The Article Outlines the Key Stages of a Whole-Home Renovation, From Initial Planning and Permits to Construction and Final Finishes.

WINSTON-SALEM, N.C., Oct. 20, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- What should homeowners expect during a full home remodel? A HelloNation article answers this question by explaining the major remodeling phases, construction timelines, and preparations involved in a whole-house renovation.

The article features insights from Remodeling Expert Brian Ward of Ward Construction & Remodeling in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. It explains how understanding each stage of a home remodel in Winston-Salem can help homeowners prepare for construction and manage expectations throughout the project.

The HelloNation article begins with the design and planning phase, which establishes the foundation for the renovation. Homeowners and contractors review project goals, evaluate existing conditions, and develop budgets. In older Winston-Salem homes, assessing plumbing, electrical, and structural systems may require additional planning time.

The article explains that permitting is another important step before construction begins. Structural changes and certain plumbing or electrical improvements generally require building permits and approvals. Because processing times vary, homeowners should account for potential delays when developing their home remodeling timeline.

Once homeowners secure the necessary permits, demolition begins. The article describes how removing walls, flooring, cabinets, and outdated materials can temporarily disrupt daily routines. Dust, noise, and limited access to certain rooms are common during this stage.

Following demolition, contractors begin structural work and rough-in installations. These remodeling phases may include framing adjustments, plumbing upgrades, electrical wiring, and HVAC improvements. The article notes that crews must complete required inspections before covering certain systems with finished walls.

The HelloNation article also addresses unexpected conditions that may emerge during construction. Older homes can contain hidden issues that become visible only after demolition. Discovering damaged materials or outdated systems may require schedule and budget adjustments.

After rough-in work and inspections, the renovation moves into insulation and drywall installation. During this phase, rooms begin to take shape as walls close in and surfaces are prepared. However, drying times and finishing requirements can make visible progress seem slower than homeowners expect.

The article then examines the finishing stages of a home remodel in Winston-Salem. Cabinet installation, painting, flooring, lighting, plumbing fixtures, and appliances help transform construction spaces into usable rooms. Material availability and installation schedules can still affect completion dates during these final steps.

According to the article, communication between homeowners and contractors remains important throughout the renovation. Regular updates can help families understand scheduling changes, upcoming decisions, and potential disruptions. Clear expectations also support better planning when construction activities overlap.

The article discusses how homeowners may need to adjust their living arrangements during a whole-house renovation. Temporary kitchens, alternate sleeping spaces, or other accommodations can help families manage periods when essential rooms are unavailable. Preparing for these disruptions can make the remodeling experience more manageable.

Remodeling Expert Brian Ward is featured in the article's explanation of how each construction phase depends on the work completed before it. Planning, permits, demolition, inspections, and finishing activities all contribute to the overall project timeline.

The HelloNation article concludes that understanding the full renovation process helps homeowners make informed decisions and prepare for potential delays. Knowing what happens from planning through completion provides a clearer picture of the time, coordination, and flexibility involved.

KANSAS CITY, Mo., Oct. 20, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- The American Business Women's Association (ABWA) is thrilled to announce that Anita Eno, Founder and CEO of Prayers Are Answered Inc., has been named the 2027 American Business Woman of the Year, the Association's highest individual honor.

The American Business Woman of the Year is selected from ABWA's nationally recognized Top Ten Business Women of the Year program, which annually honors ten outstanding members for excellence in career achievement, education, leadership, and community involvement. One honoree is chosen to represent ABWA and working women nationwide. The 2027 honoree was recognized at ABWA's National Women's Leadership Conference in Sugar Land, Texas.

Raised by a single mother of six, Eno put herself through college and built a career as a mathematician and radar engineer before launching a multimillion-dollar medical billing company from her kitchen table, serving more than 100 physicians and creating work-from-home career opportunities for professional mothers. Today, she leads Prayers Are Answered Inc., a healthcare and core services brokerage in Madison, Alabama, that helps individuals, families, and businesses reduce healthcare and everyday living expenses without sacrificing quality or care. In 2021, she founded the Alabama Leading Ladies Chapter of ABWA to help women connect, grow professionally, and develop leadership skills.

"Anita is an inspiration to ABWA and to all women in the workplace" said Elizabeth H. Johnson, CAE, Executive Director of ABWA. "She built a business that gave working mothers a path forward, and she founded a chapter so more women could grow as leaders. That's the heart of this award, and it's why she's our 2027 American Business Woman of the Year."

"Being named the 2027 American Business Woman of the Year is one of the greatest honors and most humbling blessings of my life," said Eno. "I do not see this award simply as a recognition of what I have accomplished, but as a greater responsibility to serve, mentor, encourage, and open doors for other women. My greatest joy is not in the dreams I have achieved, but in the dreams that I can inspire in others."

Founded in 1949, ABWA empowers women in business through leadership development, education, networking, and national recognition. For more information, visit abwa.org.

Food Emulsifiers Market to Reach USD 5.07 Billion by 2035 - Credence Research
Image File
Original HTML

LONDON, Oct. 20, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- The "Food Emulsifiers Market - Growth, Share, Opportunities & Competitive Analysis, 2025-2035" report has been added to the Credence Research Inc. market intelligence offering.

The global food emulsifiers market was valued at USD 3.27 billion in 2025 and is estimated at USD 3.42 billion in 2026. Revenue is projected to reach USD 5.07 billion by 2035, with a stated CAGR of 4.49% over 2025-2035. Industrial bakery, convenience foods and recipe reformulation are supporting demand for food emulsifiers. Asia Pacific held the largest 2025 share at 31.5%, while Africa is modeled to grow fastest at 5.91% annually from a small base. Market sizes and segment and regional shares are Credence Research estimates.

Key Takeaways

- Credence Research estimates USD 3.27 billion in 2025 revenue and forecasts USD 5.07 billion by 2035 at a 4.49% CAGR.

- Mono- and diglycerides and derivatives led product types with 46.2% of 2025 value.

- Sucrose esters are the fastest-growing type in the forecast model at 6.20% annually.

- Asia Pacific held 31.5% of 2025 revenue, followed by Europe at 28.5% and North America at 27.0%.

- Bunge completed its acquisition of IFF's lecithin, soy protein concentrate and soy crush businesses in March 2026.

- EU purity standards, vegetable oil price volatility and changing consumer attitudes toward additives influence supplier strategies.

Scope & Segmentation - Food Emulsifiers Market

Surface-active food ingredients such as mono- and diglycerides, lecithin, lactylates, polyglycerol esters, polysorbates and sucrose esters. Hydrocolloid thickeners, including carrageenan and xanthan gum, are excluded.

By type: Mono- and diglycerides and derivatives; lecithin; stearoyl lactylates; polyglycerol esters and PGPR; sorbitan esters and polysorbates; sucrose esters; others.

By region: Asia Pacific; Europe; North America; Latin America; Middle East; Africa.

Explore the full market report: Food Emulsifiers Market

Why This Report Matters

- Separates surface-active emulsifiers from gums and other food stabilizers to support comparable market sizing.

- Tracks ingredient supplier consolidation and the commercial effects of purity and traceability requirements.

- Helps food processors and ingredient manufacturers evaluate bakery demand, application support and price sensitivity.

Market Overview

Food emulsifiers help maintain stable mixtures and influence the interaction of fat, water, starch and air in processed foods. Bakery producers use mono- and diglycerides to improve softness and shelf life, while lecithin and other specialty esters support chocolate, dairy desserts, sauces and beverages. Their value comes from performance at low dosage rather than the volume of the finished food.

Credence Research estimates consumption near 1.09 million metric tons in 2025. The market's growth is tied to industrial food processing in emerging economies and reformulation in mature markets. Producers with application laboratories can help customers reduce fat or simplify labels without sacrificing texture, giving technical support an important role in supplier selection.

Market Insights

- Mono- and diglycerides and derivatives represented 46.2% of 2025 product revenue.

- Sucrose esters are modeled to grow fastest at 6.20% annually.

- Asia Pacific led regional revenue at 31.5%, while Africa is modeled to grow fastest at 5.91%.

- Supplier consolidation is strengthening the position of oilseed processors and ingredient specialists with global sourcing and technical service.

Key Attributes

Segmentation

By type

Mono- and diglycerides and derivatives; lecithin; stearoyl lactylates; polyglycerol esters and PGPR; sorbitan esters and polysorbates; sucrose esters; others.

By region

Asia Pacific; Europe; North America; Latin America; Middle East; Africa.

Market Drivers and Growth Dynamics

Industrial bakery expansion is a key demand mechanism. Factory-produced bread and cakes must withstand mechanical handling, transportation and longer distribution cycles. Emulsifiers support dough performance, crumb structure and anti-staling, creating repeat ingredient demand as food production moves toward larger processing plants.

Reformulation offers a second opportunity. Food producers are seeking textures that remain acceptable with different fat levels, plant-based ingredients or altered recipes. Suppliers that can combine lecithin, emulsifier esters and enzyme systems may offer customers fewer ingredients and more consistent processing, although any clean-label claim depends on the final formula and jurisdiction.

Regional Analysis

Asia Pacific accounted for 31.5% of 2025 market value, supported by packaged bread, noodles, ice cream and beverages in China, India, Japan and Southeast Asia. Credence Research models 5.71% annual growth in the region.

Europe held 28.5%, with demand increasingly shaped by low-contaminant grades, traceability and mature food manufacturing. North America accounted for 27.0%, supported by industrial bakery, confectionery and reformulation.

Latin America held 8.0%, the Middle East 3.0% and Africa 2.0%. Africa has the highest modeled growth at 5.91%, but its small base means absolute demand remains concentrated in the three largest regions. All shares are Credence Research estimates.

Market Challenges

Vegetable oil prices influence emulsifier input costs, while customers often negotiate supply contracts that adjust with a delay. Producers must manage feedstock sourcing and maintain quality across batches. Regulatory purity requirements can raise analytical and documentation costs, particularly for mono- and diglycerides sold into Europe.

Consumer attention to processed-food ingredients adds uncertainty to demand for some emulsifier categories. Product developers must distinguish observational research from causal evidence and validate replacement recipes in commercial production before claiming equivalent performance.

Future Outlook

Credence Research expects demand growth to follow packaged food output in Asia Pacific, Latin America and Africa. Mono- and diglycerides should remain the largest category, while specialty esters and traceable lecithin may gain share where formulation performance and compliance justify premium pricing.

Competitive Landscape

Cargill, ADM, Bunge and Louis Dreyfus Company participate through oilseed processing, lecithin and functional ingredients. Palsgaard, Riken Vitamin, Taiyo Kagaku, Fine Organic Industries, Oleon, Sternchemie and Lasenor serve specialty ester and application markets. Kerry, Puratos and IFF participate in broader food ingredient and formulation systems. Bunge's 2026 purchase of IFF's lecithin assets expanded its ingredient portfolio; IFF should not be counted as the continuing owner of those divested businesses. Market shares by company are not disclosed.

Recent Developments

March 2026: Bunge completed its acquisition of IFF's soy protein concentrate, lecithin and soy crush businesses, expanding its liquid, powdered and fractionated lecithin offerings.

September 2025: Louis Dreyfus Company completed the acquisition of BASF's Food and Health Performance Ingredients business, including a German production site and application laboratories.

July 2023: EU Regulation 2023/1428 introduced tighter specifications for mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, including limits relevant to contaminant control. The rule remains relevant to 2026 procurement.

Report Coverage

The Food Emulsifiers Market study evaluates market size and forecast growth, the segmentation categories listed above, regional demand patterns, relevant policy and technology developments, supplier positioning and commercialization risks. It covers the 2025 base year and forecasts to 2035. The report distinguishes modeled estimates from independently disclosed company transactions and regulatory events.

The research supports strategy, investment screening, market entry and competitive benchmarking. Figures should be interpreted within the report's stated revenue boundaries; they are not independently audited market totals. Forecast outcomes depend on the adoption, pricing and regulatory assumptions discussed in the analysis.

CPA Firm Alexander Lankford & Hiers Inc's Yvette Sidnell and Jennifer Webster of Lufkin Explain Tax Planning vs. Tax Preparation for HelloNation
Original HTML

LUFKIN, Texas, Oct. 20, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- What is the difference between tax planning and tax preparation, and why does it matter so much? That question is answered in detail in a HelloNation article featuring CPA professionals Yvette Sidnell and Jennifer Webster of Alexander Lankford & Hiers Inc in Lufkin, Texas. Their insights clarify how these two financial services work together and why conflating them can lead to missed opportunities or unexpected costs.

As the article outlines, tax preparation is what most people think of during tax season. It's focused on gathering records, ensuring accuracy, and filing required forms based on what has already happened. This backward-looking process is a vital part of tax compliance and remains an annual requirement for both individuals and businesses.

However, the HelloNation piece makes it clear that tax planning is where the real long-term value comes in. Tax planning is forward-looking. It involves taking an active role throughout the year to understand how current and future financial decisions might impact taxes. According to the article, this process is essential to managing outcomes rather than reacting to surprises at filing time.

CPA tax planning services, as explained by Sidnell and Webster, help reduce unnecessary tax exposure while staying fully compliant. One key tax planning benefit is the ability to anticipate how changes in income, investments, or life events might alter a client's tax obligations. For individuals and families, that might mean evaluating the impact of retirement, a property sale, or the arrival of new dependents. For business owners, tax planning is directly tied to operational decisions such as hiring, equipment purchases, and expansion.

The article also underscores that CPA tax planning extends beyond technical knowledge. Sidnell and Webster bring years of experience, enabling them to apply the rules to real-life situations and help clients make informed financial planning decisions. That professional insight is a significant reason tax planning benefits are so substantial.

Unlike tax preparation, which typically happens once a year, CPA tax planning supports an ongoing relationship. This consistency helps clients make better decisions, avoid costly missteps, and stay aligned with their financial goals. The HelloNation article emphasizes that filing taxes is about compliance, but planning taxes is about strategy.

The CPA professionals at Alexander Lankford & Hiers Inc also explain how tax planning supports both short-term clarity and long-term financial planning. It shifts taxes from being a once-a-year worry to an active part of everyday financial management. With a proactive mindset, clients can better manage cash flow, plan for milestones, and prepare for the unexpected.

Tax compliance remains critical, and no one is suggesting that tax preparation should be ignored. But as Sidnell and Webster point out, it should not be the whole picture. Without planning, filing may be accurate but still costly. The article reminds readers that tax surprises often signal a lack of planning, not a mistake in preparation.

When used together, tax planning and tax preparation form a complete and practical approach. Preparation keeps you compliant, but planning keeps you confident. With guidance from an experienced CPA, those efforts become part of a broader financial planning strategy.

Tax Planning vs. Tax Preparation: Why the Difference Matters More Than You Think features insights from Yvette Sidnell and Jennifer Webster, CPA Professionals of Lufkin, Texas, in HelloNation.

Headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, EarthLink is one of the largest internet service providers in the United States, serving over 500,000 internet and managed services customers nationwide. Through partnerships with several of the nation's largest fiber and 5G providers, EarthLink has built an asset-light, nationwide network that can offer fiber internet service to more than 68 million homes.

Since Trive's investment in EarthLink in 2018 as part of a corporate carveout, the Company has transformed from a legacy DSL and email business in precipitous decline to an asset-light connectivity platform serving over 500,000 consumers and small businesses nationwide. Shravan Thadani, Partner at Trive, stated, "EarthLink has been a true partnership between management and Trive in every sense of the word. The team built a differentiated, asset-light platform that gives consumers and small businesses real choice in how they get connected, and did so while standing up every function of the platform outside of its former, public parent. We are proud to have been a part of such an iconic brand's journey and will continue to support Wave, TPO and SCP as they work with management to accelerate growth in the coming years."

"During our partnership with Trive, we have taken one of the most trusted brands in the internet space and turned it into a trusted option for consumers and small businesses nationwide," commented Glenn Goad, Chief Executive Officer of EarthLink. "As internet access has become one of the most important utilities in a consumer's life, EarthLink has a renewed focus on making it easier for our customers to access the best internet options at affordable prices. Trive was critically important through and after the carve-out, and we are excited to partner with Wave, TPO and SCP to continue to grow EarthLink alongside our trusted fiber and 5G partners. Our collective goal remains the same: to provide the right technology at the right price, supported by a world-class customer experience."
