The firm is putting Claude and Cowork in the hands of its portfolio managers and analysts and bringing Claude Code to its developers

BALTIMORE, Sept. 10, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- T. Rowe Price (NASDAQ: TROW), a global investment management firm, and Anthropic today announced the expansion of Claude across the firm's investment organization. Portfolio managers and analysts are using Claude to support and enhance the firm's research process, and its developers are adopting Claude Code to build investment tools that support the investment process. This effort builds on the significant artificial intelligence (AI) enabled innovation already underway across T. Rowe Price and represents the next phase of the firm's broader AI strategy.

As an active investment firm, T. Rowe Price builds its decisions on proprietary fundamental research. That means its analysts and portfolio managers read and evaluate large volumes of information, then apply experienced judgment to reach a view. The firm's goal is to give its investment professionals more capacity for exactly that work.

Claude gives time back and will be put to work where it can add the most value to the investment process:

- Research and insights: Claude Cowork will help investment professionals synthesize complex information and create more capacity for research, analysis, and debate.

- Workflow support: Claude Cowork will assist teams with knowledge-intensive, multistep processes where efficiency, consistency, and appropriate oversight are essential.

- Technology enablement: Claude Code will support developers as they build and improve tools that enhance productivity across investment and operating workflows.

The work runs under the AI leadership model T. Rowe Price announced in August, which places AI leaders inside Investments and Global Distribution and charges T. Rowe Price Labs, the firm's enterprise AI innovation hub, with evaluating and scaling AI across the firm. Every application is owned by the business, governed by the firm's standards for responsible use, and built to keep human judgment and accountability at the center of client outcomes.

"Our approach has always been grounded in rigorous research, disciplined analysis, and experienced judgment," said Eric Veiel, president, co-head of Global Investments, and chief investment officer at T. Rowe Price. "Claude lets our investment professionals cover more ground and go deeper on what matters. It is a direct extension of the research process that has served our clients for nearly 90 years."

"We started where the firm creates the most value for clients, and we built the governance to scale from there," said Ramon Richards, global head of Technology, Data, and Operations and chief technology officer at T. Rowe Price. "This is not simply about adopting new tools; it is about building new ways of working that allow our associates to think more deeply and deliver more for clients, with the security and controls a firm of our responsibility requires."

"Research is the foundation that everything in active management is built on," said Peter Nolan, head of Asset and Wealth Management at Anthropic. "T. Rowe Price is bringing Claude into that part of the firm, where the bar for accuracy and judgment is highest, and where Claude can support the judgment of its portfolio managers and analysts."

The collaboration is part of a broader firmwide effort to pair AI with continued investment in people and capabilities. Through AI training, talent development, and responsible-use guidance, T. Rowe Price is helping associates build the skills and confidence to apply AI effectively while keeping human judgment and client focus at the center of its approach.

T. Rowe Price's work with Anthropic is designed to accelerate its adoption of advanced AI and further its ambition to lead the investment management industry in how AI is applied to investing, operating the firm, and serving clients.

T. Rowe Price portfolios invest in Anthropic.

Hivelocity Launches Gaming Bundle for Studios' Always-On Infrastructure
Image File

Dedicated bare metal infrastructure for build pipelines, production backends, and live game servers with predictable pricing for sustained workloads.

TAMPA, Fla., Sept. 10, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Hivelocity, an infrastructure-as-a-service provider of bare-metal dedicated servers, colocation, and virtualized cloud solutions, today announced the Hivelocity Gaming Bundle.

Built for studios running live service titles and platforms, the bundle pairs single-tenant dedicated hardware with predictable, steady-state pricing and direct control over how game workloads are deployed and operated. It gives game studios, game-server orchestration platforms, and gaming security vendors a clear path to running build pipelines, production backends, and match-server fleets without paying cloud rates for elasticity their servers never use, and without handing off the orchestration they need to control.

The bundle is built around three common areas of game infrastructure:

Engineering Compute supports the development work behind modern games, including build farms, continuous integration pipelines, asset processing, testing environments, and other workloads that consume compute for long periods of time.

Production Compute runs the backend services players depend on every day, including account systems, authentication, progression, leaderboards, in-game commerce, telemetry, and matchmaking services.

Live Service Compute is designed for the latency-sensitive core of live games, including match servers, persistent world-state systems, voice services, and anti-cheat infrastructure. These workloads depend on consistent CPU performance, fast local storage, and network paths that can support a reliable player experience.

Game studios are taking a harder look at where public cloud fits, and where it starts to work against the economics of a live service business. Public cloud can be useful for burst capacity, GPU-heavy workloads, and development flexibility, but many live service workloads run continuously. Match servers, backend services, leaderboards, and telemetry systems often operate around the clock, and dedicated infrastructure can offer a more predictable cost model and greater operational control.

For content-heavy titles, bandwidth can also become a major cost driver. Large game patches, seasonal updates, and new releases can move massive volumes of data in a short period of time. Hivelocity's Gaming Bundle is built to support sustained traffic with high-capacity network options, including 10 Gbps unmetered ports for appropriate workloads.

"Hivelocity's Gaming Bundle is built for studios that want more control over the infrastructure behind their live games," said Ned Pope, Chief Product Officer at Hivelocity. "Game teams already own the player experience, the matchmaking logic, the fleet orchestration, and the live operations model. We give them dedicated hardware, predictable economics, regional placement, and engineering support so they can run that stack with confidence."

The bundle draws a clear line between what Hivelocity provides and what the studio operates. Hivelocity supplies the bare-metal foundation: single-tenant hardware, regional placement near concentrated player populations, network connectivity and transit, and network-level DDoS protection for the estate. The studio keeps matchmaking, fleet orchestration, anti-cheat operations, application security, and live ops uptime. A hybrid pattern is preferred by most organizations to take full advantage of all the cloud can offer, with bare metal for latency-critical core workloads for tick-rate-sensitive engines, a partner CDN at the edge, and the studio's own cloud for burst and GPU workloads.

Studios manage their fleets through the myVelocity portal, public APIs, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC), with the same operations available in code as in the console. Hivelocity holds a SOC 2 Type II attestation for its core facilities, and a PCI-validated facility foundation is available at the Tampa facilities, with expansion in flight.

The Gaming Bundle is designed for studios already running their own server orchestration that have committed to a tick-rate target and need single-tenant bare metal, regional placement, and state persistence that shared infrastructure can't reliably provide.

About Hivelocity

Founded in 2002, Hivelocity operates bare-metal infrastructure across globally distributed data centers, serving mid-market and enterprise customers in gaming, healthcare, SaaS, fintech, and high-performance computing. The company provides 24/7/365 in-house support with a 15-minute average ticket response time, backed by an SLA-guaranteed 99.99% network uptime.

Foundation Fighting Blindness Renames Venture Philanthropy Arm the Gund Vision Fund, Honoring Five Decades of Gund Family Leadership
Image File

The new name honors the decades of leadership and giving by Foundation co-founder Gordon Gund and his family, honoring the Fund's evolution into one of the most innovative venture philanthropy models in the retinal disease market

COLUMBIA, Md. and RALEIGH, N.C., Sept. 10, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- The Foundation Fighting Blindness today announced the rebrand of its venture philanthropy arm, formerly the Retinal Degeneration Fund (RD Fund), to the Gund Vision Fund.

The new name honors more than 50 years of leadership, advocacy, and philanthropic support from Gordon Gund and the Gund family, whose contributions to the Foundation have been immeasurable. It also reflects the Fund's evolution since its launch in 2018, growing from an early-stage research funder into one of the most innovative venture philanthropy models in the market, catalyzing the translation of decades of research into real treatments.

"The Gund Vision Fund name reflects both where this Fund has been and where it is going. Gordon Gund and the Gund family did not support this work from a distance. They helped build it, and this name honors that," said Jason Menzo, CEO, Foundation Fighting Blindness. "Vision speaks to our mission of advancing treatments and cures for the diseases that cause blindness, and to the forward-looking way we deploy capital to get there. We are proud of what the Fund has become and excited about what comes next."

Since it was founded in 2018, the Fund – now the Gund Vision Fund – has built and proven its model by managing more than $140 million in strategic capital, deploying over $100 million directly into a portfolio of 20 companies, and syndicating with more than $1.5 billion in institutional capital from more than 60 co-investors. The Foundation is already the leading private funder of retinal disease research, with nearly $1 billion invested since 1971 and a patient registry of over 43,000 individuals.

The rebrand coincides with an active $100 million capital campaign to accelerate the development of treatments and cures for inherited retinal diseases and dry AMD. To anchor the campaign, the Gordon and Llura Gund Foundation has committed a $50 million lead challenge gift, matching every new or increased contribution to the Gund Vision Fund dollar for dollar up to $50 million. Every gift made during the campaign will be doubled, advancing more programs into clinical development and reaching more patients sooner.

"Building this Fund from the ground up has meant taking greater risks to bring treatments to patients and believing in companies when the path forward is uncertain. That conviction is being rewarded, treatments are reaching patients who had no options," said Rusty Kelley, PhD, managing director of the Gund Vision Fund. "The Gund Vision Fund name honors the family that made this possible, and the gift from the Gordon and Llura Gund Foundation signals even greater conviction for the model, the momentum, and what's next."

The Gund Vision Fund's updated website, GundVisionFund.org, has launched alongside updated social channels, marking the start of a new chapter for the Fund, with more to come in early 2027. For more information, visit GundVisionFund.org.

About the Gund Vision Fund

The Gund Vision Fund, formerly the Retinal Degeneration Fund (RD Fund), is the venture philanthropy arm of the Foundation Fighting Blindness and a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit subsidiary. Launched in 2018 as the first and only fund solely dedicated to advancing therapeutics for inherited retinal diseases and dry age-related macular degeneration, the Fund bridges the critical funding gap between discovery-stage research and drug development. For more information, visit GundVisionFund.org.

About the Foundation Fighting Blindness

Established in 1971, the Foundation Fighting Blindness is the world's leading private funding source for retinal degenerative disease research. The Foundation has raised nearly $1 billion toward its mission of accelerating research for preventing, treating, and curing blindness caused by the entire spectrum of retinal degenerative diseases, including retinitis pigmentosa, age-related macular degeneration, Usher syndrome, and Stargardt disease. 25 Years After 9/11: Building Security Technology Failed to Keep Up

New national survey finds 79% of Americans don't believe physical security has significantly improved in buildings since 9/11

CUPERTINO, Calif., Sept. 10, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Twenty-five years after the September 11 attacks reshaped aviation security in the United States, a new national survey finds most Americans do not believe physical security in the country's buildings has kept pace. According to the survey, 79% of U.S. adults do not believe physical security has significantly improved since 9/11, and 76% say office buildings never received investment comparable to what went into airports. The survey, conducted by YouGov, is the first national survey to measure public trust in badge- and credential-based physical security systems, 25 years after 9/11.

The survey was funded by Alcatraz after a summer of security breaches at four prominent U.S. buildings. In May, an intruder tailgated students through secured doors into UCLA dormitories, where he is accused of sexually assaulting four women in their rooms. That same week, a man followed a student through a card-secured gate and then a badge-secured door at Harvard University's Lowell House. He attempted to kidnap a female undergrad before she fought him off with the help of other students. In June, two people purchased tickets to the Empire State Building's 86th-floor observatory, hid inside after closing, and cut through two locks overnight to reach restricted floors. They went undetected until they livestreamed the breach from the building's spire to nearly two million followers that afternoon. Weeks later, a man followed an employee through a badge-secured door at 30 Rockefeller Center in New York and confronted TODAY show anchor Craig Melvin, before being detained by security.

Three of the four incidents involved tailgating, in which an unauthorized person follows someone with a valid credential through a secured door. It is the number one breach of secure spaces. Security industry researchers have identified tailgating as a persistent vulnerability in badge-based access control systems, which are designed to verify a credential but not the identity of the person using it.

"We have spent 25 years upgrading aviation security with the latest technologies but have not kept pace in the spaces where most of us live and work. Keycard and badge technology is 30 years old. It is completely unintelligent. These headline breaches this summer are a warning about the need to upgrade physical security in our buildings, and Americans are saying it is urgent," said Tina D'Agostin, CEO of Alcatraz AI. D'Agostin is a security expert who helped shape physical security efforts for Chase Center and Salesforce Tower while at Johnson Controls.

Survey findings

- 79% of Americans do not believe physical security has significantly improved since 9/11.

- 76% say office buildings never received investment on par with aviation security.

- 73% call upgrading physical security technology at least somewhat urgent.

- 53% say they feel less safe in public than they did 25 years ago.

- 64% say buildings with large numbers of occupants should be legally required to detect and report a security breach in real time — including 69% of Democrats and 72% of Republicans, one of the few security questions in the survey where both parties agree.

- 60% say they do not trust the organizations responsible for their security to keep systems up to date.

- 58% are already aware that key cards and badges can be duplicated or shared as a security gap.

- 43% incorrectly believe that standard badge and key-card systems already alert security in real time when an anomaly, such as tailgating, occurs. Most such systems only log that a valid credential was used.

- 68% believe a tailgater at their location would not be caught quickly — only 32% believe detection would be immediate or within a few minutes.

"I spent a big part of my career securing airports. After 9/11, airports received investment, became more secure and learned to balance security with the passenger experience. We never did the same for the buildings people spend their days in. Nuclear and energy companies, data centers and critical infrastructure use state of the art technology. Updating technology to secure everyday spaces is long overdue, and the survey shows Americans understand that," said Matthew Powell, Senior Director of Infrastructure Markets at Alcatraz AI.

About Alcatraz AI

Alcatraz is known as the Face ID of physical spaces. Alcatraz is an AI-powered physical access control company headquartered in Cupertino, California. Its flagship product, the Rock, replaces badge-based and legacy biometric security with fully anonymized facial authentication and real-time tailgating detection. Alcatraz AI is trusted where security standards are highest and certifications hardest to earn: hyperscale data centers, financial institutions, airports, and nuclear and energy infrastructure. Its technology protects professional sports teams from the NBA to the NFL, Fortune 100 companies, universities, stadiums, and private individuals.

HAGENS BERMAN, NATIONAL SECURITIES LAW FIRM, Announces Investigation into Suja Life, Inc. (NASDAQ: SUJA) Following 70% Post-IPO Stock Crash

Partner Reed Kathrein Urges SUJA Investors with Losses to Contact Firm

SAN FRANCISCO, Sept. 10, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Hagens Berman, a national shareholder rights litigation firm, has opened an investigation into Suja Life, Inc. (NASDAQ: SUJA) regarding potential violations of federal securities laws following the company's recent initial public offering (IPO) in May 2026.

The firm is actively investigating whether Suja Life made materially false or misleading statements in its IPO registration statement and prospectus regarding the strength, resiliency, and channel stability of its organic beverage business model.

Investors who purchased Suja Life (NASDAQ: SUJA) shares and suffered substantial losses are encouraged to submit your losses now.

Suja Life, Inc. (SUJA) Investigation Overview:

In May 2026, Suja Life completed its initial public offering, selling approximately 8.9 million shares of Class A common stock at $21.00 per share to raise $173 million in capital.

In its IPO offering documents (Form S-1 Registration Statement), Suja Life assured prospective investors that:

"[O]ur investment thesis is validated by our ability to scale responsibly while delivering attractive long-term returns..." and "[o]ur balanced approach to growth, which combines top-line expansion with margin improvement, has resulted in a resilient business model that performs across market cycles."

However, on August 4, 2026, just three months after completing the IPO, Suja Life reported its Q2 2026 financial results, revealing a 21% sequential drop in sales and a 7.5% sequential decline in gross profit margins. The company simultaneously slashed its full-year revenue and growth guidance, attributing the sudden weakness to severe "softness concentrated in the grocery channel."

During the accompanying earnings call, management conceded that Q3 sales were expected to decline mid-single digits, admitting under analyst questioning that "grocery is under pressure" and that the company was forced to resort to steep promotional discounting to drive volume in alternative channels.

Following these disclosures, SUJA stock crashed by over 46% on August 5, 2026, and ultimately traded more than 70% below its $21.00 IPO price, causing hundreds of millions of dollars in erased shareholder value.

Focus of Hagens Berman's SUJA Investigation

"We're investigating whether Suja was sufficiently transparent about its vulnerability to market cycles and, if not, whether there may have been securities law violations," said Reed Kathrein, the Hagens Berman partner leading the firm's investigation.

SWEAR Launches Program to Help Cities Protect the Integrity of Critical Video Evidence
Image File
Original HTML

BOISE, Idaho, Sept. 10, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- SWEAR, a leader in digital content authenticity, today announced the Community Video Integrity Project, a new initiative designed to help cities and public agencies proactively protect the integrity of critical video and establish a verifiable record of authenticity from the moment it is captured.

Deepfakes and synthetic media are creating a challenge that extends far beyond fabricated content. According to a 2025 Pew Research Center survey, 53% of Americans are not confident they can distinguish content created by AI from content created by people. As manipulated video becomes more sophisticated and accessible, even authentic footage can be called into question. For cities and public agencies that rely on video for investigations, public safety, legal proceedings, and accountability, showing a recording is no longer enough. They increasingly need to prove it is real.

The program gives municipalities, law enforcement agencies, and other public sector organizations an opportunity to put video authentication into practice in real-world environments. Selected participants will deploy SWEAR across high-priority cameras, creating a verifiable record that critical footage is authentic and has not been altered from the moment it is captured.

"Video plays a critical role in how our customers investigate incidents, respond to events, and make important security decisions," said Andy Schreyer, Vice President of Technology, Stone Security. "As AI makes sophisticated manipulation increasingly accessible, protecting that video means building on how it is captured and stored to also prove authenticity. That's why we support what SWEAR is doing with the Community Video Integrity Project. It gives organizations a practical way to begin addressing a challenge we believe will only become more important."

The Community Video Integrity Project is designed to help organizations using Milestone XProtect add an independent, complementary layer of video authentication that builds on the protections XProtect already provides to their existing security environments. SWEAR creates a verifiable record of authenticity from the moment video is captured, giving organizations verifiable documentation that footage has not been altered and helping establish its integrity when used to support investigations, legal proceedings, or other critical decisions.

"Milestone XProtect gives organizations a secure, open foundation for managing critical video, and we are always looking at how that foundation evolves as the standard for trusting video rises," said Tim Palmquist, Vice President, Americas, Milestone Systems. "As AI makes manipulation more accessible, authenticity is becoming part of that standard. Through the Community Video Integrity Project, public-sector organizations can extend that assurance to their highest-priority cameras, complementing the protections XProtect already provides for investigations, accountability, and public safety."

By creating an independent cryptographic record of the original footage, SWEAR gives organizations verifiable documentation that video remains unchanged — providing a trusted point of reference for investigations, legal proceedings, and other situations where the integrity of evidence may be challenged.

"AI has fundamentally changed the standard for trusting video," said Jason Crawforth, CEO, SWEAR. "It's no longer enough to look at a recording and believe what you see. Organizations need a way to prove that the video they present in an investigation, in court, or to the public is authentic and unchanged from the moment it was captured. That's what SWEAR provides, and the Community Video Integrity Project is about putting that capability into the hands of organizations where trust in digital evidence is absolutely critical."

Public sector security leaders and Milestone customers interested in the SWEAR Community Video Integrity Project can learn more or apply at www.swear.com/community-video-integrity-project.

(North American Premiere)

NEW YORK, Sept. 10, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- The Korean Cultural Center New York (KCCNY), a branch of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism of the Republic of Korea, will present the North American premiere of Yunie's Magical Adventure: A Musical Dreamscape for the Whole Family for two performances on Friday, September 25 at 6 PM and Saturday, September 26 at 4 PM at the theater of the Korean Cultural Center New York as part of the "KCCNY Curates" series. Co-presented by KCCNY and MIRI Opera, the imaginative family music theater production blends live music, multimedia storytelling, and participatory play to create an engaging and interactive experience for young audiences and families.

Timed around Chuseok, often described as Korean Thanksgiving and one of Korea's most important traditional holidays, the production brings beloved Korean children's songs and traditional games to life through the vibrant sounds of Western classical and Korean traditional music. Through music, movement, and imaginative play, the performance celebrates the spirit of togetherness and shared memories while offering children and families a joyful introduction to Korean culture.

The story follows Yunie, a curious young girl who travels with her family to Grandma's house for Chuseok. While the adults are busy preparing the holiday feast, Yunie finds herself without anyone her age to play with. Just as she begins to feel lonely and sleepy, something extraordinary happens: tofu and bean sprouts come to life and become her new friends. Together, they enter a magical world filled with music, games, friendship, and unexpected discoveries.

Featuring a live chamber orchestra (New York Classical Players), colorful visuals, animation, and interactive storytelling, Yunie's Magical Adventure introduces audiences to some of Korea's most beloved traditional songs and games, including Kkomaya Kkomaya (Little Child), Mugunghwa Flower Has Bloomed (Korean Red Light, Green Light), Dong Dong Dongdaemun (Gate Game), Toad, Toad (Sandcastle Game), Hide-and-Seek, and Ganggangsullae (Circle Dance).

At its heart, Yunie's Magical Adventure explores universal themes of family, friendship, imagination, and belonging, creating a playful space where young audiences can discover Korean traditions while sharing the joy of music and play together.

Admission is free and open to the public, but pre-registration is required.

Synopsis

With Chuseok, one of Korea's most important traditional holidays, just around the corner, Yunie's family is busy shopping in a bustling marketplace. It is a cherished Korean tradition to make wishes under the full moon during Chuseok—but oh no, it's raining! Will Yunie and her family be able to see the full moon on Chuseok night?

On the morning of their trip to Grandma's house, cheerful Yunie sets off hand in hand with her loving mom and dad. But once they arrive, all the adults are busy preparing the holiday feast. With no other children her age around, Yunie begins to feel lonely and bored—and maybe even a little sleepy. Then, just as she is about to drift off, something extraordinary happens. Yunie's eyes open wide as a magical world begins to unfold before her!
