LOS ANGELES and NEW YORK, Sept. 21, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Paramount Skydance Corporation (NASDAQ: PSKY) ("Paramount") today announced the extension of the Expiration Dates in connection with the previously announced (i) offers to purchase (the "Tender Offers" and each, a "Tender Offer") for cash, upon the terms and subject to the conditions set forth in the related offer to purchase (the "Offer to Purchase"), any and all of the identified notes in each series of the Existing Tender Offer Notes (defined by reference to the table set forth below) issued by Discovery Global Holdings, Inc. (formerly WarnerMedia Holdings, Inc.) (the "DGH Issuer") and Discovery Communications, LLC (the "DCL Issuer" and together with the DGH Issuer, each a "WBD Issuer" and collectively the "WBD Issuers"), as applicable, and (ii) offers to exchange (the "Exchange Offers" and each, an "Exchange Offer" and, together with the Tender Offers, the "Offers" and each, an "Offer"), upon the terms and subject to the conditions set forth in the related exchange offer memorandum (the "Offering Memorandum"), any and all of the identified notes in each series of the Existing Exchange Offer Notes (defined by reference to the table set forth below) (together with the Existing Tender Offer Notes, the "Offer Notes") issued by the applicable WBD Issuer for notes to be newly issued by Paramount.

The Expiration Dates for the Tender Offers and Exchange Offers (as defined in each of the Offer to Purchase and Offering Memorandum, respectively) have been extended to 5:00 p.m., New York City time, on October 2, 2026, unless further extended. The Settlement Dates for the Tender Offers and Exchange Offers (as defined in each of the Offer to Purchase and Offering Memorandum, respectively) will occur promptly after the Expiration Date and are currently anticipated to occur in the third quarter of 2026. Paramount anticipates extending the Expiration Date for such Tender Offers and Exchange Offers until such time that would result in the Settlement Dates occurring on or promptly following the closing date of the proposed acquisition (the "Acquisition") by Paramount of Warner Bros. Discovery, Inc. ("WBD"). Tenders of the Offer Notes in the Offers may be withdrawn at any time prior to the Expiration Date. The aforementioned extensions further extend the Expiration Dates previously extended by Paramount on June 12, 2026, June 26, 2026, July 13, 2026, July 17, 2026, July 24, 2026, July 31, 2026, August 7, 2026, August 17, 2026, August 24, 2026, August 31, 2026, September 8, 2026, and September 14, 2026.

As Paramount previously announced that it anticipates extending the Offers to align with the closing date of the Acquisition, Paramount does not view these figures to be representative of the final results of the applicable Offers.

Paramount may terminate an Offer if any of the conditions of such Offer described in the Offer to Purchase or Offering Memorandum, as applicable, are not satisfied or waived by the applicable Expiration Date, subject to applicable law. In addition, Paramount may waive the conditions to an Offer without extending such Offer in accordance with applicable law.

No one has been authorized by any of them to make such a recommendation. Cosign Launches in Phoenix as Record Vacancy Collides With Outdated Approval Standards

Guarantor Platform Helps Properties Approve Qualified Renters as Concessions Climb and Rents Fall

PHOENIX, Sept. 21, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Cosign, a third-party guarantor platform and cosigner alternative designed to expand renter access while protecting property owners, has launched in the Phoenix-Mesa-Chandler MSA as the Valley works through some of the highest apartment vacancy in the country.

According to CoStar, apartment vacancy across Maricopa County and the broader Phoenix-Mesa-Chandler MSA sits at 10.8%, still near the highest level since the Great Recession despite improving from a peak of 12.6%. The metro ranks among the nation's top 10 highest-vacancy markets, alongside fellow Sun Belt builders like Austin, Charlotte and San Antonio. Asking rents fell 1.2% over the past year, and operators are leaning harder on concessions, with 10 or more weeks of free rent now common at newly built communities.

At Zendoor, a Phoenix-based multifamily property management company, the team has adopted Cosign to help streamline apartment approval for renters who can afford the rent but get screened out by rigid legacy criteria.

"At Zendoor, we're seeing that many renters who may not meet traditional screening criteria can still be responsible, qualified residents," said Jessa Mae, the resident support team lead at Zendoor. "Having flexible solutions that give these applicants another path to approval can help property managers reduce unnecessary denials while making it easier to fill homes across the Phoenix market."

Founded by real estate owners and operators, Cosign uses a data-driven underwriting model that evaluates payment behavior and recency rather than relying solely on credit scores. The platform is designed to help owners fill units faster without lowering standards, a case that matters most in markets like Phoenix where every leased unit counts against a deep supply overhang.

"Phoenix is a market where owners can't afford to lose a qualified renter over a technicality," said Zach Schofel, co-founder and CEO of Cosign. "When vacancy is this high, the properties that win are the ones saying yes to renters who can actually pay, and that's exactly what we help them do."

About Cosign

Cosign is a real estate technology company and lease guarantor service that bridges the gap between qualified renters and landlords. Founded by real estate professionals, Cosign's mission is to expand housing access through data-driven underwriting that considers payment behavior, not just credit scores. Active in more than 600,000 units across 3,000+ communities nationwide, Cosign is helping modern operators approve more qualified renters in both tight and oversupplied markets. Lockheed Martin Secures $1.2B Contract for Precision Strike Missile Increment 2 After Second Maritime Test

New PrSM demonstrates moving target engagement expanding the U.S. Army's mission set

DALLAS, Sept. 21, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- The U.S. Army has awarded Lockheed Martin (NYSE:LMT) an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract worth up to $1.2 billion to produce Increment 2 of the Precision Strike Missile (PrSM), further strengthening the nation's Arsenal of Freedom after a second flight test demonstrated the missile's ability to engage moving maritime targets.

THE BIG PICTURE

- Contract: The IDIQ covers initial procurement and future orders of PrSM Increment 2 missiles, follow-on production and continued development. Work will be performed at Lockheed Martin facilities and across the company's U.S. industrial base.

- Test: PrSM Increment 2 completed its first flight test in March and its second flight test in August – obtaining critical data during flight, launching from a HIMARS, deploying protective covers and engaging the target. Technologies developed through Lockheed Martin's Strigo family of solutions have informed aspects of the PrSM Increment 2 guidance package. Additional PrSM Increment 2 flight tests are scheduled for 2027.

- Investment: This award builds on the Department of War's broader investment in PrSM. Lockheed Martin is expanding capacity to quadruple PrSM production while continuing to develop additional PrSM increments.

WHY IT MATTERS

The award moves PrSM Increment 2 from development and flight testing into production, advancing the Army's next-generation long-range precision fires capability. Increment 2 adds a multimode seeker designed to enable the missile to engage moving land and maritime targets, expanding the Army's long-range strike options.

EXPERT PERSPECTIVE

- "This award marks an important step in delivering PrSM Increment 2 to the warfighter," said Dave Griser, vice president, Precision Fires Launchers and Missile, Lockheed Martin. "We're ready to move from flight testing into production and provide the Army with an expanded long-range precision fires capability."

ADDITIONAL CONTEXT

- What's Next: Lockheed Martin will begin production of the initial Increment 2 missiles while continuing flight testing and system maturation. The company is positioned to scale production as the Army moves toward larger Increment 2 procurements.

New facility will manufacture active pharmaceutical ingredients for medicines like Foundayo (orforglipron), strengthening domestic supply chain

Site will employ more than 600 people in high-wage jobs

$12.5 million in support to build talent pipeline, workforce training center with San Jacinto College

HOUSTON, Sept. 21, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Eli Lilly and Company (NYSE: LLY) broke ground today in Houston, Texas, one of ten U.S. manufacturing sites — and fifth location to produce domestic active pharmaceutical ingredients (API) — announced since 2020. As part of the company's $50 billion push to reshore medicine production to meet growing demand at home and export American-made medicines to people around the world, the $6.5 billion Houston site will manufacture Foundayo (orforglipron), Lilly's first synthetic oral GLP-1 medicine, along with other small-molecule medicines and advanced therapeutics.

Foundayo is a GLP-1 receptor agonist approved in the U.S. for weight management in adults with obesity, or adults with overweight and a weight-related condition. It is a small molecule rather than a peptide; small molecules are manufactured using more well-established technologies and therefore can be more readily scalable. Foundayo is currently under regulatory review in more than 40 countries, with a full global rollout targeted for 2027. Lilly is also studying Foundayo for other uses, including type 2 diabetes and obstructive sleep apnea, with data expected later this year.

David A. Ricks, Lilly Chair and CEO: "We are thrilled to break ground on our latest 'medicines made in America' site in the great state of Texas. This $6.5B investment will help change the game for tens of millions of people suffering from overweight, obesity and its consequences like diabetes. We will make and ship Lilly's latest products from Texas to people here at home and around the world."

Building a talent pipeline in Houston

Lilly is providing $12.5 million to support a relationship with San Jacinto College to give Houstonians a pathway into advanced chemical synthesis manufacturing careers, with no prior experience required. This relationship will focus on developing training pathways and expanding the equipment and facility capacity needed to produce technicians, operators, maintenance professionals, and other manufacturing talent, while also leveraging Lilly experts to support curriculum development and instructor readiness and preparation. Separately, Lilly is providing a $2.5 million charitable donation to the San Jacinto College Foundation to support scholarships for eligible students.

Lilly is currently hiring in Houston and expects the new facility to create more than 600 high-wage jobs like engineers, scientists, operations personnel, and lab technicians — along with 4,000 construction jobs as the site is being built and brought online. Visit the Lilly Houston career page for open positions or join Lilly's talent community for future opportunities.

Edgardo Hernandez, Executive Vice President and President of Lilly Manufacturing Operations: "When you invest in a place like Houston, you invest in its people first. This facility will run on the talent of this community, powered by our relationship with San Jacinto College. We're hiring across the greater Houston area to help residents build careers close to home. The facility itself is being built to the highest standards for safety, quality and responsible stewardship of the environment, and every one of these jobs helps bring innovative medicines to the patients counting on them."

In addition to Foundayo, the Houston site will focus on advanced therapeutics that were not within reach even a few years ago. This will include oligonucleotides, a class of medicines that can work at the genetic level to switch off the production of specific proteins to treat disease closer to its source.

Texas Governor Greg Abbott: "Texas is the global hub for life sciences. This $6.5 billion Lilly investment in Houston is the largest active pharmaceutical ingredient project in Texas history and will create more than 600 high-wage jobs, right here in Texas. Texas will produce these medicines at home so we can deliver life-changing treatments to millions of Americans."

Producing this pipeline of medicines at scale requires manufacturing capacity built to match the pace of innovation. Lilly has announced ten U.S. sites since 2020:

The Houston site will use state-of-the-art technologies, including machine learning, AI, digitally integrated systems and advanced data analytics to drive right-first-time execution. Digital automation will be embedded throughout the site to streamline operations and ensure a reliable supply of safe, high-quality medicines.

Additional quotes for media use

Dr. Brenda Hellyer, Chancellor of San Jacinto College: "Eli Lilly's manufacturing investment in Generation Park is a tremendous opportunity for the Houston region. San Jacinto College is proud to work with Lilly to develop the skilled workforce needed to support the growth of biopharmaceutical manufacturing. Together, we will expand industry-informed education and hands-on training pathways that prepare students and incumbent workers with the technical skills these advanced manufacturing careers require. This relationship will build a strong, sustainable talent pipeline for Lilly while creating meaningful, high-demand career opportunities across our region."

BEAUTY USUALLY STARTS IN A LAB. OURS STARTS WITH OUR OWN TREES

OLIVE TREE PEOPLE'S FIRST OLIVE GROVES SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETE THEIR DEMETER AUDIT — PLACING THE WATERLESS BEAUTY PIONEER AMONG A VERY SMALL GROUP OF BEAUTY COMPANIES WORLDWIDE WITH THEIR OWN BIODYNAMIC AGRICULTURAL RESOURCES AT THE SOURCE OF THEIR BEAUTY.

ANDALUSIA, Spain, Sept. 21, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Most beauty companies buy ingredients.

OLIVE TREE PEOPLE grows them.

And very few beauty companies in the world can say what OLIVE TREE PEOPLE can say today:

Our beauty begins on our own land, with our own trees — and our first olive groves have now successfully completed their Demeter audit with outstanding results.

Formal certification is pending completion of the certification process.

This places OLIVE TREE PEOPLE among a remarkably small group in the global beauty industry: companies whose relationship with nature doesn't begin with purchasing a botanical ingredient from a supplier, but with their own agricultural resources at the very source.

For more than 20 years, OLIVE TREE PEOPLE has cultivated and protected mountain olive trees in Andalusia, Spain — not simply as inspiration for its products, but as the agricultural origin of its beauty philosophy and many of its most important ingredients.

The company doesn't simply know where its ingredients come from.

It knows the land.

It knows the trees.

It grows them.

For OLIVE TREE PEOPLE, agriculture has never been a supplier story.

IT IS WHERE BEAUTY BEGINS.

The soil.

The trees.

The leaves.

The olives.

The harvest.

The extraction.

The formulation.

The skin.

One living cycle.

FROM A DEMETER FARM AT 16 TO HIS OWN OLIVE GROVES

For founder Thomas Lommel, the moment closes a circle that began decades before OLIVE TREE PEOPLE existed.

At 16, while attending a Waldorf school in Germany, Lommel completed his first agricultural internship on a Demeter farm.

What began there as an encounter with a radically different understanding of agriculture — one in which soil, plants, animals and people are understood as parts of one living agricultural organism — would eventually become part of the philosophy behind his life's work.

Years later, that journey led him to the mountain olive trees of Andalusia.

And ultimately to OLIVE TREE PEOPLE.

"We do not take from nature and then attempt to give something back. We create a living cycle."

That distinction is fundamental.

The olive groves are not a sustainability project attached to a beauty company.

They are part of the beauty company.

OLIVE TREE PEOPLE grows and protects its own olive trees, works with their leaves and olives, extracts bioactive substances at the heart of its formulations, and develops Waterless Beauty around the olive tree rather than around water as the primary ingredient.

BEAUTY HAS TALKED ABOUT FARM-TO-FACE.

OLIVE TREE PEOPLE ACTUALLY OWNS THE FARM.

Traceability has become a major word in beauty.

Brands talk about knowing where an ingredient was grown.

OLIVE TREE PEOPLE goes considerably further.

The company is vertically connected all the way back to the living tree.

From its own agricultural resources in Andalusia to extraction, formulation and finally the skin, the company is building a beauty model in which agriculture isn't hidden somewhere at the beginning of a supply chain.

Agriculture is part of the brand itself.

And now, with its first olive groves successfully completing their Demeter audit, that agricultural foundation is moving toward one of the world's most demanding biodynamic standards.

For Lommel, this isn't a new sustainability strategy.

It is the continuation of an idea that began when he was 16.

Beauty shouldn't take something from nature and later ask how to compensate for it.

BEAUTY CAN BE A CIRCLE FROM THE BEGINNING.

So perhaps this isn't really about passing an audit.

It's about something much bigger:

One of the very few beauty companies in the world with its own agricultural resources taking those resources to an extraordinary biodynamic standard.

Rooted.

Living.

Circular.

And beginning with its own trees.

ABOUT OLIVE TREE PEOPLE

OLIVE TREE PEOPLE is a pioneer and leading force in waterless beauty. Instead of using the conventional water phase found in most skincare products, the company replaces water with its proprietary olive leaf cell elixir and combines it with powerful olive-tree ingredients, including hydroxytyrosol.

Founded by olive tree farmer Thomas Lommel, OLIVE TREE PEOPLE develops skincare, beauty and holistic experiences based on more than 20 years of work with mountain olive trees and the principles of Olive Tree Therapy.

ABOUT OLIVEDA INTERNATIONAL, INC.

Oliveda International, Inc. and its subsidiary, Olive Tree People Inc., together with the European companies Olive Tree People Europe AG, Oliveda Deutschland GmbH and Olive Tree Farmers SL, were founded by German real estate investor Thomas Lommel.

Lommel has more than 20 years of experience in the management and organic certification of mountain olive tree cultivation; the extraction of first-class, internationally award-winning extra virgin olive oils and hydroxytyrosol; and the production and distribution of cosmetic and holistic waterless products related to the olive tree.

Lommel is the inventor of Olive Tree Therapy 10 Years in 14 Days and of olive matcha, which is based on ground olive leaf. He also developed a unique coffee replacement based on olive leaf and hydroxytyrosol. In addition, Lommel is successfully active in the rapidly growing mindfulness industry through the olive tree sound bath meditation he developed and the frequencies of his olive trees, which he makes available worldwide.

OLIVE TREE PEOPLE's registered beauty brands include OLIVEDA, LA DOPE, OLIVE ROSE, OLIVE MUSH, IS THAT MATTY? and OLIVE re:connected to nature.

Lommel is also the region's largest conservationist and protector of more than 30,000 one-hundred-year-old mountain olive trees. Through the Thomas Lommel Foundation, he brings the water that he does not use in his waterless beauty products to the people of Africa by building water wells on site.

In addition to online sales, Oliveda Deutschland GmbH operates its own flagship stores in Berlin and Düsseldorf.

The brand's treatment concepts are unique worldwide, and their effectiveness has been confirmed by conventional medicine. The story is documented in the book The Olive Tree Therapy 10 Years in 14 Days.

Waterless Beauty has been called "The Next Big Thing" in articles in U.S. Vogue, Harper's Bazaar, InStyle, ELLE, Madame, Forbes and many other industry publications, as well as by Mintel, a world-leading futurology institute. Gigi Hadid and many other celebrities are already OLIVEDA fans and support its success.

Weyerhaeuser to Invest $1 Million in Alberta Community
Image File

Drayton Valley, Alberta, selected to receive multi-year investment through the company's Thrive program

SEATTLE, Sept. 21, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Weyerhaeuser Company (NYSE: WY) today announced a commitment to invest $1 million in Drayton Valley, Alberta, through the company's Thrive program. The investment will be made over the next several years with input from local elected officials, business leaders, nonprofits, employees and other community partners. Drayton Valley is the first community in Canada to be selected for the program, reflecting the company's long-term commitment to its Canadian operations.

"We have a responsibility to our rural operating communities to help them remain great places to live, work and do business for generations to come, and we launched our Thrive program several years ago to amplify the positive impact and support we can provide locally," says Devin W. Stockfish, president and chief executive officer. "We're looking forward to working with community leaders in Drayton Valley to address priority needs and provide meaningful long-term benefits."

Drayton Valley is a community of approximately 8,000 people located about 90 minutes southwest of Edmonton. Weyerhaeuser, which operates six manufacturing facilities across Canada, has operated a sawmill in Drayton Valley for nearly 40 years and in 2013 announced a $23 million investment in production upgrades. Today, the company employs approximately 450 people through its sawmill and surrounding forestry operations, making Weyerhaeuser the largest employer in the region.

"Weyerhaeuser is an important part of our community and a respected industry leader whose longstanding presence, investment and support continue to make a meaningful difference in Drayton Valley and the surrounding area," says Nancy Dodds, mayor of Drayton Valley. "We are deeply grateful for the strong partnership and trusted relationship we have built over the years, and we are thrilled to have been selected for this opportunity through the Thrive program. We look forward to working alongside Weyerhaeuser leaders and community members to identify our highest priorities and ensure this investment has a lasting impact as we build a stronger, healthier and more resilient future together."

Weyerhaeuser's Thrive program is a key pillar of the company's broader 3 by 30 Sustainability Ambition around rural communities and goes far beyond the financial investment. In selected communities, Weyerhaeuser leaders engage deeply with local stakeholders to identify and prioritize the challenges to be addressed through long-term collaboration, investment and advocacy. Potential opportunities in Drayton Valley will be explored by Weyerhaeuser and community leaders in the weeks and months ahead.

"We're here to listen to the needs of the community and work with local stakeholders, including our employees, to understand where we can make the biggest impact together," says Nancy Thompson, senior director of Advocacy and Philanthropy. "We'll be reaching out to community organizations and partners in the coming weeks to understand where our investment can make the biggest difference."

Each of Weyerhaeuser's three previously announced Thrive communities — Zwolle, Louisiana (2023), Raymond, Washington (2024), and Buckhannon, West Virginia (2025) — identified different priorities for investment. In Zwolle, improvements to local ballfields have been completed, and significant progress has been made in upgrading the city's water infrastructure. In Raymond, a workforce housing initiative launched earlier this year, and in Buckhannon, early discussions have focused on educational opportunities with a potential to improve STEAM education.

Weyerhaeuser launched Thrive in 2023 to provide additional resources and support to five of its rural operating communities across North America. Weyerhaeuser plans to announce its fifth Thrive community, completing the company's initial program commitment, later this year. Selected communities represent areas where Weyerhaeuser has a significant presence and a history of employee and leadership engagement; where there are opportunities to take advantage of external resources, such as federal or state/provincial infrastructure grants, to strengthen advocacy efforts; and where Weyerhaeuser can partner with other employers, nonprofits and community leaders to amplify efforts and impact on the ground.
