In addition, Reynolds moderated a fireside chat with senior executives from IHG Hotels & Resorts and Banyan Tree. The discussion, titled "Branded Residences Contracting in Asia: Navigating the New Era of Agreements," explored evolving contractual frameworks, owner-operator relationships, governance structures, brand standards, and long-term value creation in branded residential projects.

The participation of attorneys from Greenberg Traurig's Tokyo, Singapore, and Dubai offices highlighted the firm's multidisciplinary, cross-border approach to advising clients on branded residences and hospitality projects.

"IHIF Asia provided an excellent opportunity for our attorneys across Asia and the Middle East to come together and share insights drawn from our work on branded residences in key markets around the world," said Rothstein, chair of the firm's Asia Real Estate Practice. "Demand for branded residential projects continues to grow globally, and we plan to continue collaborating across offices and practices to expand and strengthen Greenberg Traurig's branded residences capabilities for clients worldwide."

Payday bar gives baseball's behind-the-scenes legends the recognition for their hustle
Image File

Anthony Rizzo, Ryan Howard and Nick Swisher recognize the behind-the-scenes contributors whose hustle helped shape their connection to the game

HERSHEY, Pa., Oct. 8, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- As postseason baseball shines a spotlight on the game's biggest stars, the Payday brand is celebrating the people who are behind the scenes powering the game. Through the new Low Key Legends campaign, the Payday brand partnered with baseball legends Anthony Rizzo, Ryan Howard and Nick Swisher to recognize people whose hustle and passion throughout their careers often goes unseen but helps power players, teams and fans.

For Anthony Rizzo, that person is Danny Mueller, whose journey from bat boy to clubhouse manager made him a trusted fixture of Chicago baseball. For Ryan Howard, it is Ali Modami, the batting practice pitcher known for helping players prepare and succeed behind the scenes. For Nick Swisher, it is Rob Cucuzza, the longtime clubhouse manager whose consistency and leadership helped keep one of baseball's most iconic clubhouses running.

Each Low Key Legend honoree will receive $8,000 from the Payday brand in recognition of their contributions to the game. The Payday brand will also make an additional $8,000 charitable donation in each honoree's name, turning recognition into a giveback that extends their impact beyond the ballpark and helps create opportunities for future generations.

"The Payday brand believes the simple, real stuff matters," said Chris Fenton, Senior Brand Manager, Payday. "In baseball, that means the people who show up every day, handle the details and keep the game moving without asking for the spotlight. Through the Low Key Legends campaign, we're proud to celebrate the behind-the-scenes contributors whose dedication embodies that spirit and whose impact deserves to be recognized."

"Danny Mueller's journey from bat boy to clubhouse manager says everything about the hustle that fuels the game," said Anthony Rizzo. "He worked his way up by doing the little things that keep a clubhouse moving, earning the respect of everyone around him along the way. You can always count on Danny, and that is why he is so deserving of this title."

"Fans see what happens on the field, but they don't always see the hustle that makes those moments possible," said Ryan Howard. "Ali Modami has spent years helping players put in the work and prepare behind the scenes. That effort fuels what happens at the plate and makes him a true Low Key Legend."

"Every clubhouse needs someone like Rob Cucuzza," said Nick Swisher. "He took pride in getting every detail right and never cut corners. That behind-the-scenes hustle kept the clubhouse running and helped everyone around him perform at their best."

Together, their stories spotlight the steady dedication that keeps baseball moving, from clubhouse routines to preparation behind the scenes. For Payday, that spirit reflects a simple belief: real impact often comes from the people who show up every day and do the work without asking for the spotlight.

FAQs

What is Payday Low Key Legends? Low Key Legends is a baseball-season campaign that celebrates the people who fuel the game but whose essential work happens behind the scenes, including groundskeepers, clubhouse staff, equipment managers and other longtime contributors. Through the campaign, Payday is recognizing the dedication, consistency and hustle that help keep the game moving season after season.

What does Payday mean by a "Low Key Legend"? A Low Key Legend is someone whose hard work, consistency and behind-the-scenes contributions make a meaningful difference, but whose work is not typically recognized publicly. In baseball, that may include clubhouse staff, equipment managers, groundskeepers, stadium crews and other contributors whose work helps make every game possible.

Who is participating in the campaign? Baseball legends Anthony Rizzo, Ryan Howard and Nick Swisher are partnering with Payday to honor people from their own baseball communities who have helped fuel their success. Each selected a Low Key Legend honoree whose dedication and impact deserve greater recognition.

What will each Low Key Legend receive? Each Low Key Legend honoree will receive $8,000 from the Payday brand in recognition of their contributions to the game. The Payday brand will also make a separate $8,000 charitable donation in each honoree's name, helping extend their impact beyond the ballpark and support future generations in their communities.

Who are the 2026 Low Key Legends being nominated? Anthony Rizzo selected Danny Mueller, clubhouse manager. Ryan Howard selected Ali Modami, batting practice pitcher. Nick Swisher selected Rob Cucuzza, clubhouse manager. Each was chosen for the lasting impact they made behind the scenes in their respective baseball communities.

Why is PAYDAY celebrating Low Key Legends? Payday is built for hustle, not hype. This playoff season, we're saluting the Low Key Legends—authentic, essential people who keep the game running and never ask for the spotlight. While Payday fuels the hustle, Low Key Legends are the real fuel behind October baseball.

Is there anything new to the classic Payday bar? No. Low Key Legends is a new campaign from Payday celebrating baseball's behind-the-scenes contributors. The campaign does not involve any changes to the classic Payday bar, which continues to deliver the same combination of peanuts and caramel fans know and love.

Why does Payday believe these behind-the-scenes roles matter? These behind-the-scenes legends are the backbone of baseball. Without their grit and dedication, game day doesn't happen. Payday knows the real magic isn't just on the field—it's in the everyday effort that makes every moment possible. Their work keeps the game running, and their impact fuels every inning.

How does Low Key Legends connect to Payday? Low Key Legends reflects the Payday belief that it is in fact the simple, real stuff that fuels us best. Just like Payday is all about straightforward, authentic fuel, baseball runs on the hard work of people behind the scenes. This campaign honors their hustle and delivers the recognition—and the "pay day"—they deserve. Peanut. Caramel. Bar. That's the Payday way.

What is the connection between Payday and baseball? Baseball and peanuts are two timeless traditions that have gone hand in hand for generations. Through Low Key Legends, Payday is celebrating another part of the game that stands the test of time: the dedicated people whose hard work helps make every season possible.

How can fans participate? Fans can tag @payday_bar and use #LowKeyLegends to celebrate a behind-the-scenes hero from their ballpark.

Where can people follow the campaign? Follow @payday_bar on Instagram and @payday_candybar on TikTok for Low Key Legends stories and campaign updates.

The space features a curated environment including a professional sound system, premium refreshments, and biophilic design elements throughout.

"The Visionary was designed to take advantage of what most spaces leave on the table," said Mike Gentile, owner of The Visionary. "I want to create a friendly environment that allows people to dream and gives them the opportunity, structure and support to have the highest probability of success with whatever they are trying to do. Everybody is a visionary. It's just finding your vision. And I want to enable that in this building."

Tours of The Visionary are available by appointment. Membership inquiries and event bookings can be directed to [email protected].

The building at 1315 N. El Camino Real carries a storied history. The site was once home to surf visionary Dale Velzy, one of the most influential figures in surf history and the founder of one of the first surf shops in the world. Velzy helped finance filmmaker Bruce Brown, whose 1959 surf film "Slippery When Wet" was filmed in part at the location and is credited with helping introduce Southern California surf culture to a global audience.

"This site has always been about building something bigger than yourself," Gentile said. "Dale Velzy's greatest impact wasn't the surfboards. It was his ability to recognize potential in other people and bet on them. He bankrolled Bruce Brown. He mentored the next generation of shapers and created great environments for them to work and grow together. This building is rooted in that same spirit of innovation, creativity and risk-taking. What he started didn't end with him. Others picked it up and pushed it forward. That spirit is still alive here. We are just the next chapter."

Old World Industries and Integrity Systems Form Strategic Partnership to Bring Real-Time Coolant Intelligence to AI Data Centers

Thermal Charge® Heat Transfer Fluids and AI-Powered Monitoring Unite to Deliver Predictive Cooling-Loop Health Management

NORTHBROOK, Ill. and WEATHERFORD, Texas, Oct. 8, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Old World Industries (OWI), a leading manufacturer of coolant and heat transfer solutions best known for its brands of PEAK® and Thermal Charge® Heat Transfer Fluids, and Integrity Systems, a critical infrastructure monitoring company, today announced a strategic partnership to combine coolant expertise with real-time monitoring, predictive analytics and intelligent diagnostics for data center cooling systems.

As AI and other high-density computing workloads place increasing demands on data center infrastructure, operators need greater visibility into the real-time health and performance of their cooling systems. Any downtime or disruptions to the system can have significant operational and financial consequences, making proactive monitoring and maintenance critical for data center operators. Periodic laboratory testing provides important point-in-time information about coolant condition; the OWI-Integrity Systems partnership is designed to complement that testing with continuous field monitoring that can alert operators of changing cooling-loop conditions between testing intervals.

"Unscheduled downtime remains one of the most expensive risks facing data center operators today," said Greg Noethlich, Chief Executive Officer of OWI. "This partnership helps customers move from reactive problem-solving to predictive maintenance, helping avoid the substantial costs associated with unexpected system failures."

Integrity Systems' real-time industrial monitoring, predictive analytics and intelligent diagnostics capabilities are designed to work alongside existing controls and monitoring systems. Its platform brings together sensor data, operating context, maintenance history and operator knowledge to help identify developing problems and guide maintenance decisions.

"We founded Integrity Systems to close the gap between what industrial operators need and what predictive monitoring actually delivers," said Brett Wade, Chief Executive Officer of Integrity Systems. "By combining continuous field monitoring with OWI's coolant expertise, the partnership delivers ongoing visibility into coolant performance, helping operators make informed maintenance decisions based on real-time operating conditions."

The collaboration also creates an opportunity to generate additional real-world operating data on coolant performance. Those insights can help inform future product validation and development while giving operators greater context about cooling system conditions in live environments.

"We see AI's future being shaped not only by the size of the data centers behind it, but by the ability to deploy increasing levels of intelligence at the edge," said Connor Wooley, Chief Technology Officer of Integrity Systems. "Our goal is to lead in that space by delivering AI where work is performed and critical decisions are made. Our agentic harness is designed to turn deep analysis and verified operating experience into specialized AI that runs locally. With OWI, we're applying that approach to coolant and cooling-system health, helping operators understand what is changing, why it matters, and when to act. But our vision extends further, an operating system for intelligent infrastructure that can carry that capability beyond continuous human reach, from remote industrial environments to space. The goal is intelligence that can operate where people cannot always be, without depending on a distant data center for every decision."

Together, OWI and Integrity Systems are enabling a new standard for cooling-system assurance that helps data center operators improve uptime, protect critical infrastructure and confidently scale for growing computing demands. Toro Encourages Homeowners to Protect their Snow Blower's Built-In Shield

Kick off National Snow Blower Maintenance Week with essential pre-season care for both single- and two-stage models

BLOOMINGTON, Minn., Oct. 8, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Oil checks, refreshing fuel and replacing spark plugs are traditionally at the top of your Snow Blower Maintenance Week checklist, but overlooking critical ground-contact components might lead to costly damage to both your machine and property. Whether operating a heavy-duty two-stage machine or a compact single-stage unit, protecting your equipment's built-in wear items is essential for winter readiness.

In recognition of National Snow Blower Maintenance Week (October 15–21), Toro — America's #1 snow blower brand* — is drawing attention to the importance of a two-stage snow blower's skid shoes.

"Wear items like skid shoes, scraper bars, and rubber paddles are engineered to absorb friction and protect the core structure of your snow blower," says Wes Bollingmo, channel and product support manager at Toro. "Inspecting and replacing these key components before the season begins ensures optimal clearing performance and protects driveways and sidewalks from accidental damage."

On two-stage models, the primary focus centers on skid shoes. Their job is to keep the high-speed auger from making contact with your driveway. Avoiding this damage is a matter of establishing the correct ground clearance. Homeowners can easily verify their equipment height using these baseline rules:

- Maintain a 1/8-Inch Clearance: For concrete or asphalt, leave a 1/8-inch air gap between the scraper blade and the ground. To ensure accuracy, always adjust the skid shoes on the flattest available surface.

- Elevate Settings for Gravel: Gravel driveways require a different approach. Start with the skid shoes adjusted high and make small, incremental changes downward to prevent the machine from catching and throwing loose rocks.

- Match Material to Property: If scratching is a concern for high-end stamped concrete or custom pavers, utilize non-marking poly (plastic) skid shoes. They provide excellent surface protection, though they wear faster than steel and require more frequent inspection.

For single-stage snow blowers, pay close attention to the rubber paddles and scraper bars, which are among the most commonly missed maintenance items. Because single-stage paddles make direct contact with the ground to propel the unit forward, worn paddles reduce clearing efficiency and expose the lower housing to excess wear. Homeowners should check scraper bars for level wear and replace paddles when they reach the wear indicator hole to prevent surface damage and maintain maximum throwing distance.

These steps are just a piece of the operational puzzle. For a full list of simple pre-season maintenance to perform before the first winter storm arrives, homeowners can find a comprehensive Snow Blower Maintenance Week checklist at Toro's blog, yardcare.com.

"We're calling on all snow blower owners to join us in celebrating National Snow Blower Maintenance Week this year," says Bollingmo. "Many of these tasks can easily be done at home. If you'd prefer to have a trained technician handle your yearly tune-up, an authorized Toro service dealer is a great resource."
