Calamos Investments Closed-End Funds (NASDAQ: CHI, CHY, CSQ, CGO, CHW, CCD and CPZ) Announce Monthly Distributions and Required Notifications of Sources of Distribution

METRO CHICAGO, Ill., Oct. 1, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Calamos Investments®* has announced monthly distributions and sources of distributions paid in October 2026 to shareholders of its seven closed-end funds (the Funds) pursuant to the Funds' respective distribution plans.

The following table provides estimates of Calamos Global Total Return Fund's, Calamos Global Dynamic Income Fund's, Calamos Dynamic Convertible and Income Fund's, Calamos Convertible Opportunities and Income Fund's, and Calamos Convertible and High Income Fund's distribution sources, reflecting YTD cumulative experience. The Funds attribute these estimates equally to each regular distribution throughout the year.

Regarding Calamos' remaining two closed-end funds, which operate under a managed distribution policy: The information below is required by an exemptive order granted to the Funds by the US Securities and Exchange Commission and includes the information sent to shareholders regarding the sources of the Funds' distributions.

The following table sets forth the estimated amount of the sources of distribution for purposes of Section 19 of the Investment Company Act of 1940, as amended, and the related rules adopted thereunder. The Funds estimate the following percentages, of their respective total distribution amount per common share, attributable to (i) current and prior fiscal year net investment income, (ii) net realized short-term capital gain, (iii) net realized longterm capital gain and (iv) return of capital or other capital source as a percentage of the total distribution amount. These percentages are disclosed for the current distribution as well as the fiscal YTD cumulative distribution amount per common share for the Funds. The following table provides estimates of each Fund's distribution sources, reflecting YTD cumulative experience. The Funds attribute these estimates equally to each regular distribution throughout the year.

Note: NAV returns are as of September 30, 2026, and Distribution Returns include the distribution announced today.

You should not draw any conclusions about the Fund's investment performance from the amount of this distribution or from the terms of the Fund's plan.

If the Fund(s) estimate(s) that it has distributed more than its income and capital gains, a portion of your distribution may be a return of capital. A return of capital may occur, for example, when some or all of the money that you invested in the Fund is paid back to you. A return of capital distribution does not necessarily reflect the Fund's investment performance and should not be confused with 'yield' or 'income'.

The amounts and sources of distributions reported in this 19(a) notice are only estimates and are not being provided for tax reporting purposes. The actual amounts and sources of the amounts for accounting and tax purposes will depend upon the Fund's investment experience during the remainder of its fiscal year and may be subject to changes based on tax regulations. The Fund will send you a Form 1099 DIV for the calendar year that will tell you how to report these distributions for federal income tax purposes.

Return figures provided below are based on the change in the Fund's Net Asset Value per share ("NAV"), compared to the annualized distribution rate for this current distribution as a percentage of the NAV on the last day of the month prior to distribution record date.

Note: NAV returns are as of September 30, 2026, and Distribution Returns include the distribution announced today.

While the NAV performance may be indicative of the Fund's investment performance, it does not measure the value of a shareholder's investment in the Fund. The value of a shareholder's investment in the Fund is determined by the Fund's market price, which is based on the supply and demand for the Fund's shares in the open market. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

Monthly distributions offer shareholders the opportunity to accumulate more shares in a fund via the automatic dividend reinvestment plan. For example, if a fund's shares are trading at a premium, distributions will be automatically reinvested through the plan at NAV or 95% of the market price, whichever is greater; if shares are trading at a discount, distributions will be reinvested at the market price through an open market purchase program. Thus, the plan offers current shareholders an efficient method of accumulating additional shares with a potential for cost savings. Please see the dividend reinvestment plan for more information.

Important Notes about Performance and Risk

Past performance is no guarantee of future results. As with other investments, market price will fluctuate with the market and upon sale, your shares may have a market price that is above or below net asset value and may be worth more or less than your original investment. Returns at NAV reflect the deduction of the Fund's management fee, debt leverage costs and other expenses. You can purchase or sell common shares daily. Like any other stock, market price will fluctuate with the market. Upon sale, your shares may have a market price that is above or below net asset value and may be worth more or less than your original investment. Shares of closed-end funds frequently trade at a discount which is a market price that is below their net asset value.

—Reimagined exhibition features 22 dazzling displays, including 400-foot Northern

Lights-inspired canopy, and new Pine Whistle Railroad—

LISLE, Ill., Oct. 1, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Chicago's nationally acclaimed outdoor holiday lights exhibition Illumination returns to The Morton Arboretum for its 14th season Saturday, Nov. 14, 2026, through Saturday, Jan. 2, 2027, with 22 dazzling displays, four spectacular new large-scale installations and the new Pine Whistle Railroad, a family-friendly model train add-on experience. Tickets for Illumination, IllumiBrew and Pine Whistle Railroad went on sale to Arboretum members Oct. 1 at 9 a.m. CT and will go on sale to the general public Oct. 15 at 9 a.m. CT. For more information and to purchase tickets, visit mortonarb.org/illumination.

This season, guests will discover an enchanting and inventive winter wonderland unlike anything else in the Chicago region, from a mesmerizing, colorful canopy inspired by the aurora borealis, or northern lights, stretching more than 400 feet overhead—the exhibition's most ambitious installation ever—to a glowing outdoor landscape of firefly-like orbs and illuminated mushrooms. A new model train fantasy woodland adds another imaginative world to explore inside the Firefly Pavilion.

"This year's Illumination invites guests to see the Arboretum in a completely new light," said Amy Scott, the Arboretum's head of exhibitions. "From our most ambitious installation yet, Northern Lights, to the imaginative world of Pine Whistle Railroad, we've created new ways for guests to explore, discover and enjoy the wonder of trees and nature. Alongside refreshed favorites and interactive displays, the 14th season will offer something new and surprising for returning visitors and first-time guests alike."

Four Brand-New Large-Scale Installations

Illumination's immersive one-mile, ADA-accessible outdoor walking trail will feature 22 radiant displays designed exclusively for the Arboretum. This season, guests will encounter four spectacular new installations, alongside enhanced fan-favorite displays and interactive features that will spark the imagination of all ages.

- Northern Lights: A stunning aurora borealis-inspired canopy of shifting color spans more than 400 feet overhead, with shimmering illuminated curtains. This is Illumination's most ambitious installation ever and will be available to experience during this Illumination season only.

- Lightwave: An immersive 165-foot tunnel features 64 moving lit spheres surrounded by 160 fixed chrome spheres of different sizes, inspired by falling rain and dew drops.

- Cosmic Garden: A sweeping hillside landscape of 25 glowing orbs and shifting patterns draws inspiration from meditative sand gardens.

- Fairy Forest: An enchanted landscape features glowing orbs evoking floating fairies and giant fireflies, alongside illuminated mushrooms and otherworldly elements.

New Family-Friendly Pine Whistle Railroad

New this year, the Pine Whistle Railroad transforms the Firefly Pavilion into a fantastical illuminated woodland world, featuring nearly 1,000 feet of model train track winding through detailed miniature scenes with fairy and gnome houses, large-scale mushrooms and illuminated elements. As guests walk through the exhibit, trains travel both overhead and at eye level, weaving through the fantasy woodland and surrounding visitors in the magic of the miniature realm.

Opening with IllumiBrew on Friday, Nov. 13, the Pine Whistle Railroad will be open during daytime hours as a ticketed add-on to general Arboretum admission and during evening Illumination hours as a ticketed add-on to an Illumination ticket. Following the conclusion of Illumination on Jan. 2, the daytime Pine Whistle Railroad will continue through Saturday, Feb. 13, 2027.

Enhanced Returning Favorites and Interactive Features

Returning fan favorites, including Treemagination, Golden Glade and Symphony Woods, will also debut refreshed enhancements this season, alongside interactive elements such as Celebration Circle and the beloved Hug-a-Tree installation.

Four larger-than-life illuminated Vivid Creatures sculptures by artists Heather BeGaetz and Fez BeGaetz will once again accompany guests along the trail, bringing whimsy and wonder to the nighttime landscape.

Special Event Nights and Seasonal Fun

Festivities will kick off with IllumiBrew, a 21+ preview and beer-tasting event on Friday, Nov. 13 from 5:30 to 10 p.m., offering seasonal beers, ciders and meads from popular Chicago-area breweries along the trail. Tickets to IllumiBrew are $85 for members and $95 for nonmembers, with designated driver tickets $45 for members and $50 for nonmembers.

Dog Admission Nights return on four evenings this season—Dec. 2, 9, 16 and Jan. 1—inviting guests to enjoy Illumination alongside their furry companions. Dog Admission Nights require standard Illumination tickets for human admission and separate $10 admission tickets for dogs.

Sensory Night also returns on Tuesday, Nov. 17, offering a modified Illumination experience featuring static lights and lower-volume music in a limited-capacity, sensory-sensitive environment.

Cozy IllumiDomes and Seasonal Concessions

Guests can elevate their Illumination visit with two-hour IllumiDome rentals, available beginning Friday, Nov. 27. The warm, enclosed, 13-foot see-through domes offer a cozy, more private setting for groups of up to eight guests. Each rental includes a warm nonalcoholic beverage voucher and s'more kit for each guest, plus a festive basket of holiday treats, including brownies and cookies. An optional alcoholic beverage package is available for an additional cost.

New this year, guests can add a four-course prix-fixe dining package, featuring two hours of dinner service and a specially curated menu served family-style. The menu includes shareable appetizers, soup, hearty entrées and a festive chocolate fondue dessert, along with soft drinks, sparkling water, coffee and hot chocolate. Dining Dome packages are limited to one reservation per evening.

A special IllumiDome Proposal Package is also available, featuring a 90-minute private dome rental for up to eight guests, champagne with toasting flutes, an artisan cheese board, chocolate-covered strawberries, warm beverage vouchers and a holiday treat basket.

For available IllumiDome rental dates, times, and prices, visit mortonarb.org. Illumination tickets must be purchased separately in advance for the same date and time as the IllumiDome reservation. Reservations may be requested through the Arboretum's Signature Events team at 630-719-2457 or by submitting an online inquiry form.

Along Illumination's walking trail, guests can warm up with seasonal concession offerings including hot chocolate, snacks, alcoholic beverages and s'mores kits to enjoy around warming outdoor fires. New this year, the featured seasonal beverage is a premium Ultimate Blizzard Hot Cocoa, served in a limited-edition Morton Arboretum logo mug and topped with whipped cream, a house-made cocoa marshmallow, a mini snowflake cookie and iridescent snow dust. Alexandra Gucci Zarini's AGCF and The St. Regis Longboat Key Resort Announce Second AGCF Boutique, Bringing the Gucci Family Legacy Back to St. Regis After More Than Six Decades
Image File
Original HTML

Purpose-driven luxury house AGCF will open its second boutique inside The St. Regis Longboat Key Resort in fall 2026, marking its first East Coast location and continuing Alexandra Gucci Zarini's family legacy with St. Regis

LONGBOAT KEY, Fla., Oct. 1, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- AGCF, the purpose-driven luxury accessories house founded by Alexandra Gucci Zarini, and The St. Regis Longboat Key Resort today announced the opening of AGCF's second boutique, opening inside the resort's lobby in today. The opening marks AGCF's first East Coast location, following the house's flagship at 479 N. Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills, and brings the Gucci family's historic connection to St. Regis to Florida's Gulf Coast for the first time.

The opening carries a rare historical symmetry. In 1960, Aldo Gucci, the visionary who transformed his father's Florentine workshop into a global luxury house, opened a store for the family business at The St. Regis New York, with a boutique inside the hotel on the 55th Street side and the family's Fifth Avenue store adjacent to it. Aldo Gucci was equally a pioneer of Rodeo Drive, where he helped establish the street as the West Coast capital of luxury. AGCF's first boutique, at 479 N. Rodeo Drive, was conceived as an homage to him, and the house continues to honor his legacy through each of its retail locations. More than 65 years after he brought the family name to St. Regis, his granddaughter now brings her own house back, this time on Florida's Gulf Coast, pairing the heritage of the St. Regis name with a new generation of luxury hospitality.

"My grandfather understood that the world's great hotels are where luxury lives," said Alexandra Gucci Zarini, Founder of AGCF. "For me, returning to St. Regis is not nostalgia. It is a continuation, with a new purpose at its heart: the protection of children."

AGCF is a Delaware Public Benefit Corporation built on a singular idea, expressed in the house's guiding principle: "Giving is the highest luxury." Most AGCF pieces carry the house's signature Unità hardware, meaning "in unity for children." A portion of proceeds from the house's collections directly supports AGCF's charity partners dedicated to the protection and well-being of children.

"AGCF was built on Alexandra's vision that a luxury piece of the highest quality can be more than a sign of wealth or style. It can be a statement of character and a promise that, when we come together, we can inspire change," said Josef Zarini, Chief Executive Officer of AGCF. "The St. Regis Longboat Key Resort, the most luxurious beachfront resort in America, is the ideal home for our second boutique. It shares our belief that luxury, at its best, is defined by meaning, service, and legacy. We are honored to write this next chapter where the story began, under the St. Regis name."

"We are delighted to welcome AGCF to The St. Regis Longboat Key Resort, offering our guests an exclusive boutique experience," said Winfred van Workum, General Manager. "We are proud to welcome Alexandra Gucci Zarini and AGCF to our resort and to celebrate the enduring relationship between the Gucci family and St. Regis. This curated space invites guests to discover beautifully crafted pieces that reflect both artistry and purpose."

Set within the lobby of The St. Regis Longboat Key Resort, the boutique will present AGCF's full universe of handbags and small leather goods crafted in family-owned workshops, as well as silk scarves, jewelry, and eyewear, in an intimate salon setting. Guests will experience the house's four pillars: craftsmanship, timeless design, genuine purpose, and personal service, delivered in the tradition of St. Regis hospitality.

The opening coincides with AGCF's newly announced partnership with the World Childhood Foundation, founded by Her Majesty Queen Silvia of Sweden, through the house's Color of Hope collection. Twenty percent of proceeds from all products in AGCF's signature green will support Childhood USA, the World Childhood Foundation's American chapter.

The AGCF Boutique at The St. Regis Longboat Key Resort opened today, Thursday October 1, 2026.

Parkdale Mills Acquires CiCLO® Technology

Acquisition expands Parkdale's investment in advanced fiber technology and supports growth into new markets

GASTONIA, N.C., Oct. 1, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Parkdale, Incorporated, a leading textile and consumer products manufacturer, announced that its subsidiary, Parkdale Advanced Materials, Inc., has acquired full ownership of CiCLO® technology. The acquisition expands Parkdale's polymer and fiber portfolio and its capacity to advance next-generation solutions across textile and related markets.

Parkdale Advanced Materials develops and commercializes innovative textile technologies that deliver responsible manufacturing solutions and address environmental challenges. CiCLO technology aligns with that focus as a biodegradable textile ingredient designed to reduce microplastic fiber persistence in the environment.

The acquisition will build on CiCLO technology's established presence in apparel, home and hospitality textiles. Parkdale will expand its adoption into adjacent markets, including nonwovens for industrial and hygiene products, geotextiles, filtration, insulation, furnishings and other materials that rely on synthetic fibers.

With more than a century of textile operational excellence and an extensive manufacturing presence across the Western Hemisphere, Parkdale provides the scale and foundation to support that growth. Parkdale's yarn manufacturing infrastructure, technical expertise, and R&D capabilities give Parkdale Advanced Materials a platform to advance new technologies and products from concept development to commercial scale.

"We are committed to investing in technologies that create value for our customers and address meaningful challenges for our industry and the environment," said Davis Warlick, chief operating officer of Parkdale. "We believe CiCLO fibers have the potential to address microplastic fiber persistence at meaningful scale. Our focus now is to continue investing in the technology, develop new applications with our customers, open new markets and broaden adoption so it can deliver greater impact."

Microplastic fiber pollution is a growing environmental concern across the textile industry. Synthetic textiles can shed microplastic fibers during manufacturing, use and care, and end-of-life when products fall outside collection and recovery systems. Because conventional polyester and nylon are engineered for durability, these fibers can persist in the environment for centuries.

CiCLO technology addresses this challenge at the fiber level. The patented technology is integrated into polyester and nylon during fiber manufacturing, creating pathways within the fiber that enable naturally occurring microorganisms to mineralize the polymer in biologically active environments.

The technology has been extensively tested using internationally recognized ASTM and ISO standardized methods across seawater, soil, wastewater sludge, and biologically active landfill conditions. It is designed to maintain manufacturing efficiency, dyeability, durability, and recyclability.

CiCLO polymers integrate into a wide range of synthetic fiber applications, including virgin, recycled, bio-based and textile-to-textile feedstocks, natural-fiber blends, and other compatible textile technologies.

"Our opportunity now is to take CiCLO technology further," said Cheryl Smyre, vice president of Parkdale Advanced Materials. "That means expanding adoption among the brands and supply chain partners already using the technology while advancing next-generation applications for markets where synthetic fibers are essential. Microplastic pollution is agnostic to the source. To drive meaningful, lasting change, we must extend the reach of CiCLO polymers beyond traditional textile applications and accelerate innovation across industries."

About CiCLO® Technology

CiCLO® technology is a patented textile ingredient designed to reduce the persistence of microplastic fibers from synthetic textiles in the environment. Integrated into polyester and nylon during fiber manufacturing, CiCLO technology is commercially available through a global network of certified fiber, yarn and fabric manufacturers serving home, hospitality, apparel, workwear and nonwoven markets.

Products made with CiCLO fibers are available from global brands and retailers including Target, Walmart, Costco, Black Diamond, Stella McCartney, IHG Hotels, Billabong, Hanes, McDonald's and others. CiCLO technology has received multiple industry and sustainability honors, including the Behind the Seams Award for Outstanding Supplier Partnership and the World Sustainability Awards.
