RM Equity Partners (RMEP) verkauft Alpy an strategischen Partner

Ruggell, Liechtenstein (ots)

Auner Quartett - Daniel Auner, Cristian Ruscior, Georg Wimmer, Konstantin Zelenin.

Amber Premium Transforms into AMBR, Dedicated to Building Specialized AI Agents for Finance, Enterprise, and Growth

The Nasdaq-listed company marks a fundamental transformation of its business, drawing on nearly a decade of expertise from the team that founded Amber AI in 2017 to build specialized AI agents for high-stakes domains — launching with its flagship personal finance agent, Ambre

SINGAPORE, Sept. 1, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Amber International Holding Limited (Nasdaq: AMBR) (the "Company"), previously operating under the brand name "Amber Premium", today announced that it is undertaking a fundamental business transformation into the new brand name AMBR. The transformed Company will operate as an agentic AI company dedicated to building specialized AI agents for finance, enterprise, and growth. The Company also announced the launch of Ambre, its flagship AI agent for personal finance, and the availability of MIA, its marketing AI agent, to enterprise clients.

Built on AI and Domain Expertise

AMBR is established by the same team that founded Amber AI in 2017, which later became Amber Group, bringing nearly a decade of experience across AI, financial markets, and technology into its next chapter. The Company combines AI-native builders with practitioners who have deep experience in financial markets and operating real-world businesses, bringing together advanced AI capabilities with real data, domain context, operational infrastructure, and real workflows to build agents for consequential use cases.

"We started as Amber AI in 2017, then spent nearly a decade in markets learning where intelligence stops and consequence begins," said Michael Wu, Founder and CEO of AMBR. "I have spent my career at the intersection of technology and financial markets — from programming and building AI systems to operating businesses in some of the most demanding markets. That experience showed me the gap between intelligence and real-world consequences, and that is what our agents are built for. I am excited about building AMBR full time and supporting the Company as it enters its next chapter."

Purpose-Built Agents for Real-World Use

Software engineering has been an early proving ground for agentic AI, showing how AI models can move beyond generating answers to completing tasks when connected to the right tools, context, data, and permissions. However, applying this model to other domains is more complex, particularly in areas such as finance and marketing, where agents need to operate within domain-specific data, applicable constraints, established workflows, and risk parameters. AMBR was created to address this challenge by developing AI agents purpose-built for these domains.

AMBR's agents are designed from the outset around specific verticals. Their development draws on AI technology, domain expertise, and deep understanding of real-world workflows, with the aim of enabling agents to interpret users' intent, coordinate relevant tasks, and support execution. As agents demonstrate reliability, AMBR aims to progressively expand the scope of tasks they can handle autonomously, particularly in high-stakes domains where expertise, precision, and trust matter. Ambre is the first agent built on this model.

Ambre: Turning Financial Intent Into Action

AMBR's first flagship product, Ambre, is designed to make personal finance more intelligent, conversational, and actionable.

Users can explore their financial information in natural language, with Ambre delivering insights grounded in their actual holdings and interests alongside relevant market intelligence. Beyond answering questions, Ambre can turn a user's objective into an ongoing task carrying out the specific instructions they define and approve — analyzing portfolios across accounts and asset classes, monitoring relevant developments and conditions, and alerting users to developments that affect their holdings.

Ambre is now available by invitation, with verified clients of Amber Premium receiving first access. Interested users can join the waitlist on this website.

MIA: Agency Expertise, Delivered by an AI Agent

MIA, AMBR's specialized AI agent for marketing, is now available directly to enterprise clients. Originally developed and commercially tested within AMBR's businesses, MIA has run more than 1,250 automated workflows, cutting turnaround times by an average of 85% within four months of rollout.

MIA follows the same agentic model in a different domain, connecting market intelligence, content production, and distribution into a single workflow. It continuously monitors brands, competitors, market signals, social channels, news, and AI search results to identify relevant opportunities and risks. It then helps teams turn insights into actionable marketing outputs — from research and strategic planning to content development, response planning, and distribution — with review and approval steps keeping users in control.

Together, Ambre and MIA demonstrate AMBR's approach of combining AI technology with domain expertise, data, and real-world workflows to build AI agents for specific use cases. The Company expects to introduce additional agents later in 2026.

About AMBR

Founded by the team behind Amber AI in 2017, which later became Amber Group, AMBR combines AI technology with deep expertise in financial markets, real-world workflows, and trusted infrastructure.

AMBR is building a portfolio of purpose-built AI agents designed around specific use cases and end-to-end workflows, designed to help individuals and organizations evaluate opportunities, generate insights for decision-making, and organize workflows from intent to action. APUC names leading global mental health solution Uwill to new framework for student support services

EDINBURGH, Scotland, Sept. 1, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Uwill, the leading global mental health and wellness solution, serving more than 5 million students across 1,000+ universities and other schools worldwide, today announced it has been appointed to the Advanced Procurement for Universities and Colleges (APUC)'s new framework agreement for Student Assistance and Support Services, after a competitive tender process.

Established in 2007, APUC is Scotland's shared purchasing body that negotiates agreements on behalf of Scotland's universities and colleges. Uwill was named to the framework's category for full-service counselling and student support.

"We are honoured to be named to this framework following such a rigorous and competitive review," said Michael London, Founder and CEO of Uwill. "It reflects the value that APUC has placed on immediate, accessible, and inclusive student mental health. We look forward to supporting institutions and students across the region."

The award comes amid rising demand for student mental health support across the UK. More than half of UK students (57%) report experiencing mental health challenges, a nearly threefold increase in the past decade, according to Student Minds. However, to ensure students in need connect with support, providing the right support is critical. Recent research shows that more than 50% of university students experiencing poor mental health do not access traditional support services, underscoring the importance of offering personalised, accessible, modern support like Uwill that encourage students to engage and receive the support they need, whenever they need it, wherever they need it.

"Demand for student mental health support has never been greater, yet too many students continue to fall through gaps in systems that were never designed around how they seek care today," said Asini Wijewardane, Managing Director, UK at Uwill. "Uwill has become the new institutional standard in student support, and the only mental health and wellness solution intentionally designed to meet the complex and evolving needs of today's students. We are delighted to be selected to the APUC Student Assistance and Support Services framework, making it easier for Scottish institutions to provide their students with the next generation of mental health and wellness support."

Institutions across Scotland can provide students with Uwill's comprehensive mental health and wellness platform, offering an immediate appointment with an accredited counsellor based on student needs and preferences, a direct crisis connection 24/7/365 to a counsellor trained in risk assessment and management, and on-demand wellness programming such as yoga, meditation and mindfulness. Through realtime data and reporting, institutions gain actionable insights into what students are struggling with and how they engage with services, enabling them to identify trends, measure impact, and address gaps in support.

Further information about this Framework Agreement is available on the APUC Buyers Portal, which provides access to the list of collaborative agreements available to APUC member organisations.

Uwill was founded in 2020 to respond to surging mental health demands. Its innovative platform is the only solution available in the UK to offer an immediate online counselling appointment with an accredited counsellor based on individual preferences, counselling by video, phone, chat, or message, a direct crisis connection 24/7/365, wellness programming, realtime data, and support. Uwill serves more than 5 million students across 1,000+ schools and institutions worldwide.

About Uwill: Uwill attributes its success to supporting every single student as quickly as possible and is the leading mental health and wellness solution for schools. In 2025, Uwill was recognized as the #79 fastest growing private company in the US according to Inc, its second consecutive year in the top 100 (#27 in 2024). Uwill also ranked as the #2 fastest growing company in the state of Massachusetts by the Boston Business Journal in 2026 (#1 in 2025) and the #32 fastest growing company in North America according to Deloitte (#18 in 2024), and named 2025 EdTech Company of the Year by the Global Business Tech Awards. As the most cost-effective way to enhance a school's mental health offering, Uwill partners with 1,000+ colleges and K12 districts worldwide, including Northeastern University, London College of Contemporary Music, London College of Contemporary Arts and London Interdisciplinary School. Uwill is a proud partner of AMOSSHE, The Student Services Organisation. A KUKA global executive delegation, led by the Vice President of Midea Group, visited Centron for an on-site tour and in-depth exchange on the development of intelligent assembly manufacturing and global market trends.

WUXI, China, Sept. 1, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Last week, a global executive delegation from the KUKA Group, led by the Vice President of Midea Group, visited Centron. The delegation comprised members of KUKA Group's headquarters leadership team, together with business heads from multiple countries and regions.

As a leading global supplier of industrial robots and automation solutions, KUKA's decision to visit with a delegation of this level reflects both sides' shared interest in the development trends of intelligent assembly manufacturing. During the visit, the two sides held in-depth exchanges on industry developments, shifts in global markets, and potential areas of future synergy.

The delegation was hosted by Jed Wang, CEO of sister brand Leetx; Ouyang Su, General Manager of the Centron Product Line; Mike Wang, General Manager of the Centron Business Line; and Samuel Chen, Sales Director of Overseas Business. The KUKA executive team toured Centron's manufacturing base and gained a first-hand understanding of Centron's product portfolio and manufacturing capabilities in precision dispensing, potting, and trickling impregnation, and also received a briefing on Leetx's positioning in intelligent assembly technologies, including tightening, press-fitting, and automatic screw feeding.

In the exchange session that followed, the two sides drew on their respective global business experience to share observations and exchange views on the pace of development in the Chinese market, evolving manufacturing needs overseas, the future direction of the intelligent assembly manufacturing industry, and the technology roadmaps of process equipment and robotic platforms.

Jed Wang, CEO of Leetx, commented: "We place great value on exchanges with globally leading automation companies such as KUKA. This visit by KUKA's global executive team offered a valuable opportunity for both sides to deepen mutual understanding, share global market experience, and explore directions for potential future collaboration. As intelligent manufacturing continues to evolve, open dialogue and industry-wide synergy will open up new possibilities for innovation across the sector."

This high-level visit also reflects a broader industry trend: the accelerating convergence of industrial robotics, precision dispensing, and intelligent assembly technologies. As vehicle electrification continues to advance, and as levels of automation continue to rise across vehicle assembly, power battery, and automotive component production, the coordination between robotic platforms and process equipment is becoming an increasingly important foundation for improving production quality, manufacturing efficiency, and process consistency. In light of this trend, Centron will continue to maintain open communication with partners across the value chain and to follow the emerging opportunities in intelligent assembly manufacturing with close attention.

About Centron

Centron is a high-tech enterprise that integrates R&D, manufacturing, sales, and customer service, dedicated to delivering advanced, reliable, and precise dispensing, potting, and trickling impregnation solutions for the automotive, e-mobility, energy storage battery, and industrial manufacturing sectors. Building on its continued investment in process automation and digital traceability, Centron supports its customers in achieving consistent quality performance and efficient operations at scale.

DUBAI, UAE, Sept. 1, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Trina Storage, a global leader in energy storage solutions and a business unit of Trinasolar, announced its participation in Middle East Energy 2026, taking place from 1–3 September at Dubai World Trade Centre, where it will officially launch and showcase its latest Elementa + Electra energy storage solution for the first time in the Middle East at the Storage Pavilion, Booth Z3.F51.

Trina Storage at Middle East Energy 2026

The Elementa + Electra is an integrated DC + AC utility-scale energy storage solution that combines the latest DC battery system, Elementa 3, with a 6.25 MWh capacity, and the 13.8 MVA AC platform Electra. By integrating the DC battery system and AC platform, the solution helps simplify system integration and streamline deployment for large-scale energy storage projects. With system configurations ranging from 2 to 8 hours, Elementa + Electra provides greater flexibility to meet diverse project requirements and application needs.

As countries across the Middle East and Africa continue to increase renewable energy capacity and progress towards net-zero goals, energy storage is becoming increasingly important to the region's power systems. Battery energy storage can help balance renewable generation, strengthen grid stability and provide greater flexibility as more solar and other renewable energy sources are connected to the grid.

"The next phase of energy storage in the Middle East and Africa will be defined by the ability to deploy at scale while meeting increasingly demanding technical and operational requirements," said Jack Chen, Head of Energy Storage, MEA Region at Trinasolar. "For Trina Storage, the focus is on providing utilities and developers with integrated solutions that combine performance, reliability and flexibility to support the long-term development of energy storage across the region."

The solution delivers up to 50MWh of storage capacity and 13.8MVA of AC output, using 587Ah high-energy-density battery cells and achieving up to 96% full-chain system efficiency. Its fast-response power conversion capabilities include a 10ms full-power response, together with grid-forming and black-start functionality to support increasingly evolving grid requirements.

Safety and project delivery are also central to the system design. Elementa + Electra incorporates advanced thermal protection and multi-layer electrical safeguards, including a 120-minute fire resistance rating and six-fold electrical protection. Containerised transportation across the DC and AC sides, combined with factory-level testing, can also reduce on-site commissioning time by up to 50%, helping accelerate project deployment.

SINGAPORE, Sept. 1, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Marsh and Resilience today announced the launch of Cyber Protect in Asia. An innovative offering that helps clients respond to emerging cyber threats before they become losses. Available exclusively through Marsh in Asia, Cyber Protect combines Marsh's expertise in cyber insurance placement with Resilience's Risk Operations Center (ROC), a 24/7 proactive cyber risk monitoring and detection service included as a core part of the Cyber Protect Program at no additional cost to clients.

Cyber Protect is designed to help clients identify critical vulnerabilities earlier and improve their risk profile by remediating risks likely to cause financial loss. The offering is available to organizations that purchase cyber insurance brokered by Marsh and is available across Asia, excluding China.

This offering combines:

Marsh's expertise in cyber insurance placement, backed by deep claims experience across the region.

24/7, AI-powered monitoring and proactive threat hunting service that continuously scans a policyholder's external-facing infrastructure to surface critical vulnerabilities and exposures before they can be exploited.

Human-validated alerts that filter out noise, so clients see only the risks that warrant action, with clear remediation guidance to enable security teams to close gaps faster and with more confidence.

A layer that works alongside existing security controls, with no software installation or internal system access required.

The launch comes as organizations across Asia face mounting pressure from AI-driven cyber threats. According to Marsh's Cyber Buyer Study, only 50% of Asia-based organizations are confident in their cyber risk management and mitigation initiatives, the lowest level of confidence globally and well below the worldwide average of 72%. Almost three in 10 cyber and social engineering attacks globally target Asia, underscoring the need for stronger cyber resilience and earlier threat detection.

"As cyber threats continue to accelerate, prevention alone is no longer sufficient. Managing cyber risk today demands both the ability to detect and respond to threats early, and the financial protection to recover when the inevitable incident occurs," said Sean Letz, Cyber Leader, Marsh Asia. "Cyber Protect helps clients detect critical vulnerabilities earlier, take action faster, and strengthen their risk profile, supporting stronger resilience, improved insurability, and greater confidence in recovery."

"Asia represents one of the most important developing cyber risk markets in the world, and we are proud to be bringing this unique solution to market with Marsh," said Mario Vitale, President of Resilience. "We built Resilience around a single belief: that the highest value we can deliver is a loss that never happens. Our platform continuously hunts for threats across clients' external attack surfaces, prioritizing the vulnerabilities most likely to cause financial harm before an attacker can act. Asian businesses now have access to that capability — together with the expertise of one of the world's most trusted insurance partners."

Clash of Clans and WWE reunite for their second collaboration with six WWE Superstars reimagined as Clash of Clans characters, and a worldwide hunt for Cena's in-game village.

Rhodes and Cena are long-time players of Clash of Clans — now Rhodes has enlisted WWE Superstars, including The Undertaker and IYO SKY, and the game's millions of daily players to join the search.

Starting today, players can join the hunt to raid Cena's village and unlock exclusive rewards.

HELSINKI, Sept. 1, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Clash of Clans*, which has over two billion lifetime downloads, is back with WWE for a second collaboration; and this time, the rivalry is personal. WWE Superstar Cody Rhodes and WWE Legend John Cena are best known for what they do in the ring, but their competition didn't start there. Both are long-time players of Clash of Clans, and this shared gaming history has become locker room legend. Now, Rhodes, a decade-long player, has recruited the Clash of Clans community – plus fellow WWE Superstars – to help him hunt down John Cena's base, taking a decade-long battle out of the ring and into their in-game villages.

Cody Rhodes enlists millions of gamers to Search for John Cena in Clash of Clans and WWE crossover.

Beginning today, September 1st, through September 30th, Cena's loot-filled base is waiting for Clash of Clans players to discover throughout the course of their daily raids. The more players raid, the higher the chance they have of locating the elusive WWE Legend and earning a one-time-only Cody Rhodes statue for their village – but only if their raid is a success. It's not like a 17-time WWE World Champion is going to have a rookie base.

Meanwhile, to beef up the search party, Rhodes has enlisted the support of The Undertaker, IYO SKY and a whole host of other WWE Superstars who will be rallying their own fans online to join the hunt.

"People think this started in the ring with Cody. It didn't. It started when I out-raided him in the game and he threw me off his team," says Cena. "Ten years later he still needs help. This time he's asking millions of you to take on my base. That's fine. As I have always said - if you want some, come get some."

Beyond Cena's base, the in-game crossover presents six WWE Superstars reimagined as iconic Clash of Clans Hero characters, including the return of Cody Rhodes as The Barbarian King. The lineup include:

Cody Rhodes as "Barbarian King"

Alexa Bliss as "Archer Queen"

The Undertaker as "Grand Warden"

IYO SKY as "Royal Champion"

Jey Uso as "Minion Prince"

Kane as "Dragon Duke"

Players can also experience WWE-themed features throughout the event, from temporary troops to a branded village theme that's designed around WWE Money in the Bank, taking place in New Orleans on October 10th. WWE chests hold a series of rewards too, with returning favorites like Action Figure Equipment, plus Challenge Tickets and a guaranteed Cody Rhodes Skin**.

Download Clash of Clans for iOS or Google Play today to help Rhodes in his Search for Cena until September 30th.

*Clash of Clans has been downloaded over 2 billion times and was recently voted "Greatest Mobile Game of All Time" by followers of Pubity.

**Players who already own the Cody Rhodes Skin will instead receive a random Gold Pass skin, then random Equipment, or a Book of Everything if they've collected them all

At IDF-WPR 2026 & ADC 2026 & Metabolic Diseases 2026, we shared how GS3 is bringing AI into everyday glucose management — from easier meal logging and food analysis to smarter insights into glucose trends.
