Sinú-9 Block has increased from 30.0 MMcf/d to between 40.0 and 45.0 MMcf/d, representing net entitlement to the Company of between 15.6 and 17.6 MMcf/d.

Jorge Fonseca, Chief Executive Officer of NGE, commented: "Aruchara-6 has delivered positive gas results and is now tied into our main processing facility and producing, having flowed at up to 8.7 MMcf/d during well testing. The addition of the well is expected to bring total field production at Maria Conchita up to 23.0 MMcf/d. With the block now approaching the capacity of our processing facility, the upgrades GTX is completing over the coming weeks will ensure the CPF runs reliably at these higher throughput levels. At Sinú-9, Maurel & Prom Colombia Sociedad Limitada, as Operator of the Sinú-9 Consortium, spudded Encantado-1X on October 6th and drilling is now underway – a well we believe is important for defining the southern limits of the reservoir, testing a higher-pressure area of the block and confirming the presence of gas in the Pre-CDO formation. With at least one further well planned by the Sinú-9 Consortium before year-end, we are finishing 2026 with real momentum across both of our assets."

C & C Heating & Air Conditioning shares steps to take before the first freeze arrives

Detroit-area company recommends preventive maintenance for longer water heater lifespans

DETROIT, Oct. 16, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- C & C Heating & Air Conditioning, a trusted Detroit-area heating and cooling company with more than seven decades of experience, says routine maintenance will help protect water heaters from expensive repairs and keep warm water available, especially before the first fall freeze arrives.

While water heaters operate year-round, colder weather can create additional concerns for homeowners, particularly when water heaters and their connecting pipes are located in garages, basements or other unheated spaces. Exposed plumbing can be vulnerable to freezing during prolonged cold spells, potentially resulting in damaged pipes and interruptions to hot water service.

"Preparation in advance of freezing temperatures is essential in keeping your water heater functioning at optimal performance through the winter," said C & C Heating & Air Conditioning General Manager Dayna Hottle. "Having a professional annual inspection and tune-up will help identify problems early and ultimately will help extend your water heater's lifespan."

In addition to routine servicing, Hottle recommends several steps homeowners can take themselves to protect their water heaters during colder weather:

- Insulate exposed pipes. Use foam insulation to protect all pipes attached to the water heater.

- Check the thermostat. Follow the manufacturer's instructions. Temperatures that are too cold can encourage the formation of ice.

- Reduce drafty spaces. Keeping out cold air will help prevent freezing, especially in garages or basements that aren't heated like the rest of a home.

"Losing hot water is an inconvenience any time of year, but it's especially troublesome during a Michigan winter," Hottle said. "Water heaters are one of those things homeowners tend to take for granted because they're working behind the scenes every day. It's important to give them the same attention you'd give your furnace or other major home systems, especially as we head into winter."

Keeper Security and Tenable Integrate to Streamline Cloud Risk Detection, Remediation and Vulnerability Assessment

With new integrations, Keeper's identity security platform remediates cloud security findings discovered by Tenable in seconds and secures the privileged credentials used for vulnerability scanning

CHICAGO, Oct. 16, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Keeper Security, the leading zero-trust and zero-knowledge identity security platform, today announces native integrations with Tenable that eliminate the costly delay between identifying cloud security risks and remediating them while centralizing credential management for comprehensive vulnerability assessment. These integrations allow cloud security teams to move from detection to remediation in a single workflow, without managing manual tickets or switching between tools. Teams can now instantly act on Tenable's findings to rotate compromised credentials, enforce Just-In-Time access and remove standing privileges, all without leaving the Keeper platform. Organizations can also eliminate static credentials from scan policies by storing privileged credentials centrally in Keeper, enabling Tenable to retrieve them automatically at scan time for credentialed scanning of SSH, Windows and database targets.

Tenable provides comprehensive visibility into exposed identities, risky access paths and misconfigurations across cloud environments. However, the gap between discovering these findings and executing remediation remains a persistent challenge for cloud security teams that typically manage this workflow manually across multiple tools. Teams can spend days or weeks chasing approvals and context-switching while risk persists in production, leaving the vulnerability window open for exploitation.

Keeper's integration with Tenable closes this gap by sending cloud findings directly into Keeper's remediation engine. Once a finding arrives in Keeper's platform, security teams can immediately execute targeted fixes – including credential rotation, Just-In-Time (JIT) access enforcement and standing privilege removal – without leaving their existing workflow. When remediation is complete, Keeper automatically notifies Tenable and moves the finding to resolved status with zero manual follow-up. The entire cycle from detection to closure happens without teams switching platforms or managing tickets.

"Organizations can't remediate findings if they aren't properly equipped to take action immediately," said Darren Guccione, CEO and Co-founder of Keeper Security. "As AI-powered threats increase the onslaught of cyber attacks and decrease the window of time in which cyber defenders can take action, this integration enables cloud security teams to implement fixes in seconds instead of weeks."

Closed-Loop Remediation Without Exposure

The integration preserves Keeper's zero-knowledge architecture at every step. Keeper Encrypter operates as a self-hosted gateway deployed inside the customer's environment, receiving webhook traffic from Tenable and encrypting the data exchange using customer-managed private keys. All synchronization between platforms happens through encrypted channels that remain fully contained within the organization's perimeter. Cloud infrastructure never sees unencrypted findings or credentials, and security teams achieve automated remediation without exposure.

The remediation workflow is straightforward and comprehensive. Teams send relevant Tenable findings directly to Keeper, then select the appropriate remediation action for each finding. For infrastructure compromises, teams can rotate exposed credentials across databases, machines, cloud environments and directories. For access control issues, they can enforce JIT access to eliminate standing privileges at scale. For cloud identities flagged by Tenable, teams can onboard PAM User records directly without requiring separate database, machine or directory resources. Each remediation action is logged with a full audit trail and compliance visibility.

"By connecting Tenable's cloud detection directly to Keeper's zero-trust remediation engine, we've built a closed-loop workflow that operates entirely within the customer's perimeter," said Craig Lurey, CTO and Co-founder of Keeper Security. "Security teams can immediately execute targeted fixes – from automated credential rotation to JIT access enforcement – without leaving their workflow or exposing unencrypted data."

Centralized Credential Management for Credentialed Scans

Tenable's integration with Keeper Commander solves another critical challenge: securing the credentials Tenable needs to log into systems during vulnerability scans. Today, organizations typically store passwords and SSH keys directly in Tenable scan policies, a practice that increases risk if either system is compromised. With this integration, organizations store those credentials securely in Keeper instead. When Tenable runs a scan and needs to log into a system, it requests the credential from Keeper, which delivers it securely, never allowing it to sit in Tenable's configuration.

Credentialed scans allow the Tenable scanner to log in to target systems directly and perform deeper assessments than is possible without credentials, including checking installed software versions, configuration settings, patch levels and compliance status. This approach supports SSH, Windows (SMB) and database credentialed scans while keeping secrets out of scan policies. Credentials rotate in Keeper automatically, and Tenable picks up the new values at the next scan with zero manual policy updates.

For Teams Managing Cloud Risk at Scale

Both integrations are purpose-built for security operations teams managing cloud infrastructure at scale. Organizations can now detect cloud risks with Tenable, remediate them instantly through Keeper and run deeper vulnerability scans using centrally managed credentials without exposing secrets or switching between tools.

The Keeper Commander and Tenable integrations are available now to Keeper customers with active KeeperPAM licenses. STOKE Shoes and Realtree® Team Up for Limited-Edition Collection Bringing Iconic Camo to Wide-Fit Footwear

Two legendary American brands collaborate on four wide-fit silhouettes for one very real take on

outdoor-inspired style – real camo, real comfort, real wide.

GEORGES MILLS, N.H., Oct. 16, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- STOKE Shoes, the footwear brand built around giving the 97 million men in America with wide feet more room to move, is teaming up with Realtree®, the iconic American outdoor brand, for a limited-edition collection that brings Realtree's legendary camouflage patterns to STOKE's comfort-first sneakers engineered in wide and wider fits only.

Bringing the outdoors to the streets, the job site, the campsite, and everywhere in between, the collection pairs two of Realtree's most recognizable camouflage patterns, Original and APX, with four of STOKE's signature wide-fit silhouettes: the FO-MO, VERSA, FO-MO TACTICAL, and VERSA 2MILER.

Realtree has spent more than four decades turning camouflage into a cultural signature. Founded in 1984 by Bill Jordan, the brand grew from a hand-drawn camouflage pattern inspired by the natural textures of the outdoors into one of America's most recognizable outdoor brands. The brand has spent years bringing its camouflage beyond the hunt and into everyday life, creating a visual identity that can mean something different depending on who wears it.

STOKE approaches sneakers with a similarly straightforward philosophy. Instead of asking men with wide feet to squeeze into traditional narrow-fit silhouettes, the brand designs around the foot itself, creating shoes with a roomier fit, generous toe boxes, and cushioning designed for all-day comfort.

"This collaboration felt natural because both brands are ultimately about being real," said Rick Blackshaw, Founder and Chief Stoke Officer. "Realtree has spent decades building an authentic connection to the outdoors. Meanwhile, here at STOKE, we're challenging the idea that men should have to squeeze their feet into narrow shoes just because that's what's traditionally available. We wanted to bring those two ideas together in four pairs of sneakers that are comfortable, distinctive and built for all the eventualities of real life."

As camo continues to rise in popularity from tactical staple to practical fashion statement, its appeal continues to expand, with the U.S. camouflage clothing market projected to reach $734.2 million by 2033*. Against that backdrop, STOKE and Realtree are bringing the beloved pattern to footwear to create the perfect fit, combining Realtree's unmistakable outdoor DNA with STOKE's signature wide-fit construction and everyday comfort.

The result is footwear that feels just as natural on a weekend outdoors as it does running errands, traveling, working or kicking back, taking one of America's most recognizable outdoor patterns and putting it on a shoe designed for every kind of everyday movement.

"We've always believed Realtree belongs wherever people are enjoying life, and footwear has become a great way to bring that spirit beyond the outdoors. What drew us to STOKE Shoes is that they have that same focus on real people and real life, but they're doing something different by designing specifically for the guys with wide feet," said John Clay ONeal, Partnership Lead at Realtree. "We love that we can take a pattern that so many people have grown up with and give it a new place in their everyday lives, for a huge portion of the population who have long been ignored by athletic footwear. We're excited for our longtime Realtree fans to experience it in a new way, and even more excited to introduce the brand to people who may be discovering Realtree for the first time."

The limited-edition collection features four STOKE Shoes silhouettes across Realtree Original and APX camouflage, with eight SKUs available in total. Each pair combines stretch nylon, stretch mesh, and PU leather or nubuck overlays with STOKE's wide-fit construction, bringing rugged materials and outdoor-inspired design together with the comfort the brand is known for.

The STOKE x Realtree limited-edition collection is available now for a limited time at STOKE Shoes and Murdoch's. Limited quantities are available.

Important Risk Considerations

Carefully consider the Fund's investment objectives, risk factors, charges and expenses before investing. This and additional information can be found in the Fund's full and summary prospectus, which may be obtained by visiting rareviewcapital.com. Read the prospectus carefully before investing.

Investing involves risk, including possible loss of principal. There can be no assurance that a Fund will achieve its stated objectives. An investment in the Fund may be subject to risks which include, among others, market, interest rate, tax, liquidity, leverage, investment restrictions, operational, authorized participant concentration, no guarantee of active trading market, trading issues, active management, fund shares trading, premium/discount and liquidity of fund shares and concentration risks, all of which may adversely affect the Fund. Diversification does not ensure profits or prevent losses. Exchange-Traded Funds (ETFs) trade like stocks, are subject to investment risk, and will fluctuate in market value. Unlike mutual funds, ETF shares are not individually redeemable directly with the Fund and are bought and sold on the secondary market at market price, which may be higher or lower than the ETF's net asset value (NAV). Transactions in shares of ETFs will result in brokerage commissions, which will reduce returns.

Affiliated Fund Risk. The Fund invests in affiliated underlying funds (the "Affiliated Funds"), unaffiliated underlying funds, or a combination of both. The Adviser, therefore, is subject to conflicts of interest in allocating the Fund's assets among the Affiliated Funds. Humanoid Robotics Companies Risk. The Fund invests in Humanoid Robotics Companies, which may have limited product lines, markets, financial resources, or personnel and are subject to the risks of changes in business cycles, world economic growth, technological progress, and government regulation. Securities of Humanoid Robotics Companies tend to be more volatile than securities of companies that rely less heavily on technology. Humanoid Robotics Companies typically engage in significant amounts of spending on research and development, and rapid changes to the field could have a material adverse effect on a company's operating results. China Risk. The Fund may invest in instruments that provide exposure to Chinese companies, including through investments in China A-Shares, which would subject the Fund to risks specific to China. China may be subject to considerable degrees of economic, political and social instability. China is an emerging market and demonstrates significantly higher volatility from time to time in comparison to developed markets. Concentration Risk. The Fund is concentrated in the industry or group of industries comprising the industrials, information technology and consumer discretionary sectors, collectively. ADR Risk. ADRs may be subject to some of the same risks as direct investment in foreign companies, which includes international trade, currency, political, regulatory and diplomatic risks. In a sponsored ADR arrangement, the foreign issuer assumes the obligation to pay some or all of the depositary's transaction fees. Under an unsponsored ADR arrangement, the foreign issuer assumes no obligations and the depositary's transaction fees are paid directly by the ADR holders. Because unsponsored ADR arrangements are organized independently and without the cooperation of the issuer of the underlying securities, available information concerning the foreign issuer may not be as current as for sponsored ADRs and voting rights with respect to the deposited securities are not passed through. Non-Diversified Risk. As a "non-diversified" fund, the Fund may hold a smaller number of portfolio securities than many other funds. To the extent the Fund invests in a relatively small number of issuers, a decline in the market value of a particular security held by the Fund may affect its value more than if it invested in a larger number of issuers. The value of the Fund Shares may be more volatile than the values of shares of more diversified funds. Non-U.S. Securities Risk. Non-U.S. securities are subject to higher volatility than securities of domestic issuers due to possible adverse political, social or economic developments, restrictions on foreign investment or exchange of securities, capital controls, lack of liquidity, currency exchange rates, excessive taxation, government seizure of assets, the imposition of sanctions by foreign governments, different legal or accounting standards, and less government supervision and regulation of securities exchanges in foreign countries. Variable Interest Risk. Exposure to VIEs may pose additional risks because the investment is made in reference to an intermediary shell company that has entered into service and other contracts with the underlying Chinese operating company to provide investors with exposure to the operating company, but does not represent equity ownership in the operating company. As a result, such investment may limit the rights of an investor with respect to the underlying Chinese operating company. VIEs allow foreign shareholders to exert a degree of control over, and obtain economic benefits arising from, the operating company without formal legal ownership.
