Rebuilt with a new mobile app, Greenius lets landscaping businesses stand up an employee development program in minutes, and begins connecting crew training to the systems they already use to run the work.

ATLANTA and TORONTO, Sept. 9, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Granum, the leading software provider for landscapers and arborists, today launched a new and improved Greenius. The platform was rebuilt for the way landscaping crews work, with native mobile apps and updated training content available in English and Spanish. Greenius is how an owner's values, standards, and way of doing things travel beyond them, to every property, whether they are there or not. The launch also marks the first step in connecting Greenius more closely with LMN, Granum's business management platform for landscapers.

"We have spent years helping landscapers know their numbers, and that is still one of the surest paths to profitable growth," said Mark Sedgley, CEO of Granum. "Watching the companies that grow well in this industry, we believe more and more that investing in your people is the other key lever. The operators who pull ahead tend to be building teams that consistently exceed client expectations. That is the work Greenius is built for."

With the new Greenius, landscaping businesses can:

- Sign up a new hire by QR code and have them in training in under five minutes

- Access 200+ purpose-built courses spanning all areas of landscaping, in English or Spanish

- Give every new hire the same training from day one, regardless of who hired them or which crew they join

- Assign pre-built, role-specific playlists so crew output quality stays consistent

- Keep completion records showing who was trained, on what, and when, for insurance conversations, OSHA visits, and customer disputes

Jessie Shrieve of Coastal Shores says, "The new Greenius has helped us get to another level of quality both, individually and as a whole. It will have a big impact on the standards in the landscaping industry."

The launch also begins a broader integration with LMN. The first phase of the LMN integration arrives later this Fall, giving customers a single sign-on from LMN into Greenius. A deeper integration between the two products is in development.

Existing Greenius customers can move to the new product at their current subscription price. The new Greenius is available today.

About Granum

In Bethlehem, Real Estate Expert Wade Budinetz Breaks Down Older Homes in the Lehigh Valley for HelloNation
Image File
Original HTML

BETHLEHEM, Pa., Sept. 9, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- What should buyers know before committing to older homes in the Lehigh Valley? That practical question is answered in detail in a HelloNation article that explains both the appeal and the responsibilities that come with these properties. The feature offers straightforward guidance so buyers can approach character homes with clear expectations, realistic plans, and long term confidence.

In the HelloNation feature, Real Estate Expert Wade Budinetz explains how older homes help define neighborhoods across Bethlehem, Easton, Fountain Hill, and Center City Allentown. The article notes that buyers are often drawn to craftsmanship, charm, and traditional design that newer houses rarely match. At the same time, it reminds readers that age brings specific considerations that must be understood before making an offer.

The article begins by describing why older homes hold such strong appeal in the Lehigh Valley. Many properties from past decades were built with sturdy framing, detailed trim, and hardwood floors that remain sought after today. HelloNation explains that these elements give homes a sense of stability and character that stands out in a crowded market.

According to the feature, solid doors, original woodwork, and period details help older homes feel warm and substantial. Buyers who appreciate classic style often see these features as the starting point for future updates. The article emphasizes that, when handled with care, modern improvements can blend well with these original materials and extend a home's life.

HelloNation also explains that this strong foundation supports long term potential. A well built older home in Bethlehem or Easton can adapt to changing needs without losing its character. Real Estate Expert Wade Budinetz points out that this combination of history and flexibility is one reason many buyers continue to focus on established neighborhoods.

At the same time, the article stresses that older systems require close attention. It reminds readers that roofs on long standing homes may be nearing the end of their useful life. Plumbing can range from fully updated to mostly original, so buyers need to know what they are inheriting and how soon replacements may be necessary.

The feature highlights plumbing as a key point of evaluation. In some Lehigh Valley properties, original piping may still be in place. HelloNation explains that buyers should understand the material, age, and condition of the plumbing and should factor possible repairs into their long term plans, especially if they hope to renovate kitchens or bathrooms.

Electrical systems receive special focus in the article. The feature notes that some older homes still contain knob and tube wiring or outdated panels that no longer match current safety expectations. HelloNation explains that these systems are not automatic deal breakers, but they must be evaluated carefully to understand both safety and upgrade costs.

Because of these issues, the article presents thorough inspections as essential, not optional. Real Estate Expert Wade Budinetz encourages buyers to treat inspections as tools for clarity rather than as sources of alarm. By uncovering roof conditions, plumbing concerns, and electrical needs early, buyers can decide whether an older home truly fits their budget and comfort level.

Heating systems are another part of the story described in the HelloNation feature. Many older homes still rely on boilers or furnaces that function but lag behind modern standards for efficiency. The article explains that these systems can be reliable yet more expensive to operate, which affects utility costs and long term planning.

Windows also receive attention because they strongly influence comfort in older homes. Single pane glass, aging frames, or noticeable drafts can make rooms feel less comfortable in extreme seasons. HelloNation notes that these conditions are common in the Lehigh Valley and should be viewed as part of a normal improvement cycle rather than a list of flaws.

The article explains that buyers who approach these items with a long term mindset are better prepared. Instead of seeing every needed upgrade as a problem, they view them as stages in a planned improvement schedule. This perspective helps them appreciate the character of older homes while still budgeting responsibly for future work.

Neighborhood identity is another major theme in the feature. HelloNation describes how areas like Fountain Hill, South Bethlehem, Center City Allentown, and parts of Easton attract buyers who value history, walkability, and a strong sense of community. Sidewalks, mature trees, and long established streets give these neighborhoods a feeling that newer developments cannot easily copy.

The article notes that this sense of continuity often becomes part of the decision to buy. Buyers learn that living in an older neighborhood means enjoying both charm and ongoing maintenance. HelloNation explains that many owners accept periodic projects as part of the experience of caring for an older home in the Lehigh Valley.

To support clear decisions, the feature recommends specialized inspections when conditions call for deeper review. In addition to a general home inspection, buyers are encouraged to consider targeted evaluations for roofs, chimneys, sewer lines, and electrical systems. These steps help identify potential concerns before closing, rather than after moving in.

HelloNation presents inspections as a source of empowerment. Instead of discouraging buyers from pursuing older homes, the article shows how detailed information creates leverage and clarity. Real Estate Expert Wade Budinetz explains that when buyers understand needed work and realistic costs, they can negotiate more effectively and move forward with confidence.

The article also emphasizes the role of a knowledgeable local expert. Older homes in Bethlehem or Easton may face different common issues than those in other parts of the country. By working with someone who understands local building styles, typical system ages, and neighborhood patterns, buyers can interpret inspection results in context rather than in isolation.

Throughout the feature, older homes are portrayed as opportunities with long term potential rather than as risky projects. HelloNation explains that these properties can offer lasting comfort and value when expectations are realistic and preparation is thorough. Buyers who balance appreciation for character with careful review of systems are well positioned to succeed.

In the end, the article encourages buyers to see older homes in the Lehigh Valley as both inspiring and practical choices. With honest inspections, clear budgeting, and thoughtful guidance, these properties can provide the charm that first draws buyers in and the strength that supports them for years to come.

What Every Buyer Should Know About Older Homes in the Lehigh Valley features insights from Wade Budinetz, Real Estate Expert of Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, in HelloNation.

Journal of Spine Surgery Publishes Peer-Reviewed On-Point Surgical Augmented Reality Accuracy Data: Pedicle Screw Placement Error 2-5× Smaller Than Reported for Major Navigation and Robotic Systems

"Accuracy of a high-resolution augmented reality (AR) guidance system with novel 3D stereoscopic targeting for spinal surgery" in the Journal of Spine Surgery reports impressively low positional error of 1.1 mm and an angular error of 1.3°

CONCORD, Mass., Sept. 9, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- OnPoint Surgical, Inc., a medical technology company which has developed an FDA cleared augmented reality (AR) surgical navigation system for spine procedures, today announced the publication of accuracy data for its OnPoint AR system in the peer-reviewed Journal of Spine Surgery. The study, "Accuracy of a high-resolution augmented reality (AR) guidance system with novel 3D stereoscopic targeting for spinal surgery," reports that the OnPoint system placed pedicle screws in cadaveric specimens with a positional error of 1.1 mm (1 SD = 0.5 mm) and an angular error of 1.3° (1 SD = 0.5°).

The positional and angular error are 2–5× smaller than the errors reported for other major navigation and robotics systems. The differences were statistically highly significant for all comparisons. Screw placement accuracy in the study was 100%, with no medial or inferior breaches observed.

The study evaluated 80 pedicle screws placed by three experienced spine surgeons across five cadaveric specimens, including osteoporotic anatomy, using both open and minimally invasive techniques across the thoracic and lumbosacral spine. Positional and angular error were measured in three dimensions by comparing post-operative CT scans of the implanted screws with the planned trajectories, and radiographic accuracy was independently graded by a blinded fellowship-trained musculoskeletal radiologist using the Heary and Gertzbein-Robbins classifications.

"The surgeons set out to publish hard numbers, and the numbers are on point," said Philipp Lang, M.D., CEO, OnPoint Surgical. "A positional error of 1.1 mm and an angular error of 1.3° are 2–5× smaller than what the major navigation and robotic platforms have reported, and the comparisons were statistically highly significant across the board. Surgeons can leverage this accuracy today in minimally invasive and complex spinal procedures."

Notably, this accuracy is enabled when using the OnPoint AR headset with its proprietary 3D stereoscopic targeting technology. The targeting provides the surgeon with a tool to be highly accurate in difficult anatomic situations, magnifying positional and angular deviation approximately ten times and overlaying it directly onto the surgical site in the surgeon's field of view — rather than on a monitor several feet away from the patient.

Other factors contributing to the impressive accuracy of the OnPoint AR system include the ergonomics of the OnPoint AR system, the high display resolution, the accuracy of the AR overlay achieved through a proprietary, patent-protected AR display alignment, a low headset weight of only 320 grams including tracking array, and a proprietary image registration technique versus traditional scanner tracking.

The publication reflects OnPoint Surgical's ongoing collaboration with leading spine surgeons, researchers, and healthcare institutions to evaluate the clinical application of augmented reality navigation. The study's authors represent Henry Ford Hospital, Stanford University Medical Center, Boston University Medical Center, Kaiser Hospital Roseville, and Tulane University.

"This level of accuracy, obtained without taking the surgeon's eyes off the operative field, is a meaningful step for the cases where precision matters most, for patients with small pedicles and challenging anatomy", said Serena S. Hu, M.D., Vice Chair, Chief, Spine Service, Department of Orthopedic Surgery, Stanford University Medical Center.

KraftPal Unveils New Semi-Automatic Pallet Production Machine to Accelerate Global Licensing Expansion

KraftPal is a pioneer in the design and manufacture of the engineering technology required to build its paper pallets, with a network of international production operations scaling quickly through licensing partners.

LONDON, Sept. 9, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- KraftPal Holdings Ltd has achieved a significant milestone, successfully building and completing its new semi-automatic pallet production machine, the KP25039. The machine represents an important next step in the development of the KraftPal manufacturing ecosystem. Designed as a lower-cost, entry-level production solution, the KP25039 makes it easier for businesses to explore becoming a KraftPal licensing partner and manufacturing lightweight, sustainable corrugated pallets locally.

At full production, the KP25039 will produce up to 100 pallets per hour, with Yasakawa robotic arms ensuring smooth and sophisticated automation throughout the production process.

As the international packaging industry adapts to the changing regulatory and sustainability landscape, particularly in Europe with the introduction of the Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR), Regulation (EU) 2025/40, KraftPal believes that accessible, efficient production technology will play an increasingly important role in accelerating the adoption of more sustainable pallet alternatives.

"We recognised that to scale our company more quickly and help our strategic partners respond to market demands, we needed to offer an alternative and lower cost pallet production machine. Whilst the labour requirement to operate is greater, the versatility and faster engineering build cycle required to create this machine enables us to build more machines and facilitate faster start-up in-country production operations," said Paul Williams, CEO of KraftPal.

At its engineering base in Slovenia, KraftPal has multiple engineering cycles running in parallel and will be expanding its international footprint over the next three months, with a strategic focus on the U.S., Mainland Europe, Ireland, and the U.K.

Houseplant by Droplet Introduces The House Scent Reed Diffuser

Inspired by Seth Rogen's journey to the fragrance capital of Grasse, France, the second collaboration between Houseplant and Droplet transforms a personal scent creation into an elevated home fragrance.

LONDON, Sept. 9, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Following the success of their inaugural incense collection, Seth Rogen's lifestyle brand Houseplant and modern British fragrance house Droplet reunite to introduce The House Scent Reed Diffuser - a refined new home fragrance inspired by a scent personally created by Seth during a visit to Grasse, France, the world's fragrance capital.

Originally developed as part of an immersive fragrance-making experience in Grasse, Seth's bespoke creation has now been expertly crafted and bottled by Droplet, bringing an intensely personal scent story.

Blending bright Pink Pepper, delicate Peony, warm Santal and rich Pine, The House Scent balances crisp woodland notes, soft florals, and warm woods to create a modern, comforting fragrance that feels fresh, calm, and inviting, and is designed to make every house feel unmistakably like home.

"Scent is such an important part of how a home feels. It can completely change a space. Making my own fragrance in Grasse, France was incredible. It was wild to see first-hand how complicated and personal scent building is. I wanted something that I'd actually use in my own home, warm, inviting, and a little unexpected. It's very cool to take a smell that I created, turn it into this diffuser, and to be able to share with people," says Seth Rogen, co-founder of Houseplant.

Crafted with Droplet's signature attention to fragrance and design, The House Scent Reed Diffuser is housed in a hand-blown crystal glass vessel, offering up to 90 days of continuous fragrance. Vegan and cruelty-free, it is designed to become both a sculptural object and an everyday ritual.

"What we loved about this project was that the fragrance began with Seth. He created something instinctive and completely personal in Grasse, and our role was to preserve that character while developing it into a fragrance that could live beautifully in the home. The result feels unmistakably Houseplant: warm, unexpected and full of personality." say Sam & Lucie Beecham, co-founders of Droplet.

Building on the success of their first collaboration, this latest release continues the creative partnership between Houseplant and Droplet, united by a shared appreciation for craftsmanship, thoughtful design and the transformative power of scent.

Houseplant by Droplet - The House Scent Reed Diffuser will retail for £40 / $45, and launches on 9th September 2026 at www.thedropletco.co.uk (UK) and at www.houseplant.com and www.thedropletco.com (US).

Manami Yamamoto, LMFT Announces New Book, Truly Be Well: Nurturing True Wellness from Within, Introducing Inner Nurturing to a $6.8 Trillion Wellness Industry

California-based psychotherapist and nonprofit founder Manami Yamamoto, LMFT, is putting forward a human-centered framework called Inner Nurturing that asks a harder question than most of the wellness world is willing to ask.

SAN FRANCISCO, Sept. 9, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Licensed marriage and family therapist Manami Yamamoto, LMFT, has announced a new book, Truly Be Well: Nurturing True Wellness from Within, currently in development. The work will expand on Humanology and Inner Nurturing, the original frameworks she developed through her clinical practice and cross-cultural work, as a universal framework, moving the conversation in mental health literature away from symptom checklists and toward something harder to quantify but more durable: the ongoing cultivation of inner wellness.

The global wellness industry crossed $6.8 trillion. Meditation apps have tens of millions of downloads. Mental health awareness campaigns run year-round. And yet, by nearly every measure, stress, loneliness, and disconnection are not retreating.

For Manami Yamamoto, LMFT, that contradiction is the whole point.

Manami Yamamoto, LMFT is a licensed marriage and family therapist, the founder and president of two nonprofits operating in the United States and Japan, and a psychoeducation advocate who has spent her career working with underserved and minority communities on both sides of the Pacific. What she kept encountering, across cultures and clinical settings, was a system oriented almost entirely around fixing deficits, diagnosing what was wrong and treating the symptom. What she rarely saw was a framework built around cultivating what was already there.

That observation became a framework. She calls it Inner Nurturing.

The concept sits within a broader philosophy Yamamoto terms Humanology, an original framework that emerged through her clinical work, cross-cultural experience, and years of supporting individuals and communities across both Eastern and Western societies.

Rather than being simply an integration of Eastern and Western psychology, Humanology represents what Yamamoto describes as a more universal understanding of the human experience. Drawing from her upbringing within Eastern cultural influences, her life and professional work in Western culture, and decades of clinical practice, she came to see that the strengths of both perspectives could evolve into something beyond either tradition alone.

Humanology is not a combination of two cultures or two psychological systems. Instead, it reflects what Yamamoto describes as the deeper essence of human care by recognizing the universal human capacities for awareness, compassion, connection, resilience, and growth.

The core argument is direct: well-being is not something a person acquires after their problems are resolved. It is something that grows when the right internal conditions are nurtured.

"True wellness is not created by simply fixing what is wrong with us. It grows when we nurture the human capacities that already exist within us, our awareness, compassion, resilience, and ability to connect."

At https://www.manamiyamamototherapy.com/, Manami Yamamoto, LMFT describes this as a proactive rather than reactive orientation. Rather than waiting for crisis, Inner Nurturing asks individuals and communities to actively cultivate what she identifies as four core capacities: awareness, compassion, resilience, and meaningful connection.

The clinical methods she draws on are wider than talk therapy alone. Manami Yamamoto, LMFT integrates Expressive Arts Therapy, somatic practices, and nonverbal approaches, tools she says are particularly valuable when language and cultural context create barriers to traditional therapeutic models.

The practical reach of Manami Yamamoto, LMFT's work extends well beyond private practice. As the founder of nonprofit organizations in both the U.S. and Japan, she has focused specifically on communities that face compounding barriers: geographic distance from care, economic constraints, cultural stigma, and language gaps.

Her media coverage reflects that international scope. She has been featured by Authority Magazine in a piece examining her work under the banner of Mental Health Champions and by Rich Woman Magazine for her wellness initiative in Japan. The recognition points to a practitioner whose work has drawn attention across continents precisely because the challenges she addresses do not respect borders.

Her view is that equitable access to mental health support requires more than opening more clinic doors. Communities need frameworks they can actually use, approaches portable enough to cross cultural and geographic lines.

The awards and recognitions that have accumulated around Manami Yamamoto, LMFT's work in recent years tell something about where the broader field is moving:

- Global Woman of the Year Top 100 Finalist (2025)

- Fluxx Awards Mental Health Global Pioneer Award, Innovation Across Borders

- Fluxx Awards, Community Centered Wellness Leader

- Who's Who in America (2025)

- The Book of Legacy (2026)

None of those honors, she has indicated, are the main project. The main project is a book, Truly Be Well: Nurturing True Wellness from Within, currently in development. According to Manami Yamamoto, LMFT, the work will expand on Humanology and Inner Nurturing as a universal framework, moving the conversation in mental health literature away from symptom checklists and toward something harder to quantify but more durable: the ongoing cultivation of inner wellness.

Her Instagram presence at https://www.instagram.com/innernurturing/ extends that conversation into public psychoeducation, reaching audiences beyond formal clinical settings.

What distinguishes Manami Yamamoto, LMFT's argument from much of today's wellness discourse is where it begins. Much of the industry starts from lack, something to be purchased, downloaded, or prescribed. Inner Nurturing begins from the premise that the capacity for genuine well-being already exists within every individual and every community. The work is not about installing something new. It is about nurturing what is already present.

Whether that perspective gains broader traction in a wellness market still largely built around products and symptom relief remains to be seen. But for the communities Manami Yamamoto, LMFT has spent her career serving, those with the least access and the greatest need, the distinction between fixing and nurturing may prove to be one of the most meaningful shifts of all.

Cannabis Expert Shellie Grammer of Roseburg Explains THC-A vs. THC in HelloNation

The article explains how heat transforms nonintoxicating THC-A into THC and why understanding the difference can help consumers make more informed cannabis choices.

ROSEBURG, Ore., Sept. 9, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- What makes one cannabis product feel intoxicating while another has no noticeable mental effect at all? That's the key question answered in a HelloNation article featuring Shellie Grammer, Cannabis Expert and CEO of Cougar Cannabis in Roseburg, Oregon. The article explains the difference between two important cannabis compounds: THC-A and THC, and why understanding this distinction matters when choosing cannabis products.

As the article explains, THC-A and THC may sound alike, but they are not the same in how they interact with the body. THC-A, or tetrahydrocannabinolic acid, is the form found naturally in raw cannabis. In this form, it does not cause psychoactive effects. THC, on the other hand, is created when THC-A is heated, a chemical process known as decarboxylation. That process turns THC-A into the active form of THC, which can then produce the psychoactive effects commonly associated with cannabis.

The HelloNation article makes clear that this difference is not about potency, but about activation. THC-A is nonintoxicating until heat changes its chemical structure. This explains why consuming raw cannabis or cold-processed cannabis products does not lead to a high, while smoking, vaping, or cooking cannabis can. The key factor is heat and how it transforms THC-A into THC.

This distinction opens up different uses for each compound. The article points out that THC is widely used for its strong, noticeable effects on mood, pain perception, appetite, and sleep. However, those effects can also include impairment of focus or coordination, which can make THC less suitable for some daytime or professional settings. By contrast, THC-A is gaining interest from people who want the potential benefits of cannabis without experiencing psychoactive effects.

The article highlights how THC-A is often included in products designed to avoid heat during processing. These include raw cannabis preparations, cold-pressed tinctures, and certain capsules. Users often describe the experience of THC-A as mild and physically grounding, without the mental shift caused by THC. This can make THC-A a more appealing option for people managing daily tasks or responsibilities who still want to incorporate cannabis into their wellness routine.

The role of the consumption method is central to how these cannabis compounds behave. As noted in the HelloNation article, smoking or vaping converts THC-A to THC instantly, activating psychoactive effects. Edibles typically undergo decarboxylation during baking or cooking. In contrast, raw or non-heated products maintain the THC-A form and do not produce a high. This difference in preparation leads to very different user experiences, even when the source plant is the same.

Regulation and labeling can also create confusion, especially for those new to cannabis. The article notes that THC is tightly regulated in most states and sold through licensed dispensaries. THC-A may appear in a broader range of products, depending on how it is processed and presented. This can affect product availability and how consumers make decisions about what to use.

Shellie Grammer emphasizes the importance of knowing how cannabis compounds like THC-A and THC affect the body. Personal tolerance, lifestyle, and the desired outcome all play roles in determining which type of cannabis product is best. For example, regular THC use may lead to tolerance, requiring higher amounts over time. THC-A, on the other hand, does not trigger the same psychoactive pathways, and so it may offer a more stable experience with long-term use.

The HelloNation article concludes by reminding readers that THC-A and THC come from the same plant but produce very different results. The difference lies in whether or not heat has been applied. Understanding this process helps users make informed choices about cannabis compounds and how they fit into their personal wellness goals.

THC-A and Regular THC: What's the Difference and Which One Does What? Features insights from Shellie Grammer, Cannabis Expert of Roseburg, Oregon, in HelloNation.
