Amorepacific Museum of Art Presents Sol LeWitt: Open Structure

- First major survey of the conceptual artist Sol LeWitt's work in Korea, opening September 1 at APMA

- 45 works on view, including 13 wall drawings realized according to the artist's instructions

- Presented in collaboration with The LeWitt Estate, expanded from the touring exhibition by MOT

SEOUL, South Korea, Sept. 8, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Amorepacific Museum of Art (APMA, Director: Seungchang Jeon) presents Sol LeWitt: Open Structure, a solo exhibition dedicated to Sol LeWitt (1928–2007), one of the defining figures of Conceptual art. Opening on September 1, the exhibition marks the first large-scale survey of the artist's work in Korea, bringing together 45 works across wall drawings, structures, paintings, photographs, prints, and archival materials to offer a comprehensive exploration of his practice.

Widely recognized as a leading figure in Conceptual art, LeWitt explored how a single idea could be realized in multiple forms through simple geometric elements, rules, and repetition. His work has had a lasting influence on the development of contemporary art since the 1960s.

The exhibition features 13 wall drawings alongside structures, paintings, photographs, prints, and archival materials, tracing LeWitt's practice from his early structural works to his later color-based compositions. A highlight of the exhibition is the artist's renowned wall drawings, which are recreated for each presentation based on LeWitt's written instructions.

Typically installed by artists trained by The LeWitt Estate, the wall drawings in the exhibition were realized in collaboration with 'APMA MAKERS,' a group of 23 art students from universities and graduate schools across Korea. The participants worked under the guidance of trained representatives from The LeWitt Estate to interpret the artist's instructions and experienced the distinctive process through which LeWitt's works are brought to life.

In conjunction with the exhibition's opening, various programs including lectures and curator-led tours are offered throughout the exhibition period. These programs are designed to enrich the viewing experience by deepening the understanding of LeWitt's ideas and working methods, while highlighting the key principles of Conceptual art.

Organized in collaboration with The LeWitt Estate, the exhibition is based on a touring presentation that originated at the Museum of Contemporary Art Tokyo (MOT). At APMA, the exhibition has been expanded in both scale and content for its Seoul presentation.

Casio to Release G-SHOCK Featuring Refined Metal Beauty with Multi-Component Construction

Nano-Processing Technology Used to Create a Lustrous Three-Dimensional Dial

TOKYO, Sept. 8, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Casio Computer Co., Ltd. announced today the release of a new addition to the G-STEEL line of G-SHOCK shock-resistant watches. Combining signature G-SHOCK toughness with a sleek metal exterior, the new GST-W1000 brings out the beauty of metal with a multi-component construction featuring different finishes applied to individual surfaces.

Ever since its debut in 1983, G-SHOCK timepieces have been delivering innovation in functionality, construction, and design, with shock-resistant construction at their core. The G-STEEL line features metal watches that express toughness using advanced metalworking technologies, with particular attention to form and finish.

The new GST-W1000 is a shock-resistant watch that accentuates the textural appeal of the metal by using multiple individually finished components. The exterior employs a new construction that combines four carefully finished metal components instead of using a single bezel component to cover the center case. In addition, the innovative exterior design conceals the mounting screws on the sides while maintaining shock resistance, creating an integrated appearance from the bezel to the bracelet. Four distinct finishes — straight hairline, circular hairline, mirror, and honing — are applied to bring out the refined beauty of the metal.

The dial features a three-dimensional geometric texture created using nano-processing technology from Yamagata Casio, the "mother factory" of G-SHOCK. The radial finish creates distinct reflections across the dial surfaces extending outward from the center. As the wrist moves, each surface catches the light differently, creating changing patterns of shading and luster.

The watch also incorporates TOUGH MVT. 2 for precision timekeeping. Building on the capabilities of the original TOUGH MVT.,*1 TOUGH MVT. 2 detects external disturbances such as impacts and magnetic fields and performs self-regulating control by automatically correcting the hand positions to maintain accurate time display.

NCIG Announces Cash Tender Offer for Any and All of its Outstanding 4.400% Guaranteed Senior Secured Notes due 2027

NEWCASTLE, Australia, Sept. 8, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Newcastle Coal Infrastructure Group Pty Ltd (the "Company"), a direct wholly-owned subsidiary of NCIG Holdings Pty Ltd (the "Parent Guarantor"), has commenced a cash tender offer (the "Offer") for any and all of the debt securities set forth in the table below (the "Securities"). The Offer is made pursuant to the Offer to Purchase dated September 8, 2026, as amended or supplemented (the "Offer to Purchase"), and is made to each registered holder of Securities (individually, a "Holder," and collectively, the "Holders").

The Offer to Purchase sets forth a more detailed description of the Offer. The Offer to Purchase may be obtained by contacting the Tender and Information Agent (as defined below) using the telephone number or email address found under "Dealer Managers and Tender and Information Agent."

The following table sets forth certain information regarding the Securities and the Offer:

Details of the Offer

The Offer is being made pursuant to and is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Offer to Purchase. The Offer is scheduled to expire at 5:00 p.m., New York City time, on September 23, 2026 (such time and date, as the same may be extended by the Company, the "Expiration Date"), unless terminated earlier. Tendered Securities may be withdrawn until, but not after, 5:00 p.m., New York City time, on September 23, 2026 (such time and date, as the same may be extended by the Company, the "Withdrawal Deadline"), except in certain limited circumstances where additional withdrawal rights are required by law.

Tender Offer Consideration and Accrued Interest

Holders of Securities validly tendered and not validly withdrawn at or prior to the Expiration Date and accepted for purchase will receive the total consideration (the "Total Consideration") in an amount equal to the product of (i) the original principal amount of such tendered and accepted Securities, times (ii) the Factor, times (iii) the Tender Offer Consideration (as defined below).

The "Tender Offer Consideration" per original US$1,000 principal amount of Securities validly tendered and accepted for purchase will be determined in the manner described in the Offer to Purchase by reference to the fixed spread over the yield to maturity based on the bid-side price of the Reference U.S. Treasury Security specified in the table above and in the Offer to Purchase. In calculating the Tender Offer Consideration, the application of the par call date will be in accordance with standard market practice. The Tender Offer Consideration will be determined at 3:00 p.m., New York City time, on September 23, 2026 (such time and date, as the same may be extended by the Company, the "Price Determination Date").

In addition to the Total Consideration, all Holders of Securities accepted for purchase will receive accrued and unpaid interest, rounded to the nearest cent, on such original US$1,000 principal amount of Securities from the last interest payment date up to, but not including, the Settlement Date (as defined below) (the "Accrued Interest").

Settlement

The settlement date for Securities validly tendered and not validly withdrawn at or prior to the Expiration Date and accepted for purchase is expected to be September 28, 2026, the third business day after the Expiration Date (the "Settlement Date").

A beneficial owner of Securities that are held of record by a broker, dealer, commercial bank, trust company or other nominee should contact the nominee promptly and instruct the nominee to tender such Securities on the beneficial owner's behalf prior to the Expiration Date in order to receive the Tender Offer Consideration and the Accrued Interest as described in the Offer to Purchase. A nominee may have an earlier deadline for accepting the Offer.

Conditions to the Offer

The Offer is not conditioned on any minimum original principal amount of Securities being tendered. However, the Company's obligation to accept for purchase, and to pay for, the Securities validly tendered and not validly withdrawn in the Offer is subject to the satisfaction or waiver of certain conditions, including the Financing Condition (as defined below) and the General Conditions (as defined in the Offer to Purchase), as described in the Offer to Purchase. The Company reserves the absolute right, subject to applicable law, to: (i) waive any and all conditions to the Offer; (ii) extend or terminate the Offer; or (iii) otherwise amend the Offer in any respect. If the Offer is terminated at any time, the Securities tendered pursuant to the Offer will be promptly returned to the tendering Holders.

The purpose of the Offer is to repurchase Securities, as part of a process of optimizing the Company's debt portfolio amortization. Concurrently with the Offer, the Company expects to undertake an offering of its guaranteed senior secured notes. Notwithstanding any other provision of the Offer, the Company will not be obligated to accept for purchase, or pay for, any Securities validly tendered and not validly withdrawn pursuant to the Offer if the Company has not completed a concurrent offering of its guaranteed senior secured notes in an amount sufficient to fund the Offer, on terms and conditions satisfactory to the Company, in its sole discretion, at or prior to the Settlement Date (the "Financing Condition"). In no event will the information contained in this press release regarding the concurrent offering of the new guaranteed senior secured notes constitute an offer to sell, or the solicitation of an offer to buy, such securities.

Dealer Managers and Tender and Information Agent

(collectively "CoCrystal") in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York (1:23-cv-7483-SJB-SDE) alleging that their supplements containing reduced coenzyme Q10, also known as "ubiquinol", infringe claims 5 and 15 of Kaneka's U.S. Patent No. 7,829,080 (the "'080 Patent" or "Patent").

On September 2, 2026, the New York District Court dismissed this litigation, holding that the Patent is invalid for lack of enablement. This decision was issued despite the fact that Kaneka submitted tests showing significant utility during the Patent's application and that a District Court in Delaware had previously held the Patent valid.

Kaneka strongly disagrees with the New York District Court's legal decision and interpretation of the evidence supporting the Patent's validity and significant utility. Kaneka will immediately appeal the decision to the Federal Circuit Court of Appeals.

The protection of Kaneka's intellectual property stands as a paramount cornerstone of its business. Kaneka's commitment to safeguarding these rights is unwavering, and it will not hesitate to take decisive legal action against anyone who fails to respect Kaneka's intellectual property, including its '080 Patent and other patents pertaining to reduced coenzyme Q10. In the lawsuit against CoCrystal, Kaneka is fully prepared to, and will, vigorously enforce its patent rights to the fullest extent.

Former SDNY Bankruptcy Judge Robert E. Gerber Joins Zaiger Linden Roberti & Pepe

NEW YORK, Sept. 8, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Zaiger Linden Roberti & Pepe LLC (ZLRP), a commercial litigation boutique focused on high-stakes disputes, announced today that Hon. Robert E. Gerber, retired United States Bankruptcy Judge for the Southern District of New York, has joined the firm as Of Counsel.

Judge Gerber brings the experience of having presided over many of the nation's largest and most consequential business bankruptcies. His work at ZLRP will focus on mediation, arbitration, consulting, and fiduciary services in complex insolvency and corporate governance matters, and in litigation in those matters and others.

"We are delighted to welcome Judge Gerber to the firm," said Co-Founding Partner Jeffrey H. Zaiger. "His depth of judgment and command of complex restructuring and governance issues will meaningfully strengthen our ability to advise, litigate, and resolve our clients' most difficult disputes."

"Judge Gerber's wisdom and experience are tremendous assets," added Co-Founding Partner Douglas J. Pepe. "I have known Judge Gerber for 27 years and have missed having the ability to consult with him on complex bankruptcy issues from our days together at Joseph Hage Aaronson. I am genuinely thrilled to work with him again."

"I'm excited to join my old friends and new colleagues at ZLRP," Judge Gerber said. "The firm's quality, commitment, and culture are an excellent fit for my complex restructuring advisory, litigation, and dispute resolution work."

Judge Gerber was appointed to the bankruptcy bench in 2000, reappointed in 2014, and served on recall status beginning in 2015. During his judicial tenure he presided over a series of landmark Chapter 11 cases, including Global Crossing, Adelphia, Ames Department Stores, PSINet, ABIZ, Basis Yield Alpha Fund, BearingPoint, DBSD North America, Chemtura, Pinnacle Airlines, Houghton-Mifflin Harcourt, Lyondell Chemical, and General Motors. He handled ten cases with more than $1 billion in debt—and many others exceeding $100 million—and issued approximately 200 published opinions, focused principally on complex bankruptcy and corporate governance questions. Evaluations in the Almanac of the Federal Judiciary described him as "extremely smart," "scholarly," and "a real thinker," with "a caseload carrying a collective price tag of over $1 trillion."

Judge Gerber joins ZLRP from Joseph Hage Aaronson, where he was Of Counsel for a decade after leaving the bench, working alongside then-partners Douglas Pepe and Jeffrey Zaiger and the late Gregory P. Joseph. Before his judicial appointment, Judge Gerber was a litigation and then bankruptcy partner at Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson, concentrating on securities and commercial litigation, bankruptcy litigation, and counseling. He served in the United States Air Force from 1971 to 1972, as a First Lieutenant, working in military procurement and production and, thereafter, legal assistance to service members and their families.

Judge Gerber continues as an Adjunct Professor of Law at Columbia Law School, where he has taught the Advanced Bankruptcy Seminar since 2012. He is a contributing author to Collier on Bankruptcy and a Fellow of the American College of Bankruptcy. He earned his J.D. magna cum laude from Columbia Law School, and a B.S. with high honors from Rutgers University's College of Engineering.

Judge Gerber is a member of the bars of New York and Connecticut. Though his practice will be a national (and international) one, he will be principally based in ZLRP's office in Stamford, Connecticut. He can be reached at [email protected].

His full biographical details can be found on the firm's website at https://www.zlrp.com.

Function Now Connects to Meta's Muse, Allowing Members to Bring Their Personal Health Data to the New AI Agent

Members can securely bring their Function health data into Muse to better understand their health and personalize their AI experience.

AUSTIN, Texas, Sept. 8, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Function today announced that members can securely connect their Function health data to Muse, Meta's new personal AI agent. Muse joins ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity in Function's growing network of AI connectors, giving members the ability to bring their personal health data into the AI experiences they choose to use.

Muse can use a member's Function insights as personal context to help them understand their health, build and adapt plans around their goals, track progress, and follow through over time, while members remain in control of their data.

"Your AI should know your biology," said Jonathan Swerdlin, CEO and Co-founder of Function. "By connecting Function health data to Muse, people can bring a living picture of their health into the AI platforms they use every day. We are entering a world where people understand their bodies in far greater detail and increasingly rely on AI to make decisions. Bringing those together makes AI dramatically more useful."

How it works

Members authorize the connection from inside Meta, through the same account controls they already use to manage their account data. Once connected, Muse draws on their lab results and clinician-reviewed summaries to inform the goals and tasks a member brings to it.

- Ask Muse how a lab result compares to a member's optimal range before deciding whether to act on it

- Have Muse build or adjust a plan toward a health goal, using a member's own Function insights as context

- Let Muse flag when it's time to schedule a member's next Function lab visit, and follow up until it's on the calendar

The Function health connector will roll out in the coming weeks. To learn more about Function or become a member, visit www.functionhealth.com.

About Function

Function's Medical Intelligence Lab™ (MI Lab™) is leveraging a dedicated clinical team to develop a continuous learning system that helps its members see, understand, and act on their biology over time. Members receive access to 160+ lab tests—including biannual testing—for just $365/year, equivalent to $1 per day, covering the heart, hormones, thyroid, liver, kidneys, heavy metal exposures, nutrient levels, inflammation, potential cancer signals, and more. Each member's results are integrated into an intelligent, personalized interface designed to support powerfully informed decision-making. Function members can also access (for an additional cost) MRI and CT that are designed to see signs of cancer and hundreds of other conditions.
