Solving the enterprise AI execution gap with dedicated delivery teams and proven accelerators.

ANDOVER, Mass., Sept. 14, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- ALKU, a leading specialized staffing firm, today announced the launch of ALKU Intelligence, a dedicated division delivering end-to-end AI, data engineering, and advanced analytics solutions.

The launch represents a key milestone following ALKU's acquisition of rockITdata earlier this month, formally integrating its advanced AI and data engineering practice under the ALKU brand. Chris Ferrara, who joins ALKU through the acquisition, leads the division as Chief AI Officer.

ALKU Intelligence works alongside ALKU's established staffing practices to deliver a complete technical lifecycle. While specialized staffing teams continue to provide expert consultants on demand, the solutions division deploys dedicated delivery teams equipped with proprietary accelerators to take full ownership of end-to-end AI and data implementations. By prioritizing achievable, high-value AI use cases and applying reusable intellectual property, the division delivers an average time-to-value of under 90 days, even for complex, enterprise-grade deployments.

"ALKU has always been at its best when we listen to our clients and evolve around their needs," said James Cassin-Reed, Vice President of Revenue Strategy and Partnerships at ALKU. "Our clients are moving past AI experimentation into real deployment, but they need strategic direction alongside technical capacity. Bringing dedicated delivery capabilities under the ALKU brand allows us to solve bigger, more complex challenges for the organizations we serve."

"Organizations have traditionally had to choose between accessing specialized talent and engaging a consulting partner that takes responsibility for the outcome," said Chris Ferrara, Chief AI Officer of ALKU Intelligence. "ALKU Intelligence brings those capabilities together. We combine the discipline, accelerators, and accountability of a project-based consulting firm with the scale and reach of ALKU's extensive talent network, giving clients a faster, more adaptable way to turn AI opportunities into measurable business results."

Knak Expands Its AI Production Layer to Mobile as RCS Business Use Grows
Image File
Original HTML

Enterprise demand for marketing production increases as brands look to add more channels and strengthen marketing performance.

SAN FRANCISCO, Sept. 14, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Knak, the AI production layer for enterprise marketing, today launched Mobile Message Builder, bringing SMS and Rich Communication Services (RCS) message production into the same production environment where teams build email and landing pages.

- For more information on Knak's mobile message builder, visit knak.com/mobile.

Marketing production is the system between creative brief and send, where campaign assets get built, personalized, optimized, and approved. AI has made drafting content nearly free. The work that goes into producing the finished, on-brand, approved asset hasn't kept pace. Knak's "Marketing Production in the Age of AI" study of 333 enterprise marketers found 85% missed at least one planned campaign launch last year because of production constraints, with approvals, creative production and cross-team coordination the leading causes.

That production gap is showing up fast in the newest marketing channel. RCS asks marketing teams to build richer, interactive content and clear carrier and brand-verification approvals, on top of the campaign workflows they already run. Most of that work happens outside any production system — in docs, spreadsheets and whichever sending platform's editor is closest to hand — with no shared brand rules, no version history and no approval trail. Juniper Research forecasts that business RCS messages will nearly quadruple, from 125 billion globally in 2026 to more than 485 billion by 2030.

Mobile Message Builder puts SMS and RCS on the same production line, with the same brand standards, collaboration and approval workflows teams already use for every other asset they ship.

"Mobile is the channel customers open first, and it's usually the one with the least production rigor behind it. Teams spent years building approval chains and brand control into email. Mobile never got that treatment, and RCS is making that hard to ignore," said Brendan Farnand, co-founder and CCO at Knak. "Adding a channel shouldn't mean adding another process and another tool. A text should clear the same review as everything else you ship."

Mobile Message Builder is built into Knak and includes:

- One production line across channels: Build SMS and RCS in the same environment as email and landing pages, on shared assets, brand guidelines and design rules, so a campaign holds together across every channel it runs on.

- RCS and its SMS fallback in one asset: Create both versions together, with AI generating the SMS variant from the RCS message, and keep them together through review and approval instead of tracking them separately.

- Preview before export: See personalized messages in light and dark mode with merge tags resolved, so rendering problems get caught before execution rather than after.

- Governance built in: Comment, tag colleagues, run multi-step approvals, and keep version history and a full audit trail — alongside brand voice checks and mobile-specific requirements like character limits, required opt-out language and RCS fields.

"When email, SMS and RCS are built for the same journey, they need to be reviewed in the same place," said Felipe Giannazzo, Manager, Product Technology – MarTech at AT&T. "We have to prove an SMS or RCS message will render the way creative intended before it goes to execution, and that usually means test sends and manual validation across a pile of devices. Having that content sit alongside our email pipeline in Knak takes the manual work out of it."

Mobile messaging is the third channel on Knak's production line, with more planned in 2027.

Knak will show Mobile Message Builder at Dreamforce, Sept. 15–17, 2026, at Moscone Center in San Francisco, alongside its roadmap for enterprise AI marketing production across email, landing pages, mobile messaging and advertising.

Mobile Message Builder is in beta with enterprise customers now and will be generally available in October 2026.

Based on service type, the pipette calibration services market is segmented into on-site calibration, off-site calibration, and hybrid programs. The on-site calibration segment accounted for the largest market share in 2025, owing to its ability to minimize instrument downtime, eliminate transportation requirements, and maintain laboratory workflows during calibration activities. Pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies, clinical and diagnostic laboratories, research institutions, and testing laboratories increasingly prefer on-site services for calibrating large pipette inventories directly at their facilities. These services enable technicians to perform calibration, performance verification, adjustment, and preventive maintenance without requiring instruments to be shipped to external laboratories. Furthermore, the increasing adoption of high-throughput and automated liquid-handling systems is strengthening demand for rapid and convenient calibration solutions. The availability of accredited on-site calibration services, flexible scheduling, multi-brand servicing, and integrated maintenance programs is further supporting the segment's market leadership.

Based on service provider type, the pipette calibration services market is segmented into OEM/manufacturer-affiliated, independent third-party metrology labs, and distributor-led service networks. The independent third-party metrology labs segment is expected to register the highest CAGR during the forecast period, owing to the growing preference for multi-brand calibration services, greater flexibility in service selection, and increasing demand for accredited and traceable calibration from specialized providers. Independent laboratories can service pipettes from multiple manufacturers, enabling pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies, clinical laboratories, research institutions, and testing facilities to consolidate calibration activities with a single service provider. Their ability to offer ISO/IEC 17025-accredited calibration, on-site and off-site services, repair and maintenance, faster turnaround, and customized service programs is further strengthening their appeal. Additionally, the expansion of large laboratory networks and increasing adoption of outsourced equipment maintenance are encouraging organizations to rely on independent metrology specialists rather than manufacturer-specific service channels. These advantages, combined with growing demand for cost-effective and flexible calibration solutions, are expected to accelerate the adoption of independent third-party metrology labs throughout the forecast period.

Dallas-Fort Worth Family Dental Practice Active Dental Surpasses 2,500 Five-Star Patient Reviews Across Its Five Locations
Image File

Active Dental, a family and emergency dental practice with offices in Irving, Plano, Frisco, Flower Mound and Prosper, Texas, has surpassed 2,500 five-star patient reviews on Google across its five Dallas-Fort Worth locations. The milestone reflects more than 17 years of patient care since the practice opened its first office in Irving in 2009.

IRVING, Texas, Sept. 14, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Active Dental has surpassed 2,500 five-star patient reviews on Google across its five Dallas-Fort Worth offices in Irving, Plano, Frisco, Flower Mound and Prosper. The practice has now received more than 2,800 Google reviews in total, and each of its five locations currently holds an average Google rating of 4.8 or 4.9 stars.

Active Dental opened its first office in Irving in 2009 under founder Dr. Kalpesh Patel and has since grown into a five-location practice serving families across the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. The review total was built one appointment at a time, across routine cleanings, children's checkups, restorative work and same-day emergency visits, and it spans every office rather than resting on a single location.

Reading through the reviews, several themes come up again and again regardless of which office a patient visited. Patients frequently mention short waits and appointments that start on time, dentists and hygienists who take the time to explain what they found and walk through the options, and pricing that is discussed upfront before treatment begins. Many reviews come from patients who were seen the same day for a dental emergency, including on Saturdays, and from parents whose children have been coming to the practice for years.

Those themes line up closely with how the practice was built. Active Dental offers extended weekday hours and Saturday appointments, same-day emergency care, and help understanding insurance benefits and financing options. Each office is designed around patient comfort, with amenities such as blankets, pillows and in-room entertainment in the treatment rooms and warm towels at the end of each visit, details patients often point to in their feedback.

"When I opened our first office in Irving in 2009, the idea was simple: run a dental practice that respects people's time and gives them straight answers about their care," said Dr. Kalpesh Patel, founder of Active Dental. "Twenty-five hundred five-star reviews is not something any one person can take credit for. Every one of those reviews was written by a patient who took a few minutes out of their day to tell others about their visit, and we do not take that lightly. It reflects the work of our dentists, hygienists, assistants and front-desk teams at all five offices, and it is a standard we intend to keep earning with every appointment."

The milestone comes during a year of continued investment across the practice, including the recent renovation of the Plano office, which added three treatment rooms along with new equipment and updated technology. All five Active Dental offices are accepting new patients, and prospective patients can read reviews for each location on its Google Business Profile before booking.

Online reviews reflect the experiences of individual patients, and each patient's experience and treatment needs are different. Patients are encouraged to schedule an exam to discuss their own oral health goals with an Active Dental dentist.

Richmond Hill, Ontario's KATIE DAUSON Delivers A Sweet, Electric Love Song On New Single "Fresh Sugar"

Spotify I YouTube I Website I Instagram

RICHMOND HILL, ON, Sept. 14, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Richmond Hill, Ontario musician Katie Dauson has released "Fresh Sugar," a country rock love ballad built around the feeling of finally finding the person who makes everything else make sense. The song came together fast and unexpectedly, written on her dad's birthday, after a spin of a Raspberries record on vinyl handed her the hook and title in the same instant, and she started writing right there in the family room of her house.

That immediacy carries through the song itself, a tribute to the kind of love that hits like a freight train and never lets up. "You're just like fresh sugar baby, it's the sweetest thing I know, your lovin' drives me crazy, and you electrify my soul," she sings on the chorus, following a verse that describes the feeling as "harder than the hardest diamond, bigger than torrential rain."

Dauson recorded "Fresh Sugar" at Cleveland Sound Lab in Vaughan, Ontario with producer and engineer James Nickle, releasing the single through Frog & Bog Records. She wrote, composed, and sang the song herself, playing rhythm guitar on the track and designing the single artwork.

Dauson blends rock and roll, rockabilly, surf rock, country, folk and bluegrass into something that resists easy categorization, drawing on influences as varied as The Beatles, Bob Dylan, Fats Domino, ELO and Gordon Lightfoot. Her path into music was anything but a straight line. She studied physics and astronomy at York University and spent time at the David Dunlap Observatory under the guidance of Dr. Tom Bolton, the astronomer credited with discovering the first black hole. Health setbacks eventually pulled her away from that path, and she found her way to a local open mic, where performing her original song "Virtual Sky" changed the direction of her life for good.

Onstage, Dauson leads a full band, with Trenton Moore on drums, Lex Stultz on bass, Blake Little on lead guitar, Darren Armoogam on keyboards, and Kun Huang and Walter Chan rounding out the horn section on saxophone and flute.

With "Fresh Sugar," Dauson offers her sweetest and most direct love song yet, proof that the most powerful feelings are often the simplest ones to sing about.

The exchange validates Boeing's ability to deliver fully overhauled, Boeing‑certified main and nose landing gear assemblies that arrive ready to install — reducing aircraft on‑ground time and easing spare‑parts burdens for operators.

The Landing Gear Exchange Program has long provided customers with a practical alternative to buying and warehousing expensive spare gear. This first 737 MAX swap with American Airlines demonstrates the program's proven model — overhaul, certification and delivery of ready‑to‑install assemblies — is effective for the newest generation of Boeing single‑aisle aircraft.

"This milestone reinforces what our customers have known for years: Boeing's Landing Gear Exchange capability delivers predictable, safe and cost‑effective outcomes," said William Ampofo, senior vice president, Parts & Distribution and Supply Chain, Boeing Global Services. "Extending the program to the 737 MAX gives operators another proven tool to shorten downtime, manage costs and align heavy maintenance with operational needs."

For the completed 737 MAX exchange Boeing supplied an overhauled and certified landing gear assembly with installation kit. The swap validated the end‑to‑end process — from technical overhaul and paperwork through delivery — and proved the approach can be applied consistently to the MAX fleet.

Boeing is also increasing global overhaul capacity and coordinating with certified MRO partners to expand geographic availability and shorten lead times. Near term priorities include enlarging 737 MAX‑capable exchange inventory, adding forward‑exchange slots close to customer operations, and tracking operational metrics to quantify downtime and cost benefits as the program scales.

By enabling a forward exchange of certified assemblies, Boeing's solution helps airlines avoid lengthy in‑place overhauls and the risk of extended groundings. Operators can shift from holding high‑cost spare inventories to reserving forward‑exchange slots, freeing working capital and improving fleet predictability. Boeing manages the technical overhaul, incorporation of applicable service bulletins, certification and supplier coordination, transferring inventory and obsolescence risk away from operators.

For the completed 737 MAX exchange Boeing supplied overhauled and certified main and nose landing gear assemblies with installation kits (wheels, tires and brakes excluded). The swap validated the end‑to‑end process — from technical overhaul and paperwork through delivery — and proved the approach can be applied consistently to the MAX fleet.

A leading global aerospace company and top U.S. exporter, Boeing develops, manufactures and services commercial airplanes, defense products and space systems for customers in more than 150 countries. Our U.S. and global workforce and supplier base drive innovation, economic opportunity, sustainability and community impact. PLANO, Texas, Sept. 14, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Nex-Tech Wireless and Ericsson today announced a comprehensive four-year network modernization agreement that will upgrade approximately 85 percent of Nex-Tech Wireless' Radio Access Network (RAN) footprint across rural Kansas, deploy a cloud-native 5G SA Core, and enable new network hosting capabilities for other mobile operators. The initiative is a key step in Nex-Tech Wireless' rural telecom network modernization strategy, bringing advanced 5G services to communities outside of major metropolitan markets.

Building on the success of the previous agreement between the companies, the new agreement extends the existing collaboration and further strengthens Nex-Tech Wireless' regional carrier competitive strategy. This RAN and Core modernization is critical to enhancing network performance, ensuring long-term reliability, and supporting continued subscriber growth in rural Kansas.

Under the new agreement, Nex-Tech Wireless will upgrade its network using Ericsson Radio System products and solutions, including the AI-capable RAN Processor 6655 and the latest 4G and 5G SA RAN software features, enabling higher throughput, lower latency, and seamless FDD/TDD coverage. This update improves coverage, capacity, and spectral efficiency, creating a scalable telecom network growth platform that can evolve in line with customer demand and new 5G use cases.

On the core side, the agreement expands the existing implementation of Ericsson's dual-mode 5G Core solution, running on Ericsson's Cloud Native Infrastructure Solution (CNIS) to include 5G Core and roaming capabilities, supporting the rollout of 5G Standalone (SA). The agreement also introduces Ericsson's Telco DataOps Platform (ETDP), enabling 5G deployments while ensuring accurate billing and revenue management across the core network. The expansion will deliver a future-proof wireless network architecture that supports 5G Standalone deployment for rural wireless carriers.

"Nex-Tech Wireless is bringing the benefits of advanced 5G Standalone to rural Kansas communities," said Jon Lightle, President & CEO at Nex-Tech Wireless. "By partnering with Ericsson to modernize our RAN and expand our cloud-native 5G Core, we are strengthening our network performance today while creating a scalable, future-proof platform for new services and opportunities in the years ahead."

"This agreement underscores Ericsson's commitment to regional carriers that are driving innovation in rural markets," said Per Wahlen, Senior Vice President and Head of Customer Unit US Hyperscalers & Regional Accounts, Ericsson Americas. "We are helping Nex-Tech Wireless execute its rural telecom network modernization strategy end-to-end, support subscriber growth, and unlock new revenue streams with hosting capabilities and differentiated 5G connectivity."

This agreement addresses Nex-Tech Wireless' long-term technology and business requirements while ensuring the network remains modern, scalable, and positioned to support future monetization opportunities across the 5G ecosystem.

Robin by Atera Achieves 321% ROI According to New Forrester Study
Image File

Study finds Robin, Atera's Autonomous IT agent, autonomously resolves up to 90% of manual service desk tickets by Year 3, driving $7.3 million in total benefits against $1.7 million in costs

NEW YORK, Sept. 14, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Atera, the pioneer of the Autonomous IT platform for the modern enterprise, today announced the findings of a new Total Economic Impact™ (TEI) Report conducted by Forrester Consulting on behalf of Atera. The study examined the potential financial impact of Robin by Atera and found that a composite enterprise organization could realize a 321% return on investment, $5.5 million in net present value, and payback in less than six months over three years.

Enterprise IT teams described a familiar set of challenges before deploying Robin, including reactive, largely manual service desk operations, high volumes of repetitive, low-value tickets, fragmented tooling, and rising support demand that would otherwise require adding headcount to sustain service levels.

To quantify Robin's impact against those challenges, Forrester interviewed four enterprise decision-makers and combined their experiences into a single composite organization, a 2,500-employee enterprise with $800 million in annual revenue and a 30-person Level 1/Level 2 service desk team. Over three years, the study found the composite organization achieved $7.3 million in risk-adjusted benefits against $1.7 million in costs, for a net present value (NPV) of $5.5 million.

"Enterprises are increasingly looking for third-party validation and peer proof over vendor claims," said Gil Pekelman, co-founder and CEO of Atera. "This study gives IT leaders a numbers-based answer to the question every CFO is asking about AI investments: what's the actual return? Robin was built to remove everyday technology friction so teams can focus on higher-value work. Forrester's study shows how that can translate into measurable financial impact for a composite enterprise organization."

Autonomy that scales with the organization

According to the study, Robin was forecasted to autonomously resolve 60% of manual service desk tickets in Year 1, increasing to 90% by Year 3 as integrations matured and Robin's knowledge base expanded. For the composite organization, that modeled autonomy curve contributed to five categories of quantified benefits over three years:

- $3.3 million in avoided IT service desk costs through autonomous ticket resolution

- $533,000 in efficiency gains from Robin's autonomous triage of incoming tickets

- $2.9 million in recovered end-user productivity through faster issue resolution

- $241,000 in avoided hiring costs as Robin absorbed ticket volume growth without added headcount

- Avoided shadow IT remediation costs worth $305,000 through reduced end-users' reliance on unsanctioned tools and workarounds

Interviewed organizations also reported improvements they could not quantify, including a shift from reactive "firefighting" IT support to a more proactive service model, more strategic use of IT staff time, and stronger SLA performance. One interviewed healthcare organization reported that SLA compliance improved from 75% to almost 100%.

Webull Expands Futures Offering with CME Nano Futures, Bringing Smaller Equity Index Contracts to Retail Investors
Image File

New contracts are one-tenth the size of CME Micro E-mini futures, giving eligible Webull customers greater flexibility to manage market exposure

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla., Sept. 14, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Webull (NASDAQ: BULL), an online investment platform, today announced that eligible customers will have access to CME Group's E-nano S&P 500 and E-nano Nasdaq-100 futures, expanding the platform's futures offering with smaller-sized contracts. This expands Webull's futures offering with smaller contracts that allow retail investors to manage exposure to major U.S. equity indexes in more precise increments.

CME Nano Futures are ultra-small equity index futures contracts sized at one-tenth of comparable CME Micro E-mini futures. The smaller contract size allows investors to take positions with less notional exposure and potentially lower dollar margin requirements, providing greater control over position sizing and the ability to manage risk in smaller increments.

"Our vision is to ensure Webull continues to evolve alongside the needs of individual investors and the many ways they engage with the markets," said Anthony Denier, Group President and U.S. CEO of Webull. "The addition of CME Nano Futures reflects that vision by expanding the breadth of products available through the platform and strengthening our futures offering."

"As our retail futures customer base continues to grow, CME Nano Futures expand the Webull experience by giving customers a more accessible way to participate in major equity index markets," said Tanmay Sheth, FCM Product Head- Futures and Prediction Markets at Webull. "This launch reflects our commitment to enhancing the retail experience for futures and derivatives products through flexible, customer-focused trading tools."

Through Webull, eligible customers can trade Nano Futures alongside the platform's existing futures products and use the same tools and functionality to monitor markets, manage positions and make informed trading decisions. The contracts are available to customers with an approved Webull futures account and remain subject to applicable account, margin, risk and jurisdictional requirements.

The addition of Nano Futures builds on Webull's expansion of its futures offering and gives eligible retail customers another way to manage equity index exposure. By enabling positions in smaller increments, the contracts can support more precise position sizing across a broader range of account sizes, expanding the ways investors can manage market exposure and tailor their strategies to their individual risk preferences.

CME Nano Futures are expected to be available to eligible Webull customers in mid-September.
