Compliance status

This website is partially compliant with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.2 AA standard, due to the non-compliances and exemptions listed below.

Non-accessible content

The content listed below is non-accessible for the following reasons.

Non-compliance with the accessibility regulations

- Images on some pages do not always have suitable image descriptions. Users of assistive technologies may not have access to information conveyed in images. This fails WCAG 2.2 success criterion 1.1.1 (Non-text Content).

- Some tables do not have table row or column headers. This means assistive technologies will not read the tables correctly. This fails WCAG 2.2 success criterion 1.3.1 (Info and Relationships).

- Some tables are structured incorrectly, so screen readers cannot understand the relationships between information in the table. This fails WCAG 2.2 success criterion 1.3.1 (Info and Relationships).

- Some headings do not display correctly. They may look like normal text or a different type of heading. This fails WCAG 2.2 success criterion 1.3.1 (Info and Relationships).

- Some images use colour as the only way to convey meaning. This fails WCAG 2.2 success criterion 1.4.1 (Use of Color).

- Some images include text with poor colour contrast to its background. This fails WCAG 2.2 success criterion 1.4.3 (Contrast (Minimum)).

- Some pages use images of text instead of text. This fails WCAG 2.2 success criterion 1.4.5 (Images of Text).

- Some images include elements with poor colour contrast to the background. This fails WCAG 2.2 success criterion 1.4.11 (Non-text Contrast).

- If a table is too wide to fit on the screen, the hidden information cannot be reached with a keyboard. This fails WCAG 2.2 success criterion 2.1.1 (Keyboard).

- Some pages have duplicate titles. This may make it difficult for users to orient themselves and find the right content. This fails WCAG 2.2 success criterion 2.4.2 (Page Titled).

- Some headings don’t accurately describe the content underneath. This fails WCAG 2.2 success criterion 2.4.6 (Headings and Labels).

- On some pages the back to top link at the bottom of the page can hide focussed elements. This fails WCAG 2.2 success criterion 2.4.11 (Focus Not Obscured (Minimum)).

- Some images of text that are used as links have image descriptions that don’t include all of the text. This fails WCAG 2.2 success criterion 2.5.3 (Label in Name).

- The change in the default written language is not correctly identified on some pages. This means screen readers will not read content correctly. This fails WCAG 2.2 success criterion 3.1.2 (Language of Parts).

- Some pages have inconsistently-placed language navigation. This fails WCAG 2.2 success criterion 3.2.3 (Consistent Navigation).

- Translation Navigation is inconsistently named. This fails WCAG 2.2 success criterion 3.2.4 (Consistent Identification).

- Some links that reveal more content can cause some screen reader users to lose their position on the page. This fails WCAG 2.2 success criterion 4.1.2 (Name, Role, Value).

- Some pages include videos without captions. This fails WCAG 2.2 success criterion 1.2.2 (Captions)

- Some pages contain instructions that depend on visually identifying checkboxes to answer questions. This fails WCAG 2.2 success criterion 1.3.3 (Sensory Characteristics)

- Some pages contain videos without a transcript. This fails WCAG 2.2 success criterion 1.2.3 (Audio Description or Media Alternative)

Many documents are in non-HTML formats, for example PDF. They are not accessible in a number of ways including missing text alternatives and missing document structure.

View the accessible document policy of the organisation that published the document to report any problems or request documents in an alternative format. If more than one organisation is listed, view the accessible document policy of the first.

Content that’s not within the scope of the accessibility regulations

The accessibility regulations do not require us to fix PDFs or other documents published before 23 September 2018 if they’re not essential to providing our services.

What we’re doing to improve accessibility

We are working alongside other government departments and agencies to fix content which fails to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.2 AA standard.

Seekr Opens London Office as UK and European Demand for Sovereign, Governable AI Continues to Accelerate
Image File
Original HTML

Expansion builds on existing customer base and growing UK pipeline across defence and regulated enterprise, with a local team of forward-deployed engineers to run governable AI inside customers' own environments

LONDON, Oct. 15, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Seekr, the leader in explainable and sovereign AI, today announced the opening of its first European office in Mayfair, London to meet accelerating demand from UK and European organisations for AI they can govern, audit, and run under their own laws. The office builds on Seekr's existing UK customer base and a large and growing pipeline of opportunities across UK defence, FTSE-listed companies and regulated industries.

Across the UK and Europe, sovereignty has moved to the top of the AI agenda. Organisations want AI that keeps their data under the laws of their own jurisdiction, and that can show exactly how it reached every answer. Alongside sovereignty, enterprises are looking for measurable business value, evidence to trust AI outputs, and control over the actions AI agents take. As agentic AI moves from pilots into day-to-day operations, those requirements are shaping buying decisions across both enterprise and government.

London is a natural home for that work. The UK has long set the standard for how regulated industries earn public trust, from the City's financial markets to its defence and public institutions, and it is now applying that same expectation of accountability to AI. Seekr's platform is built to meet it, giving teams a full record of how each AI output was produced.

The Seekr platform runs wherever the customer needs it, including UK cloud regions, on-premises, at the edge, or fully air-gapped. It traces every output back through its data, content, model, and agent behaviour, so teams can move AI into production with evidence they can stand behind. That visibility helps operators verify outputs, oversee agent actions, and assess performance against their business goals.

"The UK is a critical AI market, and demand there for governable, sovereign AI shows no sign of slowing down," said Rob Clark, President of Seekr. "Customers across the UK are already putting AI to work across their core operations, and having dedicated experts sitting side-by-side ensures they are getting the latest sovereign AI they need, all under their control and local laws. Opening in London is our commitment to those customers."

The London team includes forward-deployed engineers who work inside customers' regulated, secure, and sovereign environments, backed by partners across Europe. Naief Al-Shibli joins Seekr from Palantir as VP and UK General Manager to lead sales and grow the UK business, having helped UK and European enterprise and government organisations put data and AI platforms into operational use. David Church will serve as Managing Director of UK operations. A veteran of more than 40 years in European investment banking, Church has advised on data centre transactions across Europe, bringing deep expertise in the infrastructure that sovereign AI requires.

"UK organisations aren't short on AI ambition. The challenge is turning that ambition into measurable results while maintaining trust in the outputs, control over the data and agent actions," said Al-Shibli. "Having our leadership and engineers here means customers work with a team that understands their regulatory and security requirements, and can help them deploy AI in their own environment from day one, validate its performance, and build a clear case for scaling it."

About Seekr

Seekr is the leader in explainable, defensible AI built for critical decisions in environments that demand accuracy and accountability. Seekr's technology and products help enterprises and government agencies develop and deploy domain-specific large language models (LLMs), vision language models (VLMs) that understand the physical world, edge-based systems and AI agents across any infrastructure, including sovereign deployments. Backed by robust verification and validation tools that surface the provenance, lineage, and intent behind every model decision, Seekr delivers AI that organizations can audit and trust across all modalities. Angie took on the challenge of bringing together some of the most established names and accomplished advisors in luxury travel and helped create a stronger, more connected organization. Today’s GTC reflects her ability to lead through change while keeping advisors at the center of every decision. I’m deeply grateful for everything she has contributed to GTC and Internova more broadly.

J.D. O’Hara, CEO, Internova Travel Group

Travel industry veteran concludes transformative tenure leading GTC

NEW YORK (October 14, 2026) – Internova Travel Group today announced that Angie Licea will step away as President of Global Travel Collection (GTC), following a tenure marked by significant growth and the transformation of the organization into a unified global business.

Licea, who has spent nearly four decades in the travel industry and more than a decade with Internova and its predecessor companies, will remain with Internova during the leadership transition while exploring other opportunities within the organization.

Since GTC’s launch in 2020, Licea has helped build the business into a $2.4 billion powerhouse and led the unification of Protravel International, Tzell Travel Group, and ALTOUR Leisure and Entertainment under the GTC brand. Throughout that evolution, she has worked to leverage the scale of the organization while preserving the independence and entrepreneurial culture of its advisors and legacy businesses.

“Angie took on the challenge of bringing together some of the most established names and accomplished advisors in luxury travel and helped create a stronger, more connected organization,” said J.D. O’Hara, CEO of Internova Travel Group. “Today’s GTC reflects her ability to lead through change while keeping advisors at the center of every decision. I’m deeply grateful for everything she has contributed to GTC and Internova more broadly.”

Licea joined Travel Leaders Group in 2012 and went on to hold senior leadership roles across the organization before taking the helm of GTC. Her career has spanned operations, technology, supplier partner relations, global account management and executive leadership, including previous roles with US Airways, American Express and Rosenbluth International. She has also been a longstanding advocate for travel advisors and the role they play in the industry.

“What I’ll remember most about leading GTC is the people,” said Licea. “We brought together remarkable businesses, but what made it work was the talent, ambition and entrepreneurial drive of our advisors and teams. I’m proud of what we built and especially proud that we did it without losing what makes these businesses special. I’m looking forward to the next chapter and to continuing to contribute to an industry that has meant so much to me.”

Licea and O’Hara have worked closely together to identify GTC’s next leader, who will be announced in the coming weeks. Licea will remain involved to ensure a seamless transition.

Modern slavery is a crime resulting in an abhorrent abuse of the human rights of vulnerable workers, including children. It can take various forms, such as slavery, servitude, forced or compulsory labour and human trafficking.

Travel Leaders Group Holdings, LLC dba Internova Travel Group and its subsidiaries (“Company”) has a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and is committed to acting ethically and with integrity and transparency in all of its business dealings and relationships. The Company is committed to implementing and enforcing effective systems and controls to ensure that modern slavery and human trafficking are not taking place anywhere within either its own business or in any of its supply chains, consistent with its obligations under the Modern Slavery Act 2015 (the “Act”) and added guidance from the U.S. Department of Defense’s Combating Trafficking In Persons Program Management Office (CTIP PMO).

This policy applies to all individuals working for the Company or on the Company’s behalf in any capacity, including employees, directors, officers, agency workers, volunteers, agents, independent travel advisors, and consultants.

The Company also expects the same high standards from all of its suppliers, contractors and other business partners.

This policy does not form part of any employee’s contract of employment and we may amend it from time to time.

Modern slavery is defined as slavery, servitude, forced or compulsory labour and human trafficking. Modern slavery is a complex and often hidden crime that crosses borders, sectors and jurisdictions.

Identifying potential victims of modern slavery can be a challenge because the crime can manifest itself in many different ways. There is a spectrum of abuse, and it is not always clear at what point, for example, poor working practices and lack of health and safety awareness have become instances of human trafficking, slavery or forced labour in a work environment. In addition, some suppliers may go to great lengths to hide the fact that they are using slave labour.

The Company accepts that it has a responsibility through practical and reasonable due diligence processes to ensure that workers are not being exploited, that they are safe, and that relevant employment, health and safety, and human rights laws and standards are being adhered to, including freedom of movement and communications.

While not all sections of the Act are directly applicable to the Company, we have committed to perform the following to meet stakeholder expectations:

• Prepare and publish a policy statement in accordance with Provision 54 of the Act – Transparency in Supplier Chains.

• Set same standards and expectations for our suppliers, contractors and other business partners, through contractual processes and/or third-party assessment reviews.

• Regular review of applicable policies and procedures to include references to modern slavery.

• Training as necessary and bringing awareness on this topic to our employees.

The Senior Executives have overall responsibility for ensuring that this policy complies with the Company’s legal and ethical obligations.

The Human Resources department has day-to-day responsibility for implementing this policy, monitoring its use and effectiveness, and auditing internal control systems and policies and procedures, to ensure they are effective in preventing or remediating the risk of modern slavery. They are also responsible for investigating allegations of modern slavery in the Company’s business or supply chains.

Line managers are responsible for ensuring that those reporting to them understand and comply with this policy.

The prevention, detection and reporting of modern slavery in any part of the Company’s business or supply chains, whether in the UK or abroad, is the responsibility of all those working for the Company or under the Company’s control. You are required to avoid any activity that might lead to a breach of this policy.

If you believe or suspect a breach of or conflict with this policy has occurred or may occur, you must notify your line manager or Human Resources immediately.

You are encouraged to raise concerns about any issue or suspicion of modern slavery in any part of the Company’s business or supply chains as soon as possible. If you are unsure about whether a particular act, the treatment of workers or their working conditions within any of the Company’s supply chains constitutes any of the various forms of modern slavery, please raise it with your line manager or your Human Resources representative.

The Company aims to encourage openness and will support anyone who raises genuine concerns in good faith under this policy, even if they turn out to be mistaken. The Company is committed to ensuring no one suffers any detrimental treatment or victimization as a result of reporting in good faith their suspicion that modern slavery is or may be taking place in any part of its business or any of its supply chains.

Regular training on this policy and the risk that the business faces from modern slavery in its supply chains will be provided as necessary to educate on how to identify exploitation and modern slavery and how to report suspected cases.

You may learn more about Modern Slavery by visiting

• U.K.: https://www.gov.uk/government/collections/modern-slavery or contact the UK Government’s Modern Slavery Helpline on 0800 0121 700 for further information and guidance on modern slavery.

Any employee who breaches this policy will face disciplinary action, up to and including summary dismissal for gross misconduct. The Company may terminate its commercial relationship with suppliers, contractors and other business partners if they breach this policy and/or are found to have been involved in modern slavery.

This policy will be reviewed annually by the Management Team and any changes will be communicated to staff accordingly.

In The News – 03 September 2025

Allen-Vanguard, a global leader in providing customized solutions for defeating Radio Frequency (RF) based terrorist and extremist threats, is launching a new mobile counter drone trailer at DSEi 25 in collaboration with Metis, Blighter, Openworks and EdeyFX. This collaboration has been established to leverage the respective expertise (detect and defeat) and proven product capabilities (RF detection, radar detection, optical recognition and RF jamming) from each company to address the increasing threat to people, infrastructure and key locations from the nefarious use of drones. Details on SECURIS, the new mobile counter uncrewed air systems (C-UAS) trailer system will be available at the Allen-Vanguard stand S5-540 at DSEi 25, Excel, London (9-12 September 2025).

The SECURIS C-UAS trailer is a rapidly deployable, mobile counter drone capability that has a best in class, multi-faceted detection suite combining the advanced RF detection capabilities of SKYPERION from Metis which is used globally by NATO allies in various integrated systems, the unique radar target acquisition capabilities of Blighter’s A400 series, which is also operationally proven globally and the advanced optical recognition system Vision Flex from Openworks; again sector leading for its long-range imagers, dynamic slew-to-cue capability, and twin-AI modules for detection, tracking and identification.

These aspects, along with Allen-Vanguard’s own operationally proven range of C-UAS RF Effectors (ANCILE), have been cleverly integrated onto a bespoke trailer chassis produced by EdeyFX accommodating operational input on design and layout coupled with the highest level of mobility. SECURIS delivers a scalable, fully integrated, comprehensive, easy to use, reliable and future proofed counter drone capability on an extremely mobile and robust platform. Its open architecture and modular nature also makes it highly suitable for the provision of Protection-as-a-Service (PaaS) where customers are provided the latest updates and technology innovations as part of a package rather than just purchasing a one-shot capability.

Bobby Strawbridge, President of Allen-Vanguard said: “I am delighted to formally launch our new fully integrated and scalable mobile counter drone trailer system SECURIS at DSEi 25. We have worked closely with our partners at Metis, Blighter, Openworks and EdeyFX all of whom are agile SMEs like ourselves, and who are acknowledged Domain Knowledge Experts (DKEs) in their respective fields. As specialists, with operationally proven products within our own areas of expertise, we have come together to produce exactly what the customer base has been demanding, a best of breed collaboration of capable systems packaged into a scalable and highly mobile package. SECURIS will help counter the rapidly evolving threat posed by drones and it’s modularity ensures future adaptability and therefore enables provision of Protection-as-a-Service rather than just product manufacture.”
