New York – September 12, 2026 -- Host Digital Infrastructure LLC has secured a 15-year take-or-pay lease for approximately 43 megawatts of critical IT load, worth roughly $1.25 billion over its base term, ahead of a reverse merger that will take the company public through Healthy Choice Wellness Corp.
