The new online resource center includes the new FPL Saving Steps program, which offers eligible customers a one-time $200 bill credit, along with bill assistance, energy-saving programs and local community resources.

JUNO BEACH, Fla., Aug. 31, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Florida Power & Light Company (FPL) is launching a new online Assistance Center, designed to make it easier for customers to find programs that can help them save energy, manage their monthly bills and find additional support. This new resource features FPL Saving Steps, a new program that helps income-qualified customers reduce everyday energy use. Eligible participants who complete the program can receive a one-time $200 bill credit toward a future bill.

As Florida's summer heat drives higher energy use, FPL is focused on helping customers now while connecting them with tools that can support long-term savings. The new center brings together FPL programs, federal assistance options, energy-saving education and local nonprofit support so customers can more easily find the help that fits their needs.

"Customers are looking for clear, practical ways to manage their bills, and the Assistance Center is designed to make that support easier to find, whether a customer needs help today, wants to lower their future bill or is looking for additional resources to help pay other expenses including medical bills, rent or mortgage assistance," said Dawn Nichols, vice president of customer service at FPL. "We also want to encourage customers who may not qualify for government assistance to visit this resource and check if they qualify for our new bill credit program, Saving Steps."

What is FPL Saving Steps?

FPL Saving Steps is a new program available through the Assistance Center that teaches practical ways to reduce everyday energy use and better manage monthly expenses. Eligible participants can earn a one-time $200 bill credit toward a future FPL bill.

Saving Steps gives customers another way to take action on their energy use, complementing FPL's existing programs and tools that help customers understand consumption, improve efficiency and manage energy costs.

What bill payment support and short-term relief does FPL offer to customers?

For customers facing temporary financial hardship or who need more time to pay, the Assistance Center highlights programs that can provide immediate support and flexibility.

FPL's Payment Extension provides eligible customers with extra time to pay their bill when they need short-term flexibility.

Federal assistance such as the Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) can help income-qualified customers with home energy costs.

FPL's Care To Share provides emergency bill-payment assistance or support for qualified electrical repairs for individuals and families experiencing temporary financial hardship.

FPL's Bill Extender offers an extended due date for eligible customers who would benefit from more time between when their bill is issued and when payment is due.

FPL Budget Billing helps customers manage monthly expenses by smoothing seasonal bill fluctuations into a more predictable monthly bill amount.

What other FPL programs can help customers save and lower their bills?

FPL offers programs and tools that can help customers use energy more efficiently, understand their household energy use and manage monthly expenses over time.

FPL On Call gives customers bill credits of over $90 a year to briefly pause certain appliances during periods of peak energy demand.

The free Energy Manager tool provides personalized insights and recommendations tailored to a customer's home to help them better understand and manage energy use.

Through the FPL Community Energy Saver program, qualifying households can access energy-efficient home upgrades that can help lower energy use.

What community resources can customers find through the Assistance Center?

The Assistance Center also connects customers to support beyond their electric bill through a searchable directory of local nonprofits, community organizations and partners. Customers can use the directory to find help with needs such as rent or mortgage assistance, food, transportation and other essential services.

Powered by Findhelp, a social-service referral platform, the directory makes it easier for customers to search for programs available in their area.

"Just as Florida Power & Light provides the essential physical infrastructure to keep the lights on across the state, collectively, we're building critical social care infrastructure," says Erine Gray, Founder & CEO of Findhelp. "We are proud that Findhelp is powering the directory within the new FPL Assistance Center. By connecting individuals to local nonprofits for food, rent, and transportation assistance, we ensure people receive meaningful relief when they need it."

To explore available resources, customers can visit FPL.com/Assistance.

Partnership expands Springline's presence to Wisconsin and strengthens its middle-market advisory platform through integrated accounting, wealth management, and advisory capabilities

DALLAS, Aug. 31, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Springline Advisory, a leading financial and business advisory firm dedicated to the middle market, today announced a strategic partnership with Vesta, a Wisconsin-based advisory firm offering integrated accounting, wealth management, and advisory services.

Vesta is headquartered in Fond du Lac, Wis., with additional offices in Madison, Sheboygan and Mequon. Vesta is a member of the CPAmerica alliance network.

"Vesta was built around a simple idea: that a firm can be invested in its clients and disciplined with its data at the same time," said Tim Brackney, CEO of Springline Advisory. "That's a harder balance to strike than it sounds, and Vesta has struck it for decades. Every market we enter has to start with the right firm, not just the map. In Wisconsin, that firm is Vesta."

Vesta was built on a legacy of entrepreneurial growth and has evolved beyond traditional accounting to combine core capabilities with strategic financial and consulting services.

"We would never be satisfied with building a firm that is just 'good enough.' We are always striving for more," said Nathan Volkomener, Managing Partner at Vesta. "Springline gives us the platform to keep growing into something bigger, with the people our clients already trust leading the way."

This partnership advances Springline's long-term vision of building a differentiated advisory platform through collaborations with culturally aligned, high-performing firms like Vesta. Today's announcement builds on a series of recent strategic partnerships, advancing Springline Advisory's mission to transform advisory services while continuing to expand its geographic footprint and deepen its service capabilities.

FRUT targets the companies leading AI's development, commercialization, and infrastructure buildout — across both the platform layer and its hardware supply chain

MOUNTAINSIDE, N.J., Aug. 31, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Yorkville America Equities, LLC, an asset management firm and registered investment adviser, announced today the launch of the Yorkville America MANGOS Plus Index ETF (Ticker: FRUT).

Most AI-focused investing requires choosing between the platform companies building AI and the hardware companies powering it. FRUT takes a different approach, combining both in a single, rules-based index ETF built around the companies the Adviser views as central to AI's buildout.

"Every technology cycle eventually reveals where the real economic value sits — and it's rarely only in the most visible layer," said Steve Neamtz, CEO, Yorkville America Equities, LLC. "FRUT is built on that premise: AI's platforms and its infrastructure are part of one investable thesis, not two competing ones."

FRUT's core exposures are the six "MANGO Companies" — Meta Platforms, NVIDIA, Alphabet, SpaceX, OpenAI, and Anthropic — complemented by the "Parabolic 7" (SanDisk, Marvell, Micron, Intel, Dell, AMD, and Broadcom), which Yorkville America views as companies positioned to benefit from AI infrastructure spending. At least 80% of the Fund's net assets provide exposure to this "MANGO Plus Group," through direct holdings, private securities or total return swaps. Exposure to privately held names is obtained primarily through swap contracts, with direct private-security holdings capped at 5% of net assets.

FRUT reflects a broader view Yorkville America has built its platform around: durable opportunity comes from identifying structural forces early and building toward them with discipline rather than impulse. It joins the firm's growing suite of ETFs, including its Digital & Structural Economy vertical, as the next considered step in a portfolio construction approach built for what's ahead.

The Yorkville America™ MANGOS Plus Index (YAMANGOP) bridges public and pre-IPO AI markets in one systematic, rules-based strategy. It combines publicly listed MANGOS companies and systematically selected AI infrastructure leaders with an innovative use of perpetual futures referencing OpenAI and Anthropic. The listed equity basket is refreshed quarterly, while monthly, liquidity-sensitive rebalancing allows the strategy to evolve with AI leadership and market conditions. An ad hoc review may also be conducted if OpenAI or Anthropic announces or completes an IPO, helping the index remain representative while maintaining appropriate liquidity controls.

Disclosures

An investor should consider the investment objectives, risks, charges, and expenses of the Fund carefully before investing. The prospectus and other applicable regulatory offering documents related to the MANGOS Plus Index ETF contain this and other relevant information about the ETF. For a free prospectus or a summary prospectus, which contains this and other important information about the fund, visit www.yadigitaletfs.com. Read the prospectus carefully before investing.

The Fund is a recently organized investment company with no operating history. As a result, prospective investors have no track record or history on which to base their investment decision. There can be no assurance that the Fund will grow to or maintain an economically viable size.

The Fund's investments are focused on companies involved in AI and other related technologies and infrastructure. As a result, the Fund's performance may be significantly affected by developments impacting AI-related companies and industries. The AI industry is subject to evolving legal, regulatory, ethical, and political considerations, including those relating to privacy, data usage, intellectual property, algorithmic bias, transparency, misinformation, consumer protection, competition, and national security. Changes in regulation or public perception could adversely affect companies in which the Fund invests. Because the Fund's investments may be concentrated in a relatively narrow segment of the economy, the Fund may experience greater volatility and may be more susceptible to adverse economic, market, technological, or regulatory developments than a fund with broader investment exposure.

An investment in ETFs involves risk, including possible loss of principal. There is no guarantee the Fund will achieve its objective. Exchange-traded funds (ETFs) trade like stocks, are subject to investment risk, fluctuate in market value and may trade at prices above or below the ETF's net asset value (NAV), and are not individually redeemable directly with the ETFs. Brokerage commissions and ETF expenses will reduce returns. ETFs are subject to specific risks, depending on the nature of the underlying strategy of the ETF, which should be considered carefully when making investment decisions. The Fund is non-diversified, meaning it may invest a greater percentage of its assets in a smaller number of issuers than a diversified fund, which may increase risk. The Fund's concentration in AI, semiconductor, and related technology industries increases exposure to risks affecting those industries.

The Fund's exposure to privately held companies is obtained primarily through total return swaps referencing those companies, and involves derivatives risk, including counterparty risk, liquidity risk, valuation risk, and operational risk. Pricing for pre-IPO companies may be based on limited, imperfect information, and the weighting assigned to a private company within the Underlying Index may be materially less than its target weight as a result of these limitations. For a complete description of the investment risks associated with the ETF, please refer to the prospectus.

Frankfurt (Oder) (ots)

Klinikum stärkt mit rund 6 Mio. EUR Investition medizinische Versorgung in Ostbrandenburg

ONTARIO, Calif., Aug. 31, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Southern California's Ontario International Airport (ONT) has again been recognized as a Great Place To Work, earning the prestigious workplace designation for the fourth consecutive year based on overwhelmingly positive feedback from employees.

The certification reflects the results of the 2026 Great Place To WorkTrust Index Survey, conducted in July, in which 93% of employees said ONT is a great place to work. Overall, employees rated the airport 86% positive across the survey's workplace culture model, which measures trust, pride and camaraderie.

"This recognition means the most because it comes directly from our employees," said Angela Lauber-Conroy, senior vice president and chief people officer for the Ontario International Airport Authority. "The culture we've built together is rooted in trust, respect and a shared commitment to excellence. When employees feel valued and empowered, they deliver exceptional experiences for our passengers, airline partners and the communities we serve. That connection has been a defining part of ONT's success."

The survey also highlighted exceptionally strong marks in several key areas:

99% said people celebrate special events together.

97% said new employees are made to feel welcome.

96% said ONT provides a physically safe workplace.

95% described ONT as an enjoyable place to work.

The annual survey is conducted by Great Place To Work, the global authority on workplace culture, employee experience and leadership behaviors proven to drive business performance.

The recognition comes during a milestone period for Ontario International Airport as it celebrates its Decade of Local Control. Since returning to local ownership in 2016, ONT has grown from 4.3 million annual passengers to more than 7 million while earning national recognition for customer service, operational excellence and innovation.

Together, the deployments are expected to increase Corvex's critical IT power capacity from approximately 1.5 MW today to approximately 8 MW by the end of 2026. Both sites are expected to be ready for service in the fourth quarter of 2026. The Company anticipates generating revenue from these expansions starting in the first quarter of 2027.

The deployments are expected to bring approximately 2,000 latest-generation GPUs online at the Midwest site, with approximately 1,000 additional GPUs at the Mid-Atlantic site. Both clusters have been designed around published vendor reference architectures for these platforms and will be made available as bare metal or with a managed Kubernetes orchestration layer.

Corvex has secured a right of first refusal on an additional 12.5 MW of critical IT power capacity at the Midwest site, which is anticipated to be ready for service in the third quarter of 2027, and will market that capacity to prospective customers. The expansion can be designed around a customer's needs. If Corvex exercises its right of first refusal and contracts for that capacity, total critical IT power capacity could exceed 20 MW. This expansion is subject to, among other things, capital availability, customer commitments, equipment delivery, utility energization and local permitting, and there can be no assurance that this expansion will be pursued or completed.

"The scarce input in AI infrastructure is energized power inside a finished building. We have secured more than five times as much of it, with the right to scale to more than 20 megawatts in 2027," said Jay Crystal, co-CEO and co-founder of Corvex.

Corvex recently commenced discussions with potential customers to match this new capacity with demand from its existing pipeline and new customers introduced through partner co-selling initiatives. Based on initial discussions and current market conditions, the Company believes there is an opportunity to secure multi-year, take-or-pay commitments at prevailing market rates for long-term GPU-as-a-Service contracts. These arrangements may also include high-throughput storage and CPU compute services, creating additional revenue opportunities beyond GPU capacity. There can be no assurance that any customer agreement will be entered into, or that any such agreement would be on the terms, at the pricing or of the duration described above.

Corvex has executed definitive agreements for both the Mid-Atlantic expansion and the new Midwest site. Both deployments sit within existing enterprise data center facilities with live utility power, which can shorten deployment timelines and reduce development risk relative to greenfield construction.

The expansion will be funded with proceeds from a private placement of common stock and Series D Preferred Stock ("PIPE") led by Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, Morgan Stanley and Oppenheimer & Co. acting as Joint Lead Placement Agents. The transaction is expected to generate approximately $33 million in gross proceeds, before fees and expenses. Corvex entered into a securities purchase agreement with strategic institutional and accredited investors to issue 4.258 million shares of as-converted common restricted stock at a purchase price of $7.75 per share. The transaction is expected to close on or about September 2, 2026, subject to customary closing conditions. Corvex intends to use the proceeds to fund the expansion of its critical IT power capacity and continued development of its Amplified AI Cloud platform, Token Factory and Assured AI offerings.

A portion of the PIPE proceeds will accelerate development of the Corvex Token Factory offering, currently in closed alpha. The Corvex Token Factory is being designed to give customers reliable, scalable access via API to high-performing open-source models, all with a zero data retention policy and operated on a platform that is SOC 2 Type II certified, with support for HIPAA compliance. Proceeds will also fund continued development of Assured AI, the Company's secure computing platform designed around a zero-trust architecture that is built to protect privacy-sensitive inference requests and customer model weights. Corvex plans to integrate Assured AI into its Token Factory to offer differentiated privacy and security.

"As inference volumes grow, enterprises are paying much closer attention to the cost of serving AI at scale. Token Factory is built to address that cost by offering near-frontier performance on most enterprise workloads at a fraction of the price per million tokens of frontier proprietary models," said Seth Demsey, co-CEO and co-founder of Corvex. "The differentiation will be in the infrastructure and security layer beneath the API. Integrating our Assured AI security capabilities directly into the inference platform gives customers a way to combine lower-cost inference with greater control over sensitive prompts and model weights."

Integration helps security teams distinguish trusted users from potential threats and act with greater confidence

AUSTIN, Texas, NEW YORK and LAS VEGAS, August 31, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- CrowdStrike (NASDAQ: CRWD) and CLEAR (NYSE: YOU) today announced a strategic partnership that integrates CLEAR1, CLEAR's secure identity platform, with the CrowdStrike Falcon® platform. Together, CrowdStrike and CLEAR connect threat detection with high-assurance, person-based verification, designed to enable organizations to verify the human behind unusual activity and make more informed security decisions.

As attackers increasingly exploit legitimate credentials and trusted access pathways to blend into normal digital activity, establishing trust in the person behind a valid account or recognized device is more important than ever. By combining the Falcon platform with CLEAR1, companies can verify the device, the human, and stop identity-based attacks.

"Identity is at the center of how organizations operate and how adversaries attack. Bringing CrowdStrike and CLEAR together gives customers a new way to put high-assurance person-based verification to work as part of their security strategy," said Daniel Bernard, chief business officer at CrowdStrike. "This is what the Falcon platform is built for – bringing the best technology and intelligence together to help customers stop threats, reduce complexity, and move their businesses forward."

CLEAR1 uses a multi-layered approach to establish confidence in a person's identity, which includes capturing biometrics and government-issued identification and verifying it against authoritative sources. Through integrations with CrowdStrike capabilities, including Falcon® Next-Gen SIEM and Charlotte Agentic SOAR, organizations can incorporate person-based verification directly into existing security workflows without adding unnecessary friction.

In practice, the integration connects Falcon's risk detection with CLEAR1's person-based verification. When Falcon detects potential risk, it will trigger CLEAR1 to verify the human in real time and incorporate that result alongside other security signals to inform whether activity should be allowed, investigated or blocked. By correlating identity verification data with signals across the Falcon platform, security teams can uncover suspicious patterns that might otherwise appear legitimate when viewed in isolation.

"At CLEAR, we've spent more than 16 years building technology that helps establish confidence in a person—not just a credential, account or device," said Brett Romanoff, EVP of CLEAR1. "Together with CrowdStrike, that verification is now available when security decisions are being made. By verifying the person when risk emerges, organizations can make more informed decisions while keeping trusted users moving."

The integration is available for existing CrowdStrike and CLEAR1 customers to begin activating today.

Establishes Jennmar Finland to Provide Local Support

PITTSBURGH, Aug. 31, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Jennmar, a global provider of infrastructure products and specialized services to the civil, solar, mining, and construction industries, announced it has entered into a long-term partnership with Outokumpu Corporation, the global leader in sustainable stainless steel, to supply ground control products for the Kemi Mine, the largest underground mine in Finland and Europe's only operational chrome mine. As part of the partnership, Jennmar has established Jennmar Finland, a new entity that will make commercial transactions more efficient and streamlined for Outokumpu and the mine's management teams.

The partnership represents a meaningful commercial milestone for Jennmar as it expands its European presence and deepens its collaboration with leading global mining operators. Under the multi‑year agreement, Jennmar will provide a full range of mission‑critical ground support equipment, including roof bolts, cable bolts, mesh, steel accessories, and pumpable resins, tailored to the Kemi Mine's unique underground conditions. The company will also leverage its global supply chain and technical expertise to enhance safety, stability, and production efficiency across one of the western world's most important chromite operations.
