WILLIAMSVILLE, N.Y. -- August 30, 2026 -- Paris Baguette will open a new bakery café at 5150 Main St., No. 200, in Williamsville on Aug. 31, giving Buffalo-area residents access to the chain's pastries, cakes, breads and coffee drinks for the first time. The location is owned and operated by franchisees Ivan Shen and Jing Zhang, cousins who grew up visiting Paris Baguette locations in New York City. It marks the brand's first café in the Buffalo area and its second in upstate New York.
