From New York City's grand parade and Plymouth's historic legacy to Parisian celebrations, Asian harvest traditions and Caribbean escapes, Travel and Tour World spotlights 50 remarkable destinations.

NEW YORK, Oct. 13, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Thanksgiving travel goes global in 2026 as Travel And Tour World (TTW) unveils its Top 50 Thanksgiving Travel Destinations. Paris claims first place, followed by New York City and Plymouth. Cancún, Liberia, London, Toronto, Punta Cana, Leiden and Rome complete the top ten, showcasing cultural traditions, festive celebrations and holiday experiences.

"Thanksgiving transcends the conventional contours of a seasonal celebration, emerging as a profound testament to humanity's enduring traditions of gratitude, cultural continuity and collective belonging. Beyond the conviviality of festive banquets and familial reunions, it embodies a universal ethos of appreciation, inviting discerning travellers to explore the fascinating tapestry of civilisations, customs and shared human experiences that enrich our interconnected world," says Anup Kumar Keshan, Founder and Editor-in-Chief of Travel And Tour World.

He adds: "Our Top 50 Thanksgiving Travel Destinations in the World for 2026 is a celebration of cultural pluralism, historical profundity and the extraordinary diversity of global travel. From time-honoured harvest traditions and gastronomic splendour to historic commemorations and contemporary festivities, these destinations illuminate the remarkable confluence of heritage, hospitality and human connection. Thanksgiving, in its most expansive interpretation, transcends geographical frontiers and cultural distinctions, transforming the simple yet profound sentiment of gratitude into an enduring inspiration for exploration, intercultural understanding and unforgettable journeys."

Top 50 Thanksgiving Travel Destinations Worldwide for 2026

Detailed Overview

1. Paris, France

For Americans seeking a European twist on Thanksgiving Day, Paris brings familiar holiday flavours into a city of timeless charm. Traditional turkey dinners at restaurants such as Joe Allen, pumpkin pie, expatriate gatherings and festive shopping allow visitors to celebrate while enjoying the French capital's beautiful autumn atmosphere.

2. New York City, New York, United States

Few places capture the excitement of Thanksgiving quite like New York City. Americans travel from across the country to watch Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade, where enormous balloons, colourful floats and marching bands fill Manhattan with excitement. Traditional turkey dinners, pumpkin pies and festive shopping complete this iconic holiday experience.

3. Plymouth, Massachusetts, United States

America's Thanksgiving history unfolds in Plymouth through heritage parades, 17th-century reenactments and harvest feasts. Plimoth Patuxet Museums explores Pilgrim and Wampanoag histories behind the holiday's complex origins.

4. Cancún, Mexico

Sunshine instead of sweaters makes Cancún an appealing Thanksgiving getaway for American holidaymakers. Along its Caribbean coastline, beachfront resorts bring the holiday to life with roast turkey, pumpkin pie and Mexican specialities. Between festive meals, travellers can relax beside turquoise waters and enjoy the region's tropical beauty.

5. Liberia, Costa Rica

Thanksgiving takes on a refreshing tropical character around Liberia, the gateway to Costa Rica's Guanacaste region. Americans looking for a holiday surrounded by nature can discover Pacific beaches, eco-resorts and farm-to-table dining. Selected resorts may offer traditional turkey feasts alongside Costa Rican dishes, adding local flavour to the celebration.

6. London, United Kingdom

Across the Atlantic, London offers American travellers a Thanksgiving experience shaped by shared history and familiar traditions. The Mayflower's connections with Rotherhithe invite historical exploration, while Thanksgiving services at St Paul's Cathedral and traditional turkey dinners provide opportunities to celebrate. London's festive streets add another reason to visit.

7. Toronto, Ontario, Canada

A different harvest story awaits Americans travelling to Toronto during the US Thanksgiving holiday. Although Canadians celebrate Thanksgiving in October, visitors in late November can still discover the region's agricultural heritage and seasonal food culture. Maple desserts, Ontario apple cider and historic farming traditions reveal a distinctly Canadian interpretation of autumn.

8. Punta Cana, Dominican Republic

Picture a Thanksgiving dinner served within sight of the Caribbean Sea. That is the tropical escape Punta Cana offers American families looking to spend the holiday away from colder weather. Beachfront resorts combine traditional turkey dishes with Dominican seafood and island flavours, while palm-lined beaches create an inviting setting for relaxation.

9. Leiden, Netherlands

For Americans interested in the origins of Thanksgiving, the Dutch city of Leiden offers a journey into history. The Pilgrims lived here before travelling across the Atlantic, leaving a connection that remains part of the city's heritage. Thanksgiving observances at Pieterskerk and walks through historic neighbourhoods make the experience particularly meaningful.

10. Rome, Italy

Thanksgiving in Rome brings together two wonderful traditions: American holiday dining and Italian hospitality. Travellers from the United States can seek out expatriate gatherings, community celebrations and restaurants offering seasonal turkey dinners. Beyond the table, ancient landmarks, historic churches and atmospheric streets make the Eternal City a memorable November destination.

11. Chicago, Illinois, United States

Chicago knows how to turn Thanksgiving into a citywide celebration. American families gather along the parade route as giant balloons, marching bands and decorated floats bring colour to the streets. From charity Turkey Trots to traditional holiday meals, the Windy City offers plenty of ways to share the festive spirit.

12. Montego Bay, Jamaica

Who says Thanksgiving must be celebrated in cold autumn weather? In Montego Bay, Americans can exchange chilly mornings for Jamaican sunshine and golden beaches. Selected resorts offer Thanksgiving-inspired meals featuring turkey, Caribbean spices and local delicacies, giving families an opportunity to enjoy familiar traditions with a distinctly island flavour.

13. Tokyo, Japan

Japan's Labour Thanksgiving Day on 23 November honours workers and production, while separate Shinto harvest rituals celebrate rice cultivation. American-style turkey dinners add another distinct seasonal tradition in Tokyo.

Tokyo offers American visitors an opportunity to experience two different November holiday traditions. Japan observes Labour Thanksgiving Day on 23 November, recognising workers and production, while the American celebration falls on 26 November in 2026. Travellers can discover Japanese cultural customs and seek out American-style Thanksgiving meals at selected restaurants.

14. Vienna, Austria

Imagine celebrating Thanksgiving before wandering through Vienna's illuminated Christmas markets. For Americans spending late November in Austria, the city combines elegant architecture, seasonal food and festive atmosphere. American community dinners provide a taste of home, while roasted chestnuts and traditional Austrian experiences bring something different to the holiday.

15. Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, United States

History takes centre stage as Philadelphia hosts America's oldest Thanksgiving parade, featuring spectacular balloons, floats and marching bands. Charity Turkey Trots and traditional harvest feasts complete the holiday experience.

16. San Juan, Puerto Rico

Thanksgiving in San Juan is anything but ordinary! American travellers discover a Caribbean celebration where pavochón, Puerto Rico's flavourful take on roast turkey, shares the table with mofongo and traditional family favourites. Lively music, colourful colonial streets and warm island hospitality make the holiday especially memorable.

17. Dublin, Ireland

A warm Irish welcome awaits Americans spending Thanksgiving in Dublin. Traditional roast dinners, expatriate gatherings and selected community services offer familiar ways to celebrate gratitude. Beyond the festivities, historic streets, welcoming pubs and Ireland's rich cultural heritage turn a November holiday into an engaging city break.

18. Amsterdam, Netherlands

Imagine enjoying a traditional Thanksgiving feast beside Amsterdam's picturesque canals. For Americans travelling overseas, the Dutch capital offers opportunities to reconnect with familiar customs through expatriate gatherings, turkey dinners and seasonal worship. Historic Pilgrim connections add another dimension to the celebration, making Amsterdam particularly appealing to heritage-minded visitors.

19. Orlando, Florida, United States

For American families, Thanksgiving in Orlando can feel like an extended holiday adventure. Disney's Liberty Tree Tavern offers colonial-inspired dining, while selected resorts introduce festive menus and seasonal experiences. Community Turkey Trots, theme park attractions and Christmas entertainment create plenty of opportunities to celebrate together.

20. Monrovia, Liberia

Thanksgiving has a different calendar and cultural identity in Liberia. Americans exploring Monrovia can discover a national tradition celebrated on the first Thursday of November, rather than the American holiday later in the month. Church services, family gatherings, traditional music and shared meals reflect Liberia's distinctive expressions of gratitude.

21. Montréal, Québec, Canada

French-Canadian culture gives Thanksgiving-season travel a distinctive flavour in Montréal. Americans visiting during Canada's October holiday can explore harvest markets, sample maple desserts and enjoy seasonal dining.

YYForce Brings Humanoid Robots to Hospitality in Landmark Partnership with Novotel & Mercure Singapore on Stevens

Planned rollout across the 772-room precinct combines service robotics with research into future humanoid housekeeping and banquet applications

SINGAPORE, Oct. 13, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- YYForce Inc. (NASDAQ: YFOR), Novotel Singapore on Stevens and Mercure Singapore on Stevens today announced a partnership to introduce service robots across the hotels' 772-room precinct and advance AI and humanoid robotics development. The collaboration will combine a confirmed operational rollout with research informed by hotel workflows, aiming to improve guest service and develop future hospitality capabilities.

The collaboration creates a real-world operating environment spanning 772 guestrooms, restaurants and event spaces. The hotels will contribute hospitality operating expertise and an environment in which the technology can be evaluated, while YYForce will provide robotics capabilities and technical support as it develops an integrated human, AI and robotics workforce model. The operating objective is to improve service consistency while reducing repetitive delivery, transport and cleaning work so hotel Heartists can devote more time to guest-facing service.

An initial pre-deployment comparison projects approximately 10% lower monthly operating costs across selected housekeeping, concierge and food and beverage operations, including the robot costs reflected in the model. Actual costs, productivity and guest-service outcomes will be evaluated after rollout.

"In a hotel, every journey to deliver an item and every repetitive task takes time. We want to use robotics thoughtfully, so our teams can focus their attention where it matters most to the guest," said Piotr Kupiec, General Manager of Novotel Singapore on Stevens and Mercure Singapore on Stevens.

"Across two hotels, the opportunity is to rethink how work moves through the operation. Our measure of success will be whether we deliver more consistent service and make everyday work more manageable for our Heartists."

The confirmed first phase will introduce specialized service robots for guest deliveries, food and beverage logistics, scheduled cleaning and concierge support. Deployment preparations include lift integration, route mapping, network requirements and guest arrival notifications. The rollout is intended to establish an operating environment in which YYForce can evaluate robotics across hotel logistics, facilities and guest-facing services.

A separate second phase is intended to focus on YYForce's humanoid system and future iterations. Selected housekeeping and banquet workflows will inform development of robotic hardware, software and AI systems through permitted observations and agreed operational data-use arrangements.

"Working in an operating hotel environment gives us the opportunity to move robotics development from controlled demonstrations toward real-world workflows," said Mike Fu, Chief Executive Officer of YYForce. "This collaboration connects technologies that can be deployed today with the operational learning required to develop the next generation of workforce solutions."

"Our objective is to build the technology, operational knowledge and permitted training data needed for a future in which people, AI, specialized service robots and humanoid robots work together across hospitality, facility management and other service-intensive industries. This is a practical step toward YYForce's 2030 Vision and our commitment to Forging Forward Together."

Together, the partners aim to build practical knowledge of how people, AI and robotics can improve hospitality operations. The collaboration connects the hotels' focus on guest service and more manageable work for Heartists with YYForce's 2030 Vision for an integrated workforce ecosystem. The accompanying factsheets set out the deployment scope, AI research programme and longer-term strategy.

Annex A Deployment and operating context

The service robotics rollout is confirmed for Novotel Singapore on Stevens and Mercure Singapore on Stevens. Deployment has not yet begun. The applications below describe the planned scope; individual robot assignments and operating arrangements will be finalised before launch.

Deployment preparation

Preparations will address robot route mapping, lift configuration, network requirements and guest notifications. Tasks and operating areas will be matched to the robots' capabilities and the hotels' service requirements. Technical readiness will determine the implementation sequence.

Technology and support

YYForce will provide hardware, software updates, maintenance and technical personnel under the MOU. The scope of support and commercial arrangements will follow the parties' final agreements.

Why operational capacity matters

Singapore's hotel sector recorded average occupancy of 81.9% in 2025, up from 81.4% in 2024, while international visitor arrivals reached 16.9 million, according to the Singapore Tourism Board. These sector-wide figures provide context for the partnership's focus on service capacity and productivity.

Source: Singapore Tourism Board, 3 February 2026, "Record Singapore tourism receipts from January to September 2025".

Operating objectives

The initial comparison projects approximately 10% lower monthly costs for selected operations with robotics support, including the robot costs listed in the model. This estimate applies to the operations covered by the comparison. A separate planning assumption estimates a potential 5% reduction in rooms-department overtime costs. The estimates use different bases and do not represent a combined saving. Both are subject to the model's cost scope, operating coverage and service assumptions; actual results will be assessed after deployment. Proposed performance measures include delivery turnaround, tasks completed per labour hour, reliability, colleague workload and guest feedback.

Annex B AI and humanoid robotics development

Research into future hotel applications

The collaboration envisages a second phase focused on training and developing YYForce's humanoid robotic system and future iterations. The intended research uses hospitality workflows to help the company understand the physical tasks and service requirements that future humanoid systems would need to handle.

How hospitality workflows inform AI development

The programme is intended to connect observation of selected hospitality tasks with the development of robotic hardware, software and AI systems. YYForce's humanoid units are expected to train alongside hotel personnel in agreed settings, helping researchers understand how people move, handle tasks and adapt to different service environments.

AT&T to Sell AT&T Mexico to Grupo Televisa and Fintech Holdings

The transaction sharpens AT&T's focus on building the strongest fiber and 5G network in the United States

Key Takeaways:

- The transaction sharpens AT&T's focus and capital allocation on building the strongest network in the United States through continued investments in fiber and 5G, further aligning its portfolio with its long-term strategy of advanced connectivity and convergence.

- AT&T's effort to consolidate and modernize Mexico's second scaled wireless network has well positioned AT&T Mexico for its next phase of growth. These opportunities are best undertaken by a local operator who brings attractive assets to improve the overall customer value proposition.

- Transaction is expected to close in the first quarter of 2027; AT&T expects there will be no changes to the experience U.S. consumer and enterprise customers enjoy today.

DALLAS, Oct. 13, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- AT&T Inc. (NYSE:T) has reached an agreement to sell AT&T Mexico to Grupo Televisa and Fintech Holdings for $2 billion in cash at closing, subject to certain adjustments, plus additional contractual and contingent benefits.

AT&T has made meaningful progress advancing its investment-led strategy in the U.S., where customers increasingly choose AT&T for fast, reliable internet and wireless service. By continuing to prioritize its U.S. fiber and wireless networks, AT&T is engineering the foundation for advanced connectivity that consumers, businesses, and communities need for an AI-enabled future.

"We have articulated a strong belief that the AI future will run on converged networks with dense fiber assets," said John Stankey, AT&T Chairman and CEO. "This move positions AT&T Mexico to participate in that evolution and is consistent with our long-term strategy to focus our capital allocation on opportunities for growth in the vibrant U.S. market."

Since entering Mexico, AT&T's operating expertise has enabled the business to grow into one of the country's leading wireless providers. AT&T believes that Grupo Televisa and Fintech Holdings are well positioned to lead AT&T Mexico through its next phase of growth. Grupo Televisa has a strong operating presence in Mexico with its fixed-line broadband business, and Fintech Holdings brings fresh capital, local knowledge, and operational expertise in the Mexican wireless sector.

Transaction Timeline

The transaction is expected to close in the first quarter of 2027, subject to customary closing conditions, including any necessary regulatory approvals in Mexico.

Until close, AT&T expects to report AT&T Mexico as held-for-sale in continuing operations, which will be reflected in the Company's third-quarter 2026 10-Q filing with the SEC.

Clean Form Nutrition Achieves NSF Certified for Sport® Certification with NNB Nutrition's Pürest Creatine™, Setting a New Benchmark for Creatine Purity
Image File
Original HTML

With independent testing from Eurofins and Mérieux NutriSciences, Informed Choice ingredient certification, and NSF Certified for Sport® finished-product certification, Pürest Creatine™ delivers multiple layers of quality assurance for competitive athletes.

BOISE, Idaho, Oct. 13, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- NNB Nutrition, a global innovator in high-quality nutritional ingredients, is proud to announce that Clean Form Nutrition has become the first brand to achieve NSF Certified for Sport® certification for a finished product featuring NNB Nutrition's Pürest Creatine™. The achievement follows Pürest Creatine™'s recent Informed Choice certification and extensive third-party purity testing, establishing a compelling new standard for quality assurance in sports nutrition.

Creatine is among the world's most popular and extensively researched sports nutrition ingredients, supported by decades of scientific evidence demonstrating its benefits for strength, power, and athletic performance. However, as global demand accelerates and manufacturers compete to offer increasingly affordable creatine products, questions surrounding manufacturing quality, ingredient purity, and potential contamination have become more important than ever.

Although creatine itself is permitted in competitive sports, the manufacturing process can introduce unwanted impurities or, in some circumstances, prohibited substances through cross-contamination. For professional athletes and individuals subject to routine drug testing, these risks make independent verification especially valuable, even for a single-ingredient product like creatine.

NSF Certified for Sport®: An Additional Layer of Protection for Athletes

NSF is an independent organization that develops public health and safety standards and provides third-party testing and certification services. Its NSF Certified for Sport® program is designed to help reduce the risk that athletes and other individuals subject to drug testing unknowingly consume prohibited substances through dietary supplements.

The certification program evaluates finished products for substances banned by major sporting organizations, along with applicable manufacturing quality and labeling requirements.

This distinction is particularly important because even when a raw ingredient is legal in sport, contamination can occur during subsequent manufacturing, blending, packaging, or handling.

Clean Form Nutrition's newly certified Pürest Creatine™ finished product provides athletes with an additional layer of independent verification, helping reduce the risks associated with inadvertent consumption of prohibited substances.

Pürest Creatine™ Demonstrates Exceptional Purity Against a Leading Industry Benchmark

Long before achieving these sports certifications, NNB Nutrition developed Pürest Creatine™ with a focus on exceptional purity and manufacturing quality.

Independent laboratory testing conducted by Eurofins and Mérieux NutriSciences has evaluated Pürest Creatine™ for key creatine manufacturing impurities, including dicyandiamide (DCD), dihydrotriazine (DHT), and creatinine.

In comparative testing conducted by Eurofins, three separate production lots of Pürest Creatine™ were evaluated alongside a leading premium creatine widely regarded as a benchmark for purity in the industry.

Across all three Pürest Creatine™ lots, DCD, DHT, and creatinine were below the laboratory's limits of quantification. By comparison, the leading premium creatine sample contained measurable levels of both DCD and creatinine, while DHT remained below the quantification limit in both products.

These findings demonstrate Pürest Creatine™'s exceptional impurity profile, even when evaluated against a premium creatine recognized for its stringent quality standards.

For consumers and brands seeking high-quality creatine, these results provide measurable evidence of purity that goes beyond conventional marketing claims.

Informed Choice Certification Adds Independent Verification at the Ingredient Level

In addition to its extensive impurity testing, Pürest Creatine™ recently achieved Informed Choice certification, adding another layer of independent quality assurance.

Informed Choice is a globally recognized sports nutrition certification program that screens certified products and ingredients for substances prohibited in sport.

For Pürest Creatine™, this certification provides additional confidence in the raw ingredient before it enters finished-product manufacturing.

Combined with Eurofins and Mérieux NutriSciences impurity testing, Informed Choice certification reinforces NNB Nutrition's commitment to delivering creatine that meets the expectations of brands serving competitive athletes and quality-conscious consumers.

Clean Form Nutrition Brings Multiple Layers of Testing Together

With Clean Form Nutrition becoming the first brand to receive NSF Certified for Sport® certification for a finished product containing Pürest Creatine™, the ingredient now benefits from an unusually comprehensive approach to independent quality verification.

This approach includes four complementary measures:

- Eurofins: Independent laboratory analysis of DCD, DHT, and creatinine, including comparative testing against a leading premium creatine.

- Mérieux NutriSciences: Additional third-party laboratory testing for creatine manufacturing impurities.

- Informed Choice: Ingredient-level certification with screening for substances prohibited in sport.

- NSF Certified for Sport®: Finished-product certification with testing for prohibited substances and evaluation of applicable quality requirements.

Together, these independent testing and certification programs address two distinct priorities: minimizing unwanted manufacturing impurities and reducing the risk of prohibited-substance contamination.

The result is a compelling combination of ingredient purity and finished-product verification that positions Clean Form Nutrition's certified Pürest Creatine™ formulation among the most comprehensively quality-verified creatine options for athletes.

A New Standard for Creatine in Sport

As creatine becomes increasingly accessible and competition among manufacturers intensifies, NNB Nutrition believes the next evolution of the category will be defined by transparency, measurable purity, and independent certification.

For athletes, choosing a creatine supplement should involve more than confirming that creatine itself is permitted in competition. The quality of the raw ingredient, the consistency of its manufacturing process, and the integrity of the finished product all matter.

By combining exceptional impurity testing results, Informed Choice certification, and NSF Certified for Sport® finished-product certification, Pürest Creatine™ and Clean Form Nutrition are helping raise expectations for what premium creatine can offer.

For athletes seeking confidence in both ingredient purity and finished-product quality, Clean Form Nutrition's NSF Certified for Sport® Pürest Creatine™ formulation represents a new benchmark for creatine supplementation.

Brookdale Completes Acquisition of 17 Communities and Announces Mutually Beneficial Agreement to Acquire 30 Additional Leased Communities from Welltower
Image File
Original HTML

BRENTWOOD, Tenn., Oct. 13, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Brookdale Senior Living Inc. (NYSE: BKD) ("Brookdale" or the "Company") today announced additional transactions to advance Brookdale's strategy to further increase its real estate ownership and reduce its long-term lease obligations.

Announcement Highlights

- Brookdale completed the previously announced acquisition of 17 communities (735 units) for a purchase price of approximately $157 million, eliminating approximately $11 million of annual cash rent in 2027.

- Brookdale entered into a definitive agreement with Welltower Inc. ("Welltower") to acquire 30 currently leased communities (1,152 units) for a purchase price of $290 million. The Company expects this transaction to reduce 2027 annual cash rent payments by approximately $17.8 million, and the lease would have otherwise matured in 2032.

- Contingent upon closing the 30-community acquisition, a separate 39-community (1,842 units) cash flow positive lease with Welltower would be extended by four years to June 2036 with 2027 annual cash rent payments of approximately $36.6 million. In connection with the amendment, the lease's existing fair market value purchase option would become exercisable at any time at Brookdale's election, rather than only in connection with the lease's maturity, subject to a floor of a 6.5% yield on in-place rent.

"The completed acquisition of 17 communities and the agreement to acquire 30 communities from Welltower together represent another significant step forward in our strategy to own more of the real estate we currently operate. Ownership allows Brookdale to capture the full benefit of future operating growth, while reducing our long-term lease obligations. These transactions are expected to be accretive to Adjusted EBITDA and cash flow," commented Nick Stengle, Brookdale's Chief Executive Officer. He added, "The Welltower lease amendment also will provide valuable flexibility by giving Brookdale the right to exercise a fair market value purchase option at any time during the term of the lease, subject to a pre-negotiated floor."

COMPLETED 17-COMMUNITY PORTFOLIO ACQUISITION

On September 30, Brookdale completed the previously announced acquisition of 17 formerly leased senior living communities for a purchase price of approximately $157 million. The portfolio is comprised of 735 assisted living and memory care units in Colorado, Kansas, Ohio, and Texas. The transaction increases Brookdale's owned share of consolidated units to approximately 77% and eliminates approximately $11 million of annual cash rent in 2027.

The acquisition was funded with cash on hand and $108 million of non-recourse mortgage financing. The debt bears interest at a variable rate based on SOFR plus a margin of 215 basis points and has an initial term of five years with extension options for two additional years.

WELLTOWER PORTFOLIO ACQUISITION

Brookdale recently entered into a definitive agreement with Welltower to acquire the real estate of 30 senior living communities Brookdale currently leases and operates for a purchase price of $290 million. The leased portfolio of 1,152 assisted living and memory care units in 13 states with approximately $17.8 million of annual cash rent for 2027, including approximately $11 million of operating rent and approximately $7 million of financing rent, would have otherwise matured in 2032.

The transaction is expected to close during the fourth quarter of 2026, subject to customary closing conditions, and to be funded with cash on hand and non-recourse mortgage debt. Upon closing, the acquisition will further reduce Brookdale's annual cash rent, increase the Company's consolidated share of owned units to nearly 80%, and is expected to increase Adjusted EBITDA and Adjusted Free Cash Flow.

WELLTOWER LEASE EXTENSION

Brookdale and Welltower also agreed to amend a cash flow positive lease for 39 communities. The amendment, contingent upon closing the Welltower portfolio acquisition, would extend the lease through June 2036 from its current maturity in June 2032 and would be Brookdale's only remaining lease with Welltower. In connection with the extended term, Brookdale's existing fair market value purchase option would become exercisable, subject to a pre-negotiated floor, at any time during the lease. Currently, the purchase option is only available immediately prior to the 2032 existing maturity. All other terms of the lease will remain unchanged.
