KeyBank secures naming rights to new glass-side premium seating area

The agreement rebrands an exclusive, all-inclusive premium seating section on the glass as the KeyBank Ice Deck, featuring eight tickets in the corner of the Avalanche's attack-twice side at Ball Arena.

Bank extends 30-year sponsorship history dating to franchise's 1995 Denver debut

KeyBank has been an original partner of the Avalanche since the team relocated to Denver in 1995, spanning more than 1,428 wins and three Stanley Cup Championships. Last season, the bank presented the Avs Alley watch parties during the 2026 Stanley Cup Playoffs.

Deal adds small-business media spotlight and presenting sponsorships

The renewal introduces a KeyBank Small Business Spotlight program, highlighting Colorado-based small businesses across Altitude Sports television and radio, digital media, and in-game elements at Ball Arena. KeyBank will also serve as presenting sponsor of the next three regular-season home openers and the annual Avalanche Alumni Game at the University of Denver, with its logo placed at center ice beneath the Avalanche logo and on banners at the Grand Atrium west entrance.

"KeyBank is proud to return as the Official Retail Bank of the Colorado Avalanche, building on a relationship that dates back to the team's first puck drop 30 years ago," said Chris Picardi, KeyBank Colorado Market President.
