Was sollte unbedingt am Stromnetz bleiben?

HONG KONG, Aug. 31, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- On the morning of 28 August, Fosun International held its 2026 interim results presentation in Hong Kong. This marks Fosun's return to Hong Kong to hold a results presentation for the first time in six years. The results presentation was attended by Guo Guangchang, Chairman of Fosun International; Wang Qunbin, Co-Chairman of Fosun International; Chen Qiyu, Co-CEO of Fosun International; Xu Xiaoliang, Co-CEO of Fosun International; and Gong Ping, CFO of Fosun International, together with a number of investors, analysts, and media representatives.

On the evening of 27 August, Fosun International announced its 2026 interim results. During the Reporting Period, the Group's total revenue reached RMB86.96 billion; profit attributable to owners of the parent reached RMB1.72 billion, representing a year-on-year increase of 160.3%; overseas revenue reached RMB49.16 billion, with its share of total revenue rising to 56.5%.

Commenting on Fosun's interim results, Guo Guangchang, Chairman of Fosun International, said they reflect the outcome of the strategic adjustments Fosun has made over the past few years. Its "repairing the roof on a sunny day" efforts have paid off as planned. Going forward, Fosun will continue to focus on industries where it holds competitive advantages and accelerate development along a path of steady growth.

"Over the past few years, and especially last year, we have been 'repairing the roof of our home on a sunny day' and 'repairing the car roof on a sunny day'— to strengthen Fosun's foundation, enabling it to embark on a path of accelerated, steady growth," said Guo Guangchang.

Unlocking Core Pathways between its Insurance Business and Industries where it Excels

In the first half of the year, Fosun's four core companies — Fosun Pharma, Yuyuan, Fosun Insurance Portugal (Fidelidade), and the Tourism segment — together accounted for 73.5% of the Group's total revenue, underscoring Fosun's solid foundation. Among them, the pharmaceutical and insurance segments delivered particularly strong performance.

Guo Guangchang said, "For more than three decades, integrating our insurance business with industries where we hold competitive advantages has been a strategic priority for Fosun — a core pathway we have long sought to unlock. I believe we have now achieved it. This integration will significantly strengthen our industrial operational capabilities and enhance future profitability, providing sustained momentum for Fosun's long term development."

On overall operating performance in the first half of the year, Wang Qunbin, Co-Chairman of Fosun International, stated that Fosun remains committed to its business streamlining and core business-focused strategy at this stage. On the one hand, it continues to improve Fosun International's credit rating, with the aim of gradually achieving investment-grade status. On the other hand, it focuses its development on the insurance business and industries where it holds competitive advantages. Fosun remains steadfast in its commitment to long-termism, better navigating economic cycles, and managing their fluctuations. At the same time, Fosun continues to put customers first and improve satisfaction among its five customer groups, while advancing its distinctive open and integrated approach to innovation, building global commercialization capabilities and a global operating system, and combining global resources with China's capabilities.

Building an Open Global Innovation and Operating Ecosystem

Innovation and globalization are Fosun's core strategies and the key drivers behind its earnings recovery. In terms of innovation, Fosun has consistently made substantial investments in technology innovation across its core businesses, particularly in pharmaceuticals, for over a decade. In the first half of this year, investment in technology innovation reached RMB4.2 billion, representing a year-on-year increase of 16.7%.

Chen Qiyu, Co-CEO of Fosun International, explained that in the field of pharmaceutical and healthcare, Fosun has built its presence around the needs of three key markets — China, the U.S., and emerging markets. After more than a decade of effort, it has established technology platforms covering monoclonal antibodies, bispecific antibodies, multispecific antibodies, antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs), fusion proteins, small molecules, autologous CAR-T, next-generation universal CAR-T, and radiopharmaceuticals. It has also built a high-value R&D pipeline spanning solid tumors, hematologic tumors, immunology and inflammation, neurodegenerative diseases, cardiovascular diseases, and metabolic disorders. At the same time, Fosun is continuously building an open innovation ecosystem and forging broad partnerships with more global companies.

Chen Qiyu believes that after nearly 20 years of sustained commitment to innovative R&D, Chinese biopharmaceutical companies now face a critical global challenge they must overcome: global operational capabilities, particularly global commercialization capabilities. To that end, beyond advancing R&D innovation, Fosun is taking a key strategic step — building a globally integrated operating system with synergy across the entire value chain, rolling out systematic commercial strategies across various markets, and strengthening its global commercialization capabilities.

Xu Xiaoliang, Co-CEO of Fosun International, stated that innovation-driven development is central to Fosun's high-quality operations, and innovation is Fosun's key growth driver. Fosun's innovation strategy has four pillars: innovative R&D, innovative products, innovative processes and innovative scenarios. In short, Fosun's approach to innovation is not a matter of isolated breakthroughs but systematic innovation across R&D, products, processes, and scenarios, driving new momentum for high-quality operations.

Regarding Fosun's globalization strategy, Xu Xiaoliang said that Fosun sees two sides to it. Side A is about leveraging global R&D and global manufacturing to create better products, while harnessing global resources to drive industrial synergy and a coordinated global presence. Side B is about global operations and global marketing to build service networks around customer needs worldwide and enhance brand penetration and market expansion.

Accelerating Development along a Path of Sustainable Growth

On the financial front, a key area of investor interest, Gong Ping, CFO of Fosun International, shared at the results presentation that in the first half of 2026, the Group's overall operating revenue remained stable with an improving revenue mix, profitability improved significantly and returned to a growth trajectory, and technology innovation investment continued to rise, with a focus on high-quality development. At the same time, the Group continued to optimize its asset portfolio and strengthen asset quality, and steadily entered a valuation recovery phase. While making solid progress across its businesses, the Group continued to optimize its balance sheet structure, steadily reduce its debt level, and maintain stable credit ratings.

At the results presentation, Guo Guangchang, remarked, "While the results Fosun International delivered in the first half of the year have been well received, they are still far from our ultimate goal. Nor is the Board's medium-term target of restoring annual profit to the RMB10 billion level our ultimate goal. A company must always be grounded in its vision, mission, and values. It is only with a strong sense of purpose that a company can stay the course and achieve long-term success. Whether we are 'repairing the car roof' or 'repairing the roof of our home', the ultimate goal is to deliver on our vision and mission. Going forward, Fosun will continue to focus on industries where it holds competitive advantages to 'spur the horse to full speed', pushing forward with even greater momentum along the path of sustainable growth."

The Driving Safety Triple Automotive Display (12.3" + 15.6" + 12.3") brings together clear visibility of the surrounding environment, intuitive status information, and distraction-reduction features to create a safer and more comfortable driving experience.

Through these technologies, TCL CSOT continues to deliver value by transforming visual experiences and supplying device and display brands with the underlying technologies needed to meet evolving user expectations. Through its advanced display technology brand, APEX, TCL CSOT is working to address image quality, energy efficiency, form factor innovation, visual health and sustainability, using IJP OLED, Super Pixel, ultra-high-mobility oxide technology, silicon-based Micro LED and multi-scenario display solutions. At DIC EXPO 2026 and beyond, the company will continue to work with partners across the display supply chain to move these technologies from demonstration to production and ultimately into the products people use every day.

Based on FDA Type C meeting, targeting to initiate a randomized Phase 3 registrational trial for IDE849 monotherapy by year-end 2026 in ES-SCLC, with ORR by BICR as the primary endpoint for potential accelerated approval and median OS as the primary endpoint for potential full approval

Dose evaluation ongoing of 2.4mg/kg and 3.5 mg/kg IV Q3W to determine the RP3D

Target enrollment for the Phase 3 study will be ~400 ES-SCLC patients, randomized 1:1 treatment vs. investigator's choice

Clinical data updates for IDE849 in 100 ES-SCLC and NEC patients by partner Hengrui at ESMO 2026 and the IDEAYA sponsored Phase 1/2 clinical trial in ES-SCLC and NEC in Q4 2026 to support a potential best-in-class profile

IDE849 is being evaluated in clinical combinations with PDL1 and IDEAYA's PARG inhibitor IDE161 to determine a potential 1L SCLC Phase 3 registrational trial design

SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, Calif., Aug. 31, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- IDEAYA Biosciences, Inc. (NASDAQ: IDYA), a precision medicine oncology company committed to the discovery and development of targeted therapeutics, announced a successful FDA Type C meeting to determine the Phase 3 registrational trial design for IDE849, a potential best-in-class delta-like ligand 3 (DLL3)-targeting Topo-I-payload antibody drug conjugate (ADC), in extensive stage small cell lung cancer (ES-SCLC). IDEAYA is targeting to initiate the Phase 3 registrational study in ES-SCLC by year-end 2026.

"Based on the FDA Type C meeting, we are targeting to initiate a randomized Phase 3 registrational study for IDE849 monotherapy in extensive stage small cell lung cancer to enable a potential accelerated approval and full approval in one seamless study design," said Yujiro S. Hata, President and Chief Executive Officer, IDEAYA Biosciences. "We also look forward to the clinical data updates at ESMO 2026 and later this year from our company sponsored clinical trial in ES-SCLC and NEC to support a potential best-in-class profile."

The anticipated enrollment target for the IDEAYA-sponsored global Phase 3 registrational study is approximately 400 ES-SCLC patients with prior tarlatamab treatment. The study will be randomized 1:1 between the treatment and an investigator's choice control arm that will include topotecan and ambrucin. The primary endpoint for accelerated approval will be overall response rate (ORR) by blinded independent central review (BICR) and the primary endpoint for full approval will be median overall survival. The secondary endpoints will include median duration of response by BICR, progression free survival, safety, among others.

IDEAYA has an ongoing multi-site global Phase 1 clinical trial for IDE849 in DLL3 upregulated solid tumor indications, including SCLC, and neuroendocrine carcinomas (NEC) (NCT07174583). The study is enrolling patients globally, including in North America, Europe, Australia, South America, and Asia. In this ongoing Phase 1 dose escalation study, IDE849 is currently evaluating the expansion doses of 2.4 mg/kg and 3.5 mg/kg IV once every 3-weeks (Q3W) to determine the recommended Phase 3 dose (RP3D).

In addition, IDE849 is being evaluated in clinical combination study with AstraZeneca's PDL1 inhibitor Imfinzi, and IDEAYA's potential first-in-class Phase 1 PARG inhibitor, IDE161, to determine a potential first-line (1L) SCLC Phase 3 registrational trial design. IDE161 prevents the removal of poly(ADP-ribose) chains generated by PARP during the DNA damage response, leading to persistent PARylation and impaired resolution of DNA repair complexes. Together with TOP1-payload ADCs, this unique mechanism-of-action results in sustained TOP1 cleavage complexes and the accumulation of DNA damage that delivers enhanced anti-tumor activity. We believe this potential first-in-class combination has the potential to enhance durability of IDEAYA's TOP1-payload based ADC pipeline, including IDE849 and IDE034 (Phase 1 B7H3/PTK7 Bispecific TOP1 ADC).

DLL3 has been reported to be upregulated in multiple solid tumor types, including in SCLC, NEC and melanoma, among others. IDEAYA estimates the annual incidence of SCLC and NEC in the United States is approximately 34,000 and 19,000 patients, respectively. DLL3 has limited extracellular expression in normal tissues, making it a promising potential therapeutic target in these solid tumors, for which there remains significant unmet medical need.

About IDEAYA Biosciences

IDEAYA is a precision medicine oncology company committed to the discovery and development of targeted therapeutics for patient populations selected using molecular diagnostics. IDEAYA's approach integrates capabilities in identifying and validating translational biomarkers with drug discovery to select patient populations most likely to benefit from its targeted therapies. IDEAYA is applying its research and drug discovery capabilities to synthetic lethality – which represents an emerging class of precision medicine targets.

HERIZON-GEA-01 results reinforce recently FDA-approved Ziihera as the definitive HER2-targeted backbone therapy in first-line GEA

Longer follow up of Ziihera plus tislelizumab and chemotherapy shows improved OS hazard ratio, further supporting this regimen as the new standard of care

Data submitted for presentation in fourth quarter 2026

For U.S. media and investors only

DUBLIN, Aug. 31, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Jazz Pharmaceuticals plc (Nasdaq: JAZZ) today announced second interim top-line overall survival (OS) results from the Phase 3 HERIZON-GEA-01 trial showing that Ziihera® (zanidatamab-hrii) in combination with chemotherapy demonstrated statistically significant and clinically meaningful improvements in OS compared with trastuzumab plus chemotherapy as first-line treatment for adults with HER2-positive (HER2+) locally advanced or metastatic gastroesophageal adenocarcinoma (GEA). The Ziihera plus chemotherapy OS hazard ratio improved compared with the first interim analysis.

"Advanced HER2+ GEA remains an aggressive cancer with a poor prognosis, and trastuzumab plus chemotherapy has anchored first-line treatment for years. These HERIZON-GEA-01 results show that Ziihera-based regimens extend OS, demonstrating definitive superiority of Ziihera over trastuzumab and setting a new benchmark for what a first-line HER2-targeted therapy can achieve," said Dr. Kohei Shitara, director of the Department of Gastrointestinal Oncology, and principal trial investigator at the National Cancer Center Hospital East, Kashiwa, Japan.

The safety profile of Ziihera in combination with chemotherapy was generally consistent with the known safety profile of each agent and the previously reported data from HERIZON-GEA-01, with no new safety signals observed.

With longer follow up, the Ziihera plus Tevimbra® (tislelizumab-jsgr) and chemotherapy OS hazard ratio improved compared with the first interim analysis. These results build on the previous positive data, published in The New England Journal of Medicine, further demonstrating statistically significant, clinically meaningful and durable OS improvement for Ziihera plus tislelizumab and chemotherapy.

"These results reinforce our confidence that Ziihera is the new HER2-targeted backbone therapy in first-line HER2+ advanced GEA, replacing trastuzumab and extending survival beyond the current standard of care," said Rob Iannone, M.D., M.S.C.E., executive vice president, global head of research and development, and chief medical officer of Jazz Pharmaceuticals. "Following the recent FDA approval, and further supported by these updated results, we are moving quickly to establish Ziihera as the HER2-targeted, first-line therapy of choice, with Ziihera plus tislelizumab and chemotherapy as the new standard of care in the United States."

On August 25, 2026, the FDA approved Ziihera in combination with tislelizumab and chemotherapy, for the first-line treatment of adults with HER2+ (IHC 3+ and IHC 2+/ISH+) unresectable locally advanced or metastatic GEA, and Ziihera in combination with chemotherapy in the same setting for patients with HER2+ (IHC 3+) disease.

Jazz has submitted these data for presentation at a major medical meeting in the fourth quarter 2026 and will also submit these data to global health authorities.

The U.S. Prescribing Information for Ziihera contains Boxed Warnings for diarrhea and embryo-fetal toxicity.

Additional Important Safety Information related to Ziihera use in GEA is provided below. Please see full Prescription, including Boxed Warnings at https://pp.jazzpharma.com/pi/ziihera.en.USPI.pdf.

About the Phase 3 HERIZON-GEA-01 Trial

HERIZON-GEA-01 (NCT05152147) is a global, randomized, open-label Phase 3 trial, conducted jointly with BeOne Medicines, to evaluate and compare the efficacy and safety of zanidatamab plus chemotherapy, with and without tislelizumab, to trastuzumab plus chemotherapy as first-line treatment for adult patients with advanced/metastatic HER2+ GEA. The trial randomized 914 patients from approximately 225 trial sites in more than 30 countries. Appropriate patients for this trial had unresectable locally advanced, recurrent or metastatic HER2+ GEA (adenocarcinomas of the stomach or esophagus, including the gastroesophageal junction), defined as 3+ HER2 expression by IHC or 2+ HER2 expression by IHC with ISH positivity per central assessment. Patients were randomized to the three trial arms: zanidatamab in combination with chemotherapy and tislelizumab; zanidatamab in combination with chemotherapy; and trastuzumab plus chemotherapy. The trial evaluated dual primary endpoints, PFS per blinded independent central review (BICR) and OS.

About Gastroesophageal Adenocarcinoma

GEA, including cancers of the stomach, gastroesophageal junction, and esophagus, is the fifth most common cancer worldwide, and approximately 20% of patients have HER2+ disease.1,2,3,4 HER2+ GEA has high morbidity and mortality, and patients are urgently in need of new treatment options. The overall prognosis for patients with GEA remains poor, with a global five-year survival rate of less than 10% for patients with metastatic disease.5,6

About Ziihera® (zanidatamab-hrii)

Ziihera (zanidatamab-hrii) is a bispecific HER2-directed antibody that binds to two extracellular sites on HER2. Binding of zanidatamab with HER2 results in internalization leading to a reduction in HER2 expression of the receptor on the tumor cell surface. Zanidatamab induces CDC, ADCC, and ADCP. These mechanisms result in tumor growth inhibition and cell death in vitro and in vivo.7

Gastroesophageal adenocarcinoma (GEA): In the United States, Ziihera is indicated for the first-line treatment of adults with HER2+ locally advanced or metastatic gastroesophageal adenocarcinoma (GEA), including cancers of the stomach, gastroesophageal junction and esophagus, in combination with tislelizumab-jsgr and fluoropyrimidine- and platinum-containing chemotherapy (HER2+ IHC 3+ and IHC 2+/ISH+ as detected by an FDA-authorized test); and in combination with fluoropyrimidine- and platinum-containing chemotherapy (HER2+ IHC 3+ as detected by an FDA-authorized test).

Biliary tract cancer (BTC): In the United States, Ziihera is also indicated for the treatment of adults with previously treated, unresectable or metastatic HER2+ (IHC 3+) biliary tract cancer (BTC), as detected by an FDA-approved test.7 Continued approval for this indication may be contingent upon verification and description of clinical benefit in a confirmatory trial(s).7 Ziihera is also approved in the European Union and other countries.

Zanidatamab is being developed in multiple clinical trials as a targeted treatment option for patients with solid tumors that express HER2. Zanidatamab is being developed by Jazz and BeOne under license agreements from Zymeworks, which first developed the molecule.

The FDA granted three Breakthrough Therapy designations for zanidatamab's development: one as a single agent for previously treated HER2 gene-amplified BTC; one in combination with fluoropyrimidine- and platinum-containing chemotherapy, with or without tislelizumab for first-line HER2+ unresectable locally advanced or metastatic gastric, gastroesophageal junction (GEJ), or esophageal GEA; and one for the treatment of adults with previously treated, locally advanced, unresectable, or metastatic HER2+ colorectal cancer (CRC). The FDA also granted two Fast Track designations for zanidatamab: one as a single agent for refractory BTC and one in combination with standard-of-care chemotherapy for first-line GEA. Additionally, zanidatamab has received Orphan Drug designations from the FDA for the treatment of BTC, gastric (including GEJ) cancer, and esophageal cancer, as well as Orphan Drug designations from the European Medicines Agency for the treatment of BTC, gastric/gastroesophageal junction cancer, and esophageal cancer. Jazz continues to pursue additional regulatory approvals for zanidatamab in markets worldwide.

Important Safety Information for ZIIHERA

WARNING: DIARRHEA and EMBRYO-FETAL TOXICITY

ZIIHERA, in combination with fluoropyrimidine- and platinum-containing chemotherapy, with or without tislelizumab-jsgr, can cause severe diarrhea, including life threatening and fatal cases. Use antidiarrheal prophylaxis during the first cycle when ZIIHERA is given in combination with these drugs. Manage with antidiarrheals and supportive measures as clinically indicated. Interrupt, reduce the dose or discontinue ZIIHERA based on severity.

Embryo-Fetal Toxicity: Exposure to ZIIHERA during pregnancy can cause embryo-fetal harm. Advise patients of the risk and need for effective contraception.

Diarrhea: ZIIHERA can cause severe diarrhea.

When ZIIHERA is used in combination with fluoropyrimidine- and platinum-containing chemotherapy with or without tislelizumab-jsgr, severe, life threatening, and fatal cases of diarrhea can occur despite loperamide prophylaxis. The risk of severe and life threatening diarrhea is higher when ZIIHERA is administered with chemotherapy and tislelizumab-jsgr, with a higher risk in patients aged ≥ 65 years compared to younger patients. Advise patients to increase oral fluids, begin antidiarrheals, and notify their healthcare provider immediately if diarrhea occurs.

Administer antidiarrheal prophylaxis with loperamide in cycle 1 for all patients receiving ZIIHERA in combination with fluoropyrimidine- and platinum-containing chemotherapy with or without tislelizumab-jsgr. Begin loperamide at the first loose stool when ZIIHERA is administered in combination with chemotherapy. Administer fluids, electrolytes, and additional antidiarrheal agents as necessary. Before modifying the dose of ZIIHERA, evaluate, modify or discontinue drug(s) contributing to diarrhea in accordance with their respective prescribing information. Withhold, reduce the dose, or permanently discontinue ZIIHERA based on severity.

If treating patients with ZIIHERA in combination with FOLFOX, do not administer the fluorouracil bolus.

The TARGET contains an unsupported factual claim: it states Ziihera is positioned to 'displace two decades of standard-of-care treatment' and that trastuzumab has been the backbone 'since its original approval,' but the SOURCE only mentions 'years' of anchoring first-line treatment and does not specify a duration or the approval history. This introduces a specific number and a historical fact not present in the SOURCE, violating the requirement that the TARGET must not contain factual claims not explicitly stated in the SOURCE.

Charleston takes No. 1 as new-home listing prices are 12.2% below existing homes; Southern markets claim eight of the top 10 spots

AUSTIN, Texas, Aug. 31, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Eight of the 10 best metros for purchasing a newly built home are in the South, according to the second annual Realtor.com® Top Metros for New Construction report, led by Charleston-North Charleston, S.C., where the median newly built home is priced 12.2% below the median existing home. The ranking finds that markets with builder-friendly conditions are giving buyers more opportunity to find a new home with a competitive price, ample availability and strong demand.

Charleston takes the top spot among the 100 largest U.S. metros, earning an overall score of 84.7 out of 100. The metro's median new-build listing price is $443,273, compared with $504,832 for existing homes, the strongest new-construction price advantage among the top 10 markets. Greenville-Anderson-Greer, S.C., ranks second, followed by Boise City, Idaho.

"New construction is one of the most important ways to expand the supply of homes available to buyers, but the opportunity is not evenly distributed across the country," said Joel Berner, senior economist at Realtor.com®. "This year's ranking shows that Southern metros are not only building more homes; they are also creating conditions where buyers can find newly built homes at prices that compete with, and in some cases beat, existing homes."

Carolinas Dominate as Smaller, Growing Metros Lead

Six of the top 10 metros are in North or South Carolina, and two more are in Tennessee. Together, these eight Southern markets underscore how local building conditions can shape the availability and relative affordability of new homes. More permissive zoning, less restrictive building codes and lower land costs can make it easier for builders to deliver new housing in the South.

The list is also dominated by small-to-midsize metros. Charlotte, the nation's 20th-largest metro, is the largest market in the top 10; Nashville, ranked 35th by size, is next. No other metro in the top 10 ranks among the 50 largest U.S. metropolitan areas.

"Markets such as Charleston, Greenville and Boise are demonstrating what new-home buyers value most: choice and pricing that make a newly built home a realistic option," Berner said. "The concentration of top performers in smaller, high-growth metros is a reminder that housing supply responds to local conditions. When communities make it feasible to build, buyers have more options."

College towns also remain prominent in the ranking, with nearly every top-10 metro anchored by a major research university or flagship school. These institutions support local employment, talent pipelines and economic growth, helping sustain demand for new homes.

What Sets the Top Markets Apart

The 2026 ranking evaluates the 100 largest U.S. metros by household count across four weighted measures:

New-construction share of listings (33%)

New-construction premium, or the percentage difference between median new-build and existing-home listing prices (33%)

Difference in average flood, fire, air-quality, wind and heat risk between new and existing homes (17%)

New-construction market hotness, based on page views per listing and median time on market (17%)

Madison is the only Midwestern metro in the ranking and has the strongest new-construction shopper interest among the top 10, with page views per listing running 108.4% above the national average. The ranking includes one Western metro, Boise, and no Northeast metros.

Unless otherwise specified, all translations of Renminbi amounts into U.S. dollar amounts in this press release are made at RMB6.7851 to US$1.00, which was the U.S. dollars middle rate announced by the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System of the United States on June 30, 2026.

[2] Non-GAAP net loss attributable to So-Young International Inc. is defined as net loss attributable to So-Young International Inc. excluding share-based compensation expenses. See "Reconciliation of GAAP and Non-GAAP Results" at the end of this press release.

[3] We categorize our user base across nine tiers (L0 through L8). Core members represent users at Tier L3 and above.

* Center-level profitability measures whether an individual aesthetic center achieved positive profit in a given period. It is calculated by deducting consumable materials costs, personnel costs, center rental expenses, center depreciation expenses, and other center-level operating costs from the company's self-operated store revenues, before allocation of any back-office or mid-office expenses. Quarterly operating cash flow refers to total cash collected from orders less center-level operating payments in a given period, and excluding operating expense payments made by back-office or mid-office departments during the same period. Center-level profitability and quarterly operating cash flow are metrics derived from the Company's internal management accounts, which have not been audited.

** Same-store sales growth represents the year-over-year growth in quarterly revenue from stores that are comparable and continuously operated during both the current quarter and the same quarter of the prior year.

Management Commentary

Mr. Xing Jin, Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of So-Young, commented, "Our sustained focus on scale and efficiency yielded another strong quarter for our core aesthetic treatment business. Supported by enhanced medical capabilities, a robust standardized delivery system, and deeper AI integration, we scaled our business more efficiently. This solid execution is validated by a 129.5% year-over-year increase in second-quarter aesthetic treatment services revenues with a 3.8 percentage-point expansion in segment gross margin. Going forward, we will further strengthen our supply chain and accelerate AI-powered transformation to deliver more competitive products and services across our expanding network, laying a solid foundation for sustainable, high-quality growth."

Ms. Shannon Shen, Chief Financial Officer of So-Young, added, "In the second quarter of 2026, our aesthetic treatment business exceeded RMB330 million in revenue, representing approximately 130% year-over-year growth and marking the tenth consecutive quarter of triple-digit expansion. This strong performance propelled our second-quarter total revenues to an all-time high of RMB505.2 million, up 33.4% year-over-year. While maintaining this rapid topline growth, we have remained highly focused on expansion quality and sustainability, striving for healthier unit economics and narrowing net loss attributable to the Company by 37.0% year-over-year. These results reaffirmed both our market insights and execution excellence, as we continued to enhance our medical service delivery, organizational capabilities, and supply chain management, while improving operational efficiency. Looking ahead, we see a clear path toward profitability as our industry leadership solidifies and economies of scale continue to unfold."

Non-GAAP Financial Measures

To supplement the financial measures prepared in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles in the United States, or GAAP, this press release presents non-GAAP loss from operations and non-GAAP net loss attributable to So-Young International Inc. by excluding share-based compensation expenses from loss from operations and net loss attributable to So-Young International Inc., respectively.

The Company believes these non-GAAP financial measures are important to help investors understand the Company's operating and financial performance, compare business trends among different reporting periods on a consistent basis and assess the Company's core operating results, as they exclude certain expenses (i) that are not expected to result in cash payments or (ii) that are non-recurring in nature or may not be indicative of the Company's core operating results and business outlook. The use of the above non-GAAP financial measures has certain limitations. Share-based compensation expenses are non-cash in nature. All these are not reflected in the presentation of the non-GAAP financial measures, but should be considered in the overall evaluation of the Company's results. The Company compensates for these limitations by providing the relevant disclosure of its share-based compensation expenses in the reconciliations to the most directly comparable GAAP financial measures, which should be considered when evaluating the Company's performance. These non-GAAP financial measures should be considered in addition to financial measures prepared in accordance with GAAP, but should not be considered a substitute for, or superior to, financial measures prepared in accordance with GAAP. Reconciliation of each of these non-GAAP financial measures to the most directly comparable GAAP financial measure is set forth at the end of this release.

VANCOUVER, BC, Aug. 31, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Nevada Organic Phosphate Inc. ("NOP" or the "Company") (CSE: NOP) (OTCQB: NOPFF), a B.C. based leader in organic sedimentary phosphate exploration, is pleased to announce that the heavy metal contaminant assays from the Upper Phosphatic Zone in drill hole MM26-10 at Murdock Mountain, continue to demonstrate results well below the maximum allowed limits for Organic Fertilizer Certification. MM26‑10, a 1.5‑kilometre step‑out along strike at the Murdock Mountain project, returned another excellent intersection of 10.89% P2O5 over 3.60 metres. (See previous News Release dated August 26, 2026)

In the chart below, please note the SUIP #25 and the California values. NOP's Upper Phosphate Zone values are significantly lower than the maximum heavy metal values allowed.

Robin Dow, CEO, stated: "This is another solid intersection from MM26‑10 demonstrating that the Upper Phosphatic Zone continues to deliver predictable, clean, very low heavy metals content criteria suitable for Organic Certification. We continue to meet our objectives, positioning NOP as a genuinely differentiated entrant in the fertilizer market."

In the United States, organic certification is governed by the USDA National Organic Program (USDA-NOP). The USDA-NOP does not publish its own numeric heavy-metal limits for mineral fertilizers like rock phosphate. Instead, certifiers rely on two things:

USDA-NOP 205.203(c) soil and plant amendments must not contaminate soil or crops with heavy metals.

State fertilizer laws can vary, but almost universally adopt AAPFCO's SUIP #25 Heavy Metal Rule for determining whether a fertilizer is adulterated (AAPFCO, Association of American Plant Food Control Officials, created SUIP #25 to give states a consistent, science-based method for regulating heavy metals in fertilizers. It is not a law, but most states adopt it into their fertilizer programs).

USDA Organic Certification: For organic production, a rock phosphate fertilizer must:

Be mined, not chemically processed

Not contain synthetic additives

Not exceed heavy-metal levels that would contaminate soil or crops

Typically meet SUIP #25 limits (this is what certifiers check)

If a product meets these limits, it is generally acceptable for organic certification.

SUIP #25 sets limits per 1% P₂O₅. For fertilizer with 10% P₂O₅, multiply limit by 10.

Lab Assaying Methods & QA/QC

All sample preparation and analytical work was carried out by ALS Laboratories ("ALS"), an independent commercial laboratory accredited to ISO/IEC 17025:2017 for mineral analysis. Samples were delivered to the ALS Geochemistry in Elko, Nevada preparation facility and then forwarded to ALS Geochemistry in Vancouver for analysis. ALS operates under rigorous quality management systems and is regularly audited by recognized accreditation bodies, including the Standards Council of Canada (SCC) and the Canadian Association for Laboratory Accreditation (CALA).

Heavy metal assaying was by ME-MS61 trace element analysis: Samples were digested using a near-total four-acid procedure (HF; HNO₃; HClO₄; HCl) and analyzed by ICP-MS and ICP-AES. This technique delivers ultra-trace detection of a broad suite of elements, including deleterious or contaminant metals such as arsenic, cadmium, mercury, and lead, supporting environmental and processing assessments.

ALS maintains strict internal QA/QC protocols, including the insertion of certified reference materials, blanks, and duplicates with each batch of samples. These measures ensure that analytical results meet internationally recognized standards of accuracy and reliability, consistent with the requirements of NI 43-101 reporting.

Company Quality Assurance / Quality Control (QA/QC)

The Company implemented a rigorous QA/QC protocol consistent with NI 43-101 standards, including the insertion of blanks and certified reference materials into the sample stream.

Blanks: The Company regularly inserted a blank comprised of generically sourced sand every 11 samples (or 9.3%) to monitor potential contamination during sample preparation and analysis.

Certified reference materials ("CRM"): CRMs used in mineral exploration are used to assess analytical accuracy and are usually rock powders comprised of known concentrations of the metal(s) of interest. CRMs are usually obtained from commercial suppliers who provide the average of many analyses of the CRMs by multiple labs, which is referred to as the certified value, and a standard deviation of the analyses from which the certified value is determined. A typical criterion for accepting the analyses of CRMs in the mineral industry is that they should fall within a range determined by the certified (or "target") value ± three standard deviations ("3 STD"). Analytical accuracy was verified against BAM 826-1, a certified reference material for phosphate slags issued by Germany's Federal Institute for Materials Research and Testing (BAM). The Company inserted BAM 826-1 CRM standards every 22 samples (or 4.5%), or about 2 per drill hole.

The Company is satisfied that the QA/QC results demonstrate the reliability of the assay data and support the integrity of the phosphate grades reported herein.
