insidepacket Launches the AI Access Platform: One On-Ramp Between Enterprises and GPU Clouds

One access solution: providers sell it under their brand; operators run it as their marketplace; enterprises reach participating compute providers in minutes.

PALO ALTO, Calif. and LONDON, Oct. 12, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- insidepacket today announced the AI Access Platform, planned for introduction in Europe, first with Zayo Europe. The platform connects enterprises to participating GPU and neocloud providers within an operator's ecosystem through private paths that can be activated in minutes. It comes in two models: a dedicated on-ramp that a GPU cloud sells under its own brand, or an operator layer that exposes many GPU clouds to the operator's enterprise customers. insidepacket's underlying NaaS platform has been in production in the US since September 2025 and in Europe since mid 2026.

Synergy Research Group reported that neocloud revenue exceeded $25 billion in 2025 and forecast that it will approach $400 billion by 2031. AI compute is landing as islands. Many providers give enterprises access to GPU resources but leave the connectivity around them to be designed as a separate project. In the past six months, platform players and Tier-1 operators have moved to address that gap, with implications for brand, margin and customer ownership across the value chain.

The AI Access Platform takes a neutral approach: insidepacket sells no compute, while its white-label, on-net NaaS model allows operators to bill both sides, providers to improve the utilization of capacity they already own, MSPs and integrators to package services, and enterprises to replace lengthy connectivity projects with on-demand access.

Participating providers within an operator's ecosystem can be presented under their own brand, capacity and price, while enterprises can reach the available options at any scale, in any location and at any time. Each enterprise gets its own private network that reaches clouds, data centers, sites and the internet, with built-in security and segmentation, and elastic bandwidth on every link. A defined initial-site deployment can be completed in as little as 90 days, subject to scope, network integration and deployment requirements.

In Europe, where data sovereignty is a leading criterion in AI buying, the platform supports in-country, auditable paths, so an enterprise's AI traffic can stay in country and on the operator's own network.

"DynamicLink has redefined how enterprises consume network services, proving that high-capacity connectivity can scale in minutes, not months, with real-time control and deep visibility through a simple self-service experience. Now we are bringing that same agility to AI workloads, combining Agentic Networking and AI-driven automation with our fully owned European infrastructure to connect enterprise demand to GPU capacity through trusted partners, without the typical complexity of deployment," said Michael Katz, Chief Product Officer, Zayo Europe.

"Public clouds did not win enterprise workloads on processors. They won on reach," said Eli Karpilovski, Founder and CEO of insidepacket. "The same shift is starting around AI, and the question is who owns the on-ramp to intelligence. Our answer is the operator or provider that runs it: we supply the platform, and the market participant retains the brand, customer relationship and margin. For an operator, that means taking a position in AI instead of supplying the pipe."

"Demand for GPU compute continues its rapid growth. Yet constrained power availability is creating fragmented compute resources. A programmable NaaS platform like DynamicLink provides enterprises and network providers with a flexible connectivity offering that keeps data flowing and expensive GPU resources productive," said Roy Chua, Founder and Principal, AvidThink.

Racura Oncology Cleared to Escalate RC220 to 100 mg/m2 in Phase 1 HARNESS-1 Trial in EGFR-Mutant Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer

The HARNESS-1 Safety Review Committee identified no dose-limiting toxicities or treatment-related safety concerns in either Cohort 1 patient during the safety observation period and has recommended the trial proceed to the next planned dose level of RC220 in combination with osimertinib.

SYDNEY, Oct. 12, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Racura Oncology Limited (ASX: RAC), a late clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company developing new small molecule-based approaches to cancer treatment focused on silencing MYC gene expression, today announced that the Safety Review Committee (SRC) for HARNESS-1 has cleared its lead oncology drug, RC220 to escalate to the next planned dose level of 100 mg/m2. HARNESS-1 (RAC-020) is a Phase 1a/b clinical trial evaluating RC220 in combination with osimertinib in patients with epidermal growth factor receptor-mutant (EGFR-mutant) non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC).

The SRC reviewed all safety data from both Cohort 1 patients, who received RC220 at 50 mg/m2 by intravenous infusion in combination with osimertinib at 80 mg daily. No dose-limiting toxicities or treatment-related safety concerns were identified in either patient during the safety observation period. The second Cohort 1 patient has now received three doses of RC220, administered 21 days apart, without any dose-limiting toxicities or treatment-related safety concerns.

Cohort 1 enrolled two patients after the SRC requested that a second patient receive RC220 at 50 mg/m2. This followed an observation of Grade 2 colitis in the first patient outside the trial safety period. Although the cause was undetermined, a contribution from RC220 could not be excluded. The second patient has reported no colitis or other dose limiting symptoms after three separate RC220 doses.

Pre-screening is now underway to enroll the single patient in Cohort 2, who is expected to receive RC220 at 100 mg/m2 with osimertinib at 80 mg daily. SRC clearance relates to safety and dose escalation only; this announcement does not include data on the clinical activity of RC220 in this indication.

Daniel Tillett, Ph.D., Chief Executive Officer of Racura Oncology, said: "We are pleased with the SRC's clearance, which allows RC220 to progress to the next dose level in the HARNESS-1 trial. This is an important early milestone for the trial and reflects the disciplined execution of our clinical development plan. The Cohort 1 safety review identified no dose-limiting toxicities or treatment-related safety concerns in either patient during the safety observation period. We thank the patients and their families for supporting this study and acknowledge Principal Investigator, Associate Professor Surein Arulananda and the Monash Health team for their ongoing contribution."

Scientific Rationale

EGFR-mutant NSCLC is a molecularly stratified lung adenocarcinoma subtype driven by constitutive EGFR kinase signaling and initial sensitivity to EGFR inhibition. However, responses to EGFR tyrosine kinase inhibitors (TKIs), including osimertinib (Tagrisso®; AstraZeneca), are typically limited by acquired resistance, arising through heterogeneous mechanisms such as secondary EGFR alterations, bypass receptor tyrosine kinase activation, MAPK/PI3K pathway reactivation, oncogenic fusions, lineage plasticity, epithelial-to-mesenchymal transition and histologic transformation.

RC220 is being clinically developed to target non-canonical G-quadruplex DNA and RNA structures enriched in oncogenic regulatory regions, including promoters, untranslated regions and highly transcribed loci. Stabilization of these structures can disrupt transcriptional and post-transcriptional control networks that sustain malignant proliferation, including the silencing of MYC-driven growth and survival pathways.

HARNESS-1 Trial Design

HARNESS-1 is a multicenter Phase 1a/b clinical study in patients with EGFR-mutant NSCLC receiving osimertinib. The study includes an observational screening stage using circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) to help identify eligible patients and characterize tumor molecular status before treatment.

The Phase 1a dose-escalation stage evaluates RC220 administered by intravenous infusion on Day 1 of each 21-day cycle, in combination with standard-of-care maintenance osimertinib. It uses an accelerated titration design, in which the first three dose levels of 50 mg/m2, 100 mg/m2 and 150 mg/m2 are each evaluated in a single-patient cohort. Each patient is monitored through a 21-day safety observation period, and the SRC reviews all available safety data before the trial moves to the next dose level. This approach allows the trial to move efficiently through lower dose levels that may sit below the expected active range, while limiting patient exposure to higher doses before safety data have been reviewed.

Subject to the protocol and safety outcomes, the trial is expected to transition after the 150 mg/m2 cohort to a Bayesian Optimal Interval (BOIN) design, starting at 200 mg/m2 with at least three patients at each dose level, to identify the maximum tolerated dose and an appropriate dose for further study. Between 12 and 40 patients are expected to participate in the dose-escalation stage.

Following review of available safety and pharmacokinetic data, the study is expected to advance into a double-blind, randomized Phase 1b expansion stage. In this dose expansion stage, 40 patients will receive one of two RC220 dose levels in combination with osimertinib. Patients will be monitored for safety, pharmacokinetics and early signals of clinical activity, including progression-free survival, overall survival, ctDNA dynamics and changes in cancer-specific mutations.

Clinical Trial Information

Further details about HARNESS-1, including open and recruiting sites, are available through the Australian New Zealand Clinical Trials Registry at www.anzctr.org.au under trial code ACTRN12626000325303. Clinical trial enquiries may be directed to Racura Oncology at [email protected].

About RC220 & (E,E)-bisantrene

RC220 is a proprietary formulation of (E,E)-bisantrene designed to overcome drug solubility issues that prevent safe peripheral intravenous infusion. (E,E)-bisantrene is a clinically validated small molecule anticancer agent that primarily functions via G4-DNA and RNA binding, leading to potent transcriptional silencing of the important cancer growth regulator MYC and downstream pathways.

About Racura Oncology

Racura Oncology (ASX: RAC) is a late clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company with a mission to silence cancer. Our lead asset, (E,E)-bisantrene, is a small molecule anticancer agent that primarily functions via G4-DNA and RNA binding, leading to potent silencing of the important cancer growth regulator MYC. G4-binding by (E,E)-bisantrene has additional anticancer activities including inhibition of topoisomerase II and telomerase, as well as m6A RNA pathway modulation.

Racura is advancing RC220 to address the high unmet needs of patients across multiple oncology indications, including a Phase 2b/3 clinical program in acute myeloid leukemia (AML), a Phase 1 program in mutant epidermal growth factor receptor non-small cell lung cancer (EGFRm NSCLC), and a Phase 1 program in combination with the anthracycline doxorubicin, where we aim to deliver both cardioprotection and enhanced anticancer activity for solid tumor patients.

GOFO becomes a carrier partner of Peoples Post ahead of the year-end peak

MARLY-LA-VILLE, France, Oct. 12, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- GOFO France, a last-mile delivery specialist, announces a strategic partnership with Peoples Post, a French e-commerce logistics provider (3PL). The partnership integrates GOFO France's home delivery services into Peoples Post's carrier network. It gives e-merchants new delivery options to handle peak activity, especially in the run-up to Black Friday and the holiday season.

The partnership brings together Peoples Post's storage, fulfilment and logistics solutions and GOFO France's last-mile delivery network. Its aim is to support merchants in managing their shipments at a time when rising order volumes call for close coordination between fulfilment and delivery.

A new delivery option that fits existing operations

Peoples Post handles logistics for online stores, from receiving goods to shipping orders. By adding GOFO to its network of partner carriers, the logistics provider expands its home delivery offers. It can now offer this option for shipments to areas served by GOFO across metropolitan France.

GOFO's offer plugs directly into Peoples Post's shipping management tool. E-merchants keep organizing their flows with the same point of contact and simply have one more carrier to choose from when shipping.

For GOFO, the partnership is part of a wider effort to work more closely with local logistics providers, who support the growth of e-commerce brands day by day. Peoples Post customers can access GOFO delivery without changing anything in how they operate.

A network geared up for the year-end peak

GOFO serves 90% of the population of mainland France. Its home delivery offer includes real-time tracking, photo PoD and up to three delivery attempts, giving merchants and recipients greater visibility over their parcels' journey.

The network relies on sorting infrastructure and proprietary routing technology to organize flows and delivery rounds. GOFO France is also preparing to commission new automated sorting systems at its multiple sorting and transit hubs in Q4 2026.

"This partnership makes our delivery offer available to the e-merchants supported by Peoples Post, without disrupting their existing logistics setup. As the year-end peak approaches, our goal is to give them an additional option that combines reliability, shipment visibility and operational simplicity," says Frédéric Coquard, Head of Sales at GOFO France.

"Our customers need delivery solutions suited to their orders and their recipients. Bringing GOFO into our network broadens the range of options we can offer them, while keeping their support centralized at Peoples Post. It's a valuable addition as they prepare for the end of the year, and to support their growth beyond this period," says Gabriel Diaz, CEO of Peoples Post.

ARLINGTON, Va., Oct. 12, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- The Department of War (DoW) has awarded Air, the leader in Enterprise Readiness, a $200 million, five-year contract in support of the U.S. Army's Next Generation Command and Control (NGC2) ecosystem.

This contract extends a deep, longstanding partnership between Air and the U.S. Army. From NGC2's inception through ongoing development and field testing, the Air Enterprise Readiness platform has provided software for eliminating operational bottlenecks, expediting mission planning, and shortening sensor-to-shooter-to-sustainer timelines.

By converting frontline operations into live demand signals, Air's AI-native platform gives commanders forward-looking visibility into supply stocks, unit capacity, and overall force readiness. Shifting sustainment from a reactive posture to a predictive operational discipline eliminates long-standing supply-chain friction and keeps forces combat-ready.

Most recently, Air capabilities supported Project Convergence Capstone 6 (PCC6), the Army's premier event designed to simulate realistic scenarios and push the boundaries of future warfare capabilities.

Building on field trials with the 4th Infantry Division (4ID), Air will collaborate closely alongside Army and industry partners to deliver NGC2 software, starting with I Corps as NGC2 transitions from division-level prototyping to operational delivery across the force.

"This award reflects the U.S. Army's continued trust in Air to power the future of command and control," said Tara Murphy Dougherty, CEO of Air. "By delivering real-time, AI-driven operational truth across every class of supply, Air helps eliminate friction and ensures our forces remain combat-ready at mission speed."

About Air

Air is the leader in Enterprise Readiness, a new category of AI-native systems that closes the Readiness Gap, the dangerous chasm between what the frontline needs and what the national security enterprise can deliver. Air Enterprise Readiness platform aligns development, production, delivery, and sustainment into one coordinated execution system, revealing true capacity, exposing real constraints, coordinating critical resources, and executing at the speed of operational demands. The result: the national security enterprise has what it needs to succeed. For more information on Air, visit www.air.ai.

The mandate connects DIMAND's expertise in large-scale urban regeneration with the international reach of the Sotheby's International Realty network.

ATHENS, Greece, Oct. 12, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- DIMAND has appointed Greece Sotheby's International Realty to lead the sales of FIX Residences, a new residential address within the redevelopment of Thessaloniki's historic FIX Brewery at the city's western entrance. Greece Sotheby's International Realty will present the project to buyers in Greece and across key international markets through the global Sotheby's International Realty network.

"FIX is a landmark closely connected to Thessaloniki's industrial history and identity. Our ambition is to give this historic site a new life, respecting its character while creating a contemporary destination for the city. The collaboration with Greece Sotheby's International Realty is an important step in positioning FIX Residences in both the Greek and international markets."

Dimitris Andriopoulos, CEO, DIMAND Group

A new chapter for an industrial landmark

With a history of approximately 140 years, the FIX Brewery stands among the city's most recognizable industrial buildings. DIMAND's redevelopment will transform the site into a new urban destination, where living, culture and hospitality seamlessly blend. Based on a masterplan designed by Foster + Partners, three historic structures will be restored and repurposed, while two new bioclimatic buildings will rise alongside them. The new buildings' sculpted brick façades, vaulted ceilings and industrial-style windows reinterpret the language of the original complex. The result links the listed buildings with the new architecture, in a dialogue between industrial heritage and contemporary design.

FIX Residences will comprise 95 private homes in a new nine-storey building of approximately 19,800 sq.m., with 134 dedicated parking spaces. The building will prioritise energy efficiency and environmental performance while also targeting LEED Gold certification.

A representative of Foster + Partners' commercial team highlighted the significance of the FIX transformation, describing it as a unique opportunity to reconnect Thessaloniki's industrial heritage with the contemporary life of the city. Developed in close collaboration with DIMAND, the architectural vision honours the site's historic character while setting a new benchmark for sustainable mixed-use development. Bringing together culture, community, hospitality and contemporary living, the project aspires to establish a vibrant new destination and contribute to the city's ongoing regeneration.

Living, culture, and hospitality

FIX holds a strategic position within Thessaloniki's evolving urban landscape, just minutes from the historic centre and approximately 30 minutes from Thessaloniki's International Airport 'Makedonia,' offering connections across Greece and internationally.

Two hotel concepts operating under the "Hilton Hotels & Resorts" brand will form an integral part of the development, alongside restaurants, wellness facilities, shops, and landscaped areas. Culture will be central to the development's identity. One of the restored buildings will house MOMus — Museum of Modern Art with its renowned Costakis Collection of Russian avant-garde art, alongside the Thessaloniki State Symphony Orchestra, bringing exhibitions and live performances within steps of the residences.

The completion of the development is currently scheduled for late 2029.

"We are pleased to be working alongside DIMAND, a developer with whom we are bound by shared values and a vision for a better tomorrow in our cities. FIX Residences mark a historic moment in the regeneration of one of Thessaloniki's most significant districts, shaped by the design of Foster + Partners. A new era begins for a remarkable city — one worth living in, returning to, and ultimately becoming part of. We look forward to presenting FIX Residences to buyers in Greece and around the world."

WASHINGTON, Oct. 12, 2026/PRNewswire/ -- X-Bow Systems Inc (X-Bow®), a U.S. manufacturer of solid rocket motors (SRMs), today announced from the Association of the United States Army (AUSA) Annual Meeting and Exposition, that it has been selected by Leidos (NYSE: LDOS) to develop and produce the booster motors for the U.S. Army's new Low-Cost Containerized Munition (LCCM).

Under the agreement, X-Bow will move through design, qualification testing, and static fires ahead of full-rate production of booster motors at scale in 2027.

The award places X-Bow inside one of the fastest-growing segments of U.S. defense spending: the drive to rebuild a domestic solid rocket motor industrial base long concentrated among a handful of large suppliers and to field precision munitions in volume. The LCCM program advances the Department of War's "Arsenal of Freedom" initiative, under which Leidos will produce the munitions in large quantities.

"Modern conflict is decided by how many rounds you can put downrange, not how exquisite each one is," said X-Bow Founder and Chief Executive Officer Jason Hundley. "Partnering with Leidos on the Army's low-cost cruise missile lets us do what we were built to do—turn out combat-ready rocket motors at production scale, fast."

The award is the latest of six new propulsion programs X-Bow has been selected for in 2026, spanning the Navy, Army, and the Missile Defense Agency. This builds on the company's recently completed first major production contract, which delivered more than 2,100 combat-ready rocket motors.

Meet with X-Bow at AUSA, Oct. 12-14 at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center in Washington, D.C. To schedule a briefing, contact [email protected].

DPC Dash - Domino's Pizza China Strengthens Market Presence in Q3 2026 with Continued Store Expansion, Product Innovation and Improving Sales Momentum

HONG KONG, Oct. 12, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- DPC Dash - Domino's Pizza China ("DPC Dash" or the "Company", together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") (1405.HK), Domino's Pizza's exclusive master franchisee in the Chinese Mainland, the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of China, and the Macau Special Administrative Region of China, today published its Third Quarter 2026 Investor Fact Sheet.

During the third quarter, DPC Dash expanded its store network and broadened its product and marketing initiatives under its 4D strategy of Development, Delicious Pizza at Value, Delivery and Digital.

Under its "Go Deeper, Go Broader" strategy, the Company strengthened its presence in existing cities and extended its footprint into new markets. By September 30, 2026, DPC Dash operated 1,634 stores across 87 cities, including 908 stores in initial cities and 726 stores in new cities, representing a net addition of 84 stores and entry into 12 additional cities compared with the previous quarter. New cities continue to drive network expansion, accounting for approximately 44% of the total network.

Over the first nine months of 2026, the Company added 319 net new stores and entered 27 new cities.

As of September 30, DPC Dash had secured 100% of its full-year 2026 opening target of approximately 350 net new stores through stores already opened, under construction or signed, up from approximately 89% as of June 30.

In 3Q2026, DPC Dash achieved positive same-store transaction count growth ("SSTG"). Average transaction price ("ATP") continued to stabilize and recorded a modest sequential uptick compared with 2Q2026, supported by a series of marketing initiatives, against the backdrop of the gradual rationalization of third-party aggregator platform ("3PP") subsidies. Same-store sales growth ("SSSG") remained negative, mainly because ATP was lower than in 3Q2025, despite healthy year-on-year transaction count growth and signs of gradual ATP recovery.

As the Company continued to roll out delivery services, delivery transactions accounted for 30% of total transaction volumes in New City Markets in 3Q2026, up from 25% in 1H2026. Third-party aggregator platforms remained an important channel as the Company further expanded its delivery business in these markets.

The continued expansion of the Company's loyalty program supported its digital strategy and customer engagement, building a resilient proprietary platform ecosystem. As of September 30, 2026, total loyalty program members reached 45.2 million, compared with 32.9 million as of September 30, 2025. Over the past 12 months, approximately 19.9 million new customers placed their first orders through both the Company's own channels and third-party channels.

On product innovation, DPC Dash introduced the Durian Roast Chicken Pizza, pairing generous portions of durian flesh with tender roast chicken to offer consumers a new taste experience.

On festive and seasonal marketing, DPC Dash re-hit its core product, the Salted Egg Yolk Flavored Chicken Pizza (金沙咸蛋黄嫩鸡比萨), with a limited-edition Star & Moon design for the Mid-Autumn Festival. During Major Heat (大暑), a traditional Chinese calendar period associated with peak summer heat, the Company ran a tongue-in-cheek campaign ("大暑食薯"), spotlighting seasonal potato pizza flavors to address summer dining demand.

To strengthen its value proposition, DPC Dash headlined the quarter with a RMB79 six-piece set comprising two 9-inch pizzas plus multiple sides and drinks, delivering standout value for money. The quarter's offers also included an affordable solo combo and the limited-time return of "Mega Week", a buy-one-get-one-free promotion on Signature and Classic Flavor pizzas.

To build emotional connections and encourage playful engagement, DPC Dash promoted its buy-one-get-one-free offers through social media content including "Favorite Brands and Flavors – You Have it All (招牌美味全都要)", "Second One On The House (你的第二个比萨,达美乐请)" and "Pizza Freedom (比萨自由)". The "Finding Domino's Red & Blue" campaign invited customers to spot and share red-and-blue color pairings in everyday life, encouraging social media engagement and reinforcing Domino's brand image.

Beyond its product and marketing initiatives, DPC Dash continued to receive recognition for its focus on quality and consumer trust. The Company was named to Southern Metropolis Daily's 2026 Top100 High-Quality Consumer Brands (2026高品质消费品牌) list for the third consecutive year and was again named a Top10 High-Quality Consumer Brand (十大高品质消费品牌). DPC Dash also received Jiemian News' 2026 Consumer Trust Award – Western Fast Food of the Year (2026安心奖-年度西式快餐).
