CENTENNIAL, Colo., Sept. 30, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Today, Real America's Voice announced that Ed Martin, Trump Administration DOJ Pardon Attorney, is launching a new program, The Early Bird with Ed Martin, premiering on Monday, October 5 at 5:00 am ET Monday through Friday. The show is being launched in time for a sprint to Midterm Election Day, focusing on turning out the millions of voters who elected President Trump in 2024.

"Ed Martin has been in the President's camp since 2015 and is launching this new show in time to support a historic victory for the Trump White House," said Parker Sigg, Vice President of Real America's Voice. "Real America's Voice is glad to have such a faith-driven, patriotic warrior on our team."

Martin brings a distinguished career in public service and law, including the U.S. Department of Justice as the Pardon Attorney, Acting U.S. Attorney for the District of Columbia, and leader of the DOJ Weaponization Working Group. He is a Senior Fellow at the Center for Renewing America, founding attorney for Firearm Rights for Americans, and partner at Eagle Law Offices.

"We have precious time to deliver turnout for the midterms, and we will have a major impact for President Trump and America."

The Early Bird is MAGA morning television built around a man who has been in the fight against the left. Ed Martin has been inside the Justice Department and President Trump's inner circle. He will show viewers what's happening in Trump's America, what it really means, and what the movement must do next.

The show will feature victims of political weaponization, election integrity experts, Second Amendment leaders, and Trump insiders combating the swamp in Washington.

Knowles Expands RF Signal Chain Offering with New A-Series Attenuators

New compact surface mount attenuators advance Knowles' strategy to provide customers with a more complete RF solution while delivering rugged, reliable performance from DC to 20 GHz.

ITASCA, Ill., Sept. 30, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Knowles Corporation (NYSE:KN), a leading manufacturer of specialty electronic components, including high-performance capacitors, radio frequency ("RF") filters, advanced medtech microphones, and balanced armature speakers, today announced the introduction of its new ATT A-Series Attenuators. The launch broadens Knowles' RF portfolio and the markets it can serve, advancing its strategy to become a one-stop source for high-performance RF components.

Developed to address increasing demand for compact, rugged, and cost-effective attenuators, the ATT A-Series combines excellent attenuation accuracy, high power handling, and wideband performance in an industry-standard footprint. Utilizing precision thin-film technology, the A-Series provides stable electrical performance and repeatable attenuation from DC to 20 GHz, making it ideal for densely populated and space-constrained designs.

Attenuators are vital for aligning signal levels in multichannel systems, improving return loss, protecting sensitive components, and optimizing dynamic range throughout the RF signal path. As RF systems increase in bandwidth and operating frequency, designers need smaller, more precise components that maintain electrical accuracy and reliability in demanding environments.

"Our new A-Series attenuator product family fills a critical market gap by delivering broadband performance across DC-20GHz, high power handling, and excellent attenuation accuracy in a compact SMT package," said Robert Wagner, Vice President of RF and Microwave Products at Knowles. "Compared to many other attenuators currently available on the market, our A-Series offers a cost-effective solution with higher power handling, wider operating temperature range, MSL 1 rating, and ESD robustness."

The new A-Series attenuators utilize precision thin-film resistor technology on a ceramic substrate to deliver stable and reliable performance across frequency, temperature, and environmental extremes. The product family is well-suited for a wide range of applications including radar systems, electronically steered phased-array antennas (ESAs), electronic support measures (ESM) systems, transmit/receive (T/R) modules, wireless infrastructure (WI), satellite communications (SATCOM), and RF test and measurement (T&M).

Key features include:

- Compact SMT package measuring only 0.080" × 0.065" × 0.012" (2.03 × 1.65 × 0.30 mm)

- Standard attenuation values from 0 dB to 20 dB

- Excellent attenuation flatness and accuracy

- 50Ω matched RF inputs and outputs for seamless integration into RF signal chains

- Power handling rating up to 6.5 W CW at 100°C

- Operating temperature range of -55°C to +125°C

The compact form factor and SMT-compatible footprint enable easy integration into space-constrained assemblies in demanding defense, aerospace, industrial and communications applications. The A-Series also offers pin compatibility with existing industry-standard chip attenuators, providing a straightforward upgrade path to improve performance, expand bandwidth, and strengthen supply chain resiliency with minimal PCB redesign.

The A-Series is available in standard attenuation values from 0 dB to 20 dB, with custom attenuation values, power ratings, and specialized configurations available through Knowles' design-to-spec, full turnkey custom solutions.

For comprehensive performance data and specifications, view the ATT A-Series Datasheet.

Business Review and Important Events During the Six Months Ended June 30, 2026

Overview

During the six months ended 30 June 2026, the Group accelerated the execution of its global diversification strategy, marked by disciplined capital deployment across our core operating segments. The period was characterised by significant asset acquisitions in the premium hospitality sector, alongside the strategic expansion of our media, lifestyle, and entertainment intellectual property. These initiatives have materially enhanced the Group's global asset base and further integrated our cross-sector ecosystem.

Hospitality and Real Estate Portfolio Expansion

A primary focus of 1H 2026 was the geographic diversification and scaling of our hospitality portfolio. The Group successfully completed a series of strategic acquisitions in key international gateway cities, deploying capital into prime, yield-generating assets:

- Australia: The Group completed the acquisition of The Ritz-Carlton Perth for a total consideration A$100 million. This landmark transaction secures a premium, 205-room yield-generating asset in a high-growth market, firmly anchoring our luxury hospitality presence in the broader Asia-Pacific region.

- North America: The Group established a strategic presence in a high-barrier-to-entry market via the acquisition of the 151-room New York Tribeca Hotel for US$69 million. This asset diversifies our geographic revenue streams and provides a strong foothold in the resilient US luxury hospitality sector.

- Southeast Asia: The Group successfully acquired the 129-room Upper View Regalia Hotel in Malaysia for US$38 million. This strategic addition strengthens our operational presence and positions the Group to capture growing tourism and hospitality demand within the ASEAN market.

- United Kingdom: The Group started to build the European portfolio with the US$30 million acquisition of the Dao by Dorsett Hornsey Hotel in London, which comprises 68 serviced apartments and hotel rooms.

Media, Lifestyle, and Brand Synergies

The Group continued to leverage the global L'Officiel brand to drive organic growth and cross-sector synergies, with a specific focus on the Asian market:

- Publishing Network Expansion: Management finalised the operational groundwork for the 2026 launches of L'Officiel Taiwan and L'Officiel Singapore ShiZhuang (the Chinese version of L'Officiel Singapore). This regional expansion broadens our digital and print media footprint, positioning the Group to capture increased market share within Asia's luxury advertising and consumer segments.

- Experiential F&B: Demonstrating the successful convergence of our media IP and hospitality operations, the Group completed the interior fit-out of the world's second L'Officiel Coffee and Bar in Macau. This physical extension of the brand is designed to diversify revenue streams and deepen consumer engagement in a premier regional tourism hub.

Summary

The operational milestones achieved in 1H 2026 reflect the Group's commitment to building a resilient, diversified portfolio. The integration of these newly acquired physical assets, combined with the ongoing expansion of our digital and cultural IP, strongly positions the Group for sustained long-term value creation.

Executive Overview

The six months ended June 30, 2026, marked a transformative period for The Generation Essentials Group, defined by a rapid and strategic expansion of our global footprint. Our primary focus during this interim period was the significant scaling of our hospitality portfolio, highlighted by the successful acquisition and integration of four premier hotel properties across key international markets: New York, Perth, Kuala Lumpur, and London.

MADRID, September 30, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- SUANNUTRA SA, a wellbeing solutions developer, paves a new path for the cultivation of lemon verbena extract in Valencia, Spain. This sustainable approach illustrates the deep connection of the botanical extract and the company while providing locally sourced, reliable and standardized botanical extract.

From Andes to Valencia

Lemon verbena is an aromatic plant native to South America. Its pleasant lemon fragrance has made it a perfect candidate for culinary applications and home remedies. Its traditional use dates back to the ancient Inca culture. Healers in the Andes valued its role as a digestive aid and antispasmodic remedy for bronchitis. Scientific probes have revealed its rich profile of bioactive compounds, including flavonoids, essential oils, triterpenes, plus vitamins and minerals. When it arrived in Europe, it became known as Aloysia, a name given in honour of Queen María Luisa of Parma. From royal gardens and perfumery traditions to herbal culture, lemon verbena became a botanical symbol of elegance.

"This project opens a new chapter in growing and cultivating lemon verbena. Lemon verbena is the secret ingredient of some of our branded ingredients such as Metabolaid®, RelaxPLX®, and Elissara," informed Jaime Durán Sanz, Chief Business Officer for SUANNUTRA. "Growing it locally with full control from planting to final product and reinforces our commitment to responsible botanical sourcing."

Overcome climate challenges

Climate adaptation was considered from the beginning of the project. Spain offers strong potential for lemon verbena cultivation, but working with the right agricultural model is essential.

"To support resilience, we have diversified cultivation across different farms and microclimates within the Valencia region," notes Durán Sanz. "This reduces reliance on a single location and gives us more flexibility across growing seasons. We have also implemented agronomic practices such as drip irrigation and soil-covering techniques to support water efficiency and help preserve soil moisture. In addition, we collaborate with specialized nurseries to ensure that plants arrive in the field in optimal condition." The result is a more robust cultivation model designed to support both quality and continuity.

Fruitful Partnerships

This collaborative project involves local growers, agronomists, specialized nurseries and SUANNUTRA's technical and quality teams. Each partner contributes specific expertise. The nurseries support plant propagation and plant quality, agronomists guide cultivation practices, farmers manage the fields, and the company's internal teams oversee the process from a technical, quality and ingredient-development perspective.

"This multidisciplinary approach is what makes the project stronger," explains Stephanie Guillén-Díaz, Chief Commercial Officer for SUANNUTRA. "It connects agricultural knowledge with SUANNUTRA's expertise in botanical ingredients and clinical innovation."

From farm to shelf

Lemon verbena is cultivated in Spain under SUANNUTRA's direct supervision. The plant is grown according to defined agricultural protocols and harvested at the right moment to help preserve its botanical profile.

After harvesting, the leaves are carefully dried and handled under controlled conditions before moving into extraction and standardization of the active compounds. They are gently processed to preserve their phytochemical integrity, protecting the value built through years of cultivation. The resulting extract is then tested to ensure it meets the strict specifications required for use in SUANNUTRA's premium, science-based ingredients.

"What makes this process unique is our involvement from the agricultural stage and the level of integration," says Guillén-Díaz. "We are connecting cultivation, technical supervision, extraction, standardization and quality control into one coordinated model. For customers, this means greater confidence in our products. They are not only receiving a botanical extract; they are receiving an ingredient backed by a controlled origin, a defined process and a consistent quality profile."

SUANNUTRA are patrons of lemon verbena at the American Botanical Council 's Adopt an Herb program, making them the leading authority on supplying the most current information on the botanical via the HerbMedPro platform.

KANAZAWA Oishii Festa 2026 in Ishikawa: Two Days of Fermented Flavors and Hands-On Food Workshops

KANAZAWA, Japan, Sept. 30, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Kanazawa Biyori, a media outlet rooted in the Hokuriku region of northwestern Japan, covers not only well-known sights but also the food, culture and traditions that shape the region. This autumn, it turns its attention to KANAZAWA Oishii Festa 2026 ("oishii" means "delicious" in Japanese), a two-day celebration of the city's food culture at Shiinoki Ryokuchi, a green space in Kanazawa, on Saturday, October 17, and Sunday, October 18. This year's theme is fermented food, and the program goes well beyond what is served on a plate: drinks, traditional Japanese sweets, hands-on food experiences and activities for children make it an event for families, friends and couples alike.

Local Ingredients, Reimagined Through Fermentation

About 40 vendors, ranging from well-known Kanazawa restaurants to specialty shops and cafés, will take part in the festival. Under the theme "Local Ingredients and Fermentation," 23 food vendors will serve dishes available exclusively at the festival, giving Kaga vegetables (heirloom varieties grown in Kanazawa since before 1945) and local seafood a new twist.

The festival's dishes showcase these local ingredients through the distinctive flavors of Ōno soy sauce, brewed in Kanazawa's Ōno district since the early 1600s; Kaga miso, a rich miso made with a generous amount of rice koji; and koji, a traditional fermentation culture used to make soy sauce and miso.

The drink selection is just as varied, with sake from Kanazawa, craft beer and original cocktails. Visitors can sample dish after dish or simply relax on the lawn.

Hands-On Workshops in Kanazawa's Food Culture

The festival also invites visitors to experience Kanazawa's food culture firsthand. Workshops include making jō-namagashi (delicate seasonal Japanese confections), pickling vegetables with koji, making mayonnaise and a sake tasting. The lineup offers hands-on experiences spanning fermented foods, traditional sweets and more.

Student Creations, Support for Noto and More

Other highlights include original dishes developed by students together with professional chefs, booths supporting Noto's recovery from the 2024 Noto Peninsula Earthquake and subsequent heavy rains, and a marketplace featuring Japanese sweets. With a kids' area and a stage program on both days, there is something for visitors of all ages.

Over two autumn days at Shiinoki Ryokuchi, visitors can eat, drink, make, shop and play, discovering their own way to enjoy Kanazawa's food culture.

Why Kanazawa Biyori Tells This Story

Kanazawa is often introduced through its historic sights and traditional architecture. Yet much of the city's character can also be discovered through its food — Kaga vegetables, seafood, soy sauce, miso and Japanese sweets — and this festival brings many of these elements together in one place over a single weekend.

The festival offers visitors a chance to do more than simply eat. Making Japanese sweets, pickling vegetables with koji or buying food from Noto vendors provides a way to experience the region's culinary traditions firsthand. For readers planning an autumn visit to Kanazawa, Kanazawa Biyori believes the festival is an easy and enjoyable place to start.

Europe's Energy Transition Enters a New Era: Why Flexibility Matters More Than Ever
Image File
Original HTML

MUNICH, Sept. 30, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Europe's power market is sending two contradictory signals this summer. Renewable electricity is becoming so abundant that prices are falling below zero. Yet extreme heat is pushing power prices to levels more commonly associated with winter. Behind both trends lies the same challenge: Europe's power system is entering an era where dynamic balancing, precision dispatch and system resilience are becoming as important as generation itself.

Two extremes, one market

This past summer put the continent's changing electricity system under new pressure.

As temperatures climbed, demand for cooling surged just as parts of the generation fleet strained under the heat. High river temperatures and low water levels forced some nuclear plants to reduce output. Low wind conditions and reduced thermal plant efficiency tightened supply further.

The result was an unusually tight summer power market, with electricity prices rising to levels more commonly seen in winter. In Germany, day-ahead prices reached around €210/MWh during periods of extreme heat—levels typically seen in winter, according to LSEG data cited by Reuters.

Yet only hours later, the same markets faced the opposite problem: too much electricity.

Negative prices have become increasingly common as solar and wind penetration rises faster than the power system's ability to absorb, shift, and transmit renewable generation. According to the International Energy Agency, negative-price hours accounted for around 6% of the year in several major European markets in 2025, including Germany, France, Spain, and the Netherlands. Germany alone recorded 573 hours of negative wholesale prices.

Curtailment tells the same story. In May 2026, an estimated 1.28 TWh of solar generation was curtailed in Germany, and more than 2.4 TWh in Spain, as grids struggled to accommodate output during periods of abundant sunshine.

The apparent contradiction points to a deeper shift: Europe does not simply have a generation problem. It has a timing, location and flexibility problem.

From Generation to Dynamic Balancing

The challenge is no longer simply whether enough electricity can be generated. It is whether electricity is available when and where it is needed.

At midday, abundant solar generation can push wholesale prices toward zero or below. Hours later, solar output falls while evening demand remains high, creating a very different price signal. Extreme weather widens the gap further by simultaneously increasing demand and constraining conventional generation.

For renewable asset owners, value is therefore increasingly determined not only by how much electricity an asset generates, but by how effectively that electricity can be managed, shifted and dispatched.

Storage: From Energy Shifting to System Support

Battery storage is emerging as a key tool for balancing increasingly variable power supply and demand across Europe.

By absorbing electricity during periods of oversupply and dispatching it when demand and prices rise, batteries can reduce curtailment while improving the value of renewable generation. Increasingly, they are also expected to provide frequency response, capacity, and grid-support functions.

But not all storage is built for this new reality. The next generation of utility-scale systems must handle multiple durations, deliver high round-trip efficiency and provide the grid-forming capabilities required by evolving European grid codes. Just as importantly, these systems must be deployable at scale and commissioned efficiently.

This principle has shaped the development of Sungrow's PowerTitan series, which brings together battery technology, power conversion, thermal management and grid-support capabilities within an integrated platform.

From Flexibility to System Resilience

The value of fast-responding storage is already visible in Europe. In December 2023, a trip on the IFA1 interconnector between the UK and France resulted in the loss of around 1 GW of imported power, sending system frequency down to 49.3 Hz. Multiple hundred-megawatt-scale grid-connected battery systems operated by Sungrow in the UK responded within one second, providing frequency support and helping the system return to the normal frequency range within five minutes.

The episode illustrates a broader shift: storage is no longer only an energy-shifting asset. It can also become part of the power system's resilience layer, responding in the seconds that matter most.

From Technology to Scalable Delivery

As storage projects grow in scale, however, technology must be matched by execution.

At the 100 MW/331 MWh Bramley project in the UK, the PowerTitan 2.0 BESS supported the project's progression from grid energisation to commercial operation in just two weeks. At a much larger scale, Sungrow's 7.8 GWh energy storage project in Saudi Arabia moved from production to deployment in two months and was connected to the grid in 2025. The project demonstrates that grid-forming storage can be manufactured, delivered and commissioned not only as an individual asset, but at multi-gigawatt-hour scale.

Together, these projects build the technology, operational experience and delivery foundation behind the latest generation of the platform: PowerTitan 3.0.

PowerTitan 3.0: Engineering for the Next-Generation Grid

Built for applications ranging from 2 to 8 hours, PowerTitan 3.0 packs 7.14 MWh of battery capacity into a single 20-foot container, paired with a 1.78 MW power conversion system. Its SiC-based PCS enables system-level round-trip efficiency of up to 92%, minimizing energy loss during daily cycling. And with integrated grid-forming capabilities, it is engineered to meet evolving European grid codes that now prioritize stability alongside energy shifting.

"The next phase of Europe's energy transition is not simply about generating more renewable electricity. It is about making that electricity available at the right time, in the right place and in the right form. This is where flexible energy storage can create new value for both renewable assets and the wider power system," said Javier Izcue Elizalde, Vice President Europe at Sungrow. "This year, Sungrow estimates delivering 10 GWh of PowerTitan 3.0 across Europe."

A Market Moving Toward Flexibility

The shift is already visible in deployment figures. According to SolarPower Europe's European Battery Market Outlook 2026–2030, Europe installed around 36 GWh of new battery storage in 2025, taking operational capacity above 100 GWh. SolarPower Europe expects annual installations to exceed 50 GWh in 2026 and reach 138 GWh by 2030, with utility-scale storage becoming the key growth engine.

Europe does not simply need more renewable electricity. It needs a power system capable of moving that electricity across time, responding to increasingly extreme conditions, and extracting more value from every megawatt-hour generated.

In a market where prices can swing from below zero to €210/MWh within hours, flexibility is no longer a backup option. It is becoming a core source of value—and a new source of value for the energy transition.

Zoomlion Marks 34th Anniversary, Highlighting Milestones in Innovation and Global Growth

CHANGSHA, China, Sept. 30, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Zoomlion Heavy Industry Science & Technology Co., Ltd. ("Zoomlion" or "the Company") marked its 34th anniversary on September 28 with celebrations across its global operations under the theme "Youth in Bloom, Horizons Beyond." The main event at Zoomlion Smart Industrial City in Changsha brought together company leaders and employees.

Employees from 22 countries delivered anniversary greetings in their own languages. Zoomlion's industrial parks, overseas business hubs and regional operations also held local activities on the same day.

Over the past 34 years, Zoomlion has expanded from its early roots in construction machinery into a diversified equipment business with operations in markets around the world.

1992 | The beginning. Zoomlion was founded in Changsha by Zhan Chunxin and seven colleagues, with an initial focus on commercializing engineering research and bringing new construction machinery products to market.

First product | HBT40A concrete pump. Less than a year later, the team launched the HBT40A, Zoomlion's first independently developed product. It entered a concrete pump market then largely dominated by imported equipment and became the company's first step toward building a broader product portfolio.

1994 onward | Expanding the product range. Zoomlion quickly broadened its lineup. By 1994, it offered 78 models across concrete machinery, construction cranes and sanitation equipment. By 1996 annual output value had reached RMB 120 million. The expansion moved Zoomlion beyond a single product category and into several areas of equipment manufacturing.

2000-2010 | Entering the capital markets. Zoomlion listed A-shares on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange in 2000 and H-shares in Hong Kong in 2010, becoming the first company in its industry with an A+H share listing. The listings supported further expansion as the company's business and product portfolio continued to grow.

2002 onward | Adding new businesses. Through acquisitions and in-house development, Zoomlion expanded into foundation machinery, aerial work platforms and mining machinery. It also built capabilities in key components including control systems and hydraulics, broadening both its equipment portfolio and technical capabilities.

2006-2008 | Adapting to a larger business. As its product lines and operations expanded, Zoomlion introduced a divisional structure in 2006 to manage a larger and more diversified business. By 2008, annual revenue had exceeded RMB 10 billion.

One Zoomlion brand. As Zoomlion expanded into more businesses, some operations had developed under different brand names. The company later brought them together under the ZOOMLION brand, creating a unified identity across its domestic and international operations.

2008 onward | Expanding overseas. Zoomlion accelerated its international expansion with the acquisition of Italian concrete machinery manufacturer CIFA in 2008. Further overseas acquisitions followed, alongside the development of production bases, R&D centers and parts-supply operations outside China. The company also built local sales, service and parts-support capabilities in major international markets, extending its presence beyond product exports.

Today, Zoomlion's businesses span construction, mining and agricultural machinery. The company operates 11 overseas R&D and manufacturing bases, and its products and services reach more than 170 countries and regions. International revenue now accounts for nearly 60% of total revenue. In key markets, Zoomlion combines local manufacturing with sales, service and parts support to respond more directly to customer needs.

As it enters its 35th year, Zoomlion plans to continue advancing diversification, globalization and digitalization, with a focus on high-end equipment, intelligent technologies and greener development. The company will continue investing in technology and localized operations, including the use of AI, robotics and new-energy technologies across its businesses. These investments will support product development and help the company serve customers across key global markets.
