Claroty is a Customer Favorite in new analyst report, receiving highest score possible in nine criteria

NEW YORK, Sept. 1, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Claroty, the cyber-physical systems (CPS) protection company, today announced it was named a Leader and a Customer Favorite in The Forrester Wave™: Operational Technology Security Solutions, Q3 2026 by Forrester Research. Claroty received the highest score possible in nine criteria within the categories of current offering (vulnerability management, risk modeling & exposure prioritization, secured access management, reporting, IT/OT convergence support & SOC integration depth, and OT‑safe deployment model & operational resilience) and strategy (innovation, adoption, and pricing flexibility & transparency).

Recognized for Strategy and Capabilities

According to the report, "Claroty's industry-focused teams make it a good fit for customers seeking to secure OT environments across different sectors." Findings from Claroty's vendor profile in the report include:

Strategy: "Claroty's innovative approach to redesign its platform through heavy investments in R&D has evolved its offering from passive monitoring to a security solution for heterogeneous OT environments. To improve adoption, it built industry-focused teams from sales through support that understand customer needs and challenges. Claroty sees value in AI for OT security but is cautious in its use, ensuring that customers can interrupt its actions. It has recently increased the flexibility of its pricing models to meet customers' evolving needs."

Capabilities: "Claroty's vulnerability and risk posture management provides deep context on how vulnerabilities may affect devices or OT operations as a whole, including configuration assessments and benchmarking against similar customers for risk scoring. Its OT-specific secure remote access applies Zero Trust principles with live session monitoring and full audit trails that monitor all actions."

Customer Praise and Adoption of the AI-powered Claroty Platform

A contributing factor to Claroty's Customer Favorite distinction is, per the report: "Customers value Claroty's close engagement and partnership approach."

This recognition comes shortly after Claroty was named a Customers' Choice in the 2026 Gartner® Peer Insights™ Voice of the Customer for CPS Protection Platforms.1 Earlier this year, Claroty was named a Leader in the 2026 Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ for CPS Protection Platforms for the second year in a row.2

"We're incredibly proud to be named both a Leader and a Customer Favorite following Forrester's rigorous evaluation of the OT security market," said Claroty CEO Yaniv Vardi. "We believe this provides strong validation of our approach to securing the world's mission-critical infrastructure and that our latest innovations, including the first OT-native AI security agent and helping customers take a programmatic approach to operationalizing OT security, are propelling the entire industry forward."

The article explains how lodging, dining, gathering spaces, and thoughtful scheduling can simplify coordination while creating a comfortable experience for wedding guests.

NORFOLK, Neb., Sept. 1, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- How do you plan a wedding weekend guests will enjoy?

HelloNation answers that question in an article featuring insights from Hospitality Expert Donna Herrick of Norfolk Lodge & Suites at Divots in Norfolk, NE.

Donna Herrick - Owner/Property Manager, Norfolk Lodge & Suites at Divots

The article explains that a wedding weekend often extends well beyond the ceremony and reception. Guests may arrive early, share meals, gather between scheduled events, and stay through the following morning. Thoughtful wedding weekend planning considers these additional hours and how guests will spend them.

Location is one of the first factors to consider. According to the article, a hotel wedding venue can simplify logistics by keeping accommodations and important activities at one property. Guests can spend less time traveling between locations and have more opportunities to visit with friends and relatives.

On-site lodging is particularly helpful for guests traveling from outside the area. Keeping accommodations close to celebrations can reduce transportation needs after an evening reception. The article notes that on-site lodging can also create more opportunities for informal gatherings throughout the weekend.

A wedding room block can give attendees a central lodging option while helping them make plans in advance. Couples should understand reservation deadlines, room availability, check-in policies, and other requirements. Clear information about a wedding room block can make accommodations easier for guests to coordinate.

The article also recommends considering private event spaces for activities beyond the reception. Rehearsal dinners, welcome gatherings, brunches, and family events may each require different layouts. Private event spaces located near guest accommodations can reduce the need to coordinate additional venues and transportation.

Dining is another part of the guest experience. An in-house restaurant gives travelers a convenient option when they arrive or have unscheduled time between activities. An in-house restaurant can also serve as an informal meeting place for guests who want to gather outside planned events.

The article explains that couples do not need to organize every meal or activity. Giving attendees convenient choices can make the schedule feel flexible rather than overly structured. This approach allows guests to decide how they want to spend free time during the wedding weekend.

Transportation still deserves consideration even when several activities take place at a hotel wedding venue. A ceremony may occur elsewhere, or travelers may need transportation from an airport or station. Keeping major events and accommodations together allows couples to focus transportation planning on trips that are actually necessary.

Comfort during unscheduled periods also contributes to the experience. Restaurants, lounges, gathering rooms, outdoor recreation, and other entertainment can provide options for guests between planned activities. These amenities can be particularly useful for families, early arrivals, and groups looking to spend additional time together.

Clear communication supports effective wedding weekend planning. Guests should know where events will occur, when rooms are available, which meals are scheduled, and what options exist during free time. Keeping several activities at one property can make these details easier to explain and follow.

The article concludes that planning around the complete guest experience can reduce logistical challenges for both couples and attendees. Combining accommodations, dining, gathering areas, and flexible activities can help guests spend less time coordinating transportation and more time sharing the occasion.

Planning a Wedding Weekend Guests Will Enjoy features insights from Donna Herrick, Hospitality Expert of Norfolk, NE, in HelloNation.

Alerts escalate through the on-call rotation until someone answers. Free for up to five users, with paid plans starting at $6 per user per month. On-call scheduling and escalation are included rather than sold as separate modules.

MIDDLETOWN, Del., Sept. 1, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- JAMS Software today released JAMS Incident Management, an on-call alerting and incident management software for IT operations, service desk, and engineering teams. The product accepts alerts from any system that can send an email, call a webhook, or reach an API. It delivers those alerts over voice, SMS, push, email, Microsoft Teams, and Slack. It then escalates through the on-call rotation until a person acknowledges and tracks the incident through to resolution. The product is generally available now, following a customer early access period that opened on August 1.

Post this

The JAMS Incident Management dashboard shows notification delivery across SMS, voice, Microsoft Teams, and Slack, alongside the two-way integrations that opened each incident. Acknowledgements and resolutions recorded in JAMS sync back to Azure Monitor, ServiceNow, Zendesk, and JAMS Scheduler.

JAMS Incident Management escalates alerts over voice, SMS, push, email, Microsoft Teams, and Slack until an on-call engineer acknowledges. The product is generally available September 1, 2026, and is free for teams of up to five users.

JAMS Software built the product for its own teams. As a customer of other incident management products, the company felt the pain of a feature-bloated tool with overdone AI hype at a price that wasn't worth it. So the company built a tool that would reliably alert the right human, every time an incident occurs, at a reasonable price.

JAMS Incident Management natively integrates with JAMS Scheduler. Teams running JAMS Scheduler can open an incident automatically from a failed job and restart that job directly from the phone call or the text message with JAMS Incident Management. The two products are fully independent, and neither one requires the other.

"We built JAMS Incident Management for people like us," said Peter Hegland, chief executive officer of JAMS Software. "A service desk team using Zendesk that needs an on-call schedule and escalation path for human team members. A batch processing team that needs to know when a critical job fails or when it's about to miss its SLA. A DevOps or SRE team that needs to know an outage has happened and that someone is already on it. It works for us, and we hope it works for you."

INTEGRATIONS

JAMS Incident Management can connect to any monitoring, orchestration, or IT service management system through email, webhook, or REST API. JAMS Incident Management also has prebuilt two-way integrations for Azure Monitor, ServiceNow, Zendesk, and JAMS Scheduler with more integrations coming soon.

PRICING

JAMS Incident Management is priced per user. A free plan supports up to five users with no time limit and no credit card. The Starter tier is $6 per user per month billed annually for up to 25 users, and the Professional tier is $16 per user per month billed annually for up to 50 users. Enterprise pricing is available on request. On-call scheduling and escalation policies are included in the paid plans rather than sold as separate modules. A fourteen-day trial unlocks every feature and requires no credit card. Teams can purchase subscriptions to JAMS Incident Management online directly without interacting with a sales team.

SECURITY AND AVAILABILITY

JAMS Incident Management runs on Microsoft Azure, with TLS in transit, stored provider credentials encrypted at rest, tenant isolation, and an audit trail covering every action. Single sign-on uses OIDC, with setup guides for Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, Google Workspace, and Auth0. Voice and SMS delivery covers the United States, the United Kingdom, and Australia, with additional regions available on request. Email, push, Microsoft Teams, and Slack notifications work anywhere.

Teams can start today at jamsscheduler.com/incident-management. The free plan supports five users with no credit card, and paid plans can be purchased online without a sales call.

"By bringing together the complementary networks, capabilities and talent of Flō and Axtel, we have an opportunity to create a stronger digital infrastructure platform with greater scale, reach and capacity to serve customers across Mexico and beyond. We believe that stronger infrastructure enables stronger businesses, greater innovation and new opportunities for the communities and economies we connect."

The proposed acquisition would combine complementary assets and expertise to strengthen Flō's ability to invest in network resilience, expand its portfolio of digital services and deliver greater value to businesses operating in Mexico and across the region. Flō believes the combination would create meaningful operational and commercial synergies while supporting continued investment in the infrastructure required for critical technologies for productivity and competitiveness. The transaction would also create opportunities for long-term value creation for customers, employees, shareholders, partners and the communities the companies serve.

19th annual race series, in collaboration with CVS Health, will unite more than 60,000 participants across 100+ communities

DOYLESTOWN, Pa., Sept. 1, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Twenty-five years after September 11, 2001, a generation of Americans has grown up without a firsthand memory of the day our nation vowed to Never Forget. This September, more than 60,000 runners, walkers, ruckers and volunteers across 100+ communities nationwide will come together through Travis Manion Foundation's (TMF) 19th annual 9/11 Heroes Run to carry the promise of remembrance forward.

Beginning Sept. 5 and continuing into October, volunteer-led 9/11 Heroes Run events will honor the heroes of September 11 and the service members who stepped up in the wars that followed. In collaboration with national title sponsor, CVS Health, the community-centered race series gives Americans of all ages and fitness levels a tangible way to remember, serve and strengthen their communities while ensuring the enduring spirit of unity that followed 9/11 continues to reach future generations.

"Twenty-five years after the tragedy of 9/11, we are reminded that 'Never Forget' is more than a promise. It is a responsibility," said Ryan Manion, CEO of Travis Manion Foundation. "As we gather to mark this milestone anniversary in collaboration with CVS Health, we have an even greater obligation to honor the extraordinary courage and sacrifice of the first responders and our nation's warriors, ensuring that the stories of these heroes continue to inspire future generations to lead lives of service, character, and commitment."

The 9/11 Heroes Run was inspired by 1stLt Travis Manion, USMC, who was killed in Iraq in April 2007 while protecting his fellow Marines. Before his final deployment, Travis visited New York City Fire Department Rescue Company 1, which endured devastating losses on September 11. Travis left the visit inspired by the courage of the FDNY and all first responders. In 2008, the first 9/11 Heroes Run was held in Travis' hometown of Doylestown, PA.

Today, Heroes Run events also serve as a bridge between generations. Veterans, first responders and inspired civilians participate alongside young Americans who know the day only through the stories passed down to them. By gathering locally to honor and remember, communities ensure that the meaning of September 11 and the spirit of unity that followed are carried forward.

For the first time this year, TMF is proud to have CVS Health as a National Title Sponsor for the 9/11 Heroes Run, supporting TMF's efforts to expand the reach and impact of the race series in communities nationwide.

"At CVS Health, we believe strong communities are built when people come together around a shared purpose. The 9/11 Heroes Run reminds us of the strength that comes from standing together, honoring those who served and sacrificed, supporting one another, and carrying that spirit of service forward in communities across the country," said Len Shankman, Executive Vice President, CVS Health and President, Pharmacy Services.

Each 9/11 Heroes Run also advances Travis Manion Foundation's broader mission to invest in veterans and families of the fallen and inspire future generations to lead with character. Through service, mentorship, leadership development and community engagement, TMF empowers veterans and families of the fallen to continue their own legacies of service and lead lives of impact and purpose.

To find a 9/11 Heroes Run near you and register to run, walk, ruck or volunteer, visit 911heroesrun.org. Virtual participation and opportunities to host local Shadow Events are also available.

EvoMap Open-Sources AutoResearch, Giving AI Agents a Way to Test Their Own Research Ideas

What happens when AI starts investigating its own ideas? AutoResearch is an open-source attempt to bring AI agents one step closer to answering that question through experiments, evidence and iteration.

SAN FRANCISCO, Sept. 1, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- EvoMap, an open infrastructure project for AI self-evolution, has open-sourced AutoResearch, a system that lets AI agents take research ideas from hypothesis to experiment and use the results to determine what happens next.

The Research Verification Problem

AutoResearch Workflow and Experimental Results

AI models are getting better at proposing ideas, writing code and analyzing results. But does a plausible answer actually hold up when put to the test?

AutoResearch starts from a simple premise: a model's confidence is not evidence of success.

The system uses multiple AI models to independently generate and cross-review research ideas, then converts accepted ideas into executable research plans with defined metrics, success criteria, resource budgets and evaluation procedures. During execution, specialized agents handle planning, implementation, experimentation, analysis and review.

Research state, code, experiment logs, metrics, failures and decisions are preserved in a persistent workspace, allowing the system to continue unfinished research rather than restarting from scratch. Independent and blind review is also used to challenge conclusions before a research direction can be closed.

Evidence Determines What Happens Next

One of the more important design choices in AutoResearch is that failure is not treated as the end of a research path.

A partial result can lead to a revised hypothesis. An external test can expose a problem and trigger another round of experiments. And when repeated experiments stop producing meaningful gains, the system can stop pursuing the idea while retaining what was learned.

The approach was tested on a real Django issue from SWE-bench Lite. AutoResearch initially scored 2/7 and then 4/7 on official new-feature tests. Rather than stopping after the partial improvement, it continued investigating the underlying problem and ultimately reached 7/7, while maintaining 203/203 regression tests.

On the RSICD benchmark, an AutoResearch-generated research idea improved mean Recall from 32.84 to 34.69, demonstrating that the system could turn an AI-generated research hypothesis into a measurable improvement through iterative experimentation.

From AI Research to AI4AI

What happens when AI starts researching AI itself?

AI can already help researchers search the literature, identify promising directions, formulate hypotheses and even design experiments. The harder problem is what comes after that: can AI actually test the ideas it comes up with, and let the results determine whether those ideas are worth pursuing?

In AI research, this could mean agents exploring model architectures, training methods, optimization algorithms, agent designs and evaluation techniques, then running experiments to test their hypotheses and using the results to shape the next round of research. Moving from "this might work" to "let's find out whether it actually works" is a critical step toward more autonomous research.

The same principle could eventually extend beyond AI to areas such as drug discovery, materials science and engineering, where research ideas can be evaluated through simulations or physical experiments. The potential is not simply to have AI assist with more of the research process, but to give it a way to learn from what happens when its ideas meet evidence.

That is the direction AutoResearch is designed to explore: turning research ideas into executable experiments, experiments into evidence, and evidence into the next research decision.

Open-Source Research Infrastructure

AutoResearch is now available as an open-source project for researchers and developers working on AI scientists, autonomous agents and AI4AI systems. The accompanying paper, "AutoResearch: Insight In, Hallucination Out," is available on arXiv.
