Why Rosen Law: We encourage investors to select qualified counsel with a track record of success in leadership roles. Often, firms issuing notices do not have comparable experience, resources, or any meaningful peer recognition. Many of these firms do not actually handle securities class actions, but are merely middlemen that refer clients or partner with law firms that actually litigate the cases. Be wise in selecting counsel. The Rosen Law Firm represents investors throughout the globe, concentrating its practice in securities class actions and shareholder derivative litigation. Rosen Law Firm has achieved the largest ever securities class action settlement against a Chinese Company. Rosen Law Firm was Ranked No. 1 by ISS Securities Class Action Services for number of securities class action settlements in 2017. The firm has been ranked in the top 4 each year since 2013 and has recovered billions of dollars for investors. In 2019 alone the firm secured over $438 million for investors. In 2020, founding partner Laurence Rosen was named by law360 as a Titan of Plaintiffs' Bar. Many of the firm's attorneys have been recognized by Lawdragon and Super Lawyers.

Details of the case: According to the lawsuit, throughout the Class Period, defendants made materially false and misleading statements and/or failed to disclose that: (1) senior executives had engaged in certain undisclosed activities; (2) these activities required Board review; (3) there was reason to doubt the effectiveness of XTI Aerospace's disclosure controls and procedures; (4) as a result, XTI Aerospace would be unable to timely file its earnings reports; and (5) as a result of the foregoing, defendants' positive statements about XTI Aerospace's business, operations, and prospects were materially misleading and/or lacked a reasonable basis. When the true details entered the market, the lawsuit claims that investors suffered damages.

To join the XTI Aerospace class action, go to https://rosenlegal.com/cases/xti-aerospace-inc/join or call Phillip Kim, Esq. toll-free at 866-767-3653 or email [email protected] for information on the class action.

No Class Has Been Certified. Until a class is certified, you are not represented by counsel unless you retain one. You may select counsel of your choice. You may also remain an absent class member and do nothing at this point. An investor's ability to share in any potential future recovery is not dependent upon serving as lead plaintiff.

America Haunts names 5 haunted attractions worth making the centerpiece of a frighteningly fun fall getaway

KANSAS CITY, Mo., Sept. 10, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- There comes a moment every fall when nights get darker and something starts pulling thrill-seekers toward the unknown.

Maybe it's the full moon.

Maybe it's curiosity or the fear of missing out.

Or maybe it's simply the realization that the best scares aren't always waiting around the corner.

America Haunts is giving those travelers five more reasons to start the engine. Its Road Trip Worthy Top 5 recognizes haunted attractions that deliver the kind of immersive, large-scale experiences that can make a few hours behind the wheel worthwhile.

These aren't quick stops on the way to somewhere else. They are the somewhere else.

As Halloween evolves from a one-night celebration into a season of events, haunted attractions are increasingly becoming destinations for weekend travelers. The rise of "scarecations," getaways built around the pursuit of a great scare, is giving Halloween fans a new reason to hit the highway to proven, time-tested premier haunts, explore new communities, and turn a night of fright into a full fall adventure.

These attractions make Halloween fans ask a different question: Not "What's the closest haunted house?" but "What's worth driving for?"

For travelers willing to chase the scream, these five destinations combine scale, storytelling, spectacle, and sheer fright to create experiences that can become the centerpiece of an entire fall getaway.

America Haunts' Top 5 Road Trip Worthy Haunted Attractions

1. Talon Falls Screampark — Paducah metro, Kentucky

For scare-seekers, Talon Falls is the kind of destination that can turn a tank of gas into a night of mayhem.

The 2026 season brings something brand new to Talon Falls: Blood Creek Haunted Hayride: Mutant's Revenge, joining an extensive lineup of terrifying attractions and haunted zones for an even bigger night of Halloween entertainment.

Located in a region that naturally draws visitors from Kentucky, Illinois, Missouri, and Tennessee, Talon Falls is positioned to make a road trip part of the experience. Visitors can cross state lines, take in the sights along the way, and build the anticipation before arriving at a Screampark where the scale of the experience takes the night to the next level.

With the new Blood Creek hayride added to its established lineup, Talon Falls offers 10 terrifying haunted mazes in one location, it's more than a quick haunted-house stop. It gives scare-seekers a reason to make the drive, stay for the night, and turn Halloween into an adventure worth traveling for.

For those mapping out a fall scarecation, Talon Falls makes a strong case for going farther to get scared.

2. Spookywoods Haunted Attraction — Greensboro/Winston-Salem/High Point metro, North Carolina

Forty-two years of Halloween experience. Eighty-five acres of room to roam. And plenty of places to lose your nerve.

Kersey Valley Spookywoods celebrates its 42nd season in 2026 with a major expansion of its Club Spooky courtyard, adding even more to an already massive Halloween destination.

Spread across 85 acres, Spookywoods is less "haunted house" and more Halloween takeover. A sprawling scarecast populates the property while multiple attractions and experiences keep visitors moving from one fright to the next.

And when guests finally get a moment to catch their breath, there's still plenty of ground to cover.

That scale is part of what makes Spookywoods road-trip material. It offers the sort of full-evening experience that gives travelers a reason to make a weekend of it rather than simply squeeze a haunted house into a busy October night.

For travelers looking for a destination where Halloween feels bigger than a single attraction, Spookywoods turns its massive space into a theme park focused on fright.

3. Dead End Hayride — Minneapolis metro, Minnesota

Dead End Hayride transforms the traditional haunted hayride into a massive, immersive Halloween experience spread across approximately 160 acres of secluded Minnesota woods.

Guests begin aboard the hayride, then continue on foot through highly detailed indoor and outdoor environments featuring large-scale effects, pyrotechnics, and more than 200 live actors.

The experience constantly shifts in setting, pacing, and intensity, making it difficult to predict what's coming next. With its combination of scale, immersive design, and live interaction, Dead End Hayride feels less like a traditional haunted house and more like stepping into an entire world built for Halloween.

4. Bates Motel & Haunted Hayride — Philadelphia metro, Pennsylvania

This won't be a restful stay. It's a full-on, wide-awake nightmare.

Bates Motel & Haunted Hayride is taking its already legendary Halloween experience into another season with massive all-new physical sets and high-tech features designed to intensify its immersive haunted hayride.

The terrifying hayride is just part of the night. A haunted house and town, a midway filled with games, food, photo opportunities, and additional attractions give visitors plenty to do before and after the screaming begins.

That combination makes Bates Motel particularly suited to the scarecation crowd. Travelers aren't simply arriving for a single haunted-house experience and heading back to the car. They can spend the evening exploring and working up the nerve for whatever comes next.

It's also the kind of destination where the road-trip conversation can begin long before arrival: Who's going first? Who's going to lose their wits and who's going to pee their pants?

For those who believe a road trip should make lasting memories, Bates Motel is the place to start.

5. Headless Horseman Hayrides and Haunted Attractions — Greater NYC metro area, New York

A destination worth the trip.

Headless Horseman Hayrides and Haunted Attractions sits on more than 65 acres in New York's Hudson Valley, transforming a historic property into an immersive Halloween destination. The 2026 experience features 13 attractions, including its signature hayride – with a beautiful black steed and Headless rider, haunted houses, and other outdoor experiences.

And this isn't simply a regional haunt with a famous story. Decades of experience have established Headless Horseman as a destination for serious haunt fans, combining high-tech production, professional scarecast performers, and an elaborate world of sets, haunting atmosphere, and unseen forces designed to deliver extraordinary levels of fright.

For 2026, the signature hayride introduces The Cursed Earth of Crow Hollow, a new story involving a buried evil, a corrupted landscape, and an infection spreading through the town.

The scares continue: haunted houses, walk-throughs, scenic displays, a corn maze, live shows, and an inviting Horseman's Tavern, all built over decades into an award-winning, high-tech production. Guests come back year after year, and five-star reviews say the same thing about the actors and the scares.

For Halloween travelers, that's a pretty compelling reason to follow the road to Headless Horseman Hayrides and Haunted Attractions in Ulster Park, NY.

The Scarecation is Calling

For Halloween travelers, the attraction may be the destination, but the road trip can become part of the experience.

A haunted attraction getaway can turn an ordinary fall weekend into an itinerary filled with autumn scenery, local restaurants, hotels, shopping, entertainment, and after-dark adventure.

Friends can load up the SUV. Couples can turn Halloween into a spooky date weekend. Families can make a tradition of visiting new destinations in the haunt season. Hardcore haunt fans can map multiple attractions into one extended Halloween pilgrimage.

And then there are the travelers who simply want to see how brave they really are. That's the magic of a road-trip-worthy haunt: the anticipation starts long before the first scream. The farther the destination, the more time there is to wonder what waits at the other end.

And once the sun goes down, the road trip becomes the prequel. America Haunts' Road Trip Worthy Top 5 gives scare-seekers the top five destinations where the experience is big enough, immersive enough, and memorable enough to justify going the extra mile.

So fill the tank. Cue the Halloween playlist. Grab the people who agree that living life to the fullest includes a little fear-fueled fun. The road is calling. The monsters are waiting. And the best scares may be just a few hours away.

America Haunts is the national association of premier haunted attractions, representing some of the most respected and recognized haunts in the United States. Its members set the standard for safety, creativity, and innovation, delivering immersive, spine-chilling experiences that have helped make haunted attractions a destination for Halloween entertainment. New Peer-Reviewed Publication Explores How Rare Agarikon Mycelium Interacts with Human Immune Cells in Basal and Stimulated Conditions
Image File
Original HTML

OLYMPIA, Wash., Sept. 10, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Fungi Perfecti, LLC announced today the publication of a new peer-reviewed research article in Frontiers in Immunology examining how Agarikon (Fomitopsis officinalis, syn. Laricifomes officinalis) mycelium influences immune signaling in human immune cells under both basal and LPS-stimulated conditions in preclinical evaluations.

The article, titled "Adaptive Resilience: Agarikon Mycelium Modulates Immune Responses and Provides Oxidative Stress Buffering in Human Immune Cells," reports that Agarikon mushroom mycelium demonstrated a coordinated, context-dependent response profile in the study's test system—findings the authors say support continued investigation and clinical validation.*

"Agarikon has a long history of traditional use across cultures, and modern research continues to expand our understanding of how its compounds may interact with biological systems," said Chase Beathard, PhD, Director of Research and Development at Fungi Perfecti, and principal investigator for the study. "Interrelated with some of our recent clinical work, we're pleased to see this study published in a leading immunology journal and look forward to further research that builds on these findings."*

Study Background:

Agarikon is a rare, slow‑growing fungus traditionally associated with wellness practices in a number of cultures. Because Agarikon fruiting bodies are typically found in old‑growth forest habitats and develop slowly, the researchers noted that cultivated mushroom mycelium may offer a more accessible preparation for research into its biological activity.

In addition, the use of Agarikon mushroom mycelium in research works to prevent wild harvesting of the fungus, which is currently at risk. Fungi Perfecti currently maintains the world's largest Agarikon strain library to preserve the species. After several decades, Fungi Perfecti has collected cultures from more than 120 Agarikon specimens.

"In these rapidly changing times, supporting human and planetary immunity should be considered key elements for protecting our collective future," said Paul Stamets, Founder, Member, and Owner at Fungi Perfecti. "Agarikon is a stellar example of the common interests we share from ancient times to the present. Our dedicated research has led to—and is leading to—several publications like this. The continuing story of exploring Agarikon for supporting immunity is compelling."*

Methods and Research Overview:

According to the publication, this preclinical study evaluated transcriptomic effects of Agarikon mycelium in human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) under:

- Basal conditions—a term used to represent a mode of the study where evaluated immune cells were in a healthy state

- LPS‑stimulated conditions—a commonly used laboratory model for immune stress stimulation, or immune challenge

These preclinical evaluations were conducted alongside laboratory evaluations of antioxidant activity, iron‑chelating activity, and kinase binding activity. The study also assessed two Agarikon fractions for effects on cell viability and proliferation and for induction of select cytokine targets.

Key Results as Reported in the Publication:

The researchers reported that:

- Under basal conditions, the authors observed changes in gene expression patterns related to innate immune signaling involving IL‑1 and NF‑κB pathways, alongside measured changes in select immune mediators such as IL‑1RA and decreases in certain toll‑like receptor transcripts.*

- Under LPS‑stimulated conditions, where cells were placed under immune stress in vitro, the immune response profile shifted in a context‑dependent way. Measured increases in select immune effectors (including TLR5) and changes associated with cytokine signaling were reported under the stimulated condition.*

"During our study evaluations, we observed changes in immune cell signaling under healthy, basal conditions that may be consistent with immune preparedness," Beathard said. "In the laboratory stress-challenge model (LPS-stimulated), the changes we observed displayed a context-dependent pattern consistent with balanced immune signaling."*

Overall, the authors concluded that the observed pattern suggests a coordinated response profile and supports further investigation. These findings are from a preclinical laboratory model and do not necessarily demonstrate effects in humans, warranting further research.

The Inner Circle acknowledges Lori Lee Barr, MD, FACR, FAIUM as a 2026 Top Pinnacle Healthcare Professional

PENSICOLA, Fla., Sept. 10, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Prominently featured in The Inner Circle, Lori Lee Barr, MD, FACR, FAIUM, is acknowledged as a 2026 Top Pinnacle Healthcare Professional for her contributions to the field of Radiology.

Dr. Barr pursued higher education at Lipscomb University where she was awarded a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology. After earning the degree of medical doctor from the Louisiana State University School of Medicine at Shreveport she then completed her diagnostic radiology residency and pediatric radiology fellowship at the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston. She is board-certified in both pediatric radiology and diagnostic radiology as a Diplomate of the American Board of Radiology (ABR) one of 24 national medical specialty boards that make up the American Board of Medical Specialties. She has been recognized by the American College of Radiology and the American Institute of Ultrasound in Medicine as a fellow for teaching, research, clinical care, and community advocacy.

She said, "When I was little, I fell in love with life. I loved growing up in New Orleans and spending summers at my grandparent's farm in Florence, Alabama. I love animals and people. I love writing and reading. When I became a medical doctor, I got to direct some of that love into a career filled with wonder and excitement that continues to this day. I love seeing how beautiful my patients are on the inside and I love how my patients get excited when I show them a picture of how beautiful they are on the inside and how their body works when we are looking at their ultrasounds, fluoroscopic exams, CT scans and MRIs." She continued, "Assisting ailing children and their families in their quest for renewed vitality really helps you keep an accurate perspective on the blessings in your own life. It is not worth the energy to get all worked up about the cat missing the litter box when you see young ones facing major health challenges with grace and smiles every day."

Dr. Barr practices radiology on-site in Pensacola, Florida and remotely throughout the state. She explained, "Pediatric radiology is a subspecialty of radiology where we make sure that children of all ages, from the fetus before birth to the 190 lb. high school football champion get diagnostic imaging studies using the lowest doses of ionizing radiation (like x-rays) and non-ionizing radiation (like ultrasound and magnetic resonance) possible to answer their doctor's clinical questions and help them feel better fast."

Her quest is to ensure that the same quality of diagnostic imaging that she helped develop at major children's hospitals where she has served in leadership roles including Cincinnati Children's Medical Center, Dell Children's Medical Center of Austin, Texas and Ascension Sacred heart Pensacola/Studer Family Children's Hospital is available to children who do not live near a major children's hospital through their local community hospitals and clinics. She shared some of her ideas in the article, "5 RECOMMENDATIONS TO ACHIEVE EXCELLENCE IN PEDIATRIC MEDICAL IMAGING," published by Carestream and republished internationally in Spanish and Portuguese. (https://www.carestream.com/blog/2023/09/12/achieve-excellence-in-pediatric-medical-imaging/).

A testament to her influence in the field, Dr. Barr is a partner of Radiology Associates of Florida, P.A., a Radiology Partners, Inc. practice, where she serves as the Panhandle Division Director, Member-at-Large on the Radiology Associates of Florida Local Practice Board of Directors, and as the Chair of the Patient Safety Committee. At the national practice level with Radiology Partners, Inc. she serves on the Pediatric Advisory Board and assists the clinical augmented intelligence (AI) team. She serves as the Secretary of the Board of Directors of the Radiological Society of North America Foundation, a not-for-profit foundation that funds cutting edge diagnostic imaging and interventional radiology research.

She stated, "I've had great mentors at every step of my career." Now she brings that same level of mentorship to the next generation of doctors. She is known to her proteges as The Doctor's Mentor from her podcast, The Doctor's Mentor Show and with the products and services offered through The Doctor's Mentor, LLC. As a mentor, she helps doctors, dentists and chiropractors recognize practice patterns that squelch the joy of being the doctor they dreamed of being in professional school and develop AI forward practices and businesses that expand their influence while nurturing their vitality and relationships.

"No need to keep striving for money, power, or time off if you've lost touch with your reason for being," she commented. "My proteges get clear on where they are; what they want next; and who they need to become to achieve that desired outcome," Dr. Barr explained. She then works together with them to create and implement a plan to leverage their expertise and create more time freedom, influence, and profits so their joy returns. She is an encourager. Dr. Barr reminds her protegees that life is more than a med spa clinic, medical practice or dental practice. "The better doctors take care of themselves, the more likely their loved ones, practice partners, and patients are to be inspired into amazing action in their own lives," she said. Dr. Barr invests time and resources into the renewal of her own mind, body, spirit and awareness so that she can love her family and friends as they take care of themselves.

Dr. Barr is an internationally recognized best-selling author of the book Think & Grow Well, and inventor of the patented Ease-o-Stat, and speaker. "That is one reason I started the Think & Grow Well Podcast and Community after the success of my book!" she stated.

When she is not spending time caring for patients, she enjoys scuba diving and snorkeling. "Both are so easy to do when you get to be in paradise here in Florida," she stated. Dr. Barr loves listening to live music and catching live stage performances in her hometown of Austin, Texas. She enjoys spotting quail and wild turkeys and listening to the spring peepers and cicadas on their family farm in Alabama.

"My greatest mentors were my parents, Sonny and Lee Barr. I dedicate this honor to them," she said. "Thanks to the way I designed my practice and the assistance of our family and friends, my parents got to live out their days enjoying the people, the animals, and the land they cultivated right up until the time of their passing. That is a good life. Do worthwhile work, live life to the fullest walking in the Light, then, rest assured that there is something even greater waiting for you beyond that veil." Dr. Barr hopes to do the same and to lead a few others to the Light along the way.

MegazoneCloud Begins Building Hanmi Pharmaceutical's Quality Assurance AI Agent with 'AIR Studio'

Fine-tunes the Korean model Solar and deploys it on its own AI platform, AIR Studio, to automate quality-document operations

Part of the MSIT•NIPA 'AX One-Stop Voucher Program'; consortium formed with Hanmi Pharmaceutical, Samsung SDS, and Selectstar

SEOUL, South Korea, Sept. 9, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- MegazoneCloud (CEO Doug Yeum), a leading AI and cloud company, is undertaking the development of 'Hanmi Q-Agent,' an AI agent that automates Hanmi Pharmaceutical's quality assurance (QA) operations, based on its enterprise AI OS 'AIR Studio.'

Hanmi Q-Agent is an AI agent that supports the retrieval and analysis of vast quality documents. MegazoneCloud, which is responsible for implementing the AI solution for this project — part of the 'AX One-Stop Voucher Program,' through which the Ministry of Science and ICT (MSIT) and the National IT Industry Promotion Agency (NIPA) provide integrated support for AI, cloud, and data in voucher form — began system development on the 7th.

MegazoneCloud will build the search-based AI agent for some 4,000 quality documents accumulated by Hanmi Pharmaceutical. Applying its in-house enterprise AI OS 'AIR Studio,' the company will implement a RAG (retrieval-augmented generation)-based agent that retrieves and summarizes these documents and compares them against the latest regulations. The goal is to identify and correct items that do not conform to newly added or revised regulations, thereby reducing related work time by more than 40%.

Quality documents are prepared and managed to demonstrate that pharmaceuticals have been manufactured consistently and in accordance with regulations; they contain a mix of tables, figures, and formulas, with Korean and English notation used side by side. Until now, staff have had to search through vast volumes of documents themselves and manually cross-check them against the latest regulatory standards and internal guidelines. In particular, discrepancies with regulations have mostly been corrected only after inspections. Once the system is in place, preventive quality management that reflects the latest regulations in real time is expected to become possible.

As the engine that generates Hanmi Q-Agent's responses, MegazoneCloud fine-tunes Upstage's Korean model 'Solar' to Hanmi Pharmaceutical's GMP domain and deploys it on the AIR Studio-based agent. GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) is an international standard for manufacturing pharmaceuticals at a consistent level of quality and is central to pharmaceutical quality assurance operations.

Suh Min-taek, Vice President of MegazoneCloud, said, "The pharmaceutical quality field is one of the most demanding areas for AI adoption, as a single word can determine a regulatory judgment and the requirements for accuracy and traceability are exceptionally strict." He added, "Having proven our AIR Studio and fine-tuning capabilities through generative-AI implementations across a range of industries, such as Hanatour's AI chat consultation service, we will lead the expansion of domain-specific AI in regulated industries through this project."

In the Hanmi Q-Agent project, Hanmi Pharmaceutical serves as the overall lead, while MegazoneCloud handles AI solution implementation and fine-tuning, Samsung SDS provides the AX infrastructure, and Selectstar performs data processing and third-party verification. The four companies held the "2026 AX One-Stop Voucher Program Hanmi Pharmaceutical Consortium Kickoff" on August 28.

Robbins LLP Urges GDDY Stockholders Who Lost Money Investing in GoDaddy Inc. to Contact the Firm for Information About Leading the Class Action
Image File
Original HTML

SAN DIEGO, Sept. 10, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Shareholder rights law firm Robbins LLP reminds investors that a class action was filed on behalf of all persons and entities who purchased or otherwise acquired GoDaddy Inc. (NYSE: GDDY) common stock between September 3, 2025 and February 24, 2026 (the "Class Period"). GoDaddy is an internet domain registry, domain registrar, and web hosting company.

The complaint alleges that GoDaddy failed to disclose to investors that it had initiated a promotional discount that had a material, adverse effect on total bookings growth.

Investors who suffered significant losses during the Class Period may be eligible to participate in the lawsuit and should contact Robbins LLP for information.

Listen to our podcast.

Why Was GoDaddy Sued?

According to the complaint, during the Class Period, GoDaddy introduced an undisclosed heavily discounted promotional price for one-year domain contracts of $4.99, a price significantly lower than their typical multi-year contracts that range from $10 to $20 per year.

Plaintiff contends this was a deliberate strategy to attract new customers, even at the expense of large upfront payments for multi-year contracts. Accordingly, this undisclosed promotion contradicted the Company's repeated representations that its strategy to attract high-intent customers that spend $500 or more was working and that its AI platform was "hitting its stride," helping to attract those high-intent customers that were adopting more products and spending more money.

Why Did GoDaddy's Stock Drop?

On February 24, 2026, GoDaddy issued a press release reporting its fourth quarter and full year 2025 financial results with the SEC on Form 8-K revealing that total bookings growth had sharply decelerated to 5% in the fourth quarter of 2025. While revenue growth hit the mark at 8% for the full year 2025, this sharp deceleration in total bookings growth in the fourth quarter of 2025 caused total bookings growth for the full year 2025 to come in at 7%, a departure from defendants' previously stated 8%.

During GoDaddy's earnings call, defendants clarified that it had introduced a promotional price for dotcom domains with a one-year term, which "increased new customer volume that purchased domain units with one-year terms, but the demand for the offer was greater than we expected and the shift in term mix combined with the promotional price reduced upfront bookings and near-term revenue."

On this news, the price of GoDaddy common stock fell from a closing price of $92.30 per share on February 24, 2026, to a closing price of $79.12 per share on February 25, 2026, a decline of $13.18 per share, or more than 14%.

Who Can Participate in the GoDaddy Class Action?

The lawsuit seeks to represent investors who purchased or otherwise acquired GoDaddy common stock between September 3, 2025 and February 24, 2026. Investors who suffered losses during that period may have legal rights under the federal securities laws.

What Is a Lead Plaintiff?

The lead plaintiff is a court-appointed investor who represents the interests of all class members throughout the litigation. Serving as lead plaintiff is not required to share in any potential recovery. Investors who do not seek appointment may remain absent class members if the case proceeds and later resolves successfully.

Shareholders who wish to lead the case should contact Robbins LLP before the October 20, 2026 lead plaintiff deadline.

Does it cost anything to participate?

No. Robbins LLP represents investors on a contingency fee basis.

Robbins LLP Urges TBLA Stockholders Who Lost Money Investing in Taboola.com Ltd. to Contact the Firm for Information About Leading the Class Action

SAN DIEGO, Sept. 10, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Shareholder rights law firm Robbins LLP informs investors that a class action was filed on behalf of all persons and entities who purchased or otherwise acquired Taboola.com Ltd. (NASDAQ: TBLA) securities between May 6, 2026 and August 4, 2026 (the "Class Period"). Taboola operates a platform that partners with websites, devices, and mobile apps to recommend editorial content and advertisements on the open web.

The complaint alleges that Taboola misled investors regarding the value of the Company's publisher relationships.

Investors who suffered significant losses during the Class Period may be eligible to participate in the lawsuit and should contact Robbins LLP for information before the October 20, 2026 deadline.

Listen to our podcast.

Why Was Taboola Sued?

The complaint alleges that during the Class Period, defendants failed to disclose that:

(1) the Company was seeing an increase in low-quality publishers;

(2) the Company would need to take an aggressive approach to exiting these low-quality publisher relationships, impacting earnings;

(3) as a result, the value of the Company's publisher relationships was overstated; and

(4) due to the foregoing, defendants' positive statements about the Company's business, operations, and prospects were materially misleading and/or lacked a reasonable basis.

Why Did Taboola's Stock Drop?

The complaint alleges that on August 5, 2026, before the market opened, Taboola reported second quarter 2026 earnings, including revenue of $476.8 million, falling short of previously issued second quarter guidance of $492-$505 million. The Company also cut its previously issued full year 2026 guidance, reducing expected revenue by $91 million at the midpoint to $1,930-$1,956 million and further cut expected gross profit $10 million at the midpoint to $605-$615 million.

On the same date, also before the market opened, Taboola held an earnings call, during which the Company's CFO Stephen Walker said that1 "[r]evenue was below our guidance this quarter" in part because the Company took "a more aggressive approach in the second quarter by exiting publisher relationships that did not meet our standards for advertiser success." The Company's CEO Adam Singolda further said that the quarter experienced headwinds due to the "decision to remove low-quality publishers that were not delivering value for advertisers."

On this news, Taboola's share price fell $1.45 or 27.41%, to close at $3.84 on August 5, 2026, on unusually heavy trading volume.

Who Can Participate in the Taboola Class Action?

The lawsuit seeks to represent investors who purchased or otherwise acquired Taboola.com Ltd. common stock between May 6, 2026 and August 4, 2026.

Investors who suffered losses during that period may have legal rights under the federal securities laws.

"My instructors believed in my potential, provided guidance and resources, and challenged me to work harder. This opportunity represents the results of that support, my dedication, and the chance to represent my country on an international stage."

To ensure peak performance in Shanghai, each team member is supported by business and industry partners and paired with a dedicated technical expert who planned and managed their training regimen.
