BRISBANE, Australia, Sept. 30, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Li-S Energy Limited (ASX: LIS) ("Li-S Energy", "LIS" or "the Company") is pleased to announce that Pegasus, the long endurance drone developed under the Emerging Aviation Technology Partnership (EATP) programme, has completed a series of successful test flights in Queensland, culminating in endurance flight of almost 2 hours, powered by a single Li-S Energy lithium sulfur battery pack.

The twin motor, five-metre wingspan Pegasus was designed and built from the ground up through the collaboration of three innovative Australian companies. It combines an airframe and power systems designed and developed by V-TOL Aerospace (V-TOL), the 382 Wh lithium sulfur battery packs and battery management system designed and built by Li-S Energy, and a perovskite solar cell array fabricated by Halocell Energy (Halocell).

As announced in June 2024, the project is supported by a grant of just over $1.35 million from the Commonwealth Government under the EATP programme, matched by the collaboration partners. The collaboration is targeting the development of a family of long endurance surveillance drones powered by Li-S Energy batteries. This flight marks the culmination of the EATP project and the successful completion of its practical development and flight test work.

Milestone flight testing

The flight test programme comprised several flights, culminating in an endurance flight of almost 2 hours on a single Li-S Energy battery pack. The aircraft met its expected flight performance throughout and landed safely with battery capacity to spare.

The Li-S Energy battery system enabled sustained cruise flight of more than 75 kilometres, with the Company's battery management system integrated with V-TOL's power management system controlling the battery power for the twin motors and control systems, while being capable of simultaneously managing the feed-in from the solar array.

The Pegasus was designed to accommodate two Li-S Energy battery packs, and with the latest improvements to Halocell's solar array performance beyond those fitted to the current airframe, we expect the platform to be capable of flight missions of five to eight hours and 250 kilometres, ideal for long endurance mapping and surveillance, and for agricultural, utilities and environmental monitoring missions.

The flight data will now be analysed by the partners to characterise platform performance and inform the assessment of the platform's commercial potential.

Toward commercial development

Demand for long endurance uncrewed aircraft continues to grow rapidly across commercial and defence markets, and both endurance and sovereign supply are decisive competitive strengths. With their integrated technologies now proven in flight, the collaboration partners intend to capitalise on this market potential.

Li-S Energy filed two patent applications to protect innovative developments during the project relating to the battery management system and battery pack design.

Image File
Original HTML

- Multi-billion-dollar agreement marks the world's first commercial space-based solar PPA

- The 24/7 orbital baseload energy will power Brae's next-generation subsea data center infrastructure

- Virtus Solis's first public technical demonstration will be held in March 2027

TROY, Mich. and CHICAGO, Sept. 30, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Virtus Solis Technologies, Inc., a pioneer in the delivery of space-based solar for terrestrial baseload power, and Brae Systems, today announced the closing of a 20-year Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) in which Virtus Solis will supply continuous, space-based solar power to Brae's advanced computing infrastructure. The deal represents the first solar PPA in space and Virtus Solar's first in a series of commercial offtake agreements over the next several months.

Under the agreement, Virtus Solis will supply 100 MW of 24/7 orbital solar baseload power, delivering 876,000 MWh annually, via a dedicated terrestrial receiving station to be constructed in Illinois. The contract includes an option for Brae to expand capacity to 250 MW (delivering 2.19 million MWh annually) within three years of initial commercial operations, representing a multi-billion-dollar lifetime gross contract commitment.

The partnership directly aligns with Brae's mission to deploy high performance subsea GPU data centers. By deploying compute modules in marine environments, Brae eliminates terrestrial land constraints and drastically reduces cooling and construction overhead. Pairing subsea GPU clusters with baseload orbital power solves the two greatest bottlenecks facing AI infrastructure: escalating thermal loads and regional grid power shortages.

"AI workloads require an unprecedented leap in both energy availability and thermal efficiency," said Vishnu Indukuri, Chief Executive Officer of Brae Systems. "Brae engineered underwater data centers to unlock natural free liquid cooling and bypass terrestrial bottlenecks. Securing a direct 20-year supply of firm, clean power from Virtus Solis ensures our GPU infrastructure operates with predictable power costs and zero carbon emissions, completely insulated from terrestrial grid curtailment."

Unlike terrestrial solar and wind, which require costly battery storage to manage intermittency, Virtus Solis harnesses space-based solar power transmitted continuously via high-efficiency radio-frequency (RF) power beaming. This ensures true zero-carbon, round-the-clock baseload generation with a guaranteed 99.9% uptime. With the support of a $2M corporate development agreement with ARPA-E, Virtus Solis is developing a new class of power electronics required for this new asset class of orbital generation. The next major proof point for Virtus Solis's unit economics will be in March 2027 when the company will perform a public demonstration in which it expects to yield record Wireless Power Transfer (WPT) efficiencies.

"Signing the world's first commercial RF space solar power purchase agreement represents an inflection point for the global energy transition and the future of compute," said John Bucknell, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Virtus Solis Technologies. "High-performance AI data centers demand uninterrupted, gigawatt-scale power that strained terrestrial grids simply cannot deliver cleanly. Our orbital solar architecture bypasses terrestrial land and atmospheric constraints, providing firm, reliable baseload electricity at scale. In Brae, we have found an ideal, forward-thinking partner rethinking compute infrastructure from first principles."

An invited speaker at POWER Magazine and The Space Frontier Foundation's Space Solar Power Symposium on September 30, 2026 in Washington D.C., John will join the keynote & debate, "Why Space Belongs in the Energy Room."

CUJO AI Takes Residential Proxy Detection Inside the Home
Image File
Original HTML

New capability identifies the device hosting proxy activity inside a subscriber's home, classifies what that activity is, and gives operators a path from detection to remediation.

LOS ANGELES, Sept. 30, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- CUJO AI, the global leader in network intelligence and cybersecurity solutions for network service providers (NSPs), today introduced a new capability that detects the specific device in a subscriber's home network that is being used as a residential proxy. The capability pairs that device-level findings with activity classification (such as ad fraud or malware) with remediation guidance and real-time notifications, giving operators a complete path from detection to resolution for the first time.

Residential proxy networks quietly resell home internet connections to third parties, routing anonymous traffic through real subscriber IP addresses, usually without the subscriber's knowledge. Compromised devices, bundled SDKs in free apps, and "get paid for your bandwidth" schemes are the most common ways a household device ends up enrolled. Until now, operators could at best flag a suspicious IP address; they had no way to say which device was compromised, quietly monetized, or actively taking orders from someone else.

CUJO AI's new capability closes that gap. Running at the home gateway, it identifies which subscriber network is hosting proxy activity and pinpoints the specific device inside the home generating it, along with clear, device-specific remediation steps and real-time alerts so operators can act before the damage compounds.

"CUJO AI can tell the operator which device in which home is the source and what to do about it. That's the difference between an alert and an answer," said Chris Turner, Chief Product Officer, CUJO AI.

For operators, the capability turns an invisible cost center into a manageable one: reclaiming bandwidth consumed by third-party traffic, protecting IP reputation, and giving frontline support a real root cause for slowdown complaints instead of a shrug. For subscribers, the specificity changes the nature of the conversation. Instead of a warning letter or account suspension, an operator can reach out with something genuinely useful: a device has been identified, here is how to fix it. Handled that way, an incident that would otherwise feel like a penalty becomes a demonstration of the operator looking out for its customers.

"Customers are often unaware that residential proxy activity is happening on their home network. Every one of these findings gives a network service provider an opportunity to have a helpful conversation with a customer instead of a difficult one. Delivered well, this isn't about enforcement, it's a moment when subscribers see that their provider is actively looking out for them," said Steven Offerein, Vice President, Device and Protection Services at CUJO AI.

The capability is being introduced to CUJO AI's operator partners now, with coverage and remediation guidance expanding as the program scales.

AppZen launches Autonomous Cards, bringing AI Agents to enterprise card programs
Image File
Original HTML

The new agent-first automation, compliance, and spend intelligence layer for enterprise card programs continuously monitors spend, resolves compliance issues autonomously, and turns card data into actionable insight.

SAN JOSE, Calif., Sept. 30, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- AppZen, the leader in autonomous finance operations, today announced Autonomous Cards, an agent-first automation, compliance and spend intelligence layer that brings AI agents to the corporate card programs enterprises already use.

Commercial cards generated $2.23 trillion in U.S. purchase volume in 2024, up 4.5 percent from the prior year, according to the Nilson Report. That spend runs across purchasing, virtual, ghost, fleet, and lodge card programs, often with different issuers, data formats, policies, and control processes. Companies want to move more purchasing, supplier, and operational spend onto cards because cards reduce low-value invoice processing, speed supplier payments, improve visibility, and generate rebates. As usage expands, so does the work required to understand purchases, apply policy, collect supporting information, code and reconcile transactions, investigate risk, and identify leakage.

Companies keep their current banks, issuers, and card programs. Autonomous Cards connects to existing purchasing, virtual, fleet, ghost, and lodge cards, then continuously monitors eligible transactions with AppZen's AI Agents. These Agents understand the transaction and what was purchased, apply company policy, obtain missing context, resolve routine exceptions, maintain a complete record of every action and decision, and produce program-specific spend intelligence across the card portfolio.

"We built Autonomous Cards from the ground up by rethinking how enterprise card operations should work when AI agents are the primary workers," said Anant Kale, CEO and Co-founder of AppZen. "Our Agents continuously monitor spend, understand what was purchased, intervene when necessary, help employees and other transaction owners complete what is needed, and carry each transaction through policy, accounting, and resolution. This is not the old card workflow with AI added to it. It is a new operating model designed to make finance teams autonomous while keeping people in control of the decisions that require judgment."

The same corporate cards, now processed autonomously

Traditional card controls restrict merchants, enforce spending limits, and flag suspicious activity. Most operational work still begins after the transaction posts. Teams must determine what was purchased, establish ownership and business context, collect supporting evidence, apply policy, code the transaction, reconcile the statement, and resolve exceptions across multiple systems.

Autonomous Cards uses its finance-specific AI Agents to complete that work automatically.

- Works with existing enterprise card programs, so companies keep their current banks and cards while adding one consistent AI and compliance layer across them.

- Evaluates every eligible transaction using card data, merchant information, available Level 3 (L3) detail, supporting documents, supplier and entity context, program rules, and company policy.

- Understands what was purchased from line items and available evidence, even when the merchant alone does not reveal the nature of the spend.

- Obtains missing information or documentation from the appropriate source and follows the transaction through resolution.

- Applies company policy consistently, identifying split purchases, restricted items, duplicate or recurring charges, off-contract spend, and transactions that require more evidence.

- Resolves routine exceptions autonomously by clearing transactions, requesting information, routing decisions, or escalating cases that require human judgment.

- Codes transactions, reconciles them against card statements and systems of record, and preserves a complete decision trail for every action and outcome.

Turning card data into actionable spend intelligence

Autonomous Cards transforms raw card data into program-specific spend intelligence. The analytics distinguish who was paid from what was purchased, using merchant and spend taxonomies relevant to purchasing, virtual, ghost, fleet, and lodge card programs. Finance, procurement and card program leaders can analyze spend by program, supplier, category, entity and geography. They can identify off-contract spend, duplicate and recurring charges, restricted purchases, unowned transactions, and other leakage; uncover savings, supplier consolidation, rebate and card adoption opportunities; and measure autonomous resolution, remaining exposure, and realized value.

Leaders can see not only what was flagged, but what happened next, including what was resolved autonomously, what required additional context, what was escalated for judgment, and what remains open. This connects spend intelligence to action and makes the performance of each card program measurable.

AI Agents do the work while people handle the judgment

Autonomous Cards is built on an agent-first operating model. Its AI Agents perform continuous monitoring, context gathering, policy evaluation, follow-up, coding, and resolution across enterprise card programs. People define policy, govern the Agents, and make the decisions that require human accountability.

When context or documentation is missing, an AppZen Agent identifies the appropriate source, requests or retrieves what is needed, follows up, and tracks the transaction to completion. Program teams see status and outcomes without manually chasing each item.

When a transaction requires human review, the designated reviewer receives a complete case rather than a raw alert. Autonomous Cards assembles supporting documents, line items, policy findings, risk, prior Agent actions and transaction history, so the decision can be made without rebuilding the transaction from multiple systems.

Only exceptions that require approval or judgment are routed to people. The evidence, context, recommended action and prior Agent activity arrive already assembled, and the final decision becomes part of the audit trail.

Expanding card programs without expanding the workload

Enterprises face a trade-off in every card program. Moving more spend to cards delivers economic benefits, while each new card and transaction can add administration and risk.

With AppZen's AI Agents performing the repetitive work, monitoring eligible transactions continuously and turning card data into actionable insight, finance teams can expand card adoption while maintaining policy enforcement, explainability, and control. More spend can move to cards without a matching rise in administrative burden or exposure.

Autonomous Cards supports purchasing cards, virtual cards, ghost cards, fleet cards and centrally billed lodge cards, with specialized Agent workflows and analytics based on the card program, transaction type, and business context.

AppZen Autonomous Cards will be generally available beginning October 26. For more information, visit https://www.appzen.com/corporate-card-expense-management.

RIYADH, Saudi Arabia, Sept. 30, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Dar Global, the London-listed luxury international real estate developer, recently announced its unaudited interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2026 (HY 2026), reporting a 66% revenue increase to US$258.0 million (HY 2025: US$155.4 million). The performance was driven by the Group's projects and sustained demand across its diversified portfolio in the GCC, Europe, and the UK.

Gross profit rose 85% to US$87.7 million, expanding margins to 34% (from 31%). EBITDA increased 73% to US$46.3 million, while net profit surged 149% to US$30.4 million (HY 2025: US$12.2 million). Growth was anchored by revenue recognition from landmark projects, including The Astera, Interiors by Aston Martin and Neptune, Interiors by Mouawad.

Gross Development Value (GDV) nearly doubled year-on-year to US$23.0 billion, while cumulative contracted sales rose to US$3.9 billion across 4,380 units. The Group maintained a robust balance sheet with a Net Asset Value of US$613.3 million and total cash balances of US$847.9 million, including US$231.6 million in free cash, supporting total available liquidity of US$579.3 million.

In Saudi Arabia, the Group partnered with The Trump Organization in January to launch Rayana, a 2.6 million sq. m gated community in Diriyah featuring luxury mansions and a championship golf course, and later awarded a SAR 338 million (~US$90 million) infrastructure contract to Compass and Bin Omairah Company. Dar Global also unveiled Trump Plaza Jeddah (GDV US$383.6 million) and the adjacent Padel Living Residences (GDV US$142 million) within the Amaya masterplan.

In April, the Group closed a US$250 million syndicated term loan facility. In August, following the period, Dar Global appointed Gulf Asia Contracting to execute podium construction for the 80-storey, ~350-metre Trump International Hotel & Tower on Dubai's Sheikh Zayed Road.

Ziad El Chaar, Chief Executive, commented: "We have delivered a resilient performance through uncertain times in the region, supported by the quality of our international portfolio. Buyer demand across our markets remained robust. Looking ahead, we remain focused on growing our GDV across both existing and new growth markets, while maintaining a disciplined focus on execution and delivery. With a strong balance sheet, disciplined capital management and a healthy project pipeline, Dar Global is well positioned to continue creating long-term value for its stakeholders."

SkyFi Announces 'Satellite Intelligence,' a Robinhood Agent App
Image File
Original HTML

Users will be able to ask their Robinhood Agents about a monitored site of interest. The agent retrieves SkyFi's most recent observation and answers with the image and analyzed data, such as the number of cars in a factory parking lot and the date it was captured.

The connection runs over the Model Context Protocol (MCP), an open standard that lets an AI agent engage with an outside data source directly. SkyFi has partnered with BlackSky as the first imagery supplier for the Satellite Intelligence app.

What the SkyFi Satellite Intelligence app covers

At time of launch, capabilities will include four recurring observation sets across monitored sites associated with Robinhood's top-traded stock symbols.

Production Watch: Finished vehicles counted in the yards of assembly plants, on a planned weekly cadence, covering both EV and standard vehicle manufacturers.

Fulfillment Pulse: Trucks and trailers counted in the lots of large e-commerce fulfillment hubs on a weekly basis.

AI Buildout Monitor: Construction progress at hyperscale data center campuses, compared month to month: cleared land, foundation area, and the electrical and cooling structures that go up before the data center comes online.

Park Attendance Tracker: How full the parking lots are at flagship theme park resorts, monitored weekly.

"What investors want from a satellite is an answer: how many trucks were at a fulfillment hub last week, how much construction progress has been made at a data center build site since last month," said Luke Fischer, CEO of SkyFi. "Until now, monitoring economic activity has largely been a capability only accessible to institutions with large data budgets. Working with Robinhood, we will put that category of satellite intelligence in front of individual customers through their agent."

Fischer added, "We spent the past year making SkyFi callable by any AI agent over MCP, so a question goes straight to orbit and comes back as an image with a number and date on it. SkyFi delivers an image, analysis, and the time it was captured. What a customer does with it is theirs to decide. Robinhood is the first place these workflows will show up at scale."

How the data works

A satellite observation is a point-in-time capture, not a live feed. Each site is imaged on a planned schedule. Clouds and satellite availability mean a planned capture may not succeed, and when one fails, SkyFi re-attempts at the next opportunity. Every result carries both the planned cadence and the date and time of the actual capture, so a customer will be able to see how recent the number is.

Availability

'Satellite Intelligence' will be available soon as a Robinhood Agent App covering the four observation sets described above. Robinhood handles billing and the related account terms. Other fees may apply.

Satellite Intelligence does not provide investment advice, recommendations, or predictions. A satellite observation describes conditions at one location at the moment of capture. It may not reflect current conditions or a company's reported results.

About SkyFi

SkyFi is an AI-first Earth intelligence platform. Users can access archived satellite imagery, task new captures, and run built-in geospatial analytics. The dual-use platform supports civilian and defense work, with flexible ordering, published pricing, MCP connections, and API access for large-scale workflows. Customers work through SkyFi's web platform, mobile app, or developer APIs, typically without a long-term contract or an in-house GIS team. Learn more at skyfi.com.

Imagery for the Satellite Intelligence app is provided by BlackSky Technology Inc. (NYSE: BKSY).

Robinhood is a trademark of Robinhood Markets, Inc. SkyFi is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or certified by Robinhood beyond the app integration described above.

TrackVia Launches Next Generation of Its AI-Ready Field Operations Platform

TrackVia IRIS, enterprise AI connectivity, a rebuilt Android application and a modernized user experience expand how organizations run, understand and improve mission-critical operations

DENVER, Sept. 30, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- TrackVia today announced a significant expansion of its Field Operations Intelligence platform, introducing new artificial intelligence capabilities, enterprise AI connectivity, a rebuilt Android application and a modernized web experience designed to help organizations run complex, mission-critical operations more effectively.

TrackVia serves organizations across industries including construction, facilities and property management, manufacturing, gaming, healthcare, hospitality, education and government. These are environments where operational work is complex, constantly changing and often too specialized for traditional off-the-shelf software.

Field teams are under more pressure than ever. Today, there are roughly three open skilled-trade jobs for every qualified worker available to fill them, according to an August 2026 Lightcast analysis. That workforce gap is colliding with rising expectations for faster service, greater productivity and tighter margins, even as the work itself becomes more complex.

TrackVia helps organizations meet that challenge by connecting the people doing the work, the workflows that run the operation and the data needed to make better decisions. Now, TrackVia is bringing artificial intelligence directly into that operational environment, allowing organizations to gain more insight from the systems and processes they already rely on every day.

"Our customers have spent years building incredibly important processes and operational knowledge into TrackVia," said Aylin Basom, Chief Executive Officer of TrackVia. "Our opportunity now is to help them unlock even more value from that foundation. We want TrackVia to be the place where operational work, operational data and operational intelligence come together."

"This is much bigger than adding an AI feature," Basom continued. "We are investing across the entire TrackVia platform, including AI, mobility, user experience, integrations and enterprise readiness. We are making TrackVia easier to use, more intelligent and more powerful so our customers can not only run their operations, but increasingly understand, improve and transform them."

Introducing TrackVia IRIS: AI for Operational Intelligence

At the center of TrackVia's AI strategy is TrackVia IRIS, the company's artificial intelligence layer for operational intelligence. Now users can ask questions about their operational data using natural language and receive answers directly within TrackVia. Instead of navigating multiple dashboards or waiting for someone to analyze the data, users can now ask questions about the information already available to them and get the insight they need more quickly.

TrackVia IRIS is designed with enterprise controls in mind and respects TrackVia's existing permissions model, meaning users can only access information they are already authorized to see.

Connecting TrackVia to the Enterprise AI Ecosystem

TrackVia is also introducing support for Model Context Protocol (MCP), enabling organizations to securely connect TrackVia with AI platforms and assistants they already use, including Claude, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot and Gemini.

Through MCP, organizations can connect their TrackVia operational environment with the AI tools they choose, creating new possibilities for querying information, building applications, improving workflows and making operational data more accessible across the business.

"With the new MCP capabilities, I was able to build and refine a new fleet management application in just 20 minutes," said one TrackVia customer.

This approach allows TrackVia to remain the operational system of record while giving customers greater flexibility in how they adopt and use AI.

Built for the People Doing the Work

TrackVia's investment extends beyond AI. The company has also rebuilt its Android application on a modern technical foundation, delivering improved performance, reliability and usability for employees working in the field.

TrackVia has long enabled field teams to continue working even when connectivity is limited or unavailable, an essential capability for organizations operating at construction sites, facilities, manufacturing environments and other remote locations. The new Android experience brings TrackVia's modernized interface to mobile users and establishes a stronger foundation for continued innovation across both Android and iOS.

For organizations with employees working across job sites, facilities, plants and other distributed environments, mobile technology is not simply an extension of the operational platform. It is often where the work actually happens.

A More Modern, Intuitive TrackVia Experience

TrackVia is also rolling out a refreshed web experience developed in response to customer feedback. The redesigned experience provides simpler navigation and a more intuitive interface while preserving one of TrackVia's core advantages: the ability to configure technology around the way an organization actually operates.

Organizations should not have to redesign complex operations around rigid software. TrackVia allows customers to build and evolve operational applications around their own processes, helping them respond as requirements, teams and business conditions change.

The modernized experience makes TrackVia easier for new users to adopt while giving existing customers a stronger foundation for increasingly sophisticated operational workflows.

About TrackVia

TrackVia is a Field Operations Intelligence platform that helps organizations connect, control and continuously improve mission-critical operations.

TrackVia brings together field teams, operational workflows and enterprise data to create real-time visibility, automate work and turn operational data into actionable intelligence. With configurable operational applications, mobile capabilities, enterprise integrations and AI-powered intelligence, TrackVia helps organizations adapt as operations change without adding another rigid point solution or relying on costly custom development.

TrackVia serves organizations across construction, facilities and property management, manufacturing, gaming, healthcare, hospitality, education and government.
