GAC Cambodia KD Plant Starts Production, Setting a New Benchmark for Localized Manufacturing

KAMPONG CHHNANG, Cambodia, Sept. 19, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- On September 17, the inauguration ceremony of GAC Cambodia KD Plant was grandly held in Kampong Chhnang Province. Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Manet and Chinese Ambassador to Cambodia Wang Wenbin attended the ceremony, while Jiang Xiuyun, Deputy General Manager of GAC Group, and Wang Shunsheng, Deputy General Manager of GAC International and President of the Southeast Asia Regional Center, together with the leadership of TH Group, GAC's strategic partner in Cambodia, witnessed the official launch of the THAM assembly plant for GAC vehicles. This marks a new stage in GAC's development in Cambodia, transitioning from complete vehicle exports to local manufacturing, and stands as yet another achievement of China-Cambodia economic and trade cooperation.

Prime Minister Hun Manet was present in person to witness this important moment. He noted that the official commencement of the GAC KD Plant is a significant achievement of the Royal Government of Cambodia's industrial transformation, helping Cambodia upgrade from labor-intensive industries to capital-, advanced-technology- and high-skill-driven sectors, spurring local industrial development, raising the added value of the national economy, and cultivating new sources of economic growth.

From complete vehicle imports to local assembly, GAC has steadily built its presence in Cambodia. The project was fully launched in 2024, and through close collaboration among all parties, the plant completed all preparatory and construction work and officially entered production. Under this local assembly project, TH Group is responsible for plant investment, construction and vehicle assembly, while GAC supplies complete knocked-down (CKD) kits, technical standards and full-chain technical support. With a designed annual capacity of around 10,000 units.

Strong market performance further validates the results of GAC's deep cultivation. TRUMPCHI has enjoyed explosive growth in Cambodia since 2024, with an average annual compound growth rate of over 300% over the past three years, and ranked first among Chinese automotive brands in Cambodia in 2025, with continuously expanding brand influence.

The production launch of GAC Cambodia KD Plant marks a brand-new starting point for GAC's deep cultivation in Cambodia. Over the past seven years, from channel development to product rollout, from brand establishment to manufacturing upgrading, GAC has been sharing development opportunities with the Cambodian people through tangible capacity, employment and technology.

Global Times: China's success and prosperity stem from the CPC's outstanding leadership: former Egyptian PM

BEIJING, Sept. 18, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- As this year marks the 105th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China (CPC), a national conference on Party building was held in Beijing on June 15, making arrangements for studying and implementing Xi Jinping Thought on Party Building. The Thought reflects intrinsic connections among Party self-governance, Party strengthening and national rejuvenation. Articulated through the "Fourteen Upholds" - and comprising a series of signature major concepts, original ideas, and fundamental theoretical insights - the Thought has made major original contributions to the development of the Marxist theory of Party building, and is of great practical significance and far-reaching guiding significance for strengthening the Party and the country.

Of the "Fourteen Upholds," the first is that upholding the Party's leadership is the defining feature of socialism with Chinese characteristics. The book Xi Jinping: The Governance of China includes several important speeches on upholding and strengthening the leadership of the Party. In the "Speech at the Ceremony Marking the Centenary of the Communist Party of China" included in Volume IV of Xi Jinping: The Governance of China, Chinese President Xi Jinping stressed, "The leadership of the Party is the defining feature of socialism with Chinese characteristics and constitutes the greatest strength of this system. It is the foundation and lifeblood of the Party and the country, and the crux upon which the interests and wellbeing of all Chinese people depend."

Standing at a new historical starting point and guided by Xi Jinping Thought on Party Building, the CPC is advancing from the "world's largest political party" to becoming the "world's most powerful political Party." With unified thinking, firm resolve, coordinated action, and strong fighting strength, it will vigorously advance the great new project of Party building in the new era, thereby providing a strong political guarantee for the noble cause of building a powerful nation and achieving national rejuvenation.

In the 26th installment of the special series "Decoding the Book Xi Jinping: The Governance of China," the Global Times, along with the People's Daily Overseas Edition, continues to invite Chinese and foreign scholars, translators of Xi's works, practitioners with firsthand experience, and international readers to focus on the theme of Xi Jinping Thought on Party Building. Together, they deeply explore the core essence of Xi Jinping Thought on Party Building, as well as its profound practical and global significance, and jointly explore the question: "Why has the CPC remained vibrant after 105 years?"

In the 26th article of the "Readers' Reflections" column, Global Times (GT) talked to Essam Sharaf (Sharaf), former Egyptian Prime Minister, to get his insights on the understanding of Xi Jinping Thought on Party Building, and why "upholding the CPC's leadership" is key for the Chinese to realize their dreams. From an international perspective, he also analyzes the profound significance of Chinese modernization for the global development and governance.

GT: On June 15, 2026, a national conference on Party building was held in Beijing. According to the meeting, Xi Jinping Thought on Party Building is an important component of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, has made major original contributions to the development of the Marxist theory of Party building, and is of great practical significance and far-reaching guiding significance for strengthening the Party and the country. What's your understanding on the Thought? What experience or insights can the Thought provide for the discussions on advancing a ruling party's governance capacity and enhancing national governance across the world?

Sharaf: Xi Jinping Thought on Party Building addresses a fundamental question facing every ruling party: how to maintain vitality, strengthen governance capacity, and preserve public trust over the long term. My understanding is that this thought emphasizes the Party's ability to continuously improve itself through political commitment, organizational discipline, ideological cohesion, cadre development, anti-corruption efforts, and governance based on institutions and rules. It recognizes that a ruling party cannot effectively reform society unless it is willing to reform itself.

This lesson extends beyond China. Many governance challenges around the world arise not because countries lack policies, but because institutions lack effectiveness, coordination, or public confidence. The Chinese experience suggests that governance capacity depends not only on economic resources but also on institutional discipline, accountability, and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.

One of the most important lessons is that self-renewal is essential for long-term success. Institutions must regularly evaluate their performance, address shortcomings, and pursue continuous improvement. Without such efforts, even capable systems may struggle to sustain effectiveness over time.

GT: In the "Speech at the Ceremony Marking the Centenary of the Communist Party of China" included in Volume IV of Xi Jinping: The Governance of China, President Xi said "Over the past century, the Communist Party of China has secured extraordinary achievements on behalf of the people. Today, it is rallying the Chinese people and leading them on a new journey towards realizing the Second Centenary Goal." This year marks the 105th founding anniversary of the Communist Party of China (CPC). In retrospect of the CPC's major achievements, what do you think the CPC has done right? And, what does the CPC-led system mean for China?

Sharaf: The core secret behind China's tremendous success and prosperity lies in the outstanding leadership of the CPC. This is the fundamental key to understanding the miracle of China's development. In retrospect of the CPC's major achievements over the past 105 years, one of the CPC's most notable achievements has been guiding China through successive stages of development guided by clear long-term objectives.

The achievement of building a moderately prosperous society in all respects marked a historic milestone. It reflected decades of effort to reduce poverty, improve living standards, expand education and healthcare, and ensure that development benefits reached broad segments of society. The scale of poverty reduction achieved in China remains one of the most significant development accomplishments in modern history.

Yet China did not regard this achievement as the final destination. Instead, it became the foundation for a more ambitious objective: building China into a great modern socialist country in all respects. This goal extends beyond material prosperity. It encompasses technological innovation, industrial upgrading, cultural confidence, ecological sustainability, stronger governance, and enhanced national strength. In essence, China's vision of modernization seeks comprehensive national development rather than economic growth alone.

A defining feature of this approach is its long-term strategic perspective. Present actions are consistently linked to future national goals, creating continuity and direction that support sustained development.

GT: Xi Jinping Thought on Party Building stresses that upholding the Party's leadership is the defining feature of socialism with Chinese characteristics. In the article "Maximize the Institutional Strength of CPC Leadership" included in Volume III of Xi Jinping: The Governance of China, President Xi pointed out, "Leadership by the Party is the defining feature of socialism with Chinese characteristics. It represents the common will and fundamental interests of the entire Party and all the Chinese people, and is the fundamental guarantee for a decisive victory in building a moderately prosperous society in all respects and the great success of socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era." You have visited China around 50 times since 2005. Could you please introduce some anecdotes about your engagement with the CPC, and how do you think of the CPC?

Sharaf: My engagement with China began in 2005 during my tenure as Egypt's Minister of Transport. And, I have since visited China about 50 times over 20 plus years. Each visit revealed the same striking pattern: rapid progress in infrastructure, technology, and new industries. The speed and quality of this development are truly impressive.

Throughout my visits to China, I have met CPC officials, scholars, local administrators, and representatives of various institutions. One observation emerged repeatedly: the strong connection between strategic vision and practical implementation. Whether visiting development zones, infrastructure projects, or areas transformed through poverty alleviation programs, I was struck by the degree of coordination among different actors. Government agencies, enterprises, communities, educational institutions, and Party organizations appeared to be working toward common objectives.

What particularly impressed me was that local officials rarely discussed projects in isolation. Instead, they consistently linked local initiatives to broader national priorities and long-term development strategies. This reflected a governance culture that emphasizes continuity, coordination, and strategic thinking.

These experiences helped me better understand what Chinese leaders describe as the institutional strength of CPC leadership. Its effectiveness lies not only in leadership itself but also in its ability to align institutions, mobilize resources, maintain policy continuity, and translate long-term visions into practical outcomes.

Global Times: China's innovation success is real global news, landing in the living rooms of Italian retirees who barely use a smartphone: Italian scientist

BEIJING, Sept. 18, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Ahead of the opening of the 2026 World AI Conference and High-Level Meeting on Global AI Governance, Chinese AI start-up Moonshot AI released its Kimi K3 large language model. As the world's largest open-source model by parameter count to date, this launch marks a significant step forward in the development of China's artificial intelligence models.

From the C919 airliner soaring into the skies to Unitree's humanoid robots stealing the show; from DeepSeek pushing the AI frontier to Moonshot AI's landmark unveiling of Kimi K3 - China's wave of homegrown innovations has dominated global headlines in recent years, delivering a steady stream of breakthroughs.

At a meeting in Beijing that brought together the national science and technology award conference, the general assemblies of the members of the Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS) and the Chinese Academy of Engineering (CAE), and the 11th national congress of the China Association for Science and Technology in July, Chinese President Xi Jinping, also general secretary of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee and chairman of the Central Military Commission, stressed that the 15th Five-Year Plan period (2026-2030) is a critical phase for tackling tough challenges in building up the country's strength in science and technology.

"We must seize the historic opportunity, rise to the challenges of the times, accelerate efforts to achieve high-level self-reliance and strength in science and technology, and make steady progress toward the 2035 goal of becoming a leading country in science and technology," he said.

In the article "Strive for Greater Strength and Self-Reliance in Science and Technology" included in the fourth volume of Xi Jinping: The Governance of China, Xi pointed out, "Through years of endeavor, our country's overall strength in science and technology has improved substantially. We therefore have a solid foundation, and are fully confident in our ability to seize the opportunities offered by the new revolution in science, technology and industry to achieve greater results." The article also mentioned that "We should participate to the full in global science and technology governance, contribute Chinese wisdom, and shape a philosophy of technology for good purposes, so that science and technology better serve human wellbeing, and enable China's science and technology industry to contribute more to building a global community of shared future."

In the 27th installment of the special series "Decoding the Book Xi Jinping: The Governance of China," the Global Times, along with the People's Daily Overseas Edition, continues to invite Chinese and foreign scholars, translators of Xi's works, practitioners with firsthand experience, and international readers to focus on the theme of striving for greater strength and self-reliance in science and technology. Together, they share views on China's tech growth, governance principles, and global cooperation in science and technology.

In the 27th article of the "Readers' Reflections" column, Global Times (GT) talked to Francesco Faiola (Faiola), an Italian professor at the Research Center for Eco-Environmental Sciences with Chinese Academy of Sciences and recipient of the Chinese Government Friendship Award.

GT: Chinese President Xi Jinping delivered a keynote speech at the opening ceremony of the 2026 World AI Conference and High-Level Meeting on Global AI Governance on July 17. He said that as a responsible major country, China is always committed to providing international public goods relating to AI. In the article "Boost Basic Research and Achieve Greater Strength and Self-Reliance in Science and Technology" included in the fifth volume of Xi Jinping: The Governance of China, Xi said, "It is important that we adopt a more open-minded approach to international exchange and cooperation in research to create an open, globally competitive innovation ecosystem." Amid the current complex global landscape, China remains firmly committed to keeping its doors open to international scientific collaboration. In your view, where does China's confidence in this commitment come from?

Faiola: I think China's confidence in staying open comes from a deep shift in mindset. The Chinese people, especially the scientific community, now really believe they are not inferior to Westerners. For a long time, even many people here thought top science had to happen at a Western address. When I first came, I believed that too. The US and Europe seemed like the only serious places for breakthroughs. Now that idea is changing, and moving toward China, because the evidence of leadership is everywhere: stem cell standards, artificial intelligence (AI) efficiency, green manufacturing. It's undeniable. China knows it has everything needed to attract and keep international talent. It's no longer a developing country playing catch up. It's a place that's helping set the global agenda.

That self-assurance is the bedrock of openness. When you truly believe you have unique strengths, like a huge organoid screening capability or a community of scientists who think deeply, you don't fear open doors. You want colleagues from everywhere to walk through so the science moves faster. My own lab works with European centers as equals. That parity is real. But we also know not everyone abroad gets this transformation yet. A lot of people still imagine Chinese science as just following others. That's exactly why China is pushing openness harder: funding lines for foreign principal investigators, open innovation hubs in Beijing, active participation in setting international standards. These aren't defensive moves. They're proof of a country confident enough to invite the world in, show what it can do, and create knowledge together.

On a deeper level, the confidence is also just rational. The big challenges - environmental problem, pandemic preparedness and precision medicine - are global. If China closed itself off, the data and validation its own regulators need would get weaker. So, the open door isn't charity. It's the smart recognition that scientific greatness today gets multiplied when you share it.

GT: In the article "Strive for Greater Strength and Self-Reliance in Science and Technology" included in the fourth volume of Xi Jinping: The Governance of China, Xi pointed out, "Through years of endeavor, our country's overall strength in science and technology has improved substantially. We therefore have a solid foundation, and are fully confident in our ability to seize the opportunities offered by the new revolution in science, technology and industry to achieve greater results." From the domestically built large passenger jet to DeepSeek, Unitree Robotics, and Moonshot AI's Kimi K3, China's innovation achievements have been making headlines. How do you assess China's achievements in sci-tech innovation in recent years?

Faiola: I measure China's innovation success in a very personal way. My parents are old, living in a small Italian town. They don't speak English. They don't understand molecular biology. They can't read a scientific paper. But over the past few years, they've called me up more than once, excited, telling me about a Chinese airplane or a humanoid robot or some AI breakthrough they saw on Italy's main TV news or in the newspapers.

That tells me something deep. These aren't niche stories for tech insiders. They are real global news, landing in the living rooms of retirees who barely use a smartphone. I'm not bragging to them about China's progress. They are telling me. When achievements get that far into everyday European life, it's a sign China is doing something the world finds worth talking about.

The C919 plane, DeepSeek, Unitree Robotics - these aren't one-off hits. They prove China can now conceive, design, and build complex, original systems on its own, whether it's an airliner, an advanced AI model, or an agile robot. That takes deep integration across different fields, aerodynamics, materials, real time control, and AI.

DeepSeek's whole philosophy, doing more with less, is exactly how we created affordable organoid screening tools. And the quiet shift from rule taker to rule maker in chemical safety standards, that mirrors the C919's ambition to compete globally on certification. All this shows China is blending manufacturing, digital smarts, and biology into one force. But my real proof is what I hear from my students. They don't just apply discoveries from papers anymore. They question the assumptions behind them. That intellectual confidence, and the fact it echoes all the way back to a small Italian town, is why I'm sure China will fully seize this moment.

GT: President Xi said that AI development should not be a solo performance by a single country, but a symphony of international cooperation. Having conducted research in China for many years, you are not only a witness but also a driving force behind China-Europe scientific exchanges. Looking ahead, how can both sides deepen complementary advantages and achieve mutually beneficial empowerment to jointly address global challenges such as climate change and health? Over the next five years, which specific sectors should China-Europe science and technology collaboration prioritize?

Faiola: I grew up in Italy and now I lead a lab in Beijing while working with colleagues all over Europe. So, China-Europe teamwork isn't some abstract idea to me. It's how my week actually looks. The old cliché, European basic research plus Chinese scale and speed, is already outdated. Both sides now generate novel insights. The relationship has to become genuine two-way cocreation.

I see three practical things that would deepen it.

About the Lawsuit

Hims & Hers Health and certain of its executives are charged with failing to disclose material information during the Class Period, violating federal securities laws.

On July 29, 2026, during market hours, the Federal Trade Commission ("FTC") announced that it had filed a lawsuit against the Company "alleging that the telehealth provider shared consumers' sensitive health information about medical conditions with third-party advertising platforms despite claiming its services maintain consumers' privacy and deceives users about its billing and cancellation practices." The FTC further alleged that the Company fails to "clearly disclose that it charges consumers for prescriptions almost immediately after they submit an intake form, despite telling consumers that they will be able to consult with a medical provider to find a treatment that is 'right for them.'"

On this news, the price of Hims & Hers Health shares fell $4.32, or 14.73%, to close at $25.00 on July 29, 2026, on unusually heavy trading volume.

The case is Velanki v. Hims & Hers Health, Inc. et al., 26-cv-09313.

About the Lawsuit

Simply Good and certain of its executives are charged with failing to disclose material information during the Class Period, violating federal securities laws.

On October 23, 2025, the Company announced its Q4 and YE August 30, 2025 financial results, disclosing that its OWYN (Only What You Need, Inc.) segment, acquired in 2024 for $280 million, had suffered a slowdown in sales growth due to a previously undisclosed product quality issue, specifically, that "a raw material sourcing decision for pea protein," which predated the close of the OWYN acquisition but was implemented shortly thereafter, had "resulted in taste and texture issues" as the products aged, leading to negative product ratings and reviews and depressed sales for OWYN. The Company also disclosed disappointing 2026 net sales guidance in the range of negative 2% to positive 2%, a decline in the rate of growth of at least 75% from the 9% net sales growth it had reported for fiscal 2025. On this news, the price of Simply Good shares fell more than 17%.

Then, on April 9, 2026, the Company announced its Q2 2026 earnings results, disclosing that OWYN's quarterly sales had contracted by nearly 17% year-over-year, as well as a $187 million impairment charge against its OWYN brand intangible assets and reduction of 2026 net sales outlook to a range of negative 7% to negative 10%. On this news, the price of Simply Good shares fell more than 27% over a two-day trading period.

The case is Monroe County Employees' Retirement System v. The Simply Good Foods Company, No. 26-cv-06971.

PayPal Holdings Investigation Initiated: Kahn Swick & Foti, LLC Investigates the Officers and Directors of PayPal Holdings, Inc. - PYPL

NEW YORK CITY and NEW ORLEANS, Sept. 18, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Former Attorney General of Louisiana, Charles C. Foti, Jr., Esq., a partner at the law firm of Kahn Swick & Foti, LLC ("KSF"), announces that KSF has commenced an investigation into PayPal Holdings, Inc. ("PayPal" or the "Company") (NasdaqGS: PYPL).

Throughout 2025, the Company provided overwhelmingly positive statements to investors touting confidence in its ability to capitalize on new initiatives to drive Branded Checkout growth both in the U.S. and internationally. However, on February 3, 2026, the Company announced its financial results for the fourth quarter and full fiscal year 2025, disclosing disappointing earnings with worsening performance in Branded Checkout as well as the sudden and surprising departure of its Chief Executive Officer. The Company further withdrew its 2027 financial targets provided one year earlier and announced projections that suggested a slowdown relative to those prior targets, which it attributed to a combination of macroeconomic factors, competition, and "operational and deployment issues" across all regions.

Thereafter, the Company and certain of its executives were sued in a securities class action lawsuit, charging them with failing to disclose material information during the Class Period in violation of federal securities laws, which remains ongoing.

KSF's investigation is focusing on whether PayPal's officers and/or directors breached their fiduciary duties to its shareholders or otherwise violated state or federal laws.

If you have information that would assist KSF in its investigation, or have been a long-term holder of PayPal shares and would like to discuss your legal rights, you may, without obligation or cost to you, call toll-free at 1-833-538-3666 or email KSF Managing Partner Lewis Kahn ([email protected]), or visit https://www.ksfcounsel.com/cases/nasdaqgs-pypl/ to learn more.

REPL Stockholders with Significant Losses Should Contact Robbins LLP Before the Pending October 5, 2026 Lead Plaintiff Deadline for Information About Recovering Their Losses
Image File
Original HTML

SAN DIEGO, Sept. 18, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Shareholder rights law firm Robbins LLP reminds investors that a class action was filed on behalf of all persons and entities that purchased or otherwise acquired Replimune Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: REPL) securities between October 20, 2025 and April 10, 2026 ("Class Period"). Replimune purports to be a clinical-stage biotechnology company focused on novel oncolytic immunotherapies. According to the complaint, the Company's lead product candidate is RP1 (vusolimogene oderparepvec).

The lawsuit alleges that the Company misled investors regarding the efficacy and viability of its lead product candidate RP1.

If you purchased or otherwise acquired REPL securities during the applicable Class Period and suffered a loss, you may have legal rights. Contact Robbins LLP for information about becoming lead plaintiff before the October 5, 2026 deadline.

Listen to our podcast.

Why Was Replimune Sued?

On October 20, 2025, Replimune announced that the U.S. Food and Drug Administration ("FDA") had accepted the resubmission of the Biologics License Application ("BLA") for RP1 in combination with nivolumab for the treatment of advanced melanoma in patients who progress on an anti-PD-1 containing regimen. The Company claimed that "[a]dditional information, data and analyses were included in the resubmission which will be part of the BLA review." The Company also stated that "[t]he FDA indicated this resubmission is considered to be a complete response to the complete response letter received in July 2025."

The complaint alleges that defendants failed to disclose to investors:

(1) that in connection with the BLA, the study design concerns previously communicated by the FDA were not addressed;

(2) that the Company had submitted data from an early unplanned analysis from RP1-104, which included only 40 patients (10% of the planned enrollment of 400 patients);

(3) that, as a result, RPL-001-16 and RP1-104 both had deficiencies that were likely to cause the FDA to reject the BLA; and

(4) that, as a result, defendants' positive statements about the Company's business, operations, and prospects were materially misleading and/or lacked a reasonable basis.

Why Did REPL Stock Drop?

The complaint alleges that on April 10, 2026, during market trading, the FDA published a Complete Response Letter ("CRL") rejecting Replimune's BLA for RP1 in combination with nivolumab. The FDA identified several deficiencies for each of the studies—RPL-001-16 (IGNYTE) and RP1-104 (IGNYTE-3)—submitted by Replimune and found that "the evidence as presented does not meet the evidentiary standards required for regulatory approval, and the results of the additional exploratory analyses of the RPL-001-16 data do not alter our initial conclusion that the RPL-001-16 trial is not an adequate and well-controlled clinical investigation that demonstrates substantial evidence of effectiveness."

The FDA further revealed that "[t]o support resubmission of the BLA on October 9, 2025, [Replimune] provided [objective response rate] data from an early unplanned analysis" from RP1-104 which included only 40 patients, 10% of the planned enrollment of 400 patients.

In the CRL, the FDA further revealed that it had "clearly communicated" its "concerns with the study design in multiple FDA interactions throughout [Replimune's] development program," but that "the study design concerns previously communicated were not addressed, and the contribution of [RP1] to the observed response rate in RPL-001-16 could not be determined."

On this news, the Company's share price fell $1.15 or 19.46%, before trading was halted, to close at $4.76 per share on April 10, 2026, on unusually heavy trading volume.

The complaint continues that on April 10, 2026, after the market closed, the Company issued a press release discussing the FDA's response letter for the RP1 BLA. In the press release, Replimune conceded that "a randomized controlled trial was preferred" by the FDA, but also claimed that the FDA communicated that "if the data was sufficiently compelling, a single arm trial could be acceptable for consideration under accelerated approval."

On this news, the Company's share price continued to fall $3.06 or 64.29%, to close at $1.70 per share on April 13, 2026.

What Is a Lead Plaintiff?

The lead plaintiff is a representative investor appointed by the court to act on behalf of other members of the proposed class and help direct the litigation. Stockholders who wish to seek appointment as lead counsel must submit their papers to the court by October 5, 2026. Investors do not have to become lead plaintiff to potentially participate in any recovery obtained through the litigation.

Does It Cost Anything to Participate?

No. Robbins LLP represents investors on a contingency fee basis.

Why Robbins LLP?

A recognized leader in shareholder rights litigation, Robbins LLP has helped restore more than $2 billion in value to shareholders and secured some of the largest recoveries in shareholder derivative litigation history.
