In the news release, Casepoint Launches Casepoint IQ, the Intelligence Foundation Powering Agentic and Assistive AI Across Its Unified Platform, issued 09-Sep-2026 by Casepoint over PR Newswire, we are advised by the company that changes have been made. The complete, corrected release follows, with additional details at the end:

Casepoint Launches Casepoint IQ, the Intelligence Foundation Powering Agentic and Assistive AI Across Its Unified Platform

Full agentic, predictive, and assistive AI capabilities now available in one secure, scaled, and

governed intelligence layer with human control built in.

WASHINGTON, Sept. 9, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Casepoint, a leading provider of secure, unified eDiscovery, legal hold, FOIA, investigations, and compliance solutions, today introduced Casepoint IQ™, the intelligence foundation of Casepoint's platform.

Casepoint IQ is a single framework across Casepoint's full range of AI capabilities, spanning semi- and full-autonomous agentic AI; assistive AI; CaseAssist® machine learning and predictive coding; and Casepoint Model Context Protocol (MCP) Server enablement. As Casepoint adds new agentic capabilities to that framework, customers can add them within the same platform they already use.

Casepoint IQ eliminates the burden of agentic AI as a series of separate point solutions by providing a shared intelligence and governance layer across the entire Casepoint platform. This capability accelerates all tasks across eDiscovery, legal hold, FOIA, investigations, regulatory, and compliance workflows within a unified, secure, governed architecture. Customers are able to expand AI capabilities and mete out adoption across their teams, without introducing separate tools, credentials, or governance models.

"Organizations are facing increased pressure to move faster while defensibly managing increasing data volumes and regulations," said Paul Colangelo, CEO at Casepoint. "Casepoint IQ allows customers to leverage the capabilities of AI within their teams where consequential work gets done, without sacrificing security or oversight and control."

Accelerating Defensibility

Casepoint IQ addresses the requirements government, legal, and compliance teams need for documenting how and why an AI agent reached a decision to ensure the workflow holds up under legal and regulatory scrutiny, while retaining control over the outputs. This includes:

- Human-in-the-loop governance ensures every AI-driven decision in Casepoint IQ is transparent and defensible.

- All decisions and AI actions are permissions-aware, logged, and traceable to source.

- Agentic workflows can be added alongside other assistive AI-powered tools within the platform without changing systems or impacting security or governance controls.

The Casepoint platform is authorized under FedRAMP® High and DOD Impact Level 5 and 6 standards. Because Casepoint IQ runs on that same credentialed infrastructure by default, adding agentic workflows will not trigger a new vendor risk assessment, a separate security review, or new credentials to manage. Organizations can also connect to an external model or system through Casepoint's MCP support as needed.

"We've always believed intelligence should be built at the platform level, not confined to individual products," said Vishal Rajpara, Founder and Chief Technology Officer at Casepoint. "Casepoint IQ offers the foundation where an innovation developed for one workflow can create value across the entire platform. Customers benefit by continuous learning and connectivity that makes the entire system smarter and defensible as the technology and organizational needs evolve."

"Our customers have been clear: they want AI to take on more of the heavy-lifting work, but they still want visibility into, and control over how decisions are made, and have the final approvals," said Colangelo. "We're increasing what the agentic AI technology can do across the whole Casepoint platform while keeping the work transparent, defensible, and under human control."

Casepoint IQ is live today, running in early access with select customers and available for demonstrations. Organizations can request a demo at https://www.casepoint.com/request-a-demo/.

EnTrust Global's Blue Ocean Strategy Launches Fourth Fund For U.S. Insurance Investors With $1.3 Billion In Committed Capital

The Fund is expected to provide capital efficiency for insurance investors, and brings total capital raised for the Blue Ocean strategy to $7.6 billion.

NEW YORK, Sept. 9, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Blue Ocean, a maritime finance investment platform managed by EnTrust Global, today announced the successful close of the fourth vintage of its rated notes insurance fund, Blue Ocean Income Fund IV. The Fund closed with $1.3 billion in commitments and is intended to offer insurance investors (primarily U.S. insurance investors) a more capital-efficient way to access the Blue Ocean strategy. The Fund's notes were rated by a leading global rating agency.

The closing brings total capital raised across the strategy for Blue Ocean to $5.0 billion since 2023, and $7.6 billion since the strategy's inception in 2017. The Fund has already begun deploying capital to a number of transactions.

Since its founding, Blue Ocean has built a consistent track record of capital formation and deployment in the maritime finance space, providing flexible, asset-backed financing solutions to shipowners and operators across major shipping segments. The strategy fills a structural funding gap created by the retreat of traditional bank lenders, which have pulled back from maritime lending since the Global Financial Crisis due to regulation and a strategic focus on the largest listed owners, leaving the small- and medium-sized shipowners that make up the vast majority of this industry underserved and dependent on alternative capital.

Gregg S. Hymowitz, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of EnTrust Global: "Since the launch of our first Blue Ocean rated notes fund in 2018, we have seen interest in the strategy among insurance investors grow with each subsequent fund, and also through a number of other bespoke structures. Fund IV is our largest rated notes fund to date, and it includes significant commitments from insurance investors who are new to the Blue Ocean strategy, as well as investors who participated in prior vintages and have increased their commitments for Fund IV. Insurance investors, both in the U.S. and around the world, are an important part of our client base, and we are excited to continue to work on innovative structures and strategies to help meet their specific needs."

Svein Engh, Blue Ocean Senior Managing Director and Portfolio Manager: "Our continuing success, both in terms of fund raising and capital deployment, is a reflection of what we have built at EnTrust Global. The Blue Ocean team today consists of 29 professionals globally1 and our ability to source and structure opportunities is what continues to set Blue Ocean apart. Furthermore, our strong track record over more than 9 years of investing, combined with the strong demand for capital in a capital-intensive industry, helps drive our strategy forward."

As of June 30, 2026, the Blue Ocean strategy has deployed a total of $7.2 billion across 127 total investments since inception while returning approximately $3.5 billion of invested capital to investors during that period. This growth has been driven by a global team with deep maritime finance expertise and a disciplined approach to sourcing and structuring transactions across market cycles.

EnTrust Global manages capital for insurance investors in North America, Europe, the Middle East and Asia, with insurance company capital representing roughly 20% of EnTrust's client base worldwide. In line with the firm's entrepreneurial foundation, EnTrust remains dedicated to developing compelling and differentiated investment opportunities, including those specifically for insurance investors. EnTrust's Insurance Solutions group, together with the firm's investment and structuring teams, works closely with insurance investor clients to develop investment solutions that seek attractive risk-adjusted returns combined with a strong focus on capital efficiency, ratings considerations, and predictable cash flows.

About EnTrust Global

There is no guarantee that all or any portion of such mandates awarded or target mandates will ever be funded, nor that amounts distributed will be recalled and, if they are not, the Total Assets amount would be reduced accordingly. Total Assets does not include capital that can be called after the expiration of the investment period to fund fees and expenses or to add to an existing investment. The firm's "Regulatory Assets Under Management" calculation differs from "Total Assets" and is reflected in the firm's Form ADV, Part 2A (Item 4). DCD Heart Transplant Outcomes Remain Stable During Rapid U.S. Expansion

September special focus issue of the Journal of Cardiac Failure examines a changing era in heart transplantation, from donor expansion and allocation reform to personalized immunosuppression

WASHINGTON, Sept. 9, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Donation after circulatory death (DCD) heart transplantation expanded rapidly across the United States without evidence of worsening early outcomes, according to research featured in the September 2026 issue of the Journal of Cardiac Failure (JCF).

The study of 1,489 adult DCD heart transplant recipients found no significant differences in one-year graft failure, mortality, renal replacement therapy or length of stay between the early adoption period of 2019–2021 and the broader expansion period of 2022–2024. Outcomes also remained consistent among higher-risk recipients, suggesting that DCD transplantation can expand without sacrificing early clinical outcomes.

The findings open JCF's September special focus issue on heart transplantation, guest edited by Ersilia M. DeFilippis, MD; Randall C. Starling, MD, MPH; and Kiran Khush, MD, MAS. The issue examines a field undergoing significant change after decades in which immunosuppressive strategies and surgical and procurement techniques remained relatively static. Recent advances in donor heart procurement and preservation, noninvasive graft surveillance and post-transplant care are creating new opportunities to expand transplantation and personalize care, while raising new questions about access, allocation and long-term outcomes.

Among the research, reviews and perspectives included in the September issue are:

DCD Heart Transplantation Expands Without Worsening Early Outcomes

In Stable Outcomes of Donation After Circulatory Death Heart Transplantation From Early Adoption to National Expansion, investigators analyzed U.S. registry data from 2019 through 2024.

DCD transplantation expanded to more centers without significant differences in one-year graft failure, mortality, re-transplantation, renal replacement therapy or length of stay. The findings support DCD transplantation as a strategy to expand the donor pool.

Rethinking How the U.S. Measures Transplant Urgency

A review, Beyond Categorical Tiers: Improving Measurement of Medical Urgency as the Foundation for Heart Allocation Reform, argues that current therapy-based urgency tiers may not accurately reflect patients' biological risk. The authors recommend validated continuous urgency scores based on objective measures, standardized exception criteria and allocation policies that more accurately assess medical need.

Toward Personalized Heart Transplant Immunosuppression

Beyond Tacrolimus: Towards Personalized Immunosuppression in Heart Transplantation examines how differences in immune biology, comorbidities and alloimmune risk could inform individualized treatment. The review considers donor-specific antibodies, gene expression profiling, donor-derived cell-free DNA and other tools for assessing risk and guiding immunosuppression. It also explores future approaches including AI-assisted donor-recipient matching and continuous risk assessment.

A Special Focus on a Field in Transition

These articles represent just part of the September focus issue. Additional contributions examine emerging donor heart procurement and preservation techniques, international approaches to transplantation, complex recipient populations, therapies for sensitized candidates and rejection, access to specialized transplant care, patient experiences, and perspectives on what heart replacement could look like decades from now.

Together, the issue captures both the progress and the unresolved questions defining contemporary heart transplantation: how to make more donor hearts available, allocate them more equitably, safely extend graft and patient survival, and tailor treatment to the individual recipient.

Beyond this special focus issue, JCF publishes leading heart transplantation research throughout the year and welcomes submissions that advance the science and clinical care of transplant patients.

Dance Expert Cindy Vancil-Haxel Shares How to Choose an Introductory Dance Class for Children in HelloNation
Image File
Original HTML

The article explains how age, interests, developmental readiness, class environment, and proper placement can help parents choose an appropriate introduction to dance.

QUINCY, Ill., Sept. 9, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- How can parents find the right first dance class for their child?

HelloNation answers that question in an article featuring insights from Dance Expert Cindy Vancil-Haxel of Vancil Performing Arts Center in Quincy, IL.

The article explains that a child's introduction to dance can influence how they feel about movement and learning in a studio. Age can help guide class placement, but interests, maturity, comfort with groups, and readiness to follow instructions are also important considerations.

Children often show preferences for certain music and movement before entering a studio. Some enjoy structured activities, while others prefer imaginative movement or energetic music. The article notes that recognizing these interests can help parents select a beginner dance class that feels engaging and approachable.

Age-appropriate dance classes should also reflect how children learn at different developmental stages. Younger students may focus on rhythm, balance, coordination, and basic movement concepts. As young dancers develop, instruction can gradually introduce more structured technique, terminology, and combinations.

Developmental readiness can differ among children of the same age. One child may comfortably follow several instructions, while another may need more repetition. The article explains that a first dance class should provide enough structure for learning without requiring skills beyond a child's current abilities.

Comfort in a group setting is another consideration. Dance students must learn to listen to an instructor, take turns, share space, and participate with classmates. Some young dancers may initially observe before feeling comfortable enough to join an activity, particularly if group instruction is new to them.

The article notes that this adjustment period can be a normal part of a beginner dance class. Instructors familiar with younger students can introduce expectations gradually and encourage participation. Early lessons are intended to build familiarity with movement, music, directions, and the general class routine.

The learning environment can also shape a child's experience. Clear routines and understandable directions can help students know what is expected. Age-appropriate dance classes can provide an encouraging setting where children have opportunities to try unfamiliar movements without unnecessary pressure.

Dance style is another factor parents can consider. Ballet may introduce structured positions and controlled movement, while jazz can emphasize energy and musicality. Tap focuses on rhythm, and creative movement programs may introduce several concepts through activities designed for younger children.

The article explains that children do not need to choose a favorite style immediately. Combination classes or introductory programs can expose students to different forms of movement while their interests develop. The goal is to find instruction that matches the child's current stage and keeps learning engaging.

Scheduling and class length can influence the experience as well. Lessons should provide meaningful instruction while remaining manageable for a child's attention and energy. Class placement should also account for previous training so beginners can develop foundational skills without feeling pressured to immediately match more experienced students.

Parents can ask about clothing, footwear, observation policies, and studio procedures before class begins. Knowing these details can make the first visit easier for families and reduce distractions for students.

The article concludes that parents may learn more from the first several lessons than from the opening minutes of one class. Growing interest, increased participation, and enthusiasm about returning can provide useful signs that a child is becoming comfortable with dance.

Finding the Right First Dance Class for Your Child features insights from Cindy Vancil-Haxel, Dance Expert of Quincy, IL, in HelloNation.

BMW of Tenafly, located at 301 County Road in Tenafly, New Jersey, has served BMW customers throughout Bergen County and the surrounding Northern New Jersey area. The dealership will continue operating under the BMW of Tenafly name at its current location.

With the addition of BMW of Tenafly, Keeler Motor Car Company's portfolio grows to 10 dealerships across New York, Connecticut and New Jersey. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

New Jersey has been a natural next step for Keeler Motor Car Company. BMW of Tenafly's spot in Bergen County adds a strong luxury market that fits well alongside our New York and Connecticut stores, and it gives us a solid base to grow from in New Jersey.

"We've had our eye on the New Jersey market for a while, and BMW of Tenafly was the right fit at the right time. It's a well-run store with a loyal customer base, and we're looking forward to building on what's already there," said Tim Batchelor, Co-Founder & Managing Director of Open Road Capital.

Customers can expect a seamless transition with the majority of the Tenafly team remaining in place.

"Our focus now is making sure every customer who walks through that door gets the kind of experience that keeps them coming back." — Jesse Hord, CEO, Keeler Motor Car Company

The acquisition follows Keeler Motor Car Company and Open Road Capital's purchase of Lexus of Westport, Toyota of Westport and Audi Hawthorne from New Country Motor Car Group, which closed in February 2026.

NovaOne Launches Next-Generation Platform Uniting Behavioral and Physical Health

One platform for preventive, curative and specialty care, built by a unique team of clinical, health plan and digital health experts.

NEWARK, N.J., Sept. 9, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- NovaOne today announced general availability of its next-generation solution: a modular platform, uniting purpose-built preventive tools, clinically validated assessments, an AI care navigator with deep human clinical oversight and a curated network of evidence-based specialty providers. One platform for integrated preventive and curative healthcare.

Expanding behavioral health access was the goal for decades, and the industry delivered. The harder problem is what happens after the door opens. More members are in therapy than ever, and costs have climbed with them, yet most health plans cannot tell whether the spend brought better outcomes. Members are routed to what's available rather than to what works for their specific conditions. Everyone gets seen. Few get well.

That gap doesn't stay in behavioral health. It shows up as unmanaged chronic conditions and avoidable admissions, which is why integrated care - behavioral and physical health managed as one - is no longer optional for health plans.

"Health plans and their employer clients have lived with point solution fatigue for years. They're ready to cut the siloed vendors that cost the most and deliver the least, and NovaOne is here to meet that moment," said Joe Burton, President and CEO of NovaOne. "We spent years learning exactly what doesn't work before we built what does: one modular platform that supports members' whole health and replaces dozens of overpriced and underperforming point solutions. NovaOne gives health plans and employers back the money and the time spent managing solutions, as well as control of the member relationship."

The NovaOne platform maximizes the value for health plans and employers in multiple ways:

- Access to care that works. Members are screened across 15+ clinical risk areas and guided to the in-network options proven to work for their conditions, reaching evidence-based care in under five days on average against a national average of 50+ days.

- An end to point solution fatigue. Plans and employers shed high-cost, low-performing siloed vendors and consolidate that spend into one lower-cost contract covering preventive care, triage and curative support.

- Whole health, not just behavioral health. Preventive support spans Mind, Body and Care, so members address mental and physical health, and diagnosed conditions, in one platform rather than across separate disconnected vendors.

- Less administrative burden. NovaOne acts like an "easy button" for clients and can handle provider contracting, credentialing, clinical oversight, data integration, member communications and more.

NovaOne's preventive digital front door spans 25+ training areas across Mind, Body and Care, each developed and owned by NovaOne and reviewed with 50+ independent MDs, PhDs and subject matter experts. The curative clinical network spans 25+ specialty provider organizations supporting members across clinical needs from anxiety and depression through serious mental illness, substance use disorders and more including OCD, eating disorders, PTSD, children's mental health and autism. A purpose-built AI care navigator, developed by NovaOne's own clinical team, helps members reach the right support in real time.

While building their curative specialty network, NovaOne evaluated 600+ behavioral health point solutions for health plan clients. Fewer than five percent met clinical and operational standards. The same team vets every potential network partner, then holds each to ongoing metrics monitoring fidelity to clinical protocols, clinical outcomes and operational performance.

"When members reach care that works for their needs, you see it in their lives and eventually in the medical spend," said Rachel Goldberg, BSN, RN, Vice President of Growth and Clinical Strategy at NovaOne. "The future belongs to organizations willing to be held to a new bar, and we are proud to help set it with the partners who share that commitment."

The platform is available today to health plans and large employers nationwide. The company serves six health plans, including more than 4,000 employers and 15 million members.

About NovaOne

NovaOne pioneered the integration of preventive and curative behavioral healthcare into one seamless experience. Born from one of the nation's largest health plans, NovaOne combines modern technology, clinical integrity and evidence-based care to help members get better, faster. One partner. One platform. One path to better health. Learn more at NovaOneHealth.com.

Rasa Legal Expands Record Clearance Services to Oregon
Image File
Original HTML

PORTLAND, Ore., Sept. 9, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- It is estimated that more than 1.3 million people in Oregon are struggling with a criminal record which may hold them back from good housing, jobs, and other opportunities.

Rasa Legal, a legal technology company that helps people clear eligible criminal records, today announced its expansion into Oregon. The move brings Rasa's technology and licensed attorneys to Oregon residents working to move past old records and toward new opportunities.

Rasa pairs a free online eligibility tool with support from trained specialists and licensed attorneys. People can check their record in about three minutes, then work with Rasa's team to understand what may be possible under Oregon law, including criminal record set-asides, offense reclassifications, and other forms of record relief. If someone is eligible to clear their record, Rasa provides a low-cost lawyer starting at just $500.

Rasa Legal's expansion into Oregon brings its services to a fourth state, joining Utah, Arizona and Pennsylvania.

"We couldn't be more excited to bring our record clearance platform and services to the state of Oregon," said Noella Sudbury, Rasa's founder and CEO. "As a former public defender, I saw how long a criminal record could hold someone back and how transformative it was to clear the record and create a pathway to opportunity."

Even old and minor criminal records can prevent access to jobs, promotions, housing, education, and economic mobility. 9 out of 10 employers and landlords run background checks, and record clearance can help remove some of the barriers those checks create.

While criminal records hold people back long after their involvement in the justice system, clearing a criminal record creates real opportunities. People without records are 63% more likely to get a job interview and make over 20% more within just one year of record clearance.

Since its launch in late 2022, over 35,000 people have used Rasa's platform to check their eligibility and the organization has fully cleared more than 7,000 records.

About Rasa Legal

Rasa Legal is a mission-driven legal technology organization dedicated to making the process of clearing a criminal record simple and affordable for everyone. Through innovative tools and a streamlined legal process, Rasa's lawyers provide criminal record set aside, sealing and expungement services.
