Former Air Force Futures senior leader brings nearly three decades of operational, strategic, and capability development experience to CoAspire.

FAIRFAX, Va., Sept. 8, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- CoAspire (www.coaspire.com) announced today that Brigadier General (Ret.) Jason L. Hawk has joined the company as an Executive Vice President, bringing nearly three decades of military leadership and extensive experience in future force design, advanced weapons and technology, strategic planning, and large-scale operations.

Hawk retired from the U.S. Air Force in August 2025 following a career that culminated at the Pentagon as Deputy Director, Capability Development, Air Force Futures, Headquarters U.S. Air Force. In that role, he led Air Force capability development and Joint integration, shaping operational requirements and investment priorities across three consecutive programming cycles representing approximately $200 billion in RDT&E and procurement.

His portfolio spanned the full range of Air Force capabilities, including next-generation airpower, weapons and sensors, autonomous systems and artificial intelligence, command and control, space and cyber, base defense, and mobility. Hawk was involved in capability development and modernization efforts supporting programs including Next Generation Air Dominance, Collaborative Combat Aircraft, C3BM, and B-21.

"Jason's experience sits directly at the intersection of where CoAspire is today and where we are going," said Doug Denneny, Founder and CEO of CoAspire. "He understands the warfighter, how the Department develops requirements and prioritizes capabilities, and what it takes to move technology from an idea to an operational solution. Jason has led at every level, from the cockpit to the Pentagon, and we're thrilled to have him join our senior leadership team."

Prior to Air Force Futures, Hawk served in senior leadership positions at the National Guard Bureau. As a Deputy Director for Air, Intelligence and Cyber Operations, he oversaw readiness, mobilization, and current operations for the Air National Guard — approximately 107,000 Airmen, 90 wings, and 1,200 aircraft, supported by an approximately $11 billion annual operating budget.

Hawk commanded at the squadron and group levels and served for more than two decades as an operational aviator. He began his aviation career in the U.S. Army flying the AH-64 Apache before transitioning to the Air Force and the F-16 Fighting Falcon. A Command Pilot, instructor, and evaluator, Hawk accumulated more than 1,700 flight hours in fighter and attack aircraft and flew operational missions supporting NATO, homeland defense, and U.S. Indo-Pacific Command requirements.

"I've spent my career focused on understanding how to simplify complex defense systems, and how we get the capabilities our warfighters need into their hands faster," Hawk said. "CoAspire has demonstrated that a small, innovative company can challenge traditional timelines and rapidly turn requirements into fieldable capability. I'm excited to join Doug and the senior leadership team as we scale the company and continue delivering affordable capability at speed and scale for the United States and our allies."

Hawk holds an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business, a Master of Strategic Studies from the U.S. Army War College, and a Master of Science in Aviation Operations from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. His executive education includes programs at the Harvard Kennedy School and UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School.

Bulat Utemuratov Foundation Allocates 460 Million Tenge to Support Almaty Gasification Project

ALMATY, Kazakhstan, Sept. 8, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- The Bulat Utemuratov Foundation announced a 460 million tenge (approx. US$1 million) allocation to support the gasification of private residential homes in Almaty. The initiative, implemented in partnership with the Almaty City Akimat (Mayor's Office), aims to develop urban infrastructure, improving living conditions and the city's air quality.

Under a newly signed memorandum, the Almaty City Akimat will inspect private residences, consult with residents on the connection process and provide comprehensive support for the transition to natural gas heating. Following this process, qualified contractors will carry out the necessary construction and installation work.

Darkhan Satybaldy, Akim (Mayor) of Almaty, emphasized: "We continue targeted work to connect private homes to the city's gas supply network. The requirements may vary in each case, which is why it is important to comprehensively support residents, from consultations to the actual connection, alongside technical work. The support of socially responsible businesses allows us to broaden this initiative."

The transition from coal to natural gas in private homes is a crucial step toward improving Almaty's air quality. During the heating season, the use of solid fuels in the private sector remains a major source of pollution.

Ainur Karbozova, CEO of the Bulat Utemuratov Foundation, noted: "It is important for us to support a project aimed at developing urban infrastructure and creating more comfortable conditions for the residents of Almaty. The gasification of the private sector will enable families who are not yet connected to the gas supply system to transition to a modern heating method. We are delighted to support this city initiative."

This gasification project builds on the Foundation's long-standing commitment to Almaty. Previous initiatives in the city include a comprehensive reconstruction of the Botanical Garden, modernization of the ventilation and air conditioning systems at the National Central Museum of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and the opening of one of the first Asyl Miras Autism Centers. During the COVID-19 pandemic, the Foundation also supported the local healthcare system by installing mobile PCR testing laboratories.

Alocity Expands Its AI Operating System with Mercury's Open Access Control Infrastructure
Image File
Original HTML

Alocity combines Mercury's proven open access control foundation with its AI Operating System, giving integrators and customers a modern path to unify access, video, intercom, visitors, and AI without being locked into a closed ecosystem.

PEMBROKE PINES, Fla., Sept. 8, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Alocity, the AI Operating System for physical spaces, today announced support for Mercury Security's open access control platform, bringing together Mercury's proven controller infrastructure with Alocity's cloud-native access control, AI Video, Aimee AI operator, intercom, visitor management, and intelligent workflows.

The collaboration represents an important step forward for a physical security industry that has historically required customers to choose between proven infrastructure and the latest generation of cloud and AI software.

With Mercury as an open access control foundation, Alocity can deliver a modern software and AI experience while preserving the flexibility that security integrators and enterprise customers expect from an open architecture.

"Open infrastructure underneath. Intelligent software above it."

Modernizing Access Control Without Closing the Ecosystem

Access control infrastructure is designed to remain in buildings for many years. Controllers, readers, locks, cameras, and field wiring often outlive multiple generations of software.

Alocity believes modernization should not require customers to abandon those investments simply to gain access to modern cloud management, AI, mobile credentials, video intelligence, or automation.

Mercury's open architecture provides the infrastructure foundation for that strategy. Alocity adds the intelligence layer - connecting access control with AI-powered video, intercom, visitor management, workflows, and operational data through one cloud platform.

"Mercury represents what the physical security industry needs more of: open infrastructure and customer choice. We can combine that proven access control foundation with an entirely new generation of AI-driven software." - Marco Quintero, Founder and CEO, Alocity

From Access Control Software to an AI Operating System

The larger opportunity is not simply moving access control software to the cloud. Alocity is building an AI operating layer across the physical environment.

Through Aimee, Alocity's AI operator, authorized users can interact with access control, cameras, visitors, intercoms, and AI Video Agents using natural language. Instead of treating access control, video, and visitor management as separate applications, Alocity allows these systems to share context and operate together.

This creates a new model for physical security: systems that do more than record events - they understand what is happening and help teams respond.

What teams can ask Aimee

- "Show me everyone who entered the loading dock after 9 PM."

- "Was there anyone tailgating through the west entrance this morning?"

- "Find the vehicle associated with this access event."

- "If this door is forced open after hours, alert security and show the nearest cameras."

- "Generate an access and security report for all locations this week."

Open from the Door to the Camera

The Mercury relationship extends Alocity's broader open-platform strategy.

On the video side, Alocity AIVR works with existing IP cameras to add AI search, real-time detection, contextual reasoning, and AI Video Agents. On the access side, Mercury provides an open controller architecture capable of supporting a broad ecosystem of readers, credentials, locking hardware, and downstream devices.

Alocity connects these environments through one AI-driven Control Center. The result gives customers and integrators greater freedom to select the hardware that fits each project while standardizing the software, intelligence, and user experience across the organization.

Built for the Integrator Channel

For Alocity's security integration partners, Mercury support creates a new way to offer modernization without forcing customers into another proprietary hardware stack.

Partners can design new Mercury-based Alocity systems or help customers evolve existing Mercury environments toward modern cloud management, AI Video, and intelligent automation.

This allows integrators to lead with the customer's business problem - modernization, AI, operational efficiency, cybersecurity, video intelligence, or unified management - instead of beginning every conversation with hardware replacement.

A New Generation of Open Physical Security

Physical security is entering the same transformation that reshaped enterprise IT: infrastructure is becoming increasingly open while software and AI become the primary drivers of user experience, automation, and business value.

Alocity believes the future will not be won by forcing customers into another closed ecosystem. It will be built by connecting proven infrastructure with an intelligent software layer capable of understanding cameras, doors, people, vehicles, visitors, and physical events together.

Mercury provides an important foundation for that future. Alocity provides the intelligence layer above it. Together, they give integrators and customers a path toward a more open, modern, and AI-driven physical security architecture.

"Our partners already understand Mercury and why open architecture matters. Alocity gives them a new software and AI platform to bring to those conversations." - DJ Atkins, SVP, Channel Development

Waterdrop Inc. Announces Second Quarter 2026 Unaudited Financial Results and a Cash Dividend

BEIJING, Sept. 8, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Waterdrop Inc. ("Waterdrop", the "Company" or "we") (NYSE: WDH), a leading technology platform dedicated to insurance and healthcare services with a positive social impact, today announced its unaudited financial results for the three and six months ended June 30, 2026 and a cash dividend.

Financial and Operational Highlights for the Second Quarter of 2026

- Strong Core Business Growth: Net operating revenue for the second quarter rose to RMB1,448.2 million (US$213.4 million), representing a robust year-over-year increase of 72.8%. Insurance-related income for the quarter reached RMB1,333.2 million (US$196.5 million), up 80.5% from the same period in 2025.

- Improved Operating Performance: In the second quarter of 2026, operating profit was RMB111.3 million (US$16.4 million), marking a 39.2% quarter-over-quarter increase and a 14.3% year-over-year increase.

- Broader Reach of Medical Crowdfunding: As of June 30, 2026, approximately 499 million individuals had cumulatively donated an aggregate of RMB74.7 billion to 3.82 million patients through Waterdrop Medical Crowdfunding.

- Continued Expansion in Patient Enrollment: As of June 30, 2026, the Company had facilitated the enrollment of 17,052 patients across 1,873 clinical trial programs through the E-Find Platform.

Mr. Peng Shen, Founder, Chairman, and Chief Executive Officer of Waterdrop, commented, "We are pleased to report another quarter of accelerating growth and strengthening profitability. Our AI initiatives continued to translate into tangible operating leverage.

We delivered solid results in insurance business, with an 80.5% year-over-year growth and a 16.4% quarter-over-quarter growth in insurance-related income. Continued refinement of our AI models improved conversion efficiency, leading to a 32.3% sequential increase in the number of new customers acquired. Expanding access to insurance protection remains our core product strategy. During the quarter, we introduced 'Rongyi Bao,' the market's first long-term critical illness insurance product that requires no health disclosure and offers five-year guaranteed renewability. Together with our deepening insights into evolving user needs, these efforts translated into premium growth, with long-term premiums up 33.4% quarter-over-quarter.

AI is becoming the foundational layer powering how we sell and serve. Our AI deployment continued to enhance service efficiency and operational quality across our insurance business. In this quarter, premiums facilitated by our 'AI Medical Insurance Expert' rose by 25.6% sequentially. Our 'KEYI.AI' underwriting assistant has processed more than 13,000 inquiries to date. The number of users served by 'AI Super Pre-Sales Assistant' climbed by nearly 50% sequentially.

Our AI-powered risk controls for Medical Crowdfunding resulted in marked improvement this quarter. As part of our risk review system, a new asset verification cross-references documents, medical records, and user-generated content to assess the possibility of undisclosed assets, such as property and vehicles, or unreported sources of income, and flags potential inconsistencies across the information reviewed.

Within our digital clinical trial business, the E-Find Platform delivered notably strong performance, especially in the chronic disease area. In the second quarter, we partnered with 255 pharmaceutical companies and contract research organizations and enrolled 1,540 patients. Revenue from digital clinical trial solutions was approximately RMB35.2 million, up 26.8% year-over-year.

Underscoring the commitment to shareholder returns, the board of directors of the Company (the "Board") has authorized the Company's sixth share repurchase program. Since the initial program launched in 2021, we had repurchased approximately 62.9 million ADSs for US$121.3 million as of August 31, 2026. We are also pleased to announce that, the Board has approved our sixth cash dividend of approximately US$10.8 million.

Waterdrop has always regarded technology as our core driver. With AI embedded across our platforms, we are well positioned to capture the growing demand in our existing businesses. Meanwhile, we continue to incubate new AI-driven business initiatives targeting global markets. We remain committed to delivering greater value for our shareholders in the years to come."

Financial Results for the Second Quarter of 2026

Operating revenue, net

Net operating revenue for the second quarter of 2026 reached RMB1,448.2 million (US$213.4 million), which represents an increase of 72.8% year-over-year from RMB838.0 million for the same period of 2025. On a quarter-over-quarter basis, net operating revenue increased by 16.6%.

- Insurance-related income includes insurance brokerage income and technical service income. Insurance brokerage income represents brokerage commissions earned from insurance companies. Technical service income is derived from providing analytics and intelligent recommendation service, risk assessment technical service and marketing services to insurance companies, insurance brokers, and insurance agencies. Reinforced by cumulative big data, we provide risk assessment technical services through an algorithm-driven verification system assessing risk by analyzing user profiles and medical histories, tagging risk levels for hierarchical management that help insurers refine their risk analysis capabilities since 2025. We leverage multi-dimensional consumer insights to deliver analytics and intelligent recommendation services, enabling policyholders to be matched with more suitable products and improving sales efficiency. Our insurance-related income amounted to RMB1,333.2 million (US$196.5 million) in the second quarter of 2026, representing an increase of 80.5% year-over-year from RMB738.6 million for the second quarter of 2025, driven mainly by enhanced risk assessment service capabilities and increased first-year premiums ("FYP") generated through our platform. Our technical service income amounted to RMB488.0 million (US$71.9 million) in the second quarter of 2026, compared with RMB160.9 million for the same quarter of 2025. On a quarter-over-quarter basis, insurance-related income increased by 16.4%, mainly due to the increase in insurance brokerage income.

- Crowdfunding service fees represent the service income earned when patients successfully withdraw the proceeds from their crowdfunding campaigns. Our role is to operate the Waterdrop Medical Crowdfunding platform to provide crowdfunding-related services through the internet, enabling patients with significant medical bills to seek help from caring hearts through technology (the "medical crowdfunding services"). Our medical crowdfunding services generally consist of providing technical and internet support, managing, reviewing and supervising the crowdfunding campaigns, providing comprehensive risk management and anti-fraud measures, and facilitating the collection and transfer of the funds. For the second quarter of 2026, we generated RMB63.6 million (US$9.4 million) in service fees, representing a decrease of 5.7% from RMB67.4 million for the second quarter of 2025. On a quarter-over-quarter basis, crowdfunding service fees increased by 4.7%.

- Digital clinical trial solution income represents the service income earned from our customers mainly including biopharmaceutical companies and leading biotechnology companies. We match qualified and suitable patients for enrollment in clinical trials for our customers and generate digital clinical trial solution revenue for successful matches and we typically charge our customers a fixed unit price per successful match. For the second quarter of 2026, our digital clinical trial solution income amounted to RMB35.2 million (US$5.2 million), representing an increase of 26.8% from RMB27.7 million in the same period of 2025. On a quarter-over-quarter basis, digital clinical trial solution income increased by 45.1%.

Operating costs and expenses

Operating costs and expenses increased by 80.5% year-over-year to RMB1,336.9 million (US$197.0 million) for the second quarter of 2026. On a quarter-over-quarter basis, operating costs and expenses increased by 15.0%.

- Operating costs increased by 29.0% year-over-year to RMB537.3 million (US$79.2 million) for the second quarter of 2026, as compared with RMB416.5 million for the second quarter of 2025, which was primarily driven by (i) an increase of RMB63.8 million in costs of referral and service fees, (ii) an increase of RMB21.4 million in short message service (SMS) costs for new user onboarding and authentication processes, (iii) an increase of RMB11.2 million in personnel costs, and (iv) an increase of RMB8.2 million in the costs for the digital clinical trial solution consultants team. On a quarter-over-quarter basis, operating costs increased by 10.4% from RMB486.8 million, primarily due to (i) an increase of RMB34.9 million in costs of referral and service fees, (ii) an increase of RMB11.2 million in personnel costs, and (iii) an increase of RMB8.3 million in the costs for the digital clinical trial solution consultants team, partially offset by (iv) a decrease of RMB12.7 million in the costs for SMS due to the decrease of volume of SMS sent during the quarter.

- Sales and marketing expenses increased by 220.7% year-over-year to RMB637.5 million (US$94.0 million) for the second quarter of 2026, as compared with RMB198.8 million for the same quarter of 2025. The increase was primarily due to (i) an increase of RMB415.0 million in marketing expenses for third-party traffic channels, and (ii) an increase of RMB21.8 million in marketing-related professional technical service fees. On a quarter-over-quarter basis, sales and marketing expenses increased by 17.8% from RMB541.1 million, primarily due to (i) an increase of RMB79.

MEXC Launches Opportunity Compass as 53.7% of Crypto Users Move Into Stocks but Knowledge Gaps Remain

Five-season program brings together industry partners to help crypto-native users better understand global markets, asset classes and emerging financial opportunities

MUTSAMUDU, Comoros, Sept. 8, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- MEXC, a pioneer in 0-fee digital asset trading, today officially launched Opportunity Compass, a global markets education initiative aimed at advancing the market understanding as crypto and traditional finance become increasingly connected. Guided by the core message, "Know the Market, Know Your Opportunities," the initiative is designed to help crypto-native users build a more systematic understanding of traditional and crypto markets while bringing together perspectives from across the broader financial and digital asset ecosystem.

The initiative comes as crypto users increasingly look beyond digital assets. Recent research from MEXC and CoinGecko found that trading volumes for traditional financial assets on crypto exchanges reached $1.45 trillion in the first half of 2026, nearly 10 times the total recorded for all of 2025.

Key findings from MEXC's user survey include:

- 53.7% of respondents have already invested in stocks, showing that stock investing is becoming increasingly relevant to crypto-native users.

- Among users who have not used stock investment products, 43.1% cited insufficient investment knowledge as a key barrier.

- Among users who previously used stock products but stopped, 48.3% said limited investment knowledge was one of the reasons they discontinued participation.

- Among current stock investors, 44% said individual stock price movements influenced their participation, while 34% pointed to the AI boom as a key driver.

The findings suggest that access is expanding faster than understanding. As crypto-native users move across stocks, ETFs, commodities and digital assets, many are still developing the knowledge needed to understand market cycles, industry trends, asset behavior and investment risk. Greater access to financial opportunities therefore creates a growing need for more structured market education.

"Finding opportunities is important. What matters even more is having a systematic way to understand, evaluate and act on them," said Vugar Usi Zade, CEO of MEXC. "As financial markets become more connected and users gain exposure to a wider range of assets, they need more than access alone. Opportunity Compass is designed to help users understand what drives different markets, evaluate opportunities and risks, and ultimately build their own framework for navigating a more complex financial landscape."

Building Market Education with Industry Participants

Opportunity Compass is designed not only as an MEXC education program, but as a broader industry education initiative that brings together perspectives from across the evolving financial ecosystem. The group of participating partners includes xStocks by PAYWARD, Plume, Tether, Pyth, Optimism, CMT Digital and RootData, representing different parts of the digital asset and financial ecosystem.

With participation from industry partners alongside MEXC's educational content, Opportunity Compass aims to connect foundational market knowledge with broader industry perspectives, helping users better understand both established markets and the emerging models shaping the evolution of global finance.

Featuring five seasons and 30 episodes, Opportunity Compass takes users from understanding global markets and major asset classes to interpreting macroeconomic and industry trends, exploring emerging financial models and evaluating market opportunities. Rather than focusing on individual products or investment recommendations, the program aims to help users understand how markets work and what drives opportunities and risks.

From Seeing Opportunities to Understanding Markets

- Season 1: See the Global Opportunities. Understand the broader global financial market landscape and how different markets connect.

- Season 2: Understand Asset Value. Explore what gives stocks, gold, commodities, ETFs, Bitcoin and other assets value.

- Season 3: Decode Market Trends. Understand how interest rates, inflation, market cycles, earnings and industry trends such as AI and semiconductors shape markets.

- Season 4: Explore Emerging Opportunities. Explore tokenized assets, real-world assets, prediction markets and other emerging financial models at the intersection of crypto and traditional finance.

- Season 5: Become an Opportunity Explorer. Build an independent framework for understanding markets, evaluating opportunities and assessing risk.

Opportunity Compass will roll out progressively from September through December 2026, with new episodes released regularly across all five seasons through a dedicated Opportunity Compass education hub.

Extending MEXC's Infinite Opportunities philosophy into education, Opportunity Compass aims to help users not only discover more financial opportunities, but also develop the knowledge needed to understand and evaluate them more independently.

All Opportunity Compass content is intended for educational purposes only and does not constitute financial or investment advice.

Fourth Quarter of Fiscal Year 2026 Operating Highlights

Fiscal Year 2026 Financial Highlights

- Total revenue was US$104.7 million, representing an 11.4% decrease from US$118.0 million in fiscal year 2025. In-app purchases contributed US$94.5 million, while advertising revenue reached US$10.2 million.

- Total operating costs and expenses were US$103.3 million, representing a 9.9% reduction from US$114.7 million in fiscal year 2025.

Fiscal Year 2026 Operating Highlights

Mr. Feng Xie, founder and chairman of Gamehaus, commented: "Fiscal 2026 was the last full year prior to the implementation of the strategic initiatives we announced earlier. Last month, we set out the strategic initiatives we are undertaking, and beginning with fiscal year 2027, we will progressively implement our new strategic initiatives, directing our resources toward the development and distribution of AI-generated content. The economics of user acquisition in the casual category have changed structurally, and we have chosen to respond by managing our legacy portfolio for cash flow and return rather than for scale, and by reallocating resources toward the directions opened up by generative technology. We enter this transition from a position of financial strength, and our Board has extended our share repurchase program for a further year. We believe our balance sheet provides a strong foundation to fund this transition on our own terms, and we intend to do so."

Total revenue was US$24.3 million in the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2026, decreasing 20.8% from US$30.7 million in the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2025. The decrease was primarily driven by a strategic reduction in user acquisition spending and a deliberate adjustment of our marketing approach in response to evolving platform dynamics and competitive market conditions.

Advertising costs decreased by 13.5% in the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2026 compared to the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2025, contributing to lower traffic volumes and new player acquisition, which weighed on top-line performance. In-app purchase revenue decreased 22.2% to US$21.7 million in the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2026 from US$27.9 million in the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2025, while advertising revenue was US$2.6 million in the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2026, compared to US$2.8 million in the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2025. The impact of lower user volumes was partially mitigated by improvements in per-user monetization, supported by ongoing content optimization and targeted live-ops initiatives that deepened engagement and spending across the Company's active player base.

Operating Costs and Expenses

Total operating costs and expenses were US$25.1 million in the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2026, representing a 14.4% reduction from US$29.3 million in the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2025.

- Cost of revenue decreased by 17.4% to US$12.0 million in the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2026, from US$14.5 million in the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2025. The decline was primarily driven by lower platform commission costs, as well as adjustments to developer profit-sharing arrangements as certain titles progress through their lifecycle.

- Research and development expenses remained stable, increasing 0.8% to US$1.5 million in the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2026, from US$1.4 million in the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2025. The modest increase reflects the Company's continued investment in previously initiated game development and related research and development initiatives.

- Selling and marketing expenses decreased by 13.6% to US$10.2 million in the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2026, from US$11.8 million in the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2025. The decrease was largely attributable to a US$1.5 million reduction in advertising spend on player acquisition and retention, as the Company maintained a structured approach to reduce marketing investment amid uneven ad performance across major platforms, including Apple App Store and Google Play, through which the Company distributes games to game players or users, while continuing to optimize spend efficiency on mature titles.

- General and administrative expenses were US$1.4 million in the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2026, representing a decrease of 6.6% from US$1.5 million in the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2025. The decrease was primarily attributable to lower personnel costs resulting from a reduction in headcount, as well as enhanced operational efficiency driven by the increased adoption of artificial intelligence ("AI")-enabled tools across the Company's administrative functions.

Operating Income

Operating loss was US$0.8 million in the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2026, compared to US$1.4 million in the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2025. Operating margin was negative 3.1% in the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2026, compared to positive 4.6% in the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2025.

Other Income, Net

Other income, net, which mainly included the Company's investment income, interest income and expenses, non-operating income and expenses, and other income and expenses, was US$1.6 million in the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2026, compared to US$0.1 million in the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2025.

Net Income

Net income was US$0.9 million for the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2026, compared to US$1.5 million in the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2025. Net income attributable to Gamehaus Holdings Inc.'s shareholders per ordinary share was US$0.02 for the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2026, compared to US$0.03 in the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2025.

Fiscal Year 2026 Unaudited Financial Results

Revenue

Total revenue was US$104.7 million for the fiscal year 2026, decreasing 11.4% from US$118.0 million in the prior fiscal year. The decrease was primarily driven by a strategic reduction in user acquisition spending and a deliberate adjustment of our marketing approach in response to evolving platform dynamics and competitive market conditions.

Advertising costs decreased 15.8% year-over-year, including a significant reduction in advertising costs, which led to lower traffic and user acquisition volumes and impacted both revenue streams. In-app purchase revenue decreased 11.2% to US$94.5 million in the fiscal year 2026 from US$106.3 million in the fiscal year 2025, while advertising revenue was US$10.2 million in the fiscal year 2026, compared to US$11.7 million in the fiscal year 2025. The impact of lower user volumes was partially mitigated by improvements in per-user monetization, supported by ongoing content optimization and targeted live-ops initiatives that deepened engagement and spending across the Company's active player base.

Operating Costs and Expenses

Total operating costs and expenses were US$103.3 million for the fiscal year 2026, representing a 9.9% decrease from US$114.7 million in the prior fiscal year.

- Cost of revenue decreased by 11.4% to US$49.5 million in the fiscal year 2026, from US$55.9 million in the prior fiscal year, reflecting lower platform commission costs, as well as adjustments to developer profit-sharing arrangements as certain titles progress through their lifecycle.

- Research and development expenses increased 11.4% to US$6.3 million in the fiscal year 2026, from US$5.7 million in the prior fiscal year, primarily reflecting the Company's continued investment in game development and related research and development initiatives.

- Selling and marketing expenses decreased by 15.2% to US$41.0 million in the fiscal year 2026, from US$48.4 million in the prior fiscal year. The decrease was largely attributable to a US$7.3 million reduction in advertising spend on player acquisition and retention, as the Company maintained a structured approach to reduce marketing investment amid uneven ad performance across major platforms, including Apple App Store and Google Play, through which the Company distributes games to game players or users, while continuing to optimize spend efficiency on mature titles.

- General and administrative expenses were US$6.4 million in the fiscal year 2026, representing an increase of 36.5% from US$4.7 million in the prior fiscal year. The increase was primarily due to higher personnel costs associated with the continued build-out of the Company's public company infrastructure, including corporate governance and investor relations functions, as well as selective hiring to strengthen management capacity and key operational roles in support of the Company's expanding business. This increase was partially offset in the fourth quarter of the year by headcount reductions and enhanced operating efficiency resulting from the increased adoption of AI-enabled tools across the Company's administrative functions.

Pet Supplies Delivery (2026): Same-Day Options for Pet Food, Litter, and Heavy Pet Essentials by Consumer365

NEW YORK CITY, Sept. 8, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Consumer365 has released a new guide examining how same-day retail delivery can help pet owners manage routine restocks, urgent shortages, and heavier purchases such as bags of food and litter. The article looks at DoorDash as an example of how delivery apps now serve everyday shopping needs alongside restaurant orders.

Pet Supplies Delivery

- DoorDash - provides same-day delivery of pet food, litter, and other eligible pet supplies from participating stores

The guide looks at practical situations that may send a pet owner searching for delivery. A household may run out of dog food, need cat litter without access to a car, or require puppy pads before bringing home a new pet. Large bags can also be difficult to carry on public transportation.

Consumer365 explains where same-day service may help with time-sensitive errands, planned replenishment, and heavy purchases. The article also reviews recurring delivery and the details consumers should check before ordering.

What Pet Essentials May Be Available for Delivery?

Depending on the customer's area and current inventory, DoorDash may offer:

- Dog food, cat food, fish food, and reptile food, including live crickets where offered

- Cat litter, puppy pads, waste bags, and other cleanup supplies

- Treats, toys, feeding accessories, grooming goods, and other routine pet-care items

Available brands may include Purina, Blue Buffalo, Royal Canin, Freshpet, JustFoodForDogs, Stella & Chewy's, Taste of the Wild, PetSmart, and Petco. Stores, brands, products, and package sizes vary by location.

Why Can Same-Day Delivery Help With Heavy Pet Supplies?

Pet food and litter are bought repeatedly, yet both often come in bulky packages. Same-day delivery can help people living in apartments, households without a vehicle, or anyone managing a packed schedule. It may also assist during cleanup emergencies, travel preparation, or the first days with a newly adopted animal.

Customers can browse participating stores and order eligible goods through DoorDash. DoorDash offers same-day service, with orders delivered in as fast as 30 minutes*. Timing, fees, inventory, and store availability differ by address, so customers should review the in-app estimate.

*Delivery times vary by location. See app for estimate.

How Does Pet Delivery Fit Into DoorDash's Retail Expansion?

DoorDash's app connects customers with more than 100,000 grocery, convenience, and retail stores. Pet care is part of that network, along with beauty, electronics, apparel, gifts, and household goods.

For pet owners, the practical value is access to routine supplies through an app that may already be used for meal delivery.

What Should Consumers Review Before Ordering?

Before ordering, customers should review package size, quantity, product details, delivery estimate, fees, and recurring-order eligibility. Food type and life-stage requirements also warrant care, especially for young animals, fish, reptiles, or pets with prescribed diets.

Final Thoughts

As pet ownership continues to grow, so does the need for more flexible ways to shop for everyday essentials. Same-day delivery services can help bridge the gap when schedules are tight, transportation is limited, or supplies run out unexpectedly.

While availability varies by location, DoorDash may offer a convenient way to access food, litter, and other pet necessities without an extra trip to the store.
