JINAN, China, Aug. 29, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Niutech Technology Group Co., Ltd. (abbreviated as "Niutech"), a global supplier of industrial continuous pyrolysis solutions, has signed a sales contract with a global energy major for an Industrial Continuous Waste Plastic Pyrolysis Production Line. Featuring Niutech's proprietary technology and single-unit capacity of 10,000 to 50,000 tons per year (tpy), the line will upgrade one of the customer's large-scale refineries, enabling end-to-end production from waste plastic pyrolysis oil to hydrotreated Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF). This marks Niutech's first entry into the customer's equipment supply chain.

Niutech – Industrial Continuous Pyrolysis Project Site

SAF is a critical pathway for aviation decarbonization. The EU's ReFuelEU Aviation Regulation mandates a 2% SAF blend from 2025, rising to 6% by 2030 and 70% by 2050. With Used Cooking Oil (UCO) supply limited, waste plastic-to-SAF is emerging as a promising second route. Niutech's technology converts low-value waste plastics — including PP, PE, PS, ABS and nylon, single-type or mixed — directly into pyrolysis oil suitable for SAF, without complex pre-treatment such as washing, sorting or drying.

The company's waste plastic pyrolysis solutions have been commercially deployed across the UK, South Korea, Denmark, Thailand, Vietnam and China, delivering multiple 10,000-tpy-class continuous pyrolysis projects.

"Large-scale pyrolysis projects impose stringent requirements on continuous operational capability," said a Niutech marketing executive. "Niutech has focused on pyrolysis technology for nearly 40 years and brings mature equipment and extensive project experience. This partnership is another validation of the strength of our industrial continuous technology."

About Niutech

Niutech Technology Group Co., Ltd. (Stock Code: 688309) is an integrated pyrolysis solution provider with fully independent intellectual property. Its industrial continuous pyrolysis equipment (10,000–50,000 tpy per unit) handles more than 30 waste types including scrap tires, waste plastics, oily sludge, tar residue and medical waste. Niutech has delivered 10,000-tpy-class projects across dozens of countries including Germany, the UK, South Korea, Denmark and Brazil.

Many High-Income Filers Miss Deductions Not Because They Are Unaware They Exist, but Because of Timing, Limits, and Poor Coordination.

ENDICOTT, N.Y., Aug. 29, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- What are the most common reasons high-income individuals leave deductions on the table each year, and what can be done to address them before December 31? A HelloNation article identifies the specific limitations, timing failures, and coordination gaps that reduce tax efficiency for high earners, and outlines practical steps that can close those gaps before the year ends.

Sal Julian, President/Owner

The HelloNation article opens with an important observation: high-income individuals rarely miss deductions because they are unaware those deductions exist. More often, the problem is a matter of limitations, poor timing, or financial decisions made throughout the year without regard to their tax consequences. Identifying where those breakdowns occur most often is the first step toward avoiding them.

State and local taxes, commonly called SALT, are among the first areas the article addresses. Taxpayers can deduct state income taxes and property taxes paid, but the total in this category is capped at $40,000 per year under current law. For high earners in states with significant income and property tax burdens, that cap is frequently reached before all applicable taxes are accounted for, meaning a portion of those payments produces no federal deduction at all.

Mortgage interest deductibility carries its own set of limits. The deduction applies only to the first $750,000 of qualifying mortgage debt originated after December 31, 2018, and homeowners with larger balances must prorate the deductible portion accordingly. Those with multiple properties sometimes assume full deductibility without accounting for this calculation, which can result in missed planning adjustments.

Charitable contributions offer significant timing leverage that many high earners do not fully use. Donating appreciated stock rather than cash allows a taxpayer to claim the full fair market value of the contribution without recognizing capital gains on the appreciation. A donor-advised fund lets contributors make donations in the most tax-advantaged years and distribute those funds to charities over time, improving the overall efficiency of a regular giving program.

Deduction stacking is a related strategy the article describes as particularly underused. Because the standard deduction is now relatively high, some filers find their itemized deductions do not consistently exceed that threshold from year to year. By concentrating charitable contributions and other deductible expenditures into alternating years, a taxpayer can alternate between a larger deduction year and a standard deduction year, producing more total benefit over time than applying either deduction at a similar level annually.

Tax-advantaged accounts represent another area of common missed opportunity that the article examines. Traditional 401(k) contributions remain deductible at any income level, and health savings accounts provide a triple benefit: deductible contributions, tax-free growth, and tax-free qualified withdrawals. For 2026, those enrolled in qualifying high-deductible plans can contribute up to $4,400 individually or $8,750 for family coverage, with an additional $1,000 available for those over 55.

Tax Expert Sal Julian is among the contributors whose insights the article draws on to identify these common gaps. The article's central point, and one that Tax Expert Sal Julian's guidance reinforces, is that many high earners leave available itemized deductions behind not because the opportunities do not exist, but because decisions are made throughout the year without a coordinated tax strategy in place.

What Deductions Are High-Income Individuals Losing Without Knowing It? features insights from Sal Julian, Tax Expert of Endicott, New York, in HelloNation.

SUWANEE, Ga., Aug. 29, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Marking the official opening of its North American manufacturing facility in Georgia, global Tier-1 supplier YFORE Technology debuted its Occupant & Driver Monitoring System (ODMS)—an integrated in-cabin full-coverage sensing solution.

As in-cabin monitoring systems become standard, conventional vision-only setups often struggle with seatback occlusion, footwell blind spots, and covered occupants, while distributed sensors complicate vehicle wiring and roof tooling. To solve this, YFORE's ODMS combines a DMS/OMS-integrated smart mirror with automotive-grade cabin radar, delivering an integrated multimodal architecture for robust cabin protection.

Multimodal Fusion Eliminates Blind Spots

Integrating the smart mirror with in-cabin radar overcomes optical limitations through RF signal penetration. The smart mirror's high-definition camera tracks driver fatigue, distraction, and unresponsive states from a prime forward angle. Simultaneously, the roof radar penetrates blankets, clothing, and tall seatbacks to capture micro-breathing in rear rows and footwells, achieving comprehensive 3D spatial coverage.

Full-Scenario Sensing Aligned with Safety Standards

The ODMS architecture covers seven core functions: driver fatigue, distraction, unresponsive driver, and phone use detection, alongside seatbelt status, occupant classification, and full-cabin life presence detection. This integrated approach provides automakers with a reliable, full-scenario sensing foundation to help vehicles achieve five-star safety ratings under Euro NCAP.

Streamlined Architecture and Cabin Space

By embedding optical components into the smart mirror and pairing them with a compact radar module, ODMS eliminates multiple headliner cutouts and complex roof wiring. This preserves clean interior aesthetics while simplifying platform adaptation across multiple vehicle models.

Moving from localized monitoring to full-cabin protection, YFORE delivers a comprehensive, integrated, and scalable safety solution for global automakers.

Meant Earns LegitScript Certification for Its Online GLP-1 Weight Care Platform

MANASSAS, Va., Aug. 29, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Meant has earned LegitScript certification for its online GLP-1 weight-care platform, a step that reinforces the transparency behind how the service connects patients with licensed U.S. clinical oversight, private Care Coach support and ongoing guidance. The certification is displayed on Meant's website as a verification seal, giving consumers a way to check the platform's standing before signing up.

How Meant's Telehealth Model Works?

Telehealth has opened up new ways for people to get weight-care support without visiting a clinic in person, and platforms are increasingly pairing medical oversight with ongoing coaching rather than offering a prescription on its own. Meant fits into that shift with an online health assessment that feeds into a review by OpenLoop Health, whose licensed clinicians look at each patient's medical history and assessment responses to decide who is eligible for GLP-1 treatment.

Meant's own role is to run the technology and program experience – the assessment, matching and day-to-day structure – while OpenLoop Health handles the clinical decisions. Once a patient is enrolled, the program adds a 1:1 Care Coach and a supplement kit, treating medication as one part of a broader plan rather than the only feature.

What the Certification Means for Consumers?

LegitScript Certification: Highlights Meant's certification status as an online health platform, giving consumers an added trust and transparency signal when evaluating telehealth services.

Licensed Clinical Oversight: Connects patients with OpenLoop Health clinicians who review medical history and assessment responses to determine eligibility for GLP-1 treatment.

Ongoing Program Support: Includes a private Care Coach and a supplement kit as part of Meant's broader weight-care program.

Where to Learn More?

Anyone curious about the certification, the assessment process, or how the coaching and program structure work together can find more details at Meant.

About Meant

Meant is a health and wellness platform focused on personalized GLP-1 weight care delivered through telehealth. The platform combines an online assessment, licensed clinical oversight through OpenLoop Health, Care Coach support and additional wellness resources. Meant does not independently diagnose patients or prescribe medication.

RACKSPACE TECHNOLOGY, INC. CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT - COMPLAINT ALLEGATION SUMMARY:

The complaint alleges that, throughout the Class Period, Defendants made materially false and/or misleading statements, and/or failed to disclose material adverse facts about the company's business, operations, and prospects.  Specifically, Defendants misrepresented and/or failed to disclose that: (1) Rackspace's enterprise AI efforts would require the company to significantly re-prioritize its capacity and capital away from the profitable Private Cloud segment; (2) Rackspace's Public Cloud revenue was declining as customers contracted directly with hyperscale cloud platforms; (3) as a result, Rackspace was likely to significantly reduce a material portion of its Public Cloud infrastructure resale business; (4) consequently, Rackspace's fiscal year 2026 revenue would be significantly impacted; and (5) as a result of the foregoing, Defendants' positive statements about the company's business, operations, and prospects were materially misleading and/or lacked a reasonable basis.

Why did Rackspace's Stock Drop?

On July 9, 2026, before the market opened, Rackspace published its second quarter 2026 financial results and disclosed "a strategic and financial update on its transition to becoming the operator of the full enterprise AI stack." Specifically, Rackspace revealed that its AI investments would require a significant re-prioritization of resources and, as a result, reduced its full year 2026 revenue guidance by $150 million. Rackspace also cut its full year 2026 Private Cloud revenue outlook by $25 million and explained that "[l]ower near-term margins reflect upfront growth investment and restructuring, ahead of AI revenue ramping."

On this news, Rackspace's stock price fell $2.21 per share, or 33.6%, to close at $4.37 per share on July 9, 2026.

GODADDY INC. CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT - COMPLAINT ALLEGATION SUMMARY:

GoDaddy is an internet domain registry and web hosting company, currently managing over 80 million registered domains.

The complaint alleges that, throughout the Class Period, Defendants made materially false and/or misleading statements, as well as failed to disclose material facts about the company's business, operations, and prospects. Specifically, Defendants misrepresented and/or failed to disclose that: (1) GoDaddy implemented a promotional discount for dotcom domains that were likely to and did result in shorter term contracts with smaller valuations; (2) these contracts were likely to cause a deceleration in total bookings for the fourth quarter and full year 2025; and (3) as a result of the foregoing, Defendants' statements about the company's business, operations, and prospects were materially false and misleading and/or lacked a reasonable basis at all relevant times.

Why did GoDaddy's Stock Drop?

On February 24, 2026, GoDaddy issued a press release reporting its fourth quarter and full year 2025 financial results, revealing that total bookings growth had declined to 5% in the fourth quarter, and just 7% for the year. On a call that same day, Defendants stated that in the last quarter, the company had shifted its go-to-market strategy and "introduced a promotional price for dotcom domains with a one-year term."

This new strategy came as a surprise to analysts and investors alike, with one of many reports and articles being published in the following days titled "Surprise Promotional Activity Drives Bookings and Guidance Miss." That report stated, in part, that GoDaddy missed its financial guidance "due to a promotion GoDaddy ran for 1-year .com contracts (these are typically 3-year domain contracts), which saw outsized demand. The shorter contract term and lower average order size from the promotion had a meaningful impact on bookings for the quarter." On this news, the price of GoDaddy's common stock fell more than 14%.

Lanny Davis cites decision by Yosemite Park Service staff for favorable environmental reasons to reduce auto pollution a minor land swap with no effect on Yosemite parklands

WASHINGTON, Aug. 29, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Statement of Lanny J. Davis, counsel to Kingsbarn Realty Capital

Over the last six months, Kingsbarn Realty Capital and I have been working directly and cooperating with National Park Service staff at Yosemite National Park in California to provide safe access from the Hazel Green property to the park entrance while minimizing environmental impact. Working with these park professionals, we identified a land exchange for an access road under a mile. This land exchange mechanism is expressly provided for under federal law and will not reduce the land area of the park.

Kingsbarn acquired the 83-acre Hazel Green parcel on February 1, 2024, which is independent of Yosemite National Park. Without a direct access route, every trip from the Hazel Green area requires a significantly longer drive on unpaved forest roads. The new access road would be safer for drivers and generate substantially less vehicle emissions.

As the Department of the Interior has noted, any exchange involving National Park Service land remains subject to all applicable federal laws, regulations and departmental policies, including required environmental review and public notification. This has been an environmental and safety matter from the first conference call, and we are committed to following the applicable review process in full.

Note: This decision has nothing to do with President Trump. It was made in concert with local Yosemite Park Service officials. Lanny Davis is a progressive Democrat and represented the developer in seeking this minor land swap for environmental reasons – i.e., to substantially reduce air pollution from increased distance from resents of the new community who wish to visit Yosemite Park.

 For media contact: LDavis@lannyjdavis.com

Lanny Davis is an attorney in Washington D.C. with his own law firm, Lanny J. Davis & Associates, LLC. He has been a pro-enviromental progressive Democrat all his life.

NEW YORK, Aug. 29, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Rosen Law Firm, a global investor rights law firm, reminds purchasers of EquipmentShare.com Inc (NASDAQ: EQPT): (i) Class A common stock pursuant and/or traceable to the registration statement and prospectus (collectively, the "Registration Statement") issued in connection with EquipmentShare's January 2026 initial public offering ("IPO"); and/or (ii) securities between January 23, 2026 and June 23, 2026, both dates inclusive (the "Class Period"), of the important September 21, 2026 lead plaintiff deadline.

So what: If you purchased EquipmentShare securities you may be entitled to compensation without payment of any out of pocket fees or costs through a contingency fee arrangement.

What to do next: To join the EquipmentShare class action, go to https://rosenlegal.com/cases/equipmentsharecom-inc/join or call Phillip Kim, Esq. toll-free at 866-767-3653 or email case@rosenlegal.com for information on the class action. A class action lawsuit has already been filed. If you wish to serve as lead plaintiff, you must move the Court no later than September 21, 2026. A lead plaintiff is a representative party acting on behalf of other class members in directing the litigation.

Why Rosen Law: We encourage investors to select qualified counsel with a track record of success in leadership roles. Often, firms issuing notices do not have comparable experience, resources, or any meaningful peer recognition. Many of these firms do not actually handle securities class actions, but are merely middlemen that refer clients or partner with law firms that actually litigate the cases. Be wise in selecting counsel. The Rosen Law Firm represents investors throughout the globe, concentrating its practice in securities class actions and shareholder derivative litigation. Rosen Law Firm has achieved the largest ever securities class action settlement against a Chinese Company. Rosen Law Firm was Ranked No. 1 by ISS Securities Class Action Services for number of securities class action settlements in 2017. The firm has been ranked in the top 4 each year since 2013 and has recovered billions of dollars for investors. In 2019 alone the firm secured over $438 million for investors. In 2020, founding partner Laurence Rosen was named by law360 as a Titan of Plaintiffs' Bar. Many of the firm's attorneys have been recognized by Lawdragon and Super Lawyers.

Details of the case: According to the lawsuit, in the Registration Statement and throughout the Class Period, defendants made materially false and/or misleading statements, as well as failed to disclose material adverse facts about EquipmentShare's business, operations, and prospects. Specifically, defendants failed to disclose to investors that: (i) EquipmentShare participated in additional undisclosed related party transactions; (ii) EquipmentShare had not terminated or substantially reduced a number of the transactions with entities owned or controlled by the co-founders; (iii) as a result, EquipmentShare's financial statements were materially misleading; and (iv) as a result of the foregoing, defendants' positive statements about EquipmentShare's business, operations, and prospects were materially misleading and/or lacked a reasonable basis. When the true details entered the market, the lawsuit claims that investors suffered damages.

To join the EquipmentShare class action, go https://rosenlegal.com/cases/equipmentsharecom-inc/join or call Phillip Kim, Esq. toll-free at 866-767-3653 or email case@rosenlegal.com for information on the class action.

No Class Has Been Certified. Until a class is certified, you are not represented by counsel unless you retain one. You may select counsel of your choice. You may also remain an absent class member and do nothing at this point. An investor's ability to share in any potential future recovery is not dependent upon serving as lead plaintiff.
