Singapore – September 03, 2026 -- Trip.com Group has reported a nearly 40% increase in booking value for active travel over the past year, as more travelers plan trips around sports and physical activity rather than sightseeing alone.

Searches for active experiences jumped 30% year on year

Singapore led search growth at 80%, followed by Malaysia at 65% and the United Kingdom at 50%. France, Italy, Germany and Spain all posted triple-digit growth in searches for active sports experiences.
