As part of the partnership, Jennmar has established Jennmar Finland, a new entity that will make commercial transactions more efficient and streamlined for Outokumpu and the mine's management teams.

The partnership represents a meaningful commercial milestone for Jennmar as it expands its European presence and deepens its collaboration with leading global mining operators. The company will also leverage its global supply chain and technical expertise to enhance safety, stability, and production efficiency across one of the western world's most important chromite operations.

Zillow is helping 78,000 renters and counting turn monthly bills into credit progress

Zillow has reported nearly 2 million on-time rent payments to credit bureaus for free since launching its rent reporting program in 2024

In July, more than 78,000 renters who paid on time through Zillow had their payments reported to credit bureaus. That's 26% more than a year ago, reflecting strong demand for tools that translate rent into credit history.

Insufficient credit history was responsible for nearly one-third of mortgage application denials in 2025, edging debt-to-income ratio as the most common reason cited.

Nearly 4 million U.S. renters could become eligible for a mortgage by having their on-time rent payments reflected in their credit history, per VantageScore.

SEATTLE, Aug. 31, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Nearly one-third of mortgage applicants are denied a loan because of insufficient credit history, making it the most common reason for a denial.1 Yet the average renter's biggest monthly expense doesn't count toward their credit score. Zillow® is helping to change that. Since launching rent reporting in 2024, Zillow has reported more than 1.78 million on-time rent payments to credit bureaus for free.

More than one-third of renters planning a near-term move say they plan to buy their next home, but the credit barrier too often stands in the way. Zillow's rent reporting programs let renters build credit history with payments they're already making. Those who pay their rent on Zillow can choose to have those on-time payments reported to major credit bureaus for free.

Zillow is continuing to help a growing number of renters build their credit history via this program. More than 78,000 renters had payments reported in July, the most in any single month since the program launched, and up 26% from a year ago.

"Affordability is the headline in housing right now, and access to financing is a very important part of the story," said Michael Sherman, general manager and senior vice president of Zillow Rentals®. "Credit history is a barrier standing in the way of too many potential buyers. Rent reporting is a direct way to address that."

Rent reporting could move millions of renters closer to a mortgage. A report by VantageScore found that nearly 4 million homebuying age renters could become eligible for a mortgage — reaching a VantageScore 4.0 of 620 or higher — when on-time rent payments are reflected in their credit history.

In November 2025, Zillow expanded its rent reporting program to all renters via its CreditClimb tool, powered by Esusu. This additional offering means that every renter — even those who do not pay on Zillow — can now have their on-time rent payments reported to credit bureaus. Renters who consistently report their payments in Esusu-powered programs like CreditClimb have seen an average credit score increase of 53 points.

"Every on-time rent payment is evidence of the financial responsibility lenders want to see. We are giving renters ways to get credit for what they are already doing every month," Sherman said. "These programs are part of how Zillow supports people wherever they are, from finding a rental, to building credit, to eventually connecting them with a great agent or loan officer when they are ready to buy."

For renters ready to take the next step, Zillow offers tools to help them understand what they can afford and find available assistance. BuyAbility℠ gives buyers a personalized estimate of what they can afford based on their finances and current mortgage rates. Zillow for-sale listings also include down payment assistance programs buyers may qualify for in their area, helping address another common barrier to homeownership.

At IDF-WPR 2026 & ADC 2026 & Metabolic Diseases 2026, we shared how GS3 is bringing AI into everyday glucose management — from easier meal logging and food analysis to smarter insights into glucose trends.

1The true width of REE mineralization is estimated to be 70-100% of the drilled interval.

2TREO % sum of CeO2, La2O3, Nd2O3, Pr6O11, Sm2O3, Eu2O3, Gd2O3, Tb4O7, Dy2O3 and Ho2O3.

The 2026 Wicheeda Project drill program comprised 31 core drill holes totalling 5,345 m inclusive of:

20 holes (3,136 m) of resource upgrade and infill drilling

7 holes (1,507 m) pit slope geotechnical drilling

4 holes (702 m) waste rock geochemical drilling

The resource infill drilling was designed to upgrade a significant tonnage of inferred resources, constrained within the limits of the current Wicheeda Project Preliminary-Feasibility Study ("PFS") ultimate pit design, to an indicated or better category (see Defense Metals news release dated February 18, 2025).

This news release presents Rare Earth Element ("REE") assay results for the first of 10-resource upgrade and infill, and one pit slope geotechnical drill hole (WI26-86) targeting the southern pit perimeter of the Wicheeda Deposit.

Analysis of the remaining 10 resource upgrade and infill drill holes is currently underway at ALS Canada Ltd. ("ALS") laboratories in Vancouver, Canada and are expected to be released in the coming weeks.

Methodology and Quality Assurance/Quality Control

The analytical work reported on herein was performed by ALS Canada Ltd. ("ALS") at their Langley (sample preparation) and Vancouver (ICP-MS fusion), B.C. facilities. ALS is an ISO-IEC 17025:2017 and ISO 9001:2015 accredited geoanalytical laboratory and is independent of the Defense Metals and the Qualified Person ("QP"). Drill core samples were subject to crushing at a minimum of 70% passing 2 mm, followed by pulverizing of a 250-gram split to 85% passing 75 microns. A 0.1-gram sample pulp was then subject to multi-element ICP-MS analysis via lithium-borate fusion to determine individual REE content (ME-MS81h). Defense Metals follows industry standard procedures for the work carried out on the Wicheeda Project, with a quality assurance/quality control ("QA/QC") program. Blank, duplicate, and standard samples were inserted into the sample sequence sent to the laboratory for analysis. The QP and Defense Metals detected no significant QA/QC issues during review of the data.

About Defense Metals Corp. and the Wicheeda Rare Earth Element Project

Defense Metals Corp. is an advanced rare earth elements ("REE") development company focused on delivering strategically critical metals to the western world defence, high-technology, and clean energy supply chains. The Company's primary asset is its 100%-owned Wicheeda REE deposit, located near Prince George, British Columbia, Canada.

The Wicheeda Project is one of the most advanced, undeveloped REE deposits in North America or Europe, featuring a robust mineral resource and mining reserve, as detailed in the Company's 2025 Preliminary Feasibility Study ("PFS"; refer to Company News Release April 7th, 2025) prepared in accordance with National Instrument 43-101 Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects. The PFS shows the economic potential of the deposit and supports future project development.

Defense Metals is committed to advancing the Wicheeda Project through the Feasibility Study stage, permitting, and ultimately into production, positioning the Company to become a reliable supplier of critical REEs that are essential to modern defence systems, advanced manufacturing, and energy-efficient technologies.

The PFS for the Wicheeda Rare Earth Element Project is preliminary in nature and includes numerous assumptions regarding metallurgy, capital and operating costs, and market conditions.

Mineral reserves and the economic outcomes, as projected in the PFS, are subject to significant uncertainties, and there is no certainty that the results of the PFS will be realized. Additional studies, including a Feasibility Study, and permitting, are required before a production decision can be made for the Wicheeda Project.

Summit Midstream Corporation Announces Final Investment Decision on Double E Pipeline Mainline Compression Expansion

NEWS PROVIDED BY

Summit Midstream Corporation

Aug 31, 2026, 07:00 ET

HOUSTON, Aug. 31, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Summit Midstream Corporation (NYSE: SMC) ("Summit", "SMC" or the "Company") announced today that Double E Pipeline, LLC ("Double E") has concluded a successful open season and reached a final investment decision on its previously announced mainline compression expansion project, supported by a new long-term firm transportation agreement with an investment-grade shipper.

Highlights

Reached a final investment decision on the mainline compression expansion, with an expected in-service date in the fourth quarter of 2028

Executed a new long-term take-or-pay firm transportation agreement with an investment-grade shipper for 200 MMcf/d, bringing total contracted firm capacity on Double E to approximately 2.2 Bcf/d

Converted the $50 million uncommitted accordion at Summit Permian Transmission to committed, bringing total committed financing capacity to $100 million and fully funding Summit's expected Double E capital contributions

Robust future growth opportunities associated with data center developments in Texas and New Mexico and connectivity with additional egress pipelines

Management Commentary

Heath Deneke, President, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman, commented, "Today's announcement is a significant milestone for Summit and Double E and further demonstrates the importance of the pipeline to producers and processors in the Delaware Basin. Double E provides reliable gas transmission service with access to multiple downstream markets, and we continue to expand that connectivity as the basin grows. The strong shipper interest we have seen through the open season reinforces the value of that position and our confidence in the long-term growth opportunity for Double E.

"The open season resulted in 550 MMcf/d of new long-term take-or-pay commitments which underpinned the final investment decision to move forward with the compression expansion and we continue to advance discussions with multiple shippers to subscribe the remaining 450 MMcf/d of incremental forward haul capacity. With these newly signed contracts, we expect to invest approximately $100 million, net to Summit's 70% interest, to install the mainline compression station, incremental plant connections and related infrastructure, all of which will be funded entirely with the previously announced term loan at Summit Permian Transmission and the now-committed $50 million accordion. We continue to see tremendous production growth surrounding our Delaware Basin operating footprint and fully expect to enter into long-term contracts for the remaining expansion capacity in the coming months. When the project is fully subscribed, we expect our Permian Segment Adjusted EBITDA to grow from approximately $37 million in 2026 to over $100 million by 2030."

"As we look into the future for the Double E Pipeline beyond filling the mainline compression expansion capacity to Waha, we are very excited about a new phase of demand-pull growth opportunities that are emerging from data center development in Texas and New Mexico as well as additional egress pipelines that are hungry for enhanced access to Permian gas supply. With our connectivity to numerous gas processing facilities in the basin and the Waha Hub, we are incredibly well positioned to attract those markets to the Double E Pipeline and leverage the bi-directional capability of the system to nearly double the outlook for the business in the years ahead."

Double E Mainline Compression Expansion

The expansion project consists of the installation of a bi-directional mainline compressor station on the Double E system, which will increase the pipeline's forward haul capacity to Waha by approximately 900 MMcf/d. The compression project along with new plant connections and related infrastructure is expected to cost approximately $100 million net to Summit's 70% interest and is expected to be placed in service by the fourth quarter of 2028.

The Double E joint venture has already placed a purchase order for the long-lead gas turbine compression units required for the project, securing manufacturing slots necessary to support the targeted in-service date. The project remains subject to FERC and other customary regulatory approvals.

With the new 200 MMcf/d agreement, Double E has secured approximately 550 MMcf/d of binding long-term take-or-pay commitments through the compression expansion open season. Total contracted firm capacity on the pipeline is now approximately 2.2 Bcf/d, held by a diversified group of primarily investment-grade shippers. Double E continues to advance discussions with additional prospective shippers regarding remaining capacity on the expansion.

Summit Permian Transmission Financing

In connection with the final investment decision, Summit Permian Transmission converted the previously uncommitted $50 million accordion under its existing $440 million senior secured term facility maturing in March 2031 into a committed facility. Combined with the $50 million committed delayed draw term facility established at closing in March 2026, Summit expects to have sufficient commitments to fund all of its expected capital contributions to Double E over the next several years. The Summit Permian Transmission term facility remains non-recourse to SMC.

At Week 52, Taltz and Zepbound maintained or further improved psoriasis or psoriatic arthritis disease activity from Week 36, when statistically superior improvements versus Taltz alone were observed in the TOGETHER-PsO and TOGETHER-PsA trials

Systemic inflammation and metabolic outcomes continued to improve or were sustained at one year with Taltz and Zepbound compared to Taltz alone in pre-specified, exploratory endpoints

Data from first-of-their-kind studies contribute to the understanding of immunometabolic health

INDIANAPOLIS, Aug. 31, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Eli Lilly and Company (NYSE: LLY) today announced 52-week results from TOGETHER-PsO and TOGETHER-PsA, two novel open-label Phase 3b clinical trials evaluating the concomitant use of Taltz (ixekizumab) and Zepbound (tirzepatide) compared to Taltz alone in adults with moderate-to-severe plaque psoriasis (PsO) or active psoriatic arthritis (PsA), respectively, and obesity or overweight with at least one additional weight-related comorbid condition. At the previously reported Week 36 primary endpoint, Taltz and Zepbound showed statistically superior improvements in disease activity and metabolic outcomes compared to Taltz alone in both trials. New data show these improvements were maintained or further improved through Week 52, with no new safety concerns identified.

"The primary results from these first-of-their-kind studies were already remarkable, showing that Taltz and Zepbound used together improved outcomes for patients with psoriatic disease and obesity. What's especially exciting now is seeing those improvements further deepened or sustained at one year, across disease activity, inflammation and metabolic outcomes," said Mark Genovese, M.D., senior vice president of Lilly Immunology development. "People living with the cumulative burden of psoriatic disease and obesity are too often treated with separate, disconnected approaches. These data showing durable results across multiple measures support a comprehensive approach that can potentially address immunometabolic health for patients living with these chronic diseases."

Psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis are immune-mediated diseases that are often linked with metabolic dysfunction, including obesity.1,2 In the U.S., approximately 61% of people with psoriasis and 65% of people with psoriatic arthritis also have obesity or overweight with at least one weight-related comorbidity,1,2 which is often associated with poorer treatment outcomes.3-5 At baseline, the mean body mass index (BMI) of participants was 39.2 in TOGETHER-PsO and 37.6 in TOGETHER-PsA.

"Psoriatic disease is often accompanied by obesity or overweight, which can make treatment goals related to the skin and joints harder to reach," said Joseph F. Merola, M.D. MMSc, a Dermatologist, Rheumatologist, President of the Psoriasis and Psoriatic Arthritis Clinics Multicenter Advancement Network (PPACMAN), co-president of the Group for Research and Assessment of Psoriasis and Psoriatic Arthritis (GRAPPA), and President of the Rheumatology-Dermatology Society. "In psoriatic arthritis, the greater improvements in disease activity seen with Taltz and Zepbound in the first month, before clinically meaningful weight loss occurred, continued through one year. In psoriasis, the durability of complete skin clearance at one year represents real, lasting progress for patients. Paired with continued metabolic improvements, these findings show what may be possible when treating psoriatic disease and obesity concurrently."

At Week 52, the following were observed:*

Primary outcome: The primary multi-component outcome continued to improve through Week 52 in each trial.

In TOGETHER-PsO, the primary outcome was Psoriasis Area Severity Index (PASI) 100 plus at least 10% weight loss (achieved by 30.6% of patients with Taltz plus Zepbound at Week 52 vs. 4.4% for Taltz alone).

In TOGETHER-PsA, the primary outcome was an at least 50% reduction in PsA disease activity based on American College of Rheumatology 50 (ACR50) plus at least 10% weight loss (achieved by 39.2% of patients with Taltz and Zepbound at Week 52 vs. 1.7% for monotherapy).

PsO disease activity key secondary outcome: In TOGETHER-PsO, the percentage of patients receiving Taltz and Zepbound who achieved the highest bar of complete skin clearance (PASI 100) was maintained (40.5% at Week 52 vs. 29.1% for Taltz monotherapy).

PsA disease activity key secondary outcome: In TOGETHER-PsA, the proportion of patients achieving ACR50 with Taltz and Zepbound further increased (43.7% at Week 52 vs.15.7% for Taltz monotherapy). This builds on the ACR50 improvements with Taltz and Zepbound compared to Taltz alone seen as early as Week 4, before clinically meaningful weight loss was observed.

Systemic inflammation: Treatment with Taltz and Zepbound also led to deeper improvements in systemic inflammation over time in both trials, as measured by high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hsCRP).

Metabolic outcomes: Improvements in BMI, blood pressure, glucose, HbA1c, triglycerides, and total cholesterol with Taltz and Zepbound compared to Taltz monotherapy were sustained or further improved.

*Week 52 analyses are pre-specified, exploratory objectives without multiplicity control. Comparisons between timepoints are descriptive and not tested or controlled for multiplicity.

Adverse events in participants treated with Taltz and Zepbound together were generally mild to moderate, and the types of adverse events were consistent with the known safety profile of each medicine. In the concomitant treatment arm in both trials, the adverse events reported in ≥5% of participants were nausea, diarrhea, constipation, injection site reactions, vomiting, dizziness and headache.

Taltz is a monoclonal antibody that selectively binds with interleukin 17A (IL-17A) cytokine and inhibits its interaction with the IL-17 receptor. Taltz is the only biologic with data supporting a potential comprehensive treatment approach alongside an incretin therapy for people with psoriasis or psoriatic arthritis who also have obesity or overweight. Zepbound is the only FDA-approved dual GIP (glucose-dependent insulinotropic polypeptide) and GLP-1 (glucagon-like peptide-1) receptor agonist obesity management medication.

Detailed 52-week results from TOGETHER-PsO and TOGETHER-PsA will be presented at future medical meetings and published in peer-reviewed journals.

About the TOGETHER-PsO and TOGETHER-PsA Trials

TOGETHER-PsO (NCT06588283) and TOGETHER-PsA (NCT06588296) are 52-week Phase 3b, randomized, multicenter, assessor-blinded, open-label studies assessing the efficacy and safety of concomitant administration of Taltz and Zepbound compared with Taltz alone in adults with psoriatic disease and obesity or overweight with at least one additional weight-related comorbid condition. TOGETHER-PsO enrolled 274 adults with moderate-to-severe plaque psoriasis, and TOGETHER-PsA enrolled 271 adults with active psoriatic arthritis. Participants were randomized 1:1 to receive either Taltz alone or concomitantly with Zepbound, both administered subcutaneously, and received counseling on a reduced-calorie diet and increased physical activity. The primary objectives at Week 36 are the proportion of participants achieving both PASI 100 and ≥10% weight reduction in TOGETHER-PsO and both ACR50 and ≥10% weight reduction in TOGETHER-PsA. Participants were required to have a BMI ≥30 kg/m², or ≥27 to 30 kg/m² with at least one weight-related comorbidity.

About Taltz (ixekizumab)6

Taltz is a monoclonal antibody that selectively binds with interleukin 17A (IL-17A) cytokine and inhibits its interaction with the IL-17 receptor. IL-17A is a naturally occurring cytokine that is involved in normal inflammatory and immune responses. Taltz inhibits the release of pro-inflammatory cytokines and chemokines. Taltz is approved to treat adults with active psoriatic arthritis and adults and children 6 years and older with moderate-to-severe plaque psoriasis who are candidates for systemic therapy or phototherapy. Additionally, Taltz is approved for adults with active ankylosing spondylitis, and adults with active non-radiographic axial spondyloarthritis with objective signs of inflammation.

About Zepbound (tirzepatide) injection7

Momentum Builds as Early Works and Critical Path Construction Continues

BOISE, Idaho, Aug. 31, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Perpetua Resources Corp. (Nasdaq: PPTA) (TSX: PPTA) ("Perpetua Resources," "Perpetua," or the "Company") today provided an update on critical path construction progress at its Stibnite Gold Project (the "Project") in central Idaho. With federal approvals secured in 2025 and early works and critical path construction activities underway, the Company is pleased to provide updates to shareholders and communities with a clear view of activity on the ground.

"We continue to see tangible progress at Stibnite," said Jon Cherry, President and CEO of Perpetua Resources. "From the arrival of new infrastructure on site and advancements in equipment fabrication to exciting drilling results, this update demonstrates the momentum, focus, and disciplined execution our team is bringing to the Project."

Recent Highlights:

Stibnite Autoclave Fabrication Underway

After submitting purchase orders earlier this year, essential components of the Stibnite Gold Project's dual autoclaves are being fabricated at a custom facility in Europe. The curved plates depicted here are rolled to meet exact standards to fit the autoclave vessel's specified radius before being welded together.

These long-lead equipment items represent key components of the Stibnite processing facility to optimize gold extraction.

Worker Housing Takes Shape

Temporary workforce housing is in place, and Perpetua is now advancing the permanent Worker Housing Facility for the long-term accommodation of the Project's construction and operations workforce. Designed to be self-contained and support year-round activity in a remote environment, the modular units will form the core of the site's workforce lodging throughout the Project life.

As of August 24, 2026, approximately half of the ATCO-supplied units have been delivered to Stibnite. The remaining units are staged 75 miles away in Cascade, and deliveries occur nearly every day. The permanent facility location at Stibnite is ready for installation as grading has been completed and utilities are installed.

Additional On-Site Preparation

Key infrastructure construction continues at the Stibnite Gold Project, including the Administrative Pad area on-site and the Burntlog Route. The initial build-out of the Administrative Pad is underway, which will include a variety of administrative infrastructure, emergency services, and other support facilities. The U.S. Forest Service officially identified the Burntlog Route as the "preferred alternative" and "environmentally preferred alternative" under NEPA. Once the Burntlog Route is completed, it will be the main access route to the Stibnite Gold Project.

Drilling Intensifies with 4 Rigs

With significant mineralization identified in the Company's winter drill program (as noted in the August 6 press release), staff continue to drill prospective targets. Exploration drilling is currently underway with 4 rigs and approximately 5,800 meters of the new 10,000-meter drill program completed to date.

Rigs are spread across various targets, including:

Clark Tunnel Fault Zone (CTFZ): Located within or adjacent to the southeastern limits of the Yellow Pine pit, the CTFZ returned near-surface, high-grade gold intercepts from recent drilling, including 6.4 meters of 16.2 g/t gold & 1.7% antimony from surface and 15.0 meters of 6.3 g/t gold & 0.8% antimony from an 11-meter depth. As these intercepts demonstrate mineralization that is near-surface, within the permitted pit footprint, and at grades that are multiples of reserve grade, Perpetua has elected to continue testing the CTFZ as part of its 10,000-meter 2026 drill program.

In addition to high-grade gold, Perpetua also made a new gold-tungsten discovery of 21.3 meters of 3.2 g/t gold & 0.9% tungsten from a 24-meter depth. Additional occurrences of scheelite, a tungsten-bearing mineral, have been observed in ongoing drilling in the CTFZ.

Huckleberry Fault Zone (HFZ): Lying immediately adjacent to the Yellow Pine reserve pit limits, widely spaced drilling and surface sampling at the HFZ returned broad intervals of gold mineralization, including 69.6 meters of 0.8 g/t gold, akin to the nearby West End reserve pit.

Hangar Flats: Drilling continues to focus on high-grade gold, antimony and tungsten targets at Hangar Flats. Initial drilling tested near-surface targets in the Hangar Flats extensions, including 3.0 meters grading 14.5 g/t gold. Deeper drilling beneath the reserve pit returned high-grade antimony and tungsten intercepts, including 22.9 meters of 3.2% antimony & 1.2% tungsten, 9.8 meters of 8.3% antimony & 4.6% tungsten, and 3.4 meters of 10.6% antimony & 1.5% tungsten. Any tungsten development would require separate environmental review and permitting outside the current Project's scope.

Perpetua, U.S. Army & Idaho National Laboratory Open Antimony Processing Plant

Perpetua Resources, the U.S. Army, and Idaho National Laboratory ("INL") held a ribbon-cutting on July 29, 2026, for a modular mineral processing plant at INL in Idaho Falls, attended by Idaho's Governor, Lieutenant Governor, and Idaho Congressman Mike Simpson.

The plant will initially process antimony samples from Perpetua's Stibnite Gold Project into antimony trisulfide for military use, aiming to rebuild a domestic "ground-to-round" supply chain after China cut off U.S. access to this material in 2021. Antimony trisulfide continues to play an important role in ammunition manufacturing and other military applications. It also plays an integral role in batteries, solar glass, and flame retardants needed by domestic manufacturers. The pilot plant project stems from a multi-year partnership between Perpetua and the U.S. Army's Defense Ordnance Technology Consortium. Since 2022, Perpetua has been awarded over $87 million from the U.S. Department of War and the U.S. Army, including more than $59 million in Defense Production Act funds and a recent $4.7 million award that brought total Army funding under the Ordnance Technology Initiative Agreement (OTIA) to $27 million.

Stibnite holds the only identified antimony reserve in the U.S. and historically supplied over 90% of the antimony and over 50% of the tungsten used by the U.S. government during WWII1. The Stibnite Gold Project received final federal approval in 2025 allowing construction to proceed and is now in early-works and critical path construction, positioning it to supply both antimony and gold while supporting national security and Idaho's economy.

New Yellow Pine Community Outpost

On Thursday, July 16, Perpetua Resources proudly celebrated the grand opening of The Outpost, a new community resource and visitor information center located in Yellow Pine, Idaho. The event brought together employees, community members, local partners, and visitors to mark an exciting milestone for both the Company and the community.

The Outpost was created to serve as a welcoming space where residents, visitors, recreationists, and anyone interested in the area can learn more about the Stibnite Gold Project. Visitors can view educational displays, ask questions, and receive the latest Project updates in a space designed to foster open dialogue and meaningful engagement with the community.

Litigation Update

On August 18, 2026, the U.S. District Court of Idaho issued a comprehensive ruling affirming the U.S. Forest Service's and other federal agencies' approval of the Stibnite Gold Project. The Court upheld the federal approvals for the Project, rejecting the plaintiffs' challenges that the agency decisions violated the National Environmental Policy Act, the General Mining Law, and the National Forest Management Act, among other federal laws.

The Court further upheld the substance of the federal agencies' decisions under the Endangered Species Act (ESA), including that the Project would not jeopardize any endangered species. On a narrow, discrete issue, the Court remanded back to the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (FWS) the agency's Incidental Take Statements, which implement some of the ESA requirements for the Project. The Court instructed FWS to clarify monitoring and reporting measures contained in the existing agency record. The Court's remand does not require reconsideration of the FWS's no-jeopardy findings. Plaintiffs have filed an appeal of the District Court's decision. However, based on the District Court ruling and its earlier denial of the plaintiffs' motion for preliminary injunction, Perpetua continues to move forward with various critical path construction activities.
