Why: Rosen Law Firm, a global investor rights law firm, reminds purchasers of common stock of Papa John's International, Inc. (NASDAQ: PZZA) between August 7, 2025 and August 5, 2026, both dates inclusive (the "Class Period"), of the important November 2, 2026 lead plaintiff deadline.

So what: If you purchased Papa Johns common stock you may be entitled to compensation without payment of any out of pocket fees or costs through a contingency fee arrangement.

What to do next: To join the Papa Johns class action, go to https://rosenlegal.com/cases/papa-johns-international-inc/join or call Phillip Kim, Esq. toll-free at 866-767-3653 or email [email protected] for information on the class action. A class action lawsuit has already been filed. If you wish to serve as lead plaintiff, you must move the Court no later than November 2, 2026. A lead plaintiff is a representative party acting on behalf of other class members in directing the litigation.

Why Rosen Law: We encourage investors to select qualified counsel with a track record of success in leadership roles. Often, firms issuing notices do not have comparable experience, resources, or any meaningful peer recognition. Many of these firms do not actually handle securities class actions, but are merely middlemen that refer clients or partner with law firms that actually litigate the cases. Be wise in selecting counsel. The Rosen Law Firm represents investors throughout the globe, concentrating its practice in securities class actions and shareholder derivative litigation. Rosen Law Firm has achieved the largest ever securities class action settlement against a Chinese Company. Rosen Law Firm was Ranked No. 1 by ISS Securities Class Action Services for number of securities class action settlements in 2017. The firm has been ranked in the top 4 each year since 2013 and has recovered billions of dollars for investors. In 2019 alone the firm secured over $438 million for investors. In 2020, founding partner Laurence Rosen was named by law360 as a Titan of Plaintiffs' Bar. Many of the firm's attorneys have been recognized by Lawdragon and Super Lawyers.

Details of the case: According to the lawsuit, throughout the Class Period, defendants made materially false and misleading statements and/or concealed material adverse facts concerning the true state of Papa Johns' transformation; notably, that it was "taking longer than expected," and ultimately was unable to prevent further market share losses. Papa Johns ultimately required a significant shift in strategy toward a sharp increase in promotional efforts to abate Papa Johns' declining competitive position. When the true details entered the market, the lawsuit claims that investors suffered damages.

To join the Papa Johns class action, go to https://rosenlegal.com/cases/papa-johns-international-inc/join or call Phillip Kim, Esq. toll-free at 866-767-3653 or email [email protected] for information on the class action.

No Class Has Been Certified. Until a class is certified, you are not represented by counsel unless you retain one. You may select counsel of your choice. You may also remain an absent class member and do nothing at this point. An investor's ability to share in any potential future recovery is not dependent upon serving as lead plaintiff.

Global Times: How Mohe, China's northernmost and coldest city, turns ice and snow into invaluable assets

Global Times: How Mohe, China's northernmost and coldest city, turns ice and snow into invaluable assets

BEIJING, Sept. 20, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- At 53 degrees north latitude, Mohe sits at the "crown of the golden rooster" on China's map — the highest-latitude place in the country. At -53 C, the city in Northeast China's Heilongjiang once saw the lowest temperature ever recorded in China.

"We live in the forest region of the Greater Hinggan Mountains. In summer, we are surrounded by lucid waters and lush mountains; in winter, everything turns into a world of ice and snow. Yet for so many years, none of us in Mohe ever thought of combining the two," said Shi Ruijuan, a villager from Beiji village in Mohe.

It was a remark made by Xi Jinping, general secretary of the Communist Party of China Central Committee, ten years ago that truly awakened the city's residents, Shi said.

In March 2016, when taking part in a group discussion with Heilongjiang lawmakers at the annual national legislative session, Xi stressed the importance of leveraging the province's winter resources. "Lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets, and so are Heilongjiang's ice and snow," he said, according to the Xinhua News Agency.

These words struck a chord with the residents of Mohe, and the more they thought about it, the more enlightened they felt: in the past, they were used to talking about lucid waters and lush mountains and ice and snow separately, but by combining the two, their geographical disadvantage has actually become a developmental advantage.

Recalibrating mindset

The people of Mohe recalibrated their mindset, pinpointed their course of action, and set their sights on a development compass. Today, lucid waters and lush mountains shine alongside ice and snow, turning invaluable assets into something tangible, visible, and within reach.

In 2025, Beiji village received 2.73 million tourist visits and generated 2.57 billion yuan ($353 million) in tourism spending.

After 15 years of returning home to start a business, Shi, the villager from Beiji, now runs three guesthouses. "My guesthouses are a small living footnote of the concept that 'lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets' taking root," Shi said.

Beiji village once thrived on gold mining. In the late Qing Dynasty, a gold-transport station was set up there, and the place bustled with activity year-round. By the end of the last century, Mohe had ranked among China's top counties in terms of annual gold output.

However, extensive mining left scars on the mountains and forests — piles of sand and gravel and untreated wastewater. The volume of mature and over-mature timber available for harvest in the Greater Hinggan Mountains plummeted from 460 million cubic meters in the early 1960s to just 21 million cubic meters by 2008.

After deep reflection, the Greater Hinggan Mountains region completely banned the century-old practice of placer gold mining in 2005 and fully halted commercial logging of natural forests that had lasted half a century in 2014.

However, without mining and logging, how could local residents make a living? Many left their hometown to find work elsewhere — a phenomenon prevalent across Northeast China.

How to tackle these problems and revitalize the Northeast? The answer lies in recalibrating mindset. Entering the new era, the new development philosophy has slowly taken root in Mohe.

In Beiji village, local officials made up their minds to transform the local economy and develop tourism, with a technician college bringing training courses and tailoring a two-year program in tourism management for villagers.

Shi enrolled as one of the first 20 students and converted the old family home into a homestay.

"In the early years, we didn't even dare mention how cold Mohe was, afraid the extreme cold would scare tourists away!" Shi recalled. Later, Shi braved the freezing weather and began live-streaming, filming the vast snow-covered ridges and ice peaks as well as the frozen pears. Many online viewers were drawn to visit.

More villagers followed Shi's example. In 2017, ticket revenue at Beiji village scenic area reached 18.8 million yuan, up 80 percent year-on-year.

Awakening the "cold resources," Arctic Ski Resort in Mohe became the earliest ski resort to open in China for three consecutive years starting in 2017. In 2020, the village completed a 22,000-square-meter cold-region testing base. During the 2025–2026 ice-and-snow season, 75 car manufacturers and more than 2,400 technicians settled in Mohe.

In addition, the city also leveraged other local resources for development.

Wild blueberries in the Greater Hinggan Mountains account for 90 percent of China's reserves and 30 percent of the world's total. How to increase the added value of the fresh fruit? The city built a blueberry winery, which produces ice wine from frost-kissed wild blueberries.

The result? The city's blueberry industry output reached 450 million yuan last year, with more than 400,000 artificially cultivated blueberry plants.

Setting the course of action

Beiji village is known for its attraction of more than 180 species of migratory birds, a testament to the village's efforts to ecological protection.

Notably, it has also taken concrete actions to protect its business environment the way it protects the ecological environment, making entrepreneurs willing to fly in and "build their nests" like birds.

As a result, Beiji village has drawn over 200 entrepreneurs and workers from other regions. Qiu Xiaoyun and Qiu Xiaoxu, a couple who run the Shiye Zhiyou guesthouse, are among these "southern geese flying north" from Fujian.

Since their trip to Mohe in 2017, they have settled in Beiji village and invested more than 10 million yuan in building a comprehensive guesthouse complex.

Initially, the couple rented an old house in the village and turned it into a youth hostel, earning 400,000 yuan in two years. In 2019, however, an electrical short circuit set the more than 400-square-meter house ablaze.

Facing the ruins, Qiu briefly considered giving up. But donations from kind-hearted people from all walks of life and the local police officers who came to help clear the debris gradually restored his confidence. The guesthouse reopened that same December.

After rising from the ashes, Qiu wanted to expand but struggled with site selection. Local officials drove the couple around to scout locations. In 2024, the 17,000-square-meter Shiye Zhiyou guesthouse complex was completed and put into operation. Over the past three years, the village has added more than 130 guesthouses and hotels with over 2,600 beds.

"We protect the business environment just as we protect the ecological environment, so that entrepreneurs are willing to come and 'build nests' like birds," said Jin Guangdan, Party secretary of Mohe. Last year, the city adopted and implemented 142 suggestions from business entities.

In the past three years, Mohe has attracted 25 investment projects with a total investment of 1.292 billion yuan.

Setting sights on development

From boiler worker to designer, Peng Chuhan, a post-1995 young man from East China's Jiangxi, found his career direction in Beiji village.

When he arrived in Mohe in 2018, he realized the heating season lasted eight months. After finishing his boiler duties each day, his ears and nostrils were black with soot.

Tourism development requires a good ecological environment, and people need both warmth and clean air. Starting in 2023, the village invested more than 31 million yuan to promote energy-efficient and environmentally friendly centralized heating, achieving full village coverage by the end of last year.

With green equipment such as air-source heat pumps introduced one after another, Peng was freed from the tedious work of stoking boilers. He conceived the idea of designing a series of forest-themed cultural and creative products, which coincided with Qiu Xiaoyun's vision.

Pine-cone incense, reishi mushroom fridge magnets, birch-bark notebooks…today the series of cultural products related to the Shiye Zhiyou guesthouse has nearly 300 varieties, with annual sales exceeding 2 million yuan.

Following the rich aroma of food into the restaurant of the Zhang Zhongjing Health Resort in Beiji village, diners are greeted by an array of delicacies: asparagus with hericium mushrooms, iron-pot stewed mixed mushrooms, ginseng-simmered pork belly. Zhang Tao, head of the firm, said that all the medicinal dishes use local ingredients.

The forest "granary" has enriched "China's rice bowl." It has also attracted Zhongjing Wanxi Pharmaceutical Co to set up a factory in Mohe that produces 10,000 tons of blueberry and red bean juice annually. The company has invested 150 million yuan in building the health resort, which received more than 20,000 visitors last year.

Mohe, the northernmost and coldest place in the country, is increasingly becoming a "warm land" that draws people from afar.

JACC: Clinical Electrophysiology Publishes 12-Month Outcomes from Field Medical's First-in-Human Field PULSE Trial: 94.2% Per-Vein PVI Durability with Optimized Waveform

Late-breaking HRX data advance Field Medical's "instantaneous ablation" workflow and expand the clinical evidence for high-voltage focal PFA with the FieldForce™ PFA System

ATLANTA and CARLSBAD, Calif., Sept. 20, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Field Medical, Inc., advancing high-voltage focal pulsed field ablation (PFA) for complex arrhythmias, today announced publication of 12-month results from the first-in-human Field PULSE trial in JACC: Clinical Electrophysiology. The findings were presented simultaneously as a Late-Breaking Clinical Trial at HRX Live 2026.

Field Medical developed the FieldForce™ PFA System around a high-voltage focal PFA architecture designed first for the ventricle, where depth, stability and control are among the most difficult challenges in ablation. Field PULSE extends that work into the atrium and evaluates a subsecond point-by-point workflow Field Medical terms "instantaneous ablation." In this study, the approach was associated with procedural efficiency, durable pulmonary vein isolation (PVI) and flexibility beyond the pulmonary veins, without the need for prolonged catheter stability.

Key Findings:

- Procedural efficiency with subsecond focal PFA: 13-minute median elapsed PVI ablation time, with a fastest time of 7.7 minutes

- Durable PVI with the optimized waveform: 94.2% per-vein durability reflecting progressive improvement with waveform evolution

- Flexible focal ablation: 49% of patients received non-PV ablation for additional atrial targets

- No primary safety events were observed

- 80% freedom from atrial arrhythmias at 12 months with the optimized waveform

"Field PULSE demonstrates the feasibility of truly instantaneous focal PFA," said Vivek Reddy, M.D., co-principal investigator, lead author and electrophysiologist at Mount Sinai Health System. "Delivering the full application in less than 200 milliseconds reduces the need for prolonged catheter stability while preserving the flexibility of point-by-point ablation. The procedural efficiency, safety and pulmonary vein durability observed with the optimized waveform support continued clinical development of this approach."

The publication builds on Field Medical's peer-reviewed clinical work in ventricular tachycardia. Six-month outcomes from the company's first-in-human VCAS trial were published in Circulation in 2025. Field PULSE now adds first-in-human, peer-reviewed atrial data evaluating the same high-voltage focal PFA architecture through a distinct focal workflow in a different cardiac substrate.

"We designed FieldForce to solve some of the hardest problems in focal cardiac ablation, beginning in the ventricle," said Mark A. Turco, M.D., president and chief executive officer of Field Medical. "Field PULSE demonstrates that the same high-voltage focal PFA architecture can support an 'instantaneous ablation' workflow in the atrium. This growing body of evidence reinforces the range of the platform: depth and focal control in the ventricle, speed and precision in the atrium, and the versatility to address very different cardiac substrates through a familiar point-by-point approach. These results add important clinical evidence as we continue to advance our differentiated PFA platform."

The study, "High-Voltage Focal PFA Catheter for 'Instant' Point-By-Point Ablation: The First-In-Human FIELD-PULSE Trial to Treat AF," was published online in JACC: Clinical Electrophysiology concurrent with the HRX presentation. DOI: 10.1016/j.jacep.2026.09.001.

StimCardio's NeuroPulse Study Reports Substantial Reduction in Recurrent Atrial Fibrillation Events Via Non-Invasive Wearable Neuromodulation Following Ablation
Image File
Original HTML

- 90% freedom from atrial arrhythmias at six months with neuromodulation vs. 80.8% with sham

- Randomized, double-blind, sham-controlled results presented as late-breaking clinical science at HRX Live 2026 and simultaneously published in peer-reviewed Heart Rhythm

ATLANTA and LOS ANGELES, Sept. 20, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- StimCardio Medical today announced positive results from the randomized, double-blind, sham-controlled NeuroPulse pilot study evaluating non-invasive median nerve stimulation (MNS) following atrial fibrillation (AF) ablation. The study was selected for late-breaking clinical science presentation at HRX Live 2026 and simultaneously published in the peer-reviewed journal Heart Rhythm.

The results were presented by Vivek Y. Reddy, MD, Director of Cardiac Arrhythmia Services for The Mount Sinai Hospital and lead investigator of the study.

Key Findings

- Statistically Significant reduction in recurrent atrial arrhythmia events: 12 events with MNS compared with 28 with sham in the post-blanking sensitivity analysis (p = 0.025)

- 90.0% freedom from atrial arrhythmias at six months following the 60-day blanking period compared with 80.8% with sham. This difference was not statistically significant.

- No MNS- or device-related serious adverse events

Expanding the Impact of Ablation

Advances in mapping, catheter technology and energy delivery have transformed AF ablation. Pulsed field ablation (PFA) represents the latest major advancement, yet for nearly two decades, a persistent efficacy gap has remained. In the 2023 randomized ADVENT trial led by Reddy, one-year treatment success, a composite measure that included freedom from recurrent atrial arrhythmia, was 73.3% with PFA and 71.3% with conventional thermal ablation.

NeuroPulse investigates a different biological mechanism. Rather than further ablating cardiac tissue, MNS is designed to engage peripheral neural pathways that influence autonomic regulation of cardiac rhythm. The non-invasive, wearable approach could give electrophysiologists an additional therapeutic tool beyond the ablation procedure, extending AF care into the home and patients' daily lives.

"The question is not whether ablation works. It clearly does," said Reddy. "The question is how we continue to improve outcomes for patients who experience recurrent arrhythmia despite increasingly advanced ablation technologies. The NeuroPulse results provide an encouraging clinical signal that non-invasive, wearable neuromodulation following ablation may offer a fundamentally different way to approach that remaining challenge. These findings warrant confirmation in a larger multi-center clinical trial."

StimCardio is developing Rhyvive™, an investigational, physician-prescribed, wrist-worn device designed as a non-invasive treatment adjunct to AF ablation. The closed-loop system is designed to deliver personalized neuromodulation informed by continuous physiological sensing and under physician oversight.

"Our vision is to extend what electrophysiologists can do for patients beyond the ablation procedure," said Amos Ziv, MSc, founder and chief scientific officer of StimCardio Medical. "Despite extraordinary advances in ablation and the work EPs are doing for patients, an efficacy glass ceiling remains. The NeuroPulse pilot provides a clinical signal that the next frontier in AF treatment may lie outside the heart itself, with non-invasive, wearable neuromodulation opening the possibility of an entirely new treatment category for EPs and their patients. We look forward to building on these findings in our upcoming pivotal trial."

The peer-reviewed article, "Non-Invasive Median Nerve Stimulation with a Wearable Stimulator to Reduce Atrial Arrhythmia Recurrence after Atrial Fibrillation Ablation: The NEUROPULSE Pilot," is published in Heart Rhythm.

About the NeuroPulse Pilot Study

NeuroPulse is a prospective, three-center, randomized, double-blind, sham-controlled pilot study evaluating non-invasive median nerve stimulation (MNS) following catheter ablation in adults with paroxysmal or persistent atrial fibrillation. The study included 77 patients randomized 1:1 to active MNS or sham treatment, with therapy initiated within 48 hours following ablation and continued for six months. The modified intention-to-treat analysis included 59 patients, assessed following a 60-day blanking period.
