(CEM) has achieved proof-of-concept for producing Smelter Grade Alumina (SGA) from a non-bauxite resource, marking a potential shift in North America's aluminum supply chain, and has formally commenced its Prefeasibility Study (PFS) for the Thor Project in northeast Saskatchewan.
