NEW YORK, Sept. 20, 2026 /PRNewswire/ --

Why: Rosen Law Firm, a global investor rights law firm, reminds purchasers of common stock of GoDaddy Inc. (NYSE: GDDY) between September 3, 2025 and February 24, 2026, both dates inclusive (the "Class Period"), of the important October 20, 2026 lead plaintiff deadline.

So what: If you purchased GoDaddy common stock you may be entitled to compensation without payment of any out of pocket fees or costs through a contingency fee arrangement.

What to do next: To join the GoDaddy class action, go to https://rosenlegal.com/cases/godaddy-inc/join or call Phillip Kim, Esq. toll-free at 866-767-3653 or email [email protected] for information on the class action. A class action lawsuit has already been filed. If you wish to serve as lead plaintiff, you must move the Court no later than October 20, 2026. A lead plaintiff is a representative party acting on behalf of other class members in directing the litigation.

Why Rosen Law: We encourage investors to select qualified counsel with a track record of success in leadership roles. Often, firms issuing notices do not have comparable experience, resources, or any meaningful peer recognition. Many of these firms do not actually handle securities class actions, but are merely middlemen that refer clients or partner with law firms that actually litigate the cases. Be wise in selecting counsel. The Rosen Law Firm represents investors throughout the globe, concentrating its practice in securities class actions and shareholder derivative litigation. Rosen Law Firm has achieved the largest ever securities class action settlement against a Chinese Company. Rosen Law Firm was Ranked No. 1 by ISS Securities Class Action Services for number of securities class action settlements in 2017. The firm has been ranked in the top 4 each year since 2013 and has recovered billions of dollars for investors. In 2019 alone the firm secured over $438 million for investors. In 2020, founding partner Laurence Rosen was named by law360 as a Titan of Plaintiffs' Bar. Many of the firm's attorneys have been recognized by Lawdragon and Super Lawyers.

Details of the case: According to the lawsuit, throughout the Class Period, defendants made materially false and misleading statements and/or failed to disclose that while GoDaddy was telling investors that its strategy "isn't to grow customers just for the sake of growing customers" and that "[w]e've seen the average order size go up," GoDaddy had implemented a promotion that directly contradicted those representations by focusing on short term contracts with smaller valuations, which in turn led to a decrease in total bookings and deceleration of bookings growth for both the fourth quarter and full year 2025. In fact, when the truth was ultimately revealed, GoDaddy admitted that the promotion "reduced" the average order size, directly contradicting the representation that the average order size was going up. When the true details entered the market, the lawsuit claims that investors suffered damages.

To join the GoDaddy class action, go to https://rosenlegal.com/cases/godaddy-inc/join or call Phillip Kim, Esq. toll-free at 866-767-3653 or email [email protected] for information on the class action.

No Class Has Been Certified. Until a class is certified, you are not represented by counsel unless you retain one. You may select counsel of your choice. You may also remain an absent class member and do nothing at this point. An investor's ability to share in any potential future recovery is not dependent upon serving as lead plaintiff.

The Walter Family Reaffirms Longstanding Philanthropic Commitment and Forcefully Rejects False and Defamatory Claims

The Walter Family Reaffirms Longstanding Philanthropic Commitment and Forcefully Rejects False and Defamatory Claims

CHICAGO, Sept. 20, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- The Walter Family today reaffirmed Mark and Kimbra Walter's (the "Walters") longstanding commitment to philanthropy and the organizations, causes and communities they have supported for decades.

Recent media speculation suggesting that the Walters are not fulfilling their philanthropic commitments, including claims that changes in the funding structure of certain organizations reflect a broader need to conserve cash, is false and easily disproven. Their philanthropic strategy has not changed, existing financial commitments remain in place, and they are fully committed to ensuring the organizations they support have the resources necessary to fulfill their missions. These false narratives are irresponsible and create unnecessary uncertainty for the thousands of young people, families and communities those organizations serve.

For more than two decades, Mark and Kimbra Walter have committed hundreds of millions of dollars to organizations and initiatives focused on serving under-resourced communities, expanding educational opportunity, and protecting wildlife and the ecosystems that sustain them. That commitment is not slowing down. The Walters intend to contribute hundreds of millions of dollars more in the years ahead and will continue standing behind the causes and institutions that have defined their philanthropic work for decades.

The Walters' philanthropy has also been strengthened by longtime partners who share the same conviction and commitment.

"Liz and I have worked alongside Mark and Kimbra Walter in several of these efforts, including The Academy Group from its earliest days, just as they have stood alongside us in causes we care deeply about," said Don Thompson, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Cleveland Avenue, LLC. "That kind of partnership is not episodic or transactional. It is built over years through shared values, trust and a commitment to expanding opportunity in ways that endure."

An Enduring Commitment to Impact

Across their giving, the Walters have focused on building institutions that expand opportunity, strengthen communities, and sustain impact beyond annual donations. That approach is visible across organizations and initiatives including:

- The Academy Group: an opportunity program committed to closing the opportunity gap — based on the premise that with equal access to resources, students from the most challenging backgrounds will outperform those from the most privileged communities.

- Chicago Beyond: a national philanthropic organization that seeks to build a world in which every individual, regardless of zip code, has equitable access to opportunities.

- Cleveland Avenue State Treasurer Urban Success Initiative: a $70 million impact initiative launched by Cleveland Avenue to help bridge the capital and resource gap for Black, Latinx and women-owned businesses in underserved communities on Chicago's South and West Sides.

- LA Rises: a central place where Angelenos can find resources, learn about the status of recovery and rebuilding across sectors, and get trusted information from government resources, community organizations, and neighborhood leaders who are working in partnership to support the recovery of our shared hometown.

- OneGoal: partners with high schools and colleges in low-income communities to ensure college and postsecondary planning, preparation and support are no longer extracurricular luxuries but integral components of the high school experience for all students.

- Los Angeles Dodgers Foundation: tackling the most pressing problems facing Los Angeles with a mission to improve education, health care, homelessness and social justice for all Angelenos.

- MetroSquash: combines academic support, enrichment opportunities and the competitive game of squash to empower students to make their mark on society.

- Chimp Haven: the world's largest chimpanzee sanctuary, home to nearly 300 chimps formerly used in biomedical research.

- White Oak Conservation: a state-of-the-art, scientific education and conservation center in Northern Florida focused on saving and recovering populations of rare species, building assurance populations, researching animal health, convening experts and educating the next generation of conservation experts.

- Bubye Valley Conservancy: one of the healthiest and most productive ecosystems, and largest employers, in Zimbabwe.

- Ongava Game Reserve: considered one of the premier private game reserves in Namibia, enjoying global recognition for exceptional conservation, groundbreaking research and exciting safari adventures.

In addition to their direct social impact and conservation efforts, the Walters have extended their commitment through longstanding leadership and support of educational, cultural and civic institutions:

- Mark Walter serves on the board of the Solomon R. Guggenheim Foundation, as a director of The Field Museum, and as a trustee of Northwestern University and Creighton University.

- Kimbra Walter has an active role in several Chicago nonprofit and cultural institutions. She has served and serves on the boards of trustees of Lincoln Park Zoo, OneGoal and the Goodman Theatre, in addition to her work with TWF Causes' social impact and conservation initiatives.

- The Walters also established the Walter Family Foundation Scholarship Fund at Northwestern Pritzker School of Law to expand access to legal education for students with demonstrated financial need.

The Academy Group: One Commitment, Up Close

The Academy Group ("TAG") is one of the clearest examples of what the Walters set out to build. Established in 2017 with an initial investment from the Walters, who continue to serve as lead investors, TAG operates a long-term college-to-career model for young people from underserved communities. Beginning as early as fourth grade, TAG provides sustained academic, financial and career support, including tutoring, high school and college advising, paid internships, professional development, workforce training, scholarships and student-debt assistance. See TAG's 10th year program kick-off LinkedIn post here.

Today TAG's reach and results include:

- Nearly 1,500 young people served across Chicago, Detroit, Los Angeles and Boston;

- A 90% six-year college graduation rate among members in TAG's traditional pathway;

- TAG college students attending nearly 100 colleges and universities across the country, with students eligible to receive up to $25,000 in college stipends; and

- 200 paid internships this past summer through partnerships with nearly 100 companies, nonprofits and Black-, Brown- and women-led startups.

Shayne Evans, Founder and President of The Academy Group, commented, "What TAG has been able to accomplish with our members demonstrates what is possible when young people receive sustained support and access to opportunity. Nearly a decade into this work, our belief remains unchanged: talent is everywhere, and our job is to help make sure opportunity is, too. Our ambition is to ultimately reach 20,000 young people, and with Mark and Kimbra and our broader community of supporters behind us, we remain focused on expanding our reach and creating pathways to economic mobility and wealth at a much greater scale."

"CFI has been proud to support The Academy Group by helping build a financial foundation for its work over the long term," said Levoyd Robinson, Chief Executive Officer and Chief Investment Officer of CFI Partners. "At its core, this is about creating an institution that can grow its reach, expand opportunities for young people and make a meaningful difference in their lives. Our relationship with TAG was designed to create economic value that could help fund its mission and reduce reliance on traditional annual giving over time. We believe that model can provide TAG with greater financial independence and an enduring platform to serve young people for generations."

The Work Continues

The record of the Walters' philanthropy is reflected in the institutions they have helped build, the partnerships they have sustained and, most importantly, the people and communities those efforts serve. That work continues today and will continue well into the future.

AECOM Data Breach Investigation: Edelson Lechtzin LLP Probes Class Action Claims After Hackers Allege Theft of More Than 1 TB of Data
Image File
Original HTML

National class action law firm offers free, confidential case evaluations to AECOM employees, clients, and others whose personal information may have been exposed in the reported AECOM data breach.

DALLAS, Sept. 20, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Edelson Lechtzin LLP, a national class action law firm, is investigating data privacy claims arising from a reported data breach at AECOM, the U.S.-based multinational infrastructure and engineering firm. Anyone who has received a data breach notice from AECOM, or who believes their personal information may have been exposed, can request a free case evaluation.

AECOM data breach — at a glance:

- Company: AECOM, a Texas-based, multibillion-dollar multinational infrastructure consulting, engineering, design, and construction management firm.

- Reported: A cyberattack said to have occurred on or about September 17, 2026, first surfaced on dark web monitoring sites.

- Hackers' claims: The group Metaencryptor claimed responsibility for an attack said to involve approximately 1.22 terabytes (TB) of data. Separately, dark web monitoring service Breachsense listed a related AECOM leak of roughly 670GB attributed to a group identified as BrainCipher.

- Status: The breach and the hackers' claims remain unconfirmed. AECOM has not publicly detailed the scope or impact.

- Who may be affected: Current and former AECOM employees, clients, and others whose data AECOM held.

- Cost to you: Nothing. Case evaluations are free and confidential.

What Happened

According to a September 17, 2026 post on the dark web monitoring site Ransomware.live, the hacker group Metaencryptor claimed responsibility for a cyberattack on AECOM that allegedly affected about 1.22 TB of data. The cybersecurity blog HookPhish similarly reported that Metaencryptor was behind a suspected attack on the engineering firm.

Separately, the dark web monitoring service Breachsense reported an AECOM data leak listed at approximately 670GB, attributed to a group it identified as BrainCipher. Breachsense also indexed thousands of AECOM-linked credentials circulating online, including 27,434 @aecom.com accounts drawn from external breaches and 6,077 credentials tied to aecom.com itself — among them thousands of logins found in "combo lists" and in infostealer malware logs, many with plaintext passwords. Breachsense cautioned that those credentials may belong to either customers or staff and are not necessarily connected to the claimed attack.

The breach has not been confirmed, and important details (including its true scope, the specific data involved, and the number of people affected) are not yet publicly available.

What Personal Information May Be at Risk

The specific data involved in the reported AECOM data breach has not been confirmed. Data breaches like this can expose personal information, increasing the risk of identity theft and fraud. Affected individuals should treat any AECOM breach notification seriously.

Who May Be Affected by the AECOM Data Breach

The investigation focuses on current and former AECOM employees, clients, and anyone else whose personal information AECOM maintained. Anyone who has received a data breach notification from AECOM may face an increased risk of identity theft and fraud and is encouraged to come forward.

Your Legal Options

Edelson Lechtzin LLP is investigating a potential class action to pursue legal remedies on behalf of individuals whose sensitive personal data may have been compromised in the reported AECOM breach. A successful case could recover compensation for losses such as lost time, out-of-pocket costs, and loss of privacy, and could push AECOM to strengthen how it protects personal information. The firm will evaluate your rights and potential claims at no cost.

Recommended Steps to Protect Yourself

- Review your account statements and credit reports regularly and stay alert for suspicious activity.

- Confirm whether your information was involved in the AECOM incident.

- Preserve any letters or emails you received about the breach.

- Consider placing fraud alerts and enrolling in credit monitoring.

SparkLabs and Mirae Asset Launch a Venture Capital Fund for Central Asian Startups

During this past week, South Korea and Kazakhstan signed commercial agreements worth US$18.95 billion. Kazakhstan is a country of 20 million people with its core industries being oil and gas, and among the highest producers of iron and silver in the world. Uzbekistan is a country of 39 million people, and they are the largest electricity producer in Central Asia.

Qazaqstan Investment Corporation (QIC) is Kazakhstan's national fund of funds and are anchor investors along with IT Park Ventures, the venture capital arm of the country's state technology park. The new venture capital fund will back Central Asian startups at the Series A and later, which are businesses with a proven model that are ready to scale beyond the region. The fund is sector-agnostic but focuses on AI-native companies, where artificial intelligence is core to the product and business model.

"Higgsfield becoming Kazakhstan's first unicorn was a turning point. It showed that a world-class AI company can be built in Central Asia. And it won't be the last with more than half of the region's population is under 30, growing up digital and our governments actively investing in AI. Yet the region is still largely overlooked by international investors, and that's the opportunity this fund is built for," explained Aslan Sultanov, Co-founder and General Partner at SparkLabs Mirae Silk Road.

Former Coinbase CTO and Partner at Andreessen Horowitz, Balaji Srinivasan, reopened his Network School in Kazakhstan last month. Telegram launched an AI lab and opened their first regional office in Kazakhstan this past year.

Beyond capital, portfolio companies will gain access to the SparkLabs and Mirae Asset's global networks, along with hands-on support in expanding into South Korea, the United States and the MENA region.

About the Partners

SparkLabs Group is a network of startup accelerators and venture capital funds that has invested in over 600 startups across 6 continents since December 2013. These companies include OpenAI, SpaceX, Vectara, Kneron, Anthropic, Nex Team, Kraken, GenG, Lyft, MetAI, and others.

Mirae Asset Venture Investment is the venture capital arm of Mirae Asset Financial Group, one of Asia's largest independent financial groups with over US$845 billion in assets under management. The company operates worldwide across 18 markets, and manages a fully diversified global investment platform encompassing ETFs, alternative investments, and traditional strategies.

Qazaqstan Investment Corporation (QIC) is Kazakhstan's national fund of funds and part of Baiterek National Managing Holding. QIC invests in private equity and venture capital funds alongside international and private partners, with the goal of attracting long-term capital into Kazakhstan and developing the country's investment ecosystem. QIC participates in 19 funds with a combined capitalization of $2.8 billion.

IT Park Ventures is the venture capital arm of IT Park Uzbekistan, the country's state technology park and the main platform supporting Uzbekistan's IT industry and tech exports. IT Park Ventures invests in startups from Uzbekistan and Central Asia and co-invests with international funds, connecting regional founders with global capital and markets.

Specialised Therapeutics Expands Partnership with Incyte to Include Ruxolitinib Cream (Opzelura®) in Australia
Image File
Original HTML

SINGAPORE, Sept. 20, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Independent biopharmaceutical company Specialised Therapeutics (ST) today announced an expansion of its existing partnership with Incyte Biosciences International, an affiliate of Incyte (NASDAQ: INCY), to commercialise, distribute, and register ruxolitinib cream (registered as Opzelura® in the U.S. and European Union) in Australia.

Ruxolitinib (1.5%) cream is a novel, topical Janus kinase (JAK) inhibitor.[1] In the U.S., OPZELURA is indicated for the topical treatment of non-segmental vitiligo in adults and pediatric patients 12 years of age and older, as well as for the topical short-term and non-continuous chronic treatment of mild to moderate atopic dermatitis in non-immunocompromised adult and pediatric patients 2 years of age and older whose disease is not adequately controlled with topical prescription therapies or when those therapies are not advisable.[2]

Under the terms of the expanded agreement, Incyte will remain responsible for the development and manufacturing of ruxolitinib cream, while ST will manage regulatory submissions, medical affairs, marketing, and distribution across Australia.

ST Chief Executive Officer, Mr Carlo Montagner, welcomed the addition of ruxolitinib cream to ST's portfolio, marking a key expansion into inflammatory dermatology.

"Our partnership with Incyte began in 2021, and we are pleased to extend this collaboration into dermatology," said Mr Montagner. "Atopic dermatitis and vitiligo are chronic skin conditions that carry a significant physical and psychosocial burden for patients.[3],[4] Bringing ruxolitinib cream to the Australian market aligns with our ongoing commitment to providing innovative therapies for conditions where substantial unmet medical needs remain."

"Our immediate priority will be navigating the local regulatory and reimbursement pathways to ensure eligible Australian patients gain equitable and timely access to this topical treatment," Mr Montagner added.

Incyte Head of International, Lee Heeson, noted that the expanded agreement reinforces the strong operational alignment between the two organisations.

"We are pleased to expand our partnership with Specialised Therapeutics as we work to make ruxolitinib cream available to eligible patients in Australia," said Lee Heeson, Executive Vice President and Head of Incyte International. "ST's proven experience navigating regulatory, medical and commercial pathways across the region makes them a valued partner as we continue to broaden access to our portfolio globally."

ST anticipates progressing regulatory and reimbursement submissions for OPZELURA with Australian healthcare authorities in due course.

NEW YORK, Sept. 20, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Rosen Law Firm, a global investor rights law firm, continues to investigate potential securities claims on behalf of shareholders of Barclays PLC (NYSE: BCS) resulting from allegations that Barclays may have issued materially misleading business information to the investing public.

So what: If you purchased Barclays securities you may be entitled to compensation without payment of any out of pocket fees or costs through a contingency fee arrangement. The Rosen Law Firm is preparing a class action seeking recovery of investor losses.

What is this about: On February 27, 2026, Reuters published an article entitled "Wall Street hit by UK mortgage lender collapse, raising fears of more credit 'cockroaches.'" The article stated that lenders were "rocked by the implosion of little-known UK mortgage provider Market Financial Solutions Ltd ["MFS"], fuelling concerns about wider losses among banks and reviving warnings of more "cockroaches" in the booming private credit industry." It further stated that another publication "reported Barclays has a 600 million pound ($809.70 million) exposure to MFS."

On this news, Barclays American Depositary Shares ("ADS") fell 3.99% on February 27, 2026, and 2.3% on March 2, 2026.

Details of the case: According to the lawsuit, throughout the Class Period, defendants made false and/or misleading statements and/or failed to disclose that: (1) AST SpaceMobile's increasing capital requirements were likely to increase AST SpaceMobile's debt load and share dilution with greater frequency and at greater scale than defendants had signaled to investors; (2) accordingly, defendants had overstated the sufficiency of AST SpaceMobile's capital and liquidity position to achieve AST SpaceMobile's strategic and business goals; (3) defendants likewise overstated the durability of AST SpaceMobile's competitive position in the satellite D2C market; (4) even following the EchoStar Transaction, defendants continued overstating AST SpaceMobile's competitive position in the satellite D2C market; (5) AST SpaceMobile was experiencing slow user adoption in the U.S. and Japan; (6) the foregoing was likely to have a significant negative impact on AST SpaceMobile's business and financial prospects; and (7) as a result, defendants' public statements were materially false and misleading at all relevant times.
