Captioned Allegheny County Employees' Retirement System v. Coastal Financial Corporation, No. 26-cv-03746 (W.D. Wash.), the Coastal Financial class action lawsuit charges Coastal Financial as well as certain of Coastal Financial's top current and former executives with violations of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.

If you suffered substantial losses and wish to serve as lead plaintiff of the Coastal Financial class action lawsuit, please provide your information here:

CASE ALLEGATIONS: Coastal Financial operates as the bank holding company for Coastal Community Bank, which provides various banking products and services to consumers and small and medium-sized businesses. Through its CCBX segment, Coastal Financial provides "banking as a service" ("BaaS") to digital financial service providers, companies, and brands, enabling its partners to offer banking and other financial services to their customers.

The Coastal Financial class action lawsuit alleges that defendants throughout the Class Period made false and/or misleading statements and/or failed to disclose that: (i) the credit quality of a substantial CCBX partner loan portfolio, comprising approximately $500 million in loans and nearly 23% of all CCBX loans, had materially deteriorated; (ii) as a result of that deterioration, Coastal Financial faced significant exposure to credit losses notwithstanding defendants' repeated representations concerning the credit protections provided by its CCBX partner agreements; and (iii) Coastal Financial's risk management and credit monitoring practices were inadequate to identify, adequately account for, and mitigate the deterioration of the CCBX partner loan portfolio and the resulting risks to Coastal Financial.

The Coastal Financial class action lawsuit further alleges that on July 30, 2026, Coastal Financial announced its second quarter 2026 financial results and held an earnings call. During the call, defendants acknowledged that the quarter included "significant and unusual items that warrant a direct explanation." Coastal Financial reported a surprise GAAP net loss of $42.1 million, driven primarily by a $68.8 million credit expense associated with a single CCBX partner relationship. The credit expense consisted of a $46 million valuation adjustment to the related credit enhancement asset and a $22.8 million provision for credit losses associated with the partner's indemnification obligations. Defendants further disclosed that the affected portfolio consisted of approximately $500 million in underlying loans, together with the related reimbursement exposure. On this news, the price of Coastal Financial stock fell more than 43%.

THE LEAD PLAINTIFF PROCESS: The Private Securities Litigation Reform Act of 1995 permits any investor who purchased or acquired Coastal Financial common stock during the Class Period to seek appointment as lead plaintiff in the Coastal Financial class action lawsuit. A lead plaintiff is generally the movant with the greatest financial interest in the relief sought by the putative class who is also typical and adequate of the putative class. A lead plaintiff acts on behalf of all other class members in directing the Coastal Financial class action lawsuit. The lead plaintiff can select a law firm of its choice to litigate the Coastal Financial class action lawsuit. An investor's ability to share in any potential future recovery is not dependent upon serving as lead plaintiff of the Coastal Financial class action lawsuit.

48 HOUR AVEX INVESTOR DEADLINE: Robbins Geller Rudman & Dowd LLP Announces that AEVEX Corp. Investors with Substantial Losses Have Opportunity to Lead Class Action Lawsuit
Image File
Original HTML

SAN DIEGO, Oct. 18, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Robbins Geller Rudman & Dowd LLP announces that purchasers or acquirers of AEVEX Corp. (NYSE: AVEX): (i) Class A common stock pursuant and/or traceable to the registration statement and prospectus issued in connection with AEVEX' April 2026 initial public offering ("IPO"); and/or (ii) publicly traded Class A common stock between April 17, 2026 and June 4, 2026, all dates inclusive (the "Class Period"), have until this Tuesday, October 20, 2026 to seek appointment as lead plaintiff of the AEVEX class action lawsuit. Captioned Rosenberg v. AEVEX Corp., No. 26-cv-04779 (S.D. Cal.), the AEVEX class action lawsuit charges AEVEX, Madison Dearborn Partners, LLC, AEVEX' controlling private equity owner, as well as certain of AEVEX' executives, directors, and underwriters of the IPO with violations of the Securities Act of 1933 and/or the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.

If you suffered substantial losses and wish to serve as lead plaintiff of the AEVEX class action lawsuit, please provide your information here:

https://www.rgrdlaw.com/cases-aevex-corp-class-action-lawsuit-avex.html

You can also contact attorneys Ken Dolitsky or Michael Albert of Robbins Geller by calling 800/851-7783 or via e-mail at [email protected].

CASE ALLEGATIONS: AEVEX operates as a defense technology contractor and enabler of the U.S. Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS) dominance strategy mission. AEVEX operates in two segments, Tactical Systems and Global Solutions. The complaint alleges that in its April 2026 IPO, AEVEX sold 18.4 million shares of common stock.

The AEVEX class action lawsuit alleges that in the IPO's offering documents and throughout the Class Period defendants made false and/or misleading statements and/or failed to disclose that despite conveying a commitment to follow a 180-day "lock-up" and therefore prevent Madison Dearborn Partners, LLC from selling its Class A common stock or converting or exchanging its Class B or LLC Units into Class A common stock for public sale until at least October 13, 2026, defendants concealed a pre-arranged plan between Madison Dearborn Partners, LLC, Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, BofA Securities, Inc., and Jefferies LLC to prematurely abrogate that commitment and allow for a secondary public offering ("SPO") shortly after the IPO.

On June 1, 2026, after the market closed, AEVEX allegedly filed a registration statement with the SEC on Form S-1 announcing AEVEX' intention to sell eight million more shares of Class A common stock to the investing public via an SPO. On this news, the price of AEVEX Class A common stock fell approximately 16%, according to the complaint.

On June 5, 2026, AEVEX filed a final prospectus, dated June 3, 2026, with the SEC on Form 424B4, which, together with the registration statement, formed the offering documents for the SPO. The offering documents for the SPO allegedly disclosed the existence of the defendants' pre-arranged plan to waive Madison Dearborn Partners, LLC's "lock-up" restrictions. On this news, the price of AEVEX Class A common stock fell 7% further, according to the complaint.

THE LEAD PLAINTIFF PROCESS: The Private Securities Litigation Reform Act of 1995 permits any investor who purchased or acquired AEVEX Class A common stock pursuant and/or traceable to the IPO's offering documents and/or during the Class Period to seek appointment as lead plaintiff in the AEVEX class action lawsuit. A lead plaintiff is generally the movant with the greatest financial interest in the relief sought by the putative class who is also typical and adequate of the putative class. A lead plaintiff acts on behalf of all other class members in directing the AEVEX investor class action lawsuit. The lead plaintiff can select a law firm of its choice to litigate the AEVEX shareholder class action lawsuit. An investor's ability to share in any potential future recovery is not dependent upon serving as lead plaintiff of the AEVEX class action lawsuit.

In HelloNation, Propane Expert Ken Young Jr. Details Propane Tank Requalification

Texas Process for Cylinder Owners Federal DOT Standards Govern What Inspectors Check Before a Propane Supplier Can Legally Refill a Cylinder

PORT NECHES, Texas, Oct. 18, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- What actually happens during the inspection process that determines whether a propane cylinder can legally be refilled? A HelloNation article details the federal standards and visual inspection steps that govern cylinder use in Port Neches and throughout the state.

The article explains that the inspection framework for propane cylinders is established by the U.S. Department of Transportation, which regulates the manufacture, marking, and maintenance of portable pressurized cylinders. Under DOT rules, cylinders must bear specific identifying information stamped into the collar or handle area, including the manufacture date, the cylinder specification, and any requalification dates from previous inspections. A filling station attendant is required to review this information before proceeding with a refill.

The visual inspection that takes place before a refill follows a defined process designed to identify conditions that would make a cylinder unsafe to pressurize. The HelloNation article notes that inspectors check for external rust or corrosion, dents or gouges in the tank body, damaged or missing valves, evidence of heat exposure, and signs of modification or structural compromise. A cylinder that shows concerning conditions in any of these areas may be refused service until a qualified professional has evaluated the issue.

In Port Neches and the surrounding Southeast Texas region, the humid Gulf Coast environment can accelerate surface corrosion on steel cylinders. The article explains that a tank that looks acceptable after one summer may show noticeable rust after two or three seasons if kept outdoors without protection from moisture. Homeowners who store cylinders outdoors year-round should inspect them periodically for rust rather than waiting until the point of refill, since corrosion can progress quickly in high-humidity conditions.

The article features insights from Ken Young Jr., a Propane Expert with Young's Tobacco Store in Port Neches. Propane Experts familiar with the area understand how the Gulf Coast environment affects propane tank requalification Texas cylinder owners must stay current on throughout Jefferson County.

Valve condition is one of the more technical aspects of the inspection process. The article explains that a valve must open and close reliably, seal fully when closed, and allow the pressure relief function to operate as designed. A valve that is stiff, leaking, or physically damaged requires attention from a qualified technician before the cylinder can be safely used or filled.

The article also explains that propane tank requalification Texas involves a process beyond the standard visual check for cylinders reaching the end of their certification period. A cylinder that has reached that point must be submitted to a requalification facility regardless of its visual appearance, and the inspection may include internal examination and pressure testing depending on the cylinder's age and condition.

For cylinders that have been damaged, heavily corroded, or flagged during inspection, the article frames repair versus replacement as a practical decision. Minor surface rust that does not affect the structural integrity of the tank body is treated differently than deep pitting or corrosion near the valve. When a qualified inspector recommends replacement rather than requalification, the article advises that recommendation be followed.

What Does Propane Tank Requalification Involve in Port Neches? features insights from Ken Young Jr., Propane Expert of Port Neches, Texas, in HelloNation.

VALBY, Denmark, Oct. 18, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- H. Lundbeck A/S (Lundbeck) announces that Dorothea Wenzel has informed Lundbeck's Board of Directors (Board) that she will step down in connection with the Annual General Meeting (AGM) in 2027. Dorothea joined the Lundbeck Board in 2021 where she served as Chair of the Audit Committee until she was appointed as the Chair of the Board following the AGM in March 2025.

The proposed change in Board leadership comes as Lundbeck prepares to enter the next phase of its Focused Innovator strategy. Over the past three years, the company has undergone a significant transformation, strengthening its commercial performance, advancing its pipeline and building a stronger foundation for the future. The upcoming Scale phase of the strategy will focus on translating these achievements into sustainable long-term growth.

The Board intends to elect Lars Fruergaard Jørgensen to succeed Dorothea Wenzel as Chair of the Board. Effective 10 November 2026, Lars will join the Board as an observer until the AGM 2027, at which time he is expected to be formally elected as member of the Board, subject to shareholder approval.

Lars Fruergaard Jørgensen is an accomplished pharmaceutical executive with more than 30 years of international experience in the healthcare industry. He served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Novo Nordisk from 2017 to 2025, following a distinguished career in senior leadership positions across the company's global organization.

During his tenure as CEO, he led Novo Nordisk through a period of significant growth and transformation, strengthening its global leadership in diabetes care and establishing a leading position in obesity treatment.

He brings extensive expertise in global pharmaceutical strategy, innovation, commercialization, and organizational transformation. He has also served as President of the European Federation of Pharmaceutical Industries and Associations (EFPIA). He currently chairs the Board of Directors of Healthcare Denmark and is a member of the Board of Directors of Danmarks Nationalbank. He holds an MSc in Finance and Business Administration from Aarhus University.

Lene Skole, Vice Chair, said:

"On behalf of the Lundbeck Foundation and the entire Board of Directors of Lundbeck, I would like to thank Dorothea for her commitment and dedication over the past five years. She has been part of the entire transformation period in different roles at Board level, including the appointment of a new CEO in 2023 followed by the launch of Lundbeck's Focused Innovator strategy in February 2024. Lundbeck is in a very different and much stronger position today than just a few years ago. This is a natural moment to look ahead and ensure continuity in the leadership of the Board as we enter the next phase of our journey. I am confident that Lars Fruergaard Jørgensen will bring valuable experience and perspectives to the role, supporting Lundbeck's continued development and long-term ambitions."

Dorothea Wenzel, Chair of the Board, said:

"It has been an honor and a privilege to serve as the Chair of the Board of Directors of Lundbeck. Lundbeck is a remarkable company, and I am proud of the development the company has undertaken in recent years. Together with the Board, management and our dedicated employees, we have made important progress in strengthening the company and positioning it for long-term growth over the past five years. As Lundbeck prepares to enter the next phase of its strategy, I believe this is a natural time to pass on the responsibility of leading the Board. I am confident in the company's direction and its ability to build on the strong foundation we have established."

Lars Fruergaard Jørgensen said:

"I am excited by the prospect of chairing Lundbeck at such a pivotal moment. Lundbeck has built a strong foundation in brain health, with a successful business, a solid balance sheet, and a pipeline with significant late-stage potential. The company has the strength and momentum to step into its next phase of growth. I look forward to the opportunity to support that ambition, together with the Board and the executive leadership team, for the benefit of patients, employees and shareholders."

The nominated candidates for the Board of Directors will be included in the notice convening the AGM 2027.

Antheia Secures $80 Million Conditional Funding Commitment from Department of War's Office of Strategic Capital

Financing supports Antheia's domestic manufacturing strategy to onshore critical medicine supply chains

MENLO PARK, Calif., Oct. 18, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Antheia, the advanced biosynthesis company delivering 21st-century pharmaceutical manufacturing and innovation, today announced it has received a conditional commitment from the U.S. Department of War's Office of Strategic Capital (OSC) for a direct, long-term loan of up to $80 million. The conditional financing, alongside additional private capital, would support Antheia's U.S. manufacturing strategy, bolstering the company's efforts to onshore production of critical pharmaceutical ingredients that are vital to public health and national security.

The U.S. relies on foreign countries for approximately 90 percent of its supply of key starting materials (KSMs) and active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs). This supply chain dependence leaves Americans highly vulnerable to drug shortages caused by public health emergencies, natural disasters, geopolitical tensions, and supply chain failures.

"America's reliance on foreign suppliers for critical pharmaceutical ingredients has created ongoing public health and national security risks," said Dr. Christina Smolke, CEO and co-founder of Antheia. "Advanced biomanufacturing offers the U.S. a direct path to securing these supply chains while regaining global leadership in a strategic technology sector. This conditional commitment from OSC marks an important milestone in advancing domestic technology to address our most urgent national priorities."

Antheia's biosynthesis platform and domestic manufacturing capabilities have been repeatedly recognized as priority technologies for building more resilient public health systems. To date, the company has received substantial backing – including $32 million in non-dilutive federal financing and equity financing from strategic government-affiliated investors – to establish pharmaceutical supply chain resilience and enhance national and economic security.

"Access to a long-term loan through OSC would give Antheia meaningful flexibility as we build our next phase of commercial growth," said Eric d'Esparbes, CFO of Antheia. "Expanding our U.S. manufacturing footprint is central to our commercial strategy. This financing would allow us to onshore these critical supply chains efficiently while delivering on our commitments to customers, partners, and investors."

"America should not have to depend on overseas supply chains for the ingredients that underpin our most essential medicines," said Jeff Karras, General Partner at America's Frontier Fund and member of Antheia's Board of Directors. "Antheia is showing that American-born technology can become American manufacturing capacity. Strategic, long-term capital like this will help bring critical pharmaceutical production back to the U.S. while building the resilient industrial base our country needs."

The conditional loan commitment specifies additional steps Antheia must complete before financial close, including satisfying various financial, legal, technical, investment, due diligence, and other requirements.

About Antheia

Antheia is the advanced biosynthesis company transforming pharmaceutical manufacturing and innovation for the 21st century. Antheia's commercially proven technology platform produces high-value pharmaceutical ingredients in a fraction of the time compared to legacy approaches while significantly reducing supply chain risk. The company provides its global pharmaceutical customers with a resilient, efficient supply of critical ingredients at scale, while expanding the innovation frontier for new therapeutic development. Backed by leading investors and recognized by the U.S. government as a priority technology for public health and national and economic security, Antheia is manufacturing the medicines the world needs today while enabling tomorrow's breakthrough therapeutics. Specifically, Defendants failed to disclose to investors that: (1) AST's increasing capital requirements were likely to increase the company's debt load and share dilution with greater frequency and at greater scale than Defendants had signaled to investors; (2) accordingly, AST had overstated the sufficiency of the company's capital and liquidity position to achieve its strategic and business goals; (3) AST likewise overstated the durability of its competitive position in the satellite D2C market; (4) even following the EchoStar Transaction, Defendants continued overstating AST's competitive position in the satellite D2C market; (5) AST was experiencing slow user adoption in the U.S. and Japan; (6) the foregoing was likely to have a significant negative impact on AST's business and financial prospects; and (7) as a result, Defendants' public statements were materially false and misleading at all relevant times.

Why did AST's Stock Drop?

Between September 8, 2025 and July 15, 2026, a series of stock downgrades and company disclosures caused AST's stock price to fall significantly. Specifically, on January 7, 2026, Scotiabank downgraded AST to sell, citing, among other things, significant competition from SpaceX's Starlink, slow customer adoption, and delays in launching AST's satellites. Then, on July 15, 2026, AST issued a press release "announc[ing] the pricing of $1.0 billion aggregate principal amount of 1.625% convertible senior notes due 2034". Following these disclosures, AST's Class A common stock price fell $11.30 per share, or 17.04%, to close at $55.01 per share on July 16, 2026.

The Magic of Tomorrowland Lands In Shanghai For A Two-Day Sold Out Spectacle

SHANGHAI, Oct. 18, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Tomorrowland brought its signature festival experience to Shanghai for the second edition of The Magic of Tomorrowland in China. In partnership with Hero Esports, INS LAND and Budweiser, the festival transformed Hero Dome into a two-day celebration of electronic music, bringing together thousands of People of Tomorrow.

Located in INS SEA, the newly developed waterfront destination in Shanghai's western Huangpu district, the event brought together music, culture, fashion, gastronomy and technology in one immersive setting. The sold-out show offered an intimate yet high-energy festival experience in a purpose-built indoor venue.

Developed by Hero Esports and INS LAND, Hero Dome provided the setting for an ambitious main-stage production. A 88-metre stage, complemented by 72 moving ceiling screens, created an immersive visual environment that surrounded the audience and brought Tomorrowland's distinctive stage design to life.

Bringing the Magic of Tomorrowland to Shanghai

With a scenography built entirely locally, The Magic of Tomorrowland demonstrated how the festival's signature experience could be adapted to a new setting while maintaining its focus on creativity, technical excellence and the audience experience. The production was developed in accordance with local safety requirements, with sustainability also forming part of the planning process.

"China has always opened its arms to us, and returning for a second year with our local partners is a privilege," said Debby Wilmsen, spokesperson at Tomorrowland. "Shanghai's Tomorrowland is one of a kind — the stage, the lineup, the crowd. To see the Tomorrowland experience take root here, and to watch the EDM scene grow with us, is something we're truly proud of."

"We're proud to be working with Tomorrowland for a second year running, alongside our sister company INS LAND," said Danny Tang, CEO and Co-Founder of Hero Esports. "We exist to create experiences that connect people. Together with likeminded teams like Tomorrowland and INS LAND we hope to bring the magic back to Shanghai again through the festival format. We can't wait to bring more of these connecting experiences to China."

Day One: Axwell, Lost Frequencies and a Standout B2B Set

The first night opened with a lineup spanning melodic house, progressive sounds and driving techno, building towards a headline performance by Axwell of Swedish House Mafia.

Lost Frequencies brought his melodic, uplifting sound to the stage, while Cassian and Kevin de Vries joined forces for a back-to-back set that blended their distinct approaches to electronic music. MORTEN and Linska added their own energy to the evening, while Chinese DJ Sally opened the day, setting the tone for the weekend.

From the opening set to the final moments of the night, the programme showcased the breadth of electronic music, bringing international artists and local talent together under one roof.

A Universe Comes to Life: TIESTO Close The Magic Of Tomorrowland 2026

The second night culminated in a headline performance by Dutch electronic music icon Tiësto, who brought the two-day celebration to a close with a set inside Hero Dome.

The evening also featured a series of standout performances across different corners of the electronic music spectrum. ARTBAT and R3HAB joined forces for a back-to-back set built around driving rhythms and expansive electronic soundscapes. Miss Monique and Alison Wonderland brought their distinctive sounds to the programme, while Joel Corry delivered his recognisable blend of dance music and high-energy performance. Chinese artist Evin King represented the strength of the local scene on closing night.

Together, the two nights offered a programme that connected internationally recognised artists with the growing electronic music community in China.

Special Sunset Sets: New Names, New Stories

Beyond the main stage, Paperworld by Budweiser offered a more intimate setting for discovering artists and enjoying the festival in a different atmosphere.

Hauzer brought his energetic sound to the stage, alongside performances by Nosi, Bhaskar and Carly Wilford. DJ L, Zok and Mansun Lui completed the sunset programme, creating a distinct musical experience within the wider festival grounds.

The additional stage offered another perspective on The Magic of Tomorrowland, complementing the scale of the main-stage production with a more intimate space for music and discovery.

Mainstage in Numbers

The Magic of Tomorrowland brought together an extensive locally produced technical and creative operation. From scenography and decorative elements to food stalls, merchandise spaces and costumes, the production reflected a collaboration between international creative direction and local expertise.

- 88-metre wide mainstage

- 15,000 m³ of scenic structures

- 20,000 m² of stage design

- 2867m² of brand-new LED screen

- 120 L-acoustic speakers

- 56 CO₂ effects (without CO₂)

- 32 bubble machines

The Full Experience

The Magic of Tomorrowland extended beyond the stage, bringing together hospitality, gastronomy, brand activations and exclusive merchandise to create a more complete festival experience.

Across the venue, dedicated spaces and activations offered visitors opportunities to explore different aspects of the event, while China-exclusive merchandise provided a collection of pieces created specifically for the local audience.

The festival's food offering was another highlight, with some 15 participating brands spanning Chinese regional cuisine, Western dining, Thai street food, drinks and sweets. The selection brought together established culinary names and diverse food concepts, giving visitors the opportunity to discover a broad range of flavours between performances.
